1. Introduction to the Class: Hey, there, and welcome. I'm James Mew, your
instructor for this course. You might have
felt like AI tools are powerful, of course, but a bit overwhelming or too much to figure
out. You're not alone. This course is
designed specifically for busy professionals,
freelancers, and business owners who want
to actually use ChachiPT to save time and get real work
done all without the fluff, without coding, and without needing to become an AI expert. We'll start with
the foundations and explore the ChachiPT
interface and get you well on your
way to using it like a P. You'll learn the most
important features, how to organize your
chats, use memory, and take full control of
how Chachi BT responds. In the other sections
of the course, we'll learn how to
Use Chachi Bit vision to analyze documents, screenshots, or even
handwritten notes. Everything is explained
clearly and step by step. No hype, just useful repeatable skills you can
put to work right away. Even if you've never used Chachi PT before, by
the end of this course, you'll be confidently
crafting powerful prompts and using AI as a true productivity booster
in your daily work. So whether you're here to
speed up your writing, automate repetitive
tasks or finally bring your ideas
to life using AI, you've made the right choice. I'm excited to guide you
through it, so let's dive in.
2. ChatGPT Interface Quick 14min Overview: Welcome back. We're
going to be looking at the Chat GBT interface, and I'm going to run you through a quick overview
of the interface, so you know where everything
is and what to expect. So let's dive into it. We're using the web
version of ChatGBT, but you can also use a
downloadable version, which is available
on the website for both Windows as well
as Mac devices. I'll be using the Chat GPT plus. That's the paid version. Things are slightly different on the free version, but on Plus, you do have access to
additional features, such as the latest models and also some other NIFTI tools such as projects and custom GPTs. You have access to SRA, the video generator, and a
few other things as well. This is the main chat window. This is where all
the magic happens. This is where your
conversations start, and this is how you are able to start interacting
with the model. You have a model selector, as well at the top left and
here you can see all of the different
models that you can select based on
the task at hand. So Chachi PIT 40, this is the workhorse model. This is great for the
majority of your tasks. There is a new model that
is being introduced. That is the 4.5. It's
currently in research preview. It's said to have better writing capabilities and brainstorming. But there is also rumored
to be ChachiPTive O, which is going to combine
both the foundational models as well as the reasoning models
all into a single model. So as you can see here now, there is separate
reasoning models. These are really useful
because they have the reasoning and chain of thought thinking
built into them. So any queries you present
using any of these models, there is more of a
thought process. There is more analysis
and reasoning going on behind the scenes to
get to the response. So it can take a
little bit longer than the standard chats
that you would have with any of the
foundational models, but you would get more thorough, more well thought out responses from the reasoning models. Then moving over to the right, here is the temporary chat. Now, temporary chats are chats that won't appear
in your history, so they're really
good for quick, once off disposable chats where you don't need to manage them, or it's likely that you won't reference them in the future. Also not used to update
chat IBTs memory. So any chats that you
have in a temporary chat, they won't be added to memory, so you can't ask it to remember things in
a temporary chat. Then moving on to
the main prompt bar, this is where you will
start all of your chats. One of the best features is
it has multi line support, which means that you can add list items with
multiple lines. So you can really put in all of the information
that you need. And, of course, copy pasting
in large portions of text. This is where you
would do it, as well. The Upload button, this is where you would add
files to your chats. You can connect both Microsoft
as well as Google Drive. Or you can upload
from your device. This is really great for
multimodal conversations where you might have
spreadsheets or images or charts or
word documents or any other kind of
media type that Chachipt would be
able to work with. The search feature,
this is where ChatCBT will be able to fetch the results from the open web. So any publicly
available websites, it could search them for you. Now, you are able to select
this option manually, but if it is not selected, ChatGPT as it detects it's
needed and at its discretion, it will activate the online
search automatically, and it will search
those sources for you. So if I can see that you would benefit from
online search, it'll do that automatically. But this way, you are able to enable online
search manually. Deep research. This is a relatively new tool and function that's
been introduced. It allows you just to have a
detailed report on a topic, and you're able to then specify some of the sources
that it should use for that. You select the topic and the
subject matter that you want to gain the deep research from, and you can also submit your own files to
use in the research. So this is quite a handy tool. At the moment, there
is some usage limits, which means that there's roughly around ten deep
research searches that can be performed per then there are a few more
tools here, the create image. This is when you want to go straight into image creation
mode and canvas, as well. So if you're looking
to get a bit more interactive and write with the help of some collaborative tools and
also some writing tools, this is really great
for writing projects. It can also be used for
coding and programming task, so you're able to use the
canvas for that as well. We dive deeper into Canvas as it's a great tool in
a upcoming lesson, so be sure to have a look at that because it is super useful. Then the microphone icon
here allows you to dictate, so you can have speech to text, and this is really
handy if you want a hands free approach to
building out your prompts. But taking that a step further is the advanced voice mode. Which is a conversational
way to chat to the AI, and it is really, really handy. And this is also covered in further detail in
another lesson. You can also access these
tools I've just mentioned by hitting the forward
slash in the Prompt box, and this will bring up
all of those options. So from there, you
can start searching, enable the search mode, or you can create a canvas where you can
begin writing or coding. It's also got the
image creation option, so you can start to create the
image directly from there, and you're able to activate
deep research as well, using the forward slash. So that's just a shortcut to get to these tools if you want to. Moving on to the sidebar. The top left, we have
the new chat button. This is where you can
start a fresh chat. Opening up the side bar, we have a new side menu
with a few options. The first one is being able to search your chats.
This is really handy. So if there was content or topics that you
were discussing, in a previous chat, you're able to get to them
from this search bar here. Then you also have
access to Sra. This is OpenAI's Video
Generation platform that would open up a link so that you can
start creating videos. These are where all of your
custom GPTs that you create. These are where they would sit and you're able to
hide them if you want to or start a new chat by clicking on the
new chat icon. These are all the custom
GPTs that I've created, but you're also able to
get to the marketplace, which is where all of the community's best
GPTs can be found. Here, we're able to see you
get all of the feature GPTs. These are the most
popular ones and ones that are new and trending, but you're also able
to search for GPTs that are created from
Chat GPT themselves, as well as other GPTs that are categorized into categories such as writing or productivity, research and analysis, and
other such categories. So when you click on
any of these GPTs, you're able to get
further information about them things like the URL, what they're able to achieve, as well as the ratings, which is quite
important to sees. This allows you to
just ensure that the GBT is being well received by the community and
it has good ratings. From here, you can
start the chat or use one of the
conversation starters there. Then moving further down, we have the projects section, and this is where you can
create a new project. Projects we will also
discuss in a future lesson, but the quick overview
is you're able to categorize and keep
projects in folders. And for each project, you have the option to add files that can form the sources and the context for all of the
chats within a project. As well as provide
custom instructions. So it's a very powerful tool, and we look at it in
depth in a future lesson. Here is where all your
projects will sit. So having a look at any
one of the options here, one with a few chats, you'd be able to see all
of the chats that you have plus any instructions
that you want to provide. Here, this is where
your past chats live. From here, you're
able to share them. This is a very handy feature, and it just means that if you wanted to and you
were super organized, you could keep a directory or a database of all of these
chats to easily refer to. I find myself creating documents
where I reference chats, so it's easy to
come back and just see what was what
was spoken about and just start up a fresh conversation or even pick up from an
old conversation. So that's a really cool option. You can then also add
these two projects. So if you started a chat
and you feel like it could be relevant to be
included in a project, that's also possible, too. Renaming, this is a
super handy feature because Chat CiPT will
use its own name. And sometimes it doesn't quite encompass what the
chat was about. So this is a great way to stay more organized
and rename your chats. Then if you don't want
them to appear here, you can also archive them. Or even delete them
from your account. Then if we move up to
the settings menu, this is where you can
get access to task. Tasks are where ChachiPT can
schedule certain things. So if you wanted to
keep abreast with news or you wanted it
to like I have here, send you a daily
learning reminder, it has all of these
capabilities, and it's a great way to have
a scheduled task that runs for you at a set time
each day or each week. My GPTs, this is where
you can create some of your new GPTs or
manage existing ones. So from here, you're able to see that you have all of
the configuration options, and this is where you set
up and configure your GPTs. We cover GPTs in an
upcoming lesson, but this is just a quick
overview of where to find them. Then customizing hatEBT. So here is where you can add
in some personal details, personal information, as well as some traits that it
should follow for you. You can then enable or disable some of the tools and
functions available here. These settings,
this is where you would find all of your settings, things like general
notifications, personalization, speech, data controls,
build a profile, connected apps, all of that. Another handy feature is
the memory option where you can instruct ChatIPT to
remember things about you, so it uses that in future chats. You're also able to manage
your memories here. So if you didn't want
anything to be remembered, you would delete that as well. Then you have other settings
such as voice mode, the main language, and some of these other settings
for you to have a look. Thing to mention is that
when you start a new chat, it won't carry over any conversational context or any information from
previous chats. So starting a fresh chat means that you are starting from
fresh. It's a blank slate. So if you want to chat GPT, to remember some details
from one chat to the next, you would either need
to summarize those in the old chat to bring into
the new chat or you'd need to use a feature such as the projects
feature where you do have that context across all of the messages and
threads in a project. That's just an
important thing to remember is that new chats, they're not going to
carry over any of the context or the conversation
that you previously had. However, let's say you started a chat and
then a few days later, you wanted to come back to it and pick up the conversation, I will keep all of
that in memory, and it will have the context so you can pick up from
where you left off. It's only just with New
chats that you lose. That covers everything. That was a very quick breeze
through the interface, and you don't need to
master everything now. Just knowing your way around gives you a great head start. In the lessons to follow, we're going to dive much deeper into all of the
functions and features, such as image creation and
creating custom instructions. You're going to learn about the Canvas editor for writing, using projects and much more. These are all coming
up in future lessons, and I can't wait
to see you there. That's it for this
lesson. I'll see you in the next one. Goodbye.
3. Organise Chats: If you're spending a lot of
time inside of Chat GBT, it can get a little bit messy. So one way to stay organized
is to rename your chats. To do that, simply head
over to the side bar. Find the chat that you're after, click on the three
Ellipsis dots. And from there, you'll
see you're able to rename and giving it
some descriptive name, you can then reference
it a lot easier. Another handy thing you can do is share your
chats with others. So if you want to make a chat publicly available or you want to share it
with a team member, you can share it via a link. So again, coming
to the same menu, you click on the share option. From there, you're
able to create a link that anybody can access. So from there, you are also
able to make this public. That means it can be
indexed by search engines. But if you just wanted to
keep it so that it was view only by the people that you give access to and
you share the link with, then unchecking that
would do the trick. So from here, you
can copy the link, and another nifty
feature is you're able to archive the chats. So once you've archived it, that would then put
it into the archive and it would stay
there indefinitely. You wanted to create
an external database, so maybe you've got a whole directory or
database of your chats, you could then use that
share link and put it into an air table or a spreadsheet so that you have easy
access to them. You would just stick
it as a normal URL, give it some context
in a name column, and you'd be able to
easily get back to them. There's a much
easier way, as well, and that is by using the
search chats feature. This is a great way
to get back to chats, and you can do it
based on keywords, and you can even start
a new chat from here. So those are just a few key
ways to keep your chats organized and get to them as quickly as possible.
