1. Manifesting Your Dream Life - Intro: hi and welcome to manifest in your dream life through journaling. My name is Britain. I am a certified holistic health practitioner as well as a certified yoga instructor, and I will be guiding you through this class today. So in college I learned a lot of different drilling techniques that I have implemented on my own and have my own journal for a few years now. And some of the techniques that I'm showing you today have helped me to manifest the dream life that I have now. So I really believe that drilling is a great way to bring your dreams into fruition. So I hope that I can help you through that today. The techniques you will be wearing in this class will help you to visualize the life that you want and hopefully bring that life into reality through manifestation. Thank you so much for sharing your journaling practice with me. Let's go ahead and get started. 2. Manifesting Meditation: We're going to begin our journaling session today with a little manifestation. Meditation. I believe it's very important to get the right headspace before starting a manifestation practice, especially if you're journaling your goals and desires. You really want to be clear headed and be nice and relaxed. So let's start out by getting in a comfortable outfit made you lying down on the floor or the couch, maybe lying down in bed. Whatever makes you feel most comfortable, maybe sitting upright, nice and tall. I'd like you to close your eyes and start to focus on your breath at first not trying to change the breath at all. Just observing, noticing. If your breath is shallow, maybe fast. Now slowly starting to deepen the breath, taking a longer inhale and the longer taxi. If your mind starts to wander, bring your attention back to your breathing as you deep in the breath, bring the attention to the tips of the toes as you exhale. Try to relax every muscle in your toes as you inhale. The awareness rises up into the foot into the ankle tax hail, releasing each muscle in that body part making your way all the way up the legs, relaxing legs up to the torso, relaxing hip bones. The internal organs inhale. Keep bringing the awareness up through the body through the chest. Relax the chest shoulders. Relax the muscles in the arms and the fingertips working your way up to the neck, the job starting to relax the muscles in the face all the way up to the crown of your head . No allowing your whole body to be relaxed. It would start to visualize your mind what your perfect life would look like. What would need to change about the life you're living right now? In order for you to be happy and feel complete, what would that life look like to you? Keep the breath nice and deep as you visualize. Imagine your life with no problems. You have everything you want or need. You are safe and secure financially, mentally. Physically. Your whole life is complete quite a final deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth to wiggle your fingers and toes. Maybe do a big stretch like you just woke up in the morning. Start to wake your body up and come back to the room Now we'll move on to our first journaling technique. Thank you for sharing your meditation practice with me. And I look forward to seeing you in the next video. 3. Gratitude Journaling: The first journaling technique that we're going to practice to start manifesting our dreams and desires is a gratitude journal. So the very first thing that you want to keep in mind about any journaling practice is you want to find a nice gentle that you like that you'll be excited to write in. So I found this one has a nice little struck something that calls to you something that you think is beautiful, that you'll be excited to write in on a regular basis. Next, you want to find a nice pen that really rights and flows well. You don't want to be annoyed with your ankle while you're trying to manifest your goals and deciders. So you want to make sure you find a nice pin that you enjoy writing with. That flows really easily. It is so important for manifestation to be grateful for what you have already. You cannot manifest what you want to come into your life. If you're not grateful for what you already have, you must have in an attitude of gratitude. I love that same. So I like to practice my Gratitude journal as often as I can. It helps you look at the bigger picture and know that you already have a lot to be grateful for. And being grateful can help attract more things that you will be grateful for into your life. So grab a nice journal that you'll be excited about. Grab a pen that you'll enjoy writing with. And let's get started with our Gratitude journal to begin my gratitude journal. I always start mine off by writing at the top of the page. I am grateful for dot, dot dot And sometimes I like to add a few doodles to the sides of the pages just to make it look a little prettier. Obviously, you can decide how long of a gratitude page you would like to write. Sometimes I like to just do a gratitude page on 1/2 and then the other half I will do our next video, which is an actualization journaling page so I can look at them side by side. So for this one, I'm just gonna right all the way down to the bottom of this page. As you go through your gratitude journal, you wanna take your time, maybe placement of your favorite songs while you're writing and really just let it flow and come naturally, so there's no wrong answer here. If you get