cone growth centered. In this course,
we've been covering LinkedIn marketing tips that you should know to
succeed on LinkedIn. In this course is mainly
divided into two parts. The first part we will cover how computer code
LinkedIn profile and how to use basic tools of
basic features of LinkedIn. And part two covers
tips that you need to know to succeed
with LinkedIn marketing. Let's get started
with part number one.
2. Why you should create a company profile?: This is our next to a new
and LinkedIn Marketing at. In this video, we'll be
covering why creating company profile will help
you with LinkedIn marketing. Company profile can be helpful
both when you're looking at quality accompany and you want to do the marketing for it. It will be also had put for
your own brand marketing. For example, you don't have
a company and you yourself, water content leader or New
York cell won't do become a Linkedin influenza or just someone who's
posting on LinkedIn, then also creating
a company profile can be helpful for you. In a case that to
yourself want to be posting and you don't
want to create a company, then you can clear
the company profile from your own name or from the name of whatever you are
posting the content under. These more it takes can be done. Now talking about why CLI you
take a company profile will be creating accompany DO file can be helpful in multiple ways. Number one is that you can post all your posts from
your company profile. Number two, you can create a hashtag based in
accompany profile, and you can use it
on your own profile as well as your companies. You can post a similar content
from both the account. So in this way, it can get much higher rates
because it's being posted both in accompany account as well as your
poststratum count. And gaining followers
and accompany account is also very easy. It's not as difficult as getting followers on
your personal account. With accompany accounting
might be working with multiple people
in your organization. But each of them will have
this profile in this company mentioned in the profile when you are connecting to go
and view your profile. And if defined
your company to be interesting, they might follow. Point number two on why Clinton company profile
will be helpful. Adding a company
provided is one of the easiest ways to add
a link to LinkedIn. In this way, you just
have to add a link to the option on your company
Profile Editing be shown to have deep
assets call to action on evidence versions account when they put their company profile, it'll be much
easier to access it then putting the link
anywhere in your profile. This is number two on why you should create
a company profile. Then once you post a picture
from a personal account, you can go and give it a light
company profiles as well. This will boost the ridge. This is also helpful with the alcoholic
commandment that each
3. Linkedin's Algorithm: In this we're dealing
with recovering will kill about linkedin and courtroom and what kind of content
it promotes and buy it promotes that
kind of content. Initially, when you post a
picture, LinkedIn science it, a quality score is based
on link that's at Gotham, and this predicts how
well the post will do. Now, LinkedIn promotes that
post in front of a few of your followers are
few connections or a few portion in a group
if your group members, and then the response that
the body gets from them. If the React and
engagement at post, the comment on it, they share the post
or the light post. Then linkedin finds that the quality score increases
and Linkedin gets to know that the
postal of high-quality and it needs to be shown
on multiple files. Then LinkedIn started showing that both two more profiles, that shows two more
connections of yours, connections of those connections
with light your posts. And this keeps going on. Then no one likes
her post initially. And let's say the first
one or two hours, then England gives it a bad quality score and then
almost stops promoting it. Very few of your connections are very few of your
followers will see it. Even if it gets a
few lakes later on, the reach will be
substantially lower than if you had caught,
gotten those likes. Devi, short one or two hours. This is very important. This is something
that you should know.
