The problem is that most of them are not free because at some stage, they will ask you to download the resume. That time they will ask you to pay for it. So I found balance between the paid version and the free version. So this free version will give you most of the features that you want and you can use in combination with another tool that I will suggest to create a very good resume. So I come to this platform called Kicker sum. So now if I want, I can import my LinkedIn information. So I just type in my LinkedIn URL. This is my LinkedIn URL. So I'll just paste it there. So once I paste it there, it will cool all the information that it requires to generate the resume. Okay, so let me try to import it. Now it's importing the information that it needs to create the resume. So if you don't have a LinkedIn account, you can use it to create it from scratch also. So now you see all the information that I'm looking for, it has automatically generated. I don't have to do anything. It has already generated everything from here. Now, if I look into the template and design, I can choose various options. So if we see these are all premium options that is available, if I go for something like a free version, so this is a free version. So even the image it has pulled from there. So it has put in all the information. It has created this information from the profile it had. So all the achievements, awards that I won, all those things have been pulled from there. Now, if I want it to rewrite something, I can ask you to rewrite too. So this is the profile. So this is the various sections it had. If I just go to fill in, so this is where it fills in information. So if I want to edit this section, I can say, AI writer, rewrite this section. So it is going to rewrite it for me. So it's changed to highly accomplished and dynamic inventor and innovator with proven history for successful. So it has changed based on the artificial inteligence suggestion. So in this way, I can rewrite various sections based on artificial intelligence. Now I have chosen this design. So it is important for you to keep the information concise because the people who are hiring you will not have that much time to go through that pages of resume. It's always better to keep the entire information in a single page, all your achievements, your contact information, everything. So now, if you go here, you can change the photo. You can change it easily. You can put in your contact information, email address, address. If you have a personal website, that information there, your education from where you have done. Now, if you want to repeat this, you can just say duplicate and it will create one more. Let's say you have this information. Now if you want to duplicate it, you can just click on Duplicate. I will create duplicate of it and you can rearrange so you can put the reference information. Now you have the profile here. So this is a profile. Now, how you will leverage the existing information I'll tell you, I'll come here, where, whatever information you have created from here, from your indingsm that information you can come and put in here just like this. Like if you go here and say AI career coach, you can just drag and drop a resume of yours, and it will tell you what all books and courses that you should take to get that particular job that you're aiming for. Today, I wanted to show you one tool using which you can check the quality of your resume. It's called enhanced CV. So there is a free ATS resume checker, so you can click on it. So ATS is application tracking systems. So various companies around the world, they get thousands of resumes in their inbox. So they use some kind of ATS system, application tracking systems, which are like resume parsers that passes out the information from the resume. To understand if the job applicant meets the requirements. So you can put in your resume here to see how a normal ATS system would be able to identify or read from your resume. So I can go here and upload my resume. So I'll just upload one of my resume here. So now after I upload my resume, I'll get a resume score. So it will highlight various issues that I have with my resume and it will suggest enhancements. A free version is good enough for me to identify what are the issues. So if you see my resume is scoring 55 out of 100. It has 16 issue. So ATS pase rate, application tracking system, commonly referred to as an ATS system is used by employers and recruiters to quickly scan a large number of job application. A high pase rate of your resume ensures that the ATS can resume experience and skills. This increases the chance of getting your resume seen by recruiters. So we have passed 94% of your resume successfully using an industry leading ATS. So ATS pass rate is there. So now if you see the score of my resume, it is coed based on various content. So quantify my impact. Any good resume will show the impact you had in previous positions you have held. Quantifying your impact on resume is the key to building a strong application that will get recruiters to pick up the phone and invite to an interview. So if you look at the develop Analytics dashboard, location legend solutions, and implemented ETL pipelines, completed Accenture greenbelt field training in IT fundamentals, completed various personality development. For positions in the medical world, expanding the length to accommodate all experiences can be beneficial. Only for medical field, a longer resume can score you better. So the idea of resume size is 400-800 words. Anything below 400 is considered too short. Think of other relevant sections and experiences you may include. So here is the longer version of ossume we have generated for you. That's what they have mentioned there. Now, if you look at long bullet points, using bullet points to communicate experience and achievements on ossume is a sure way to grab the hiring managers attention. That's why bullet point is crucial for a good resume. Using no more than 50 words is a must if you want to make your resume easy to read. Then it has found issues with style. If you look at style, it has found some issues. The design of your resume is crucial. Now, if you look at email addresses, email address are important today's world, one of one go to a for quarters to get in touch, especially if you're applying for a job. So your email address can benefit from some improvements by making it more professional, people might have some very silly names. So those things searching. Active voice, using active voice in your assume can help you fit more information into a single page as active voice tend to be shorter than passive voice senses. So that is another area of improvement. Buzzwords and glitches, using buzzwords in Jagern assume is a sure fire way to lose the interest of recruiters quickly. So it's based on 11 years of interview preparation experience. It's for job interview, school interview, tech interview, SSB interview, and coding and interview preparation. It creates mock interviews based on type of jobs or field you are applying for. If you're applying for a technical role or even a school interview, this tool can handle. For example, if you're applying at Google, it will give you tech focus question and maybe even some behavioral ones. So how it will help you? The feedback isn't just about your answers. It's about aligning them with company's values and priorities. I I like it. It feels personal. You're not just practicing random questions. You are prepping for what the specific company actually cares about. Let's say let's start practice. Now, I have taken job description and responsibilities for a job, which actually there in LinkedIn. So this is the details. So it's asking to begin, please upload or paste the contents of your resume into the chat. This will help me tailor the interview to your background and experience. So it's saying, Are you getting ready for a job interview and feeling a bit nervous? We will answer interview questions just like a real interview. After your answer, we will give you feedback. This will help you tell what went well and what you can do better. So I'll say prepare for this job description. Following job description.
