1. Introduction: Have you ever opened an e mail, seen multiple long paragraphs and been super, super excited to read it? Probably. It doesn't happen very often, but have you ever opened an e mail, read a few lines and immediately hit the lead? That's more than sure. Right. So what's the difference between these two types of E mails? It all comes down to the right words. The power of copywriting, whether you're running a business, growing your social media profiles, or trying to start your site hassle, or just wanting to get your message out here, out of the world. The art of writing e mails. E mails that convert and make people read your copy till the very last world will make the difference. But I know probably better than anybody else that we are all short on time and many times we just lack enough time to write and polish the perfect e mail. We are too tired, too overwhelmed, too distracted, and to the list never ends. Of course, we'd love to sit and take our time to write and engaging e mail just to sit and do this one thing, write it sentence by sentence. But here comes the daily life. We just can't, our daily life is just too fast paced. Here comes the second question. Do you ever wish there was a tool to help you craft better messages, better E mails? Well, saving your precious time and your precious energy. Luckily, we have I power tools like ChachiPT, let it become your writing partner and craft compelling e mails with you, or rather, for you. In today's practical course, we'll explore 52. Yeah, really 52 effective GPT prompts for crafting compelling e mails that really will engage your audience, build trust, and ultimately drive conversions. Whether you're sending messages to your potential partners, customers, people you want to collaborate with, or vendors, PT will make the process much more effective. 2. Our Class Project: Class project. If you've watched any of my other courses, you probably know that I don't like to complicated homeworks. I prefer simple and practical ones. The ones that won't take you too long, and ones that you can easily share. Well, it couldn't be any different. When it comes to this course, your class project, your homework is to experiment with the prompts I will show you. And then screenshot the results you've tested out for yourself. The one you're most proud of. That would be the best choice. Show me and show us how you will use my e mail marketing power Proms in your daily work, in your daily life. To sum it up, please share your screen shot in the class project section so I can be proud of you. As always, if you need my feedback, don't hesitate to let me know. It also applies to questions, if you have any questions about the cars or about e mail marketing, Proms, don't hesitate to ask me right away. 3. My Approach to Using Chat GPT for Copywriting and Emails: My approach to using Cha GPT for copywriting and e mails before we begin the practical part. And I will share my best kept secrets, I mean, my best prompts that are going to change your email strategy. We need to talk just a quick tech talk about using chip the ethical way. Okay? No, no, I'm kidding. Just a quick introduction and a few words about my experiences and the way I use ChagPT in my day job and the way I see it as the marketing and online strategist. I've been working in marketing for almost a decade now in the field where we incorporated AI a long time ago. But I'm a huge advocate for passion and personalized approach in daily tasks. Actually, I cannot stress the importance of having the energy to do something better. I really believe in today's world, it's Us, people who matter the most in business. It's this personal connection, this personal spark, our charisma that count the most, many of my clients and the people I collaborate with grow their personal brands. It means they're the faces of their businesses. That's why at the very beginning, some time ago actually, it was a long time ago. But I also was skeptical about using GPT in communication. I got to be honest, it almost felt like a fraud to me. But things have changed because AI and AI power tools actually became the topic of my research. Along the way, I discovered and then started to teach so many ethical ways to incorporate these AI solutions into our daily work. I got to say they're effective, they're safe, and they are so personalized. We don't rely on GPT. We also add on our own elements. So it's really ethnical and now I'm teaching other professionals and other business owners how to use GPT and other tools to boost productivity. Have more time for the things that matter the most. Because we can do everything, but not everything it wants. So that's a twist, right? I want to see char GPT and other AI tools as our partner, writing partners, our assistants, our writing bodies, rather than seeing them as a complete replacement. Because I'm sure, I'm sure it can replace us in our businesses. And most importantly, they can't replace us in our personal brands because it's us who understand our businesses the most. I can't replace us being the thought leaders in our niches. That's why when using GPT to craft e mails for you, I always have these three rules in mind and let me share them. Actually, there are more rules than three, but three for the beginning Rule number one, read the text I produced for you. Never copy paste it without reading. Proof reading is extremely important. If something doesn't sound like you, change it and add your perspective, it's really important. Add the e mail if you need it. Don't use GPT for these extremely important e mails when you're working on something that's huge, that's very confidential, and it's probably be the business of your life. It's really worth it to spend more time publishing the e mail yourself. Do fact checking. Don't blindly trust AI generated information. Open AI, the company behind ChargPT has been very upfront about the fact that Ch GPT answers aren't always accurate. Sometimes the chat box straight up lies. In other words, don't rely on ChargGPT as the primary source of information. Check multiple sources to verify what it tells you. Use ChargPT as a tool, not replacement. Gpt can be a powerful tool for generating ideas, insights, and perspectives. However, it should not be used to replace our human creativity and human interaction. The most important one, there's definitely more than three rules. Don't use sensitive data or company data in your interactions with char GPT. Artificial intelligence will undoubtedly change our lives, it's already doing So optimists say that thanks to tools like GPT, our lives are getting much better. And it allows us to work more efficiently and shorter. That counts, right? But on the other hand, there are also techno pessimists and they say the machines will take over large parts of our brainwork. It causes so much discomfort for humans. Well, there are so many opinions and all the people have the reasons for their opinions. But look, I think it is natural that technological advances like AI, power tools available for everybody lead to a huge shift daily work. And the topic really deserves a broad discussion. But today we will stick to the bright side. It can make our tedious tasks done much quicker and also keep us away from burn out. While of course there are huge downsides too, we should see AI as a support and the tool to be more productive, more efficient, rather than a complete replacement for us. I think that's why it's extremely important to discuss the ethics and transparency of the use of tools like GPT and how we can ethically integrate it into our daily work and into our daily tasks without controversy. Without evaluating our own contribution and our creative input. Controversial or not, we have to face the truth. Ai tools like GPT have their place in the future of work. Gpt could support and even boost your career and your progress in so many unexpected ways. It's all about how you use it. That's why we're here today to discuss the smartest ways and the smartest prompts to use it for your e mail marketing and email copywriting. 