2. Introduction To Backlinks: Lesson One, Introduction
to backlinks. Backlink or an inbound link, or what people call us, external link is an
incoming link from a page on another website
to a page on your website. Notice that I highlighted
the word page here. And that's because backlink work on a page per page business. Martin, search engines
like Google use LinkedIn as one of their
ranking signals are factors to determine how relevant and authoritative
a page link to it. The algorithm
determines the value of a link on a page per page basis. Modern search engines
like Google use backlinks as one of
their ranking signals to understand how relevant to
web pages are and what is the authority or
authoritative nets off a page that is linked to it? One of the main links value
is called as PageRank or what commonly referred to as link juice by people
in the industry. Now a backlink can
give many value. Some of the things are how
relevant up to pages are, what is the trust factor
of another pages? And another thing is
called as PageRank. Pagerank is a thing that
was invented back in 999 by Google and it
is still used today. And is what many people in the
industry calls link juice. A length used to be
one of the most, if not the most ranking
signals in the past, but ever since people started
spamming and buying links, now important to have
decreased over time. As the algorithm was
getting better and better at detecting
unnatural links, as well as the introduction
of other signals and the advancement of
machine learning and NLP. Now, in the past
back links used to be the most important
ranking factor. But people have started spamming the Internet
by buying links, using backlinks to manipulate search results, et
cetera, et cetera. And therefore, they're
important or how reliable backlinks are half
being decreased over time. With the introduction of machine learning
and how Google and search engines can understand the nuances of words
and languages. They're not shifting
towards more of other signals than relying
just on backlinks. But nevertheless,
even to this day, backlinks are still very
important ranking factor. One of the ways
search engines used to combat manipulation is through the introduction of nofollow attribute back in 2005. Now one of the ways
that search engines use to combat or
to fight against the manipulation trick used by people building links
is to introduce, is through the introduction of nofollow attribute in 2005. Now what I know follow
here is it actually stopped a link from
passing PageRank. Which means if you're
getting a backlink from a page with a nofollow
mentioned on it. You're not going to get the
page rank value out of that. Now, it doesn't mean
that a link with a nofollow is a
US-led use this link, as we'll see in the
foundation linked class. And I'm an upcoming class. So since then, back names can be divided into two
main categories, that is to follow
and nofollow links. And Google has stopped showing PageRank value of each page. Back in about ten years ago, google used to show a page rank value on
each webpage on the web, which means if you happen
to visit other websites, you will see a page
rank toolbar on the top mentioning what is
the page rank of that page. So the more page rank, the more value you
are going to get. Let's say you visit one website, a one-page, then on page has a page rank of
five out of ten. It will get a link
from that page. You're basically getting
a lot of value from that. But since people have started spamming a lot using back links, we will then has
stopped showing this. There have also been
numerous algorithms released in the past targeting
link building scheme, such as fan of famous
penguin algorithm back in 2012 and many more. Now you might have
come across a heard of the term called as
penguin algorithms, which was released by
Google back in 2012. It was one of the biggest effort to fight link building schemes. So essentially what
happened there was any website that try to build
links using these schemes. The algorithm would
try to figure out, and once it catches
that website, the entire website would get penalized or suppressed
in the rankings. Now, ever since, there have been numerous more where
there was released that Google tried
to actually catches these link
manipulations schemes. And therefore, in order to
succeed in link building, you need to be
careful and follow this course strictly
as I'll be letting you know what to
keep in mind and how to get the most out
of your link building. So make sure you follow
this course strictly as I'll let you know what is
the exact type of links, what you should be looking
for when you build links in order to make sure
that your link actually work. Now let's take a look at what is the difference between no
fall and do followings. What the main
difference here is, nofollow links doesn't
pass page rank, whereas to follow
links pass page rank. But what actually
distinguishes between the two, how you can spot the difference? So here I've taken
up to web pages, this one and this one. And as you can see, this is on a publishing website called as digital journal.com. And this is one of the
links that link to. So if I click on this, you can see that it opens
up another webpage, cause quite sky quest.com, and it's the full URL
that is linked to. Now, if I go to the
link and click, right-click on this
and click on Inspect. You'll see this is an HTML code used to actually insert
a link on a webpage, a Ashraf equal to the target web page that
you want to link to. And you can see there's this
rail equal to nofollow. This is an attribute, it is a nofollow attribute. This actually tells to search engines like Google that
this is a nofollow links. So if you explicitly mentioned in your code that it
is a no follow link, the link will be on nofollow. Whereas if you look
at another web page and there's a link, again, if I click on this, it opens up another web page on a
website cause EPA.gov. If I right-click again on
this and click on Inspect. Now you will see that this is again the same type of code, a Ashraf, equal to
the target page, rail equal to know opener. Now you can notice
the difference here. The difference here is
equal to know follow, whereas this one, rho
equal to know opener, open door opener is another attribute which has
nothing to do with nofollow. And therefore you
can see it has not stayed at anywhere that
it is a nofollow links. So if you just insert a normal link on
your webpage without explicitly mentioning that it is a nofollow link will be counted
or consider as do follow. So any normal link on a
webpage is a do follow link except if you explicitly mentioned it in a code
as being a nofollow. And that's all for this lesson. See you in the next lesson.
3. Introduction To Anchor Text: Lesson two, introduction
to anchor text. Anchor text is the text
that appears highlighted in a hypertext link and that can be clicked to open
the target webpage. For example, there's a
snippet of text that I took. And as you can see, these wars that are highlighted
and when clicked on Open and other webpage is
called as anchor text. Anchor texts are used
by search engines like Google to understand
the context of the target link page is also one of the most important
ranking factors as well. So search engines like Google use anchor text to understand what could be the
potential target. The path you want to link
two is about YouTube. Link manipulation schemes. Anchor text importance has been reduced over time,
just like links. And it's the number
one thing that I've seen people
make mistakes on. Now just like
backlinks in the past, people used to manipulate
anchor text by doing things. So just repeating the same
angered x over and over again with the aim of trying to rank their
websites higher. And therefore, the importance
has been reduced over time. And when compared to backlinks, anchor text manipulations
is one of the things that people likely make a mistake, so on, in fact, is the number
one thing that I've seen. People make mistakes on by doing things such as using
the same anchor text, again, are not rotating
the anchor text enough. Therefore, when building
links to your website, you need to keep in mind
the anchor text use and how various anchor text types are distributed across
your link profile. So when you build your links, you need to keep in mind your
different of anger texts. Use the different types
and how they're prop, and how they are distributed
across your link profile. In this course, we'll go through a different anchor text planning strategies
and to come up with your proper anchor
text plan to make sure that Google will not see you as trying to manipulate
the search results. Before began to how to plan proper anchor text
strategies for your website, you need to first understand the five types of anchor
text and their examples, how each one of them looks like. There are multiple ways or tie after people
have categorized, anchor text into,
from my experience, they can be classified into
five types as follows. Now, if you have taken
any other SEO courses before or read on any
other online tutorials, you'll see that different people classified anchor text
into different types. For example, 510
or even 15 times. From my experience,
I've classified them into five main
types as follows. For example, if you want to rank for best gaming laptop 2022, we go ahead and create
content around this keyword. And now it's time for you to start building
your first link. These are the five
types, anchor text. Number one keyword anchor text. If you want to rank for
best gaming laptop 2022, you might start building your
links using anchor text as best gaming laptop 2020
to reach the exact, the exact keyword you
want to rank for. Or you may also use things
such as gaming laptop. So therefore, Q or anchor text
is defined as any anchor, any words that belongs to at least part of the queue
where you want to rank for. So gaming laptop,
although it's not the, the keyword you
want to rank for, but it belongs to
the keyword you want to run four you can
see is a part of it. You can also use
things in his 2022, or laptop or gaming, right? All these are classified
into keyword anchor text. The next type of anchor
text that you may use, we call a semantic anchor text. So semantic anchor
text is defined as any anchor tags or any word use that may or may not be part of a keyword but
belongs to the same topic. So as you can see, for example, computer and monitor the best
gaming laptop when it went into relevant to
the word computer. And it's relevant to
the word monitor, which obviously makes
sense when you write about best gaming
laptop in 2022, you would have to use
the word things such as computer monitor, HPC, right? All these words are words that are relevant to
your main keyword. The next time here is
Brandon anchor text. Now Brennan anchor text,
as the name suggests, essentially is nothing but using your brand name as
an anchor text. For example, if your
brand name here is ABC gaming.com or ABC gaming, you're essentially using it as your brand or as
your anchor text. The fourth type of anchor
text is your anchor text, which defines us any variations
of URL of your website. So for example,
best gaming laptop, but belongs to this URL, HTTPS colon slash slash abc
giving.com four slash laptop. Or you can also use things like ABC gaming's dot com or any other variations of
it in the form of URL. And lastly, miscellaneous
anchor text. This defines as any words
use as an anchor text which have nothing to do with the main keyword
you want to run for. For example, click here, learn more. By now. I didn't see these words
have nothing to do with the keyword best gaming laptop or the topic it belongs to or, either, or even your brand
name or your URL, right? It has nothing to do
with any one of these. But again, these are still essential to make sure that your anchor text looks natural. Also, these anchor
tags are arranged in the descending
order of their power. So Q or anchor text
is the most powerful, followed by semantic
keyword anchor tag, formed by branded for, by URL and miscellaneous. At the same time. They are also arranged
in the order of there of how dangerous
stairs as well. So keyword anchor text is the most powerful
type of anchor text. Monday is also the
most dangerous type of anchor text as well. So you can definitely
use your anchor text, but you shouldn't use it
too much. At the same time. You should also use semantic
anchor text as well, but not so much branded
URL and miscellaneous. You have to combine
them all to make sure that your anchor text
profile and looks natural, which you will learn how to plan a proper anchor tech strategies
in the upcoming lessons. But that's it for now
to the next lesson.
4. 3rd Party SEO Metrics: Lesson 3, third party metrics. And they're important. Since Google stopped showing page rank value for
each page on a website, there have been numerous
third-party metrics invented by major
SEO tools provider. Now in the previous lesson, I introduced you to page rank, and I also explained
that in the past, Google used to show the page rank value for
each web page on a website. But ever since,
all the SEO's and people start manipulating
link building, Google have stopped showing page rank value in
order to prevent SEOs from trying to manipulate page rank and manipulating
link building center, etc. Since then, all the major
SEO tools provider. So just Maus, age
read all these, you might have Chrome across. Start inventing a third
party metrics on their own to try to mimic
PageRank value. There are many
metrics out there, but the three most metrics, three most important metrics. When it comes to all
these third-party metric that tried to mimic
PageRank are moss, which are famous for
their D or P and ash-red famous for that DR
and you are and majestic, famous for their Tf and C7. Now, most d stands
for domain authority, PA stands for page authority. Ashraf. Dr stands
for domain rating, and you R stands for a URL, ratings, logistics, TF
stands for trust flow, and C stands for citations. Floor will not take into account of logistics
so much here in the course, but we will mainly
look at these two in conjunction as these two are probably the two
most famous metrics. And you might have, maybe
come across a lot as well. Now d or an, or DR, these two metrics are
used to actually to measure how strong
the overall domain is based on the
back limbs quality. Whereas P and you
are used to measure how strong each
pages on the web, on that particular website based on backlinks
quality, right? So the metrics are
divided into domain part, as well as the page part, the overall domain, and
each URL or each page. These metrics were
invented to try to mimic or good idea of how strong
a domain or an a pages, as explained above, based solely on the
quality of backlinks. Notice that I highlight here based on solely
the quality of links, which means that
these metrics do not take into consideration
the other factors. So does the on-page factors or any other off-page factors, they're purely based on links. And therefore,
although these tools can give you a
pretty good idea of how valuable and link is. This alone cannot be used
to determine the quality of a backlink and it can
easily be manipulative. So as I said, these metrics are based solely on the
quality of the links. And since they're
only on backlinks, they do not take into
consideration other factors that make a backlinks good, right? Also, there are
third-party metrics, which means Google don't use these metrics in
their algorithms. Therefore, you cannot
alone use these metrics to decide whether or not a
backlink is good, right? Because like I said,
it doesn't depend. It just depends on
a backlink alone. Doesn't take into consideration other factors which
Google do take. We'll talk about what
makes a backlink good or what links actually worked
in an upcoming lessons. But for now, keep in
mind that dp, dy RUR, TFC of these metrics
can be used alone to actually know what
is a good link, right? Because they are third-party
metrics I googled do not take them into
consideration. And also they do not take into account other factors as well. So let's take a look at one of the metrics that is mod d and p, which we'll use
throughout this course to basically know I'm a part of our link building
plan and also introduce you in the next lesson as well on how to install it. But for now, let's take a look at how most DNP it looks like, which is very similar
to azure SDR you are, and what just to
keep up and see us. So here I open up the
website, bbc.com. As you can see, this is my
mosque toolbar, my MozBar. I'll introduce you in the next
lesson how to install it. But for now, as you can see, if I click on it, it toggles up these
metrics, PA and D. And you're gonna see on bbc.com, the overall DVT or
domain authority is 95, whereas PA or the PA, the backlinks power of this page alone only
this page, P is 81. And these numbers are a 100. And the lowest is one for DAP. Where's the lowest
for D RUR 0 for both the maximum
or a 100, right? You can see here for Ashraf, for this type of tool bar, it is paid, so you
have to at least pay for their monthly subscription to get these type of Toolbox. Whereas for Mars, the
tool itself is paid, but the, the toolbar like
this is free, right? So I'll introduce you in the
next lesson how to install the free version of
MozBar, just like this. That's all for this lesson
to the next lesson.
