1. How to create an Affiliate Business Online In 1 Week Intro #1: Hey, there. My name is Adrian Hallberg, and welcome to the Affiliate Marketing Master Class. In this course, we'll learn the strategy, structure, and look at many real life examples of how to build an online affiliate business in just one week. So we'll start by choosing a niche slash topic. Curating content so you don't have to make your own content, creating a call to action core offer and automating social media posting, so you can schedule out post to drive traffic to your core offer, and then we'll look at finding the best affiliate channels to link to to monetize your content. So if you're interested in learning how to create an online affiliate business, let's jump right in and get started on the next video. 2. Affiliate Business Structure & Tools #2: All right. Let's take a look at our structure and we can get started. Before we do that though take a look at the list of tools here. You can screenshot this and they're not all necessary, it seems like a lot right now, but as you put things together, one piece at a time, you'll find that they're all pretty useful. I prefer later.com for social media publishing. I use Aweber to create an email list, email Opt in and email automation, WordPress for a website, which is free if you pay for hosting and via domain, which can be up to as cheap as 22 $25 per year. And you can use WordPress for E Commerce to publish affiliate products on your website. Ebay Partner Network, I use to sell products on Ebay. Amazon Affiliates, you can go to Amazon, create an affiliate account and link to any Amazon product and get paid that way. Google AdSens that's monetization where you put ads on your website once you get traffic going to your website and I put the ads on my core offer landing page as well, and we'll take a look at real life examples. Chat EPT or Gemini. By Google to create captions and automate text, to create text. You can use that to create blogs and social media captions. You create a free Gmail for every niche, every topic and brand, Cab cut to use for video editing and to clip videos. Use a YouTube video downloader. I use one called four K Video Downloader, as you can see here and you can take long form videos from YouTube that somebody else makes related to your topic or niche, throw it into CabCutT create clips and captions and then you can upload those to social media. Google Analytics to track your traffic to your website and Google search console for SEO. Those are all just different types of tools that I find to be very helpful. Now looking at the structure, of our affiliate business. We start by picking a niche slash topic. One of the real life examples we'll look at is a backpacking, Bush Craft and wilderness survival brand. It's just basically an outdoor brand. Then we find content to curate. I can go to YouTube, find long form videos about people doing outdoor things. So that'll be our content that we curate so we don't have to make our own content. Then throw that I download it, throw it into Cabcut then we will use later.com to schedule that content as reels, shorts, and TikToks vertical mobile videos under 60 seconds long. Then we'll create a call to action offer. For this brand, my core offer is enter to win a backpacking gear giveaway. Which looks like this. I created a landing page here. Let's refresh this page. This is the landing page that I link all the social media to and I put the call to action in the caption of the social media posts. If you notice here I have ads right on my landing page. But if we scroll down, we see this giveaway. I picked out a bunch of products from Amazon, and then I use Aweb to create this lead form. People fill out this form, they get entered into the email list and then from the email list, I'll get automated emails sending them products to buy from Amazon. This is monetized in a couple of ways. As we drive traffic to this lining page from our social media content, you collect some money by people viewing these ads. Then having a hard time. Then once people opt in to your core offer, you can monetize further by sending them emails linking to affiliate products. There's a couple of ways that we monetize that funnel. That's our main call to action offer that we put in the social media content. Again, we'll look at a real life example of that. Then we schedule emails with a call to action to affiliate products and we create a website landing page like we just looked at. So we pick our topic, find content to curate, create a valuable offer that will drive higher click through rate from your social media to your links, use social media automation to publish all that content. Create website content, which is that landing page, and you can add affiliate products directly to your website as well and then use email automation to drip that email list links. That's the structure. We can look at it in another way here, so we need our traffic sources. Traffic comes from social media. That's where we schedule and post organic social media posts. We can use paid Facebook ads to drive traffic to this landing page as well. I've done this before because there's ads on here, I'll get 50% back on my ad spend. If I spend $100, for example, on Facebook ads, I'll get $50 back right away of about 50% because people are driving traffic here. Because the value offer, enter to win free backpacking gear is such a good offer, you can get a lot of traffic from paid social media, paid Facebook ads with a low cost per click. Then they still get down here and they