We need the course description after choosing the title, and what is going to be the course outline of it. During my course, what are the topic that I am going to teach my learners? After that, we need the learning objective, that what my learners is going to learn from it and how they can get benefited from this course. After that, I also need to choose that what type of audience is going to do this course. So these are the materials we need or the course structure, we need to prepare a perfect online course. So with the help of C GPT, we are going to generate all of these things example, let's get back to the interface of Chat GPT and let's type. Like, if I say hi, Hello, How can I assist you today? I want to create a online course. Let's see what does it reply. That's great. Creating an online course can be fulfilling and rewarding experience. Okay. Here's some of the tips that Chat DPT is giving me, which can be very much helpful for me. If I want to stop generating the content, I just need to click on the stop button, and this will be stopped. So prepare, all right. Whatever you prefer. Write a course outline for intro to science. For example, as I already mentioned that I'm creating a course outline with the help of CAT GPT, introduction to data science. Write a course outline for a online course. Let me be more specific and this will be also Chat GPT to understand what I want from CAT GPT. Chad GPT has given me the data of course outline. So I need to check it and if I find this okay, then it is very okay. Or if I need to tune it, I can do it. So to do that, let's copy this data into a Google Docs. Let's click on the blank document as this is for course details or course materials introduction to data science. So let's copy the document, pasted right here. My course outline is ready, but before that, what I need. I also need the course description. So let's ask GPT. Let's ask CA GPT again to write the course description. So this time, write a course outline. So I'm going to say write a course description, write the course description for an online course introduction to Data s. Let's see. Here is a simple course description. But in this case, while you are having the course description, I would like to request you to paraphrase the text as this content is generated from the AI. So right now, after the learners will learn of your course, how you are going to check that what is the learning level of your learners? To do that, we need to set a tion or also to generate a certificate. If he or she passed the exam, he or she will have also the certificate, which also have a great value. So to do to generate MCQ equion. For example, I will ask CAT GPT or give the instruction write ten MCQ chions for the introduction to Data science course. Or you can set different assessment as per your requirement of the course. For example, in my case, I'm going to set ten MCQ equion. So these are the cushion which are generated by the hat GPT. So here, I have only the cushion, but I also need the answers. I'm going to copy the instruction again and instruct CAT GPT again, write MCQ cushion and answer. In the PowerPoint, let's select the blank presentation. And this will be as regular as our PowerPoint slides. As we are already expert in PowerPoint slides, this is going to be pretty much helpful for us. But in this video, I'm going to show you some extraordinary feature that Microsoft 365 has. So as we already know our topic, which is introduction to data science. Let's just type that into induction to data. And this course is designed and prepared by Mr. Dime Dias Abi. After typing that you can see in the right section of my computer or the interface, you can see a bunch of design. In the previous system or PowerPoint, it was a traditional system where I need to design my presentation slide. But this time A AI is going to help you to design your PowerPoint presentation. Like, there is a section in designer. Under the section of design, if you select the designer, this designer will help you to choose your design how your design is going to be. In the previous lesson, we have learned about the Microsoft 365 and how we can create content from it. In this video lesson, we are going to learn about the Canva. I know some of you already familiar with MVA. You just need to go to google.com, and then you will search for the Canva, and it will show almost in the first section. The free design tool. After selecting this link, you need to have an account. I already have that one. That is why my dashboard of the cava is going to be defined. In the left section, I can see myself as an account or some bunch of feature like home project templates, apps, classwork. And in the right section, I can see my account, c designs, settings, and other tools. Most beautiful things to use Canva for creating a presentation slides. It has already so many interactive elements to make your presentation beautiful. Let's just search a presentation slides. For example, let's type presentation slides in the search box. After your search, you will see this result and you can select anual For an example, if I select, let me choose a good one. If I select this one, for an example. Business presentation list, you just need to click on Customize this Temp. There is a problem. If you don't have the premium account of NVA, then some of the feature you may not be able to use. But don't reword that there is also so many bump features in the free version also. Let's apply 15 pages, and this will create a full presentation slides for. As you can see, the 15 pages is added right in the Below section in my timeline. In the second slides, you can see about your company as this is a business presentation. So this is slightly different from yours. You can also