4. Rule Number One in Email Marketing : Number one, in e mail marketing, writing effective e mails can be a daunting task for even the most experienced business owners, creators, copywriters, or marketers. Apart from ensuring the tone is appropriate and engaging, there are many different factors to consider. Good news with the help of GPT, these challenges can become a thing of the past. But there is this one thing we need to keep in mind. This one thing is the key in email marketing and in all e mail copywriting. Understanding your audience, understanding the person you're sending an e mail to. Yeah, yeah, that's the crucial part of writing effective e mails. Because look, if you don't know who you're writing to, how can you create an email messaging that resonates with them? To write an e mail that converts, you need to have a clear picture of the person or the whole audience you're writing to know your audience when you know the crucial facts about them. You can tailor your e mails to directly talk about their needs and their desires. You can also use the language that relate to them and highlight the benefits that really, really matter to them. You can also avoid very common e mail marketing mistakes, like assuming the facts your reader don't know the knowledge, and assuming the knowledge they don't have. Being to Voc or using words or jargon they don't understand, to understand your audience, to understand the group you want to send your e mails to, it's important to do your research, at least do your research from time to time. This might involve gathering demographic data, analyzing your audience or your readers needs, conducting surveys on interviews and paying more attention to the conversation happening in media and ish because the more you know about the person you're sending an e mail to, the better you can write an e mail that connects with them. And that's our goal, right? Why am I talking about this if today it's GPT who will write e mails for us? Well, we need to arm it with the most effective Proms. And some of these problems will also include data about your target audience, data about your readers and the person you're writing. To many cases, we need to arm GPT with the right context and information about our needs. It can generate the best possible E mail for us. Here's the key takeaway. Before asking GPT to generate an E mail for you, and even before typing in the prompt, take a second to ask yourself, who am I sending this e mail to? What do they do for a living? What language do they use? What are their paint points? What are they most interested in? What action do I want this person to take after reading my e mail? 5. 6 Practical Categories with 52 Power Prompts for Your Emails : 52 power prompts for your e mails, okay? Okay. Let's get practical. I've prepared 52 best prompts to take your e mail marketing to the next level. We will discuss them all and I will not only show you the prompts that are the best ones to get personalized answers from char GPT tailored to your needs and your business objectives. But I will also show you the examples of how you can use them in your daily work, in your daily life. Just a quick reminder, before we start, you can always use the regenerate response button to try one more time and get different answers, because at the bottom of the GPT window, there's this regenerated button. And in my opinion, it's really worth hitting it a few times, as GPT will return slightly different responses. Also, there will be blank spaces in the prompts so you can personalize them to make GPT produce the perfect output for you, only for you and for your business. When it comes to filling in the blank spaces, use descriptive words. It can have a huge impact on the style of e mail the chat box will generate for you. Also, test different e mails and different options. Have I already told you that I love AB testing char GPT can generate multiple, multiple versions of the same e mail, each with slightly different words, different subject line, all different tone. Use AB testing to track their performance. And actually the best way to test different E mails, different options is by sending them to small, small portions of your email list. And then the best version can be sent out to your entire list. It is the best choice. Why is the best method? Well, this will boost your return of the investment and you will be so much more assured you're sending out the best option and your best choice. Remember, you can also choose the tone you want for the e mail. Do you want it to be casual and pleasant? Or do you want it to be more serious? Or maybe very sales oriented GPT can generate your e mails in a variety of tones depending on how you construct the prompt. Be sure you tell it what you want and add it to the power prompts I will share. 6. Cold Leads Part 1: We'll start with cold lids. Yeah, Cold lies. Who loves them? Well, many of us don't, I suppose. But trust me, they can be really effective. Yeah, yeah. Still. But let's face the truth, when we are sending cold sales E mail to a tall stranger, we really need to keep it short and sweet. So let's discuss Perfect GPT prompts that are going to help you write really good cold lids e mails and save you so much time pro if the cold e mail that GPT generated for us lacks personalization is actually our fault. Yeah, it's our fault. It's a sign that we haven't provided information. Gpt wasn't able to write a really effective e mail that is able to meet our desired results. It's a sign to add more information and more details. Okay. Okay, here we go with the first prong. Write a cold E mail to insert your target audience, the, the main pain points. Here you type in your target audience pain points. Say the solution we offer, Offer, thank you, offer. Keep the e mail within 300 works. Okay. Let's say we want to write a call email social media managers who, who run more than five Instagram profiles for their clients, their main pain points are, here we insert a pain points, let's say, to show you how this prompt works, the main paint works are the lack of time and energy to meet the desired results of their clients. Say that the solution we offer is Magnum tool that help them automate the whole process. Of course, the tool is totally made up. Keep them within 300 words. Okay, let's see what GPT will produce for us. Okay, as you can see, we always have opening line. A subject line here is like GPT arms us with the whole body of the message. The subject line is, Elevate your Instagram management with Magnum Troll. Dear, here you put social manager's name. I hope this message finds you well. As a seasoned social manager, you understand the unique challenges of juggling multiple Instagram profiles while striving to meet your client's high expectations. The constant need for time and energy can be overwhelming. That's why we are excited to introduce you to Magnum Tool, the ultimate solution to transform your Instagram management process. Magnum Tool is a powerful automation platform designed specifically for professionals like you, who handle more than five Instagram provides for clients. Our platform allows you to streamline and automate various aspects of your work, helping you save precious time and energy. Here we have what magnum tool can do for you. So we have four points. I really like the way GPT put it into words, but as you can see, the e mail is still a bit too long and it definitely needs some more personalization. Also, I think this e mail will be really time consuming to personalize it. If you have a large group of recipients, what can we do better? Actually, you can ask GPT to add personalization placeholders to it. Our prompt will be, please add more personalization placeholders. Okay, we still have a personalization placeholder here, but we also have a personalization placeholder in the subject line. Which I really love because we can actually automate the whole process with tools that you can expert these data from your lists of data. It can automate the whole process. You don't have to input all the data, all the details yourself. It can be much more effective. We also have a personalization placeholder right here. I think that's all. Okay. Okay, so here we can mention specific goals. I think if we really want to personalize this e mail and the group of recipients is really important, we can mention their specific goals. We can look at their Instagram pages, at the website they run, We can read their