That's it for this lesson. I'll see you in the
next one. Goodbye.
4. Custom Instructions & Memory: Custom instructions
are a great way for you to define a set
of instructions and parameters for
ChachiPT to use when it responds to your
prompts and requests. This helps ChachibT understand the context for these
user defined guidelines. If you find that you
repeat yourself a lot, adding these custom
instructions gives you a blanket list of parameters that Cha hit needs to work around so you can
save time in the process. If Cha hibiT knew that you were a social media
marketing strategist, it would then be able to tailor its responses with
that context in mind. To find the custom instructions, you would click on your profile and then go
to customize HachiBT. From here, you're able to
add the custom Instructions, and there is a generous
number of characters. You're able to use 1,500. And as an example here, this is what I've added to
my custom instructions. It's just telling a
bit more about me and my professional life, and this gives ChachiBT
a bit more context, and it's able to tailor its responses around these
custom instructions. So here also,
you're able to say, how would you like
Chachi PT to respond? This is where you can
adjust things like the tone and the format
that you prefer. And these are some of the examples that I
have put in there. But as you can see, there are some other examples and
tips to have a look here. You're also able to
enable web search, Dali image creation, code interpreter and Canvas
by default here as well. And then another key option
is enable this for new chats. So then with every new
chat that you start, it will have these custom
instructions already loaded. Let's look at how
that would work. With n for new chats on, we will start a new chat. Who am I and there it's giving us the details from the
custom instructions. If we now disable this for new chats,
so we toggle it off. Once you have that toggled
off for new chats, then if you enter in
the same question, it's giving us the details
from the custom instructions. Now, why it's doing this is there is another
setting to be aware of, and that is the memory setting. If we go back into the settings, we come down to personalization, you'll see that memory is
another setting to toggle off. So the memory is there. As you interact with ChachiBT, it starts to learn
things about you, and it stores these in a
memory to be able to give you better responses in
future and also to understand the
context surrounding some of the requests you make. We would then switch that off, and it should help us then
achieve what we need to. Another thing to note is
you are able to manage your memories as well as
clear them from the screen. Going back here, let's start a new chat and try that again. And there we go.
It's just giving us a very generic response. Some of the use cases for having the custom
instructions enabled for new chats or
disabled is where you had maybe varied
context or topics, and you didn't want those
custom instructions to apply to a lot of different
requests that you make. Also, if you're working with team members in
collaborative projects, and you want to align
it with the brand or the overall style and
tone of the project, you would then want to
disable it for that. If you were testing responses, so if you wanted to compare
responses, one to the other, maybe different tonality, different responses on the same query using
different parameters, that sort of thing,
you would have it switched off there so
it doesn't interfere. Switching personas and goals, so if you have custom
instructions that always sure and ask Chat GBT to act a certain way or take
on a certain persona, that can affect the responses. If it is enabled for new chats. Then custom GPT overlap, it should be noted that your
custom GPTs instructions and custom GPTs
are something that we'll get into in
a later section. But if you have these custom GBT set up with their
own instructions, your custom GPT, custom
instructions will override any of the custom instructions
you set up on your account. So the scope is maintained
within that custom GPT. And lastly, having these disabled or enabled for new
chats means you can start with a blank slate and have
a neutral starting point for brainstorming or getting fresh responses that you want. So those are just a
couple of the use cases. It's a really great
way to save time. If you're repeating
yourself a lot, it allows you to have all of those custom instructions pre
loaded with any new chats. So that makes it
really effective. And it just allows you to
guide the conversations and to guide the context for
ChachiBT to work around, and that is key to getting
much better responses. So this is a great
feature to use, so why not give it a try
and see the results. With that, that's the lesson, and I will see you in
the next one. Goodbye.
5. Finding and Using GPTs: Custom GPTs are
specialized versions of Chat GPT that are set up with specific instructions
and parameters. They are used for a wide variety of tasks,
but more specifically, they're used for very
customized and tailored tasks and unique use cases. These GPTs are made by
developers individuals, companies, and even
software producers. So some of the favorite
apps that you already use, they may even have their own custom GPTs
for you to start using. To find custom GPTs, go to the sidebar and you
will click on Explore GPTs. From there, you're able to
see the GBT marketplace. And on the landing page here, you have already
some featured GBTs that you can use straightaway. They are categorized
into different topics, and you can see there's even GBTs that are made
by the hat GPT Team. So if you wanted to search for
very specific type of GPT, you would enter the
keyword phrase, something like email
subject lines. And that would bring up
all of the GPTs that focus on email subject lines. We can see that the first
one is a widely used GPT, and we can see that from the
little chat icon over here, and we can see that there
have been 5,000 plus chats using this custom GBT. From the custom GPTs page here, we can see the number of
conversations it's had, as well as the ratings. So we can then see how
well this custom GPT is being used in the community and if people
are enjoying using it. Once we've found a
custom GBT we like, we can then start a chat. And already here, it's got
some starter prompts for us, which is really neat. By clicking them, you can
go straight into a chat. I'm going to paste in some
random newsletter content, and we're running that. And from what I can see, it has given us some pretty good email subject
lines that are usable. And yeah, that's just one
example of a custom GPT with a very specialized task and a very specialized use case. In this case, we're using
it for subject lines, and that GPT is
tailored for that task, so it makes it very
effective at that. So why not have a
look and see what custom GPTs could help
you with some specific tasks that you're
struggling with or need to complete
in the near future. That's it for this lesson. I'll see you in the
next one. Goodbye.
6. GPTs for Text-to-Audio: GPTs allow you to extend the capabilities and
the functions of HHIPT. In this lesson, we're
going to be looking at using text to
speech technology and how to create
audio files from the text that we provide
inside of HachiPT. To do that, we head over to our sidebar and we
go to explore GPTs. In here, I'm wanting to
look for speech to text, and you're then
presented with all of the possible GPTs
that you can use. 11 Labs is one of the best. It has the most natural and
human like sounding voices. So that is a really
solid one to go for. We'll use that one for this
example to start the chat, and we are inside the GPT now. One tip you could try is you can actually ask
the GPT, how do I use you? What are the instructions,
that sort of thing. But in this case, it's a very
simple thing we need to do. So we want to generate
a short story. And I've got the prompt
already loaded for us here, and I'm looking to create a random 32nd story about Mars.
I'm going to submit that. And there we go. It's created
a quick story for us, and it's already asking which
voice we'd like to use. I'm going to go with Jarvis. And then the 11 labs GPT is creating the audio in the
background on their servers. And this next step is
something you might encounter. This is just to confirm
that it can use your Chat GPT account
to authorize this task. And there we go. It's created
the audio file for us. I'm going to click through
to it in a second, and then we can hear
what that sounds like. Once upon a time on the
crimson sands of Mars, a tiny robot named
Solis roamed the dunes, tirelessly searching
for signs of life. One so there you go. Incredibly lifelike
and human sounding. So that was easily done
within a matter of seconds, and it's a great
way just to create these text to audio files. And 11 labs, they have their own tool and
website, as well. So if you wanted to take
things a step further, you could go directly
to their website. But for the purposes
of this demonstration, we've just created a simple, quick 32nd audio file
from inside of Chat GPT. So that wraps it up
for this lesson. I will see you in the
next one. Goodbye.
7. AI Document Summaries with Context: HGIBT really excels at
taking large amounts of data and condensing and
summarizing it into key points. I'm going to show you how
to do this in this lesson, and we're going to take
a PDF and summarize it. But then after that, we'll
take it a step further, and I'll show you how to add
contacts to the summary. So let's hop into HachiBT. Okay, I'm going to find the PDF, and this is just simply
a PDF which is outlining the new features that Canva
has released recently. I'm going to use
a simple prompt. And that is to create
a bullet summary of the key points. I'm
going to run that. And there it's given us a nice summary with
all of the key points, which is a lot easier to read, and it just is structured well. To take it a step further, if we wanted to create
summaries in the context of our work or a specific
project or a specific use case, we could do that via the
custom instructions. To find those instructions, head down to the customized
hat ChIPT option. And there you see a
customized Chat IPT window, and you're able to add
custom instructions. So to add some information
that you'd like ChachiPT to know about you as much as you're
comfortable with. That could be things like
your personal details or of course, not any sensitive information, but personal details
like your name, where you live,
what your job is, what you're busy working
on, that sort of thing. And you're also able to tell Chat GPT how you'd
like it to respond. So would you like well
structured responses with tables and bullet
lists where possible? And that's what I've
had it down there. You can also add things
like the style and the tone and the friendliness
of the responses. I'm going to enable this for new chats because we're
going to run this again on that document summary
task and save here. Now I'll need to
start up a new chat. Let me actually
see. Um, who am I? So here we can say, I am son with curiosity
and creativity, so it doesn't know all of the details that I've just
enabled for a new chat. But going into a new chat, asking the same question, it now has all the
relevant contexts to be able to answer
as we needed to. I'm going to attach the PDF again and give it
the same summary, but at the end, I'll say in the context of my course
that I'm developing. Okay, that's right.
It's a bit tricky. I've got the microphone in front of the keyboard here,
but we've managed it, and it's going to
based on the course, it's giving us a
different summary. And if I was to ask
Cha CEPT what is the course I'm working on AI focused course. So it was able to take all
the details that we gave it, the context that we are working with and respond
according to them. This is just a great way to take documents and large
amounts of data and give it the relevance that
you need and put it into a summary that has all of the key points that
are meaningful to you. I hope you find that useful, and that's it for this lesson. I'll see you in the
next one. Goodbye.