stumped, you can always write something simple. Like I am grateful for the shirt I am wearing today. I'm grateful for the state that I live in grateful for clean water. So obviously, sometimes we have more to be grateful for on one day than another day. So if you're having a rough day, just try Teoh, make it to the bottom of the page and really just put anything down that comes to mind. I also forgot to write it up the top, but I usually like to date my gratitude journal entries. That way I can look back and see what I have written in the past. Like I said, make sure to take as much time as you need to with this gratitude journal. Don't get frustrated with yourself. If you can't think of something, just keep jotting things down as they come to mind. So I'm going to speed up the rest of this video, but obviously posit if you need to. If you need to take a little more time for your entry and I will finish up this section of our class with a few pictures of my own Gratitude Journal entry for today. So make sure to stick around so that you can see what I wrote down for my gratitude journal today. 4. Actualization Journaling: after you have completed your gratitude journal entry, we're going to move on to Actualization Journal. So actualizing your dreams and desires can be even more powerful than being grateful for what you already have. Using needs to journaling techniques together on a regular basis will really help manifest your desires and bring them into reality. So I started doing an actualization journal after I had been doing a gratitude journal for a long time. I had just been using the Gratitude journal and it was great at all, and it was working fine, at least very been to be grateful. But I found that when I started actualizing things in my journal, rather than just being grateful for what I have already, I really started to see that things were coming True desires that I wanted to happen were actually happening. I've loved back in my journal since I started actualizing my dreams, and there are a few things that I have found that I wrote down that have already happened and come into fruition. I'm going to share a little example of an actualization entry that I have made in the past that some of these have actually come true, so it will give you a little hope and inspiration. Hopefully, I hoped back in. Let's see if this is stated back in June of 2019. It is February of 2020. Now, I wrote back in June. I actualize that I will fill up my schedule with kids yoga classes in the fall, and I actually did that. I was able to fill up my schedule so much that I didn't need to stay at my current day job . And all I've been doing lately is my yoga classes, which is what I've been dreaming of doing for a long time now. One was that I will fit my tooth surgery in between classes with no problems. It was a little stressed out at the moment that my wisdom teeth surgery would be a nuisance , and I would have to get a lot of classes off, but I was able to squeeze it in, so I didn't manifest that desire as well. I was able to squeeze it in before most of my yoga classes started for the semester, and so it flowed easily with no problems. As I actualized, we will pay off our wedding debt in just a few months. So that happened after I was married in July's. This entry was in June and we were married and didn't have a little bit of debt after the wedding. But we were able to pay it off in just a few months time, which I'm so proud of. And that is something that I had written down that I totally forgot about. But I made it happen. So my actualization worked and my dreams came true. So that was just a few examples. So let's go ahead and grab our journal and get started with our actualization entry to begin your actualization journal entry. I always start mine out by writing at the top of the page. I actualize dot, dot dot Then I start writing down what I'd like toe actualize into my life. What I'd like to manifest writing out your goals and desires on a regular basis puts it into the universe that you are seeing your dream as if it has already started happening. You want to believe that it's already in the works and trust the universe that it will happen now. Obviously, I cannot promise you that all of your dreams are going to come true just by doing this actualization technique. However, some of mine that I have actualized have come true in the past, so I believe this is a great thing to do to manifest your dreams into reality. No matter how big or small the actualization is, it's always a good place to start somewhere I'll share with you just a few of the ideas that I wrote down in my journaling session today. I actualize that we will be able to do more home improvements and increase the value of our house. I actualize that 2020 will be a successful year for me and my husband. I actualized living a long and healthy life. Remember to be very specific with your actualization zones. And don't be afraid to ask for the big, exciting things that you want in your life. Don't get frustrated if you can't think of too many actualization, make as many as you'd like to. And don't worry about filling up the page again. Take as much time as you need to with this exercise, so pause the video if you need to. I look forward to seeing you in our next video of the Siri's, which will be a visual journaling technique, a two part starting with drawing the life that we have currently. 