1. Introduction and class project: Hey everyone, This isn't a varchar and the creator, director and designer at migrating butterfly. I design crucial Biden's from being nodded advanced levels. I also take online and offline crucial glasses. You can find me on all social media platforms by the name migrated butterfly. In today's class, I will show you how to make these rami acorns. I've made these to use as Christmas tree ornaments. Let us see what prior knowledge you need to meet these. For this class, you should be an intermediate level crucial or an advanced beginner. Basic knowledge that you should have should be how to hold a hook and how to hold the yarn. Plus you should have some experience in crocheting. Along with this, you should know some basic stitches like single crochet, slip stitch and Jane stitch. This is more or less all the type of stitches or the knowledge of crochet that you will be requiring in order to meet these icons. Along with the crucial knowledge, you also need some general sewing skills because you'll need those venule assemble the Agon. That's about it. In the next lesson, I'll show you the basic construction for creating these Avogadro. Me a glance. See you in the next lesson. 2. Construction and design outline: In this class I'll discuss the basic construction and the process for creating these acorns will start making the icon from the base point here, will be working and continuous rounds. Then we'll separately made the gap and then we'll saw it here. We'll make the stem later, and then we'll attach it to the center point of the gap that Goneril be logged in continuous rounds. The only challenge that you might face is losing track of the number of stitches. So if you want, you're going to use stitch markers to keep track of the rounds. Will be crocheting the three parts, the base cap and the stem separately then will be stuffing it with synthetic fiber fill. Or you can also use the equal fiber filled. Then we also on the gap and thus stem of they're gone. A badge, a loop like this. If you're planning on using it as a Christmas tree or an event like I did. I've used brown thread. You can also use a golden thread or a ribbon. If you want to give them. As a table setting decoration, you don't need to add a loop. You can directly fill them in a bowl or a basket and use them as a table setting the goal for Christmas as well as for fall degradation. In the next lesson, I'll take you through the medallion that you'll need in order to meet these. See you in the next lesson. 3. Material needed: In this lesson, I'll take you through the material that you'll need to mean these Christmas tree ornament occurrence. These will be made with blue shades of brown. So I am using a beach colors sizes, then a 100 percent cotton thread. And I'm using brown, one light brown. If you want, you're going to use a light brown and dark brown. Like this one. The gap will be made with the darker shade and the seed will be made with the lighter shade. I'm using 2.5 MM crucial book. This is an agronomic look. You'll need a sharp pair of scissors or a third clipper. And a database you need to sue and do we have in the end? With this, you'll also need some fiber Philly for stuffing. I'm using a synthetic fiber. Failure to warn you can use the equal vibratory loads. If you want to use the iguanas, a Christmas tree decoration, you can add a loop of thread here for hanging it on the tree. You're going to use the same thread or you can also use a golden thread data ribbon. In the next class, I'll show you how to crochet the bottom half of this acorn seed. I'll see you in the next lesson. 4. Bottom half of acorn seed : In this lesson, I'll show you how to crochet the bottom half of the seed of they're gone. That is this. But we do have in this lesson and the drop-off in the next lesson, the seed pod will be associated with this status, the lighter shade. And now globally we use for the seed gap. So let us get started. We'll start with the magic ring. So for doing a magic ring, wrap the yarn from front-to-back around your index finger like this. Insert the hook through both the loops. Now make a slip stitch like this. This is the starting point. Now, this ring is called the magic ring. Now in this setting, we will mix six single crochets. So this is the first 12345, and let me do one more. This is six. Now we'll close the magic ring for doing that. Already done starting end and bullet. That will close the magic ring like this. Now we will start working in the first single crochet in this stitch. So now we will do in Greece in every alternate stitch. So first I will make one single crochet in the first single Rochelle the first round. Now make those single crochets in the next one. Again, make one in the next, due in the next one. Now we have two more stitches left. To repeat the same thing. One single crochet in the first stitch. And doing the next one that we'll complete round blue with a total of nine stages. Now we have an increase in every third stitch in the third round. That means you'll be crocheting one single crochet and blue stitches and do in the next one that isn't the third one, will repeat that three times. That will loop around three. So one single crochet, one more in the next one. Now an increase that is those single crochets in the same stage and the next one, the blue single crochets in this. Keep repeating this. Do more banks. One single crochet in blue are the stitches. Those single crochets in the next stage. Repeat that one more bam, that will finish your wrong to me. 122 single crochets in the next one. That gum bleeds, round three with a total of 12 stitches. In the next zone, we will do an increase again in every alternate stage. That is it, we're doing one single crochet in one stitch and blue in the next one. So let us start around four, make one single crochet in the first stage. Now those single crochets in the next one. Again, one single crochet in the next edge. And do in the next. You'll have to repeat this a total of six times. So you'll have a total of 18 stitches in the stoned. Remember the increase in every alternate stitch? One in the sun. Do in the next. Again one single crochet in the next stitch and doing the next one in the next. Due in the next. Again one. And then two. You should have a total of 18 stitches. You're going to go around and see if you are doing it right. One, That's it. This is our own for now, for the next zone that does zone 5, this is this bottom point debarred of the seed. Now we will do the vertical wall in the next lesson. See you there. 