8. YouTube Summaries using ChatGPT: Another great way to use Chat CIPT is to make
YouTube summary. Sometimes you don't have the time to watch the
full length video, or you just want to have the key points without all
of the advertising or maybe there's some additional
fluff that goes on and you just want to get into
the meat of the video. ChachiPT can do that, and I'm going to show you how to get summaries of YouTube videos. To do that, you come over to your sidebar and down
here to explore GPTs. From here, you're
able to search on the GPT marketplace and using
a keyword like YouTube, we can find all of
the GBTs available. Now, it's a good
idea to test some of these as not all of
them work as expected, but one that I found to work pretty well is the
YouTube video summarizer. As we can see here, the
ratings are pretty solid, so it's a good one to go for. Once you're here, you would then just ask it to
summarize a video. And once you have
that YouTube video, you can add it in here. And then send that prompt. From there, it'll work on the back end,
retrieve the video, and be able to start the action and create
the summary for you. It should be noted that not all videos have
transcription enabled on them, so you may find that some
of the videos that you put and you ask for a summary
of might not be possible. And this is just because the YouTube channel
has restricted it on that video or the person doesn't want the
transcript to be created. But for the most part,
a lot of them do work, and here we're able
to see it's given us a great breakdown and
summary of the video, and this means we can just get the key points from a video. So that's one way to do
it inside of Chat GPT. There's also a way to
do it through plugins. On Chrome, if you
have certain plugins, you're able to use what's
called the YouTube transcript, and this is just a chrome
extension that you install. And once it's installed, if you go to any YouTube video, you'll see a YouTube
transcript button down in the bottom right there, and from there, you're able to see the transcript
that is created. And once you expand
the transcript, you're able to see it
contained here below. From there, the entire
transcript can be copied. At the bottom, there
is a copy option. There you can bring it back into Chachi
BT if you need to. Or use it however you need to. So those are two simple
ways that you can use Chachi BT to summarize
your YouTube videos.
9. Document Output Format Options: In addition to text
and image responses, hatchiPT is able to create documents such
as PowerPoint slides, PDFs, and even Word documents. In this lesson, you're
going to learn how we can ask it to create
these different formats, and we're going to be using simple unstructured
prompts to request this. Let's hop into ChatPT
and see how it's done. First up, we're
going to be creating a PowerPoint presentation. To do that, we're going to use a simple one shot
unstructured prompt. It could be as simple as this. And we are asking to output the image that
we've created here, which is a futuristic scene
of a terrarium on Mars, and we want to put this into a PowerPoint slide titled
with My MAS presentation, and we're putting in the size and aspect ratio, which is 169. With all of that information, it can then go ahead and
create the presentation. Now what it should do is recognize that the image
is in web P format. You might remember that being the modern web format that Chachi PT creates
the images in, and it needs to convert it. So it's going ahead to
convert it to a PNG, and once it does that, it should then be able to
create our presentation. And like that, it's created it. Clicking on the Link, we
can start the download and we can save
that to our device. Taking a look, let's see. Let's just do a refresher, and there we have
the presentation. And it's given us some
information here as well as the image inside of
the PowerPoint presentation. That was pretty cool. Next up, we're going to try
and do the same with a Microsoft Word document. That's as simple as
asking for that format. And here we go.
The simple prompt is output image and
Microsoft Word document. We're going to run
that. And there we are. It's created the document, start the download and
save the file to a folder. From there, we can
have a look and see what it's created for us. And there we go. It's added the image and given
us a title there. The last format is a PDF
and much like the others. Asking it for this format is as simple as a
prompt like this. Output the image
as a PDF document, and it should go ahead
and create that as a PDF. And saving this PDF to a folder. Take a look. There we go. It's in the PDF. And there we're able
to see that we can take the images that
Chat GBT has generated and created in all sorts of different formats and documents that we might want to
work with just to help us start the process
and save a bit of time. That's it for the lesson. I'll see you in the
next one. Goodbye.
10. Create Charts and Sales Reports with ChatGPT: Creating charts
from your data is another handy feature that
ChachiBT can help you with. This lesson, you're going to
see how we're able to turn our data into interactive
charts that we can then export or even save images to add to our own
reports that we create. At the end of it, we're going to ask it to summarize all of its findings and create a report from us that we could
send to somebody else. Let's have a look and
see how to do that. I'm in Chachi Bettina, and I am going to
use a simple prompt, such as this one. Asking it to create a
comprehensive chart for the sales data in the
attached document, I'm going to attach a CSV file and you'll be able to
see in a moment with the preview window what we're going to be asking
ChachiBT to look at. So here in the data preview
window, we can have a look. This is just a simple table with some sales data information for a coffee brand
called Mu tropic. We're looking at the products
and quantities ordered, the price, and some other
data as well. And here we go. I'm just going to
minimize out of there. And Cha ChIPT has
given us a breakdown of the daily sales trend
in a chart format, as well as the total sales
by product, as well. It's giving us the
total sales by state. And what you can also do is
interact with this chart. So here we have the data points, and we're able to see on the given date
what is the value. We can have a static
chart as well. We're also able to I'm just going to
expand this here so we can see it a
bit more clearly. You're also able to do
some visual changes like the dataset color
that can be changed to green or any
color that you want. And you're then able to see
that change reflected there. You're able to download
these charts as well. So if you wanted to use it for other reports that
you're generating, that's possible, as well. Taking a look at this, we've got all of the
information we need, and it is beautifully laid out. From here, we could save
these images individually. Or if we're happy, we
could ask JAGBT to take these charts and create
the report for us and also add a bit of
contextual information and an executive summary to be able to understand the
data a bit better. So let's go ahead and do that. Once we're happy
with the response, then adding a new prompt, we're asking to create a sales
report as a Word document. That's the format we want,
using these charts and include contextual information
as well as a summary of the report data so it can
be understood more clearly. Using the information
which it has, be able to tell us in
plain language what exactly we're
looking at and what is contained in the charts. And lastly, we've given it some additional context
saying this will be sent to a sales
manager for review, so it should have
everything it needs. I'm going to run that prompt. And Chan CPT then should
be creating the report and using the charts to fill
up the pages of our report. And we're back and the
report has been generated. Let's take a look at
that. There we go. And from here we can
see it's given us the sales report provides an overview of the sales
performance analyzing trends. So it's included all of that, as well as the
contextual information. It's quite basic in
what it's providing, but it's given us a nice, well structured list of headings that we could work with and some
information as well. So this to me is a really good example of just creating kind
of a starter report. And of course, we could
go in there and add on our own information and
input our own insights, things like that, or even just put it back into
Chat EBT and say expand further and
give it more depth. So that is how you would
create engaging reports, and you're able to create
charts all inside of Chat EBT. They can be static. They
can be interactive. You can change elements like the coloring of the bar charts, and that is sure to be a big time saver in your
report creation needs. That's it for the lesson. See
you in the next one. Bye.
11. Upscale Images Convert to PNG with ChatGPT: The images that Chachi PT
generates are created at one oh 24 by one oh 24
in pixel dimensions. Sometimes we want the images
a bit larger than that. While there isn't a
built in function to achieve this and
upscale the images, we can do this with
some clever prompting. I'm going to show you how
to do that in a moment. Using the slash key, this selects the picture
model from Dali, and then we can start
to create our image. So a simple bowl of
ramen for this example. I'll then create
that image for us. And here we have our very
tasty looking bowl of ramen. From here, I'm going to open the image and come
into the editing mode. And the prompt that's needed to achieve this is
upscale this image, and you would choose the amount that you want to upscale by. And then, importantly,
to keep everything the same but sharpen and
enhance the details. Now the next part using
your Python Pillow library. The Python Pilar library
is what ChachPT uses on the back end to do all of the image manipulation
and image editing. We're asking it to use this
when it does the upscale. Action. I'm also adding in some aspect ratio requests here, so we want to make it 169. We want it to be a PNG. We're asking it
to not use any of its charting or data
visualization libraries, just in case it tries
to use one of those and gives us an
undesired result. I'm going to run this
prompt. And here we go. It's created the
new image for us, and we can see that it's
looking pretty good. And I'd just like
to make sure that it's upscale as we want. I'll save this locally. And let's take a look
at the dimensions here. I can see that it's
still at the same size. We can see there it is 1024. That just means we're going
to try again with the prompt, and hopefully the second time it will get
it right for us. This is quite normal. Sometimes it won't always
get it on the first attempt, and you just need to follow
up with the second prompt, asking it to refine anything
that you're not happy with or just resend
the prompt altogether. It has upscale and enhanced, and it's given us
a download link. I'm going to download the file. I can see that it has
saved it as a PNG, which is already good news. And if we come in here and have a look at the
upscale ramen, there we can see
it has increased the pixel dimensions to
5376 by three oh 72, and the file size has
jumped up to 20 meg. Having a look at
that, we're then able to see here's
our large image. And it does seem to have
enhanced the details there. And that's just a
great way for you to take the existing images
that ChaGBTs created, adapt them, edit them, and ask HAGBT to upscale it, and try and sharpen and
enhance the details so you can have a large image that has all of the
details that you want. I hope that was helpful, and I'll see you in the next lesson.
12. Create Animated GIFs from MP4s with ChatGPT: Creating GIFs inside of CHAPT is as easy as giving it the
overall theme that you want, any text you'd like appearing on the Jif and even things
like the frame rate. But to take it a step further, we can create JIFs from MP
four video files that we have. We can even specify the exact seconds and frames that we want to
extract for our Jif. Let's have a look to see
how you would do that. Inside of hachPT, I'm going
to add a MP four movie file. And this is just a simple
little movie here. There isn't any audio, but this is what it looks like. And we're wanting to extract
some of the frames from it. So bring it into ChaiPT. I'm then going to use the
prompt using movie Pi. This is the library that
hachPT uses to do all of its video editing
functions and asking it to create a Jif from
seconds two to three. So we could either ask it to
do for the entire video or specify which seconds from the video we like the
GIF to be created from. Going to run that
prompt. And here we go. It's created the JIF for us. Only thing left is
to download it. And here we have the JIF file. If I open it, we can see
that it's just taken out the range from
second to second three. And with that, you're
able to just extract the exact frames and the range that you want
from MP four files. Can also use other functions
from the movie Pi library, things like extracting audio. You can trim videos. In an upcoming lesson, you'll see all of
the possibilities of using the movie Pie library and some of the things
that you can do with video files
inside of Chat GBT. That's it for the lesson.
I'll see you in the next one.
