1. Introduction: Hi, this is Elliot Kobe, your class instructor
for today's project. In this class, I'll be taking
you through step-by-step, how to create buckles in using Adobe Photoshop and
Adobe Illustrator. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or an effect in Adobe Photoshop and
Adobe Illustrator, you are welcomed
into this class, even if you don't have
any basic knowledge about adobe Illustrator
and Adobe Photoshop, you are also welcome
to this class. Because the first
thing that you are going to do in this class, we are going to set
up our workspace together so that we
have the same thing. Assembly out of our workspace. So that will go together step-by-step and no
one will get lost. The second thing
that we'll do is to explain all the
tools that you are going to use throughout the
whole project up to the end. In this class, you
will learn how to use the vertical and
horizontal type tool in Adobe Photoshop in order
for you to apply in these bunkers and
designs and get the best and the most out of it. You are also going
to learn how to use filters in Adobe Photoshop. You are also going
to learn how to use the effects in
Adobe Illustrator. So all these things will
be included in this class. If you don't have knowledge
about this, please. Jamie throughout the whole class so that you learn something new. It the end of this class, you'll be able to create your
own packers and designs, standing designs for your
portfolio, for your clients. So if you need to create
something standing, something unique and
something different, something that will inspire
everyone in the world. Join me throughout all
glass up to the end. So I hope I'll see
you into the class. Thank you.
2. Arranging Workspace.: Hi, In this class we are going
to work on our workspace. So go ahead and open
your Adobe Illustrator. Now I'm inside my Illustrator. When you are here, head over to a new file, click and create a new
file or aneurysms, you get some presents files
that you used it before. If it's the first time you
open in Adobe Illustrator, there'll be nothing here for
us to be on the same page. Let's go to eight says print. Here you will find these three
we are going to use later. Select later, and
click on Create. Now our workspace is open. So what I want to do
here is all of us to use the same workspace throughout the whole process of this class. So if you're using a
different workspace from mine for this class, you will need to change and use the same workspace is mine, so that we'll call
together step-by-step and no one will get lost, right? So when you place is
not the same as mine, go to the top right of
your screen where there's this icon here where it
says Switch workspace. Click on this and
there will be a drop-down menu that to show up, pop up, and then change it, change whatever you have here. Two essential,
classically, mine, if it, if it is on
essentials like this, I know a lot of you it might
be here on Essentials. Just change these two
essential classic, even if it's not on Essentials. Just change it to
Essentials Classic to have something similar to what
I have here on the screen, so that we call together step-by-step and no
one will get lost. So thank you for
watching this class. I'll see you in the
next class whereby I'll be explaining
all the tools that we'll be using in this
class up to the end.
3. Eplanation Of Used Tools.: Hi, welcome to the class. As I said before, in this class we'll
be explaining all the tools that we
are going to be using throughout this whole process of designing these algorithms. The first tool that will
be that I'll explain here, the one that we'll be using the most is the selection tool. This tool over here is
called the selection tool. This tool is used
to select what, whatever is on your
Canvas, right? So what I mean is that
meters create a shape here. I will change the
fill to two blue. Let me disable the stroke. Right? So this is our shape here. This is our JPS. What I mean the selection tool is when you click on this tool over here. So this tool is used to select, as you can see when I
click on this and drag, drag this shape to
wherever I want. So this is the selection tool. This is the tool that
is used to select whatever you have on
your Canvas it into an image and local
sheriff or anything, or a lion, anything
that you have here. So if I select another sheet, create another shape like this. Now I have two shapes, as you can see here. So in order for me to select
all these shapes are, need to click here
anyway on my canvas, drag like this and
two like this. So I have these two shapes selected altogether
or the other. The other method to do
this is to click here, click, click and hold, Shift and press
on the other one. So all of them are selected. So this is the tool
that you are going to be using the most in this class. So it is very important to know that this is
the selection tool. Don't use these other
tools because they are not the selection tools. So you can take
these two and put it there and take this
