Hi there,

I'm Sina, an entrepreneur, podcaster, and adidas Brand Manager. I started my first mini-business when I was 16 years old, and moved abroad during my studies, living in Spain, Malaysia, and the UK. Now I live in Germany and spend my time podcasting, and consulting brands like adidas, BMW, and TikTok on how to brand with purpose.

My Personal Branding journey started in 2018 when I was struggling to find a career that fits who I wanted to be. So I launched the Shared Diversity podcast, where I talked about how to use the power of diversity to help brands change the world. My channels grew over the next few years, and I started making videos about broader topics like personal branding, business, and&nbs... See full profile

1. Class Intro: When people say, how come we all have 24 hours, but some people just achieve more than others? The answer is, they don't do everything themselves. But I get it, you just feel like there's not enough hours in the day, like your energy is constantly drained, your to do list never ends. What if you could use AI tools to save 80% of your time wasters. Welcome to how to use AI to organize your life. The class that will change the way you manage your time and energy using AI. Hi, I'm Sina Port, Adidas's Brand Manager, founder of Brand Academy and someone who's been where you've been. I filled my brand from the ground up to a five figure clan business all while working full time. Let me tell you, AI was a game changer for me, saving me energy and boosting my productivity. You might wonder, is an AI complex? Is it really reliable or is it just too expensive? I get it. I was never the techie type, so I thought, but after using AI for over three years now in my business, it has saved me days of work and thousands of dollars that I would otherwise have spent on hiring. Whether you're new to AI, or you have tried it before you will find some shortcuts in this class you never knew existed. The best part, we'll do this using AI tools that are easy, reliable, and free to use. We'll also dive into some time saving hacks that will make you feel like you have your own team for assistance. Whether you're a busy professional or hobby enthusiast, or simply someone looking to reclaim their time and energy, this class is the place to start. Let's get into organizing your life with AI. I'll see you in class 2. AI tools: Welcome to the class. In this lesson, we'll talk about the tools we'll be using in this class and my top tips for you to use them. By using AI tools, you can automate tasks like content creation, research, and even personal productivity. It's a powerful way to save you time and energy in your daily life. Behind the scenes, AI tools like ChatGPT learn from massive amounts of data so they can understand language and make accurate predictions. They use algorithms to process information and come up with useful responses. The more they learn, the better they become at understanding and helping us. Let's get into the three main AI tools we'll mostly be using in this class. You'll find links to all the AI tools we'll be using in the resource section of the class, so check that out. Starting with ChatGPT. ChatGPT is a type of artificial intelligence tool that uses natural language processing to have conversations with users. It's like having your own personal chat bot that can understand what you're saying and respond accordingly. ChatGPT uses a large database of text in the conversations to create responses based on your input. However, it's worth noting that the information database has may not always be up to date or accurate, and the tool's responses may not reflect the most current information available. But obviously it's also learning, so now it's getting updated to provide you with the most accurate and newest information. To set up a ChatGPT account, you can visit the OpenAI website and follow their instructions to create an account and get started with the tool. I'll show you how. All you need to do is go to OpenAI. You can sign up here. You can use your Google information, your Gmail account. When you sign up, you will see your chat opening here, and then you can give it inputs. Let's get into the second tool, and that's for all of those who live in countries where ChatGPT is not available. After my last AI class, I received a lot of messages from you that ChatGPT isn't working in places like the Middle East so here's a tool you can use in Arab speaking countries, the Bdeens Chat. Bdeens AI, especially Bdeens Chat is a great AI chat solution for Arabic-speaking users, although you can also give it English inputs. What I love about Bdeens is that they actually give you tutorials on how to use the tool best and they create the best prompts you can use to get the best outputs. If you've ever used AI tools before, you know that nothing is more powerful than getting the right prompts to save you time and improve the output of the chat. To get started, you can go to the bdeens.com website and click on Bdeens Chat or you can directly open chat.bdeens.com and sign up here. You can also use your Google account just quickly to sign up and then start exploring the page. By clicking on the chat button, you can start chatting with the chat. Next step, Notion, Notion AI is another tool we'll be using in this class. Unlike ChatGPT and Bdeens Chat, Notion AI is not a chatbot. Instead, it's a tool designed to help you organize your life and work. With Notion you can create custom templates, set reminders, and automate your tasks. It's a powerful tool that can help you stay on top of your to-do list and make sure you never miss an important deadline or see things in a very organized way. While AI chats are designed to have conversations with their users, Notion AI is more focused on organizing information. To open a Notion account, you can go to notion.so and just follow their instructions. Like I said, I've been using Notion for my team and myself to organize my social media, but also organize any class content that I have for my courses and membership. You can sign up with the email and it's totally for free. After you set up a Notion account, all you need is to go into your space and click on ''Start Writing With AI'' or you can basically just click the space bar anywhere and ask AI to write anything for you. You can find links to all the AI tools mentioned in this class in the resource section, and we'll also look at more specific niche AI tools later on in the class. Before we dive deeper into how to use AI to organize your life, let's quickly review some AI basics that you should know before you start working with the tools. If you are new to AI, these tips will especially be helpful to get the most out of the tools we'll be using, however, if you've already watched my other AI class, feel free to skip ahead to the next section. Let's start with the first tip. Be specific with your prompts. AI works best when given clear and specific prompts. Rather than asking it to tell me about meditation, which is a very generic and wide prompt that can give you anything from the history of meditation to meditation types, you want to be specific and try asking it to tell me how I can use meditation as a busy professional every morning to improve my health and become calmer. This helps the tool to understand exactly what you're looking for and generate content that meets your specific needs. The next step is to give AI your own input. While AI is powerful, it still benefits from your own expertise and creativity. So rather than simply asking, come up with 10 tips on how to structure my day, try asking it to come up with 10 tips on how to structure my day based on these repetitive tasks and work I have everyday. Insert your own input so you can give AI a starting point to align with your own brand voice, your ideas, and your day-to-day tasks that you want it to help you organize. Next, let's talk about some AI chat specific tips for tools like Bdeens Chat or ChatGPT. The first is to use the same chat for the same audience or purpose. This helps the tool to learn from your previous inputs and generate better quality content over time. If you use a new chat, you'll have to share your information all over again with the chat, so don't do that. Let's say we want to continue on the structuring your day about repetitive tasks, the input that we gave earlier, you want to use the same chat and say, turn these tips into a table. Now, instead of going to a new chat and saying, give me all the repetitive tasks that I'm doing and turn them into a table, you can just give follow up prompts to the chat so it understands exactly what you want. Next, prepare the chat to answer your prompts. Before asking the AI chat to generate content, give it various pieces of information about what you want to do first. After each piece of information, ask it, do you understand? If yes, type yes. This helps the AI chat learn to better understand your needs and what you're actually looking for. Later when you want to ask it something, it has a better understanding of the background. Here's an example, I'm asking the chat, I want your help to create a landing page from my website where I want to sell my digital products. Now I can go back in with more information about my target audience, about my product