13. Prompt Enhancing Shortcuts: Creating the perfect prompt
shouldn't feel daunting, especially if you're
looking to get creative and generate AI images. You don't have to be
a prompt engineer to get great results. In this lesson, you'll learn
how to use ChachibT as well as some other tools to structure and create effective prompts. You'll be able to
use these inside of ChachiBT for
content and images, as well as other AI
image generators like Leonardo or Mid Journey. Let's have a look and see
how you would do that. Using ha HIPT directly, you're able to build
the perfect prompt. Instead of guessing or wondering what parameters I need to use, just ask Cha chipT to create the best possible prompt for your needs. Then
how would that look? Well, let's work with an example here of generating
an image prompt. The scenario is
we want to create an AI generated image of a
futuristic cyberpunk city. It's as simple as
asking Cha IPT once we have all of the details
that we want in the image, help me craft a
detailed prompt for an AI image generator to create a cyberpunk
city at night. Then we're adding
some details that we want to appear neon lights, flying cars, and a
futuristic skyline. And we're going
to ask Cha CBT to help us just embellish
and expand on this prompt and create something that is
more comprehensive. And here we've been
given a detailed prompt, and from here we can see it's
really gone into details, and it's setting the scene, and we have elements
appearing in the background, and there's a really
impressive list of details. So as you can see, this has
done a really good job, and what we would then do is use this to generate the image. We could even have
a look at that now just to see what the
result would be. So using the Dari
picture action, I'm going to copy this prompt. And we will see what
the result is for that. And the same thing
can be done with text based content that
you're wanting to create. So you would then
ask in a situation, maybe you're creating
a social media post, you would then ask, help me craft the best
possible prompt to generate a high engagement linked post about productivity hacks
for entrepreneurs. The prompt should ensure
the content is concise, actionable and includes
a call to action, use a suitable
copywriting framework. And we'll run that in a moment. But here we can see this is quite a stunning visual
that's been created, and we can see it's using
all the details that we had from the enhanced prompt that we were given from ChachBT, which is quite a bit different to the one that we started with. And there we have the
option of using ChachiBT directly to create
our image prompts. Next, if we wanted to generate a text based
bit of content, like I was mentioning
a moment ago, we are looking to create a LinkedIn post that
we could also use, and I'm just going to bring the prompt up here
that I have ready. So this is requesting the
prompt and we're asking it to give us some help and just add in all
the details for us. So that's essentially
what we're doing here. We're using SHAPT to
fill in all the blanks and enhance the prompt
for us. And here we go. We've got a very comprehensive
prompt, and of course, we would refine this and
adapt it for our needs. But you can see this is how
you would achieve that. Moving on to the next option, that would be using
a custom GPT. Then once you're in
the GPT marketplace, you can search for prompt
engineering or prompts, anything like that would
bring up similar results. And from there, you can choose a custom GPT for
your needs based on the platform that
you're using or for the specific task that
you're hoping to achieve. And that would then bring up a custom GPT that you
can start to chat with, and it would help you create the perfect prompt that
you can use either in Chat GBT with Dali
or moving over to another platform like
Mid Journey or Leonardo. And over here, you can see
creating efficient prompts, master prompt engineering,
and it's got all of these. And if you wanted
to get specific, you would put in the
tool that you were using to get tailored
prompts for that platform. And that's taking a while to
load up. But there you go. We've got some mid journey
prompts, and of course, you could do the
same if you were working in any other platform. The next option would be
to use ready made prompts. And the favorite one of
mine is prompt base. This is a marketplace where you can buy
professional prompts. You can even sell them as well. And this saves a lot of time because they are
professionally created, so you know you're going
to get consistent results. But from here, you can see there are just so many
categories available. And these offer both text
based prompts as well as image prompts and a whole lot of other applications as well. This is a really good
option, and as you can see, the prompts are very
reasonably priced. For 299, you can be sure that you're getting
consistent results. And lastly, there
is another option, and that is to have a look at the image generation platforms
for the actual proms. So if we hop over to Leonardo, this is an impressive AI
image generating platform, and looking at the
community generations, you're able to see exactly how
these images were created. When you click on the image, you can see the
prompt that was used, and from there,
you can get a feel for how to structure
these prompts. What sort of elements do
you need to include in them for them to appear
in the final output. And this just gives you
a really good guideline to be able to get to those professional and those impressive outputs
that you're seeing. It should also be noted that there are different
models that are used for generation there's also elements and style references and things like that that can
influence the output. It's not just working
from the prompt alone. There are other
elements layered on, and while you could
use this prompt, it might not get
the same result. What I'm showing you
here is that you can use these prompts as
a base to work from. There are, of course, a few
other options like flow GPT and prompt hero
AIPRM for ChatPT. These are all places where
you're able to get prompts and use prompts generated by other people and professionally
created for your own use. And that wraps it
up for this lesson, and you're able to see that
crafting the right prompt, you don't have to be
a prompt engineer. It's as easy as asking ChachPT to help you
build it for yourself. We learned how you can look
on the GPT marketplace to get tailored GPTs purely
built for effective prompts. And the best thing is just to
try some of these prompts. And what I recommend is
just to get your hands dirty and just try a
few of these prompts, try different ways of saying the same thing or
different ways of describing what you
want to appear. And you'll be amazed
at the results. And if you want to
go a step further, using platforms like
Leonardo or Mid journey, it's a great step just creating those professional looking
images that you see online. But I hope you're able to see the possibilities
of creating prompts or helping you to get to
stunning AI image generations. That's it for the lesson.
I'll see you in the next one.
14. Canvas - ChatGPTs AI Writing Assistant: CHGBT has introduced a great
new feature for writers, and it's called Canvas. Canvas allows you to work in a custom environment
that is designed for writing long form content
as well as helping developers code in a
structured and editable way. The best part is,
it's all available from within the HGPT interface. You can think of it like an
intelligent document editor, and it's all powered
by ChachiBT. So let's see how to use it. Canvas is currently available for the base models of ChachiBT. Those are 40 and 01. As of recording this,
there are two new models. Those are 03 mini
and 03 mini High. Canvas isn't available
for these currently, but I do suspect that it
will be in the near future. To get to Canvas, you
can prompt as normal. And what you would then
do is using the slash, you could select
Canvas as the option. You can also get to it by adding it to the prompt, saying, open Canvas, and then it would open up in a canvas once
it gives the output. And you can also select
it from the toolbar here. Rephrase. And you
can also select it from the tools
menu down here. I'm going to run this prompt, and it should then bring us into the Canvas
window. There we go. As it is writing out
this article for us, you can see here on
the left hand side, we have the prompt window. This is there to carry
on prompting as normal. We can also add files to the
conversation using search, as well as image
generation with Dali. We have this adjustable column, so we can tailor the windows
to the width that we want. And on the right hand side, we're able to exit
out of the canvas. We can copy the output. We can redo and undo commands, and then we have some basic
version in control if we want to go back and
restore a copy, which can come in
handy if we get a response that we're
not too happy with. All right. In the main window, this is where we're
able to start editing. We can not only work
with the response, but we can add our own writing, which is particularly handy if you want to add your
own style of writing, you want to humanize the
content that you create, and this is where
you're able to do that. So here you can add all
of the text and info and adding it in amongst all of the Chachi Bitty
generated content. Selecting any of the responses, you're then able to see
from this context menu, you can ask Chat GBT, and this is where
you can ask it to explain certain things or
expand on certain things or even perform actions
like putting the text into a bullet list or formatting it
in some other way. This just becomes a great
way to interact with the responses and edit it and improve it and enhance
it how you want to. Here, let's have a look
and see that in action. So I'm going to ask it to expand on this and
provide examples. And what should happen
there is it would then take that selected text and begin to expand and provide
the response. And there it's given
us the response, and we can then work with that. If we wanted to
refine even more, we can then select the
bits that we're not happy with and just ask Chat GBT
to make those adjustments. We can also format with
some basic options. So we have the
headings options here. We can also select body text. We can italicize it, we can make it bold. All of those options
are available. Now, as I'm scrolling down here, you can see that there is another little tool
appearing here, and this is where
we can also get to the same menu and make
requests to Chachi BT. Moving over to the bottom right, here are even more
tools available. So if we wanted to
have suggestions on how to better structure
the article and the content, we can request that down here with the suggested
edits option. And what that would
do is ChachiPT would go line by line and
provide some suggestions, just to improve the article
and enhance it further. Here we can see it's
giving us things like consider removing or replacing might want to specify examples. So it's really giving us
some helpful comments here that we can simply apply. There it's given us that
suggestion and implemented. But if we're not happy
with any of these, we can simply cancel those out. Then we're able to
adjust the length. The options are
longest or shortest, and this would just
either summarize or expand on what has
already been provided. The reading level,
this would just adjust the wording and the
terminology for the level of readership that you
expect for the article. So we have kindergarten at the lowest and graduate
school level at the highest. If we were to select
college level, it would then go and reword the entire article based
on that new reading level. This is handy if
you've got something, maybe it's a bit simplistic and you'd like to
just enhance it and increase the reading level or the other way around if something's a bit
more technical, it's a white paper or
an academic paper, and you just want to
bring it down a level, you're able to do this all
from within Canvas tools. And there we go. It's
made those changes, and moving on, the other tools we have available is
the add final polish. And what this will
do is ensure that the structure of the headings
and the paragraphing, all of that is in
the correct format. So things like if you had H two headings
or H three headings, it would just ensure
that they are in the correct descending
hierarchy. Adding emojis. This is if you want to spice up the written text
with some emojis, it is quite liberal
with the emoji, so I recommend
using it sparingly. But if you love emojes, then you're going to
love this feature. Having a look at that, we can then see there's a
couple of other options. We can have it to add in between the words only for the sections and only
add them to the list. So this gives you a
few options as well. If we go for the words option, you'll see that it will start to add Imogs throughout the text, and there we can see it already. And that about wraps up
this lesson on Canvas. And as you can see, it's a
really neat writing assistant, and it just allows you to be more efficient
with your writing. You can add in all
of your own writing, as well as keep the power of Cha chiBT for all of the
other parts of the content. I use this for writing
website articles, and I can iteratively enhance
each section as I go. And it just ensures that the writing is natural and it's humanized and
it's in plain language. And if I need to do a
little bit of research, I can do that all within
the context of ChachiPT. Then once I'm happy, I can copy this
and paste it into my CMS or even a word
editor if needed, and work with it further. That wraps up the lesson. I will see you in the next one.