one and put it there. This is the use of the
selection tool, right? So the other tool that
we are going to use is that before moving from
this selection tool, so we have these
two shapes here. So the other thing that
I'm going to explain is let me select these
two, these Pathfinder. If you don't have
Pathfinder as below here, Let's go over to Window
and scroll down and find where it says Pathfinder us here and click on this
pathfinder over here, it will pop up here. But if you do have these
pathfinder is if you draw two shapes in your canvas
and just select all of them, you'll see it'll pop up here. So let me check this
one and put it on top of the red end
of the rectangle. Let me change the color of
this one so that is clear. And you see what I'm
trying to explain here. So here we have this blue, this blue rectangle here, rectangular square
root of this one here we have a red squiggly, red cells, Let's say clears
or a red oval, right? It's sort of an oval
or an egg, right? So I'll drag this one
using my selection tool on top of the rectangle there. So then, now I'll
select both of them. I want to explain these
Pathfinder as down here because we are going to
be using these pathfinder, only going to use one
of these options, but I'll explain all of them. So this first one over
here, when you click on it, it will combine all
these two shapes and become a single shape. So what you're supposed to do is to select
these two, right? When you click on this,
as you can see now we have a sinking ship and it has changed to the color
and use the color of the ship that was on top. If you want to change
the color of in future, you can do that. Okay, So that is the
purpose of this fist. But I find that here. This one here, the
first one, this one, this is the pupils of this one. It is called a compound shape. Compound shape, right? So for the second one, this one, this one, for the second one, this one. And you click on this
one, it will subtract. Like this. This oval is
on top of the rectangle. So when you select
all of these end, we click on this,
these Pathfinder here. It will separate
this out, right? To separate these out into
separate this oval and the other piece of
the rectangle here. Let me show you. Let's
go and click on this. As you can see now, have
this patch on the left. It's subtracted the
shape that is on top and the part of the ship
that is at the bottom, that is the purpose of that
pathfinder over there. So now let's move
on to the next one. The next one, which
is this one, right? So for this one, when you click on this one, as you can see, these two, to be easy, these two shapes are
overlapping each other. For that one, if you say, if you click on it, right. We'll be left with this sharp, this literally read ship in between these two shapes here, as you can see, this one
is overlapping, this one. So this middle one,
as you can see, the rectangle is cutting over
here so that these outside, these outsides two
will be removed. So let's click on it
and see what happens. There we go. So this is
what we are left with. This is what we had in the
middle of those two shifts. So this is what the
tool is used for right? Now. We are left with this one, the one which is at the end. Now, this one is
the previous one. Lift this part, the one and immediately it's the
one that was left. This one is the opposite of the one that we
did previously. So for this one, it will
eliminate this one in the middle ear and
we'll be left with these two outside here. So let's click on it
and see what happens. So this is what
we are left with. And it has chosen the color
of the ship that was on top. I hope I tried to explain. I hope I tried to explain. So if there is
anyone who doesn't understand how I explain or
if you have any questions, please do ask before in
the comments section or be available to assist you through whatever or through all
your questions, right? What these pathfinder
is at wink, but the Pathfinder that
we're going to use in this class is this one. Here. The second one is the one
that we're going to use. So right for this, these tools I think
I have explained, I think we also understood,
understood the selection. You just, for the
selection to write. The other tool that we
are going to use in this class is this psyche tools, this ship building tools
as I was using them. So I didn't explain
how they wake up, but the only thing is you come over here when you want to
draw a shape or anything. When you click on
this, this tingly tool and click and just drag you come up with
Eric tingly, right? This is our rectangle. So that is how it happens. Now we've drawn our rectangle. If you want to draw a
perfect square, right? You select your rectangle tool. Click Shift and hold, and click here and drag. So now, as you can see, we have a perfect
square like this. If you just click your mouse and drag like
this without holding shift, you won't get a
perfect square, right? This is the other thing that
we are going to be using. So that is how we draw a rectangular square