5. Top half of the acorn seed: In this lesson, we'll do the top half of the acorn seed. That is, despite this we have done now this part we did, did around for in the previous lesson. Now we will do an increase in every third stage. So we'll have one single crochet, one single crochet in the next one. And don't single crochet stage in every third stage we will be doing an increase. That is your loop, no single crochets. You repeat the six stems again for the second name, 1, 1, and doing the next one, this is the secondary bit. You'll repeat this a total of six times. So do the same thing again. One in the next stage, one single crochet in the next. And those and negotiate and the next stage. This is the target of B. Now for the fourth time, again, we will do one N1, and doing that next stage, revealed this to more Dame. Now we'll start with this shade vertical walls, so that increases. The yellow make a total of six rounds with one single crochet in each zone. Now it is important to keep track of the rounds here. If you want, you can use stitch markers. Just make one single crochet or what eats in a liberal she's six times around. That will give you del, complete vertical wall farther icon, you will stitch mark classic needed. If not, give a graph of the gum. Once done with all six rounds, they will do slip stitch to end. Now just cut off the yarn, leaving two to three inches long Dale of yarn. You don't need to leave it in that will go inside the seed for venule stuff it suggest cut off the thread for the loop through to secure the end. And that's it. We're done with the seed bug. Now in the next lesson, I'll show you how good the gap of the seed. So I'll see you there. 6. Seed cap top of acorn: In this lesson, I'll show you how to grow share the top of the seat gap. That is the darker part of the agon. The top flat portion will grow share in this class. So use the darker color thread. Here. Does it have started? So for this also, we'll start with our magic ring. This wrap around. Wrap the yarn around your finger from back to front, like this. Pulls the hook through both the loops. Make a slipknot. Now make six single crochets in the magic ring. Now close the magic ring by pooling the starting end directly like this. Now I'm going to do two single crochets in each single grocer that we made in this round. So inside the hook and the first single crochet of round one. I'll make two single crochets in this one, and I'll make one more in the same stage. Make blue single crochets. Made blues and crochets in the next stage, 2 in the next. That is the third stage. Fourth one again too. And in the last one again, make two single crochets, that completes around two. Now for the tar drone, we will have an increase in every alternate stitch, the blue ones and one stitch. And doing the next, again, one in the next stitch. Doing the next, repeat this a total of six times. You'll have a total of 18 single crochets in this round. We'll do one single crochet in one stage and do in the next one. Again, ones in the crochet in the next, due, in the next one. Keep repeating that. Till the end of the round you'll have a total of 18 stitches in this don't do in this one. Again one, and then do. Now for the next round we will do a increase in every third stitch. So you'll do one single crochet, little one single crochet in the next stitch, one in the next, and do in the third stage, logo symbol brochures in this one. Now repeat this a total of six times and you'll have Grundy force and rushes in the node. For the fifth round will be increasing in every fourth stitch. So you'll have three single crochets in the next three stages and do in the next one. Again, we will have one single crochet in each of the next three stitches. And dosing, They'll brochures and our next one. You repeat this a total of six times. We are done DO times now for the third time, one single crochet in each of the next three stages. Those and they'll grow shares in the next one. Repeat that three more dense. That's it. By the end of this sound, you'll have a total of 30 single crochets. And the next lesson, I'll show you how to do the rest of the seat gap. This was this flat part. Now what to do with this elliptical wall that is two or three rounds. So I'll show that in the next lesson. See you there. 7. Seed cap side of Acorn: In this lesson, I'll show you how to do the remaining part of the seat gap. We did this, this bar, the vertical wall. We did dot dot flat portion in the previous lesson. Now for the vertical wall, we are going to work around this rule without any increases or decreases for two rounds. So just crochet two rounds of one single crochet in each of the stitch of the previous round for two rounds, making can be single crochets in each round. Do that for two rules that we make. The vertical wall. For the last round, we are going to do a decrease of three stages in the overall round. That is, it will be decreasing in every ninth stitch. So you'll have a total of 27 stages. So do ones in each, in each stitches. And then you'll do a decrease in the ninth and the tenth stitch for doing the decrease in Sandy Hook and the next stitch, pull up a loop. Now again, enter the hook in the next stitch and pull another law. You'll have a total of three loops on the hook. Do a yarn over and pull through all the loops, that is one degrees. Now again, do it single crochets in each of the next eight stitches. One single crochet needs it. Again on the 9000 dense ditch. Do or decrease. Repeat that one more time. And you'll have a decrease of total three stitches. So you'll have these seven stitches in this zone. One single Rashi each in next eight stitches and a decrease in the ninth. And again, a total of three times for the last round. No slip stitch to end the round. Cut off the thread using living of ADA long day law of thread for slowing live around 10 to 12 inches long. So that this data will be used for suing the seat gap over the seed after the stuffing. That's it. Now, pull the thread through to secure it. There's no need to even the ends. We can always hide the ends inside the stuffing. The gap will be slightly bigger than the seed. Now in the next lesson, I'll show you how to grow, share the stem. I'll see you there. 