15. Canvas - Fact-Checking and Hallucinations: AI models can sometimes generate incorrect or fabricated
information. It's a phenomenon known
as hallucination. This occurs when the
model encounters gaps in its training data or lacks real world knowledge on a topic. The AI essentially tries to sound confidence
and make sense, even if it doesn't actually
know the correct answer. It guesses based on
patterns and its training, which can sometimes lead to
false or made up information. Examples of hallucinations
or claiming a person said something they never providing stats with incorrect numbers, misrepresenting a
historical event. This lesson provides a chat
GBT workflow to verify and refine AI content using
search and fact checking. We'll start in Canvas using
an existing article that was generated you should have the responses
checked for accuracy to avoid hallucinations
in your content. To illustrate this, I'm going to add a snippet of
information here. This we could even assume
was a response given from Chat GEBTO maybe we've pasted in some content from
another source. And what I'm going to
do now is add that in. I'm then going to close Canvas. It's going to ask me to save. I want to save that to the chat. And here we go. It's busy
rewriting the article here. Now, before we continue, I need to point out that
the snippet I added, this statistic that
67% of employees express their distrust
in AI generated content, that is, in fact, an incorrect and
false statistic. The true statistic is 30%. And I've added that in here, and Chachi BT, as you saw, was happy to rewrite the
content, which included that. Now, to take it a step
further and actually start the fact checking and
verification of the data, we're going to use a prompt. Here is the prompt. Your
task is to fact check the provided content
for accuracy and update with the
correct information. We're also going to take
this opportunity to add in some more details to
get more enrichment, to get more depth
in our articles. So we're saying enrich and embellish it with
recent statistics, data, insights, and quotes to enhance the article's depth. And also we want
sources to be cited, so we're asking
for those as well, and also to inform
of any changes made. Now the next step is
the most important one. We want to enable
search the web. This is where it's
able to verify what is online and what is factual. I'm going to run that prompt. And here we can see from
the response that it has replaced that statistic and that snippet that
we included in there, and it's used a more verifiable
and accurate source, as well as citing that. So we are then able
to confidently know that the stats we're
working with are correct. Moving further down, we can then see all of the changes it made, and it even states it there. And there we have
the final response, and we can be confident
that the statistics and the data that's
being presented is accurate and we have the
sources cited in there as well. And that means that we can
confidently present this data. This lesson, we learned
how we need to verify the data that ChachiBT or any other AI model is giving us. And the search the web feature, when used in combination with Canvas is a great way
to do this to ensure that we are getting
the most accurate and up to date data and statistics. Then we can take it a
step further and also ask Cha CPT to add in
more information, more depth, more statistics, just to have a more comprehensive
and detailed article. It was able to do this, and we only needed to
add it to the prom. So this two step process is
how you would achieve that.
16. SearchGPT Google Search Killer: One of the most impressive
features that's recently been introduced
is the search feature. This allows Cha CiPT to go
out and browse the web. It's had this for a while now, but only recently has it
become available to all users, including those
on the free plan. So it's just a perfect tool for fetching fresh and up to
date info from the web. Chat IPT also uses
this to prevent hallucinations and just to further give accurate responses. Another NIF D feature
is that it provides the sources and citations that
it uses in its responses. So you can actually
click through to those websites and go and
see them for yourself. To get started with
the search feature, it's as simple as enabling
it when you run a prompt and clicking on the search the web button down
in the bottom here. You can then use that
for your search query. I've got one ready
and waiting here. And one thing to note is, while you are using search
the web as a function, you won't have access to
uploading files and attachments. When you switch it off,
it then enables it. This might change in the
future, but for now, this is a restricted
feature when you're using the search feature. If we run this query, we can then see it's giving us the most up
to date response here, and it's gone out and searched the web for all of the results. And here we can see that it's given us the
information that we need. And over here, we have all of these sources that
have been cited. And clicking on them
would allow you to visit those websites and interact
with them further. Then at the bottom
of the response, you're able to see there
is a sources option. Clicking that opens up a
new sidebar, and from here, you have all of the sources that were used to provide
the response. From here, you can go through and click on
all of these links and get to the websites that
were used for the response. This is just great
to be able to see what source was used for
Chachi BT's response. The search function
really becomes powerful for when you need really
up to date information. ChachiPT has partnered with data providers to
be able to give you up to date and accurate responses for
things like weather, stocks, sports news,
maps, and so much more. To see that in action, let's have a look at what the
weather is doing in Porto. And we're able to see it's
given us an accurate response, as well as a nice
visual breakdown of the days to follow and what the weather is
going to be then. As you can see, the
search function, it turns chat Chipt into an
AI powered search engine, which provides accurate
and up to date responses. That's it for the lesson. I'll
catch you in the next one.
17. SearchGPT Browser Extension: Google has dominated
the online search game for the last 25 years or more, and now there's a new
player called SearchGPT. All your online searches can
now be powered by Chachi BT, and you can interact and have a conversation with
those results. To be able to use Chachi
BT as your search engine, simply head over to your
favorite plug in store. I'm using the Chrome
web store here and look for Chat GPT search. This is the browser plugin, and it's developed by Open AI. And once installed,
it allows you to use the address bar
to perform searches, but using Chat GPT. To show you how that works, let's type in a search query, and it redirects to HachiBT. Now, one thing to note is you
do need to be logged in to HachiBT for these search
queries to be rooted. But once you're logged in,
everything runs smoothly. And it's given it to us in a
nice interactive map format. From here, we can start
to have a look at the options as well as display
it in different formats. We can even start to chat with these results and get
more information from it. You may find that
the search results are a bit different
to that of Google, and that's because search GPT is using a different
algorithm to Google. So where Google's ranking is influenced by factors
such as backlinks, page load speed,
keyword optimization, search GPT emphasizes more
on authoritative sources, content relevance, and depth, clear and structured writing. The other nifty
thing is there are no ads displayed
alongside the listings, so you have a ad free
search experience, which is pretty neat. And that's how you
can bring the power of Chat EPT to your
search queries.
18. ChatGPTVision - Digitize Handwriting: ChatPT's vision
capabilities use OCR, which stands for optical
character recognition. This is incredibly versatile, and it means that it
works with not just text, but also handwritten notes, too. This means you can essentially
digitize your handwriting, which is useful for
things like lists or meeting notes or
anything like that. It's a really nifty function, and we're going to have a
look to see how that works. I'm going to be selecting
a handwritten note. This is a list of tasks. And as you can see, my
handwriting is not the best, so I'm not making this
easy for Chat EPT at all. I'm going to upload
that. Something as simple as this prompt
will do the trick. Convert the attached note
into a checklist of task, giving it the context
that it is a list of tasks so that it knows
to create a checklist. But if you had say meeting notes or a journal entry or some
sort of creative writing, you could also put
that in there just to give it a bit more context. I'm going to run the prompt. And from there, it was able to understand and identify all
of the characters used. And there we can see develop
and test API endpoint, client onboarding call, write documentation,
troubleshooting code review. It got it absolutely perfect. And that's just an example of just how you can use
it in your everyday life. Just because you're writing by hand doesn't mean
that it gets lost, and the digitizing is a
great way for you to keep a record of those important
handwritten notes. That's it for the
lesson. In the next one, we're going to be identifying
objects in a picture. I'll see you in the next lesson.
19. ChatGPT Vision - Digitize Printed Documents: The next vision capability
is image classification. This is where Chachi PT
is able to classify, categorize and organize the
data extracted from images, and it can also work with multiple images
at the same time. This is what we're going to
be doing in this lesson. And the scenario is having just come back
from an exhibition, I have a whole lot of fliers and leaflets
and business cards. That I'd like to digitize and organize and categorize just
so it's a bit more neat, and I then have a list of
contacts and companies that I can follow up with and potentially start
to do business with. Let's see how that
would work. All right. Inside of Cha C EPT, I'm going to upload
these images, and I'll show you what they
look like in a moment. Here they are over here. We can see it's a mixture of just leaflets that were
handed out at the exhibition. Some of them are in a
different language, but here you can see
there is images, there's text, there's graphics. All of this is
contained in here. There's business cards. So the typical
collection of things that you'd bring
back from an Expo, and I essentially
want to digitize this and put it into
a structured format. The prompt I'm going to use is attached our
leaflets and fliers. Your task is to digitize these. And some of the
important parameters I'm including is to explain
what the business is. With business cards, it needs
to extract the names and job titles with the
flies and leaflets. We want to summarize each into two to
three bullet points, and then categorization, we want to group the
businesses by industry, so marketing, logistics,
software, that sort of thing. And priority tagging, this
is marking contacts as high potential partners or clients or people to
work with in the future, and it's got a priority
ranking there. Now, that would be
especially useful if this was a custom GPT, and we had information about who we are or who I am as a business owner
or a brand owner, it would have all of that
contextual information and be able to
relate that back to what would be a good fit for a partner from this list
that it provides there. And then, lastly,
the next steps, asking it to format
everything for easy Importing into a
CRM or spreadsheet. And let's run that and see
what we get the prompt is run, and we have the results back. And from here, we can see that it's identified
one business card. Of course, this would be a
much more interesting list if there were multiple
business cards, but it was just the one. But nonetheless,
it's been able to categorize everything
and it's put it into a nice table
with columns there. Then looking at the leaflets, it's given us a
brief explanation. It's also translated
this leaflet. You might remember this
one was in German. So it's gone ahead and
done the translation, as well, which is really neat. And it's given us some
other key information, and it's done the same thing
with all of the others there and given us some really interesting breakdowns
and key points. From there, if we wanted
to create it into a CSV, we could
ask it to do that. But I think for the
purposes of this, let's just put it into a table. And here's created
the table for us, and we can see that all of the details have been placed
into this neat table, and we can actually
see which ones are the high priority ones that
we need to follow up on. So this would be a
great starting point. And see if they might be a
good fit to do business with. I hope that you can
see how powerful the image classification
capability is with Cha CBT. This would save so
much time by going through these leaflets and
business cards manually, and here we've been able to do that in a matter of seconds. That wraps up the lesson.
I'll see you in the next one.
20. ChatGPT Vision - Identifying Classifying Objects: The benefits of
vision capabilities inside of Chat GPT
means that you can have enhanced
understanding by combining both text
prompts as well as images. This means improved
accuracy and just gets you closer to the output
that you expect. It's also very efficient at
data extraction from images. You've heard the saying a
picture paints 1,000 words. Well, those are 1,000 words that you wouldn't have
to put in the prompt. Chat chPT is able to understand
and analyze the images, and you're then able to draw out that information and extract the data that you
need from the image. Next in the vision lessons. We're looking at
image recognition. This is where Cha hiPiT is able to understand all of the
elements in an image. I'm going to provide
an image that contains a whole lot
of fridge ingredients. These are just random
items found in a fridge, as well as a kitchen
cupboard and going to ask ChachiPT to
list these out and then also take it a step
further by asking it to create a recipe from these
ingredients so that I can have a tasty
meal at the end of it. Let's have a look at that. I'm
going to upload the image, which I will show you
in just a second. Here we go. Here's the image
of all of the ingredients. So as you can see, it's quite a mixed bag that
we have going on there, and ChachiPT is going to need to identify these and also
provide a tasty recipe. Okay, the prompt I'm using here is list the ingredients
visible in the image and create a tasty
recipe that I can make from them as
simple as that. And here we go. It's done that
incredibly quickly. Let's just see if it's accurate. So we have the sweet potato. We have the whole grain rice, we have the green beans, we have the carrots,
cherry tomatoes, broccoli, sugar snap peas, grapes, mixed nuts,
olive oil, peanut sauce. Wow, chicken breast, shrimp
tofu, whole grain pasta. Wow. So it has quite impressively nailed
everything there. And now let's have a look at
the recipe it's giving us. So it's given us the
options for the protein. Then it's given us all of the other items and
instructions as well. So from what I can see, that would be a pretty tasty meal, and we were able to
figure that out. We didn't need an app. We didn't need any kind of fancy AI. It was all possible right
from within Chachi BT. I hope you enjoyed the lesson. In the next lesson, we're going to be looking
at a screenshot mockup, and I'll introduce you to the code editor
inside of Canvas. And we're going to be
creating a mock up from that. So stick around for
the next lesson. But that's it for
this one. Goodbye.
