1. Class Intro - The tools we'll need: What up, everybody. This is a B with another tutorial. Today, we are going to draw supersentGhan from the anime dragonbllZ. First, we're going to start by sketching gohan. Next, we're going to use inking pens, and after that, we're going to use alcohol based markers to coloring. So without further ado, let's go down to business. 2. Sketching, Inking and Coloring: Okay, so today, we are going to draw supersen two Ghan from dragon ball Z. Before we start, make sure to draw a perfect square. Each side is 4 centimeters and without further ado. Let's get to it. We are going to start by drawing Ghan's face. We'll do that by using five lines. And then we're going to use this guideline to mark the center of his face. Now we can draw the wriinkles between the eyes. We'll do that by using four lines. And then we're going to draw the eyebrow. We'll do that again by using four lines. And to create the eye, we'll use two diagonals and the curve underneath. Next, we're going to indicate the bump above the eye, following up with the cheek marks right below the eye, and we're going to do the same process for the left side, but it's going to appear slightly smaller because of the angle. We'll make him look directly at us by adding the pupils. And then we're going to draw the nose using five lines, and as you can see, I'm placing it on the same guideline we used earlier. We'll place the mouth right underneath the nose with a very, very tight gap. We'll indicate the chin, and then we are going to draw his hairline. Following up with the ear, we'll do that by first starting with the shape of the ear. And then we'll add the details inside. Awesome. Now we are going to draw the neck. We'll use two lines for that. Now, later on, I'm going to fix the neck because I think it looks too wide, but that's going to be later. Now we are going to focus on the hair. So first, we're going to start by drawing some spikes on each side. I'm doing that by using two to three lines. Then we're going to use these guidelines. Those lines will help us draw the rest of the spikes by keeping the right proportions, and this time, I'm going to use two to five lines. We'll get rid of the guidelines, and next we're going to add the famous spike of Ghan from the front. Mm hmm. Once we are done with that, we can add all the details. So it's gonna be by drawing some lines in the direction of the shape. Mm hm. And then we can go h and move to the torso. Sorry about that. Mm hm. So first, I'm starting with a rough shape of the torso, and as you can see, he's not facing us. The body is in a profile angle. Once I got the overall shape, I'm going to add a rough shape of the shoulder, then the chest and the arm. Now, it will be much easier to add all the details. So I'm going to start with the chest and the gi. Well, of course, add some tears because he fought against cell by that point. We are going to refine the arm by drawing the delts, the shoulder muscles, then the bicep, the tricep, and we'll refine the sleeve and add some creases to the gi. A. Awesome. Now that we are done with the sketching part, we can move on to the inking process. So for that, we are going to grab the pen. We'll hold it closer to the tip. That way we'll have more control. And with a very firm grip, we're going to go all over the lines. We can do that by either pushing lines or by pulling lines. But just make sure to rotate the page so you can go with your natural hand movement. That way, it will be much easier to ink. But before we continue, make sure to fix the neck. I'm going to take the line right there. That way, it will be more anatomically correct. Awesome. So now that it's done, please make sure to get rid of all the lead, erase all that lead because we don't want to smear it once we use the copic markers. And for those who don't know the copic markers are alcohol based markers, they have a variety of tones. But if you don't have copic markers, you can use colored pencils. And if you don't have colored pencils, you can also use an HB two pencil and a black pencil and just do some shading, just like I explained in the black and white tutorials. That being said, today we are going to use Copic markers. So I'm going to start by coloring the gee. For that, we are going to use three tones of purple. We'll start with the darkest tone, and as you can see, I'm coloring in the direction of the creases. By adding more and more layers, we'll get a darker tone. Next, we'll move on to the me tone. It's going to be a me tone of purple. And for this join, I want the main light source to come from the right side, which obviously means that the left side will appear darker. Awesome, and to finish up, we're going to use the brightest tone. And if you're wondering about the copic codes, it's Vo nine for the darkest tone, Vo six for the mid tone and VO four for the brightest tone. Awesome. So this is the result we want to get. So we're going to do the same process for the skin tones. Again, starting with the darkest tone, as you can see with a very minimum use. Next, we're going to use the me tone. It's kind of an orange skin tone, and I'll remind you again to color in the direction of the shape. And h And finally, we are going to use the brightest tone. And if you're noticing, I'm not doing too much blending, I want to get a very solid look just like in the anime. He Awesome. Next, we are going to colour the eyes. We'll do that by using a blue green tone. And as you can see, I'm leaving a very tiny area of blank space to create a highlight on which we'll color with a brighter tone of green. Awesome. Once we are done with that, we can focus on the hair. We want to get a golden look, so we'll start with a brown tone. It's gonna be e97. Yeah. Yeah. Then we're going to use a golden yellow. That's why 17 will colour the eyebrows and we'll leave some blank area for the highlight later on. Awesome. So for the brightest tone, we'll use y 21. That's a buttercup yellow, filling up all the blank areas. Awesome. Now if you want, you can leave the drawing just like that, but I think it will be color to add some blood and some bruises. And to do that, we'll use a red color pencil. We're going to draw some lines, some straight lines right next to each other. Then we can use the black pen and do the same process. To finish up, we'll add some leaking blood from his mouth and from his forehead. Ah, sir. Everybody. This is how you draw supersenGhan from Dragon Ball Z. Please let me know how you did in the comment section, and that's it. Thanks a lot for watching. Kee be Awesome as always. We'll see you on the next video. Peace.