5. Link Building Tools: Listen for what tools to
use for link building. So now you have understood what are backlinks and
how backlinks work, where our anchor text and
different types of anchor text. Now, before we start moving on and you start building
your first link, you need to first understand
or know a little bit of tools that will help make your link building
effort easier. So I've divided it into two parts that is
generic and advance. For generic type of
tools are tools that everyone should have
at their disposal. You should have all of them or at least one or two of them in order to make sure that your link building
effort is easier. Whereas for advanced, you
don't have to have them. And they're more suitable
for people suggest agencies, owners or freelancers who are building backlinks at scale. But for most business owners, you can pretty much get away
with using generic tools. So the first thing
or the first tool in a generic category is SEO tools, either paid or free. So these includes all
the famous SEO tools that you might have come
across in the market. So this AS reps, same Raj, majestic, moss, Uber suggest,
et cetera, et cetera. You can pick any
one of these r's. They all are good enough
for building Lee or link. The next, a generic tool that you should have
is your e-mail. Of course, when we have
to do link building, we need to reach out to other
website owners using email. Here you can use either
free or business e-mail, but I recommend if possible, try to use business
e-mail as they are more trustworthy and people are more eagerly to respond to business e-mail rather
than fee free email. But free emails can
also work well as well. And a third free generic tool that you can then you need
to have is an Excel sheet. Now, Excel sheet,
you can either use your Microsoft Excel
spreadsheet program on Linux or Google Sheets
to keep track of your Backlinks and forth. Generic tool that
you should have is you don't really have to, but it's a bonus is MozBar. Now MozBar is a free
Chrome extension that lets you spy on
your competitors. Da, da, or domain authority is a third party metrics invented
by a company called Maus, which I certainly used to be to give an idea of how
strong a domain is based on the
backlinks profile. We'll take a look at all these third party metrics again in an upcoming lesson. But just for now, keep
this name in your mind. So as far as generic
category is concerned, you do, you can have this. You don't really have to
pay for any SEO tools. I'll introduce you to a free
tool that you can definitely use in order to spy on
your competitor links. Otherwise, you can also
pay for any SEO tools. Or you might already be paying, such as ASHRAE labs or SEM rush to spy on your
competitors as well. Email is an essential
part of your strategy. You need to have it
in or to reach out to your competitors or
to the competitors, you, the people you try to build relationship with or to get
backlinks from Excel sheet. It's not, it's not compulsory. But if you can maintain
a record of your links, it will make sure that
if anything goes wrong, you can go in back to your Excel and start deleting
links, removing links. Or you can at least you have something to
keep track of your links, right, in case if
anything happens. So it's a good practice and any good SEOs often keep track of everything
that they do. Now for this categories, not every one of you
should have them, but if you can, that will make your
overall link building much easier in terms of effort
as well as scalability. So as far as advanced
category is concerned, you need to have all of the above are mostly
all of the above. Plus scraper software. So just scraped box. Scraped box is a tool
which scrapes the web, the Internet based on certain instructions and
you give it and it will, it can help on things. So just scraped list of websites based on
certain conditions. So just broken link building,
et cetera, et cetera. Don't really need them, but it's a good tool if
you can have it. Second tool that you can
have at your disposal is e-mail verification
software such as hunger.io. So this type of
sobre will help to verify whether or not
e-mails and you collect it. Let's say you want
to do an outreach. You've collected a
bunch of e-mails. You want to verify
whether or not those emails are valid
or still online. You can use
verification software, so just a 100.io to
verify those emails. But again, most part, if you're doing
this on your own or doing this for small
number of your clients, you don't really need an
e-mail verification software. Again, all of the advanced
tool under generic, mostly paid from my experience. So again, a 100.io. You can use the free version, but it's still much better. And for the paid version
is scraped box is a paid version as well or any other scrapers
software are all paid. Lastly is email outreach
automation software such as pitch box,
Ninja, Outreach, etc. Again, these aren't
all the paid tools. These are set of software that helps you automate your
overall link building. So if you, if you work in
an agency or if you run, if you build links for a
large number of clients, you might want to look into e-mail automation software that helped you reach
out to prospects, are people you want to
build relationship with, are built links to add on a large scale without actually having to
do it on a manual, manually by using all
the generic tools. So let's take a look at all of these tools sound
of the examples. And I'll introduce
you to MozBar, which we'll use in this course. So if you follow
along in this course, we will be using MozBar and a free SEO tools in order
to build links, right? So we will not look into any
of the advanced stuff as this is beyond the
scope of this course, as well as it's not gonna be applicable for many of
you watching this course. So in this course we
will mainly focus on a free SEO tools in
the generic section, emails and excel
sheet and MozBar. So we'll look at everything in a generic section here, right? So let's take a look at some
of these mentioned tools. So the first one is age reps
is considered as one of the best SEO tools out
there in the market and one of the best backlink
checkers tools. So as reps is very famous
for checking back links, it's able to detect
and crawl a lot of back links on the web much more than any other tools
that I've seen. So if you are really serious
about link building, I recommend you go for Ashraf. The second tool that I like a lot when it comes to link
building is Majestic. Seo. Again, this is very famous
for backlink building swell. Another SEO tool which
is continuous and All-in-one SEO tools
is called a SEM rush. So many of you might
already be using this. But again, if
you're new to this, be sure to check, to
check out SEMrush, SEMrush and Ashraf,
they are very similar to each other as
well as the pricing schemes. So make sure you decide. I like both of them
if you asked me, but I'd prefer Ashraf over several rush
a little bit more. So that's my opinion, but many people also do like
SEMrush over Azure as well. So you may give it a try. They also offer like I think, ten days trial or something. So you can test it out as well. The next tool here
is scraped box. So this is a software
that I mentioned. It wants to one of
the advanced section. So you can check
it out if you're looking into something
more advanced. And this is a hundred-dollar IO. Again, their e-mail
verification tool. There are many
email verification software out there on the web, but a 100.io is the
most famous one. Right? And lastly, it's pitched box. So this is an automation
link building software. It can be used to do influencer outreach and many other types of
outreach as well. But many people use it as a lead building outreach
tool so you can configure it to do outreach based on
different criteria, right? So again, very good
tool for SEO and can also be used as
a branding tool, marketing tools in
general as well. But like I said in this course, we will not look into any one
of these advanced sections. So we'll be using a free SEO tools that I'll be introducing you later
on in this course. But for now, let's
look at MozBar. So first right now I recommend you to go
ahead and install this free Chrome extension right now on your web,
on your Internet. So why did you do here is go to Google Chrome and
Microsoft Edge. Go to Google and type in MozBar and click
on the first link, which will lead you to
the Chrome Web Store. Here you can install most bars. So once you install it, you can sign up for a free account
and once it's installed, it will be installed
right here at the top. So it is the site of MozBar. So that's all for it. And we'll see you
in the next lesson.
6. Link Building Plan Overview: Section two, backlink blueprint, less than one, general
overview of the strategy. Before building
links to your site, you need to have
a proper plan and strategy in order to
understand the competition. Determine how many
links to build, what pages to build links to. Or we haven't watched
anchor text to use. And the estimated
cost of this is done based on your
competitors and your current sites situations. So before we go ahead and start
building your first link, like I mentioned before, we need to have a proper plan
in order to make sure that bill links to ride way
written not really over optimizing,
overdoing anything. And this will also help you, gives you an estimated
costs that you will be spending for each link
building campaign. Here's an overview
of the strategies. The first step is to pick up three to five competitors
that belong to your group. Now what do I mean by
group here is competitors that are the same in your space. So for instance, if you search for best gaming laptop 2022, you might find competitors who are affiliate type
website just as yours, but we can also have maybe like Facebook pages ranking
or stuff like that. We will not include them into
our competitive research. We will only include those
sites that belong to the same group or same type of science
that, that you are. We will take a look
this in a brief moment, but let's go through
the next step. After that, check
their link profile to understand the
numbers and boundaries. So we'll check that
links profile to understand different
numbers suggest the anchor text type. What is the average DR or DA that those competitors have in their back links, etc, etc. Third step is to check your
site to determine the target. So once we have the information
from their website, we also check our website to determine where we want
to build the links too. Fourth step is to build
out the foundations. It would still homepage. So forth step. Let's say you want to run
your homepage in this case. Then makes sure that
first-year homepage has foundation links who talk about foundations
laying in the next lesson. But just for now, remember that it is the
homepage that you want to run for before going out at
actually building any link, you need to first build
out the foundation links. Otherwise, it was an inner
pages like for instance, your blog page or your product page or
anything like that, then you can skip this step. Number five, layout to
plan for an epic links. So once we have all
the four steps, the fifth step is to lay out a proper plan or at least
come up with something of a concrete foundation before I go and start building
your first big link. So let's take a
very quick overview of the strategies on a, on a, on a real keyword
that we will be probably using
throughout the course. And we'll dive deep again in the lesson four
of these sections. So let's see here. Let's say your main keyword
is fast gaming laptop 2022. So the first step is, of course, we'll pick up three
to five competitors that belong to your same group. So let's say these are
my competitors like PC gamer, Tom's
Hardware diverge. All these belong
to the same group. Let's say you are
affiliated website. These are your main
competitors, right? But if in case you
find any, you know, Facebook page or any websites that do not actually belong to your same
competitors and group, or even like at
Amazon, for instance, then you can ignore
them and only take into the account those
that belong to your group. And then after that, you can start looking into their backlink profile
by using a free tool, which we'll be using in an upcoming lesson,
lesson four again. So, but let me
introduce you and is called as Ashraf
backlinks checker, the free backlinks
checker tool by ash reps. So you can do a search for this and click on
the first link. Ash reps is a paid tool, like I've mentioned in the previous section,
the introduction part. And but they also have a free version where
you can check up to a 100 refereeing domains or a 100 backlinks
competitors, right? So we'll be using this tool. So you didn't really have to
pay for the full versions. This tool, this free version
is enough to give you a very good idea of
why you should be doing for each of your keyword. And remember this is a, this is going to be based
on keyword def keyword. So this keyword will have a
different link building plan. Then let's say your best
monitor for gaming in 2022, it's going to have
a different plan. So each keyword has different
link building plan, right? So we'll do this throughout. For every keyword you
want to rank for, or at least for every
keyword that you want to link built links to. So we choose our competitors. We look at their
backlinks for file, and then we check our
own website to see which page we want to build
links to the homepage. We first build the
foundation legs. It was an inner page. We can go and start
picking up that page and using are below
a proper plan. We will take a deep dive, look into this, how to do
in an upcoming lessons. But that's it for now. See the next lesson.
7. Foundation Links: Lesson two, foundation links. Foundation links
are backlinks that generally safe to build
your site and are aimed to establish
a good foundation before your actual link
building campaign. So from the previous lesson, we learned proper game
plan or how to have a proper plan before
you start going out and build your
first actual link. But before you build any link to your website using any
of these techniques, I just guess posting
link insertion, skyscraper, all these stuff. You need to first build
a foundation links. They provide an
additional layer of trust your website and help validate your site overall trust score. Now, before, like I said, before you go and start building your actual link
for your website, needs to first build this
foundation links in order to establish a strong trust layers. In general, foundation
links or the first type of links that you built prior to your actual link building, right after you've finished
doing your on-page SEO. So right after you
finished your on-page, next step is to go ahead and start building these
foundational links. They will lay a strong trust
layer on your website, which will actually makes
your website looks more trustworthy and Google eyes,
because think about it. After, let's say you
finished your own pay, you start going out
and it will start reaching out to other
people and then got your first do follow back links which we will learn
in upcoming lessons. Do you think it's
natural for any website out there
to quickly launch your web content and got their first backlinks just
out of the blue like that. Obviously not right. Especially if
you're new website, you go ahead and start
building your first website. You publish your content. You need to first
establish a brand, right? And these brands are established using these
Foundation links. These Foundation
links are mostly nofollow and come from
highly trusted website. There are also very important for local websites which are called as citations and are built through the whole
impression of the site. So essentially these
Foundation links, and they come from
high trusted website. So you can imagine big
websites such as, for example. I'll give you some
example later on, but for instance, CrunchBase, yellow pages, all this, etc. All these are Directory type
site, profile type site. There are that belong to a very generic type
website are very big, very high authority, and most of these foundations
are gonna be no follow. So in the first section
of this course, I introduced you to the difference between
do fallen or nofollow. And as I mentioned there, that building nofollow links is actually a good
thing as well. Like it's not, it's not a
complete waste of time. And these nofollow links, if they're actually coming from high, highly trusted website. So these folders and links there will be
considered, right? So this is the overall things and how things are connected. Do follow links. You
actually go ahead and build from your actual
link building campaigns. So you go out and reach
out to other websites. You might have to pay for it. And those links are
all do follow, right? You pay for it, you
put some effort on it. Whereas these trusted links, they are mostly nofollow. So this how you can go ahead and you have this on your mind that not all
in DOE follows our back. No follows are coming
from, you know, less less trusted size. If they're coming from
very generic places, they're probably not going to help you in anything, right? Because they don't
pass any page rank in the first place, right? Whereas nofollow, which are coming from highly
trusted website, although they don't
pass page rank, the past these trust score. So some of the examples
of foundations link our major social profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. All these major social
profiles are all nofollow and they're considered as highly trusted website. Because think about
it, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, these
are global website. Rally. Everyone use it. Google, trust and melodic. They have very high
domain authority. And they have all the
good stuff, right? They have pretty much like they're very trusted
reps I in general. And that's why I know they're constantly as one of
the best foundation links. All this other stuff or high quality business
directories like guilt, Yellow Pages, trust
Pilot profile, or even Google, My
Business or GMB, right? So if you're running
a local website, building these business
directory links or what we call a citations in general, are very important. In fact, if you're running
general tie website, just affiliate websites
or e-commerce website. You might not need many of these Foundation links because most of these Foundation
links are going to come from these
business directories that are mostly local
types such as Yelp, yellow pages, Google
My Business, right? But nevertheless, even if you're running
an online business, like complete online without any proper address or without
any proper phone number. Is still highly encourage
that you go ahead and build all these business
directories where I like, have your profile
listed on Yelp, have your profile, is
it on yellow pages? Or even if you're running
an affiliate website, make sure you order
some GMB, right? Google My Business. You can set up some
virtual address. You can use your
friend's address. You can use even your own house to get the postcard
verifications. So make sure you build out, make sure you make your
website look legitimate, as legitimate as possible
by listing your website are all these directories which will help your overall
trust score, right? Because when you're when you
have a valid phone number, when you have some addresses, Google can see you as
a more trusted entity. It knows that you're a
real business, right? And Google likes to
rank real business. And is one of the main mistakes that many SEO newbies do is they go and
start building links. Actually having a good
foundation links to begin with. And that's when they
don't see results, right? Because first, you need to
build these foundations links. So here's a game plan. You have to go out and build out all the major founded
in links first. Before moving on, let's see an example of how
to approach this. So before you start with your actual link
building campaign, whether you are an
online business or proper business,
local business, you need to first build all these phonons and
links before you start and build your actual links from other strategies
such as guest, post Lincoln surgeon, all this. So let's take a look at a
little bit of approach and how you can go about and build
these Phanish and links. So from our previous example
of using this keyword, in fact, we're going to use this QR throughout the course. And we might also use other
this local keyword as well, which I'll introduce
in a moment. So you can follow along and everything is connected, right? So from the keyword, best
gaming laptop, 2022. So we do a surfer this Q
where you'll find a bunch of brands that are
ranking for it is. So how do you go about and building these Foundation
links like what? Links like where actually you shouldn't be
getting these flakes. So the easiest thing you
can do here is you do a search for a keyword and
notice these brands, right? Notice their name. So like the word C-net,
Tom's Guide, right? So for instance, I take this
brand laptop, Mac, right? So what I do, I remembered this particular
site, brand name. I go to Google, make a separate search for their
brand name, laptop, Mac. As you can see, these
are all the profiles, rather they have
that this brand has listed their brand
and their brand on. So as you can see, lapped when you serve for this brand name,
Twitter comes up. So you need to make sure that you list your
website on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, right? Having your LinkedIn profile. So LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook. These are top social profiles, like I said, you need to
have them YouTube, right? Very important. So move on to the second page. Again, you will
find more examples. You'll find where your
competitors are listed on. So you can do this for any
type of keywords, right? If you're just starting
out with your new website, you can go ahead
and make a search for your company or brand name and you'll see
where they have got there all
foundations links from. Now, this might not be a
lot for online businesses, just affiliate type business
or e-commerce type business. Like France, for instance, this brand only has a few. So make sure you do a
multiple searches for multiple brands to get
as many as you can. You can also go ahead and built more than your competitors
don't have as well. So just freeze it for instance, trust Pilot that I just
gave an example of trust. But it is also a general
review aggregator site that you can easily
sign up on is a free platform that again, you will have your
business listed there. And you can also link back to your website and
build a trust factor. Right. Now they're famous.
One is CrunchBase. There are major trusted
profile that you can sign up is a free platform. Again, many big corporations have their CrunchBase
profile listed. Great. So let's take another
look at an example here. So let's say you're a
local business now, for local is going
to be more prominent because citations or slash foundational links
are more prominent or more used in local searches. For example, you
want to rank for a roofing Salt Lake City. Again, you search for a keyword. Notice your competitors. Let's say for instance,
I take this guy, cool roof, I remember
the brand name. I make a separate search. Once I started. You can see what pops up here
first as Google, My Business, of course, is a local business. Then you have
Facebook, LinkedIn. Now you'll see other stuff. Yelp coming up next
door, reveal bolt, right zoom in for you
see all these are a major profile type websites that you can, that you must. And you should actually list your business along
this on as well. If you tried to
run for a roofing Salt Lake City and other thing, Cute point you can
keep in my head. When you search for
your brand name, notice any directories,
any profiles, tie website that our rankings. And you can also take
that into consideration. So there's service,
dark case L and G.com, triple B.org,
expertise.com. All these are major type
the foundation links that you should
have your business listed on because
they're so trusted for this keyword that they're actually ranking for it, right? You can also look at your
competitors to get the idea. Spot. Do a search for 123 or even
four competitors and got, Get Your Business listing. As many as you can write. This again applies to both
generic type websites as affiliate or e-commerce and
very important for local SEO. So that's all for this lesson. I'll see you in the next lesson.