8. Stem of Acorn seed : In this lesson, I'll show you how to crochet in the stem of the corner ornament. The stem is the spot. So I'll be using the same darker shade of brown that I used for the gap of the seed. Let's start with a slipknot. Now go ahead and make it Genes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 now will do stage in the second gene from the hook goal in the dark blue of the second gene from the book. And make a slip stitch and repeat the same for all the remaining six genes. Make us lipstick in the remaining 16 says, well, make sure that the genes are nice and even and the slip stitches are also nice and even and the way the stem will be crooked, make sure that do, make sure that it is even like this. Statistic should neither reduced tight or too loose and just got off the yarn about four to five inches. These tales of yarn will be used to attach the stem, do the gap of the seed. In the next lesson, I'll show you how to adapt the stem, do the seed cap of the acorn. Like I've done for this one. I'll see you in the next lesson. 9. Attaching the stem to Acorn top: In this lesson, I'll show you how to attach the stem of that gone to the seat gap. This is the seed camp that we made in the previous lessons, and this is the stem. First off, just cut off both the ends of the yarn to the equal, snip it off. Not now thread these two ends in the deep history needle. Now the stem is going to be applied at the center of the seat gap at the middle. So we'll just boss the needle from the right side to the wrong side. Bullet through polypeptide. Now, just not the three yarn ends that you can see here. One is from the big gap, the starting point of the mid-cap, and two are from the stem. This die multiple nodes so that it is nice and sturdy and it does not become loose. Try, I usually do two or three square knots. Is not it. And tighten it. Once done, you can just cut it off leaving about one inch still. Don't worry about weaving it in because when you saw the gap on the Agon, it will go inside and it will hide. In the next lesson, I'll show you how to sue the seat gap on the seed of the icon. We'll also see how to stuff it and the general finishing. So I'll see you in the next lesson. 10. Assembly of Acorn: In this lesson, I'll show you how to stuff the agon and how Google the basic finishing. So it'll be stuffing it with fiber fill and then we'll advise the seat gap, will the seed, the seed Put both the ends of yarn inside it. Now, starts stuffing it. Make sure it is nice and form should not be due fluffy or do bitly filled. This, make sure it is nice and firm. Once you are happy with the stuffing, even seat gap and place it over the stop seed. Before that thread ended, we left in the seat gap into the database she needed. Now play the seat gap over the seed like this. The seat gap, it would be slightly loser. We have made it like that because the acorn seed gap is slightly bigger than the seed. Now start doing it using any symbols link-stitch that you know. I'm using a simple backstage. Repeat this all around so bad the gap is nicely attached to the seed. Once done all the way round, do not foster mother. Yet. We're going to put a few stitches here on the top so that the top becomes slightly flat. Would pull the needle out from the dog, skip a few stitches, lead the third goal back in. Now, biden it so that it takes a proper shape. Rebuild that door three times so that the dog the gums totally flat to have a nice shape if you want to going to work this step. But I prefer doing that because it gives a, gives the garner more realistic shape. Make sure you don't pull it too tight otherwise because of the stuffing, the shape of the garment get distorted by deliberate, not debate. That's it. I think I'm happy with the shape. So once you're done, just fast the thread, a few more banks through the seed. Let it pass through the stuffing and then discarded or very close to the world. And just got it all. And that's it. Now if you are using it for three ornamental, a guy I'm doing so I'll just add that edge loop at the top. I'll bet that, you know, thread-local do the stem so that I can hang it on the Christmas tree. So for that, the state or small beads around 10 to 12 inches from the darker brown I'm taking credit. Didn't do the needle. Sit through the dark like this? I just tie a knot and your loop visibility. Instead of discordant read, you can also use a piece of ribbon or a golden thread does entirely up to you. I prefer to give it a more realistic look, so I'm adding a brown thread you want are the red colored ribbon or a golden find Teradata thicker thread. Now it is ready to hang on your Christmas tree. In the next lesson, I'll give you a few project ideas. So I'll see you there. 11. Summary and project ideas: In this lesson, I'll discuss the class project with you. So as we have learned to me, are these amicable me aquaporins in this class, I want you to meet these using a size 10 grocery cotton thread and upload the photos in the project so that me and the fellow students can see your creations and get inspired by them. So I am waiting to see what you create and what you learn from this class today. Thank you so much for watching the glass.
