1. Content repurpose intro: Hello everyone, My name
is Priyanka do bay. And in this lecture we are going to discuss content repurposing. Content repurposing, I would
say engender is demanding, is scaled right now. So if you are working at the VA or a social
media manager, or even if you are working for your own branding or
your own business, this is quite a good way to
get your content shorted. So I'm willing to discuss
some of the things. The first thing that
I'm going to discuss is what exactly is content repurposing like the real thing
without getting confused? The second thing I want to
discuss in this class is how to do content
repurposing step-by-step. I'm going to give you
the whole baby steps, like in a whole symmetrical
manner, like 123, like this, so that you
could understand that what exactly are
we going to learn? And third thing is that how
exactly you will be doing for your clients and how
you will be doing it, okay? If you are not looking
for your clients, you can do it for
your own branding. As I said before, this is the three major
things that we're going to cover in this lecture. So let's get started.
2. Content repurpose process: So the first thing that
we are going to discuss right now is what is
content repurposing. But before getting into this, I know most of you are
just getting started with this social media for their own branding
or for their claims. Or you haven't started
working on lines such as social media manager or
a marketing strategist, or a virtual assistant, or a graphic designer
or whatever it is. First of all, you have
to understand that you are absolutely
going to nail it. If you're feeling low or if your thing dot
tertiary road is too clumsy assertion relates
to complicated. It is not. You just have to make
sure that you know the strategy side and you
just had to take action. Without taking action, you obviously it is going to
be difficult for you. So if you are getting into
this online space and you want to learn some
skills and you want to charge money for that. Content. Repurposing is a
good way to start. Because right now it
is in great demand, as I said in the
introduction video as well, and in the upcoming time, as well as I know, as I see, the marketing industry is going to need it more. Why? Because obviously, no one wants
to just throw their money for ten different
social media content, the starting part, they just want to make sure
that everything is getting included in one strategy and this is what content
repurposing it does. So you can do it and let's
get into the main topics. What is content repurposing
coordinate repurposing is a method in which you convert a piece of
clades given content into multiple types of
contents such as blogs, social media posts, etc. So what happens here is that if, if a client has given you
some kind of content, for example, a video or a blog. So what you do is you extract the main points and you do
the content repurposing. If you are doing
for your client, you can charge easily for like $15 if you're starting out. And as you grow, as you gain experience, as you grow, you can charge
up to like $40 per hour. So you can see this
is quite trending, quite a growing idea to go for. Also, there are few
steps that we do, which is, I'm going
to explain in a bit. So let's get started
into the second purpose, like what it looks like. So for example, let's suppose
you have your live video. Let suppose your client
have a live video. So he or she will give
that live video to you. And you can convert that light
into PPT and to our blog, into an e-mail newsletter, into a social media post, into Abby's story, or IG story into a lead
magnet or e-book. Or you can also convert
it into some kind of e-mails or a
course part as well. Let's suppose that client did live video and
then he or she wants some part of the live
video to cutoff and get included in their
course, upcoming course. What you will do as
they will give you the VT0 And you just
have to edit it. You have to take out
the goal from there and you have to present
it to your client. Similarly, for creating PPTs, you will take out the
right points from there. You can create the PPD. Similarly for our blog as well, for email newsletters as well
social media post as well. If you are starting out, what I would say is do not
niche down, for example, after sometime when you will get some experience into
this and you will enjoy, for example, you
will enjoy creating social media post more
than creating blogs. So in that case, you can niche
down to social media only. But if you're just starting out, I would suggest you
that you should go for each one of them. Like whenever there
is an opportunity, just grab it and just do
the content repurposing for every single part here or whatever the
client suggest, okay? And as you gain experience, you can just cut it
off and you can choose only one part that you
enjoy most over the other. So this was just my
little advice for you. So what is social media
post, newsletter, etc. Obviously this is going to
take a lot of time and these are just things that you
will learn over time. They will get into
the marketing. But just, I'm just telling you that do not need to know
everything at once. You're going to start
with one thing. And as you will get hired, you will get to learn
a lot of things. Everyone learn in the same way. So do not get stressed. And just make sure that you are learning it good and
you can do it, okay? So the third thing that
I'm going to explain here is how you will do the
content repurposing. Like what are the steps? Step one, step two,
what are these, right? So let's get into this. How to do it for your client
step-by-step process. So for example, a content