enter in their information. I grow the email list and it ends up being really cheap. I got it down to about $0.25 per subscriber. Then the goal is over the course of a year to make your money back. As long as you are profitable, you can invest in paid Facebook ads. Then you can also invest in SEO, organic search traffic once you have your website built, and if you're interested to learn more about how to do SEO, I have two courses on my Skillshare account that you can go reference and learn how to do SEO. So those are our traffic sources. Then all those drive traffic. We have our website, which we'll take a look at. On that website, we have our offer Landing page, which is this landing page here as an example. Then we have affiliate products, which I will show you, like I said, once you have your website built on WordPress, you can use WooCommerce and add products directly to your website. Then you can create SEO blogs. You can create a lot of blogs related to your niche topic and drive traffic to your blog from SEO, and then you can monetize and have Google Adsens placed on those blogs. That way, you can make some money that way as well. It all starts with having a website and then you can focus on driving traffic to that website to offer Landing page affiliate products and SEO blogs. So that's the structure of our affiliate business. Now, let's just take a quick pause here and dive in to looking at a real life example. I have two or three that will look at real life affiliate brands and I'll walk you through the steps of how that looks using these tools and building out this structure. We'll get into a real life example in our next video. 3. Real Life Examples Of Affiliate Brands #3: Okay. Now that we looked at the structure of how our affiliate business is made, and you can duplicate this for several different topics and niches. Let's take a look at a real life example. Let's start with our website. This is the website we have built on WordPress for our outdoor brand, like I mentioned, you can add products directly to your website. These are all products that are just linked directly to Amazon that are on the website. If we click on this product here, for example, we have a product page, and then I can click By now and it'll take me directly to Amazon. Then it uses my affiliate link. If anyone purchases, not even this product, but anything on Amazon through our link, we'll get an affiliate commission based off that. You just go to Amazon Affiliate website and you can sign up. Just like that. Then once you're signed up, you'll have a little link on Amazon. I can go to not even a specific product, but just a search page so I could do outdoor gear. And I'll show all these products here. Then I can click on Get a Link. This is my affiliate link. I use that link and then when I add a product to my website, I'll use that link on WordPress. If we want to add a product to our Wordpress site, let's start with this cooking utensils. I can login to WordPress. You can use a plugin called dropship and Affiliate for Amazon and WooCommerce as a Google Chrome extension and it gives you these little buttons so I can import the product directly into our website. Let's make sure we're on the right site. You can use this plugin or you can do it manually. Sometimes the plugin won't work and I'll do it manually, but it looks like it was added successfully. Now I'm on the back end of WordPress. I can go over to our products. You'll see it right here. New product. Then I'm going to SEO optimize this page. I'll do a few things. I'm going to make the title more SEO friendly. I'll get rid of this brand name. Then we'll just this will be our title. I'm going to update our URL, so it's just an exact match for that keyword, cooking and kitchen utensils for camping. I'm going to update our category here to something related, camping supplies and equipment, make that primary. Then if we scroll down, we can see here we have an affiliate link and our price and then I'll add the price here and then mark it up a little bit, so it will always be on sale, just like that. Let's update that and then take a look at it. Now this is our product. If I click on B now, it'll take me to Amazon. If someone purchases it, we'll get a commission check put into our account. You get 3% on different categories. Now that we have this page made, also notice that there is, if it pops up. Usually, there's ads on this page as well. If anyone visits, there's a little ad here at the bottom. Now I'm going to go over to our Google Search Console. This is used for SEO. I'm going to index this page. Anytime we make a new page, we just want to index it and that tells Google to put it on Google Search. I'll show you an example of another site I have that gets a lot of organic traffic. Do you remember organic traffic SEO is part of our traffic source and I'm linking directly to an affiliate product. We'll just wait for this to be indexed. We have lots of products here. The other way we can drive traffic is our blog, so we can go to the blog of the website. Uh this blog will drive organic traffic and then people will land here and they will see these ads and you can get paid from Google Adsens. I also have some products linked on the side here. These are affiliate products. At the top here, I have a little image button to get to our giveaways as well. As traffic gets driven to the blog, you can monetize through people clicking through the products, signing up for your giveaway and seeing your ads as well. All right. Something's wrong there, we'll take a look