itself, and then the chat basically learns from my inputs and later on when I want to tell it now, write landing page, it knows exactly what to do. Next, use TLDR for summaries. If you need a summary of a long text and you just don't have time to read it, you want to copy paste the text, add it into the chat, and then ended with TLDR, which stands for too long, didn't read. The chat will then provide you with the summary of the text. Here's an example. I'm going on my website and let's say we're taking a part of a blog that I wrote on my website. Let's find a longer blog. I'm going to copy paste this into the chat and we'll start a new chat and then put TLDR at the end and then it will basically come up with a summary of the long text. Instead of having to read the entire text, which is way too long and I don't have time for it, I can basically read this paragraph. Or let's say I want to give someone a summary of the blog that I wrote, I can copy paste this paragraph and send it to them. This makes it easy to understand the main points of a long text without reading the entire text. These are the AI tools and rules you should know about before going into the lessons. We will also cover other AI tools to save you time and energy throughout that are more niche to each of the areas of our lives that we want to organize. But these three will be the main tools we'll be using. When you're done setting up your accounts and playing around with them a little bit, let's come to the class project 3. Class Project: For AI classes, I love giving you practical class projects. Before we dive into the class, let's clarify that the project of this class is not doing any kind of worksheets, but rather we will go through a set of prompts that you can use in real time to help you organize your life. The idea is that you'll follow along with the prompts I'll show you throughout each lesson and you use them to save you time and energy. For the class project, I want you to try at least three different prompts and outputs that we cover in this class. Then I want you to share a quick note in the project section of this class about how you felt using it and the results on how each prompt helped you organize your life. By using these different prompts, you'll get into the flow of using AI every day to make your life easier and become more productive. This hands-on experience will allow you to see the benefits of AI tools in a real-life setting and help you become more comfortable in using them. I created this class to help you save time and energy by outsourcing or simplifying tasks that can be easily done by AI. Each lesson is organized according to the biggest time wasters that most people experience on average every week. Each of the next lessons, we'll focus on the common time wasters. We will go through how much time you will be saving and I'll give you practical prompts to follow. By the way, if you simply want to copy paste the prompts we're going through in this class, head over to the Resource section of this class. Here you can get all my AI power prompts and templates, so you can simply copy paste them and use them directly. After you've done that, let's get into the first lesson, how to use a AI to organize your food 4. Food: Welcome to the first lesson of how to use AI to organize your life. Food. Did you know that on average, people spend around six hours a week thinking about and preparing things around food. That's a lot of time. In this lesson, we're going to focus on how AI can help you save time and energy when it comes to food. The first way to save time is by creating a meal-plan and grocery list. I love eating good food, but I absolutely don't want to spend time planning out my meals or creating grocery list for them. The whole organizing and research process is just too time-consuming and annoying. But with AI you can save yourself up to an hour a day. We'll cover prompts for creating meal plans, grocery lists, and even recipes, including meal plan for the week or month, food ideas based on your preferences, food based on your dietary needs without foods you don't like, grocery shopping list and recipes. So let's get started with the following prompts. We will start small with this one, recipes you could eat every day for a week. This is prompt Version one. We'll start a new chat and we'll go in with generate a list of breakfast ideas with recipes I could eat every day for a week and not get bored of. It should take me less than five-minutes, have less than five ingredients, and should be high in protein, I am vegan, put it into a table. Here you can see the day, the breakfast idea, the ingredients you need and the recipe itself. Because you said I am vegan, it also gives you very dietary specific recipes to follow. Let's come to prompt Version two. Generate a week's worth of different recipes that I can use with the same ingredients. If you use the same ingredients, you can save yourself time, but it can give you different breakfast ideas and recipes. So this is the full prompt I'm putting in. Generate a week's worth of different breakfast recipes that each use the following same ingredients I have. Each recipe shouldn't take more than a five minutes to make, and should have high nutritional value. Here's what I have, eggs, milk, flour, cheese, toast. Put them into a table. So here you're basically asking the chat to give you ideas with the ingredients you already have to maximize your efficiency. You can do the same for dinner and lunch of course. Make sure you include the time that you want to spend on creating the idea, your preferences and dietary restrictions. Because you asked for the recipes to be put into a table, you can easily organize and plan your meals throughout the week. Now, let's get into some more elaborate examples of how to use AI for food organization, creating a meal plan and grocery list. This prompt is structured in three different parts. Here's how it's designed. It's designed to give AI the role of a nutritionist so the AI tool knows exactly from what perspective to give you ideas. It helps you get into the details of your requirements such as number of meals, calories, dietary preferences, cooking and prep time, allowing repeat meals and the number of people involved in eating. You got to keep in mind specifics are key to get the best results from the AI tool. Let's get started with the first prompt. We'll start a new chat for this one, so the chat can actually learn from our inputs. The first prompt is, I need you to take on the role of a professional nutritionist. I would like for you to craft me a healthy plan for seven days, including items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, no snacks. The meal plan should cover two people and have no more than 1,500 calories per person per day. Leftovers for all meals are fine, but I should never have to eat the same thing three times a day. Dinner should take no more than 20 minutes to make, lunch, should not be taking more than 15, breakfast, not more than five. I don't like broccoli or potatoes, so don't include those. All meal should be low fat. So you can see here it gives you the days. It gives you a meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And it also makes sure that it doesn't include all the things that you don't like. This prompt is great because it gives you specific details about what you want and what you want the AI tool to do with that information. It also gives clear guidelines on calorie counts, prep time and dietary preferences. So if you have any special needs, that's the perfect prompt to use. By giving the AI tool the role of a nutritionist, it helps it to understand exactly what you need and generates the output that meets your needs. But this is only the first prompt, let's get into the follow-up prompts that we put in afterwards. Please provide all of the recipes for Day two meals so that the recipe can be split between two people to achieve the aforementioned calorie count. Here you see a bigger break down into the breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes, the exact instructions and how it can be split between two people, so the amount of food you actually need to feed two people. You can do that for all days, of course, but now we just started with Day two. But now we're going to Prompt three, and that is all about creating the grocery list. Let's go to the last prompts and that is this one. Please make a complete grocery list for all the recipes for Day 1 through to Day 7 out of the above. Combine ingredients in this for example, of two recipes call for two cups of Greek yogurt. The grocery list should say four cups of Greek yogurt, so you need to be very specific. If you like, you can also tell it turn this into a table so it's easier for you to look at and follow when you're actually going to the grocery store to shop. These prompts are good because they are clear and specific. They are formulated in a way that will get you a plan that you can actually use in real life. Go ahead and use one of these prompts to organize one of your time wasters regarding to food this week. Whether you spend a lot of time on figuring out your meals, preparing your grocery list, or looking up recipes. To figure out what are the time wasters you are struggling with. Out