about me pages. And we can just get to know what are they specific goals and put it right here in this personalization placeholder. Also, this result is a bit too long, so we can tell Cha GPT to make it shorter, to stick to different or character limits. Also remember that if you're a bit unsatisfied with the output you get from GPT, you can always click on regenerate response and the chat bot will give you the next one. An alternative one that can be better. Let's see how it will work when it comes to this e mail, I click on Regenerate. As you can see, PT also wants to know if this response was better or worse. Sometimes it asks us for the feedback. We can actually click that just to Armine with the feedback, so the next results can be better. Okay. As you can see, we have a bit of different personalization placeholders and a different message, a different E mail. Although these points are the same, as I can see, yeah, they are the same. Gpt kept the same reasons to invest in the tool we are writing an email about. And remember that you can also touch a GPT to change the call to action or change any other part of the e mail you'd like to modify. You don't have to edit the whole part. You can say you want to change only one element of the e mail and then you will get the same message with this one element changed. If you feel like the e mail isn't so convincing and you'd like to push it a bit further, you can modify it. You can modify it with the following prompt. Can you optimize this E mail for higher conversion? Let's see what happens, what will happen to the E mail we just got? I can already see that this email is much better, at least when it comes to me. If I got to this one, it will be much more convincing that if I got the previous one, the subject line is Unlock efficiency and boost results with magnum Toll. I hope you're doing well. I understand that managing modern five Instcrent profiles for your clients can be incredibly demanding. Never ending cycle of coding, creation, posting, and engagement can drain your time and energy. Making challenging to deliver the results your clients expect. I got to say it's very straightforward. I really like the tone and the ChgPT applied to this message. It's also a bit shorter, at least. It's just easier to read it than the previous one. I really like the short and catchy messages. Catchy but very simple sentences that are just straight to the point. I really like the result. I got to say. I'm satisfied with this response. But if you experiment with this prompt yourself and you feel like the tone isn't really what you had in mind, you can tell GPT to change it. It can be a better fit for your brand and it represents your voice better. In this case, we will need to use the prompt, paraphrase this e mail. The tone is warmer and more friendly. When it comes to our example, I feel like this e mail is already very friendly and the tone is okay. It's just like optimal. But let's see what happens if I tell chargPT to modify the bit, okay, so here's the result. We told chargPT to regenerate, rephrase our e mail so the tone is more friendly and warmer. And I think this e mail, this tone is less serious, less pushy in many cases. When it comes to many businesses cases, I think this tone can be really better for your E mail, for cold sales E mail, because now we don't have hope this e mail finds you well or something like this. Something that really sounds very formal and very safe and is still very often used in this kind of communication. But it's also a bit frustrating at times when our business or our personal brand is in that type of business, that type of brand. Then we can start our e mail with hope you're doing great, which is very direct, very friendly, very warm. And so hope you're doing great. We totally get the managing of five Instuprm profiles to your clients can be a real time and energy drain. Meeting your client's high expectations day in, day in, and day out can be tough. Well, here's the good news. Mac. No tool is here to lend a hand. Yeah, I really love it. I got to say, I thought that this e mail doesn't need enhancements like this, But it did it. It's also a very good and very smart idea to change the tone and experiment with different tones. And just look and see which tone is the best choice for you, for your needs. And don't forget changing the tone to being more friendly and warmer is just one of the options. You can go in a totally opposite direction and tell GPT to add extra stylistics to make the E mail more concise, or formal, or informal. Yeah, it's up to you, but choose the tone that is the best representation of your brand's voice and your messaging. 7. Cold Leads Part 2 : Okay. Okay, I told you cold leads can be fun, and writing different e mails, different variations, different options doesn't have to be drain, But it's always good to have a choice. So I also prepared seven more cold email prompts for chargPT, which you can totally personalize. Let's go Please write a cold email that will engage. Insert your ideal customer personnel with a unique and compelling perspective on your subject and persuade them to take insert action on my. Here you insert your website on your product. Next prompt, I need a cold e mail that will showcase the benefits and value of my product service to my ideal customer personnel and persuade them to make a purchase with a strong CTA call to action. The next one, I need a cold e mail that will use a personalized and targeted approach to engage my ideal customer personnel and persuade them to take my desired action with a clear and compelling message. I need a cult e mail that will provide a step by step guide on how to use my product service idea. Persuade my ideal customer personnel to make a purchase with clear and compelling instructions. I need a cult e mail that will compare my product service to similar options on the market and persuade my ideal customer personnel to choose us with clear and compelling evidence that it's the best choice. Outer I need a preferred type of e mail. It can be a cold e mail or a different type. Actually, you can also test out different types of mail and send them as a cold e mail. Sometimes in marketing drawer rules, experimenting is good because it leads to new solutions and higher return of investment. In many cases, that will speak directly to the needs and pain points of my ideal customer persona and persuade them to take action. Here we insert our desired action with a sense of urgency and strong offer. I need a cold e mail that will showcase the value and benefits of my product service to ideal customer persona and convince them to take desired action. With social Ps and credibility building eleens, I need a call e mail that will convince my ideal customer personnel to purchase my product service by highlighting its unique benefits and addressing any potential objections. And use these prompts just the way we've used the first prong together at your preferred tone as your business details, the output can meet all needs. I know you're curious what type of output, what type of E mails GPT will produce when prompted to do all those things, which prompts would you like to try out now? Okay, I can hear you. I will choose my favorites, or maybe I will choose to most interesting ones. Two ones that are going to surprise you the most. And I also think these two can be the most practical and most helpful in your everyday life, in your everyday tasks. So we will test out the two last ones. These two. Let's start with, I need a called e mail that will showcase the value and benefits of my product service to a customer personnel and convince them to take desired action with social proof and credibility building elements. Because those credibility building elements can be really interesting, can add so much to the e mail. Okay, here is the prompt we'll test out. Now I copy the prompt, and I paste it right here into the chat box. Now we need to personalize the prompt. The prompt can actually be good for our purposes. Now let's say we will try it out the same case as we did in the first example. In the first round, I called email that will showcase the value and benefits of my Instagram, Instagram automation management tool to the customer personnel, let's say