4. How to make your content go viral: So a lot of people
have this question or have this misconception that they needed a
lot of followers on LinkedIn to make the
content provided. Now, you do actually need a certain number of followers to be able to make your
content covalent. But that's it on four hundred, five hundred, which anyone uses. Linkedin even passively has. Even if you're not active
on LinkedIn and you may not have even
number of followers, but you should be having them if you've already been
using connect in a bit. Now, even if you have
50 thousand followers, but only a few of the
helix, that's it, 2030 of them and engaging
with the content, you'll not have a less chance of your content coin
virus hit on it. If you have 500 people or a 100 of them are
engaging content, then you will have a chance that your content will go wider. Doors people are engaging
with their content, they finding a content relevant. Now, in case of the 50
thousand followers, if only 2030 of them
are liking your posts, stamp the post is being
shown to the rest. A lot of more people that are post-Snowden relevant
for it's such a case, there will not be
liking that post. And so the engagement or the
virality will not increase. This will not be
causing the problem. You want to make sure that the community or
the network you're building is the elevated
to the cortex by posting, of course, connect with
people that you know that had not been budgeting personally. You can also connect with
those people are not saying Stop connecting with people that are not
relevant to you. And just saying build a
network that can relate the content you're posting so that you can grow
your network mode.
5. LinkedIn Marketing Must knows: In the next few reduce, I'll be giving you
some tips on how to do LinkedIn marketing
better and easier, relevant and helpful
for you in both cases, whether you are marketing to accompany account or
a personal account. Tip number one,
he's at video and images do not get very
high rates on LinkedIn. So you should try and
avoid using them unless the post is very attractive at something
that is out of the box, in which case people
might engage with it, might react to it,
and might find it interesting enough
to share, comment. And like, if it's not, not cope or images or videos, unless you can guarantee
an initial idea. If you can get a lot of likes
organically, inorganically, first few hours if we think your post has a high
chance of going widen, if it's some sort
of celebration, then you might want to go
with an image or video, otherwise, stick to text. Text does much
better on LinkedIn. And that's what most influences use for talking about texts. You don't want to confuse it. This with LinkedIn articles. Linkedin articles
almost get the dead. They get most node action. If you post linkedin article, you'd get very, very
few attributes. You should stick with a normal LinkedIn text posts
and not code for an article. Things that each will be very, very less as compared to post. You would might get Hire
views on a video or limit. Then you would call
regular LinkedIn article.
6. How to create a successful post: In this video, we'll be
covering a few more tips. So let's get started. Getting early engagement on LinkedIn is crucial for
successful feel post. Build a network
that is active and your content should be relevant to the network
that you're building. If you're doing
that, the success of your posts will increase by a lot because the
host is relevant to your network and you have a, I've been building the network. Network will be gradually
increasing as you postmortem. Remember that you should not
be posting too often In C, you should do even if you're
both sides being successful, you should not
imposing too often because you are
increasing the network. Every port should do. People will start muting your posts or people start
buying following you. Find your costs are
not relevant to them. Or even a particular bolstering not relevant to them
for the desktop them. They might still new to you because of post-doc to frequent. Want to have good control
between the frequency of posts supposed to do to three times a day
that's more than enough. Don't cough or more posts. Talking about early engagement, using these things would also be helpful in early engaged. One, don't forget
to use hashtags, but also don't overuse them. Six to eight hashtag
or more than enough. If you use more
hashtags than that, your post will look spammy, then people will
ignore that post. If you don't want to use
more than 6000 hashtags, that's more than
point number two, if you are using a company
account to make this post, and if you have employees, then do not forget
to do this thing. This is an option called
notify all employees. If you click on this option
after posting a post, it will send a notification
that you have posted this post on the company account to all employees that are
working in that company. If you have a good
number of employees, this can increase your
engagement by a lot. Even if a fraction of them
coeliac to that post, all their connections will
be able to not call it, but a good percentage of the connections will
be able to see that they have reacted to this
image and it will spread. Success of your image will depend a lot on the
early engagement. So you might want
to notify employees and tell them that you have posted this to the
company profile. By doing this, it's only
possible ones for 24 hours. So make sure you know
how to find them the best post if it posting multiple of ten
throughout the day.
