1. Introduction to Colour Pencil Drawing: Hello, welcome to the Introduction to colored pencil drawing course. My name is Divya. And in this course, you will learn about all basic techniques and color pencils. You will learn about pencil pressures, layering, blending, hatching, crosshatching, and how to use these techniques and drawings. It's a perfect beginner friendly course for those who want to learn and don't know where to start. Spare a few minutes and know that you can drive a learning techniques. Let's start drawing together. Thank you. 2. Basic Techniques in Colour Pencils: Hello, my name is Divya. In this video, you will learn about seven techniques using color pencils. We can hold up pencils in this way or this way. In the first second, we are going to use light pressure. Pressure means how hard we presented a paper with a color pencils. Let's see a small sample. In the drawing. You can see high applying very light pressure. In this circle, we are going to apply more pressure to the pencil. Let us apply this technique in the drawing. In this circle, let us see how to do layering and blending techniques. Use medium pressure to your pencil and give a shape. Now you can add another layer, another color, pencil and add next layer. I have taken a light blue shade. It will blend into the actual color if you pick a random color and numerous light shade as the next layer. Let us see it with slower domain. In this convenient about the white gradient technique. For this, we need to add white color first and give another color chaired with normal pressure. This tick tick is used for a smooth finish and will be raised. After layer of outage pressure. You apply more pressure to your pencil and can give it another layer. This circle will learn about gradient technique. For this, we need to give heavy pressure to the pencil and reduce gradually to light pressure. Now, in this circle will learn about hatching technique. You can fill it with any set of lines only in one direction. That can be vertical, horizontal, or diagonal. But remember to follow one direction while using hatching technique. This technique applies to a few drawings, which we will learn in other videos. Now this is a cross hatching technique. This technique is similar to hatching, but we use lines from any directions. Here. As you can see, I'm getting lines from different angles. These are the basic techniques for one to start with color pencils. Thank you for watching. I hope you like it. 3. Layering Effect Part 1: Welcome back. In this video, you will learn about the layering technique. To show this technique, I am drawing a rough watermelon sketch, made shot. The sketch should be very light. It will be easy to use colored pencils over it. Hello sketches, ready? 4. Layering Effect Part 2: Let's start coloring it. I have picked these colors, pink shades and green shades for the Mullen, brown and black for the seats. Let's start with light pink color pencil. I'm giving border first. He tends to color inside without letting the **** out of the toy. Now start shedding inside. Let it be sunlight shared here. For that, leave the area without coloring. After adding a few layers, you will notice the share we are leaving now. We did this with the first layer. 5. Layering Effect Part 3: No, I took another being shared to add the next layer. After giving the shared, use the same pencil to provide a border with the literal pressure. Use the same pencil for another layer. Little pressure. Now add some texture in a few areas to look like the real one. For this texture effect, we should apply a little more pressure. After giving fixture, use the same pencil to add another layer with pressure. Pick up a red color pencil to add some texture. Using the same red color pencil. I had another layer. 6. Layering Effect Part 4: While coloring down area, use a light pressure technique to look like a real one. Now using the green color pencil, give a border. Make it a little darker with dark green. Given a little shared with the light green pencil. Use a white color pencil for blending. Using red color pencil make boarders a little darker, and also give darker shades in few areas. Apply pressure to the pencil in the required area. He also pencil to draw seats, outlined the seeds with a black color pencil. Using brown color pencil and get the inner shell. Through this, we have learned about the layering effect with color pencils. 7. Hatching Technique with Colour Pencils: Let's use hatching technique in this drawing. You can observe, I am just giving pencil strokes from down to the upward direction. That means you have two pressure your pencil at starting and reduce the pressure wind going upwards. And make sure to follow the direction of the drawing. He hadn't just giving a random line, which is nothing but hunching. To complete this toy. You can also choose any other drawing. This for practice. It is one of the drawings which come under the hatching techniques. Thank you for watching.