8. What Makes A Good Link: Lesson three, what
makes a good link? Major search engines like Google have been known
for many years to ignore links that are not relevant or helpful
to the content. This includes things such
as low-quality links and obvious paid links that are built with the
purpose of rankings. Remember in our
introduction section, I mentioned that search
engines like Google have trying to come up with new algorithms to try to detect these type of links that are built
with the purpose of trying to get in rankings and all these link
building schemes, right? So nowadays, what they're doing here is
they're mostly going to ignore links that they
find not to be helpful or links that are built
with the purpose of trying to increase
the rankings. Whereas in the past
what they used to do is they use to penalize site. Nowadays we don't do that
anymore, or very often. Like very rarely
they're doing that now. So for example, let's say
you spend a $1000 for just one link and one month has passed and you still don't see any result from
that links yet. There's a highly possible that that link has already
been ignored, right? We have to first understand what actually makes a good link. What links actually works. So we can save a lot of money before you start
building your link. In fact, Google even stated that roughly about 90% of the total backlink on
the web is ignored. So they blend really came by
and stated that about 90 to 93% of the total
backlink profile on the Internet is ignored. Well, as quite a large
number, isn't it? Therefore, in order
to be successful in building a right
battling that works, here are some of the
characteristics that you should be looking for
based on my own test. So based on my extensive
tests on building tons of links and you'll seeing
what works and what doesn't. Here are some of the main characteristics
you should be looking for before you go and start getting links
from those website. Links should be
contextually relevant, at least on a page level, but better if the entire
domain is relevant. So let's say, I
know you've found this website and you know, you really want a backlink
from that website, you to first make sure that
you're getting a link from a context within the
context of the page, right? So let's say you do stuff like guest posting or linkage
search and all these methods, which we will talk about
in an upcoming lesson. And you reach out
to those websites. You hadn't need to make sure that the links you are getting from is actually coming
reading the content, right? And that page, the page where you will be
adding the link from, should be relevant to the
target keyword, right? So let's say your keywords best. Gaming laptop, 2022. You should be getting links
from pages with good content, something like how to buy gaming laptop in 2022
or something like that. You shouldn't belong
to the same topic. But even better if
that entire website is belong to the same
topic or similar topics. And just if that
website belongs to a laptop niche or belongs
to computer website, That's even better, right? So make sure that relevant. They are relevant, at least
on a page rebel level. But if the entire domain is relevant, it
that's even better. Next thing is to links that are coming from sites that have
healthy organic traffic. So next thing to look at is the organic traffic
that that website had. So let's say you found
this very good website. It is very relevant, but when they check
their, you know, the organic traffic on that
website is very low, right? Like you should at
least Target website. I have a thousand
users per month, right, at the minimum. So if the left side doesn't
have healthy organic traffic, it means that Google
doesn't trust website. That website, right? And what do I mean by
healthy here is they have a consistent growth of
their organic traffic. Not just like, you know, peaks in one month and then
drop in another month, something like that,
they should have a consistent growth, right? Third, links should
be coming from sites that have high-quality
links pointing to them. So after you determined that
the site is irrelevant, the side have healthy
organic traffic. Next, you have to check
if the site actually has a bunch of high-quality links
pointing to them, right? Not just, you know,
spammy type links in their overall
Lynch profile, right? And fourth step is to have to check their deer or
DR. Over at these 30. So before you actually
check there, D or DR, make sure you check
their link profile for us just to make sure that they're not doing
anything Sherry to try to manipulate
their dear DR. right. Because what happens
nowadays here is many website owners will
try to manipulate these. D and D are metrics by inflating them using
low-quality links. Because they want to
sell, gets pulled, or they want to sell
backlinks to their website. That's why they
inflate these numbers. But the thing here is
by doing that they're using a very low-quality
type of links and hence that those
sides are continuous, low quality, more important
than d and d r is the quality of the
links that point to those sites where you
want to get links from. Don't worry about this.
L will take a look at this in the next
lesson in how we're, in where we'll go deep dive into the overall backlinks
building plan, right? So now you know the overall building
link building plants or link building strategies. You know what our
foundation links. You know what makes a good link. In the next lesson, we'll learn or we'll
do a deep dive into this in a
practical steps, right? So that's all for this lesson
soon in the next lesson.
9. Link Building Plan Deep Dive: Link building plan,
a deeper dive into the actual planning
of building backlinks. So now you understood
the overview of how to go about and building your first link or
a foundation links. What makes a good link. In this lesson,
we'll look at that, those overview strategies that I introduced in lesson
one of the sections, and we'll look at
it in more detail. So here, for the same keyword, best gaming laptop 2022, let's say you create this
in your notepad, right? So here I have my
Notepad open up. The keyword that
you would try to target here is best
gaming laptop 2022. The target page or the
page you want to link to is this one, ABC gaming.com
four slash laptop. And why we choose this page? That's because this page was
optimized for this keyword. So right before you started
built link building campaign, you need to have
a proper On page, on your website, on your
page, your target page. Okay, and here are some
of the things that I'm looking for on my planning. Remember that we're just
planning at the moment. We're just going to look at your competitors
and see, you know, what I require off this
particular campaign, right, right before we started
with the actual technique, which will be the next
session of this course, in which we will go into different techniques
such as guest posting, link insertion
skyscraper technique or even Hierald link
building technique, right? We'll, we'll dive deeper into
each of those techniques one by one and going through
different type of stuff. But for now, we're just gonna
do a proper planning to understand what are
the dominant link type or dominant anchor text type. What is the average
DR. of links that you know your competitors are
having an other features, then you could come, you could find when you're doing
this research, right? And like I mentioned many times, that by doing this research, it will make sure that you save cost when you go ahead
and build lakes, right? Because we're not just
going to build links blindly without actually
having a plan, right? Let's say for this keyword
you only need like, let's say, two links to
actually beat your competitors. But you're just overspending it. Let's say you spend for ten
links, 20 links, right? Or that said, this keyword requires you like 20
links to compete. But you go ahead and just build, let's say two or three, right? So now you're underspending it. This particular lesson
will teach you how to actually have a proper plan before you start building
your links, right? So again, if you remember
from an overview step, you do a search for a keyword and then you pick up three
to five competitors. So let's say I pick
up this website. Let's say I pick up these two. These two are my
competitors that belong to the same
group of my website. Like I said, let's say I'm an affiliate type
website, right? Again, do a search for this, open up the page. And I want you to do here
is you go ahead and copy up there the URL. So go and copy and paste. Go to the free edge
ref backing checker that I introduced in the
first lesson of this section. Go ahead and paste
it on in the tool. And then paste it onto the tool and then
click on check back links. And make sure that
this is also select as exact URL as we're
looking at the URL here. We're not looking at
the domain, right? Or the entire website. We're just going to look,
I'm on particular page per page level because
remember back link works on a page per page level, right? So again, select
all these capture and then wait for this to load. Okay? So as you can see, this
right off the bat, you know, the numbers
here might scare you, but don't worry, we'll take
a look at them individually. So first, you'll notice that there's this backlinks
and referring domains. That address is showing me here. Now, the difference
between backlinks and refereeing domain
here is referenced domains is defined as the number of websites that
actually links to you, whereas backlinks defined as the links coming from every
website that links to you. So let's say you go ahead and build links
from free websites. So you'll reference
domains is three. Whereas in those three website, let's say one of the
websites links to you twice. So your backlink is
four, right? Because Three links from each domain and one linked from
the same domain. So total is four, so three reference
domains for backlinks. Now, the thing here is we'll look at
reference domain here. And in this case, and
the reason is Google, google ignores or devalued the links coming from
the same website twice. So let's say those three
website links to three times, you already get all the
full power and one of the website links to
you for a second time. Now, that second
link coming from the same website will get the value or will not be
counted as much, right? So when we do our analysis, we'll look at the refereeing
domains in this case. Okay, So this one
thing to keep in mind, small note, many of the tools will probably not showing
refereeing domains. They'll show him back links. But just so you know that these are the
difference between the two. Okay, so first, these
in this left column, you'll see these are
the links that is pointing to one of our
competitors, this URL. And the first link here is this digital
technical.com, right? And what I want you to
do here is I want you to look at the DR, right? And look at what is the type
like the anchor text, right? So first look at the type of
links that they're getting, and then look at the anchor
text that they got, right? So if you open up this website, so this is one of
the website that links to this your competitors. So go ahead and open this up. You'll see that it is
coming from, you know, best gaming laptop from the content which
has a topic title, 11 best gaming laptops under 6 thousand rupees
in India, right? So you're gonna see
right off the bat, this link is very relevant. Why? Because remember, we discussed, we talked about what
makes a good link. And this is a link coming
from a very relevant content, and it is coming from
the anchor text, best gaming laptop, right? So somewhere here in the content within
this body of content, it is linking to our
competitor here, right? So this is a very good link. This is a contextually
relevant link, right? And this website is probably going to be
mostly about electronics, PC, computer or this. So this entire domain itself is probably also very
relevant, right? So this is the
type of links that out that you should
be noting on, right? Like looking at what is the
dominant type of links? Dominant links type, right? Are they getting
contextually links or are most of their links
spammy type comments, type link, all those
Junk Type links. So make a note of
this, make a note, go through this using your
eyes and just sifting through this and try to recognize what is the dominant
links type, right? Make a note there.
So as you can see, it is a contextually
relevant link. This again,
contextually relevant. This, if you're not sure, you can always open
these webpage's up. Again, I think this
is coming from a homepage of this
particular website. Right? So you can open this up. Just notice using your eyes
and just go through this. We don't really have
to fix any rules. Just make sure you browse it carefully and see what is
the dominant link type. So in this case,
let's say, you know. So for this competitor, one is going to be contextually contextually relevant
links, right? So we'll do this with our com, competitor to as well and
our competence three. I recommend you do at
least three competitors. And maximum you can go for like five competitors and see what is a dominant links
time and then see, you know, what actually
Commons here like. Maybe the first one is
contextually relevant. A second way of context,
really irrelevant. Third one could be, you know, mostly like common
type links, right? Remember that contextually
relevant links give more value and you know, it's the type of links
that actually work, right? So if you find any competitors with a lot of non
contextually ranked link, it shows you that
this keyword is, it is not that difficult
to go for a ride. You can beat these competitors
that are not using the link that work are not using a very good link in
there, link profile. Okay? So when you analyze
sites like this, you might find all these
foreign type links. These is fine. I like it could be coming
from very good forum like people recommending this
product in other countries. That's completely fine. Don't consider all
these foreign languages to be spammy, right? Because we never know like
they could be helping, right? But just have a glaze. Quick look on all these. Make, make note of
the type of links. Next, I also wanted to make, you have to also keep in
mind the anchor text, right? Look at what is the dominant
type of anchor text. Is it keyword anchor text? As you can see, this is a
keyword anchor text, right? Because a keyword
you want to rank for is best gaming laptop 2022. And this is the anchor text that was used in
this first link. Best gaming laptop is a part
of best gaming laptop 2022. So this belongs to a
target anchor text, right? Pick, pick this as a generic miscellaneous
type anchor text, gaming, again
keyword anchor text. This again a keyword
anchor text. You're out anchor text, you are anchored texts. Keyword anchor text. This again keyword anchor text. So a lot of queue or anchor text is being used here, right? You can see gaming laptops. Pc gamer does more or less, it's like a semantic
keyword, right? All this. So just
take a quick look, like take a quick glance, see what is the dominant
type of anchor text. So maybe in that
first competitor, I might know them to be keyword and semantic
anchor, right? So make a note of this. And then next you
can also look at the average DR. of the links. You can see, you know, what is the DR that the links
are coming from. So you can see I have a
note like 2086, right? Very powerful. Eight
zeros 0098, right. So some of these, when you look at the DR, I want you to try to ignore
spammy type links. I look at only the
contextually type links. Why? Well, that's because as we discussed in the
previous lesson, that contextually type
links are the ones that go actually count or the one that actually
gives value. Whereas these spammy
type links, right? Although they're coming from
high DA, DR. all these, they're not gonna, they're
gonna be counted right by Google is they're probably
gonna be ignored, right? So if you find any
spammy type links, you can ignore them in
terms of DR calculations, you can just look at only
the real legit looking type of website, right? So look at it. Just have a quick glance and then you can write it based
on your observations. Again, you don't really have
to find the exact average. Just use your eyes to
kinda understand, right? Other features that you
might be able to notice. This, again, may or
may not have been any features that you could find from the
competitors linked, such as maybe they're getting a lot of block sport links
for instance, right? Or they're getting, let's say, you know, they're
getting a lot of links coming from
the same domain over and over again, right? So you can notice
that down as well. Any other additional features
that you could fly, right? That you will help
your analysis better. It's worth noting down, right? Just to have a good idea. So we do this, Let's say this is four, this is done for the first website. Again, we'll repeat
the same step by going to our second website
or second competitor, again, controlling Control C. And then check on backlinks. Look, complete the
capture required. Click on Verify, look
at the second link, right, the second competitors. And then see, you know,
all these numbers. You don't really have to you don't really
have to stick to them. Like let's say your competitors
are having 400 links, the other one and having
800 links and then something like that
because these numbers can, can be manipulated or
it can be a mistake. I like. Ashram is one of the best, probably the best
backlink checker, but it might not be able to
detect all links, right? We also have to
remember that many of these links could also be
ignored, right, by Google. So the numbers isn't as
relevant as any other metrics. So just have a quick look back. Don't really have to, you know, take a like, don't
pay attention, much attention to it. So again, this one, the first type of links
are o g..com, right? Aces website is obviously it's a global laptop brand
linking to this, so it's a pretty good link. But you can see this is
an image link, right? So this you could add
to your other features. Other features like maybe this converter has a
lot of image link. And one more thing. Content link or in a text link is much more
powerful than image link. Imagining is probably like the, gives you the lowest power
in terms of anything. But anyway, it seems as coming from a very good
website as suits very high DR. can see 89
out of 100 is still calls. It goes a very good link. But when you go ahead
and build your links, will be building all
texts links, right? Will not be looking
into image link. These can come naturally or
overtime when your website get backlinks naturally when you don't have to build
more links to the page. Or overtime though,
people just links you naturally do sometime
use image links. Again, this one, you
know, Tom's Guide. It is a DR A6. So this looks to me
like contextual link. In fact, this Tom's Guide is also ranking somewhere
here as well. Yeah. So this probably
somewhere here, I guess. Maybe on the second
page or something. But yeah. So you can take a look,
you can see this is a, again, a contextually
very high-quality links, high DR. highly
contextualized link coming from a very
relevant domain. Domain is about PC and
tech and all this, right. Make a note of all these
high-quality links. See what is the
dominant type of links. Again, for the competitors, I still see these
foreign types of links coming up a lot
for these competitors. Like for instance,
this one dot XYZ, this maybe looking like a spammy niche,
spamming type links. But again, like I said, these foreign language
type link can be helpful if they're coming
from legitimate websites. Just don't assume
that they're bad. But this one right? Like
gets coupons world. If you open this these
coupon type of website, you will find them in most
of many link profile, right? These are called as
aggregator website. So aggregator
website like these. They go a script and the
website, the Internet. Then I scrape all the
deals, all the content, and then make them as a coupon like this
and as a link, right? These type of links
are very spammy and Google is probably ignoring
them for the most part. So you'll find these type of links in a lot of these type of links
in your competitors. Again, it's showing that
the competitors and doesn't have good
amount of links. So you can easily
beat them with this. Having a bunch of
good links, right? Because many of these
things are probably gonna be ignored and you
just need a handful, right? Again, go through this. I can see like for this
competitor, it is. It can be Contextual. Lee relevant links plus
lot of forum links, right? Forum links is something you will not get
into in this course. Because to be honest, you know, nowadays forms have gray, like they don't allow any links anymore in
most of the farms, but some of the forums, if they have a real
legitimate users, users recommend particular article or
something like that. They allow you to
post links, right? So only farms from only legitimate
forms coming from legitimate users
will help nowadays. So these type of links usually comes naturally
over time, right? Whereas this one, again, they can come
naturally over time, but is something
which we have to keep on pushing and
building on, right? So, and also, you know, lots of spammy as well. So if a competitor has
a lot of spammy links, it shows you that there's a huge improvement that
you can do, right? Take a final look at this. Take a note on the anchor text. Remember anchor
Texas, the number one mistakes that I see people make. So make sure that you look
at your competitors and see, like for some keywords, you will see that
people are only using branded anchor text or your anchor text as their
dominant anchor text. Whereas for some
competitive keywords, you will see a lot of users of high keyword anchor
text like for instance, this one q or anchor text. This is a branded anchor tags, branded anchor text,
keyword anchor text. When you look at anchor text, look at it from a
high-quality type links perspective like again, your anchor text, right? All this. So a good
mixture of keyword, brand and URL, right? So I'll type in combat or two, keyword plus brand
plus URL, right? So this second
website, anchor text, type or distribution
looks healthy to me because they have a good
mixture of keyword, good mixture of branded, good mixture of URL all days. Alright, so make a note,
make a quick note. You don't really have to go into full detail just so you
have an idea, right? So how does this actually
help you with the overall, overall
cost estimations? Well, if you're, the majority of your competitors are having
contextually type links, is going to cost you
quite a lot, right? So average contextual links, contextually, relevant
link from a good website. Having healthy or
getting traffic and having good overall links profile
is going to cause you an average of about 80 to $100 per link for our
contextual links, right? So if the majority of your competitors are having
these type of links, the type of links that you
should be going after, then this is the amount of
money that you'd be spending. So you can time this, you can start planning
how many leaves you want to build each month. Always start from slow, right? Like maybe you start
live links per month and then 101520 increases
as time passes, right? But is the average of one
contextually relevant late you again to the average cost
of each type of links. Again, let's, I
guess Paul is going to cause a little
bit higher than Lincoln insertion
or something like that in upcoming lessons. But just for now, now you should have
a pretty good idea of why you should be doing
when it comes to this keyword. And therefore, to
conclude this lesson, if you really want to be
competitors for this keyword. For building links to
things to this page, you're going to mostly need
contextual new type links. And a lot of them, I'm
saying here like a lot. Because many of
your competitors, or having them in
a large quantity, we can see there's
a dominant type of links that they're
having in their, mostly, most of
their links profile. So it's gonna be quite
a competitive niche. It's going to require a lot of money because the competitors
are using them a lot. And we don't really find spammy links a lot
here when compared to the overall links
profile, right? So I hope you get a
very clear idea here. How I go about estimating this and actually looking at site
and all this. Don't worry. If you don't get it
in the first time. It requires practices, it requires a little
bit of experience. But over time you
should be able to have good information
and having a prop, a better and better plan
as you move forward with overall link
building campaigns. And that's all for this lesson. Soon the next lesson.