for the Secondly, just right-click your mouse. This drop-down menu will pop
up and then select this one. You see this one here. They are also shortcuts. If you want a
direct tingly tool, you click on M keyboard. For the ellipse tool, the one would you
be using to draw, so it gives you the letter
L on your keyboard. So these are the two that I'm going to explain because they're the ones that we are
going to be using in this class, right? So for the cycling, if you want to draw
a perfect circle, you click and hold
Shift and then left click your mouse
and drag like this, you will have a perfect circle. But if you select the tool, ellipse tool here and
just click and drag without holding your shift, then this is going to happen. You won't get a perfect circle. As you can see here. I didn't, I'm not holding my Shift
button and click on Shift. You see it changes
and it gives me a perfect circle like this. Okay, So these two, the ellipse tool
and the rectangle to the ones that we are going
to be using in this class. So they are the ones that
I'm going to explain. So let's move on to
the next, to the next. The next tool, the other tool that we are going to be
using here is this one. This mesh tool for
these two, mostly, I use it to create
gradients or wop. So let me show you how I mean
for gradients and two up, Let's just draw a
rectangle like this. So here is our rectangle here. So when I click on this mesh tool and come inside here and
just click anyway, you'll see I'll get these two
lines and I can even add, I can even add like
this, like this, right? So this is what I
use for this tool. But it doesn't work alone. So I'll show you
the other tool that works together
with, for this one, I use it to do like this
when I went to warp or to create gradients
for what ping, as you can see here,
there are points. So if I click on top
of these points, you see there are these other small points that pops up here. When I click on this small
point and just do like this, you see, I'm wiping here, but just because this rectangle
here has the same color, so you wouldn't see
what I'm doing. Here. Let's change the colors. Let's create the gradients. Is saying that they
use this tool for yp in creating
gradients to show you. How I use each weapon
to create gradients. And so the tool that I use, this one, because I said this tool is going
with another one. So they had to write the other tool that
I use with this one, the direction, the direct
selection tool, this one. So for this one, I use it to select
points, right? I use this tool to
select pointers before we used this tool
here to create those points. So when I select this
Direct Selection Tool and move over here
you see to show me, show me those lines
that we created before. So when I click on
this point here, you see those things pops up and I can even walk
using this one as well. I can even go up, as you can see like the previous
one, I can even warp. I can drag the points and
put them wherever I want. You see, you see how
this tool works. And the other thing is, the other thing
where I like to use this tool is when I click
on each of these points, then click and click
and hold your Shift, click any of these points
that you might like, like so, like so, like so. And then now let's go to colors. Just select any color
to change color. You see, this is the other thing that you can
use this to engineer here. Now, let's swap. So easy. When we are PUC, you can drag and just
play with this thing. A way how we use
this tool to up, even when I come
back to this one, okay, and do like
this, I can warp. I can warp, use
this one as well. And even if I wanted
to change colors, this one, you can use it
also to change colors. When I come here and select
maybe this maroon each color, just click here, you see, you see I'm having like
a dots all over here. Now, let's change color. It
is changed again to blue. Let's pick a green color. You see what happens. This is what happens. As you can see. Now, the other tool that we are going
to be using here, It's not a tool that
effect is the 3D effects. We are going to be using
these 3D effects here. So what we are going
to be doing with these treaties is
to convert like normal shapes or
anything that we'll be doing here to a treaty. So e.g. let me say it creates
this square like this. It is a normal
squared. When I want to change it to a 3D shape, I'll just come to effect here. Come to 3D, let go to classic
and just say revolve. You see it is sort
of a lake and these are the properties or the Casta model rotations
or something that will be playing
with insight here. But I wanted to show
you that we are going to be using these 3D. Let me click on OK and
see how our square has turned into all these tools
that I've explained here. They are the ones that we are going to be
using throughout this whole process of
this class up to the end, I hope you learned
something new. So thank you so much. I'll see you in the
next class where we'll start creating
our cousins.