source at least one of those timer wasters now with either of the tools we went through. When you're done, we'll get to the next lesson, procrastination 5. Procrastination: Welcome to the second lesson about how to use AI to overcome procrastination. Think about how many hours a week us on procrastinating, 6, 7, 8 hours scrolling social media instead of acting on your to-do list? That's a lot of time wasted. In this lesson, we're going to focus on how to use AI to help you save time and energy and overcome procrastination. Here are some prompts to get you started. Let's say you already have a to-do list, but you don't know where to get started. You can ask AI to give you an organization of your to-do list and prioritize it with this prompt. I have six things on my to-do list, but I don't know how to structure my day in order to get them all done. I want to work no longer than four hours, ideally less, I want time for a nap during the day, and ideally, the hardest task should be done first. here are the six things. I said, I need to buy gear from Amazon, I need to create a post for Instagram, I need to answer client emails. I'm asking AI to organize my day in order to do the hardest task first and prioritize all the things that I have on my list. It said start with a pitch for an important clients, this is the most challenging task. Do it early in the morning so you have the most energy and you are the freshest. Then take a quick break because that already takes one-and-a-half hours. Then you can answer client emails, which is also significant, but can take a little bit less time off your schedule. Then you can create a post for Instagram, take a nap, practice Spanish, buy gear, and buy groceries. This is actually a really good way to prioritize your to-do list if you don't know where to get started. This prompt is also a good way to overcome procrastination because it helps you structure your day in a way that maximizes productivity and minimizes burnout. By starting with the hardest task, you'll be more likely to tackle it head-on and get it out of the way, and then do all the things that you like to do as time wasters usually, I know you do, and you can put that at the end of the day. In the beginning of the day, you really eat that frog. If you haven't read that book, you should try it out. It's a great book on organizing your priorities. You are getting the hardest task out of the way, and then you can focus on other things that don't take that much of your energy later in the day. But let's say you don't know where to get started and you don't really have a to-do list, then you can try this prompt. Of course, you need to personalize it to who you are. I'm a creative agency owner that needs to schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I need time for meetings, preparing pitch decks, onboarding freelancers, and creative tasks, which should take most of the time because creative tasks are important. I like to take breaks for walking and food, but I still need to be productive. What is good schedule to follow? It gives you a schedule roughly on how to organize your morning routine, then how to do your breakfast, emails, preparing for meetings, and creative tasks early in the morning so you have the most energy. You have a short break before another round of meetings, and of course, as always, you can also turn this into a table. It's easier for you to look at. I love this because it's just so much easier to memorize or copy paste and actually put on a piece of paper so you can follow along to it. To use this prompt effectively, be sure to include specific details about your schedule and who you are, such as the time of day you prefer to work and certain tasks that you want to do, how long you want to spend on each of the activity or how much energy it requires. This way you can stay on track and avoid procrastination. Now it's time to personalize those prompts to organize your day and avoid procrastinating in your own life and business. Go ahead and try it, and when you're done with that, let's get to the next lesson, how to use AI to organize your wardrobe and clothes. 6. Clothes: Welcome to the lesson, how to use AI to organize your wardrobe and clothes. People spend around five hours a week thinking about what to wear. Now, unless you are in love with dressing up everyday of the week or you're a stylist, designer, or a model, that's a lot of time. In this lesson, we'll focus on how to use AI to organize your wardrobe and clothes. Because let's be honest, unless it's a special occasion, you don't need to be spending so much time on that. Let's ask AI to give you a weekly plan on what outfits to wear so you can plan ahead. The first prompt idea is clothes per day. Let AI pick out your clothes per day a week in advance. We all know since we're little that picking out your clothes for week in advance can save you time and energy in the mornings, which means that you'll have more time to focus on the important tasks and be more productive throughout the entire day. Let's get started with this prompt. I need help planning my outfits for the week. Please provide me with a selection of clothing combinations for each day starting from Monday to Sunday. My style is, and then you insert your style preferences, you insert your color preferences, the occasion I'll be dressing for, and I like to feel, put in your comfort level, and put that into a table. This is way easier to look at than you go out and pick your clothes. As you know, I love tables. I just think that's the best way to organize everything. Let me give you an example on how that could look like. Please provide me with a selection of clothing combinations for each day. My style is feminine, modest, elegant, and minimalist. I prefer the colors beige, brown, white, and black. The occasion I'll be dressing for is work, but I also am going to be in the home office when I will be creating content for social media. I like to feel comfortable but put together. Turn it into a table. Here you can already see that the outfit is so accurate. Start the week with a beige midi wrap dress, blah, blah. Alternatively, you can also ask it to create a more structured table where it can actually give you an outfit plus the shoes plus the colors, but I think this one will be fine for now. Another way of letting AI save you time with your clothes is to use a prompt to make basics look different every day with accessories. You can essentially wear the same for an entire week, but it always looks different because you add accessories to it that makes outfit look different. Here's a prompt outline for doing exactly that. I want to maximize my wardrobe by styling my basics in various ways. Provide me with creative outfit ideas using different accessories. Remember I want to wear the same for every day for a week, but I want it to look different every week. Let me give you an example. Of course, you want to insert your style, you want to insert the days you're looking at. What I'm going to insert is, remember I want to wear the same every day for a week, Monday to Friday and a timetable. Occasion will be casual work, my style preference is minimalist and sporty, but I like to incorporate colors into my black and white basics. Here you will get a table of how you can do that and because I like it to be a little bit more specific, now, I'm going to show you how to turn that into a table that can give you actually outfits, shoes, and accessories. Here, it will give you a clearer table where it will create a column for shoes, accessories, colors, and the outfit itself. As you can see, that outfit is always the same because I ask it to have the same basic everyday. The basic is a white t-shirt with black jeans and then you can connect it with another basic like white shoes. If you like to be more creative with it, what you have to add are the accessories. Here you can also say, I want to wear different shoes every day, so turn the table into me having the same black and white t-shirt and pants, but different shoes. Or you can just follow the accessories that I gave you and you can see how it looks different every day. I love this one because after one week you can change your basics, do your laundry all in one go, and you don't really have to think about a different outfit from the ground up, which is always super helpful. The next is actually to find a style that works for you. This is perfect for those who still love to be creative with their clothes, but they need a little help finding out what fits them. Let's look at the prompt of finding your style. Here's the prompt outline. I'm looking to discover my personal style. Can you assist me in narrowing down some options and suggest outfits for my preferences and body type. By the way, if you don't know your body type or color season, you can use the prompt, I want you to help me find my body type and my colors season, ask me questions and you can help me find which type I am. But let's just say that you already know what body type you are and what colors season, so what colors fit you, then you can use this prompt. I'm looking to discover my personal style. Can you assist me narrowing down some options? My bad type is a Soft Classic and my color season is Dark Autumn. My style preference is