it's social media managers, and convince them to take. To start our seven day pretrial with social proof and credibility building elements. Okay, the prompt seems really fine and it's personalized and it has many details that are important for me. So let's click Start. Okay. As you can see here are the results. Subject line is elevate you Instagram game with our seven day free trial. And I got to say some of them are really much worse than this. This one is personalized, it's short, it's easy to read because the formatting is really nice. I got to say the subject line is the crucial part of the first impression. If we see an interesting subject line, we click it and we read it. At least we scan it with our eyes. And we look for something that we find valuable. The subject line could be improved, and we'll also discuss it in one of the next lessons. But when it comes to the e mail body, I feel like it's very good. I really like it. It's the tone. I didn't really set the expectations when it comes to the tone. I thought we're going to change it. But apparently, there is no need to change it, so the result is really good. Okay, now let's test out the second prompt. The second prompt is this one. I need a cold e mail that will convince my ideal customer persona to purchase my product service by highlighting its unique benefits and addressing any potential objections. As you can see, this prompt is very similar to the previous one, but there is one difference. The last part is actually the difference, address any potential objections. It's really important because sometimes we have these objections in our mind, even unconsciously. E mail like this can help readers, break them, help them get rid of those objections. Let's see. I will show you what results we got. We can have with this prompt. Okay, we're editing it a bit. Convincing social media managers to purchase our Instagram automation. Sure. Okay. Well, what I can see, I hope this message finds you. Well, I'm not a big fan of e mails that are beginning like this, but it's still formal, it's still safe. So it's up to you. So we will change the tone. Rephrase. The tone is more friendly and warm. Okay, so here we have our e mail. As you can see, it's much better now, and GPT really likes this sentence. I hope you're doing great. Okay, here's why our tool is worth a closer look here. We also have five reasons. Here is where an interesting part begins. Now we know you might have some questions or concerns, so let's chat about them. Does it fit my workload? Absolutely. Our tool is super flexible, designed to video unique process like a glove. Okay. You have to admit, it sounds really good. In the past, it was the smart copywriters who were writing such copy. It really sounds good. Is it user friendly? You bet. We've worked hard to make it intuitive. Plus we've got your back with great support. That's important. What about the cost? It's an investment in your productivity and client satisfaction. The recurring in time and efficiency can be a real game changer. Okay, I will change that part, but that's in detail, can deliver results. We've got plenty of happy social media managers who've seen their productivity sore, engagement level rise and clients smile. Link. Okay, now here's the CTA button with an invitation for edema. And I got to say this e mail has a chance to rock. It's really engaging, the formatting of it, makes the reader want to read it till the end. So I think Ch GPT really did a good job. 8. Invite Someone for Collaboration: Invite someone for a collaboration type of e mail. When you find the right person, someone you really admire, someone you know would be beneficial for your business or your personal growth to collaborate or partner with. It's time to reach out. But how to reach out to influence your potential business, partners, brands you dream of collaborating with? They will say yes, yes, we can do that. How? As we have so many other things in business, this outreach can seem intimidating at first. After all, you're about to reach a complete stranger to help you with a business opportunity. But yeah, I've prepared very effective chargBT pans to help you know how to reach out to influencers, business partners, or actually whoever you want to collaborate with with confidence. And it's really worth mentioned in this type of e mail, we really need to focus on personalization because that's the key to success. In this case, nobody likes random e mails. The ones which state you're amazing and we want to collaborate with you, but then they call you someone else's name, or the e mail includes only very safe random facts that are actually true for everybody. So it's easier for them to send the same message to thousand different people. Yeah, I don't know about you, but when I see an e mail like this in my inbox and someone is inviting me for a collaboration. But this person doesn't seem to know anything about me. And I feel like they are reaching, they're trying to reach 1,000 people with the same message. Actually choosing me was very random. Yeah, I feel, I don't feel encouraged. So, you know, we need to appreciate other people's time, especially when we want to collaborate with these people. When these people aren't random, when we really care about them and we really want to and we really want to make it happen. So as I've already told you, I'm seeing both sides as I also run my Instagram profile and I collaborate with brands from time to time. And believe me, my inbox has seen thousands of terrible, terrible collaboration invitations. We really need to do our best to make our e mails stand out in a positive way from the rest. And here are the fronts we're going to use. Okay. The first one is create an email template to send to influencer partners, asking them to promote your product service on their channels. Make the message warm and friendly. And highlight the benefits of this collaboration in the style of well known salesperson whose tone you really like. Write an e mail to the person you want to collaborate with to ask if they want to collaborate with you. Briefly introduce the benefits of this collaboration, including insert three main benefits of collaborating with you and tell a story about your previous collaboration. Which turned out great. I need a type of e mail that will make my ideal customer personal feel. Insert your desired emotion about my product service. And Pam to collaborate with me doing reinsert the type of coup with ma with a sense of urgency. I need an e mail that will convey short description of the person you want to collaborate with to sign up for my program subscription and collaborate with me. Please explain the value of the rings and the benefits you will receive. They will receive the next one. I want to collaborate with name of the person you want to collaborate with. Copy description from her blog, a website, write an e mail to name and tell her that she's the perfect person for becoming your product service ambassador. Okay, so let's test out the two last ones. Firstly, I will show you this prompt. I need an e mail that reconvene, show description of the person you want to collaborate with to sign up for my program subscription. Collaborate with me, please explain the value it brings and the benefits they will receive. Okay. I need an e mail that will convince Novakovski Lifestyle Instagram con creator to focus on mental health and healthy productivity in her comments, to sign up for my Instagram Management tool or Instagram Management course. And collaborate with me. Please explain the value it brings and the benefits they will receive, okay? This time mere. Okay. So here we have the result. As you can see, I will change the subject line, but you already know that I really pay attention to the subject line because that's the most important. That's basically your key to success. Or the thing that can make your e mail go straight to the trash bin, trash folder. My first part was to ask Chip to change the tone. The tone is a bit formal, but on the other hand, there are many serious brands that are sending invitations like this. An e mail that isn't extremely friendly and extremely warm is also a sign that the brands standing behind the e mail can be a corporate one. And they may be actually