1. introduction: Hi everyone. Thank you for joining my class today. I am Eva and I am the creator behind Hannah crochet design. Hannah crochet design is my crochet jewelry line. For my crochet jewelry, I use a very fine trap. The thickness is slightly thicker than regular sewing trap. And I use 0.5 millimeter crochet hook. I like to incorporate different shapes of crystals, as well as different sizes of sequent in my jewelry. Even though you're using the same crochet pattern for the flower, you can create totally new design Neolithic by using different shape of bits or crystal. And in this class, I'm going to teach you how to make these crochet flower earrings. I'm going to share with you all the tools and materials that you're going to need to make these crochet earrings, such as the size of the trap, size of the beats, the type of material that I'm using for my gold chain and also the ear hook, and also the size of crochet tread that I'm using. We're going to learn some basic crochet stitches. Then after that, I will teach you how to crochet the flower. Lastly, I'm going to share with you how to put up the earrings together. Alright, if you're interested to make these crochet earrings, go to my next video to see all the tools and materials that you need to make this earrings. 2. tools and materials: In this lesson, I'm going to share with you all the tools and materials that you're going to need to make these crochet earrings. Let's start with a crochet, a trap. I'm using DMC coordinate special number 80. They are two color options that you can choose. The first one is white and the other one is a crew. This truck is available in my crochet kit. If you would like to purchase the kit, the link will be provided in the PDF file. Alternatively, you can use one strand of embroidery thread or this DMC don't tell number 80. To make these crochet earrings, I'm using 0.5 millimeter crochet hook. My favorite crochet hook brand is at the most. You can get this from Amazon. Font a bit I'm using is a hormone system gets size 11 in rose, gold color. I use this row school kids for the center part of my flower. I also use these five millimeter round Swarovski crystal is just gonna be the dangling pack for my earrings design. And the secure your crochet flower. I usually apply this and be praying fabric solution. Is this how the bottle looks like? It's pretty small. The treadmill get harden after you apply this liquid. I'm using 14 K goldfields materials for all the parts in this earrings, such as this gold chain, it is made of 14 K goldfields, so it won't get garnish easily. And this is also a 14 K goldfields ear hook. And afford NK Caulfield hairpin. The price is definitely higher than regular material, but it will last longer and all the parts will not unblock easily. You will also need a set of jewelry player. You need a kappa, a flat nose pliers, and also around no supplier. That sulfur the tools and materials. In the next lesson I'm going to teach you how to crochet the flower. 3. how to make basic crochet stitches: Hi everyone. In this lesson I'm going to teach you how to do some basic crochet stitches. In this tutorial, I'm going to use 1.25 millimeter crochet hook and a scan of embroidery thread. So you can see it better on screen. We're going to start with slipknot. To do that, I'm gonna wrap the yarn over my index finger like this. Then drop your hook, insert underneath the first year and then grab the second year and pull it through the first Yan. I'm going to twist slowly, remove the loop on your index finger and type in it by pulling the tail of the trap. After this, we are ready to do our first chain stitch. To do that, I'm going to yarn over and then pull it through the loop. And that's our first chain. Same thing again to do the second chain, I'm going to yarn over and pull it through the loop. That's the second chain. Yarn over and pull it through the loop. That's the one. Yarn over, pull it through the loop. And that's how you make chains stitches. If you're new to micro crochet, you might want to practice making this change t-test and they'll all your chance to just look even and all of them have same size. Next stage is a single crochet. To make a single crochet stitch, I'm going to insert my hook in the chain stitch like this. Then I'm going to yarn over and pull it back through the loop. And you have two loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over again and then pull through two loops altogether. That's your first single crochet. I'm going to show you again. I'm going to insert my hook in the next stage or in the next chain. And then I'm going to yarn over and pull it back through. I have two loops on my hook. I'm going to yarn over and then pull through two loops altogether. So that's my second single crochet. Again, I'm going to insert my hook in the next stitch or in the next chain. And I'm going to yarn over and pull it back through. I have two loops on my hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops together. That's my single crochet. Again. Insert the hook in the next stage or in the next chain. And I'm going to yarn over and pull it back through. I have two loops on my hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops together. And