10. Quick Notes On Anchor & Link Velocity: Quick notes on anchor
text and link velocity. That's just saw in the
previous lesson for the keyword best
gaming laptop 2022, the dominant anchor text
type is keyword anchor text. But does this mean when
you build your links to just be focusing on
this type of anchor text. For the previous lesson. Based on our planning, based on our analysis, it came to our conclusion
that for this keyword, the dominant type of anchor tags or the
type of anchor text. I mean, it should be focusing on the most when we
build our links, as, you know, at
keyword anchor text. But does this really
mean that you should really just focusing on
this type of anchor tags. Like to what percentage? 50%, 60, or even 70%? Well, to some extent, yes, you need to be focusing on
this type of anchor text. But you should also keep in mind those competitors
authority as well as because they are big sides with lots of authority
and they can get away with many things to be
saved when starting out, it's better to use Brandon and Ms latest hype anchor text. It's frequently in
semantic anchor tags from time-to-time to be
saving the beginning. Well, in SEO, nothing
is, as, you know, crystal-clear like
black and white, there will always be some shades of gray in between, right? So when it comes to SEO, just keep in mind that Google
gives a lot of priority, gives a lot of importance to website with higher authority. So there's those big, big publisher's website or let's say very high authority
trusted websites, right? So when you actually going against with those type of websites, like in this case, best gaming laptop 2022, we clearly see
that those website and we'd hide DR. Heidi. And you're there very well
branded website rally. Everybody knows about PC Mag, everybody knows about
all those big website. What happens here is those
type of authority websites. They can usually get away
with many of the stuff that we might normally consider as being spammy or low quality. So those type of website, if they're using like let's say, even 100% of keyword
anchor text. They wouldn't really get
penalized because they have, they have so much authority that Google really trust them. So as a normal
affiliate, Tyrone, normal small website, just
like you or any other people, normal people out there. To be safe, it's better to use Brandon and miscellaneous
anchor text first, right, when you're starting out. Then you can also sprinkle
in some semantic anchor text from time to time as well
in the beginning, right? So let's say you're going
after this keyword, best gaming laptop 2022. When you start out
your campaign, your link building campaign, it's better to start
with something like branded miscellaneous
semantic keyword. Because as from what we have learned in our previous lesson, these are anchored texts are
very safe to use, right, compared to keyword anchor text, which are obviously
very strong but very dangerous as well if you use it in a larger quantity. When, let's say
you start ranking higher and you start
getting some traction, you might start sprinkling these keyword and
protects and then the remaining portion of it just focus on cure
anchor text, right? This would be the idea. There will always be some
exceptions and SEO, right? Like in this case, for example. So you need to keep in mind, know the safety of your website. Or let's say if your website has grown to be a bigger
authority side, overtime, know when
you start doing SEO, your website will gain
a lot of authority. Then maybe in the beginning you can just start straightaway, use keyword anchor text. So this also one thing
to keep in mind. It all depends on your website, overall authority on your
website, overall trust, right? So if your website has
a lot of authority, a lot of trust, a lot of
good content. Over time. Google will give
you a little bit, a lot of leeway is, and you can start doing some things that you
might consider to be spammy or over optimization of all those kind
of stuff, right? Also, the same goes
with how quickly you, you have to build links
are unlinked velocity. Link velocity is basically how quickly or how fast you
built your backlinks, right? So the idea is to
start slow depends on your budget and increase the
numbers as time progresses. Like for example, maybe lay
out a six month plan of say, 50 links and work your way up. The idea is to be
consistent, right? So again, this way comes to link velocity or how quickly you
should build your links. Again, always start slow, start small, and then
work your way up, right? So for example, five
links the first month, several links, the
second one, et cetera, et cetera, layout proper, let's say six to 12
months plan and plan out how many links should plan to build based on your
competitive analysis. From what we saw in the
previous, previous lesson. Roughly, each competitor
has about 400 links, right? So you don't really have to build that many
links, of course. But let's say you're
targeting like about 200 links to begin with. Then you lay out each month how many of you are
planning to build. I start small and then
move your way up. Again. Backlinks
is very important. One of the most important
ranking factors, but it's not everything right, like you're seeing
that your competitors are ranking with like 400 links. Does it mean that
you have lots of built around the same
number of links? Of course not. You can still beat them with better content and
other factors, right? So just at least
we'll try to get to the half number of the average that the
competitors are having, right? That's all for this sections. And you know, a little bit of edge case like for instance, this one, just so you keep in mind are what you
have to really focus on. So in the next lesson, the next section
we will start on the east link building
technique and we'll dive deep into each
link building technique and what you have
to keep in mind. That's all for it. So in the next lesson.
11. Guest Posting: Three link building techniques, less than one, guest posting. Guest posting is a technique
of posting your content on other people's websites with the aim of getting a link
back to your website. So starting off with
our first technique that I'm going to
teach in this course. But it is called
as guest posting, which essentially means
you're writing a content for other people with the aim of getting a link
back to your website. It's currently one of the most
famous techniques up link building and are used widely
by SEO and business owners. Most of the guest posts, including other techniques and I'm going to explain
to you in this course, are not paid due to an increase in demands of building
high-quality links overall. So every technique I'm going to introduce you in this course, except maybe for the last one. Most of them are
gonna be paid, right? So most of the link
building activities that we're gonna do in
this course are going to involve reaching out to other people and maybe
building up a relationship or, you know, providing
the content and with the aim of mainly to get
link back to your website. But many people also do it in to develop a more
deeper relationship with other website owner. So if you're aiming
food for long term, then definitely you
can't do it for free but read the website and you have to build relationship with, or let's say you have a really, really good content room, good, valuable content and you can
provide to other people, then those people might consider to link back
to you for free. Otherwise, the majority of the time people will ask you for money or maybe something
other than an exchange, but mostly it's
going to be money. Let's say maybe you give
them a one guest posts than in my Oxford $50 in exchange for a link back to your website,
something like that. Hence, there are two ways
you can go about this. So either manually, I'll
read to site owners, asked me for a guest post and pay for it mostly
as I mentioned, or outsource this, right? So there are two ways you can do any type
of link building, gets posting or any
other technique. There are essentially two ways. First is to outreach
to website owners, reach out to other people and
do it manually by herself. Or you can outsource this to other link building
agencies for freelancers. So I like people who are basically providing
link building survey. Now, here's a breakdown of the average cost of guest
posting based on my experience. If you're doing it on
you're by yourself, is going to cost you roughly about $70 to $100
per link, right? So essentially, and this
excludes the content rest. So let's say you
run a content by yourself and then roughly you have to pay around $7,200
just for the link, right? Whereas if you hire company, you should expect to pay
around $150 to $200 per link. And why is it expensive? Well, that's because most of the agencies are most of
the leaf service provider. They will also write a
content for you, right? Obviously there's also
other costs involved, like staff involved and
all those kind of stuff. So when you hire outside people, mostly they will write
content for you as well. So the clause includes here both the content
and the link cost. Whereas if you do
it on your own, you are expected to pay a
roughly about $70 to $100, or could be a little
cheaper than that, right? If your content is really good, people can really give you
a good discount when come to guest posting as well, right? And it can also be
more expensive for more competitive niches like
casinos, CBD extract Sarah, all these high competitive type niche which has a
lot of money into it, like casinos, CBD, all these. You can expect to pay at
least 150 to $200 per link. So it can get really
expensive as well when building links also be
very cheap as well, it depends on, you know, on the quality that you're, you're providing
to the site owners on the value actually
providing, right? So here's a game plan
for doing it yourself. Of course, in this,
in this course, I'm going to teach you
how to do it yourself. If you plan to outsource any
one of these techniques, you know, to other
link service provider. That's completely, you know, a hands-off service for you. Otherwise, if you're
planning to do on your own, Here's a game plan. The first technique
that is guest posting. First, we're going to find
guest post opportunities. So first we have
to find a target where we want our
link to be from, like checking competitors and
search for normal keywords. I'll show you in a minute on how to do how to go about this. But there are essentially two main ways that is to
either check your competitors, are to search for any
other keywords that are relevant to your
main keywords to find our target opportunities. Next, we will do all
our due diligence as given the previous lesson. So. Once we've found, set
a website that we deem to be a good
fit for our link. Next, we'll do our
due diligence by going through this checklist or things that we consider to
be a good link via like whether or not this irrelevant
website where an Arduino, this website has held
the organic traffic, all those conditions that I talked to you in
a previous lesson. Next step, we'll
find a contact on the site owners and send
an e-mail outreach. So once we found our website, once we do do our due diligence will start
reaching out using email. In this case, you don't
really have to think much of walk through
right there. You can just simply
blindly write like, hi there, I'm interested in publishing a guest
post on your website. Please let me know all
the details and stuff. As you know, most of the site owners nowadays are already aware
of this, right? Like in the industry right now. Probably most of
the good websites out there have already been outreach by SEOs or agencies or whatever that
they're aware of this. So you don't really
have to think much. When you send the
e-mail, just mentioned it blindly that
you're looking for a guest post and
reply back to you with the instructions and the cause and
everything like that. In the email, when you
email them oxygen, if there are any
content guidelines where you have to follow, we can even suggest that the topics you're
interested in writing on. So when you writing the
email for the site owners, an option, then you
can ask them for guidelines on what
you have to follow. You can also suggest them some topics that you would
be writing for them. In some websites, they
will already have these content guidelines
given on their site. So we don't have oxygen again, but for some website, you have to ask them otherwise. In most cases, you'll just make sure your content
isn't good enough, is nothing to promotions is
written in high-quality. Most of the website owners
will just accept it, right? Because mostly
they're just looking for for good content
on their website, but at the same time, they also want to charge
for it, right? Most of the cases. On the fifth step is to confirm the topic and start writing the content along
with your link. So why don't you email asking the site owners
like whether or not this particular topics fit
once they confirm with you to go along with any other topics that
you gave them an option. I can start writing the content
and also in the content, add your link, right? Six, send them to content, wait for a confirmation and
finally make the payment. So once you're finished
writing the content, you send into the content,
let them publish it. And then they'll also
email back to you saying your guest post or the live here in our
website, check it out. And then you'll also
probably send you some payment link that you
can complete the payment. Right? He has a small tips. Based on my experience. Again, a thing to keep in
mind is I suggest that you give to post at
least 24 to 48 hours a chance to get index for us
before making the payment. So once your post is published
on your target website, the website you want to
get a backlink from, make sure you wait
at least 2448 hours to let that pose index, right? Because nowadays, indexing links are indexing pages on Google is
very difficult. And only high-quality stuff nowadays are gonna
get indexed, right? If your links don't get indexed, they're not going to be counted. So make sure that you wait
at least 24 to 48 hours, give you your guest posts
a chance to get indexed. And once you confirm
that your guest posts can be indexed
properly on Google, then you can make your
payment if necessary, right? Because I've had some cases in the past where I reached
out to the guests, to the site owners, I
publish the content. I made a payment, but then even a month has
passed and still, the guest posts still
didn't get index, right? And it turned out to be complete waste of money
of course, right? So make sure you give
it some time index. We also look at in
the bonus section of this course how to quickly
index your link faster. But sometimes, no
matter what you do, the links one just
get index, right? And you could potentially
end up losing money. Okay, So let's take
a quick look at these steps in a
practical way so we can get a good idea, right? So let's go to google.com here. So first, I'm going to
show you how to find the target websites where you want to get
unlinked from, right? So remember our keyword here
is best gaming laptop 2022. Let's say we wanted to build
link for that keyword. So why do we do here is we can either research
on our competitors. So we can type in our queue, LSA best gaming, lap, top, 2022. It's gonna be 2022 here. And then you can take out any
of our competitors, right? Go to the page there, content. Let's say this guy,
right? Let's say I pick this guy first. And then we can use the
same free edge reps. Tool that I introduced to you. So go to Google, type in Azure as free
backlink checker here. And you can reverse engineer, check their backlinks, right? And then see where our competitors are
getting linked from. Obviously these
web site, rather, we'll have a look previously
in our previous lesson. So what you can do is you can
open these websites, right? Yes, open up and then
find their contacts, reach out to them and
oxygen they accept guest polar and water and all the conditions,
right, all those stuff. So this is the first
method, of course. The second method here is
to do a search for any cure that is relevant to
your target keyword. Right? Now, you might have come across this from any other SEO gurus or any other tutorials
out there to do something like laptop. And then guest posts, right? Or right for us. Oh, this now, if you're
new to link building, this probably is the first
time you're seeing this, but I'm pretty sure most of you watching
this have already read or come across in your
link building to some extent. And most of the SEO
gurus will let you to actually let you to find
guest posts opportunity. What you have to do here is
do a search for your niche. And then followed
by these words, right for us, guess pose,
advertise all this. And then what you get here
is a bunch of websites that actually openly stated that they accept guest posting
their site, right? So you can open these up. And then they have a dedicated page on their
website that they say that they accept guest
post and they give their guidelines and
everything and then they give their contact
details, right? And it can reach you
can reach out to them. So these type of website, the out of the box, already accept guest posts. Right? Now. I'm not going to teach you, I'm not gonna go into this one. Because the thing here is
this technique has been used a lot in the industry
that it has become so spammy that Google has
already caught up to this, like based on my own testing, if you're getting
backlinks from sites that have this type of pages
up on their site. Your links are gonna
be devalued or not counted or basically
ignored in most cases, right? You can still use this technique if you really struggled
to get a link. But I'm not really
recommended anymore. If you're doing it, do it for the majority of your
link building, right? So maybe, let's say
out of ten links you might use this like
for one or two links. That should be fine. But if Google sees that most of your
links are coming from science that openly stated
