1. Introduction: Have you ever thought to yourself, why can I focus? Why do I waste time? If so, you're in luck. I'm here to see I use procrastinate willing anymore. But then I discovered the secret I'm going to share with you guys in this class. This course feature is easy to implement steps for anyone who's suffered from procrastination has added. So you get more done quicker. So are you ready to take back control of your time in your life? This class is for all levels, so you have no excuse. Now the question is, would you want to be our ancestors were certainly not spending 80 to 90% of their day or CI, YouTube shorts or school and TikTok. And yet they lived much happier, healthier, and more fulfilled lives. So how can we replicate parts of their lifestyle without being a complete monk will never use this technology. Or what I personally do is a multi-step process that I'm going to explain throughout this class. 2. Reason #1 Instant Gratification: The concept that practically forced me to take action and start self-improvement was understanding both incidence and delayed gratification. If you're like, I was at the time ambitious and wanting more out of life, but feeling stuck in the position of life you're in right now. And I am positive that you to take action. Once I explain it to you, you have a masculine urge inside of you to dominate and make progress. Instant gratification activities. To put it simply, are things that feel good right now, but are terrible for you long-term. Now, unfortunately, if you cannot give up these devices, you will make little to no progress towards your goals. Some examples are junk food, social media, watching TV, Netflix, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. But they all make your life worse and worse and worse. And some might even be your favorite activities and you enjoy them, but they do make your life worse. Delay gratification activities are things that are slightly hard and challenging, e.g. exercise, but pay off in the long run. If you're still not convinced by this, then you need to keep in mind and understand the sacrifices needed to be made to be successful. 3. Reason #2 Your Settings: Now the first reason alone or tip a kid delaying gratification is so powerful that this slide isn't even completely necessary. If you do what I said. In terms of delaying gratification, you won't even need this. But for a lot of people, even most people, they find themselves struggling to reduce the amount of time they spend on instant gratification activities. So here are some techniques you could use to limit the amount of time you spend on your phone, mindlessly scrolling and wasting time. The number one thing that I use is Do Not Disturb. Aka focus on your iPhone. Do Not Disturb is a subsection of focus by highly, highly, highly recommend it on iPhone. Number two is greyscale, which is basically the color that everything on your phone is. It's another iPhone sitting. Next is editing, slashed, removing apps off of your home screen on your iPhone. And then last but not least, on my laptop where I do is when I worked on YouTube, I have a plugin called unhook. It's a Chrome extension that removes the recommended YouTube videos. And you can download it if you use Google Chrome. Yeah. 4. Class Project: One of my favorite features about kosher is a class project requirements because it practically forced you to take action, which I've always encouraged my subscribers, my fans, my photos, and even friends to do when they learn something. So what you're gonna do is once you know what delayed gratification activities you're going to do is you are going to create a habit tracker for the week. And you are going to either check or x based on whether or not you did them every day and every week. You're going to post your tracker in the class project gallery. 5. Conclusion: I cannot say how grateful I am to you guys. It truly means the world to me that you've completed this class. And I genuinely believe that the advice that I've provided you will be life-changing. Now, if you want to see more self-improvement classes on a wide variety of topics, make sure to follow me and check back in because I will be posting tons of extremely helpful, of course is coming very, very soon. Thank you.