earthy, elegant, feminine, and I'm drawn to colors like green, brown, and orange. I like to feel comfortable, but dressed up. Turn it into a table from which I can choose outfits, colors, and shoes. Here, we're already giving some table specifics, I want to see colors, I want to see outfits, I want to see shoes. Then it gives you different options on how you can combine that in a way that fits to your color preferences. Go ahead. Now it's time to try some of these prompts for yourself and share them in the project section of this class so you can save time and headache when picking out your wardrobe and clothes. I'm really looking forward to seeing some of your results in the project section of this class. Make sure that you share this. When you're done with that, we go to the next lesson, how to use AI for creative thinking 7. Creative Thinking: Welcome to the lesson how to use AI for creative thinking. This might sound counter-intuitive, I know, but AI can assist you in generating creative ideas. I know we always hear AI will never replace human creativity and that's actually true but it can help you get your creative juices flowing and can get you out of a creative rut. It can provide you with inspiration for the hobbies you have or the projects and it can even give you a design suggestions and artistic styles based on your individual preferences. Keep in mind, I would recommend the small c when you feel like you're in a creative rut and you need ideas quickly. This is especially helpful for people who need to get something done, a project, a book in a specific time frame. Sitting on your laptop, never helped. So what I would recommend is actually to get your phone instead of your laptop and open the AI app and go for a walk. This way you have the perfect mixture of having a creative environment like nature and an AI tool that can give you prompts to start thinking. Yes, this time you ask AI to give you prompts that will help you think more creatively. Let's explore some thoughts that are definitely wasting your time and some prompts that can help you get out of a creative rut. Starting with, I'm feeling stuck and can't come up with any good ideas. We've all been there so here's a prompt that might help. Let's use Notion for this one. For this, as always, you just click, "Space" and then you give it your prompt. The prompt that I'm using is I'm totally stuck in my painting process. I mostly work with watercolors. Can you help me get unstuck and come up with fresh ideas that are super unconventional and new? Here, it actually has some really cool ideas paint with salt, use unconventional tools, play with negative space, experiment with different surfaces. Though you might have used some of those techniques before, they can be a good thought starter to get you started off thinking about your creative process and what else you could try. I'm struggling to find inspiration for my latest projects. A prompt that could be helpful here is this one. You can actually tell your AI chat or your AI tool how you're feeling because it helps it generate better results for you. Remember, you want to be as specific as possible. Let's start a new one and say, I'm seriously struggling to find inspiration for my graphic design project about the immigrant experience. Can you give me some cool prompts or questions to get my creative juices flowing? Here you have some questions that the AI actually asks you that can help you start thinking about your design project. How does it look like? How do immigrants adapt to a new culture? What are some stereotypes and misconceptions and so on? It can really get you started, especially when you're stuck in your head. Let's say you are bored from doing the same thing over and over again. You can use AI to help you with that too. Let's start a new one and explore this prompt. I want you to think outside the box n my book writing, I write kids books. Can you give me some unique ideas that will go against the norm and catch people's attention? Here you have some ideas of reverse storytelling, use of technology, mixed genres, unconventional settings, unconventional protagonists. Instead of using a girl protagonist, you can feature a robot or an animal. These things are really good prompts for you to start thinking about, if you're bored with your process because you still keep consuming the same content and then those questions and those tips can get you started to think of it more unconventionally. Let's come to the next problem. Let's say you struggle with motivation and what you're thinking is I'm lacking motivation and I need help getting back into my creative momentum. Here is a prompt that can help you. I'm an artist, I love creating work that is inspired by nature. My creative energies are running empty I need a boost. Can you help me find my motivation and give me some strategies to get back into my creative momentum? Here, it gives you very easy ideas on how you can get out of this rut. Take a break, try new things, collaborate with others, keep a sketchbook. Maybe you wouldn't have thought about starting collaboration in a moment where you have lost your momentum but actually collaborating with people could help your creative momentum. Whatever you're taking from this creative input, remember, AI will never replace your own creativity, but it can help you get going with your own creativity and push you towards your edges. Try some of these out and when you're done, let's go to the next lesson, writing and editing 8. Writing & Editing: Welcome to Lesson 5 on how to use AI for writing and editing. On average, people spend around 5-10 hours per week on writing and editing tasks. With these tools, you can save hours per week by improving grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Let's get started. First off, I love using Grammarly. Let's talk about Grammarly and how it can help you improve your writing life and make it easier. It's the AI writing tool that most of us will be familiar with. Grammarly is like having a personal editor by your side. It's a tool that can save you time and improve your writing skills while you're writing. As you're writing, it provides you help with improving your writing so it catches grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style issues in real time. Let's get into an example. Here you can see, one, it spots an error, it underlines it, and suggests ways to fix that. Just click on a suggestion and there you go. You're writing becomes cleaner and more polished. I personally love using Grammarly for emails because it fixes mistakes I'd usually glance over really fast, and it also gives you more suggestions down here on engagement, clarity, and all these things. But the nice thing is it also goes beyond just catching mistakes or giving you improvements. It helps improve your writing style in general to become more clear. You'll get suggestions on making your sentences more concise, confident, or even reader-friendly, and it's super accessible tool. You just have to create a free account. It's available across multiple platforms, so you can use it wherever you write. For me, I downloaded the extension so all I have to do is click on the extension up here, whether it's any web browser, Microsoft offers, your phone, your tablet, it syncs with all your devices, so you'll have consistent checking and editing wherever you go. The second tool that I nowadays almost use daily is Hemingway. Hemingway is a writing tool named after the author, Ernest Hemingway. The name is also the idea behind the tool. Hemingway supposedly used words so simple that he basically wrote for the level of a fifth grader. When you use the tool that helps you simplify your language to a similar level. Now, why is that even important? This might sound unrealistic, but sounding smart doesn't always help you. The best writing style, whether in an email, conversation, or for an ad, is to write for fifth to eighth graders. The tool shows you which sentence you need to improve to give more clarity or readability to while you're writing. It's more impactful and accessible to a wider audience. First, you paste your text into the Hemingway editor. Then it analyzes your writing in highlights areas and color. Those color-coded suggestions show you exactly what you should be improving. It suggest changes for a complex sentences, excessive adverbs, passive voice, and so forth. The part that I love the most is Hemingway also provides you with a readability score that shows you the grade level required to understand this writing. If you have a very complicated sentence, it tells you, this is written for a ninth or tenth grader. In this case, it's actually written for an eighth grade and the easier you make the sentences, the shorter you make the sentences, the lower the grade gets. Here you can see, for instance, it says refer back to later, replace or omit. Let's say ideas to look at later. Carry a sketchbook with you. Let's make this a bit shorter. Jot down ideas, and you see now that I shorten the sentences, it already adjusted the grade to sixth grader. I use Hemingway a lot in my work, especially for contecration and learning pages, because the easier the sentences, the more impactful. Of course, you can also use Notion and AI checks like [inaudible] for your writing. In