1. Introduction to Class: Hello, everyone. My name
is Sabam and welcome to my class named Learn
Canva for Bgness. So today, I'm going
to tell you one of the easiest and very
super easy tool to use for your design. That is Canva. So what is Canva? Canva is the free tool which we can use to create the
beautiful designs. So you can make social post, YouTube thumbnails,
presentations, and many more just by using Canva. And also one thing, you don't need to be a
professional designer. This is especially
for the bigness. So it works right from
your browser of four. And the best part is you
just need to drag and drop. And if you know how
to drag and drop, that means you knew Canva. Canva comes with thousands
of free templates. So even if you're not
sure where to start, just pick a template, customize it with your content,
and you're ready to go. It's perfect for teachers, students, business
owners, content creators, basically anyone
who wants to make new and fresh designs and
also who love designs. So in this class, I'm going to teach you how to use Canva. I'm going to teach you and
explain you about everything, like every features,
for example, elements, contents, how to write text, how to give it effect, how to make it look
like a professional text designer, and many more. So without wasting our
time, let's start.
2. Learn how to use templates in Canva: Hello, everyone.
So let us start. So first, we'll go with
the opening of KanvaTool. For that, we will
write canva.com. Okay. So here we have the full design and
full UI of KanvaTol. So first, it says you have
to sign up. So let's go. If you have your own account, Google account, you can
continue with that. Okay, so now we have opened it. So as you can see,
there are options, so many options available
to make your design. So if you want to make here, you can click your design. There are ready made
templates given, and also we can use Canva air. It is very easy way
to make your design. So let's learn about
this right now. So first of all, I will show you the full UI of this Canva tool. Here you can find it
that there is Canva Pro. It's not needed for now because there are many
free options available. So in this class, we are not going to use
Canva Pro for sure. Here is a create option. Here is home option,
as you can see, here it is written in the search search millions
of templates. So yes, if I'm writing
something like exercise, Okay. I will be getting
all the templates available regarding exercise. It's endless actually, if I see, there are so many
templates available. And in the templates you can see here at the
corner and we can see it's written upgrade to pro to use this
premium template. So if you have a pro virgin, if you want to buy a pro virgin, then you will get this template. But as I said, there are
many free options for sure. So that is also very easy to do. Again, in this class,
we are going to only use free templates. These are the templates. We can add filters in it. Here we get the category, what do you want this
exercise theme in the form of an Instagram
post or your story, your Facebook post,
presentation, mobile video, YouTube thumbnail,
posters, infographics, videos, flyer,
document worksheets. Oh, my God, there
are endless logo, photo collage, sheet,
buffoon wallpaper. If I'm going for Instagram post, so I'll be getting all
the exercise updates in only the Instagram post. If even I click this one, it's more like this. You can see there
are more like this. If you want to change your
mind, you can go for this. Okay. And here on
the right side, it's written Black and
green Motivational fitness gym Instagram post. So this is 1080 by 1350 Pixel, which is the dimension
for Instagram post. And you can just click
on this template and your new tab will open
in which you can edit. The best part is you
can edit each element. Even this text, you
can change it into any form you want,
color, or anything. So this can all be edited. Here we go. Similarly, we can use any template or you can create a blank Instagram
post over here, as you can see, and
if you want template, you can take templates from you or if you want
to draw the design, if you want to any shapes or design over you,
you can go for it. This was a template idea. Now in next video, we will talk about Canva AI.
