4. Make Working Stress Free on Quadrant 2 Tasks: Hello and welcome back. In this video, you are going to learn a simple time management technique that will make working on the darks of quadrant two is test3 and more easy. Number nine hour to distraction. Besides your phones, we often surround ourselves with many other distractions. I am genuinely grateful that I learned how to avoid Moscow for these. Again, I am far away from being not perfect, but I figured out how to create a space in my mind, home and workplace where I can be highly productive instead of busy and distracted. Any distraction throughout your day might cause DO several minutes. Seeing a push notification on your laptop or phone can cause TO several minutes, even if you don't react to it by just saying it, your concentration getDish turbid, and you need some time until you can entirely focused. Again, on my laptop. I don't have any push notification at all. If I want to check emails or messages, I do it consciously not because of a push up also on my phone. I just get push notification of WhatsApp messages, but not of anything else. And I believe that would be a game changer for most pupil. I see so many pupil receiving notification for any alert they receive that so disturbing all of this course, your time and energy, it is more than enough to see your notification when you open the app. This idea of digital devices also make sure that keep your physical is basically in and are injured. By doing so, you ensure not getting disturbed by small stuff. That comes your way. Number ten, learn to say no. Saying no is probably the most excellent time management technique that exist. There is nothing that can save you more time then saying no to things that don't serve or benefit you way too often. We accept buffers and do things because we think we must do them and it would be impolite to say no. However, as mentioned it several times, your time is your most periods here sorts by saying no to things that don't fill, fill you, you'd expect to yourself and your own energy, there is so much to do and explore on this planet. Why would you do things that don't excite you? The answer is simple because we never get taught how to say no, especially how to say no in a respectful way. Most people grow up believing that they need to be likely to buy everyone. That's not possible. No matter what you are doing, there will be pupil who always dislike you or your results. So instead of trying to be likely to buy saying yes to everyone and every opportunity to start saying no. Being able to differentiate between relevant and irrelevant meetings project it is can save you a lot of time and transform your life. Just imagine you said no to everything that didn't excite you in the past 12 months, you would have saved quite a lot of time, right? Imagine spending all these hours on things that are important or exciting to you. What I want to say can be summarized quite shortly while managing your time and getting rid of unnecessary taxes. Don't forget to enjoy yourself. Don't waste your time on things that don't excite you, but to make sure to leave some time to enjoy your life. In the end, we hardly make our most remarkable memory is doing work. We make them when we are around loved ones or when we are doing something that we are passionate about, isn't there, right? So instead of telling them you will be in touch or spending hours mailing or talking to them. You're simply answer is no. Well rather you craft a very polite email, letting them know that for now you are unable to help as you have far too many things on your plate, rejection is a big part of the filtering process. Activities that end up in the fourth Eisenhower group are the ones most likely to be discarded. Example, deleting your junk mail instead of shorting through it. And if you keep moving attacks into default group week in and week out, then it wasn't important or urgent to begin with as taxes and move up and down the priority lighter. 6. 4 Effective Ways to Beat Work Load: Heavy vertical Lord and long working hours are the most common factors of a work-related stress. Whether you work for someone else or for yourself, there will always be moments of n you need to do more than you can manage.