the next lesson, we'll discuss a related topic on how to do that. How to use the AI to create content 9. Content Creation: Welcome to lesson how to use AI to create content. On average, creative professionals spend around 5-10 hours per week coming up with social media content or content for their website or a newsletter. With AI, you can reduce the time spent on content creation and increase the quality of your output all at the same time. In this lesson, we'll cover two of my favorite ways to create content with AI. But if you want to dive deeper, I have a whole other class about how to use ChatGPT for content creation, so definitely check that out. Today we'll talk about my two favorite ways, Number 1, hooks and Number 2, re-purposing. Let's start with hooks. Hooks are a powerful tool for content creation that can help you grab your audience's attention and keep them engaged. Essentially, a hook is a short attention-grabbing statement or question that draws the viewer or reader in and makes them want to learn more. Let's explore how AI can help you create effective folks that will take your content to the next level, the prompt will be looking at needs the following information from you so it can create good hooks. Number 1, the target audience, age, what they love, what they hate, what they dream about. Number 2, come and frustrations faced by your target audience based on the topic you want to cover, and also note, we're giving the chat of roll again. Here's the prompt, and you can of course adjust this to your own target audience and the content you want to create. Imagine you are a trouble influencer, ready to make TikTok videos. Your audience consists of 20-40 year old business owners who adore traveling but disliked dealing with the details. They often leave things until the last minute it's traveling to track expenses and lack organization. Your task is to create 10 engaging video ideas that address their common show frustrations, pinpoint the actual problem they face, and offer practical solutions to make their trips smoother and stress-free. Let's see what it comes up with, so here it gives you a bunch of titles with a problem and the solution you want to tackle. As you can see, that prompt doesn't need your input in terms of who's your target audience, what they're struggling with, but it also comes up with problems they might be facing and solutions you can provide with your content. Of course you can as always, my favorite, ask the chat to put it in a table so it's easier to follow, but it is also very good content already. The next way of using AI for content creation is a re-purposing. Let's talk about what re-purposing actually is. Imagine this, taking any type of content, especially those long-form pieces, and turning them into different formats so you can use them across all social media platforms. This means, for instance, transforming a YouTube video into shorter videos, podcasts, sweeter threats, quotes, visuals, and more. Repurposing content allows you to reach a wider audience and makes your content more accessible. You never know where your content actually can blow up. It's one of my favorite ways to use AI for content creation because instead of sounding robotic or generic, it takes your tone of voice and simply turns it into a new format because the original piece is based on a piece of the already created. For example let's use notionally I for this one. First you want to choose the type of content you want to repurpose, such as the YouTube video or a blog post. If you don't already have a script or transcript, create one as your road-map if you do transcribe the video, so for instance, I can take one of my YouTube videos and simply go into the YouTube's transcript, can toggle the timestamps, and then I can take all of this transcript and copy pasted where I want it to be. I just copy pasted it. But let's say your piece of content is not on YouTube or you don't already have a transcript, then you can turn your piece of content into an audio file and transcribe it for free with OpenAI,. Here's how it works. You want to go to OpenAI playground, you want to login, and then you see this microphone here where you just click. You can upload any type of audio you have, and then it transcribes the audio for you and you can use the text as an input. Let's say now we already have the transcript of the piece of content we want to repurpose. Now you've got to set up your workspace on notion credit dedicated page where you want to repurpose that piece of content. Here we just creating a new page and then you create an AI block with notion by just hitting the space bar as always, and you can use a personalized prompt to generate those different pieces of content. Here I'm actually using my own social media planner that I use every day. This is the template, I'm just going to show you how to create it. Let's say I want to create an Instagram out of this YouTube video, so I open it, I click the space bar, and here you go. You already can input your prompts into the AI tool. You want to customize each prompt to match the specific format you are looking for. If you want to use the video, transcript to turn into Twitter posts or into an article, whatever you want it to be. But let's say actually, let's not do an Instagram post this to an article straightaway. Let's do an article for Linkedln. We go here, we hit the space bar and then we give it the input, so this is the transcript I have. But before we put the transcript, we need to the actual prompt, and that is this one. I ever use a video script on how to build a personal brand as an introvert Please turn it into 1,000 word article. Please use the same tone of voice as the original video script, and then you add your script. It's very important that you add to your prompt that you wanted to use the same tone of voice in your article as in the video script you gave because this means it's actually going to sound like you and not sound like anyone else or generic, but it's going to use the same tone of voice as you used. AI still writing, you can activate this and now you already have a repurpose content. Instead of having to write all these things down yourself, it creates a piece of content for you. You can review the content, make edits, and fine-tune to match your format and unique style, and then you can export it and use it. But the good thing about notion is also, you can actually go back into the content. You can highlight it and you can tell AI to fix anything or change the tones, simplify the boys, make it longer, make it shorter, so let's say the first paragraph is not long enough for you or it's not catchy enough for you. You can say, make this more catchy. The good thing is, as soon as you have a piece of content and writing, it's very easy to repurpose it. I could even go back in and just copy paste the entire article, create a new post that say Instagram, and ask AI to generate 10 inspiring codes for Instagram based on this article, keep the same tone of voice. Here you want to give it the input. Give me 10 inspiring quotes from this article, so it takes out some of the quotes of what I actually said and it turns them into separate quotes, and now you can turn them into visuals or Twitter, no tweets or Twitter threads, whatever you want to do with it. You can literally take this and turn all these 10 quotes into visuals. If you want to know how to bulk create your posts and bulk design within five-minutes. Like I said, you have to check out my other class and how to use AI for content creation. We go through all these strategies there and I actually show you how to create a your posts under five minutes, and then you're basically done. Other prompts, you can use are turn this text into a Twitter threads, turn this text into a video script so I can actually talk this into the camera. But one of the things that you definitely always want to add to your prompts is the part where it says keep the same tone of voice as the original text or the original input because this way, you can actually make it sound like you. Then you basically just export and use the content on any platform that you like. Go ahead, use at least one of these hooks and come up with a piece of content using AI. Share that piece of content and projects session of this class, and when you're done, let's get to the next lesson, how to use AI as your travel planner 10. Travel: Welcome to the lesson, how to use AI as your personal travel planner. Did you know that on average people spend around 30 hours per year planning their vacations or trips? Honestly, most people aren't even good at it; including me. Mostly because it just feels like an endless googling and trying to separate what's an ad and what are genuine travel tips. That's why in this lesson, we'll explore how AI can help you plan your next trip or vacation, making it both efficient and enjoyable. Let's start from scratch. Let's say you are feeling a wanderlust that you don't even know where to get started. No worries, I've got you covered. If you're starting from scratch and you don't even know where you want to go, I've got a fun prompt sequence for you to follow. Let's start planning. Here's your first prompt. Imagine you're a travel agent. Your task is to help me plan a fun and