o the educational template from while you were searching in your presentation slides. But as I already mentioned that just double clicking on the text documents, you can click the text, put your title right here. To customize the image, there is a section called Upload. You just need to click on the load section. Then you will let me upload a picture. For example, let's upload this picture. And this will show this interface while the photo is uploading. What you need to just do, you just click it or drag it and drop it where you want to. Place it. I just select it from here and place it right there. It's very much that easy. So you can click in on the upload files. You can upload as many files as you want, and you can place it in the slide. Also by selecting on the shapes, you can also change the color of it as per your requirement. In the previous class, we have learned about how we can customize the build in slides as par on need from MVA. In this video lesson, we are going to learn about that how we can build or prepare a presentation slide from a scratch throughout the Canva. For an example, in the KvA website, there is the option called create a design at the right corner, so you just need to click on create a design, then you will select the presentation or as you are preparing a video lesson, and you can also choose the talking presentation. Let's just click on the presentation. The simple one. Let me show you a basic. For example, I'm going to create the slides from scratch. To do that, let's place them side by side. Let's choose a background color for. After selecting here, you will find the background color option, and from here, you can select a color. I'm selecting the solid one. You can also choose the gradient one also. As I already mentioned, there is always a room for improvement and some preference of yours. As. I'm not going to create exactly the same things because that will take time. But I'm going to show you how you can create the sim So then we need to have a title. Let's click on the Text option. Let's add a heading as that is a heading text. Let's type the select how to make a perfect online course. As the text color is black, that is why you are not able to see it. Let's select the text and click on the text color option and choose white, and you can see the text is visible. You can shape the text size by selecting in this icon, and you can also increase the text size by selecting the text and fear in the text box. Let's make the size 64. In the next section, we need to have this photograph. Let's go to the upload option as we have learned about the photo upload in the previous lesson. We can directly place it right here. Or what I can do, we can go to the elements section. Search for photo frame. You can see a bunch of frame right here. Let's select this option. Right now, what you need to do. The photo you want to upload, just drag it and place it in the photo option. That's much easy to upload a photograph or place a photograph in Canva. In the next section, we need to place a name. The most beautiful thing also, there So many photographs, you can use, for example, let's search online course. You will have so many photographs that you can take or use this as for your content. And you can ask me why we're going to use this one because after researching all of the software for available to record and edit your video, Camtasia is very friendly. After installation of Campeche software in your machine, you can search for Camtasia in your computer, and you will see two options. One is Camisure recorder, and another one is Campisi software, which is going to help you to edit your videos. So what we are going to do? At first, we're going to start the recording, then we will edit the video lesson. So let's just click on Campaure recorder. After clicking on the recording software, you will see this interface where the first section, you will see the screen portion. And in the second one, your face cam, you can turn it on or off as per your preference because it is not a mandatory option to create a video course or create a video lesson. It is not mandatory. Your face. After that, you can see the audio or the microphone I'm using. You can see a bunch of microphone is available in my machine and that the last one is system audio, which I do not prefer to keep it on because there are some noises that our machines make and which can be recorded while you're recording your online course. That is why it's better to turn it off and The lastly, the recording option. If you click on the start button, it will take a few seconds to start the recording, and it's started. As my screen is being recorded by the Camtasia, I can go to any of the option or any of the slides or what I want to show. For example, if I want to present the course outline to my audience, I will click on the present option. After the appearance of my presentation slide, I will start or example, if I record this video, the content outline pace, I will start like welcome to the video lesson. There is also an amazing feature in the annotation section, which is sometimes we can see in the video that some of the video is highlighted or something is blur in the video, you can do this throughout this Camtasia as well. Also some keyboard shortcuts and highlighted elements right here. Then you will find the transition between two videos, we can see sometimes or some kind of transitions in the video behavior for the text option, animation to Jome to Jomo, the cursor effect. In the more section, you will also find vice narration, audio effect, visual effect, interactivity, Caption effect. In the right portion, you will see the properties of your video. If you click it, you will see the properties of your video audio and the