that's how to make a single crochet. I finished my role. This is how the single crochet looks like. It's a short stitch and you won't see a lot of gap in between your ear. Next, I'm going to show you how to crochet a half double crochet stitches. To do that, I'm going to start by making the chain stitches. I'm going to flip my crochet work and we're gonna work on this slide to make half double crochet stitch. I'm going to yarn over once. And then I'm going to insert the hook in the first stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. And you have three loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through three loops all together. That's my first half double crochet. I'm going to show you again, I'm going to yarn over once. And then I'm going to insert the hook in the next stage. Yarn over and pull it back through. Now we have three loops on the hook. Then I'm going to yarn over and pull through three loops all together. That's the second half, double crochet. Again, yarn over. Insert your hook in the next stage, yarn over, pull it back through. And we're going to yarn over, pull through three loops all together. I'm going to show you one more time. We're going to yarn over once and then insert the hook in the next stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. We have three loops on the hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through three loops altogether. So that's how to do a half double crochet. I finished my half double crochet stitches role. And this is how it looks like compared to the single crochet stitch is below this half double crochet stitch is slightly polar. Next, I'm going to show you how to do a double crochet stitch. I'm going to start by making three chains stitches. To make a double crochet. I'm going to yarn over, insert your hook in the stage, and then yarn over and pull it back through. You have three loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over again, pull through two loops. I'm going to show you again. We're going to yarn over one's inside the hole in the next stitch. And then yarn over, pull it back through. We have three loops on the hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over again, pull through two loops. That's the second double crochet. Yarn over once inside the hole. In the next stage, yarn over and pull it back. This rule, we have three loops on the hook. Next I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. I finished the double crochet stitches row. And this is how it looks like. It is slightly polar than the half double crochet. Next, I'm going to show you how to do a travel crochet stitch. I'm going to start with four chains stitches. To make a treble crochet. We're going to yarn over twice. And then I'm going to insert the hook in the stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. Now you have four loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And this one will be the last one yarn over pull through two loops. So you're going to yarn over three times. So that's the first double crochet is just the second one. Yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. Now we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. So that's the second trouble. Crochet yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next page. Yarn over and pull it back through. Now we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. I'm going to show you one more time. We're going to yarn over twice inside the hole. In the next stitch. Yarn over and pull it back through. Now you have four loops on your hook. I'll bring it closer so you can see the loops. They are for-loops there. Now we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over pull through two loops. This is how the travel crochet stitches looks like. We're going to learn one last stage, which is the double trouble crochet. I'm going to start by making five chains stitches. Then I'm going to flip my crochet work. To make double trouble crochet, I'm going to yarn over three times. And then I'm going to insert the hook in the stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. Now you have five loops on your hook. And we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. Let's do it again. We're going to yarn over three times 123. And we're going to insert the hook in the next page. Yarn over and pull it back through. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And this is the last one, yarn over pull through two loops. So that's the double, triple crochet stitch. Again, we're going to yarn over three times. And then insert the hook in the next stitch. Yarn over, pull it back through. You have five loops on your hook. Then we're going to yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. I'm going to show you one more time. We're going to yarn over three times. And then we're going to insert the hook in the next page. Yarn over, pull it back through. You have five loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And this one will be the last one. Yarn over pull through two loops. So that's the double trouble crochet stitch. I finished my double trouble crochet stitches. And this is how it looks like. That's all for basic brushes teachers. These are all the stitches that I use to make microtia flower. 