1. Class Introduction: Thank you for
coming to my class. Word literature, your guide
to analyze in fairy tales. First of all, I
will be your guide. My name is Nina Becca and did that and I am a
folklorist from Finland. I actually wrote my
university dissertation on fairy tales and
fairy tale archetypes. I am very interested on this topic and allowed
to talk about it. Storytelling and fairy
tales have always been an important part preserving
oral culture and traditions. Fairy tale is usually a short
story that they explain it in a magical setting with human characters
and other beings. And they face different
kinds of obstacles. Fairy tales have booked
as moral guides, as entertainment, and also as inspirational stories
during hard times. In this class, we
will go through seven different fairy tales. Those are Cinderella,
Snow White, Ribbon, soul, force in

narratives like damsel in distress and from

to categorize it. There are several ways to
categorize fairy tales such as happily ever after,

frightening fairy tales. These are fairy tales which are meant to be read or taught out loud for the audience in

5. Mulan: The Legend of Mulan has inspired people for
thousands of years. She has become a vital part of Chinese culture
and storytelling. Who was the real Moulin