21. Build Custom Website Mockups with AI: When you're looking to
build your own website, whether that's for yourself or your brand or your business, one good option
is to do it using the code editor inside of HHIBT. For this lesson,
we're going to create a landing page mockup
and all using HCBT. Then later in the lesson,
I'm going to show you some other platforms
that are designed to create landing pages as well as full blown websites all
from a single prompt. Let's get into it.
Creating website content using ChachiBT and
the Canvas function, it's always a good idea to plan out your prompt in advance. By that, I mean,
brainstorming with HachiBT to find out all of the elements and all the details and content that you'd like
to have included in there. You would ask ChaiBT what sort of elements
I should include. You would talk about
your target audience. You'd talk about the
content that you want to appear, the
different sections, just as a basic primer
for ChachBT to understand how it needs to construct the outline for your
website mockup. Then once you have all
of that information, you can then start to add
in some more details. Things like the styling
choices that you'd like. Maybe there's a
specific font you want or there's a color palette
that you're interested in these are all important
elements to add into your prom to ensure that you're getting the desired output. Taking a look at an example of a prompt.
Here we have one. So create a landing page for an international tech
recruitment agency called Ultimate Tech Talent. This is just the
fictitious brand that we're going to be building
this landing page for. And we're also going to have a visual style guide as
a branding reference. This is to match the
color palette and the overall look and feel
that we have from this. To show you what
that looks like, I'll bring it in here. And here we can see it's got a neon color palette but with
soft muted tones as well. And although we are using this color palette
as a reference, a style reference, you can also look at other platforms
for inspiration. So if you have found a website
that you like to look of, you can take a screenshot
of that and use that as a reference for the visual
elements that you'd like to appear on the website. Chachi Petit can do
a pretty good job of trying to replicate what you
provide in the screenshots. So if you wanted make
a clone of a website, that would be one
way of doing it. And one website I can
recommend to find some design inspiration
for websites and other applications
is dribble, and that is redo. And the name of that is dribble. From here, you're able to see all of the best
designs that are currently being
produced by some of the top UI and UX
website designers, and this is a great starting
place to get inspiration for how you want the
website to look. Coming back into ChachiBT. We're then going on to give a bit of background
for the company, and we're saying here, we help startups find and hire the best remote tech talents, such as CTOs, product managers, developers, and AI specialists. We're just priming ChachiBT with a bit of information
about the company. This is always good for it to just use this to
fill the content in website and provide some real factual info
on there as well. Then design specifications,
this is where we are wanting to get specific about some of the
design elements. So the fonts that
we're looking at, we're going for a Poppins
black and then subheadings, we're looking to use
a code inspired font, and we're saying that either consola or FR code
as the font choices there. Body pop ins regular and
styling, tailwind CSS. So this is just a
styling framework, and this will make it just stand out and give it
that modern flavor. Then we're also
asking for some icons as well as backgrounds, SVGs. These are a vector type of file that can be
included in webpages. These are used for graphics and backgrounds
as well as icons. Then we go into say we want specific copy for
the hero headline. This is what is going to
appear above the fold. So as people land
on the website, this is going to be the first bold heading that
they would see. Of course, these are
all elements that have been brainstorm
previously before adding it to this prompt. Then we've got some
subheadings and a call to action over here. Some specific blocks
that we're asking for. We want call out blocks, and they should feature
icons and text, as well as full width
call to action blocks. Then writing style,
we're asking it to write in a second
person point of view. And in a conversational tone. This is just to keep it
approachable and keep it from being stuffy and
a bit too corporate. These sections we're
asking for here, services, how it works, meet the team, client testimonials,
and a contact. Then saying that,
feel free to use placeholder content to fill
up the rest of the website. And from here, going to
select the write of code. This will take us into Canvas mode as soon as it
starts to generate the code. And from there, I'm
going to run the prompt. And it's brought us into
the Canvas interface. And from here, we're
able to edit the code, as well as make changes to any of the elements as
well. And there we go. It's completed the
HTML development. And to have a look at this, we would hit the preview option. And from here, we're able
to see that it's given us a pretty good result here. Now, if you want to add in images as well,
this is possible. You would create them in
the chat window here. So as a first draft, this is not a bad job. I mean, it does have all of
the basic elements in place. And from here, this is
where we would just iterate and ask it for
changes to be made. What I can see is how it works
section could be improved. So I'll come in here and ask
for a modification there. I'm just going to come out
of the preview mode there. And from here looking at the how it works
section, selecting it. And from here, the inline chat
window becomes available, and from there, we can suggest
any edits that we want. There we go, asking for it to create three blocks and just include some
relevant icons there. I'm going to run that. Then
once we have the update, we can then preview that. And from here we can
see the how it works section has that
new update there. And then to give you an idea of what it could look
like with images, you are then able to generate inside the chat and
prompt normally. So if you wanted an image, and here we have
our quick image. Of course, if you wanted
very specific images with specific details and styles,
you would prom for that. But just for this example, this is good enough to use. Now, here we are
wanting to right click and then copy
the image address. We can then come in here and
just add it into the code. So where we see
the image source, we're able to then
add it in there. So just to find a existing image container,
just so you're able to see. We just add that in there. And let's put in
some attributes. And here it's asking
us if we want to allow the app to access this URL. So this is where the app is being stored on
the ChachiBT service. So we're going to allow that and from there we have
it sitting there. Of course, we can
go in and tweak it. And then once we've added the
Chat CiPT generated images, we can tweak and adjust
them as we want to. So you can probably
see that it's not a full blown website editor. You're not able to get
pixel perfect precision. It's more of a scaffolding
and prototyping tool to get to the overall structure of the landing page or website
that you want to create. Moving on to some other options, we have a website
builder called Framer. Traditionally, these guys allows you to build websites visually. So you're able to have all of the different
attributes and settings. You could visually
create a website. And they've also created
an AI website generator, so you can create all sorts of different pages and
website designs. So definitely one worth trying. Then Webflow, same story. They are a visual website
design application. But with their new AI
additions with just a prompt, you're able to create some really impressive
website designs. Now, one you wouldn't
think is Canva. They've introduced an
AI code generator, and this allows you to
create very basic websites, interactive presentations,
and that sort of thing. So you not be able to build a massive multi page
website using Canva, but you could create some smaller
interactive projects to put on the web using
their AI code generator. Then lovable, this is an
AI development platform, so this is dedicated to building websites and user
interfaces all through AI. And I was able to use the
same prompt on lovable and to get a pretty good result. Let's take a look at that. And here we have the result. As you can see, it's done a pretty good job of taking the color palette
and sticking to it, as well as adding in all
of the elements there. Really love all of the icons and just the subtle details
that it's put in there. It really does
look professional. And if we have a look
at a full size preview, here we can see
everything in action. There's even some animation
and hover effects. So a really cool result
happening there. Then another similar
option is called VO. This is made by Versll. These are the app development and app infrastructure guys. They've got their own AI
development platform. And from here, we can see some of the community generations. And from what you
can see, there are some really impressive things you can do with this platform. Was able to test it out
and use the same prompt, and here is the result. Although it doesn't
have the pizzas and the style that
lovable produced, it definitely is professional
and it's well structured. I'm just looking at all of
the content that was created. It's pretty much a
complete website in terms of all of the
content that was there, some styling tweaks needed, and it would be good to go. So in terms of completeness, I'd have to rate this one as my favorite in terms of style. This one definitely is a winner. And with these platforms to make edits to any of the generations, you're able to just select
the element over here, and you could make
the changes there. Then you're also
able to download the entire code and website,
which is really nice. So if you just wanted to use this for prototyping
and then take it off to upload or
use somewhere else, you could do that, as well. And then, of course,
you're able to deploy to Versll if you are happy
with the end result. Dot u, much the same
as the other two. This is a really
impressive platform, and you're able to deploy full stack web and
mobile applications from a single prompt. The platforms from Amazon and those to follow are
really good options. Firebase from Google allows you to deploy modern
full stack web apps, and then Microsoft Azure, this is their option as
well for AI development. Then the guys over at WIX, they have their
own AI generator. So that's an option as well. And also, there are
some low code platforms like software that are allowing you to
create things like client portals or internal
tools or directories, membership platforms,
things like that. And lastly, hostinger
traditionally, these guys are web hosts, but they've recently released a product called
Hostinger Horizon, so this allows you to build
fully functional websites and web apps just from simple
prompting and plain language. What's really good there
is they are a host, as well, so they can
handle all of your email, all of your domains, all of the other requirements to run an online business and
have a website, as well. So that's a good
option to check out. And from there, I hope you can see that generating websites, even if it's just
prototyping in Cha IPT, or if you want to build a complete website from
start to finish using AI, there are so many
options out there, and these are just a handful of the ones that are
available to you. With all of your new
prompting skills that you've picked
up from the course, why not try one of these
AI platforms and just see what you can achieve
and what sort of website and landing
page you can create, or even maybe some tools
for an existing website. Maybe you wanted to create
a calculator or some sort of free tool that you can offer to get more traffic
and to get more links. These are platforms that
allow you to do that. Well, that's it for the lesson. I hope you enjoyed it, and
I'll see you in the next one.