7. Identify when your audience is most active: The next step is you need to identify when your
audience is most active. Now you might have to do this
by trial and error method. So over a period of
weak used post on different timings
and see when you get the most views or when you
get the most engagement. This will help you
identify at what time your audience is most
active and on which days. Once you've identified this, try this again, next week. And the next week too, that this will help you identify that what
you've analyzed is correct and that you should continue with the same tilings. Now that you've started
posting on the same timings, your engagement and your use
will continue to increase. And this will help your content, which will help with the
success of their content. And it will be seen
by more people. Now that we know that you
have started posting content, something that would be helpful are using features
like open DOAC, open to business that
I am highlighting. These will be helpful as
people when you're posting, people would come and
view your profile. But when they see are posted, now if you are hiring for a
position might apply to it. If it opened to business, they might come up with some potential synergies
that you can explore. Third, if you are open to work, they might be hiring for a
position that they think you're a good fit for and they
may approach you for that. Just keep these banners on. Any of them is relevant to you. And you might potentially
find a connection, but it might potentially find some synergies between you and a person who's
seeing a post. These banners can
be very helpful. And I've personally
heard of people who have founded by others
to be helpful with the job search called
where they're heading. To definitely choose the
features that LinkedIn provides.
8. Publishing valuable content: In this video, we were talking about publishing content that provides value to your audience
and why it's important. We've covered a bit
about this previously, but I wanted to create a
separate video on this. To emphasize on this point, need to create and publish content that is relevant
to your audience, to the connection that you have. Otherwise posting content is of no use because you'll not be
able to connect with people, to not be able to
establish relationships. And you'll not be able to create partnerships with
people that are seeing your content and your not be giving them a prompt to go
and purchase a product. If you're doing none of these ten posting content
is of no use. And if your current network is not the right of the
element people to go out, send connection requests
and build a thresh network. People might leave you because
you're not posting content relevant to what
you were doing or what you would connect it on. Because we're working in a different industry and you've shifted your industry
to a new one. And now we're posting content according to the new industry, that content is relevant to the new connections
that you're building. In that case, the
old connections may unmute you or me unfollow you, and that's completely fine.
9. Posting about trending topics: A lot of people rely on
posting trending topics, the post-war news that is
relevant to that audience, and this affects the engagement. If you're posting new, make sure the news that
you are posting, this development, your audience, as you might diploids them, they will mute, unfollow you. And by this way you are, you might be posting
two or 20 for sharing news and you might be
posting relevant topics. So just keep this in mind. If you ask someone
that is posting updates or news that you see on. The next step is the fewer doing marketing to
accompany patients. But even if through
it own profile, if you have a company
that you worked for, get your employees or colleagues involved in helping
out with the content, posting it on accompany profile. They can go and like the content and that will increase
the engagement. That will make more people
that the court did. Is it relevant for follow you and follow that
fit that will help with the overall
engagement and growth of the company or
growth of the profile. And this will help you later dot with the business for
whatever reason you, for which I can go to Analytics. This will help you analyze where you don't need this from, what times they liked the
posts to add wood pilings that most Acrobat and what kind of posts
they usually like. This will help you analyze what type of content
to post more on, what timings to post it. And just basically analyze where the audiences
from which had help you understand the timing better and make your content
more relevant for them.
10. Engaging with other people's content: Another thing that
most people who are trying to create content Ms. Put on is engaging with
other people's content. Might need to identify
other people that are promoting or posting
similar content as yours or as the content that you wish to post
later than the future. See if they are not direct competitors of yours
or the company that you work for and there's not go and engage with the content
that they're posting, both to abuse your
opinions and just simply engage with that content. This way you'll be able to
connect with more people. You'll be able to connect with that particular
person and also with other people that are connecting or engaging with that person. To post. This way you'll be
able to build out your network much
faster and get to know more people in your industry or in the news that you are
looking into posting.