4. Creating Gradients.: Hi. In this class, we'll start creating
our buggers. As we have learned how
to use the tools that we are going to use
in this class are the basics of the tools that are going to be used to this class. So let's start creating
our algorithms. So the first thing
that we need to use here is to draw a sharp, will need a rectangle. So it's either you come in DKA or click on the letter
M on your keyboard. It's the shortcut
of the rectangle. Let's click and draw. Like this here. Now we have our
rectangle here, right? We've drawn our rectangle. You can select any
color that you want and make sure that
you only have the color. But this drug is off, make sure that you
click and this upward strokes so that you only
have the color in here. Right? So what we'll
need to do now, the thing that we'll need to
do is to come here and click on our mesh to come here
and select the mesh tool, or click on the letter
U on your keyboard. As I said, these tools are the ones that we
are going to be using. Just click in the center
of your rectangle, the rectangle that
you create it, you get these two lens so we can add as many lines as you want. You can add as many
layers as you want. It depends on your pipe. According to my advice, to not add a lot of lines so that you can get a
beautiful design, a beautiful park, awesome, or you can recolor, these two become a
great color is tanning. Gradient color, right? So let's click and
add the colors. As you all know, we all
know how to add the color. You just click anywhere to
add lines, to add the lens. So just click anyway in
order to add some lines. So for me, I think this is
going to be perfect, right? Let's go back to the Selection
tool. So we have this. So now the tool that we are going to use in order
to change the colors. I hope you remember
this tool over here, the direct selection tool, click on this or on the
letter a on your keyboard. So let's change the colors. You may change the colors
to whatever you like. For me, I'll also change the
colors to whatever I like. Remember I said, when you
want to change colors here, lightness or certain place
or at certain spots, you have to select the points. Okay, so let's select the
points where we would like to change colors. For me, I'll start
with this one. Select any way input, any colors of your choice, right, for me, I'll
select like this. I remember when
you are selecting, when you click the first point, click and hold your Shift and
select the other points so that you have
currently selected. If you don't do this, it means that it means that
you selected only one point. And make sure that you select these points at the H's here, as you can see here, I
left this point here. You see I'm still having
a green color the right. Make sure that you
select all those points to note them behind. Select any color of your choice. It's not that it's a mass to use the colors that I'm using. So here we are
creating gradients. I hope you are done. I am done as well. So now we'll need
to move forward. Let me change this one. And this one. I'll give it to this
yellowish color is like this. So as you can see now, we have created our gradient here using these tools
that I explained before. So now, if you would
like to swap this, you can walk using this tool
here as I showed you before. This tool you can click
on this point trick. You can do whatever you like. You can drag, you see. But for now I think
it's good like this. You can watch it in the center, in the medulla here
in these colors. Just play along, just to mix
these colors. Let's swap. As I showed you before, how to use this tool to up. Let's swap this just to
mix these colors up. But don't overdo it. Please. Make sure that you
do it smoothly. I think for me this
is a good for now. So let's click on the Selection tool and
put it in the center. So this is it for this class. I hope you learned
something new. I'll see you in the next class, whereby we will
be exporting this from Adobe Illustrator
to Adobe Photoshop.
5. Exporting To Photoshop.: Hi, As I said in this class, we'll be exporting our gradients from Adobe Illustrator
to Adobe Photoshop. The first thing that we need to do is to create our canvas. When you are already in
your Adobe Photoshop, let me just click on new file. Then from here go to print, like what we did on
Adobe Illustrator, then select letter and create. Now here we are inside
of our Adobe Photoshop. So what we are going
to do now is to go to Adobe Illustrator and take our gradients to and export them to
into Adobe Photoshop. Let's go to our
Adobe Illustrator. Now, here we have our gradients
with the selection tool. Click on the, on the the gradients and then click on Control
C to copy these. If you're on a Mac, click on Command C to copy
the gradients or just come to here it
sees a deep copy. Then let's go to our Photoshop. Then when you come
here to Photoshop, just click on Control V. And then this will pop up. Then when it pop-ups, just leave it on pixels. It's either you put it on pixels or smudge object
or will be the same. But for me, I will use
pixels and just click, Okay. Now we have our gradients
in Adobe Photoshop. So, thank you so much. I'll see you in the next class, whereby we will be manipulating
and adding details. On top of these gradients that you created in
Adobe Illustrator.