bigger. You're not talking to a personal brands, but yeah, the result is very nice. Let's check out the second front. Okay, so now I'm pasting the description. Okay, we can go. Okay. Okay, say a subject line. Sounds like this subject, a delicious opportunity. Become the Mexican Nach ambassador. Hi Kasha. I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. Your journey as shared in your unique and inspiring description truly resonates with us. Your passion for helping ambitious individuals achieve their dreams and elevate all aspects of their lives is remarkable. We believe you're the perfect person to become the As ambassador. Here's why. Share the values you believe in. The power of dreams. And your mission is to help people reach their full potential. Align beautifully with what we stand for. We see Mexican Nahs as a symbol of joy and togetherness and we believe your association with this delectable treat can add a touch of magic to the lives of your followers. Influence creativity challenge. Accepted here is the CTA. Can we arrange a conversation at your convenience to delve deeper into this opportunity? Feel free to reply to this e mail and we can set up a time to chat. Let's embark on the stay journey together. As you already noticed, when testing out this prompt, I wanted to use my own description, copy paste from my skill sure description, which of course I wrote all by myself without any help, any AI power tools. But I wanted to test it out in this prompt, so I can see clearly how convinced I would get if I received this e mail. And if I was approached by someone using this chat GPT prompt, I got to say, I'm pretty surprised and impressed with the result because structure of the e mail is really friendly. And I really love the fact that char GPT can analyze the details of the description you paste into your prompt, and then it can write a totally personalized e mail to the person you want to talk with. No. The first outreach is very often unsuccessful because it lands in this pan box or somewhere else. So I would say that using char GPT just to quicken the process and to make your chances of making the process much faster is really smart choice. You know, Then when the conversation and the negotiations go further, you can respond with your own e mails. You can write them just spontaneously by yourself. But the first outreach, you know, sometimes you got to resend it, and I think you okay. That would be a controversial and unpopular opinion, but this e mail is really good. And many people simply, you know, they have different skills, they have different amazing talents. But they aren't the best at writing e mails and engaging e mails. For example, I work with so many talented people, but some of them hate writing e mails and sometimes they have to. And in this case, Cha GPT can help them write an e mail that's so much better if they wrote it themselves without any help. So it brings benefits for the reader, for the partner we want to collaborate with. Because the e mail they get is so simple and so pleasant to read. And it also includes so many, so much personalization. And of course, writing to somebody, we got to know who she or he is. But the art of including these facts in the e mail is a totally different story you got. It's a talent itself. So some people just don't have it, and sometimes you don't have the time to focus on writing so much. So, in this case, Chad GPT is the best help, the best writing assistant you can imagine. Because your e mail will not only be very well written and nicely presented with reasons, with bullet bullet points for example, but also will be personalized. So the person reading it is much more likely to be convinced and to tell you the truth. This e mail is probably much better than half of the e mails I currently have sitting unanswered in my Google inbox. So this fact speaks for itself, right? Although some parts of this e mail can be a bit too much. I'm really impressed by the way it pulled out some highlights from my description that would probably convince me that they've read my description, my website, they did the research, that I am indeed a good match for becoming the Mexican Nachoz ambassador. I mean, they wouldn't have to convince me because I love natchez. I love Mexican food. But that was only an example. I would read that e mail. The best thing about it is that creating the super personalized call up invitation E mail is just a matter of copy. Pasting people's descriptions into the chat and letting the chart, GPT do it for you. But prod, always read these descriptions and don't cheat. Do your research and really know who you are sending an invitation to. Because you don't want to reach random people. You want to reach the people you really want to collaborate with. And you got to know a bit about them. So the chart, GPT will help you craft the perfect e mail, but please know who these people are. And then you will feel good with ChachiPT helping you because the people who tell me that they are feeling like you think Chachi PT is a fraud. They very often past the descriptions or prompts or data they just didn't read at all, That's why it fell. It feels like a fraud to them. But when you know who you are sending those messages to, and you've read these descriptions yourself, it's just ChachiPT helping you. And then it's ethical. And as you can see with the right prompt, PT really works wonders. Of course, you can edit the e mail, you can change the tone, you can change the ending, change the writing style so it's more similar to yours. And let me tell you, it will save you so much time, so much time saved because you don't have to always think about the right forms and how to start an e mail to this person, What this person would like, how to convince him. So yeah, AgiPT is a saver and a hero. 9. Create Effective Follow-up Emails: Create effective follow up e mails. Follow up e mails aren't necessarily so difficult to write, but let's face the truth, they're usually a bit boring and repetitive. But hey, we can't complain about them because they are more than necessary. They serve as a paper trail for both sides to have this clarity on the next steps you've agreed on. But there are four unwritten rules of effective follow up e mails. Never send a business follow up e mail too fast. Begin with a short reminding note about your last conversation. Specific, and add a good CTA call to action. And keep it short and sweet. Oh no, keep it short and simple. Char GPT has a very good memory and we are here to take advantage of that to level up your follow up emails game. Create a fresh GPT window for any lead, any new project, or any new collaboration you're working on. Chargpt can remember any specifics and details you fed it about context. That's really smart because then you can jump back into that particular char GPT window where never is time to follow up. And the chat board will pick up where you left off. And what's the best thing about this method is this. To create a follow up e mail, you won't have to displain the details about your project or this specific person and your project and agreements all over again. You won't have to write it all all over again. Chargpt will remember the data you typed in during the previous sessions. Here are the best prompts I came up with for a follow up e mail. My client didn't respond to my invitation. Could you please write a follow up e mail? Write a 150 word follow up e mail to person's name, who I've just caught here. You specify what it was a color meeting with and should be now ready to. And here you instead preferred action, for example, calling you back or making the decision about choosing the right plan I had here, you answered, thank you down together, for example, a job interview last week. And it went pretty well. I really want you answered what you want. Could you write me a follow up e mail? I met a person at here you put industry events which you've attended with whom I would like to have a coffee to discuss possible project collaboration. Could you please write a follow up e mail? Write a follow up e mail to insert name he is. Describe what you have in common and what this person is interested in. Thank you for chatting. Here you answer. Specific time when you chatted, remind him