4. how to crochet the flowers: Hi everyone. In this lesson I'm going to teach you how to appreciate this flower and the procreate app flower. I'm using this 0.5 millimeter crochet hook. I'm using at the motilin crochet hook. You can purchase these from Amazon. This is by far the most comfortable crochet hook I've ever tried because it has soft grip. For the trip. I'm using this DMC coordinate special cup and track number 80. If you can find this brand online, I actually sell this track together with my project ID. You can purchase that in my Etsy shop. I will put the link in the class information below. You can also use the MC don't post number 80 or DMC embroidery thread. If you're using DMC embroidery thread, you have to split the strands. In one scan of embroidery thread. There are six strands, so you just need to separate them and just use one strand. This is what I usually do. So after I split the strands one by one, I wind the individuals trend on a bobbin card like this. In this tutorial, I'm using full strand of embroidery thread and 1 mm hook. So you can see all the stitches better onscreen. We're going to start with magic circle. To do that, I'm going to wrap the yarn over my finger and then grip your hoop. Insert your hook underneath the first year and then grab the second yarn, pull it through. I'm going to twist yarn over and chain one. After this, I'm gonna make one more change stage. Then after that we're going to make for double crochet in the magic circle. Do that, I'm going to yarn over, insert your hook in the magic circle, yarn over and pull it back through. Then from here I'm going to yarn over, pull through two loops. And yarn over pull through two loops. So this is our first double crochet, and this is the second one. Yarn over once. I'm going to insert my hook in a magic circle. And then we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops, and yarn over pull through two loops. This is the double crochet. And this is the fourth double crochet. Alright, this is gonna be the end of the first round. Next I'm going to make two chains. Teachers flip microtia work. And then we're going to start with the second row. I'm going to make two double crochet in the first stage. To do that, I'm going to yarn over once and then insert my hook in the first stage. And then I'm going to yarn over and pull it through. Yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops. So this is the first double crochet, and this is the second double crochet in the same stage. Then after that I'm going to make the treble crochet. In the next stage. To do that, I'm going to yarn over twice, then insert the hook in the second stage, yarn over and pull it through. We're going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over pull through two loops. So this is the first double crochet. This is the second trouble crochet in the same stitch, yarn over twice inside the hook in the same stage, and yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. Another to travel crochet in the next stage. So this is the first double crochet and I'm going to make the second trouble crochet in the same stage. In the last stitch, I'm going to make two double crochet yarn over once. I'm going to insert my hook in the last stitch, yarn over and pull it through, yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. This is the first double crochet, and we're gonna make second double crochet in the same stitch yarn over. Insert your hook in that same stitch yarn over and pull it back through. Yarn over, pull through two loops, and yarn over, pull through two loops. And that's the end of the second row, chain one. And we're going to continue to the third row. Flip your crochet work. Ever going to start with a single crochet in the first stage? Half double crochet and a double crochet in the next stitch. Yarn over. Insert your hook in the next stage, yarn over, pull through, yarn over and pull through three loops all together. That's the half double crochet stitch. Next, a double crochet in the same stage, yarn over once. Set the hook in the same stitch, yarn over and pull through. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. That's the double crochet. In the next stage, I'm going to make trouble crochet stitches. We're going to yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next stitch, yarn over, pull it through. There are four loops on your hook. I'm going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And the last one, yarn over pull through two loops. That's the first travel crochet and I'm going to make the second trouble crochet in the same stitch. This is the second trouble crochet, a double crochet in the next stage, yarn over once, insert the hook in the next stage, yarn over and pull it through. There are three loops on your hook. Yarn over and pull through two loops. Yarn over and pull through two loops. I'm going to make two chains stitches and we're going to make a slip stitch in the same stage. Slip stitch in the next stage. I'm going to make two chains stitches. And we're going to make a double crochet in the same stitch, yarn over once inside the hook, in the same stitch, yarn over and pull it back through, yarn over, pull through