6. Adding Noise And Warping.: So in this class we are
going to be adding detail to our bulk as in design that we created in
Adobe Illustrator. These, this gradient. So the first thing that
we're going to do is to reduce the size of this. Let's just put it in
the center like this. And what we need now, we'll need to create
a background, beautiful background for this. So for here, let's select
this leg in Illustrator, we have these Ellipse tools
and the Rectangle tool. So just hit over here
for the ellipse tool. Here if you want the ellipse
to click on the letter U. So it will select
or click just to inherit and right-click you'll see other options of
the other circles. So for this one you need
a rectangular Genesis. Select this rectangle. Make sure that this
stroke is off. Sure the stroke is off. And here, you can choose
any color of your choice. For me. For now,
I'll just use green. I'll change it later on. So let's draw our
rectangle like this. For me, this one will
be perfect like that. Then do this. To move this at the
back of our gradient. You can move on to
your layers panel. Just click on this and drag
it to the bottom like this. Or the other way to take
it to the boardroom is to click on Control on a ship, on your, on your,
on your keyboard. Click on Control
on your keyboard. And the left bracket, like this, left bracket that is below plus and minus on
your keyboard control. And then the left bracket
on your Mac, it's Command. And the left bracket, like this for this color here. For the color of our background, this one, just
double-click on this year. I would like to change the
color to a blue color, dark purplish color, legs. So that is okay. Then let's move it down like this and over
to the other side. For this one, or change
the color again, this doesn't look good. Let's give it a grayish
color like this. Okay. Let's make it
to fit the canvas. Let's increase the size. Sorry. Next. So this So, yeah, cool. I think this is good for now. And then for this one, I'll leave it just like this. Now, let's add the details
to these effects, right? So the first effect
that we're going to add here, it's called noise. We're going to add noise
to the two of these. The first thing that we
have to do is to convert this to a smart object. So to convert these, this one, this background
that you created, the grades background
to a smart object that's come to eat here and right-click and
come to this one, he says Convert to Smart Object. The reason why we're converting these to Smart Object is that we can add effects onto a ship. And when it is converted
to a Smart Object, you won't be able to
teach each as a sharp. It is a layer now
sort of a teacher. It's no longer a sharp. So if you want to
change the color, if we double-click on this, you see it opens on another. You can pass it to
a new layer now, what is called as a layer. But when you double-click
here, Let's double-click here. And you open in a new layer. When it opens in a new layer, we can edit it as a shape
in the Yulia like this, you can see I can
change the color. And if I can, if I change
the color here and say okay, if I close it here and say Yes, it will update on the other
side as you can see here. So I'll just undo these
Command Z or Control Z. So what we need to do here now, as we have converted
it to a smart object. Now what we'll do is
to go to the Filter. Then. Now we go to this one which
says Noise, Add Noise. So noise is sort of showers
or roughness of it, as you can see now,
it is changed. Now you can see
there is a roughness at Pitt details on there. So when I decrease
the noise to 0.10, you can see there is nothing. So I think you've, you can see the difference. So let's add some noise. It's, it's noise I think
for me, I'll go with 30. So you can choose any and you
can change it later stage. So let's click on Okay. You see now we have
a peak details on our on our background
there. Then. Yeah, I think the color is fine. And on this one as well, we can add noise as well. Let's go to the filter. Let's go to noise and
then add noise again so that you will do
again on this one. Yeah, that's fine for me. Then click Okay,
when you're done, Let's stretch this a bit. Let's stretch it. Okay, now what we
want to do with these, let's swap these. Remember, we were doing
work on Adobe Illustrator. Now we are in Adobe Photoshop. We are going to warp
this again so that it gets a better look. So let's click on top
of these joints here, and then let's go
to Warp, right? When you are here, you can walk the way you see
there are points you can drag and do whatever
you want, right? And even if you
want to add points, like what we were doing
on Adobe Illustrator, just click on Control. You see when you
click on Control and hover over your mouse wherever, wherever I want on top
of these gradients here, you'll see there'll
be an edit land. And when you click like this, you see a point has
been edit here. When I click on my
control and click anyway, you see I do have
another point edit. So that is how we
add points here. Adobe Photoshop, it is a bit different from
Adobe Illustrator. So for me, I'll add a
few points and 81 here. Another one. Yeah, sorry. Let's face, let me first walk
before I ate those points. So I'll do this next. So yes. Then now I'll come to you can do
whatever you want to do. You can follow me step-by-step, or you can create your
own you can create your own unique design. So he can do sort of like this. Make it like so. Length is this leg? This this is good. I think I like this.
I like this for me. So you also do yours
whatever you like, but make sure that you
follow the steps and the methods that I'm
showing you here. Let me just put this one here. So this is good for now for me. Like this. I hope you've also come up with something
like this are different. But please do follow the
methods that I'm showing you. So thank you. This is it for this class. I'll see you in the next class, whereby we will be
adding shadows on our particles in design.