that collaboration would be such a beneficial idea. Remind him of the quality of my service. Here you name your service compared to what he has experienced. As always, I will show you the results of the two last prompts in this one, let's say met up. Okay, here is the result for this prompt. Let's see what we've got. Subject line, let's chat over coffee and explore collaborations. Hi, here is personalization placeholder. I hope this e mail finds you. Well, we have to change the tone. Rephrase e mail. It sounds warmer. Okay, I don't like the first sentence. I'd say change. Change the sentence. Then I will let the judge PT know who with sentence. Rephrase an E mail with a different beginning. Okay, here now it's much better. High person's name. And the subject line is much better too. The subject line is exploring collaboration opportunities over coffee. Yeah, it's short switch. It was a pleasure meeting you at the social media managers meet up. And I'm excited about the potential for collaboration that emerged from our conversation. I'd like to suggest that we continue our discussion in a more relaxed setting over a cup of coffee. This would provide us with a fantastic opportunity to delve per into our shared interests and explore the various collaborative collaborative project we could embark on, whether it is brainstorming new social media campaigns, sharing insights from our respective experiences. All simply enjoying a friendly chat. A coffee. I believe it has the potential to be really enjoyable and productive conversation. Could you please share your availability then we can coordinate the time and place for our coffee meeting? Okay. Rephrase this e mail and make it sound less formal. Also, make it shorter. Yeah, it's too long. Definitely for for that topic. No, no, no. We don't want to take 10 minutes of his life. Okay. Yeah, it's much better. Coffee chat for exciting collaboration. Hey, I had a blast meeting at the social media managers. Meet a I'm all in for some cool collapse. How about we grab coffee and chat about our ideas? I love this sentence. It's so much better than the previous versions. How about we grab a coffee and chat about our ideas? Yeah, yeah, I feel like GPT is such a savor for introverts, because introverts, I'm an introvert myself, so I know what I'm talking about and I know so many introverts actually. Intros very often want to initiate the social initiative, social conversation, but just don't know how to start. Cha GPT can do really well in these cases. Like with this question, how about we grab a coffee and shot about our ideas? This sentence is really good. It's a perfect chance to dig deeper into our shared interests and explore some awesome product together. What do you say? Share kettle. And we'll set up our coffee chat. Can't wait to see where our creativity takes us. This e mail is amazing. But as you've seen, we had to tell cha GPT to change some things before it came up with such a good one. It's also worth it to experiment with different tones and different prompts. And sometimes it's better to ask for a shorter e mail, because GPT sometimes has this tendency to write really long ones and nobody has time for that. Okay, so now the second prompt. So that would be this prompt. I had a maybe not great promising job interview last week and it went pretty well. I really want a content manager position. Could you write me a follow up e mail? Let's see. Kay, rephrase. I already see it. Rephrase the e mail and make it sound less formal. Much better. Okay, I would change the subject line, but let's save it for later. High interviewers name, I just wanted to say thanks for the awesome chat we had during the interview last week for the content manager at company name. It was a blast meeting and the team, I'm even more excited about the possibility of jumping into the role after our talk. I'm super stoked about the chance to bring my passion for creating and managing content to company name With my experience mention an experience. I'm convinced I can make some real magic happen here. I'm going to join the company name crew and would love to continue our conversation about how I can contribute to the team. Okay, that's a really optimistic e mail. But we can also tell char GPT to change the tone and make it sound less optimistic. Optimistic. So you don't want to sound desperate, right? But this e mail is really good and it's like a good starting point for a great message. 10. Marketing and Promotional Emails: Marketing and promotional E mails. When you want to send a marketing and promotional E mail, it's much different from a regular E mail. Being nice isn't enough. You want not only to share information, you want to drive engagements. Engagement that will support your business or your project. Of course, you need to do it without sounding too pushy, desperate, and without turning your readers off. It's a challenge, but of course it will get better. I have prepared and tested out 11 outstanding prompts that are going to make the process much easier for you. Let's go, I will show you the prompts. Write an Olbline for a monthly email newsletter from branch to here you insert your target audience. Include prove main points, conclusion and call to action in the Olbline, write an E mail announcing a limited time, 20% discount on. In the end, with the help of our product service, write an email using the past present future framework to connect our product service to ideal customer personnel's past experiences. The next one, write an email using the past present future framework to connect to our product service to ideal customer personnels. Past experiences show how it can improve their situation and then show how it can shape their future in a positive way. Include the most important talking points, such as your unique selling points, pain points, and desired action. This one is really interesting. I will show you it in practice in a minute, we will start with a newsletter and I will show you what GPD can generate for you. With the prompt like this from marketing managers, meet up to people who has just started working in social media. Include in, okay. Okay. Here is our outline. Introduction should include greetings and one welcome. Okay, now we can scan an outline and see if we agree with those points. If we want our e mail to include all of those things, let's say we do number this email, keep the tone warm and friendly. And remember about highlighting the benefits of our community. As you can see, the e mail seems really good. The subject line, I don't see it very often, but it's okay. The subject line is welcome to marketing managers, media, your social media journey starts here actually. It should resonate with the people who have just started working on social media field. So I feel like they should feel welcome. Hello, welcome to the marketing managers media community. Yeah, it has this power. It has the energy. It sounds very warm and friendly. We are free to have you on board as we embark on a journey together for the dynamic word of social media. Okay, also GPT, Name all the parts of an e mail. Of course, if we want to stand it, we will need to hide and delete those parts, we don't want to people. Here is the introduction, here is the conclusion. And those things are just for us. But yeah, I think in this case char GPT did a really good job too. So would you like to see different examples in practice? Okay, I can see your face. And that's the thing I don't like about online courses. When I teach people one on one, I can see their faces. I have this instant feedback, and that's great. When it comes to online courses, I just have to imagine who I'm talking to. I have to imagine you. I hope you're smiling and I hope you are like hell. Yeah. You're like heck. Yeah. We have to try a different example. I really hope so. Please don't tell me otherwise we will use this one. But I will just use the first part of it. Let's see what will happen if I just the first part of the prompt, write an e mail using the past, present, future framework to connect our Instagram management tool to social media managers, past experiences. Well, let GBT get creative, okay? No. When I say, I hope this e mail finds you, well, I instantly know we need to change it. Rephrase the