piece has been provided to you by your client or if you
have your own business. So this is the content
that you have already, for example, live video. Then what you will do, the first step is pull out
the main points from it. Okay? So for example, if you are writing your content, repurposing about a video which states Instagram
go-to strategies. So the main point will
be Instagram go-to strategies and the sub
points will be growth. Strategy one goes is allergy
to cluster three and so on. So I hope you are
getting my point right. So the first part is done now
moving to the second part, do relevant plus additional
resource to the topic. So it is like a cherry
on the top, I would say. And it will definitely improve
your skills in this area. Plus also, it will
represent you as an authentic content
creator. Why? Because the client will see that you are putting efforts
to get more knowledge about this particular
topic by not only going to the content that
he or she has provided you. Plus you're also
putting the effort into going on the internet and searching all the
accounting information available for that
particular topic, the aid. So this is the second
part that you have to do. So do not ignore
this part, okay? The third thing that write
the blog with the points you've figured out and the extra info you just researched. So obviously we have
done our part here. We have already pulled out
our main and supplant. We have already done
the relevant part and we have already done the
additional research, right? So what do you have
to do is you just have to write the
blog if you're doing the content is purposing with all the points that you
have just to work with. The extra, extra information in the second part that
you have research with, you just have to
write the blogs. No. Fourth one is create blog images which matches the aesthetic of
your client's brand. Now, this is kind
of, I would say, broad because client images, so the blog images can be created with a
tool called Canva. You can go ahead
and check it out. And it is quite
easy, quite simple. Now here the main thing
that I would like to draw your focus is the aesthetic
of your client's brand. Aesthetic means is the
visual representation of your client's brand
or your own brand, like what color you
choose for your brand. For example, if a
client's brand main color is black or navy blue or pink. So you have to stick to that
part and you have to create the images with the colors
of that client's brand rate. This is what exactly
it is depicting here. I have just explained
this in a very light, like three or four sentences, but I can talk
about it for hours. So this is how it is done. Now, coming to the
fifth part is create social media posts
using blog main point. Now you have created the blog from the live video or the video that the other piece of content the client
has provided you. Now the next what you did
is you created the blog. You created the blog
image with the aesthetic, maintaining the aesthetic
of the client's brand using a graphic tools. Now, the next thing is repurposing the content
for social media, like for Instagram,
for Facebook, for pain interest rate. So in that case, what you
will do is you will start creating those
social media posts using the blog main points. For example, you have result, the part you have
also included in that blog along with the parts that you
have researched here. Now you have a whole bunch
of information with you. Now, you have to just take
that bullet points from the whole bunch of
information and you have to just convert
it into social media. Post for Instagram. For Instagram, you can
create Instagram stories. You can just write
one store is like how to improve Instagram
growth strategy. And 123, the next three
stories are the three points. You know what I'm saying? Again, you can create a
Pinterest post and you can redirect that Pinterest post to the client's website or
the client's social media, whatever YouTube channel,
whatever they are, what you can do is you can
create Instagram Reels. And Instagram Reels is something which is
trending right now. So you can just take a
small part of that blog and you can convert it into real. And you can just include
some trending music to it. Here you go, you are
ready to go, right? So you can see that
how many ideas I'm giving you right now, because this is such
a kind of creative, creative thing to do. Okay? So you have created
a social media post for the Facebook as well. For Facebook can create
Facebook stories, Facebook post, etc, etc. Instagram stories,
Instagram posts, instagram, IGTV,
instagram Reels. Then for Pinterest, Pinterest, you can create the post, etc. So I hope you got it. So the fifth is this one now
coming to the sixth pointer. It is to set them up for that. If you further ado, what you can do is you
can get all of these, then you can set up into just
one kind of spreadsheet. And you can just check them like if they are
looking good or not. If the captions that
you have written for your social media post from that blog post is
suitable or not, if it has grammatical mistakes or not, you know
what I'm saying? So this is what you can do. Now once you have
done all the steps, you just have to move into seven steps and you
have to revise it, revise it, and then
send it to your client. One approved should
build them up. So make sure that you revise it because most
of the times we do the spelling mistakes
and we do not revise it and it's sending
to our customers, that is clients and sometimes it preserves them off and
we do not want that rate. So in that case, it is very
important that you revise it. And after sending it up, once they approve, you
can just reduce them up. Now, I hope you understood