7. Adding Text And Shadows.: So in this class we'll be adding texture and shadows to
our buckles and design. So the first thing
that we're going to do is to come our layers panels here and double-click on
this layer here, right? And this will pop up. So the thing that
we want here is this one that says drop shadow, just click on top of it here. As you can see, we've
got some sharp here. So you can play
with these settings here to get the size of
the shadow that you want. With all these settings here. You can even play with this just for the angle
of the shadows. Can play with that. For me, I'll use 90 degrees. 90 for me is fine. This is the distance
of the shadow. You can add noise to the shadow, but to make it so that it
looks the same is our ground. Let's put it on day t. I
think that's too much. It's tried. I think this
one would be perfect. As you can see. This is the noise
that I have edit. You can also add noise, play around with
the settings and get something that
you might like. And when you're done,
just click on Okay. Then, now you see we have
some shadow reflecting here. So let's add some text. For text. We don't need a lot of things. Let's grab our type tool. For the type tool,
click on the letter T on your keyboard on here. Using the Text tab tool, you can click on this one, just click like this. Then it will give you a
normal way of typing text. If you select all this text, if you want to change the color, select all of it, and
then just come here. As you can see, the color of
the text will change, right? That is the
Horizontal Type Tool. And then for the, let me remove this
horizontal type tool. And then for the
vertical type tool, this one tabs for the
top to the bottom. And I do it like this as
you can see, it mean. So with that you see all the
texts Unicorn like that. So when we double-click on this may be due to all that in type, what we want. Type. Men. As you can see, it
goes like this. When a type, it goes vertically, all of the texts will
call vertically. This is what is going to happen with the Vertical Text tab to these two types of tab to
that you are going to use. But yeah, if you want
to use the vertical, you can use the
red carpet for me. For now, I'll use horizontal, right-click on the horizontal, and we can even change the
color before you start typing. Then I'll choose this
dark grayish color. Just click anywhere here and type anything
that you want for me. I just type j1o1. That is good for you to increase the size of the text.
Just come here. We'd say is there's
a small t and the capital letter T. And
you see there is 36 PT here, which means 36 points. You can click here. And then this
drop-down menu here, you can select the size of
the text that you want. We didn't say this is 72. If you feel like a
text is too small or if you feel it's
even more than this, you can type here
the number that you want to tape 101,000. Then we get what is
going to happen. You see? That is what is happening. My text is to peak now as you
can see now on the CVs A1, Oh, too big now. So I have to reduce the size. I've selected it and
then I'll come here. You reduce the size and put
it 200 so that you see, you see now it has
come to here, sorry. Here's my text, here, is my text here, so
I'll drag it up to here. So that is it. I think I guess you've
seen how the text or type two wet how to change
the color to change the size. You can change it using the point that they've
given you there. But if you feel like it
will be still too small, you can type whatever you want. So for the color of the
text, I'll select here. I think that is not what I want. This whitish color and no. I think this color
here will do for me. And then I'll click on Okay. Then click on there. So this is what we have here in order for you
to change the font. If you feel like the
font that you have here, you don't like it. You can come here and click this drop-down menu here you can see the styles or the
font, glad to have. You can select any font that
you might like and use. The font I have used d here. If this one which is called bainite in cheek when
density this is due, one that I have used
here for this class. What you have to do now, we need to add another text
again for more details. Let's click on our type tool. Given the letter T. Just
press anywhere here. Then for the size, I think
the size is too big. Now, I'll reduce the size to 18. Then you see I've got
a smaller size now. It may take it here so that
I'll see what LP typing. Double-click in order
to select that. Now, let's start typing. So I'll type anything yet, even if it doesn't make sense, you can type anything. You can type anything you
might like on your design. So I've typed my text here, can drag it and put it here
so that you can see in the, I feel like there was a big
gap here in-between the text. So when I double-click on
this text here, all right, so I have this selected. When I come to properties here, you see there is these
options of here, of the text. Right here. It is checked here,
as you can see, there is this one here which
is 53 point is the gap between the text tool and
I click here and drag. You see that gap
there, It's reducing. Or even if you want, you can click on this
drop-down menu here and select any of it and see
what's going to happen. Or you can type here the number of the space that you might want. Me click on 19. You see it changed like this. You see it's changed.