e mail so the tone is more friendly and warm. Okay, it sounds a bit like a newsletter. Hi, social media managers name. I hope you're doing awesome. Your journey as social media manager has been quite right. From your early days in the game to where you are now. It's been a whirlwind of learning and growth. Okay, there are some things I would change in this e mail. I feel like the beginning should be a bit longer. And we need to explain what those points are and what are they about before the reader starts reading the first point. But we can tell char GPT. To do that, we are using past present future framework that is very useful in emails like this. And we want to include and talk about our personal and past experiences to connect with them. I feel like GPT is a really good writing partners when it comes to emails like this. Remember that we can always, always tell GPT to rewrite the email to appeal more to the particular group you want to send your e mail to. Here is the prompt to do that. Rewrite this e mail to appeal. Here you put your target audience group, for example, social media marketers. In that case, char GPT will analyze what it can do better to appeal to this particular group. Because sometimes during the process of writing GP forgets a bit what wells the target audience. If you feel like the e mail isn't engaging or convincing enough, you can use this prompt to make it better. 11. Informative and Educational Emails: Informative e mails. So now let's leverage the power of educational e mails. I really believe that when it comes to boosting your brand or your project awareness and building this park, park, Okay. I really can't do that. This, this lasting connection to your audience. There's really no substitute for content messages and e mails that teach them, teach them something valuable that shows them that what you do matters. And that it can help them in many ways in the ways they need it. Sending valuable information is an incredible way to build authority in your field while giving your audience additional reasons to trust. You can GPT help us craft the e mails that inform our audience about oil business or our services benefits? Sure, I have prepared five really effective prompts. Let's start. I will show you them. Write an e mail sharing expert tips on how to use our product service for maximum productivity. If create an informative E mail explaining the benefits and features of our latest product update. Here you answered brief description of the product update. Compose a how to e mail that guides users through a specific feature of our product service. Write a monthly newsletter summarizing the latest news and updates in our industry and include the changes in our product service it. Here are the details of the update. Here you briefly describe the product update using the features advantages, benefits framework. Please write an e mail that highlights the features of our product service and explains how these advantages can help. Here you assert a customer personnel elaborate on the benefits of our product and how it can positively impact the name process. Okay, let's see the last one in practice, as this one is the most complex one out of the list. As you can see, we have many personalization placeholders here. So we need to adjust stage to our needs using the features advantages, benefits framework. Please write an e mail that highlights the Instagram keyword research. Keyword search of our Instagram management tool explains how these advantages quicker Instagram key search process and having the most relevant keys for your content can help social media managers elaborates on the key update of our product and how it can positively impact the organic Instagram group. Okay, as you can see, this e mail is quite long. We will tell Chip to make it shorter in a second. But we also have very good ideas for our future marketing if we want to use them. So we have very nice inspiration if we want to use it the other way. So we can save this inspiration from later and use them, for example, in them campaigns or in other messaging. So please try those prompts for yourself. I bet you will agree with me on this. Chgpt is really great for this type of 12. Asking for Feedback or Reviews in Emails: Asking for a feedback or review E mails feedback gives us the chance to see what's working, what's our best side, and get discovered by new customers more easily. And finally, in the long term sample, but to collect more reviews and more feedback, we need to remind our partners, all our customers, that their opinion extremely matters to us. And that we'll be extremely grateful if they could do it for us. And of course, we need effective e mails for case too. So here are the problems that are really affected. Write an e mail requesting product feedback from recent buyers, offering a small discount for their next purchase. As a thank you for leaving opinion draft, a woman friendly E mail to customers who have recently interacted with customer support, asking for their feedback. Write a friendly follow up E mail to customers after a purchase requesting a product service review in a style of well known salesperson. Who is Tony really like? Write an e mail to our recent customer and ask for referral. Okay, so I will show you the props in practice because the results of them can be really surprising. So let's start with the first one. Yeah, this time with the first one, not with the last one. Let's say we want to offer 10% discount as I think, you know, fold thing. In a review, the subject line is starting really nice. We value your feedback. Enjoy a 10% discount on your next purchase. That engaging and the messaging is very on point because someone seeing this subject line instantly knows what this e mail is going to be about. That they're going to get a discount. And they remember that they have left a review, they have left feedback, so they will know it's not a random, spammy message, but it's just a reply. It's just a thank you, dear customer's name. Here you put, is a personalization placeholder. We hope this e mail finds you well and that you're enjoying your recent purchase. My favorite prompt. Rephrase the e mail and make it sound less formal and warmer. Yeah, it's much better. I like the subject line on the previous e mail, but we can exchange them. Next copy. Sounds like this. Hyder customer, we hope you're doing well and that you're enjoying the Asm product you snacked from us at company. We are so grateful for your support and want to reach out with a friendly request. We'd absolutely love to hear what you think about your recent purchase. Your feedback is like gold to us, and it can help us make our products even better in the future To say, thank you for sharing your class. We are giving you a sweet 10% discount on your next purchase. It's our way of showing some love to our amazing company, friendly. Leaving your feedback is easy as just click on this link. It will only take you a few minutes. And every word you share means the word to us. We are all about making sure our products hit the mark and your feedback is a big part of the process. We can't thank you enough for being a part of our journey. If you have any questions or need to handbooks anything, don't hesitate to give awesome customer support team a shout out at customer support e mail. Okay, I really like this e mail. I think it's a bit too long because it can be a little bit more straight to the point, because people don't have time for this type of e mail. Say we can say, rephrase it to make it shorter, but keep the tone because it's perfect. Okay, and now it seems like an optimal message to ask for feedback. Yeah, the subject, in the new subject line is shorter and better too. Your feedback means a little gift from us. I would include 10% in the subject line. It catches the attention. It just makes our eyeballs look at that number. Subject lines with numbers perform better. That's a fun fact from marketing word. Hey, customers, hope you're enjoying your recent company purchase. We are reaching out to ask for your thoughts. They're golden to us. Share your feedback and as a thank you, grab a 10% discount for your next boy. Here is the link feedback link. Your insights make our products better if you need help