that they accept guest post. Your links are not going
to be counted, right? This is base for my own testing. Based on your thousands
of links built. Definitely keep this
in mind, right? Why is it a problem? Because, you know,
Google obviously, like I said, doesn't like people to manipulate link
building, right? And this is one of them biggest link building scheme that's going on at
the moment, right? And Google obviously it has
caught up to this already. So that's why I'm normally
recommend is this anymore and you should
be doing as well. So instead what you should
be doing, like I said, first step is to either
check your competent or the back links or
you can do a search for any keyword that's
relevant to your main keyword. So let's say you
want to rank for best gaming laptop, play 22. What could be other
keyword that you could think of that is still
relevant, right? That will give you
a set of results that you can actually
reach out to. So for instance, I
can do a search for how to take care
of gaming laptop. Right? So when do I search
for something like this? This will give me
other sets of results. Right? People who are accurate
ranking for this keyword. But this still shows me a good idea that these websites are
ranking for this keyword, which means these websites are somehow relevant to
my main keyword, my main keywords,
gaming laptop 2022. They belong to the same topics. So what I can do now is these are all my target
websites, right? I can start reaching
out to this website. And what I recommend here
is you'll just check on the first and
up to third page. Going beyond this are going to probably not be so relevant. So these can all be your, your ideal places or
ideal size to reach out. So let's say this
website, right? Like this can become my
next guest post target, like the site I wanted to
publish my article on, right? So as I opened this up, I can see that this side, I have had also look at look
around the site, right? I can see out of the blue that this is a website
that has many topics. So they're not just
writing about tech, but they have
different, different categories on their website. Which you know, based on
our criteria, good link, it's better to find
sites that are topically relevant or irrelevant
to our keyword, or in this case, tech, right, or laptop or PC. So this is still considered
to be a probably a good link. But, you know, please still have to do our
due diligence, right? So the first step is we
collect a list of website. So you can make a note
of this website, right? Cm CG mag online.com
mega list in probably, maybe in your Excel
sheet or your notepad. So for example, I make a
list in my notepad here. Just first of all, create a less CG mag online.com, right? And I can maybe look
at other websites, like for instance,
X X0 PC.com, right? So this also looks like
a PC website to me, so definitely very relevant. So the PC.com, right, so make a list of all
websites like this. Once you have the
list, our website, next two years to obviously
do do your due diligence. Due diligence here is
make sure that, you know, first is lnx is always going to come from contexts,
contexts, links. Because you're gonna be
writing guest posts are gonna be writing content like this and provide to you the
site owners and in the content they will have a
link back to your website. So this is checked. Next step is to make sure
that this particular website has a good organic
traffic, right? So what you can do here is
you can also use a free tool, is actually a paid tool, but they also have
a free version here called us Uber
suggest, right? So you can go to Neil
Patel.google.com, Newbold tail.com, forward slash. Uber suggest. The free version of Uber suggest without you actually
have to pay for the tool allows you to check for SEO for the organic traffic of any website that you entered, three websites per day, right? So we're going to check this
for three websites per day. But you've already had
any other SEO tools running or you already
have paid over suggests. You can use this in a more
detailed thing, right? But we just want to
make sure you know that this website has good
organic traffic rights. Just so we're going to
filter the sidewall. So first, make a
list of, let's say, a 100 site that you want to reach out and then
do a check, right? Check and see if they have a
good organic traffic or not. If they have good
organic traffic. Next is to check there some of their
LinkedIn profile, right? And make sure that they have some good chunk of
high-quality links pointing to their website. At the same time we know
we can also see there D here as you can
see, 64, right? So from our MozBar, remember most BARDA we install, it has a D or 64 years, so it's a pretty high
domain authority sites. So remember from our list, it should be at least 30. So this is also checked, but remember that these
metrics can be manipulated. So you have to keep, we have to check in
conjunction with the Azure with a backlink. So what I can do here is I
can throw in the website, check using Edge reps. See the, see the Backlink profile. So domain ratings 67, D or domain authority is 63. So pretty high authority links. But again, these metrics can be manipulated so we
have to check the, the link profile, right? So we can go through
this and see what are the type of links
that this side is getting. So as you can see
around the bat, this, this links very high. All the links, Wikipedia, right? Very good quality links. Again, just contextually
type lynx is getting some block spot, of course, all these
Wikipedia again, right? Sports gamers online
is a common type link, so not so much Good. Make sure you look for
contextually type length, right? Coupon type sides, PC, gaming, Ricky, right leg,
high authority sites. And so yeah, you can see it has some pretty good,
some high-quality links. So definitely looking
good in terms of quality, in terms of the link profile. So what about the
organic traffic, right? So we have to also check
the organic traffic. So as you can see, it has
organic traffic or about 201,974 organic traffic
per month, right? Base word suggests,
which again is a massive amount of
organic traffic, right? So organic traffic check
back links, looks good. Looks good as well. But only one thing here is
it could be better like if this entire website
is about PC or, you know, tech and all this. But that's okay. I still overall is
a very good link. So let's say you really
like this website. Now you're planning
to reach out. So what do you have to
just do now here is just find the contact
information. So there you go. Emails there, right? And then reach out reach
out to the website owners. And yeah, then there you go. Just send any generic emails. Pretty sure this website has
already been reached out in the past by so many SEO
agencies and stuff. They know what his
guest posts, right? So you can just
oxygen bluntly and they'll reply back to you
with some costs, right? Probably. So yeah, this is
how you go about the process. Find a website, and then
do all the due diligence. I then reach out,
right? That's it. Nothing too complicated. It's mostly just very
straightforward. I just have to keep on
doing this, you know, for for every of your link that you're
building now regarding the anchor text to
use or whatever. Now, that depends on your oral plan that we
did in a previous lesson. And that's all for this lesson. See you in the next lesson.
12. Link Insertions / Niche Edits: Lesson two, link
insertions or niche edit. Link insertions, or
what people call us niche edit is
similar to guest posting with the only difference
is that you're actually getting a link back to your
site from existing content. So compared to guest posting, the only difference here
is with guest posting, you're actually
writing a new content. So the, the website owners
will publish that content for you and it will become a
new page on their website. Whereas niche edits
or Lincoln surgeon, you're actually searching for any existing content on those websites that you
want to get linked from. And then reach out to the
site owners and Oxford link back to your website
from an existing content. Like guest posting, you can
either pay or do it yourself. The average cost of buying
a niche edit yourself is between $50 to $70 per link and about $100
if you hire company. Now, the claws of niche
edits or Lincoln surgeons is quite significantly
lower than guest posting. In a case that, you know, let's say you're outsourcing
to a website to accompany. They don't really have to write a new content
for you, right? So they're saving costs there. Whereas if you're
actually reaching out by yourself, again, All the, all that the website owners have to do here is
just go back to the existing content inside your link and then
update the post, right, so it's very
easy for them, whereas for guest posting, they have to go and
publish new content, or maybe do some edit,
add some pictures. And you know, it, it, it requires a lot of
time and effort, right, compared to niche
edits, which is very easy. So here's a game plan
for doing it yourself. First, we'll find niche and
this opportunity by, again, the same way that we did, we get supposing by checking your competitors and search
for normal keywords. Next, we'll do all
the due diligence as given in the
previous lessons. Just like the previous lessons, we will go and look at all the checklists and
then go through make sure that the size
that we have picked are good enough. Sir. We will find the contact of the site owners and send
an e-mail outreach. Again, no need to
think much or as most high donors are
already aware of this. So all you have to say
here is, you know, you found out this this
page on their website, which you would like to
link back to your website. Maybe you can just
go and make a change in my link and then I'll probably pay for it,
something like that. Just know it's true. Very generic email right? Forth in the e-mail. Instead of asking them about
the content guidelines, send them the exact
URL you'd like to link to be featured on along with
an anchor text you want. So the difference
here between Gus posing and editors, of course, niche edits is done
on existing content, whereas guest posting you have to write a new
content for them. So the difference lies
in the fourth step here. You don't really
have to ask them for any topic approval or anything you want
to ride on, right? Because you only want to link back from an
existing content. So instead, you just
have to let them know the URL or where you
want your link to be. Fifth, wait for their replies and see if they allow Lincoln
surgeon until you're out. You want some
website owners don't want some of their pages to be associated with link building. Now, there's a small cavity. Link insertion is that sound
website owners some pages, let's say you found this
a very good pair that, that is a super relevant
to your keyword. And you really want
a link on this page, this particular page,
this specific page. However, the site owners, sometimes they don't want some of their pages
to be associated with link building or to be associated with any
kind of stuff, right? So you have to maybe some time wait for their approval for
us whether or not, you know, they're they're fine
with inserting a link in that specific post
that you want it, right? And this usually happens on, on their most valuable pose or most valuable
articles, right? Where they're really make
a lot of money on are red. They're really getting
a lot of traffic than most of them will not allow you to insert
a link on those pages. And just like the last lesson, small tips here is when
choosing a page for niche edit, make sure to choose
the page that already ranking for something
or has some traction. So when you actually go ahead and picking up a page where
you want your link to be, make sure that you
choose the page that's already a
ranking for something, right, or getting some traction. And just because
you know, you have, you want to take full advantage
of niche edits, right? Like the difference
between guest posting and niche added here is you're getting links from new content, whereas niche, and if
you're getting links from all existing contents, the difference lies in
the power of the links, right, or to authority that you're getting from each link, link from a new page would, would take some time
to actually give you some effects or to
actually give its full. Power, whereas
we'd need to edit, you have the opportunity to find any good pages on the
website and pick it out. And then you get the full
power out of it, right? So if possible, make sure
you find a patient that's already ranking on
your target website. And in that case, you're gonna get a lot of
benefits from that link versus just any new content from a guest post where you don't
really have an option. Okay, so let's take a quick look at how you would
do this in a practical way. Again, not gonna go
into full detail as it's very similar to
the previous lesson. So here we go. First again, open up Google. First step is
obviously to either do is to find target or website
you want to link to B. So again, you can make a
search for your main keyword. So again, best laptop, best gaming, lap, top, 2022. And then just like
the previous lesson, we were going to open up these competitors and
then reach out, right? So let's say, I
open this guy up. I can go ahead and copy the URL. Go to free edge reps,
backlinks, checker tool, insert a URL, click, and then you'll
complete a capture. And the difference here is, you know, from the
previous lesson, we would want a link
on the site, right? So you would actually
reach out to this website. Whereas with link insertion, you can definitely get this
particular page right. So as you can see this page, this particular URL is
linking to your competitor. So what you can do
here is you can go to this website and then ask for a link on this
exact URL, the exact page. With guest posting. We are reaching out to
add a new content to this page where lincoln
assertion you or you can reach out to this website owners and oxygen link on this
particular page. I remember in our
third or fourth step where we have to let the site owner knows which page you would
want a link to be. You can get the exact link on this page if they
allows it, right? So keep that in mind. So you don't really have
to reinvent the wheel. We can use an existing link. Or you can even ask
them, you know, to replace this link of your competitors and put
your link there, right? If they allow it as well. So this, You're
actually basically giving yourself an
advantage by removing your competitors link and
changing it to yours, right? Or you can repeat
the same step again. You can search for
any similar keyword that belongs to the topic, something like you take it
yesterday as an example. We can do something like what? How to maybe something
like choose gaming laptop. Let's say we take this
keyword for instance. Then you can reach out
to this site owners and then let them know where on the, on their website you want
to link to, right here. You can also get a link again on this particular URL and y. So, well, that's because this protocol URL is
already ranking, right? You can see it's
already a ranking for a keyword is getting
some traction. Like it's getting some
traffic's getting, probably getting some
other links as well, linking to this page, right? So it's getting a
huge authority, huge trust, because
Google's ranking this page. You can definitely reach out and ask link on this
particular page. Or you can look
around their website and see where you want
your link to be, right? So one thing you can do areas you can use
your SEO to analyze just this particular
URL to see if it's ranking is
ranking for anything. Or you can look around other
pages on their website and see if any one of those
is ranking for anything. You can also copy this URL
to ash reps and then see, you know, this particular URL has any backlinks
pointing to it, right? So as you can see,
this burglar URL has about 200 links
pointing to it. And these are pretty
good length, right? So if you're getting your, if you insert your link in
this particular page back to your best gaming
laptop 2022 article. You're gonna get a lot
of authority, right? Because you already got like
linked pointing to this. So these are like
koalas tier two links, as these links are
pointing directly to your main link, right? We'll talk about tier link building in the
upcoming lessons. But just so you know that your link is getting a
lot of links, right? So there's two steps here. So you're getting a lot of
power out from your link. So this is the true
potential of niche edits as you can pick
any URL as you want and you can use the
existing authority of each page and power to
your advantage, right? Because if you remember, I mentioned it many times that backlinks works on a page
level, right page rank. It works on a specific page. So this page is going to
be more powerful than, let's say this page, this page, any other pages. So make sure you use
this to your advantage. You can also use this
MozBar so you can toggle it up too quickly. See, filter it out
right from the syrup, from the search results. Or you don't have to go
into each URL one-by-one. You can see the p, right? So we're looking at
the page level here. So you look at P, a
look at the links. And you know, we will
be able to see like how many links this burglar
page has on average, like estimations to be precise. There you're going
to see very high PA for your IP or you can do this. And again, go to
the second page, at least if you're getting links that is ranking
for on a second page, that's too good enough, right? So yeah, the
difference just lies in taking full advantage of being a niche
edit where it says, you know, a new post
on guest posts, right? So this is the main difference
that I like to show you. The remaining thing is the same. Just find the target. Do your due diligence, check the back link profile, check the traffic of
the website itself. And you know, and you'll
be good to go, right? Just take the advantage
of niche at it. So that's all for this lesson. In the next lesson.
