1. What this class is about: Hi guys. I am dying of paper from Switzerland. And I've worked in coffee for the past four years. I've worked as a barista behind the bar, and currently I'm roasting coffee and carried classes. I love to share knowledge about coffee. You might even have seen my other classes here on skill share. If not, I highly recommend you to do so. This class only covers a certain technique of Latte are the most important lessons will be out of the milk and how to set up the ground. With these two lessons, you're already well equipped for this class. As latte art takes an immense amount of training to master or learn to create this class, where it should be the easiest way to do something amazing in your cappuccino. It doesn't matter if you just started with coughing or already know a bit more. You certainly can do this that the arts I show you here. But of course you can just watch the class out of curiosity and enjoyed it. That's for sure. I will show you all the necessary techniques you use to match with this kind of lucked out. And I will show you a lot of different patterns you can try at home. I think that's enough for now. So let's get on to the next class. 2. Techniques used for etching: Hi guys. In this class, I want to show you all the necessary techniques for ensuring that all you need is something you can use as energy pen. This can be something that is specially designed for this purpose, but it can also be a toothpick or down to have a school. And you need a piece of paper and a pen to adopt these patterns are pretty simple. You certainly get a lot quicker do desired result when you sketch out the patents. First, two tools on the right-hand side is what I use for my latte art. But the other ones are just fine too. And these are the sketches I did before I made the latte art in the coffee. Okay, so let's talk about technique. First and foremost, you don't want to hold your etching pen like a pen you would use on a piece of paper. Use it the way I do hear. This way, you get a nice and uniform line. Not like the first-line I did. That is way too thick. And for any drawing you want to make him the Cramer just dip the tip of your etching pen in the milk foam first and then make the line and the crema. To create trigger points in the Cramer, just use your spoon. If you want to achieve the shape of the body in the Cramer, just scooping the myth form and move inside the milk foam to create a nice and round body. What we only did with milk foam so far. It's also possible with the Kramer. Most cases you want to draw eyes like I do here. So you just scoop in a little bit of Kraemer and draw on the white spots in the cafe. To make the eyes more realistic. Just go a little bit of melt phone and make a small dot on the ice. Okay? These techniques can be applied to any pattern. I'm going to show you in this class. If anything special comes up, we will talk it through in more detail as we get along. In most cases, I'll keep my mouth shut. So just lean back, enjoy, and maybe even take some notes as you watch the class. The next one. 3. Cat #1: This is how I create the base for most patents I show you here. It's kinda similar to when you want to pour a hard just without the cutting fruit. 8. Cat #6: All right. 14. Cat #12: Wow. Hello. 15. Bear #1: To create a base for this pair pattern. Just pouring something similar to a tulip with two stacks. If it doesn't work out with pouring it, just draw it on the Kramer. 20. Dinosaur #1: Okay. Greetings or Kansas. However, we are looking for a new front, bring into drift South and East, North, Central and Eastern parts of Kansas were very proudly be found in the morning. And then Western Kansas will begin to get increasing economists by tomorrow afternoon. Today lesson reading 7370 to 7072. 21. Dinosaur #2: Today, when suddenly had about five miles an hour, 30.001 is rising and no precipitation or about a half inch behind regression, the aperture head for the year, 153 hundredths beeline for the year so far moving up a little bit of a change tomorrow. Today, of course, there's nothing showing up on the radar. However, the satellite photo was pretty interesting. Great yards wide band of really heavy snow and you know what will happen each time that you see the frontal system on there that begins at six o'clock in the morning, and then you'll see the pattern until two o'clock this afternoon. So as of that time, of course, the front was way off in the Northwest. Now however, it's moving into the central part of the nation with a couple of high pressure sex cells behind it. And abuse. And low pressure. 22. Dinosaur #3: Rain and snow. 23. Dinosaur #4: Yes. 26. Whale #3: All right. 31. Manta: Right. 32. Indian: I'm pretty sure you have seen this pattern somewhere already. And it actually isn't as difficult as it looks like. The most difficult part is certainly to pour in a nice row setup. In this class, I only showed you a easy lot. There are patterns to do, but when your skills developed further, you can combine the skills from pouring and ECI to create something truly amazing. Hello. 33. Final thoughts: Hi guys. I showed you a lot of easy to create about dark patterns and the techniques required to do so. We've just added a bit of creativity. You can create any kind of plot that you want in your cappuccino. I know it's certainly not something to do when working in a coffee shop. It's more about exploring the possibilities with coffee. You enjoyed this class and I hope that you'll even learn something new. Thanks for watching and see you in the next one.