5. Drawing Your Life As It Is: The next technique that I'm going to teach you is more of a visual journaling technique. So if you are an artist or if you're more of a visual learner, this technique will be great for you. This is a fun one that you could do with the whole family as well. You could do it with your Children. You can really get the whole family in on this activity and see if your dreams and desires come true together. So we're gonna be drawing in our journal, drawing our life as it is currently. And then in the next video will be drawing our life as we want our perfect dream life. So that will be in the next video. But for now, we will be drawing our life as it is right now. Currently. So, like, you know, maybe start with yourself in the middle, maybe dry your home, your car, whatever that you have going on in your life right now, family members and write down words that express your life as it is right now. So if you are stressed about currently, you might want right stress or if you have any unhealthy habits, you might want to write that around. Your picture is just a kind of document where you are in your life right now, the good and the bad, and put it all out there. Draw it out. You don't have to be an artist to do this. It could be stick figures can be just words. It can be whatever you want it to be. We're just gonna dried out. So without wasting any more time, let's go ahead and get started drawing our life as it is right now. For this exercise, you'll want to get some markers or maybe colored pencils. And like I said, start out drawing yourself in the middle. Um, for the purposes of keeping this video short, I decided to make stick figures for mine, so there's nothing wrong with a little stick figure. After you finish making yourself, you might want to draw family members that you have or any pets in your life. And remember, this is your life currently, as it is right now, after you finished putting all of your family members and pets that you would like to in your photo, you might want to start drawing your house or your vehicle if you have one. Maybe the apartment where you live, Anything about your situation that makes your life yours. After documenting how your life looks right now, you might want to start adding in some of the negative things that you would like to change in your life. So right there, I added how muddy my yard is right now. So I'd like to change that. And then I'm gonna start writing in some words that describe my life right now so busy. And I think the next one will be stressed, a little busy and my schedules a little full right now. So so busy and stressed is how I'm feeling. And I would obviously like that to change. So we will be changing that to happier words in the next video. On the next page of our journal, take a much time as you need to finish up drawing your life as it is and remember to have fun with it. The next video will be drawing the life that we desire. So flipping it to more of the positive and what we want to see in our future. I look forward to seeing you in the next video. Thanks so much for watching 6. Drawing The Life You Desire: drawing the life you desire. We're going to move on from drawing our life currently to drawing the life that we want to have. So to change it up on this page of your general would like you to start out again with yourself and many any physical attributes that you like differently in the future. If you want longer hair said your longer hair, stuff like that, maybe you want a pack to something. You can add that in there and try to manifest the perfect pet into your life. Maybe you want to buy a car in the future. You like a new car. You could drive that car, anything that you want to come into your life, whatever that may be. And again include words around your picture of how you want your life to be in the future. So maybe success, positivity, happiness, whatever words that you want to bring into your life, right? Those on the page as well. So start to think about your perfect life. Let's grab our markers, are journal and get started drawing the life of our dreams. Start off your drawing again with a picture of yourself. Change anything you'd like to about the physical aspect of yourself. I made myself look a little bit happier in this drawing. So I was jumping for joy and then start to add in anything that you'd like to bring into your life. Remember that this is a picture of you in the perfect world that you have created for yourself. So whatever you would like to add in, please do that and start to write in words that you would like to describe your life in the future again. Have fun with this. Take your time as much time as you need to to complete your drawing. I'm gonna fast forward through the rest of this video, but stick around for the end so that you can see what my perfect life looks like. And maybe you can get some ideas from that. Thanks again. So much for watching. And I hope you have fun creating the life of your dreams. 7. Manifesting Your Dream Life Conclusion: in conclusion, repeat these journaling techniques as often as you can, whether that be on a daily basis weekly or even just wants a month would make a difference . Look back at your previous general entries as much as you can to see if you have manifested anything already. Thank you so much for joining me on your journaling journey, and I hope that these techniques have helped you manifest your dreams and desires. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