recorded media file. So In the Blow section, you will find the timeline. This is our time bur to scroll it left and right, to see our content. In the left most corner, you can see the undo and the forward option, the Csor option to cut the video and to copy paste split to freeze or capture deferent. And you can see also track one track to this the timeline. You can also see the minus option and plus option to increase the timeline option. For an example, let's click on the plus section. You can see the timeline is increasing, not the video length or the video. It's just the timeline. My video is almost around 1 minute and 22nd. It will increase the time frame so that I can see properly and edit my videos. You can also jom out the timeline. Just clicking on the minus option. Also, this is amazing that you can just click, call it to increase the timeline bar. This is our Camtasia interface. You can also say in the upper section to edit section to pan to hold hold You can also do that with the Space bar. You can also crop the video as well. So this is almost it to our interface. You can also go to file, modify find option to click to create new projects, and other option you can also explore. Trimming and Splitting the Video Lesson: Hi, welcome to the video lesson. In this video lesson, we are going to learn about how you can tream or edit your video, or sometimes you need to split it or you want to delete some of the portion from your video. We are going to learn that as you are already familiar with the interface of Camtasia. Let me show you the scroll bar again, the scroll bar where you can visit the entire timeline. So let's increase our timeline a little bit more to be more specific. As you can see, there is unnecessary option in our video lesson that we have already recorded. So I want to delete this part. In the scroll bar, you can see two portion. One is the green color and another one red color. So I can also only select the red portion and select a specific area. So let me show you again, if I double click it, it will be gone in the previous stage. Let's just click on the red portion and select the area you want to delete from your video. So I just select it, and in the scisor option, if you just click on it, boom, that pert is going to be out from your video. Or what you can do, you can press control X from your keyboard. So let's find another option, for example. Let's Joom our timeline a little bit more. So as you can see, there are so many unnecessary or the blank option. If I just select right here this portion, I don't need it, so I can press control X to delete that part. And the way from you can see in the timeline or the video, that is audio format. That is the audio format, which is your audio for your video lesson. So if I just drag it from the very beginning, for example, in the very beginning part, I don't need that one. What I can do, I can select. Select the timeline, or there is option called split, or you can just press the S button from the keyboard. If I press Control it or the do, it will get back to the previous stays again. I just need to select the scrollbar or I just need to put the scrollbar where I want to split my video. So I put the scroll bar right here, and if I press or if I select this split option, this will split my video. I can select it and press the delete option from my keyboard to delete that button. I can also move my video in throughout the timeline. So let's just put it in the very beginning because I don't want empty lesson or empty space in the very beginning of my video. As you can see, I can now trim or split my video lesson. Let me show you again. Let's increase the timeline. Or Jomin there's select area. I just press Control X. So that must easy to trim or delete unnecessary portion from your video. I believe this is very much helpful for you while you are editing your video lesson. In this video lesson, we are going to learn about that how we can deduct noise from our audio. After recording, sometimes, we face that there is a bunch of noise of AC or fan. Not all kind of noise you can remove from your video, but a significant background noise which have a very low intensity, you can remove that throughout the camp To do that, stop, what you can do, you can separate the audio and video, clicking here in the right button. You can separate the audio and the video. Although this is not necessary. However, you can do this. Then you just need to click on the More option. Select the audio effects. You can click on the noise removal option. You can drag it. And you will drop it on your audio portion. So throughout this process, you can remove a significant noise from your audio, or if you need to enhance your audio or level up your volume, then you can also do audio compleation, or you can apply the audio comparation, you just need to drag it and drop it on the portion. By clicking here, you can see the effect that what kind of effect you have added in your audio background, you can watch it also, or you can clicking on the portion or the pt, by pressing the delete button, you can also remove that part if it is s. There is also a feature that you can also level up or level down your volume from the audio, just selecting on the level of audio. You just click on it, and you will press the icon up and down and you will just need to move your mouse towards the upward section, upward portion. Then it will increase the volume or if you down to the level of your mouse, then it will decrease the volume from the audio. This is how you can apply so many effects of can apply the fast option also as well if you want to make your audio faster. You can also apply the fade in and fade out option while this option work in the very beginning and the ending of a video.