relaxing beach vacation for me and my husband. We're planning to travel in June or July. What are sure great beach destinations for that time of the year? It comes up with a bunch of different options that you can look at and a quick introduction and how the weather is there and if this is an ideal month to go to as you're saying June or July, and what activities you can expect to be doing there. From here, I can choose any destination. Let's say the second prompt you already chose one of these destinations. I'm going to say, you know what? Mexico sounds fun. What are some popular cities to visit in Mexico, and what are they known for? I placed it in a table because you know how I love tables. We got Cancun, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Tulum. My third prompt is going to be, what are top five or 4-star hotels in Tulum? Now, you can obviously modify this to whatever destination or the state you're looking at. But these are the sequences that you want to start doing. My fourth prompt is what are some fun activities and restaurants that we should add to our itinerary? Keep in mind we like to avoid touristy places and we only eat meat if it's halal. Place it in a table. Here you can add your preferences, whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, or if you like meat you can also say that. If you like specific activities, you want to add that too. Here are some options that you could visit and restaurants that you could go to. It says for instance, it's challenging to find halal food in Tulum, but there are establishments that offer vegetarian or seafood options that's why they included it here in the table. Now, another prompt you can ask is let's say you've never been to the country that AI is telling you you could go to or that you're interested in, and you want to know what can I do to not embarrass myself. You want to say, I've never been to Mexico, what are local customs we should be aware of? Now it comes to greetings, punctuality, tipping. I think that's always a really interesting one because you never know when you're going on vacation, what's the tipping culture, so you can already start preparing yourself before you go on the trip. Now, I think I have enough information to plan the travel, but obviously I don't want to plan a travel. I'm going to say this is great. Create a sample one-week itinerary for us. It starts coming up with an itinerary based on your input that you gave before which is, you don't like too much touristy activities. You want to look for halal places to eat and so it gives you a great itinerary. Obviously, I'm going to ask it to place it in a table so you can basically just print it and take it with you on your trip. This way you already have your whole trip planned and you can see exactly what you're going to be doing on which day. While it's great to plan your trip in advance sometimes things don't go according to plan. Here are some AI prompts to help you find tips on the goal that make the most out of your vacation. Let's say you are already on vacation and there isn't much to do or you haven't really found anything that you like doing. This is a prompt that you could use. Let's say you are in Costa Rica and you want to go on a day trip. This is a prompt that you can try. What are the most recommended day trips from San Jose in Costa Rica, about how long in hours is the drive to get there, and what should we do once we get there? Here you have some ideas of what you can do. Instead of just using Google Maps, you can literally already see how far is it and what can you do there? If you enjoy a cloud forest, you go to the first destination, if you like hiking, if you like hot springs, and this way you can plan your day literally in five minutes without having to Google or trying to find recommendations online. A follow-up prompt is obviously how much time should I opt-in to spend at? Actually, we pick one of these destinations. How much time should I opt to spend at Manuel Antonio National Park? What are some things I should do while there? Of course, they'd already told you a little bit about what it does or what you can expect there but here is a more written-out idea of all the things you could be doing there. It also says you should spend at least half a day or ideally a full day doing all of these things because this is how you get the most out of it. Then of course, we also want to find parking. Let's say, do you have any tips about parking in Manuel Antonio National Park? Now, these are tips that would probably take you over 30-40 minutes just by googling and here you get it literally in under five minutes. But of course, you might go on different trips and might want different prompts so I got you covered for all of those. Here are some more prompts that could help you plan your trip. Let's say you want to find things to do. This is a prompt you can use for your trip. What are the top 10 must-do things to do when visiting Morocco for the first time or whatever place you want to visit? Here's another one for planning for all conditions. Let's say you're in a nice place but it's raining and you don't really know what to do. What would be some good things to do in Barcelona if it's a rainy day and I don't want to drive more than an hour from my hotel? Make sure you customize those prompts. Of course, how much time do you usually spend on figuring out what to pack for your trip especially if you're going to a place that you've never been to? Let AI do the planning for you instead. Here is how you can let AI create a packing list for you that saves you so much time planning yourself and researching. Here's a prompt you could use. I'm woman, make me a full packing list for a seven-day trip with amounts for each item needed in Bali, Indonesia, in the month of May assuming I'll be doing some dressing up for dining out, hanging out on the beach and in the sun, hiking in the rainforest, riding horseback, walking around Ubud a lot, as well as relaxing by the pool. You can give it all the inputs of what you actually want to do on your vacation so it can create an entire packing list for you. Because we love tables, let's do it in a table format so you can basically print it out and check it off your list. This way, instead of wasting hours researching for all the different requirements separately, you instead get a customized solution for your unique preferences. Try out some of these on your next holiday or weekend trip and when you're done with that, let's get to the next lesson; using AI as your virtual assistant. 11. Virtual Assistant: Welcome to the lesson: How to Use AI as Your Virtual Assistant. Did you know that on average, people spend around 10-20 hours per week on admin tasks like emails, research, data entry, financial management, and other mundane tasks? Tasks a virtual assistant could do for you. In this lesson, we'll explore how AI can help you manage these tasks, keep track of your finances, and even assist you with emails. Let's get started. First, email assistance. Notion AI can be your personal assistant for handling emails. You can use the tool to compose email replies or draft entire emails. Simply provide the AI with the context of the email and the key points you want to bring over, and it will generate the content for you. This feature can save you time and streamline your email communication process and it allows you to focus on more important tasks. Here are some prompts that you can use to ask Notion AI to help you draft an entire email. First for students or career starters, then for employees, and then I give you some prompts for business owners. Let's start with some prompts for students or career starters. Open Notion, add a new page, and give it the input, "Can you help me draft an email to follow up with a potential employer after an interview. Please include a thank you note, a brief summary of my qualifications, and an expression of my continued interest in the position. Here is my job title. Here are bullet points of why I'm qualified." Let me give you an example. Let's say we're putting all this in. We say some bullet points of why I'm qualified: I love sustainability, I've grown my own TikTok account, and the job title is assistant manager, TikTok content creation. My bachelor thesis did extensive research on your industry. But when you write the email, keep it professional, use a conversational, friendly tone of voice, simple words, and keep it under 250 words. Let's see what it comes up with. It already writes the entire email for you. It brings in all the things that you want to convey in a professional way while still being friendly and keeping it short because you don't want to overwhelm people specifically in a follow-up email. You can use this for any email that you want to send as a follow-up and especially also for job interviews. That's of course, not only important for students and career starters but for anyone who is applying for any job. You can use this outline and personalize it for you. Now let's go to a grid prompt for employees. For employees, one of the things that you might be struggling with is sending a summary of what happened in a meeting to your boss. You want to make sure that the summary that you're providing is not too much text because your boss is usually busy