It moved APT, when I click here on
50 and click here, you see it moved and even
the color of the text, you can change it from
here as well, right? So for me I just
click and drag leg. So this will be perfect
and then like that. And I feel like my
text is not enough. So let me add some texture. Again. I think this is good
enough for now. Then what we need to do
now is to rotate this. To rotate this when you
come here, you see, when you go to your selection
tool, these two here. When you come here, you
see when you come to the edge or to the
corner of those texts, you see they'll be
like a cavity arrow. Just click and rotate like this. Rotate it. And I think next. So then let me drag
it to the other side. I feel like I need to rotate it. Like this. This is
much better now and I feel like I would
need to change the font. I'll just select all
this shaped like that. I'll come here. Then
let me look for the phone that am I maybe
like, click on this. And this is now too small. It Nicole for another way. It's shy. This one. And click on Okay. There we go. I think
this looks good for me. And then let me
increase the size to lexer to lay is and
then they will go, that is it for me and for k1k or n tau in and
keyboard for this one, I'll drag it to the other side. Then. This is we have for now. Thank you so much for being
with me in this class. I'll see you in the next
class where I will be adding more details
to our design.
8. Finalizing.: Hi, welcome to the last class of these particles in design. So now what we are going to do, we're going to add the final
details to this design of us here and finalize and see how our outputs are
going to look like. So now as we lived here before, I feel like we can add
something like a signature. So for us to do that, Let's create a new layer. Right? So play along with this. It's not that you're
dumping that. I didn't before. I've created a different
design. I'm great. I'm creating it now here. So follow me step-by-step and
try to be creative, right? So we've created a new layer. In order for you to
create a new layer, you'll come to this
leaky plus ca, click on this little plus. And then let's go and
look for our pencil tool. Here, where we find
our brush tool, let's select our
pencil to write. You can reduce the size
of this pencil tool by clicking on the
brackets, right. When your keyboard, that
is the red bracket, is used to increase
the left brackets is to reduce the size and
then click Alt and right, click your mouse and
drag it to the left. The size will increase. When you drag it to the
right, size will decrease. And when you drag it up, it to be more soft
as you can see, let me increase the size
to see how it looks like now that it is soft, we get how it looks like. You see. But when I drag it down and see it is a hard brush. So we'd like to use
the soft price like bees or to change these
softness and hardness, you can even the size
you can even come here. These two like this,
price will be hard. And then when you do like this survey, when
you do like this, your pencil behind
and when you do this, your pencil would be soft and then do like
this to be smaller. And when we drag it to the
other side, it should be beak. So it's up to you which
methods you want to, right? Size for me, I think. Here we need to do something
like a signature for me. I'll just I think just
to pick the size. Not quite what I want. Just play along with this. Sort of like this, but
not quite accurate. Let's zoom in to see
what we are doing. I think that this might be good. So now let's come here
and double-click on this. But doesn't look that good. I want the color to
match with the one that for with our texts
there. Delete this. Let me select our pencil tool
again with the color here. For the color. I don't
think I like this color, the color that we
use on our teeth. It's pretty to an
hour Red Sea now. One exactly. Miss the colors this is to tap. Maybe this one. Let me see even if it doesn't
match exactly. So now let's our signature, sorry, shy in there. I know this is not that easy to get the
perfect signature. So I think that might be it'll let me try
and reduce the size. So it's tricky here. This is sort of a
signature there. Then I think this
might be perfect. The other thing that
you might add, now, let's combine all these layers. Click on the layer on the top, then click and hold your Shift, go to the one at the
bottom like this, and then right-click and convert all of them to a smart object. Converting, sorry, right, So
now we have a single layer. All these things are now
grouped in one layer. It's now a single image, a single design, as you can see when I move it
wherever I want it. Now. So this is each
for this project. First project in thousands. So I hope you learned
something new. I hated create your own tacos in design and don't forget
to share your designs with me so that I review
your work and let you know where you need to improve or if it's perfect,
I will let you know. I really, really sure that you are going
to create something much better than mine
wasn't much beautiful line. If you wanted to submit