11. Inviting connections to follow your pages: It's going to cover Linkedin
stories in this video. But since LinkedIn has now
discontinued LinkedIn stories, we'll be moving on to
inviting connections to follow your company page at this point is very
important as this will help you grow
your LinkedIn page, your liquid company,
but much faster. Every month, LinkedIn
gives you 100 credits. Now these credits can be used to invite people to follow
your company page. Every time someone rejects, invite or does not
accept the invite, you lose that credit. And every time someone
accepts the invite, you get the credit back. For example, if you send out 100 invitations for people
to follow your page, and 40 of them do
follow that page, then you will get back 40
credits and you can send them out whenever you want within
that particular month. Next month. The next month you'll get another 100 credits, which can be used for
the same purpose. These 100 periods or not. For individual profiles. This is for one
particular company. Even if you work
for that company, you'd only get 100 credits. Make sure that people knew
watch ending the invites to are relevant to the
industry, are relevant, are a good fit for the content
that you're posting on that company page started to go and do a follow and
you get that credit back.
12. Linkedin Post settings: When you post, you'll be
able to see an option that shows you who that
portrait is shown. In this option, you
need to make sure that all your posts are public
and visible to everyone. This is not switched on. Make sure you go
and switch this on. Otherwise, your content
will not be shown. Even if people engaged in clinical connections and
engage with that content at north be shown to people
other than your connections. This way, it will be very
difficult for you to increase your network to make sure all these posts are
public towards.
13. Tagging people in the comments: Lot of people go and tag. People are leaders
in the industry hoping that they will come
and react to their post, will engage with that
content and they might do so on what
are two posts. But if you continue to
tack them molecularly, can end up blocking you on
marketing guideposts as spam. And this will affect her
further growth on the platform. And the algorithm would
also hurt your posts that you post from
that day onwards. This is not a good
growth strategy. If you wanted to
sustain the growth. If you want to be able to
grow your count quickly, you can try this out, but this is definitely not a
sustainable growth strategy. If you want to look for something
that is sustainable and still get engaged print
from all these leaders. You need to make the effort
to engage with debt books. If you are one of the most
active people on their posts, they will come to your posts and engage with your content, which would increase
the views and which will increase the
engagement on your posts. This is the most
sustainable way to get engagement from
DDS on the Intel, from thought leaders, from people who are doing
well in your niche. This way you'll be
able to connect with them as well as get
engagement from there.
14. LinkedIn marketing most common mistakes: In this video, we'll
be covering something that almost every linkedin user, first dust and ten, understand why and
where they went wrong. One of the most
important LinkedIn marketing tips is not to use link directly in the
post. No black form. Once it's users to go and visit a name that is
not on their platform. And for this reason,
penalized such posts. If for some reason
you do need to add link to somewhere
in the post, you need to do so
in the comments. That is the best way to
keep your reach constant, to be able to reach a
good number of people. If you put the link
in your post, George, the reach of the post
will be very low as compared to when you
put it in the comments, almost every personal
negative has died this some point tie. And then searched on Google. Wider force did not do as
well as they hoped it would. This is the reason why, because no platform
points is c users to be able to withstand a
different platform that easily. And that is why they do not promote links
directly at the Post.
15. Increase post engagement: In this video, we'll be covering three very important tips for how you can increase the
engagement of the posts. Point number one, always ask questions in the post or end your posts with some
sort of question. Certainly will react to it. People put their opinions, comments, and
opinions on the post. And so it reaches more people. And people will
often not actually comment their opinions and
just go and liked that post. That's also enough for
the end aquatic thing. Pick up that the posts
of high-quality. That's what you need. Your goal with every poll
should be to be able to reach out to your
relevant audience and make them comments,
something on them. Then your del, their own
opinion to you in the comments. And this is your this
is what the goal should be for each post to post. Number three is engaged
with people's content. If you go and engage with
other people's content, it's highly likely
that they will come and engage
with your content. So in that case, it will
be a plus plus for both of you as you are engaging with their content in the
engagement with the article. And it's helping
both of you for, Let's add a call to
action to each post. The call to action can
be as simple as to follow me to stay
updated on this topic.