and you want to come straight to the point. Here's the prompt you can try. I need to send an email to my boss about a project update. He doesn't have a lot of time to read emails, so keep it simple and straightforward. Use formatting like subheaders, bullet points whenever possible to make it more readable and it needs to explain whatever it needs to explain. I'm going to give it some random meeting notes so we can actually see it provide you with an email for your boss. Dear boss, I want to provide you with some updates, meeting overview, action items, challenges. The great thing is because you asked AI already to keep it short, keep it precise, use subheaders, and use bullet points, this is going to be very easy for your boss to actually grasp. The same you can do for sending emails to your colleagues or follow-up emails after a meeting. The next prompt is for business owners. Again, let's take that in a new page and say, "Can you help me draft an email to a client requesting a meeting next week? Please include my availability for the next few days and times that work for me." I'm going to give you a prompt personalization that I actually like to use. Instead of trying to come up with times that I'm available, I like to include my Calendly links, so I ask AI, help me to draft this for a meeting next week, follow-up meeting with the client, about her social media project update. Just include my Calendly link and asked her to choose a time. This is a very short and sweet email, but honestly, it would have probably taken me five minutes to come up with. This is taking me 10 seconds to come up with. It has a short introduction. "Since our last meeting, there have been a lot of progress in our project and I'm excited to share it with you in our next meeting. Here you go. Check out my Calendly link and pick a time that works for you." I have another one for business owners. Let's say you want to send an update to your teammates or your employees but you have just a lot of scribbles on your phone or something that you've quickly voice recorded in your notes app, and you want to bring it into a email that can be consumed in a very easy and fast way so that everyone knows what's going on. This is the prompt you could be using, "I need to send an email to my team to update them on changes in project deadlines. Can you turn these notes into an email that explains the change, the reason behind the change, and the actions they need to take in response. Keep it short, use bullet points whenever you can." I'm going to drop in some random notes here so it can actually spit something out, and it basically turns your scribbling text into a very good overview of an email. For this example, let's try the Badens AI. It has sent an email here on my notes. I want you to keep it short and bullet points, so let's see what it spits out. Dear team, I want to update you on some changes and project timeline. Please note the following, and then you have a header, some bullet points, updated timeline, new timeline, and this might impact your work and flexibility. I hope you understand. Please don't hesitate to reach out to your project manager. This is a really good email that you can just quickly send to your team based on your scribbly notes that you quickly jot down on your phone. Another way of using AI as your virtual assistant is for finance and financial management. You can use tools like ChatGPT, Badens Chat, or a Notion add to help you with your finances. To do that, assign it a role that it has to play to know from which point of view it needs to give you advice. Here's a prompt you could be using. Act as a financial adviser. I earn this much every month and my rent is this much every month. I have these questions. Let's say I want specific financial advice and I say, okay, my rent is what, $800, I earn $4,000. Tell me how to allocate my income. How much should I put into my emergency fund? How much should I be putting into transport commuting? How much for spending on groceries, and so forth? Whatever you want to know about managing your finances, whether that is I want to save for a new vacation or I want to save for buying a house, this tool can help you actually allocate the right amount of money every month to those different accounts and to those different personal financial goals that you might be having. Here you get very specific financial advice. It tells you, assuming that you have an income of 4,000 after tax, you might follow the 50/30/20 rule: 50% for needs, 30% for wants, and 20% for savings and debt repayment. Then it also tells you about groceries and dining out, how much you could spend on that, as well as transportation. You can actually go into really depth of financial advisory here. That helps you to understand a little bit more how to manage your finances. Another great way to use AI is for meetings. Meetings can consume a significant amount of time during your week, so let's explore how AI can help you manage that time better. Use AI as your meeting assistance. Do you have trouble keeping track about everything that you discuss in meetings? Then these AI tools can actually assist you very well. Tools like Otter.ai can transcribe meetings in real time, making it easy to go back and review discussions, decisions that have been made during the meeting, whether that's for you or for anyone who's missed the meeting. You can also use the transcript and ask ChatGPT or Notion to summarize the key points and takeaways after. Otter.ai Is a tool that you have to pay for it. You can integrate it with your meeting tool, whatever you're using, Zoom, Google Meets, whatever it is, and it transcribes everything in real-time. But if you don't want to invest in that, you can also just record your meeting over audio and then transcribe it over OpenAI like we just did earlier, and then give it that transcription as an input into ChatGPT, Badens Chat, or Notion AI. As we mentioned before, you can also ask the chat to turn it directly into an email to everyone who was in the meeting. Another way of using AI as your virtual assistant is to outsource or hire. Especially if you're a business owner or a full-time employee with a side hustle or a passion project, you need to start outsourcing tasks that you're not good at, you hate doing, or that give you anxiety. I know exactly as I'm saying these things, the tasks that stress you out instantly pop into your mind. Here's what you can do. For example, I love asking, here are all the tasks I hate doing. Which ones do you think I should outsource to a freelancer or hire out? I don't want to spend more than whatever amount per month for outsourcing, but I want these tasks that I'm outsourcing to have a direct impact to my business. Actually to make me money. Let's give ChatGPT the input. Here are all the task I hate doing. Which ones do you think I should outsource to freelance or hire out, and how much should I spend on it? I don't want to spend more than $500 every month and I want to outsource things that waste my time but make me money if someone does it who is better than me. Then you note down all the things. Pinterest marketing, video editing for courses, social media scheduling, ad script. It does say that you should outsource Pinterest marketing because, in brackets, you put it does make you money, as well as video editing courses and how much you should roughly spend on it. Then it says, if you want to outsource ad scripts or repurposing social media post, that's fine, but it does give you a prioritization of what would make sense to outsource. These can be some great hacks to use AI as your own virtual assistant. Go ahead and try some of these out. Ideally, the tasks that notoriously take most of your time every day and that you hate doing or that stress you out. When you're done with that, let's get into the next lesson: Using AI for Mindfulness 12. Mindfulness: Welcome to the lesson how to use AI for mindfulness. People waste hours working until they are burnt out. Instead of using mindfulness techniques that can make them calmer, more productive, and less stressed. In this lesson, we'll explore how AI can help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routine and provide you with tools to manage your stress. It might sound strange to use AI for mindfulness, but it can actually be a valuable tool to help you stop making excuses and start living a more intentional life. Personalized prompts can help you reflect on your thoughts and feelings and provide guidance to help you stay focused and present in the moment. Let's explore some prompts that you can use to customize a more mindful routine for yourself. Let's say you're thinking, I want to explore mindfulness through illustration. Here's the prompt that can help you get insights into how to do that. Let's say, I'm saying, as a creative looking to explore new hobbies and passions, I'm excited about Illustration. Have a deep interest in travel and memoir writing. With my busy schedule, I want to make the most out of my limited time. In just 45 minutes each day, how can I prioritize self-care and mindfulness in corporate activities like illustration and memoir writing to nurture my overall well-being, put it into a table because we love tables. Here it gives you an outline of what you can do in