two loops and yarn over, pull through two loops. To trouble crochet stitches in the next stage, yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next stage, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over pull through two loops. That's the first travel crochet. And we're going to make the second trouble crochet in the same stage. A double crochet and a half double crochet stitches in the next stage. So I will start with a double crochet. Then after that, a half double crochet in the same stitch, yarn over. Insert your hook in the same stage, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through three loops altogether. And that's the half double crochet. And for the last stitch, I'm going to make a single crochet in that stage. From here we're going to slip stitch in the same stage. That's the end of the last row. Now we're going to connect this last stitch to the magic circle below. To do that, I'm going to make the chain stitches. Then make a slip stitch in the last double crochet that we made in the first row. Make an edit to chain stitches. And to finish the first part though, we're going to make a slip stitch in the magic circle. And that's it. This is how the first petal looks like. Next I'm going to crochet another two petals with the same pattern. And this is how small the data looks like at this point, if you're using crochet trap number eight D. Now we're gonna do the second petals, which has exactly the same pattern as the first petal. I will start by making the chain stitches. Then after that I'm going to make for double crochet in the magic circle. This is my first double crochet. This is the second double crochet. Double crochet. And the last double crochet, which is also the end of the first round. Make the chain stitches. Flip your crochet work and we're going to start with the second round, two double crochet in the first stage. Yarn over once, set the hook in the first stitch, yarn over, pull its rule. And we're going to yarn over, pull through two loops, and yarn over pull through two loops. This is the second double crochet in the same stage. Alright, in the next stitch I'm going to make the treble crochet stitches yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over pull through two loops. That's the first double crochet. This is the second trouble crochet in the same stage. Yarn over twice. Instead the hook in the same stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over, pull through two loops. In the next stage, I'm going to make another to travel crochet yarn over twice. Instead of hope in the next stitch, yarn over, pull through, yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. And last one, yarn over pull through two loops. That's the first travel crochet. We're gonna make another trouble crochet in the same stage. Two double crochet in the last stitch yarn over. Insert your hook in the next stitch, yarn over and pull it back. We're going to yarn over, pull through two loops, and yarn over pull through two loops. And this is the second double crochet in the same stage, which is also the end of the second row. Next we're going to chain one. I'm going to flip my crochet work and I'm going to start with the third round, a single crochet in the first stage. Then after that, a half double crochet and a double crochet stitches. In the next page, I will start with a half double crochet. And this is a double crochet in the same stage. To travel crochet in the next stitch, we're going to yarn over twice inside the hook. In the next stitch. Yarn over and pull it back through. Yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops, and yarn over pull through two loops. This is the second trouble crochet in the same stage. A double crochet in the next page, yarn over, insert your hook in the next stitch, yarn over and pull it back through. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops. Then after that I'm going to make two chain stitches. Then we're going to make a slip stitch in the same stage. Make another slip stitch in the next stage. Make two chains stitches and a double crochet in the same stage, yarn over once inside the hook in the same stitch, yarn over, pull it through. We're going to yarn over, pull through two loops. Yarn over, pull through two loops to travel crochet in the next stage, yarn over twice. Instead the hook in the next stage, yarn over, pull it back through. Yarn over, pull through two loops, yarn over, pull through two loops, N yarn over, pull through two loops. We're gonna make one more treble crochet in the same stage. A double crochet and a half double crochet stitches. In the next stitch, we will start with a double crochet. And after that, a half double crochet in the same stitch, yarn over once inside the hook, in the same stitch, yarn over, pull it through. And we're going to yarn over, pull through three loops altogether. And we're going to make a single crochet, inelastic, then a slip stitch in the same stage. And then from here we're going to do the same thing as we did before. I'm going to chain rule. Then make a slip stitch in the last double crochet that we made in the first row. Chain bu again. And we're going to make a slip stitch in the magic circle. And this is how the