13. Skyscraper Link Building: Lesson three,
skyscraper technique. The name skyscraper
technique was coined by Brian Dean while the SEO gurus who owns back LinkedIn.com, one of the most famous
SEO block out there. This technique requires you
to have written a long form, well-researched piece of content that's better than
anything else on the web, on a topic, and reaching out to prospects to see if they want
to link to your content. So this is, this technique
is more or less like a guest post on steroids
where you actually, instead of reaching out to site owners with
different topics to ride on, you actually write
a very long form, well-researched piece of
content, just only one, and then reach out to multiple
site owners and asked to see if they want to link to that piece
of content or not. Alright. The technique is very
similar to Lincoln surgeons, where you're getting
a link back to your website from an
existing piece of content. But read a caveat that you're not specifying the anchor text, or sometimes even a URL where
you want the link to be on. This technique is
very similar to link insertion in a sense that you're mostly going to get a link from an existing piece
of content, right? In this case, you're
not specifying which URL or which page you want the length to be from
or any anchor text. For this technique, you're
actually providing a value, valuable content to the
site owners so you could end up getting more freelance compared to the
other two methods. So like I said,
you know, you're, you're gonna be writing
a very long form, well-researched piece of content
that's actually going to provide some huge value
to website owners. So in this case, most of the site owners, not most, but I would say
maybe I lost 30 to 40%. Would be more than happy
to feature your article or to link back to your article without
actually charging for it. It used to work really
well in the past. If for any newbies
who are looking for free backlink in the past, it used to be like about 60%, 70 percent free type
link where you can get. But nowadays, even though your content is really valuable, people will still charge for it. But it is more likely that
you're gonna get a lot of free links compared to just normal guest posting
or Lincoln assertions. Sometime you might even heard people call it as a
link magnet outreach. And why do we call it like that? Well, that's because
you're actually creating some thing
that is valuable, worth to be linked to a right? And we call this as link magnet. And I'll read here,
it means, you know, you're reaching out to
multiple site owners to see if they're interested in linking back to
your link magnet. So when it comes to
skyscrapers scraper technique, it doesn't always
have to be content. It can be things like
infographics or any, let's say you built a
software on your website. You can also use data as well. Something which is
really valuable, something very
practical, that can add a little value to other
website owners, right? But mostly we use content
because it's the easiest. But you might also see people do things like infographic
outreach, right? Which is essentially
a subcategory under skyscraper technique. So you can use it for graphics, software tools, and of
course, content, right? Then here's a game plan
of doing it yourself. And just do before you
go to the game plan, just so you understand
how it works, right? So here's you have a long form content or
infographics or your software, whatever valuable thing on your website that you can reach out to website
owners and provide value. You're going to build links
to this piece of content from this piece of content or do software page on your website, you're going to add
an internal link back to the page you
want to rank for. So in this way, you're not actually
building a link directly to the page
you want to rank for. Let's say this is a news, you're a best gaming
laptop 2022 page. Because it doesn't
really add a lot of value to other
website owners. So instead, you, let's
say you create a very good, very beautiful
infographics. Go and reach out and
you start getting links to this
beautiful graphic that adds value than your
pose itself, right? So people started
linking back to your infographic and then
from that pose, you'd link. You route all the link juice or all the page rank or link value to your main page
you want to rank for, right? So another key
difference between the other two techniques that
you learned about, right? So here's a game plan. First, again, find link
opportunities by either checking your competitors or searched for normal keywords. Then do all the due diligence as giving a previous lesson. Third is to find a contact
with site owners and send e-mail outreach along with the target URL to your content, asking if they'd be interested in linking back to the article. So again, very similar to link insertions in a sense where you're reaching
out to site owners. But at the same time also
similar to guest posting where you asking for a link back
to the article, right? So in the email
you're not actually asking them if they can add
a link to existing content. Or you're asking them
for any topic approval, but instead you attach or your insert and link
back to your content, this link magnet page or the
content which is really, really valuable, that was
built to attract link. You can add that particular
URL in the email and occipital if they'd
be interested in linking to this particular
piece of content, right? So there's a small
differences, right, between this technique
versus versus guest posts. Four-step, you can mention where you want the article
to be linked to. But generally the
idea is to provide value and let them decide
that by themselves. So in the e-mail,
you can also specify where specifically you want your link to be
placed on, right? So just like niche edits
where you let the owners, a website owners know which
URL you want your link to be. With. Skyscraper technique, you
can also do the same, but generally we want them to just decide on by themselves. So we don't really want to put any rules or
something like that. Basically we don't want to
make it so very pushy that we're really looking just for links to increase
our rankings, right? But we're looking
more or less to build relationship or to
add value to their content. And that's why we
don't want to really specify where exactly we
wanted to link to be. Fifth step wafer to conformation and make the
payment if they asked for it. Here's a small tips for
skyscraper technique. It's better if
you're doing this in mass using an outreach tools to quickly scale
this up since it was designed to
build links in mass. So compared to guest
posting a link insertions, skyscraper technique
is better to be done using an outreach tool that I introduced you to
in the previous lesson, where you can quickly go
and do a mass outreach, massive outreach to
tonnes, our website, because this technique
was initially designed to build links,
enlarge scale, right? To essentially reach out to as many websites as you can see. What is, what are their
responses towards your link magnet or your
piece of valuable content. But again, you can also
still use any typical, traditional manual
way of reaching out. Reaching out as well. I'm not gonna go into
the practical step in this case because it's very
similar to niche edit. Like you get the idea here. The difference just
lies that instead of asking for a URL
and anchor text, you're just sending
them straight away. The URL where you want
to link to be, right? And just so we go
back to the diagram, so this is how you would
go about it, right? So you send them
this pizza long form content URL where you publish
this on your website. So make sure this
is a live polls, live page on your website. Publish it online, and then send them the URL
to this pose, right? And then they'll check, and if they find it valuable, they will link to it, right? And then once you've got
enough number of links, based on your outreach, you can start adding
internal link back to the page you
want to rank for. And that's all for this lesson. In the next lesson.
14. HARO Link Building: Lesson four, Cairo. Cairo stands for help or report out is a
free service that connects you as a source with a journalist,
your link target. The idea behind this
is for you to give valuable insights
and journalists questions and you have
your answer to select it. Your quote will be featured in their articles with a link back to your site
as a reference. So the idea of using hero as a Service here is
you actually act as a source or a
person who can give some valuable insights to
journalists or publisher. So we're looking for some ideas on their upcoming articles. And when the actual feature you on their articles as a
source or as a reference, they will link back
to your website as a kind of like good gesture
as a reference source. In most cases, links from hero will go to your
homepage or a page that represents your brand on the site and are mostly
nofollow as well. So in most cases, in for Hero, they will mostly link to your homepage or to paste
actually represents your brands such
as your about us page or maybe your
contact us page, right? Because they're actually
in including you as a reference for the source, for the answers that
you gave them as well. Hero are mostly gonna be no follows since these
links are going to come from big publishers site, like for instance, New
York Times or any big, big news website where they mostly nofollow
there, Darren links. But nevertheless, you know, like I mentioned when it comes to enter Foundation
links lesson, nofollow links from high authority publishers
type websites, such as how rho, for instance, are going to consider
as valuable. Or at least we will
have some value. Not as powerful as
do full length, but can definitely
give you some push. And in some cases you can also get some do follow
links from Horos. Well, so keep that in mind. However, since these links
are coming from authority to trust us as thick and provide lots of value
to your website. So this is just
what I explained. This technique is recommended to be used as an
additional methods to the previous
techniques rather than the main strategies we
will learn in the next, next upcoming lessons regarding the advantages and disadvantages of each link building technique. But you will come to know
that hero is not really, should not be considered as your main link
building technique, but rather should be as an additional add-on to your
existing techniques. Right? Then, because I
wanted the reason is because heroine is very
difficult to scale. It requires a lot of effort. You will learn about this
in upcoming lessons. And also another
benefit here is linked from hero are mostly
free to get as well. But it does require lots of time and effort to
pitch your ideas. And the main reason why you can't really use this to
scale up your link building. And there's also a couple of other downsides of
using heroin as well. So how do you go about
and buildings using hero? First step is to sign up for
a hero as a source at help, help or report it, I'll dot com. So first step is to
go to help or report a.com and then sign up yourself as being a
source for journalists. I forgot. All you have to do is check
your emails every day and choose the topics that you can give great answers too. So once you've signed up
for their free service, you'll get three emails per day wanting to morning
windy offer when and why did the evening with a set of questions on
different topics, basically coming
from journalists looking for answers from
different people, right? From the source, you're
going to say, right? So it's not just you who sign up for this will be let say No. Million people sign up
for heroin every day, three days, three times per day. You'll get e-mails asking for insides are valuable and
answers to their questions. And when you actually
responding to the questions, don't forget to
provide your author bio along with the
website link as well. So whenever you give back your
answers to the journalist, make sure to provide your author bio or your information
about your website, your brand, along with the link back to your homepage or
About Us page, right? Any patient that represents
your brand because you have to add you as a reference
for the source. So let's take a look at
how you can go and sign up for this free service and how the email
actually looks like. So here's on my browser. I've opened up the burglar
website, help a reporter.com. So you can go as a free service, and then you can go to the service option here
and then click on sources. Since you have to
sign up as a source. And then you can read
how it works, right? So joined a 800 thousand plus how users are already using our service to
connect with journalists. So they're over a 100 thousand people
who have signed up for heroin as a source to provide
information to journalists. And then you can read all this. You got to click
on subscribe now. And then here you
will see there's a bunch of service subscription. Then you can sign up by the free version is
more than enough. So just click on Sign Up here. And here you can
only have to do is just fill up the information, your name, e-mail all this, and then just click on sign up. There's really
nothing complicated. And once you've signed up, you start receiving
emails, right? Like three emails per day. So let's take a look at
how to email looks like. So here is one of
the e-mail addition. So this evening edition, though, once you
sign up for heroin, you'll get redirected to
the dashboard where you can select which topic you would like to be
subscribed on, right? So they have a bunch of topics. So what I did here
is I subscribed for tech topics and also a bunch of other
marketing related topics. So I would get emails
related to tech, emails related to
marketing or whatever I have chosen for my topics. So as you can see, these are like the
like an index. So these are the
like a headlines regarding the journalists that they're looking for answers. So you can click on,
let's say this top excites you or this topics
relevant to you, right? So you can click on this
and you will be jumped to the section here where you get more information
on things such as the fool questions or wanted to journalists is looking
for in distance. Not a journalist looking for something related
to USB cable. And then some journalists
will also make sure that you have some qualifications
to give an answer. Because some of these topics require expert insight, right? So you need to
read through this, check out the requirements you can see please include a link to a personal online profile
like LinkedIn, Twitter. You can also, we can use pieces that only
have a website address. So some journalists
will also asks you to provide social media
links as well. Not just your address. Just like I said, to reference back to your brand or to your
website or whatever. And each query or each questions from the
journalists will have a deadline. As you can see, this
one has a deadline, this date, on this
particular date. And all you have to do is
email reply backwards. So compose a new email to this particular email address and answer the question that the journal is
looking for, right? With your expert
insights along with your author bio and the link to your social media handles
and your website. So like I said, this is going to
take lot of time. Most of the time you
will find something that that aren't related to your topic or whatever
you want to rank for. But again, you know, this again is used to build links to your homepage
or a brand page. And therefore, it is not
a technique that is done specifically to
increase keyword of any pages or your website, but rather as a whole, right? So let's say you
want to increase the keyword for best
gaming laptop when it went into your website as a whole is about gaming gaming appliance. So you write about
gaming laptop, you write about gaming
monitor and all this stuff. So that is what represents
your brand, right? That is what represents
your entire topic. And this is how you can use
hero to give additional push to get some valuable links from these high-quality
publisher's website. And also at the same time, they're like all over
a million subscribers who do this every day, who responds to Harrow queries. So you'd really
need to be expert. You really need to know the
answers to these questions properly and give super unique,
super valuable answers. Whereas for your answer
to be picked up. Because remember, you're
competing against other people who tried to
give answered as well. So it, it can, takes a lot of time,
takes a lot of effort. You might not land
your first link maybe after like ten
or even 20 emails. So you need to keep
on pushing our brand. That's why I'm not
really recommending this to be your main
link building source. But if you can get featured on a bunch of these
high-quality website, guarantee you that
you'll see a lot of great boost to your
overall keyword. Not just the keyword you
want to rank for it, but the entire website because these links are very
powerful, right? So that's all for this lesson. See you
in the next lesson.