that 45 minutes that you have every day and also an explanation of how you can get started. Let's explore another one. Let's say you're thinking, I wanted journaling routine tailored to my schedule. Again, it's important that you know the variables of what you're dealing with and what you actually want to give it to the right prompts. Here's a prompt you could try. As someone who values creative expression and personal growth, I want to explore mindfulness to a journaling routine. Give me some journaling prompts I can use every morning in the 30 minutes, I have to nourish my goals, dreams, values, and foster well-being. Then you want to put in goals, dreams, and values that you have. I put my goals build the business with which I can help young mothers live and work from a tropical place. That's the dream and values supporting women in giving back. Here, it gives you journaling prompts that you can literally take, copy paste into your journal and start journaling. Now of course, we can come up with all of these by yourself. But if these are grayed thoughts status to stop finding excuses and start integrating more mindfulness into your busy week, especially if you are busy. When you're done with exploring those, make sure you share your thoughts and experiences in the project section. Then we'll go to the next lesson, how to use AI for home organization 13. Home Organization: Welcome to the lesson, how to use AI for home organization and cleaning. Did you know that on average, people spend around six hours per week cleaning and organizing their homes? With AI, you can reduce the time spent on these tasks, and increase the efficiency of your cleaning and organization routines. In this lesson, we'll cover some of the best ways to use AI for home organization, and of course, I could tell you, get yourself one of these AI robot cleaners or outsource cleaning completely. If you really hate cleaning, that might be an option for you. But if you don't want to spend the money, or you don't have access to that, then let's talk about how to organize your home and cleaning schedule using AI. We'll explore personalized prompts that can help you streamline your cleaning routines, maximize storage efficiency, and even involve your children into the cleaning process, so let's get started. We'll dive right into the prompts. Let's say the first one is I only have these minutes every day for cleaning, and I want you to provide me with time-saving hacks for cleaning specific areas like the bathroom or the kitchen. Let's say I only have 4-5 minutes every day for cleaning. Provide me with some times and the hacks. It tells you in the kitchen, you can multitask, use a microwave cleaner, line the oven with aluminum foil. These quick hacks. Even in the bathroom, use a daily shower cleaner, use an all-purpose cleaner, use vinegar for water stains. Really good hacks that you can use if you don't have that much time cleaning. The next is, as a working parent, I struggle to find time for cleaning. Can you suggest a cleaning routine that fits into my schedule and involves my children? Let's try Notion for this one. Here you have a cleaning routine for working parents with kids. You can see daily tasks that they can do weekly tasks, monthly tasks, and then you have also creative ideas to bring them into the cleaning process. This is a really good overview of saying, okay, now, what can you, as a working parent and the kids, do every day. Help them make their bed, wipe down surfaces. What are things that they can do weekly and what our monthly cleaning habits that you can provide them with? As well as creative ideas like cleaning games or making a dance party out of the cleaning process. The next prompt is about storage space. Let's say you live in a small apartment, and you don't really know what to do with limited space, you can simply ask AI and say, I live in a small apartment with 80 square meters and limited storage space. I have a lot of shoes and clothes. Help me create an organization system that maximizes this storage efficiency and minimize clutter. Here it says, use vertical space because you don't have a lot of space to work with, so you want to use storage like shelves or hanging organizers. You want to group similar items together, so they're easy to find. If you have a lot of dress shoes, sneakers, tops, pants, group them all together. Remember, the key to success is to stay organized and make a plan that works for you. Make sure that you personalize the prompts as much as possible to give AI an idea of what space you're working with, what hours a week you're working with, what cleaning help you're working with, like your kids or your spouse. Go ahead and try some of these prompts out. I'd love to see how they work for you and see how AI can make your home organization a little bit easier. In our next lesson, we'll explore how to use AI to learn absolutely anything. 14. Learn Anything: Welcome to lesson how to use AI to learn anything. We spend around 100 hours per year learning a new skill. This includes taking courses, watching YouTube videos, and searching for answers to your questions on Google. But with the help of AI, we can make the process of learning efficient and effective, no fancy degree needed. In this lesson, we'll explore how you can use AI to learn absolutely anything you want. We'll cover personalized prompts that can help you find the information you need quickly and without spending hours searching online. Let's get started. Here are some rules and prompts I probably use every week. Rule Number 1, don't Google for instructions, ask AI instead. For example, my video editor said she couldn't open some of the files that I gave her and got a weird error message, and I simply ask [inaudible] what the problem could be on how we can fix it. Instead of googling and watching YouTube videos and tutorials and not really finding the right answer. I had my answer within 10 seconds and I could get back to her. Another example is when I struggled to find the right setting for my camera model, like I said, I'm not a techie, so I didn't know what to do. The prompt that I gave it was, how do I add a filter to my camera? Give me step-by-step instructions on how to switch from manual focus to auto-focus on my Sony A6400. No Googling, no you-tubing, I had the answer and fixed it within one minute. Rule Number 2, simplify. If you watch The Office, you know this prompt. This prompt I really love using anytime when I encounter something complex, I just want to understand something and that's this one. Explain X as if I am a five-year-old. It's a perfect prompt to understand any complex topic within seconds. Rule Number 3, make it actionable. You can train yourself to not just learn something new, but actually apply it faster. Here's an example, tell me about, insert the topic and how I can make money from it as a, and then insert your talent or your job title. But of course you can use AI also to research in more depth about a skill or a topic you want to learn about. Here is an more elaborate prompt sequence that you can use. Let's use Notion for this one, so follow these steps. Number 1, choose the research topic, a specific topic you want to explore, for instance, copy-writing. Then you want to set the expert level so instruct AI to act as an expert in the field. For example, ask it to be an expert in copy-writing. We start the prompt with act as an expert in copyrighting. The third part is define a learning objectives. You want to ask Notion to teach you as a beginner how to excel in this specific area. For example you can request the detailed guidance on how to create your first learning page. Act as an expert in AI, teach me as a beginner how to excel in copy-writing, give me a detailed guidance on how to create my first ever landing page. Next, highlight areas for deeper explanation. You want to give it the prompt and then if you have any questions, as you review the AI generated response, you can highlight specific points that you want more information about, and you can use the explain option in Notion AI to dive deeper into those areas. Let's say I don't really know about social proof, so ask AI to simplify the language and explain to you what exactly social proof is. Next, explore recommended resources. You want to instruct Notion to recommend you the right books to read on the topic that you're researching. You can give it the prompt, provide me with the best copywriters I should study. Let's continue this because it's all about copy-writing and then as a follow up you can also ask what are the best books I should read on the subject? The third prompt could be provide me with key ideas of any of these copy-writing books. Let's say I want to do the Adweek Copywriting Handbook and I want to ask AI write me with key ideas of this book. It gives you all the information without having to research exactly what is inside the book. This is how you can use AI to learn absolutely anything you want, your Personal MBA right here. Try it out and share one of the skills that you learned or the answers that you received in the project section of this class. When you're done with that, can you imagine we're almost at the end of this class. 15. Conclusion: Congratulations, you've made it to the end of this class.