22. ChatGPT Vision - Analysing a Social Media Post: The next key vision capability is contextual understanding. Cha chiPT can interpret the context of the
images that you provide, and it can see the relationships
between the elements and objects in an image. We're going to have a look at an example to see exactly
how that plays out. And what I'm going
to do is upload a screenshot of a LinkedIn post from a prolific copywriter. And the screenshot looks like this. This is
from Dickey Bush. He's an exceptional copywriter, and this is a post on LinkedIn. And he was just giving advice on which books to read next. And from here, we want Chat GPT to break down
the elements of this. So it's going to look at the different aspects from a
psychological point of view, because we want to
know what makes us click on a post
or read further, and ChaiPT is going
to help us understand the science and the psychology behind a successful
post such as this one. And as we can see, it
had 531 engagements, a lot of comments as well. So this is definitely a good
example of a viral post, and we're going to
break it down and understand exactly what
makes it so powerful. The prompt I'm going to use is the following,
and here it is. Analyze this Linked in post by examining the hook
and structure. How does it grab attention, tone and writing style, what makes it resonate
with the audience, engagement triggers, what elements, questions,
storytelling format, drive likes and shares, and then some
actionable takeaways. Cha CiPi T is going to look at the context that the
post provides and just break down all of these
elements and give us a structured analysis
on the post. So let's see what
it comes back with. Alright, so here, it's given
us the hook and structure, saying that the post opens with a strong intriguing statement
supporting context. The next line, they could
have been blogpost is relatable for many readers
and adds an air of authority. List format, it's saying why it's presented
as a numbered list, makes it easy to skim. And including a bonus adds value and creates a
sense of exclusivity. So as you can see, I won't go line by line through
everything else, but we can see that
it's really broken it down and just put it
into plain language so that somebody could
have a look at this and just understand
the psychology of what makes this such
a successful post and then try and replicate
that with their own posts. Because that's the goal
here is to emulate, take what we see as
successful and powerful and use it for ourselves to bring some of that
to our own posts. To take this a step further, we could then ask it to create a template or a framework
from all of this so that we know
exactly what we need to use and the elements
that need to appear. And here, it's given
us a template, a framework to work from, and we would
essentially then just fill in the blanks
with our own content. This wraps up the lesson. And I hope you can
see from this one and the other lessons on the
vision capabilities, just to see how
powerful Chachi PT is, we learned about
image recognition. It can identify objects, scenes, and elements
in an image. We learned about optical character recognition
that is OCR. This is where it
extracts texts from printed or handwritten notes, image summarization,
it can summarize parts of the image,
image classification. Remember, we organized and classified and categorized all of those leaflets from the expo. It's incredibly powerful
and quick at that. Data extraction. It can pull structured information
from the images supplied. Even charts and graphics
it's able to work with. Handwriting analysis, whether it's scribbles or
tasks or meeting notes, it's able to digitize
those writings so that we can start to interact
with that content. And also visual
search assistance, it is able to find and relate information from multiple
uploaded images. Again, like we saw in the
leaflets and the brochures, it was able to piece
it all together and put it in a nice
structured tabular format. This just shows Chat Chipt is just so much more than
a text based chat bot. When it comes to images, you get a lot more functionality. It's a lot more efficient, and it's bound to
streamline your workflows. That wraps up this lesson.
I'll see you in the next.
23. Video File Tricks - Prompts Commands in ChatGPT: Another handy feature is that HHIPT can work with
MP four video files. It can help with some
basic video editing tasks. And in this lesson, I'll
go through a few of them, and hopefully you can see just how ChachiPT can help
with your efficiency. Let's see how it can
help with video files. Below are a few of
the possible actions for MP four files. While this is not
an exhaustive list, you are free to get creative
and try a few others. I'll show you a few of these in action once we review the list. First up, we have
converting to a JIF. This is where we saw
in the other lesson, you're able to create animated
GIFs from MP four files. You can also extract frames, saving the individual frames
from the video as an image, trimming and cutting short in the video or cut out
specific sections. You're able to give it the exact timestamps that you
would like it to cut out. Resizing video files, you can adjust the resolution or
even the aspect ratio, compress, you can reduce the file size while still
maintaining quality. Extracting audio,
you're able to separate and save the audio as an MP
three or another format. You can convert the format, so changing an MP four to another video
format such as AVI, MOV, or WebM you can
generate thumbnails. You can adjust the speed. You can add or remove audio. You can apply filters
and some basic effects. Although this is a
little bit iffy and it doesn't always work as
expected, so use sparingly. Subtitle generation,
I can automatically generate subtitles for you
as captions from the speech, frame rate adjustment, increase or decrease the frame rate. Extract metadata. This can sometimes be
useful just to get the file sizes or any
other specific metadata. Stabilization. This one is another one that's a
bit iffy to get right. But you are able to reduce some basic camera
shake if you need to. Reverse playback, so play
the video in reverse. Looping, make the video
loop continuously. Let's see some of
these in action. I'm going to bring
up a clip now, and this is a video trailer for the Pixar movie inside out. I'm going to play a
little bit of it so you can see just what we're
working with here. But from the metadata over here, it's 2 minutes and 24 seconds. It has a file size of 13.2 megs. This is the frame width
as well as the height, and here is some
other information. So let's have a look
and preview this. This is Joy. Coming to you live in Riley's mind. Make some No. This is in the house. In Tanger. Let me Adam. We got to get
our mouth card people. Here. Okay, so there we go. That's the file we're
gonna be working with. And first up, we are going
to be extracting the audio. The prompter use
here is as simple as extract the audio file
from the attached video. And I better run
that. And here we go. It's provided the audio file for us as a separate MP three file. So if we save that there, just coming to that file, we can see here it's given
us the MP three file. And if we listen to
that, this is Joy. Come and you have a job. We can then see that we
have the MP three file. So that's really nifty if you're wanting to repurpose content, maybe just extract
the audio file for an audio guide or any
kind of audio use. It's really handy to
be able to do this on the fly quickly using Chat GPT. The next one we're
going to look at is the trim and cut function to
edit out unnecessary parts, and you can do that to make presentations a bit
more clear or create teasers or previews
or even tutorials when you want to extract
a section of the video. To do that, I'm going
to run a prompt, trim the video clip down
to the first 60 seconds. Okay, and it should know
which one we're talking about and use the originally
uploaded video file there. Okay. And it's trimmed down the video file for us.
Let's download that. And here, I'm going to save it. P over to File Explorer. And here we can see is
the trimmed version. We can see there 1 minute in runtime let's have a look and just make sure
it's all working. This is huck Hello. Welcome to headquarters
embarrassment. Oh, there we go. It's created a trim down clip
from the first 60 seconds. The next one is to
extract frames, and this is really great. If you want to get key
moments out of a video or there's certain
frames that you'd like to extract and
use separately. The prompt to do that is extract a random frame from 10-20
seconds of the video. I'm asking to look at the first ten to 20 seconds of the video and extract
a random frame. Let's run that. And it's done that for us, and we can download the extracted
frame as an image file. And let's take a look. It's this JPEG file that
is created for us here. And it's given us that
pix our title there, which is pretty cool. Okay. Then the next one, it can also generate thumbnails. So if we wanted to create
engaging thumbnails, maybe you want to use them for YouTube thumbnails
or just to put in a presentation that would
accompany the video clip, you're able to do
this with ease. And the simple prompt would be generate five
thumbnails from the clip. And I'm going to run that. And there we go. It's generated the five thumbnails all
as different image files. I could then download these and let's take a look at a
couple of them. Here we go. That's much like the
same one before. And then here we can
see a different one. Okay. Let me just do that again because the
other one popped up. There we go. So this was the one it created
for the other one. So it's just taken
out random frames, and then we could use that
or even put it back into ChachiBT and ask it to overlay some text as we
saw in a previous lesson. This is also possible.
And there we have it. You're able to do a couple of basic video edits on
your MP four files. While you can't do any
extensive or detailed editing, it is handy to be able
to do little things like this all with
inside of HachiPT. I hope you could see
the capabilities here of working
with MP four files, but why not get inside
hachPT and give it a try for yourself and
see what you can achieve. That's it for the lesson.
I'll see you in the next one.
24. ChatGPT Desktop App - Why use It & Benefits Tips: You might be already using Chachi PT in your
browser and wondering, James, why would I want
to use it on desktop? It has some really
powerful benefits, and I'll walk you through
some of those in this lesson. To download the desktop app, you just visit open.com forwardslash CHIPT
forwardslash Download. And from there, you're able to select for which
operating system you want to download it. Once you download it and run it, you'll be met with this screen, and here is where you can
start using HACPT for desktop. Now, you're probably
wondering, well, it doesn't really
look much different. It doesn't it functions
in much the same way, and that's the intention. So it's a seamss
experience coming from your browser to the
desktop application. You will notice that the file and media options are improved. So when you click on the
Upload Files button, you can see that you're
able to take screenshots, which is really handy. This means that
you can be working on an application or in
an app or on a website, and then you can start
interacting and just talking with ChaiBT to get information and
work with that screenshot. The other upload option is to take a photo. Clicking this. You'll then be able to access
your camera on your device and use that as the image to be able to start
chatting with Chachi BT. Two additional media
options there, which are not available
on the browser version, so that's a big plus already. Next is performance
and stability. Because it's optimized for
your operating system, you will see some benefits. It's a bit more efficient
with memory usage, and you will just get an
overall better experience, and users have reported
that it's more stable and responsive and just leads to a smoother experience
over the web version. Next major benefit, and I
have saved the best for last. This is the companion window. I'm going to need to close up ChachiBT for this one,
and to access it, you would press Alt Spacebar on Windows or the Option key
and spacebar on a MAC, and that brings up the little
mini Companion window here. This works in much the same way. You have all of the same options as you would in the main window, and it's quite easy
to pop it out. However, by default,
it is always on top, so you can be productive and multitask with
other application. This could become especially
handy if you're working in your browser on things like an email where you wanted to
find out more information. Say you were in the
middle of an email and you needed to get
some information quickly. So who is an example would be, who is the CEO of
Microsoft in 2025. And I'm using the dictation
function here in Windows. That's also another
work around if you wanted to use
speech to text. So you could be in the middle
of an email and you then have access to ChatBT right
there where you need it. Same thing applies
to reading articles. If you want to look up
article information, you could do that without
having to Google it, and it just gives you
a bit more power than, say, doing a Google
search for something. Then it's really great
for troubleshooting, how tos and tutorials,
that sort of thing. Imagine you're
writing an article and you wanted to maybe get some quotes for it or needed some help on how to
do something in WordPress. So, for example, how
to insert a table of contents into a Wordpress
post. And there we go. I would give you the solution right there in your
HachiBT window. Then the next feature is a
great one for MacOS users, and hopefully it'll
come to Windows. But if you're a Mac OS user, you are able to use HachiBT with other apps
such as Xcode or VS code. And what it's able to do is
see the content from the app. So it's able to see
what you're working on and provide
coding assistance. So you can have your bugs fixed. You can have snippets of code
created all while you're working in these
development environments, and you wouldn't
have to switch tabs. It's all right there
where you are working. That wraps up these features
of the desktop version. It's got enhanced
media handling. It's got more performance
and stability. It's got that voice mode. It's got the companion window, which is always on top, which is a dream
for multitasking. And for Mac OS users, you're able to get
coding assistance right there where you need it. I hope you can see that
this is a powerful tool, and why not give it a go and
see how it can help you be more efficient and more
productive with your workflows. That's it for the
lesson. Goodbye.