15. Advantages & Disadvantages Of Each Technique: Lesson five, advantageous and disadvantageous of each method. From now, you have learned all the great link
building techniques that will provide you
with high-quality, contextually relevant
type links that are more likely to
guarantee results. Each method also has on advantageous and
disadvantageous that you'll learn in this lesson. So first, let's take a
look at guest posting. It's advantageous. Number one, you get to control the
relevancy of the content, the anchor text, and
every aspect of it. The best part would
guess posting here is you get to control
every aspect of it. So just, you know,
the topics that you want to write about. Hence the relevancy of
the content that you're getting the link from
and your own content. You can decide which
anchor checks you want and pretty much
every aspect of it. Second, It's more
natural in Google's eyes because you're getting a
link from a brand new page. Now when it comes to
a natural occurrence of backlinks on the web, they're more likely
going to happen. Or you're likely to
get backlinks from a brand new page rather
than all pages, right? This is a, a, let's say a universal law
of backlinks in general. And therefore, when it comes to getting links
from guest post, it looks more natural
and Google eyes. Sir, you have more chance of getting accepted
by site owners now compared to other
techniques like link insertion would
guess posting, you're still
providing some value to the site owners, right? Like you're providing
site owners with some great content, so or you're not
blindly getting links, but you also giving them
some valuable content or, you know, things that they
can publish on their website. So even though they care about money and they like
to charge you for it, they also care about
their site, right? And therefore, we'd
guess posting, you're more likely
going to accept it compared to other methods, like Lincoln's assertion or
skyscraper for instance. But it also has some downsides. So what are some of
the disadvantages of guest posting here? Number one, it's more expensive compared
to other methods. Well, we'd guess
post and you have to write content for
the site owners. You have to also pay for
a higher fee for them to make an edit and do the publication on
their website, right? And even if, let's say
you hire and agencies, they also have to
cover all these costs. So compared to other methods
like Lincoln's assertion, it can become more expensive. Second, it's more difficult
to scale as well. So we guess pulsing, you have to write a new
piece of content for any, for every website
that you reach out. Whereas with Lincoln Sergio
skyscraper technique, you're basically just reusing the same content or just get, getting the link without having to write a content
again and again. So the scalability guess posing is much lower compared
to other techniques. But if you're using agencies
or service provider, then that's another story. You're getting a little
less powerful link compared to others. Since it's created
on a brand new page with no existing
authority of signals. So compare it to
another technique like Lincoln assertion. I wouldn't guess
posting, you're getting a link from a brand new page. And since I explained
to you that backlink work on a page
per page level basis. And therefore, those new
pages not gonna have much of authority or
much of a power on it. So you're likely going to see a slower results from building guess pause compared to
less and link insertions. Lincoln surgeons, what
are advantageous? Then we'll want
you get links from pages with existing
authorities signals. So this also one of the biggest orientation using
Lincoln's assertion here, is that you're getting linked. You have a freedom
or opportunity to choose to get links from existing pages with already established
authority or linked power. Second is also much cheaper than guest post seems you
don't have to pay for the content clause
or a higher fee for editing the content and
actually publishing it on site is also very
easier to scale as well because With Lincoln search
and you don't really have to write new content
for every website that you'd reach out to. You just have to
mention where you want your link to
be inserted on. However, it also
has some downsides. First, it looks unnatural
in Google's eyes. It used extensively. So like I explained
the previous slide, links are more naturally
bound to occur. Or you're likely
going to get links coming from new pages
rather than old pages. So if the majority of your
LinkedIn profile have, you know, are coming from
existing piece of content. Google will start getting
suspicious of it, right? So rather than just using
a 100% Lincoln assertions. You need to also mix in guest
posting as well, right? Let's say maybe like
50% guest posting, 50% lingo assertion
or 60% guest posting, 40 per cent link insertion,
something like that. Just to make sure it looks
more natural, right? Second, in some cases
you might get links from invaluable pages
that won't help much. Like I mentioned, the
link insertion lesson. Some site owners will
or will not allow you to insert link on their top-performing page or the pages that
already have a lot of authority and lots
of traction on it. So you might end up getting
links from pages that don't really have any valuable and
compare it to guest post. It could be even worse because although I guess poses
coming from new page, but at least it's a
new, fresh content. Whereas if you're getting
links from invaluable pages, they're actually coming from
all obsolete page, right? So they're more likely
to provide less of signal even compared to
a brand new guest posts. You're more likely going
to get denied compared to guest posting since you're not really providing any
additional value, like in gets full
thing unless you're providing some great content. Whereas with link insertions, some site or don't
really allow anymore, like because you don't
really add value to their site forth, it may be more difficult
to find relevant pages. So like I mentioned, some site owners won't
allow you to publish or to add links to their
top performing pages. And therefore, it could
be difficult to find a good relevant pages and
says You're not going to. You'll write content on any
topic that is relevant to your website or to the
keyword you want to rank for. It could be very
difficult to find a really good relevant pages that you can get a link from. What about skyscraper
technique here? So let's take a look at
some of it's advantageous. Number one, it has almost the highest chance of
getting accepted. Well, that's because
you're providing immense value to site owners. Like which skyscraper technique, you know that you need to
create a high-quality, very well-researched
type of content or let's say infographics are software tools,
stuff like that. It's also much easier to scale soon as you all
you have to do is just write one piece of
content and then just reach out to tons of
site owners, right? So maybe as a same level of Lincoln search until
those scalability, but much easier than guest
posts because we'd get, suppose you have to
write a new piece of content every time. Whereas for this one you
just have to write once. And third, it can be the
cheapest method to build links. And probably not as cheap as
hero because Harlow's free, but compared to Lincoln
surge and guest posting, like I said, you're
providing sensor, providing a great
value to site owners. They're more likely to going
to link to you for free. What about some of
these advantages here? First, you don't get the
full link benefits in y. So if you remember from
a diagram I showed you, Lincoln skyscraper technique, you're actually building links
to at a middleman, right? To them, to the piece
of content that you reach out to,
to build links to. Not actually building links directly to the page
you want to rank for. Which compared to link
insertion and guest posting, you're actually building links directly to the patient
you want to rank for. And therefore, there's
a middleman Dara, there's that piece
of content that sits in-between your links and a
pace you want to rank for. And therefore you're
not actually getting the full link power there. Second, again, it
may not be natural since you're getting links
from existing content. Risk that's proper technique is very similar to
Lincoln assertion. Rather getting links
mostly going to be coming from existing content which doesn't look so
natural and Google's AI. And third, you have less
control over many aspects. So with Lincoln's,
which skyscraper technique have no control pretty much over
everything, right? Like for instance, the URL or the anchor text
stuff, stuff like that. Horrible, advantageous. So first, you can get some of the most powerful
links that would cost thousands of dollars to buy. So the biggest advantageous
I'm using here is you can get some
of the best links out there on the
Internet, right? Like leaves from big,
big publishing website. That would normally cause like thousands of dollars or even more if you were to buy them. And some of them are not
even for sale, right? So that's the biggest advantage
is you can get from hero. Second, they're mostly
free for, of course. The reason why I
mentioned mostly here is recently I've
heard people getting, asking to be paid from hero, from these publishers
sites if they want. There are links
that we included. Some publisher might take
an advantage of this due to the constant demand
of backlinks right now, SEOs are starting to use
hydro more and more. Therefore is it starts to
get very crowded now, right? So some publishers might ask you for some small fee to actually add a link
back to your website. But I haven't seen
this yet for myself, but you never know. It could happen very soon. It could become more
common as well. So, yeah, What about there? It's disadvantageous here. First, you don't get
the full link benefit. Again, you're not actually building links directly to the
page you want to rank for, but rather to less
than your homepage or your contact us page
or your about us page. So it's not directly to the
patient you want to rank for. Second. It's very time-consuming
because you know, you have to manually go
into your email every day and respond to each
questions manually. And then it is very
time-consuming. It takes a lot of time. There are actually some
horrible service out there, but they're very
expensive as well. And it's not really, that it doesn't really worth
much to be honest. And third, it has less
acceptance rate, right? Like I said, How has become
more common than ever? Because due to the increase in demands of these
high-quality type links. And therefore,
publishers are more likely going to accept less than lesser amount of people who actually send
their officers to. Or in another words, you're getting more
competition ran, therefore you're going to, your acceptance rate
will be lowered, right? And that's all for
this sessions. And I hope you know
these advantages. Disadvantages can really
give you a great idea and differences and insight into how to use these techniques and how
to mix and match each, each techniques to build
links to your website. I recommend here is to
use all of them right? Mix and match each one of
them and see which one actually suits you the best
and focus on that the most. But I do know you shouldn't just focus on one technique
and just go all in. Why? Because each advantageous has its own East technique has its own disadvantages
and advantageous. So you want to make the best
out of all the techniques. And then the next section
we will take a look at tiered link building and how you can power up your
existing links. And also skyrocket your
link billing campaign, right, so that's all
for this lesson. In the next lesson.
16. Introduction To Tiered Link Building: Section four, tiered
link building, less than one Introduction. Teared link building is a process of building
additional links to existing backlink pages with the aim of powering up
the existing link power. The process is usually
done recursively in the form of different
tiered numbers. The link that points directly to the target page or
call us tier-1. The links that point
to tier ones are called as tier to extract Sarah. So as you can see
in this diagram, this is how tier link
building actually works. As you have what is actually pointing directly to
your target page, known as tier one, or essentially any backlinks. And you're built through any techniques such
as guest posting, link insertion directly
to your target page. So we call this as tier one. And any links that are built to the T01 is called as T12 and
links and built a tier two, tier three, et
cetera, et cetera. So you can build links to
as many tiers you want. And essentially what you're
doing here is you're powering up your
existing here, right? So NSA, you already have a very good link point
to your target page. But then let's say
finding a finding for another backlinks
for this keyword could be very difficult, right? Or the art takes
a lot of effort. So what you can do here
is, isn't a building new, new, new, fresh links
to your target page. You can build some links directly to your
existing links, right? So by leveraging tiered
link building, this case, you're actually powering
up that particular page, that particular link that, um, are built towards your page. Seems backlinks work on
a page per page basis. You, you're essentially powering up backlinks your tier
one on a page level. And in SEO, or what we
normally do here is we usually not more
than two tier of links, but you can definitely
build more, as I mentioned. The main reason why we
tiered link building. The reason why tiered link
building should be a part of your link building
strategy is because over time your tier one
links will lose value. So you need to
keep them fresh by providing them with
new fresh signals. So over time, your T01 links are the links that are
pointing directly to your website or
your target page. We will lose value,
like for instance, the DA or DR of your, of your target website or the website you got the link
from could be a reduced. That website could maybe lost some links and hence no lost their page rank or they're all linked power, et
cetera, et cetera. Or that page where
they got the link for maybe being used to have a lot of other
signals coming into, give it more value. But over time you'll, that signals might have lost. So this can lead to what we
call link decay or link rod, essentially means your links are decreasing in power over time. So instead of, you know, keep on building
more and more links directly to your page, you can build additional
links to your existing page, right, to keep a fresh, to refresh it written new
signals, something like that. Reason is to be saved and not trigger any suspicious pattern that Google might detect
a rebuilt too many links to your target
pages directly. So another main reason why
we should leverage link, tiered link building in your overall link
building strategy is because the queue on building more and more links directly to your main page or
to your keywords, it could potentially trigger
suspicious pattern, right? Of course it will vary using very safe techniques
like guest posting, lake insertion, all
these techniques, Todd, you, obviously
they're very safe, but we never know where I want the algorithms could detect
as being suspicious. Or maybe when you start building these
type of links over time, you might unintentionally
tripped over some threshold or some pattern that
Google might start noticing that you're
building links to. Basically try to increase
your rank rankings, right? So in order to avoid this, instead of building more links
toward your target page, you could leveraged here, link buildings to build more
links to your page directly, you can build them to
your tier one or tier two links if you want to build more and more tiered links. The last benefit is tiered
link building can be much cheaper as you can be a
leeway with the quality. And one of the last benefit, but also could be a
deciding factor here is purely Berlin in general is much cheaper than their tier one links and you
build directly to your page. And that's because you can be
a little bit of leeway with the quality of that you use
for link building, right? For your th tier
two or tier three because you're not actually building this directly
to your page. So you can use a little bit of lower quality links to power up your existing
high-quality links. And therefore, you can end up, in most cases, paying much lower than you would pay for
your tier one link. In this next lesson, we will learn how to actually build tier-1 links
by leveraging. Marketplace is like five
wearing all those, right? And I'll let you
know what type of links should we use
as your tier two. And that's all for this
lesson to the next lesson.
17. How To Build Tiered Links: Listen to how to do proper
tier link building. Just like building tier one links quality is important
for tiered link building. But you can be a bit lenient as these links are not pointing directly to your target page. So just like tier, tier one, building your tier one link, like I mentioned the
previous lesson. You need to also keep in
mind a quality as well, but you don't really have to get the same type of quality
that you're getting for your tier one links, right? So you can expect to pay a little lower
compared to buying, let's say 70 or even a $100 guess pool
or something like that. The two most commonly used
link types that actually work for tearing link building is
linked insertion and P been. Another reason why
I mentioned here that these two types are the two types of links
that actually work is because if you ox most
of the SEO's out there, you know what they recommend
for channeling building here is either very low type quality, Coleman tight links or
profile type links. Or they might even
suggest you to use things like link building
automation software, which are very low quality. Now, those type of links could still work for link building. But I believe in, you know, in quality and I believe
that Google will actually catch up to this
sooner or later, right? And if you feel spam a lot
on your tier one links, your chair one links will
also stop working as well. So that's why I know
you would still want to keep some quality when it
comes to Bill, interior links. And the two most commonly
used type that actually work based on my own testing is
link insertions and PBM. Now for those of you who
are new to link building, you might not be aware
of what our p bins. So P waves are essentially a network of websites
privately owned, by individuals, which are built specifically to increase
the ranking of the website. So PBMs are nothing but websites that you own or websites
that, you know, your friends or people who owned that privately, you know, that they build these up just for them with the
main purpose of actually powering up or building links to
your target website. So let's say your website
is ABC gaming.com. You go ahead and
buy five domains. Can you, let's say put up WordPress website on
those five domains. So you build up five websites. And over time you will be using those five websites to build links to your ABC gaming.com. So you essentially own those five website and
hence, those are Europeans. The PBMs are commonly built
from expired domains with powerful link profile that can give lots of value or power. And hence, links from
PBMs are mostly coming from the homepage where most of their links
are pointing to. So what people would
normally do areas they don't usually build PBMs from
fresh new domains. But what they do
here is to go and find what we call
expired domain, or domains that used to be online or used to
have owners in the past, but for whatever reasons, the owners of those domains
then renew the domain, right? So let's say two years pass and the domain
got expired, right? Like you didn't
renew the domain. The domain got x-bar. They went to the marketplace and you can't actually buy
those domains again. And what happens here
is since those domains used to be up and running, they also in most cases have pre-existing links
profile right Coming, going to your, to those domains. And hence, instead of buying
fresh new domains and actually building links to
those fresh new domains, then use them to your website. You can leverage these
expired elements that already have
pre-existing links and directly start building links using these PBMs to build
links to your main website. And when we talk about PBM is p bins are mostly
links coming from the homepage where most of their pre-existing
links are pointing to. So here's a game plan
of how we go about building a tiered tier linked. So the first step is to pick the target link where
you want to power up. I recommend powering
up guest posts since they are coming
from brand new pages. So their power is low. And the thing here is we will be picking up the best
guess propose. So first is to pick
up your tier link, your tier one link, in order to build
some tier two to it, I recommend powering up
your existing guest posts. And since that's the
main reason is because your guest post or bill from
brand new pages, right? So their power is low. And we're going to
pick up the best one, the best guest posts, which, you know, there's a little
bit of criteria behind this. I'll let you know in a second to a bank going through it
practically with you to see how we'll be choosing
the right guest post to build links to write. Because obviously we're
not going to pick. Guest post, that's already
have some tier two I'm going to hit or link insertion that's
already have some power and authority going to work. Okay, so once you've got
the target tier one links, we'll be building roughly
about three to five PBS, or three to five
edits per guest post. The right number, based on my own testing is roughly
about three to five, tier two per T01. For niche edits. You can use the method
outlined earlier in the course or buy them
from vendors or companies. So if you decide to
use niche edits as your tier two
links, you can buy. You can use the
method as previous, previously taught in the
course, or you can eat. You can also outsource
this to Windows. Well, you don't
really have to pay, let's say 100 or even $200 per niche edit for
your guest posts, for your tier link
or tier two links. But edges can be a good
option here as well. However, if you decide
to go for PBMs, which is my favorite method
of building tier two links. I recommend you buy them
directly from vendors, where I like to buy them from
is on places such as fiber, legit or upward price range that you should
be expecting to pay for PBMs tier two is between $50 to $80 for
five Pb and links. Now, in this course we will
not go into how to build your own PBMs and use
them as your tier two or use them as your main
link building strategies. Because P1 only its own is a big topic and there are
many things to keep in mind. Also a PBM itself is
not easily scalable and is considered
to be gray hat SEO, so it's not entirely safe. And there's a lot of patterns and stuff that Google can
easily pick them out. So they're not going
to go into details on how to build PBMs and use them as your link
building strategies. Instead, real leverage
marketplaces like fiber legit or Upwork where
there are already people selling these PBMs. And when it comes
to buying P and is what people like to sail here is the lactose
cell in a bundles or, you know, as a package, normally they start to sell
it at five lynx package, ten links, or even
15 lynx package. When you go to
these marketplaces, you can expect to see prices
as low as $10 for five bins, or even up to, let's say $200 for five minutes. You don't really have to
spend that much of money, let's say $200 for
just five few bins. Or you don't even have
to spend it too low on the PBL as well because I spending too high
isn't necessary. And spending too low, it's just going to give you basically what you
pay for, right? So based on my experience, you should be expected
to pay a roughly about 50 to $80 For 05:00 PM, right? When it comes to anchor text, you don't really have
to go into proper and protects planning and all those stuff that I taught
you in the course. You just make sure
that you don't repeat the same
anchor text twice. Be sure to keep it safe, branded, and relevant to
your target and guest post. In this case, remember, we're not building links
directly to your target page, so you don't have
to make sure that the tiered links
are going to have the same anchor text that
is relevant to your main, main keyword, main page
you want to rank for. But rather, it's gonna be irrelevant to your guest post or your tier one target you
want to power up, right? So let's take a look at how
we do this practically. I'll go through how to pick the best links for your tier one in order to
build some tier two to that. And also we'll be looking
at the marketplace where, how to actually go
through by Europeans. So the first step is to
obviously pick up your target tier one or the links you
want to power up, right? So again, coming back
to this main keyword, best gaming laptop 2022, I've gone to page two, so we will pick up one of
the page two results here. So I picked this
website up, already. Analyze this using the free
edge reps, baffling checker. And essentially, if you
already build links, you will have all the links that you built in your
Excel sheet, right? Remember to keep track of
everything that you do. The links you built, the anchor texts you use, right? And all this stuff. So let's say for instance, this is one of the guest
posts and you built to, let's say this is your website. This is one of your main page
and you want to rank for, and this is one of
the guest posts that you built your links to. Now you can see this guest post. It has like about five links, five referring domains
pointing to it, right? So based on edge reps here, it has roughly about five refereeing domains
pointing to it. So he's already have some
tier links pointing to this. But you can see
you are here for. The value of the page rank based on a third party
metric in this case, is roughly about 12. So when you built more links
directly to this page, you're UR, we increase, right? As well as your DR or your
DA or as well as your PA. Because remember, backlinks work on a page per page basis. So we're going to
build more links to our tier one links, right? So let's say this
is my target tier one that I want to
link, built links too. So I'm gonna do is I'm going
to pick this up, right? And the reason why
I choose this, another reason
here is because it had like quite a lot
of DR. here, right? So if I built more
links to this, DR is going to
increase even further. Write down, let's say picking
this one which already had only have like
four DR, right? So if I build more links, so it is hardly going to increase any of
its value, right? So we're going to pick the most relevant guess
pose or the most high DR. idea that doesn't have enough or doesn't have tiered links
pointing to it, right? So let's say this one
is 2812 and this is 0. This makes it a very
good candidate, right? So we're going to
pick up, let's say, one or two guest
post that we already built previously in our
link building campaign. And then we're going to
be about three to five tier two links to it, right? Next, we're gonna go to marketplaces like
fiber, legit or Upwork. My personal choice here is
I like to use legend.com. Legit.com is a fairly
new marketplace. You might not have heard of it, but they're very famous
for SEO services, right? Seo freelancers,
something like that. So what you can do is you
can go to SEO category here, and you can choose your service. So let's say I go to SEO here. I can choose darkly here, Pb and links, right? So assuming that you're
gonna be using PBMs, which is my favorite. And if I were to choose
between niche edits and PBMs, I would go with PBMs
for my tier two because PBMs offer a lot of power
compared to niche edit, then at the same time, it's much cheaper as well. Right? So you can also use any other marketplaces is going to be the same thing here. We're going to choose one
of the PB and sellers. And then we're going to buy
it by some PBMs, right? So like for instance, this one is like $10 per link. So I assume this guy only sell that on a link
per link basis. So if I buy five links, it would cost me a
roughly about $50. So there's a good deal. $10 per link is something you should be expecting to pay for. For PBMs, right? Remember $50 to $80 per
package is good enough, or even this one, this one. So we can see this a $110. We can go and check
it out and see, you know, how, how many links this seller provide us with. So when you allege it, you will have like
different packages just like fiber if you
have used fiber before. So this package,
like five fifty, four fifty PBL links. This smaller, smallest package
ten Pb and links for 110. So you can essentially use this for two
guest posts, right? So this also sounds
like a good deal to me. So I can use five
links for this one. I can use the links
for this one, right? Because this one also
has a lot of high DR. but no tier two links
pointing to it. Right. Or early one,
something like that. So I can buy this
for two guest post. One guess was this 11 guess was this one. And empower it up. You can also go through
things like read the reviews, read the details and
all those stuff. And you don't do your
due diligence in finding up the right
freelancers, all those stuff. I don't really have any
preferred freelancers. I normally use multiple
sellers whom I find it to be fit for
this type of stuff. So do your own due diligence, check the reviews,
check the details. But whenever you buy from
any of these sellers, they will ask you to
provide your URL so we can provide them with gas pools URL and the anchor text, right? So anchor text, I'm going to be building something
related to PS5 rise. You're gonna see because my link where I got the link from, my guess, my guess pulls my
tier one link is about PS5. So I'll be building using my anchor text related,
relevant to PS5. I will probably be using
branded anchor text as well. So I'll be using
something like Europe, breaking news dotnet as my anchor text because it's a branded anchor text
for this guest posts. Remember, we're not building
it directly to our page, so we won't be using the brand name of our
own website, right? So here's how I would go
about building tier links. You can also find niche
edits on here as well. I'm not in the cab in the
main category menu here. You can search it here. But yeah, there you go, Lincoln search and you
can do it as well. So that's all for this lesson. See you
in the next lesson.