second pattern looks like. I have a short clip to show you how the flower looks like at this point, if you're using crochet threat number 80. Alright, Next we're going to continue to the top petal. Same thing again. I'm going to start with chains, stitches, and then for double crochet in the magic circle of the red, I'm going to make the change teachers and start with a second round. I will start with two double crochet in the first stage. This is my first double crochet, and this is the second double crochet in the same stage. Since the pattern is exactly the same as the previous petal, I'm going to speed up the video and come back at the end of this row. I finished my second row. I'm going to chain one and flip my crochet work and start with that role. Make a single crochet in the first stage. And again, since the pattern is exactly the same as the previous petal, I'm going to speed up the video and come back at the end of this row. Now we are at the last stitch. I'm going to make a single crochet in that stage. And after that I'm going to slip stitch in the same stage. So this is the end of this round. Then same thing again, I'm going to change to slip stitch in the last double crochet that we made in the first row. And then chain to again sleep stage in the magic circle. This is how the data looks like. After days, you can cut the tail of the threat and then type in your magic circle. And this is how the flower looks like if you're using crochet threat number eight, I'm going to tighten the magic circle by pulling the tail of the tread. And to finish it, I usually secure it with 2 kt at the back. You need to prepare 20 flowers for a pair of earrings. This is the size comparison between the flower with full strand of embroidery thread and the flower with crochet thread number 80. In the next video, I'm going to share with you how I assembled the earrings. 5. how to assemble the earrings: Alright, so after you finished crochet all the flowers. Next, we're going to attach all the parts together. You want to gather all the flowers that you just crochet. For a pair of earrings, you're going to need 20 flowers. First we're going to solve the flower. I'm using this nylon bidding tread. You can use any regular sewing thread. And I'm going to prepare my Doha rounds. It, its size 11 in Roscoe color. I'm going to stack these two flowers and saw them together. And we're going to solve through the center parts of these two flowers. So remember to solve the center parts, not the petals. After that, I'm going to solo tree to haul around seed beds in the center of the flower. And this is how the flower looks like. To finish it, I usually secure it with 2 kt at the back. I'm going to cut the excess tread that I'm going to secure the end of the knots width is antifreeze and liquid. Just put a droplet and it will get hardened soon. Duty steps for the rest of your crochet flowers and for a pair of earrings, you're going to need ten of this after you've done with all of that. Next, we're going to attach the flower to the hairpin. First, I'm going to insert one to whom it to the hairpin. Take your flour and we're going to insert the haben through the center part of your flower. Next I'm going to bend the happen to the side to create 90 degrees angle. I'm going to cut the end of the happy and live about 1 cm. Take your round nose pliers and slowly roll away from you and close the loop. Alright, so this is how it looks like and you're gonna do the same steps for the rest of the flowers. Now I'm gonna take my 14 K goat field chain. If you go to the local craft store, they will sell this in meter. For one site of earrings, you just need seven centimeter. We're going to attach all the flowers that we just made along that goldfields chain. Before I a patch, all the flowers are usually attach the chain to the hook first. So I have something to hold onto and don't forget to close the loop tightly after that. Next I'm going to take my five millimeter around Swarovski crystal. This is around transparent crystal. Then we're going to insert that crystals through the hairpin. Then the n of the hairpin, you want to create 90 degrees angle. Then I'm going to cut the excess wire. I'm going to leave about 1 cm. Take your own player, then roll the end of the hairpin to make a loop. I'm going to open the loop a little bit, not too much, so I can hook it at the end of the goldfields chain. Then after that I'm going to close it back tightly. Next we're going to attach the flowers. I will put my first flower on the ear hook. Don't forget to close the loop tightly. After that, I put the second flower slightly below the first flower. I never measure the gap between flowers, just space them nicely. So this is my third flower. Always remember to close your lips tightly and I'm going to continue with the rest of the flower. I put five flowers for one side of earrings. And that's it. This is how it looks like. If you want to make this in another color, you can use the Roma cruciate tread number 80. I bought this at peoples but complex Chinatown. So far I haven't seen these brands sold on Amazon or any other online platform. Alternatively, you can use this, the MC dumbbells number 80. Thank you everyone for joining my class today.