3. Learn how to use Canva AI: Hello, once again.
So in last video, we talk about templates. Now we'll go for A. So as we know that AI is a tool which helps
us in many things. Okay. So if we go for va AM, everything changes like
you have to describe your idea and it's written
and I'll bring it to life. So you can chat using voice. Okay, so you can add
media if you want. For the reference, or you
can just share your idea. Like, for example, one idea
I want to give is I want a thumbnme in which the will be they're written about class of abacus for Thursday session. Okay. This was a simple thing. I wanted to ask. Let
us see what it gives. We have to wait for some time. Okay, look at this. So here we have got
a simple thing. So it's written join our

this, we can edit. If you want to write
Bus class on Thursday, if you want to change the color, we can go for blue
Gray, light blue. Like any color you

if you want this, you can edit this as well. As you can see. Okay, next
we have got four options, which I would say is quite nice. If you want to edit,
if you want any other, if you can see if
you want this one. There are many more options. Here we go. And if you want to edit it into Canva
editor on the right top, you will find use
Canva editor in which you can edit in a more
designing way like you want, and every element
will be able to edit. As you can see, I can edit
if I want this or here, if I want some big in size, if I want to rotate,
it's possible. If I want to make it small
or big, it's possible. If I want to change
the text font, even that is possible, and also we can give
some effect to it, as you can see, if you
want to add some colors. Yeah, so this is the way
we can use Canva AI. It's very simple and it
makes your work more easy. I can give you some
other options as well. Template for printing of new launch of my makeup salon. Offer as for first ten clients is applicable. I'm giving just an idea. I can give you address as well. I can give my contact
number, details. If I want this to design for me, you can just go for
it, design for me. And then let us
see what it gives. You just have to sit quietly for some time,
and here you go. So here you have four options, makeup salon launch,
opening of grand salon. Okay, and book your appointment. All right. If you want
more designs or if you want with pictures of makeup
and brushes and cosmetics, here we can go for it. It's normally you have to give orders and they're
going to reply. That's it. So here we get some ideas about brushes
and makeup kits. If you want with pictures of palette or more designs or
with modern color options, let us see Oh, wow. So personally, you
know, I like this one. This is more bright, more text
can be written over here. This one is also good. So yes, so here we can get many options, and it's just your choice. That's it. So this
is very useful tool. Canva AI. I mean, Canva is a very useful tool, and especially Canva AI, it makes your life more easier. So this was for now.

4. Learn about Editing , Text and Colours: Everyone. So now, as we have seen about templates and Canva, as you can scroll down, there are many options
available for va templates. And now, we'll just see
what are the options for. So here we can see is Okay, these are the recent
designs and this home page, here you can see that
it's readily available. If you want to make
YouTube thumbnail, you just need to click
on YouTube Thumbnail, and you will get the same YouTube thumbnail
page over here. And from here, you can use
any template if you want. Like if I'm using a free
version of this one, Okay, I think we should hide this so we can clearly
see what is available. If you want to, you know,
change the text form, or if you want, Alexander or if you want to
change this channel, writing about Tom banner, channel, any name if you
want to give my gym journey, like 100 days
transformation, subscribe. And if you want to
change anything, like if you feel like
you like this color, you can go for the
options, color option. So one more thing I want to say, your document color means the color which are already
available over here, white, you can see
white on the left. This is the lightest
green. It's over here. The code is also given down
if you want to use the code, you can use whenever you
want to make the same thing. You can just copy the code and write it in any document page. So you can use that
anywhere when you want to make the same banner. Or same style of
banner if you want. Because when you make some professional banners
or anything, so the color matters the most. So the palette color is
already given over here. So it's very easy for you to
just choose the same color. Like if you want to
change the color of this, you can go if you
want a little dark, you can go for a little
dark or more light shade. But it will show
only the green shade as we are over here only. Okay. So this color, if you want to
change this color, so you can again go for changing from this to
this or like that. Here we go or
something like this. You can also change the
opacity of this color. Here from transparency, we can change the
opacity like this, or we can make it more dark.
I think this looks gore. So these are some
changes which we can do from the given
template, which is free. We can also change the colors
of the text if you want, if you want directly from not green shade,
but any other shade. I think this subscribe word
is not properly visible. So we can go for some
different color. Here we go. And if you want to
change the font style, it's Brno if you
want to go for this, but I think this looks
more clear and bold. Okay. And even if you want, you can change the text. If you want it in some this
font combination styles, we can easily go for it. It's just we have to
keep your gem journey, and we just need to
place it over you. And we can write my gym journey. Here we go. If you
want to change the color from black
to dark green, no, it's not visible, of course. Here we go. And if you want
to change the pair to this, so it matches properly, as you can see, I think,
but it's quite picker. So make it a little
small like this. Okay. If you want to change
the line spacing, you can go here on the top. I would suggest that
we should not use this font as my gym is
not properly readable, and this is the main, I think, so we can go for