18. FAQ: Section five, FAQ and bonuses. Question one, how long does it take to see results
from link building? Generally, it takes roughly
about 14 to 28 days for a link to take an effect and about 1.5 months for tn link
building to take effect. But this varies, depends on how much Google trust your site. So this is one of the most commonly
asked questions that I got all the time
from my clients. Well, some of my
students here is, how long does it take for you to see results for
him and link building. But based on my own test, roughly takes about 1420
days for a link to show any positive effect on your
website or your target page. However, this depends on how
much Google trust your side. So if you are brand new website, it could take even longer, let's say one or two
or even three months. For all the links that
you build loose to start collectively show
some positive effects or your website, where is it? Your website is
already established to some extent and you're having all the good trust score that
Google has given to you, then you likely to see your
results within 1428 days, but also a little bit longer for tier Lee Building
because you know it, because you're not
actually building links directly to your target pace. So you actually build it
to your tier one links, which your T01 links pointing
to your page, right? So you have like a
middleman in-between. So that's why it
takes longer for tier two links or tier
three, something like that. Next question, how
to remove bad links? Another famous question,
and I got all the time. Like, you know,
many of my clients or students are always paranoia, worried about, let's say, if someone build
backlinks to you, how do you remove them? Well, you can remove or
tell Google to ignore bad links by using a free tool called Google disavowal tool. However, this isn't
necessary as Google is smart enough to ignore
most of the path lengths. This tool is mainly
used when you get a manual penalty due to
link building scheme. So, you know, what I always tell my clients or my
student here is you don't really have to
worry about bad links as these bad links that
are built to you by, let's say any malicious people. Goo was already smart enough to ignore those types
of links, right? But if you're still worried, like if you really
want to make sure that those links are not going to harm you in any shape or form. You can use a free tool called Google
Disavow tool, right? Right. You can essentially submit links that you
feel that are bad. Copy and paste them in a node. Let's say a text file and
upload it to the tool. Can go to Google and search for answers for Google Disavow tool. And then just sign into your Google account and
then upload that text file. But the only case where I find Disavow tool to actually
works is when you get a manual penalty due to
link building scheme, which let's say
you built lots of, lots of links and there's very obvious pattern
that you are trying to manipulate
search results. And to the extent that someone at Google
actually found you, this, that you're
trying to do this, we call as a manual
penalty, right? So someone from Google team will actually put a penalty
on your website. They say it'll suppressing
your rankings, are actually removing
your website entirely from an index,
something like that. So when you have to go
through this manual penalty, a process to get your
side back on track. Sometimes you will be, you will have to use
this Google Disavow tool to tell to Google that
you're not actually, you know, trying to
build these links or you actually made
a mistake, right? But actually building
these links and now you feel regret and
all those stuff. Not going to go into
detail of all of this, of course, is what
is very rare now. Nowadays for Google to give you a manual penalty because their algorithm
has got so good at ignoring links and actually
handling these type of link building schemes
that they don't really need people to manually
give you a penalty anymore. So that's the thing, right? In a nutshell, just in
most cases like 9.9, 9%, you don't really
have to worry about removing bad links at all. Third questions, how long do I need to continue building links? And other famous
questions that I got from many of my
students in the course. The answer is, you are, if you already have a achieve your desired
ranking positions, you can slow down your
link building effort or even stop it at all together. If you are in a
noncompetitive space, otherwise you'll need to check your competitors and
then adjust accordingly. So once you've already reached the ranking you
want or your desire, you can slow down your link
building effort, right? Or you can even
stop it altogether. If you're in a space where there's not a lot of
competition going on, right? However, if you're in a very competitive
space lesson or casinos are all these big high
ticket type niche. In those types of niches, you will have to continuously
build your links, right? But let's say you have
already raised your rankings. You can slow it
down a little bit, but I don't think you can ever stop building links and
those types of niches. So make sure you check your
competence this first row and then you can adjust
accordingly in this case. Fourth questions, can I ranked number one Google
without building links? Very famous question as well. On Google you can
do a Google search. There will be a lot of
results on this question. Here's my take on this. Yes, it's possible, but only for very easy keywords or
in a foreign languages. However, it's not a
long-term strategies as overtime dose easy keywords will also become more difficult. You will end up having
to build links. So if you're playing
not to build links, I suggest at lesion or foundation links as
they provide you additional trust layer
that's very important. So can you really rank number one Google
without building links? Yes, you can, but it has become more and more
difficult nowadays. Easy keywords that
used to be easy in the past are not getting more
and more difficult, right? Because over time, people
will start finding these easy keyword and they'll start competing for
these easy keyword, which they will now become
more difficult keywords. However, in some foreign
languages where Google is not so developed in terms of understanding the language
and all those stuff. Or where link building is
not the main activity there, then you can still rank
without building links. But it's also getting
very rare now as well. So that's why it's just
not a long-term strategy. And like I said, easy keywords will soon become
difficult keywords, right? And even if you're actually not really
planning to build links, for instance, I still would suggest you to build a
foundation links, right? Because those
foundation links are, of course, they're very
easy to get there. We also free in most cases. And also they provide you with additional trust layers that are not as powerful as page
rank or the link juice bar. They can still give you a lot of push as well in some cases. So here's my take
on this question. The last question
is, do I have to build links to every
page on my website and other classic questions that I got all the
time for my students. The answer is no, you don't. You need to all, you just
need to make sure that all the important pages have at least some high-quality
links pointing to them. The majority of your
links should be pointing to your
homepage anyway, as that's where you
naturally get the links to. Other than that, just have equal distribution
among inner pages. And let the rest of the
pages that don't have links to them gets some links
bar internal links. I don't really have
the buildings. So every one of your
pages on the website, you just need to make sure that, you know, important pages on your website have some
high-quality links, right? So like you might have
heard of this 80%, 20 percent rule where 20% of your pages
on the website who actually account
for 80 per cent of your overall traffic or
overall sales, right? So every website will
have some small number of top performing pages
that actually drive them the most amount of traffic
or most amount of sales. So all you have to
do is just focus on those 20% of pages that actually are very
valuable to you, right? But make sure that those have some high-quality links
pointing to them. The majority of the pages. You can just use
internal links to link from your top
performing pages or page that already
have links to them. And overall, overall domain
authority or overall, your link power on your entire website will start rising up based on
your internal links. Also, if you look at the
course of the Internet, most of the links will be pointing to the
homepage anyway, right? Because let's say,
you know, heaps, I want to file your
brand to be really valuable or to be
very helpful while they're like to do is
they like to link to your website, to your homepage. Rod that let's say any
of your money keyword or any keyword you want to
rank for in general, right? So you can leverage
the internal link from the homepage to some of
your pages as well, right? So there's also one
thing to keep in mind. We don't want to actually build links to every page as well. Because you know,
obviously if you have tons and tons of links to every single page
of your website, that could start raising some suspicious pattern
that Google can actually start looking through your website and saying like, Oh, is this guy actually doing some link building to try
to rank their website, something like that, right? So we don't really want to
build links to every page, but make sure that
at the same time, your top performing pages are having some
high-quality links. So that's all for that FAQ. In the future. If I get any more
good questions, I'll start adding them
to the course over time as I do with
my other courses, as I keep on updating them to make sure they're
relevant, right, so next lesson we will look at the bonus section for this course that's offered
in the next lesson.
19. Bonus-1: Bonus section, Bonus Number one, how to index links
faster on Google? For the past one to two years, google has tying up there, indexing and
webmasters have been continuously facing
trouble getting content. Hence the pay, you've
got links index. So for the past
one to two years, getting your newly
created content index on Google system has become
much, much more difficult. And here we're just keep
in mind that you're trying to index the pages where you got your
links from, right? Because links are
placed on pages, right? So if you're, the pages where God your links
from are not indexed, your links will not work, right? So first step, after
you created your links, you need to make sure that
the pages where you got your links from
our index, right? Gene or for links to pass
value to pass PageRank. From my speculation is probably
due to the increase of AI generated a low quality content that has flooded Internet. Since indexation comes with a cost that is Service Storage, Google will have to be
picky on what they index. So there are many
theories behind why, you know, indexation has
become much more difficult. But from my speculation is probably due to
the increase of AI generated and
low-quality content over the past few years that
have become a trend. And by mass producing
this type of content, google can't, you know, just index everything nowadays. That's why they have raised their threshold or
actually become more picky in actually in choosing
which pays to get index. And this, this
makes sense, right? Because indexing content
or indexing pages like this half comes
with a cost, right? And that is the server store. It actually does the server cost of keeping these pages
on the index, right? So that's why they
have to raise the bar or become more picky in actually choosing which
page to get index. So therefore, to
increase your chance of getting content index faster, you have to make sure
that you are getting links from high-quality sources, low-level quality type fillings such as profiles,
some foundation link, citations, comments, etc, are not going
to get index easily. The best possible
thing you can do to increase the chances of
getting your links index faster or actually
getting an index in the first place to
make sure you're only built links from
high-quality sources. So basically, you know,
all the guest posts, niche edits, all those kind
of stuff that I taught you. Those type of links should
at least get index right, because they're coming
from high-quality sources. Whereas lower level
type links or a lower type level type links
such as foundation link, citations, comments,
profiles, all these are getting much more difficult
to get index nowadays. Even yes, foundations
of correspondence and links that I
recommended you to build. Some of the low quality
ones are the ones which are not really
high authority and won't get index nowadays. And keep in mind that not all
your links will get index, but at least those coming from high-quality sources
like guest post, niche edits, those that
you actually spend money and put effort
on should get index. Also keep in mind or if you're building links in
a large quantity, not all of your links
will get index, right? It's just a fact. It says a new universal fact that god of all the 100 links, at least five links
will not get index is. So just keep that in mind. But nevertheless,
we need to make sure that links that
you actually pay for, links that you actually
put effort and building should get
index where I just, Because if they don't get
indexed in the first place, and we're just going to
make waste money, right? Because if links
are not indexed, or two pages where he got
links are not indexed, they're not going to help
you in the rankings. So how do you index links Foster and Google or to actually increase the chance of the links getting indexing
the first place. Here are some of the
tricks that you can try to index links faster. These are based from my testing, based from my efforts and
trying to find different, different ways to get
your links index foster. What you can do is you
can try all of them. You can try a combination of them just to see which
one works the best. Sometimes it might requires more than one method to actually index certain
type of links. So the first method is to build tiered links to your T01 target. So what you can do here is, let's say you publish
a new guest posts and it doesn't get index. You can build more tier two
links to the tier-1 links to add more value to your newly
published guests pose. Next, you can also share your backlinks on active
social media accounts. So make sure you know
your social media accounts that you're
going to share your back links on our active, not just any fake
profiles that I created just for the
sake of indexing links. Because Google can easily see your difference that
these profiles are fake. Let's say read only
01 followers versus real active profiles with
real user engagement, right? So make sure you
keep that in mind. You can use your own profile, can use your friends profile. Next step is my
favorite one is to add your links in the
YouTube description. So what you can do
here is you can create a YouTube channel
for your website. We'll your brand. Let's
say you want to index five guests pools
and you'll build for the keyword best
gaming laptop 2022. So what you can do here is you can create a short videos
one to two minutes long, related to best
gaming laptop 2022. And then in the
YouTube description, you can add five or your
guest posts that you just created recently in
the description, right? So just add the links there. But don't just add the links. Of course, add some content, a description as well
just to make sure it's not looking
too spammy, right? Next, you can also access a
web masters where you got your links from to ask some internal links to
your linking pages. Here's also another
thing you can try you is let's say you publish some guest post on
some website and see those guest post or
new LEA created pages. They're not going to have any internal links
pointing to them. So what you can do, you can ask those website owners to add some internal links
from existing content on their website to your
newly created a guest post. So this way, you're
actually passing on the domain authority or
passing on the value of the website to that
particular gas pause and it will increase the chances of getting
those links index faster. And lastly, what you can
try here is you can try running some cheap adds
to your T01 links. So some of the ads
platform you can use to run ads here is Facebook
or Pinterest ads. These ads are pretty
cost-effective. And you will notice that
after a couple of days, you start running ads to your guest post or to view
our newly created links. They'll start getting index, running ads or sending traffic to your link is also one of the ways to actually increase the value of
your links as well. And to increase the chances of Googlebots
actually coming and crawling the page and discovering those links
and hence index down. Alright, so that's all for the, for this bonus lesson. In the future. If I can find or if I can
come up with something quick, something easy that you can instantly apply and
see your results. I'll definitely keep
adding them to the course. I just asked, I mentioned
all of my courses. I, you know, I keep on
constantly updating gives us to make sure they're
relevant and up-to-date, right, so that's all
for this lesson. And next lesson.