or have questions. Our friendly support team is here. Here answered an e mail. Now it's strained to the point. That's what I had in mind. That's an e mail I wanted to get. Now I will show you the results with different prompts so we can compare them. Okay, so this prompt is really similar, but we don't offer any discount. So the prompt is this draft, a warm and friendly E mail to customers who have recently interacted with customer support asking for their feedback. This request is a bit more because we don't offer any discount and we just want feedback from someone who has interacted with our customer support to get feedback if everything was okay. And people tend to ignore this kind of e mail. So let's see if GPT will handle this. Okay, so the subject line is very generic. I think most of the people will ignore this message. So we will need to change the subject line. But we'll discuss my method to get the best subject lines in the next lesson. But here is the prompt we'll use now. Make the subject line more. Rephrase the e mail so the tone is more friendly and convincing. Okay, I'm not satisfied with the subject line, but the copy inside is much better. We hope you're doing awesome. Your interaction with our customer support team means the world to us. And we'd love to hear what you think your feedback is like, a magic want, helping us improve our service. It's a big deal. And to say thanks, we're offering. Okay, so here is what GPT is suggesting. We should include a discount because otherwise people may ignore the request. That's true. Unfortunately, we're all a little bit, you know, we want something in exchange, we don't want to give our time for free. So a 10% discount is like a good deal for both sides. Yeah, and I think this e mail is really good. I mean, the only thing I really don't like is that GPT suggested this 10% discount. But the subject line doesn't infirm about that. And it should because otherwise, you know, people will ignore this e mail just at the very beginning because the subject line isn't catchy, isn't promising enough. So we need to change the subject line, and I definitely include information about this 10% discount. Okay, and let's try out the first prompt. And this one is actually a little bit controversial in the sale of well known serious person who's Tony, write an e mail to our recent customer and ask for referral. Okay, so we can be serious and insert the name of someone with relied Meyer Serious person with relieve Meyer and GPT will do our best to borrow the best qualities of this person and make our message a little bit more characteristic. And we can also make the e mail a little bit more funny. And for example, tell char GPT to write an e mail of Harry Potter. Okay, I already see it's too long but it's so funny. Like, okay, sometimes you can see your mood by telling char GPT to do something that's totally informal. But, you know, not every e mail has to be very serious, right? Years and magic. Yeah, it's really good. Experimenting is the key to success, because, you know, many times different companies are sending very similar E mails to their customers asking for feedback. And you can stand out from the crowd and make something a little bit more risky, a little bit more experimental, and make your customers like you and remember you, and that's the goal. 13. What Can You Add to Your Prompts to Level up the Output?: Can you add to your prompts to level up the output even more? Even more? Yeah. What to do when you want to polish your output and make it even more convincing, even more engaging. Are there some magic tricks? Yeah, I have prepared a few prompts for you. These Proms instantly make your output much better. Here are the proms. If you think that the output Ch GPT generated for you is a bit boring, a little bit too generic, use these prompts to spicy things up. Okay, so here's the first prompt. Open an email with a surprising fact because, well, that's a very old method, but I still love it because that way you make your E mail less predictable. The second prompt, use it when you think ChachiPT generated in output that is too long, just too lengthy, and nobody will have the time to read it. Then tell it to keep it short and sweet, and stick to the character limits you want to set. Okay, the next prompt, stimulate curiosity or promise a benefit. Add this prompt when you think that a reader can be a little bit bored with the e mail. Adding this element will change that, and you can always regenerate the outputs with this prompt to explore CharGPT's creativity, start with a greeting and introduce yourself. This prompt can be really useful when you have an amazing e mail GPT generated for you, but it's kept this element that still is really important in some cases. Then you can tell it to rephrase the e mail and add greeting and introduce yourself. And then you can, of course, add some information about yourself you want to include in the personalization placeholder. Okay, And now acknowledge the laps in communication and apologize for it. You know, this prompt is extremely practical. Because I bet we all have those moments when we are just so busy that some e mails remain unanswered and they are sitting in inbox a waiting very patient for their time. So this prompt can save us from the consequences. Use authenticity, storytelling, humor, and tone to connect with the reader and make your message more memorable. Yeah, this prompt is also very handy when, if you like the output chip generated for, you know, it's okay, you can send it, but people won't remember this message in a long time. You know, they will just read it. Maybe some of them will do the thing you want them to do, your desired action. But they want, they won't tell their grand children about this e mail in the future. You can add this prompt to tell charGPT to add the special spark to your e mail and regenerate the responses to see what input will be the best. One end with a clear call to action, directing the recipient to, and here you insert your preferred action. Use these prompts to make the GPT outputs even more tailored to your needs. It's worth it. 14. Generate a Great Subject Line: Generate a great subject line. I've already told you that I pay a huge attention to subject line. We all need to remember that all great emails have to have a compelling, engaging subject line. Because that's the first starting points. That could be love at first sight, that could be a moment. Our email will go directly to the trash box. When you prompt the PT to write an email for you, it automatically provides you with a subject line as a precursor to the body, but a smart method to have most subject line options for AB testing. Yeah, don't forget about AP testing. Let's ask PT to provide multiple subject line options for your e mail and the same threat. You can do it for every e mail GPT generates for you. So you have these AB testing options. Here is the prompt we are going to use. Can you write eight catch subject lines for this e mail? Make them less than 50 characters and make them attention grabbing? Do you want to see how GPT generate eight catch subject lines for our last e mail? I hope you, I hope you did. Okay. So as you can see here, we have eight new subject lines and we can choose the best one. We can also do AB testing. The best one will be used for the biggest part of our email list. Maybe we will also use one of these more serious e mails. I will go back to one of our first e mails. We are going back to e mail about a job interview. Okay? Make them a bit longer and more formal. Because in that case, I feel like those subject lines are too short and too, too friendly. Okay? Okay, so when it comes to this, I feel like we need to set our expectations a little bit more. Make it sound a little bit more serious and humble. You waiting, waiting for an answer. If you were a higher, less desperate. Okay, so I will stick to thank you for the interview. Yeah, I say in this case, the simplest, the simpler, the better. Thank you for the interview is enough. Actually, when it comes to this example, only one subject line is practical. When it comes to the previous example, there were more. It's always good to have a choice. 15. Key Takeaways and Final Words! : Key takeaways and final words.