some other font. Okay. So yes, I think
this looks cool. Or if you go back
to what we were. Okay, so this was
our original part. I think let's stick
to this only. Yeah, we will. All right. If you can see that if I'm
moving here and there, I can see the red
line, pink line. This shows the alignment. Even this plus sign inside, it shows that it is
properly in the middle. If I'm going on the left, it shows that it's
not in the middle. If I'm going up, then it
doesn't show any line, that means it's not
even in the center or not properly on
the left or right, I would say it's on the
left side, upper side. But if you want to fix it, it just come and fixed. Okay. This editing is really useful and
moreover, it's free. After this, if you are
loving everything, you can go for the share
option on the right. You can copy link or you
can just download it. PNG suggested and just download. That's it. You banner
will be downloaded. Also, there are many options
like elements and uploads. Right now, we just saw about
the text and the colors. In the next video, we'll

5. Learn how to use Elements and start your first Design!: Hello again. So in
the last video, we have seen how to use the text and how to edit in the already
available free template, which is in the Canva tool. So now in the same way we are going to talk
about the elements. Okay, if we are going
for some other template, let us start with plus add page. Okay? It's already colored. Let us remove this color. And if you want to
add a template, first, we'll go for design. But before that, let us find
out which design you want. If you go for any coffee
poster or something. Okay. So here we get
the options for coffee. Okay, this is a simple one. So we can see that we have just a text box over here
with a nice picture. So if you want to
add some elements, like, I'll go for this. Elements. And here you will
get frem, subscribe, arrow. Okay, these are
recently used one. So you can get many options. Okay, let me check if you want for grids,
photos, graphics, if I'm going for graphics, and if I'm searching graphic
related to coffee bins. Okay. Here I'm
getting many options. But as you can see
here, there is a crown, which means it's pro, but we are not going to
use the pro version, we are going to go
for the free one. Here we get the coffee mug. Again just to this over here, we can go for some
coffee bins, as well. You can just bend the
smaller and keep it we anywhere you want. Okay, these are the
elements graphic elements. If you wanted
something in color, there are options, filters
in which you can go for it, if you want in red color, so you will get the
options in red or orange. So you'll get the options
in orange, of course. But I think this one is better. Okay, this was graphics. If you're going for
stickers or photos, if I go for photos, and if I find coffee, beans, so these are the photos. And we can also remove the
background of the photo. But again, we will
require the pro virgin. Or there are many
free tool as well, with the help of which you can make the background transparent. But I think this photo is
not at all looking good. Okay, but still, this is also one type of element
where we can use this. Even you can use stickers, as you can see, of course, this butterfly
doesn't suit here. But still, there are
stickers options as well. And if I want to find stickers, wall stickers, shape sticker, food stickers, if I go for food, there are this
many options here. Stews. Okay. Here we go. There are many options
for stickers as well. So we can use this. So this is the element that we can use to make our design
look more designer. So this one is of course,
the best, I think. Okay. So this were the elements which we were trying
and having fun. I would suggest that you
also play around with this because this will
make look more better. So there are many other options, you can create table,
sheets, frames. Okay, let me show you how
we can put the frame. So if we are using this, so we can put any
image over here, like if I'm taking
the upload option, and if I want to insert
some photo in that, for example, I want
to put this photo. So by moving this from here
to here, it fits properly. We can also crop by
clicking double. We can also crop it in
this way. And here we go. Get more smaller, bigger. Again, if you want to crop, you can go for it. Smart crop. We can rotate, which is
not needed, of course. As you can see, this is a frame. Okay, so this we can use
it for uploading anything. If you want to
upload this photo, as you can see, we can
just make it small. In this way, we can make it small and put
it in the corner. If we want, we can edit as well. This is the third
picture we can use. We can crop it down. Here we go. We can edit
it from the left side. Like if you click on the picture on the top, we can find edit. So we can edit pictures as well, if you want to make it colorful,
light color, anything. So we can go for that. Or we can also go for
background removal, but here is the Canva
Pro option for that. So in this way, we can
upload any picture as well. First, we have to download
it and then we can upload. There are many effects as well. Shadow effect, we can
give the outline. We can change the
color to green, and this way,
outline can be done. Like if you're
adding any picture, for example, let me show you. If I'm adding any
picture over here, let me show you nicely. Let me keep this over here. Okay. So if I want to show this picture and if I want to outline,
so it's very simple. You just need to edit
on this picture. You have to go to shadows outline and change the
color to something bright. And if you want, you can
increase the size or decrease. Here we go. Okay, so this were the options this
were some ideas for elements and uploading options. So I hope you have
got lots of ideas. Even with the images,
you can upload videos or audio as well. You just need to upload the
file from your computer. You just need to upload
from your device. Even we can just dragon drop
like from any other browser, you can just drag any photo and you can drag it over here. So I hope you have
understood this. So this was the rough idea
about how to use elements, text, and, you know, uploads, how to use a templates, how to use a design. So, you know, what happened is, if you code more deep, you'll understand more better. Okay. So here, this