25. ChatGPT Large Email Summaries: Hey, there and welcome
to this lesson. We're going to be looking at how to get up to speed
with a message thread. There might have been situations
where you were out of the office or you had an important project that
you need to attend to. And there was a whole load of emails that were
passed between team members and yourself being included or
CC on the messages, and you need to get up to
speed with everything. One way of doing
it. The manual way is reading through all
those message threads and just understanding what was said and who it was said to and what's needed
going forward. That's one way of
doing it. Of course, the most efficient way to
do it is to use chat GPT, just to extract out all of
the information that matters to you and that you
need to action from. So let's have a look at
how you would do that. Look at the email we're going
to be working with here. It is a multi thread email, so there are nine
messages in total. This, of course, works
much better with longer message threads and where there's multiple
people involved, there's only two people in
this message thread here. So it's a simple example, but you'll get the idea
of how this works. So all we would need to do
is print the email out, save it as a PDF. And this is how it will look
before it's saved as a PDF, and then you're able to work
with that quite easily. So once we have that PDF, let's hop into Chat GPT. And from here, I'm using
the four oh mini model, which is really quick and fast. So it's great for kind of simple tasks that you need
carried out during the day. And what we're going to do
is we're going to paste in that email thread as well as a very simple
prompt that's going to just ask it to
get me up to speed, analyze the provided PDF. I then want to know
all the participants. I then want to know the timeline to map out all of the
events that were happening. Key points, summarize
main topics, decisions, and action
items as well. This is quite important. And then, obviously,
action items will be included there
as a separate list, which is really important. Tone, just to kind of
get a feel for how it's being received by
everyone and the overall mood. And then, lastly, any
attachment links that were included in the
email attachments. So I'm going to run
this, and then we can see how it creates the info. So from that long email thread that would have taken maybe ten to 15 minutes to go through or a bit quicker
if you're a speed reader. But here we have a
very simple breakdown of everybody involved in the conversation,
the participants. We have a timeline of events, which is really
good if you need to point out specifics or action things based on
when they were done, here we're able to
see everything. Then all the key
points were listed, action items for
everyone involved. And the overall tone
and attachments. So that pretty much has
everything we need. We can quickly
skim through that. We can then decide
from this email, is there anything that we
need to get involved with? What are the action
items, all of that. And we were able to do that in a matter of minutes with
just a couple of clicks. So this is one quick
and easy way to get up to speed with
large email threads. I hope you enjoyed the lesson, and I will see you in
the next one. Goodbye.
26. ChatGPT for Contracts Legal Docs: Hey, guys. And welcome
to another lesson. In this lesson, we're
going to be looking at how ChatGPT can help you summarize big contracts with
large amounts of data and clauses and conditions into a short summary
that contains all of the relevant details that you need to make a decision. This is especially good for
contracts contracts to work, estimates, proposals,
that sort of thing. It's just a great
way to take all of that legal jargon
and condense it down into something that means something to you that you
can easily understand. After that we're going to be
looking at how you can use ChatGPT to help you with any legal issues
that you might be having. We're going to have a
fictitious scenario where a flight was missed
and we're going to use ChatGPT to try and get
some compensation for that. Let's dive into it. Here we
are in the ChatGPT interface. We're using the
four oh mini Model, and what we're going to do
is take a large contract. And I'll just show you what is inside this contract.
We'll open this up. So this is just a
contract between a fictitious company and myself for the purposes
of this demonstration, and it's for creating
content for this company over a fixed period and it just has all of
the information there. So there's a few pages here. This is quite a short
contract, of course, this works better
with large contracts, but you'll get the idea
of how this can be used. What we're going to
do here is upload that contract paste it in there. Then we just need to have a simple prompt,
something like this. You are my contract attorney. Please review the contract and summarize the
following key details. So we want to know
the parties involved, the key dates, the
scope of work, compensation and pay
terms, termination, confidentiality, disputes, and then any
other additional clauses. Don't worry. I will provide this prompt as APDF in
the lesson resources, so you're able to
work with it yourself and have the exact same
prompt that I'm using here. I'm going to copy this
and we're going to jump back into ChatGPT there, we are going to paste it
in here and run the query. From that lengthy contract, we're able to just get the bite size bullet
points that matter, and it allows us to quickly skim through
all of the details. And from this summary, we'd be able to flag
anything that stands out, anything that we
don't agree with or could cause a potential issue or needs further negotiation. So this is just really great as a kind of first
pass at a contract. You have all the
information there and it's there for
you to review. So that's the contract use, which is quite handy. Next, we're going
to move on to just how ChatGPT could help you
in certain legal situations. So here is the prompt that we're going to
be working with. And just to set the scene and give you
the context of this, it's going to be where
a flight was missed, and it was due to a
delay out of my control, but I wasn't compensated
by the airlines. So what I would
like to do is have hat GPT search their
terms and conditions, all of their legal
documentation on their website, which is publicly available, and just use that in a supporting argument
to be able to send them an email and hopefully
claim some compensation. So let's have a look and
see how that would work. So back into ChatGPT, let's start up a new chat. And we are going to enable
search the web mode. So this will allow ChatGPT
to go out and search the webpages and retrieve
the information from there. So we're going to
paste in that prompt. It has everything it needs,
and we're going to run that. So we've asked ChatGPT to
go through all of that, to look through
all the terms and conditions and their
legal documentation, to be able to provide a
supporting argument to present to the customer service department
at the airline, which is Ryan Air.
So here we go. It is providing us all of the information and here we have the email template that
is provided to us. So what is really good
is it's citing some of the actual clauses from
their terms and conditions. You would then just copy and
paste this into your email. And we can see from the
sources that were used, it has actually
gone out and it's read through all of the
terms and conditions pages. So that gives confidence
that what we're stating here is actually what is public information.
And that's it. That just gives you an
idea of how you can use ChatGPT in a legal
sense for contracts, proposals, that sort of thing, as well as just searching through publicly
available information to be able to assist you with any legal matters or issues where things
might not have gone how you had planned
and you'd like to try and get things
sorted out and fixed. So that's it for this lesson. I hope there was some tips there that you can use going forward, but I will see you in the
next lesson. Goodbye.
27. ChatGPT for Brainstorming Mindmaps: Hey, guys, and welcome
to another lesson. In this lesson,
I'm going to show you how to use Chat GPT, as well as a custom GPT, to be able to come up
with original ideas as well as brainstorm
using a mind map. This is really good
to be able to lay out an idea and be
able to just expand on different subtopics and create a whole mind map of the HAGPT is incredibly quick at being
able to create all of the subtopics and nodes
around a parent topic. So in this example, we're going to be coming
up with a business idea, which is for online
coffee brand, and you'll see just how quickly
HAGPT can develop all of the subtopics and the nodes that we would use for our min. Let's get into the
lesson and show you how to use HAPT as well as a custom GPT called Whimsical to create
stunning mindmaps. Whimsical is a free
to use application. It also has a custom
GPT in the GPT store, which means it's
available for you to use. And this is just one of
the best that I've found, and we're going to use
it to come up with our own original mindmap. So to get there,
let's start in AIPT. We're going to be using the 40, mini Model, which is just
great for everyday task, sort of simple application
that you need to use, and we're going to
be asking it to come up with a business idea for
an online coffee brand. So I've already
created the prompt. It's over here. You're
a business strategist. Help me brainstorm
a new business idea for an online coffee company, use innovative ideas for
2025 and provide the nodes and topics for a mindmap in a list format that I can
further use to brainstorm. So we're going to run this
prompt inside of Chachi BT. So here we are. We're going
to paste it over here. And what's going to happen
then is it's going to give us the entire all of the topics as well as the subtopics that
we can use for a mind map. Now, the next step is to
create this mind map. So there's two ways of doing it. I'm going to show you both ways. But the best way that I found, which has a lot more detail is to use Chat GBT to ideate all of the nodes and subtopics for
the idea or the task at hand. But you are also able to
use the actual custom GBT. So let's start with
the second one first, and to get to this custom GBT, you would just open up your
sidebar inside of Cha GBT, and from here, you can
go to explore GPTs. This then opens up
the marketplace where you can see all
of the available GBTs. And from here, we're
going to search for whimsical and there
it is the first one. So this just gives an
overview of the custom GBT, and we're able to see
the ratings as well, which is quite important because anybody can put up a custom GBT. So you want to just make sure
that it has good reviews, and it's working as
people hoped it would. So once we have that, you
can add it to the sidebar. I've got it already added there. So once it is there, you're able to access it from
your GBTs list over here. So because I have a few already, I need to go to the SMR section, and from there we have
whimsical diagrams. So the first way to
do this is we can run that prompt inside of the
whimsical diagrams GBT. So let's do that. And I think let's just go back to
the prompt and add it here. And then it will
run that for us, creating all of the subtopics and nodes that we would need for a really simple mind map. So then at the end of
that, would you like me to generate a mind map?
So we'd say, yes. And it's then going to generate the mind map from
all of those topics. So, I mean, as you can see here, it's doing a really good job. It's got some sections
for innovation, customer experience, technology, sustainability,
all of that. And then here we just
need to authorize this. Once we allow, it
starts the action, and it starts doing
everything on the back end. So it's making the API
call to whimsical. And from there, you're able
to see it has created that, and we can actually load
up that mindmap and it's there waiting for us
available to start further brainstorming
or mind mapping. So that's one simple, quick and easy way to do it. The other way would be to use ChachiPT which
we did before. So we're going to come
out of whimsical, and we're going to go back to our query that we ran initially. That was the first one. So here, as you can see, we got a lot more detail
in all of this. I mean, we got ideas for
subscription models, ethical sourcing,
that sort of thing. So as you can imagine, the custom GPT that
Whimsical is set up for is more adapted to take
and create the mind map, whereas if we give it
what it needs to do, it's going to do a much
better job than actually ideating all of the
topics that we need. So that's just a
little tip there. You can get it to work
at quite a basic level. But if you want to take
it a step further, using Chat GPT to first come up with the list of topics and the nodes that you'd
like in the mind, ma'am, is a much more efficient
way to do this, and you'll have an
expanded view of that and just get a bit more
information squeezed out of it. So we are going to take all of these topics and copy them. And then what we would do is then switch back into whimsical, the whimsical custom GBT. And from there, we can say, create a mind map
from the following. And it knows exactly what
to do with all of this. So there we go. It's going
to start the action. Okay, here, so we're just
going to allow it again. And then from there,
it sends all of the data over to Whimsical. And we have it there.
And as you can see, it's a lot more detailed and
a lot more comprehensive. So it just really depends on the depth that you
would like to go to. I mean, this could be a bit
overwhelming, to be honest, but you have the option there
of going for a more simple, quick and light version using
the whimsical custom GBT, a more expanded view of the
topic by using Chat GPT. And if we wanted to
compare that, I mean, here we can see if
we go in, very, very detailed and granular
from the look of this, which is really, really great. And comparing that
to the one before, it's more of a high
level view of it. So it just depends on
what you're looking for. But essentially, that is how you would use custom
GBTs and of course, there are many other
GBTs available. Some of the best
brands and apps are creating their own custom
GBTs for you to use. But I found for mind mapping, whimsical, really great to use, and having the ability to
do it all seamlessly from withinside Chat GPT just makes it a winner in ideation and
brainstorming workflows. So I hope you were able
to see what's possible, and that wraps it
up for this lesson, and I will see you in
the next one. Goodbye.