at it later. This is another affiliate brand I have that gets a lot of organic traffic with lots of products on it. This is a photography website. This is our organic traffic, we've had 370 organic clicks to the site in the last three months. So this is a blog driving traffic, look at that. Then these are all products. Look at this and these products are linked to Ebay. All of these products I've added to the website and you can add limited amount of products. Pretty much technically every product that exists on say Ebay or Amazon, you can add it to your website and drive traffic. All these products are driving traffic organically from Google Search to the website. Let's take a look at this one. I'll show you an example. If I just take this keyword, go to Google, type it in. Then we should be somewhere on the page. Unless I passed it. Right here. This is our page on Google Search, so people find this, they click on it, and then they get to this page. And it should say buy on Ebay, not Amazon, so I'll have to fix that. But if I click here, it just takes me not to a single product page because on Ebay products come and go and they sell, but instead it just goes to a search page that way I can scroll down, I can click on one of these and if I purchase one of these cameras, we get an affiliate commission as well. That's how products work and you can drive traffic to eBay or Amazon. Want to watch the ad. This is a blog that drives traffic, people land on this blog and they see ads, and then you can collect money that way. With this photography example, I also have some other ways to monetize this brand through Skillshare. So I have these film photography classes, and these are classes on Skill Share and you get one month free on Skill Share. You're watching this video on Skill Share. I'll send people to Skill Share and if you sign up on Skillshare, then you can get monetized that way as well. You can use Amazon, Ebay, Skill Share. Pretty much any software website will have an affiliate program that you can link to. You can find something that fits your brand and topic and get monetized that way. I have photography classes to monetize and then I have cameras and photography gear linked to Ebay and Amazon as well. These are all our cameras that we have products for. If we go back to search console, all these things you see that say product with a name, these are all organically ranked and drive traffic. To the website. We have film photography classes as ranked, people click through and go right to film photography classes. We've had 33 organic clicks in the last three months. They go to products and cameras. We've had 54 link clicks in the last three months and they can go to blogs. This is best film for winter photography. That's a blog. Those are all three different types of ways we can monetize our website. This is another blog, film photography at night, that drives traffic. Let's take a look at our AdSense account. These are all the different websites I have, photography, outdoor, and a personal website, and it hasn't been doing a ton of money, but it's scalable. The more content I add to these sites, the more traffic driven to the site and the more ways I can monetize. We made about $17 this month from Adsens if you have a YouTube, which I have two YouTube channels, but they're not monetized right now, then you can also add YouTube to your earnings as well. I had them monetized, but I wasn't publishing enough content, so it got montized. I just have to get it remontized When it was between my two channels, they're doing about $20 a month. That's how you can do that. Then you can go to Ebay Partner Network. And we'll take a look at those. Now let's look at our analytics for this brand. This is all the traffic in the last 90 days that have gone to that outdoor brand. You can see all the different traffic sources. Organic social media, we've had 180 website visits, organic search, we've had 53, organic video, we've had three. If we look at our photography website, We've had 172 visits from Organic Search 48 from Organic Social seven from organic video, that's YouTube. You can see all the different traffic sources. YouTube, Pintris, Google organic, being organic, Instagram. Those are all the different sources driving traffic to the website. So now let's take a look at later.com and how we schedule out content. For the Gora Live outdoor brand, we have Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and Tik Tok, and I'll upload videos and pictures here, and then you can just drag and drop them and schedule out posts. I have all these posts scheduled out and I have about two a week scheduled all the way out to I think June. I can do nothing. I can forget about it and this content will still be published all the way through July actually. June 29. This is all the posts that we have scheduled. Now let's take a look. This is on Instagram. This is a picture and you can just curate. Basically, you download pictures from Instagram and YouTube videos, and then you can schedule them here. Notice my caption. Right out of the gate, I have a caption here, Enter win backpacking gear, Link in Bio. People will see this picture. They'll see this caption on Instagram and then they'll go click on the Link in the Bio and land on our landing page. Once they land on this landing page, we'll collect some money from the ads and then if they fill out this form, they get added to our email list as well. Let's take a look at GRAV website channel or Instagram channel. Instagram page, I should say. This is all the content that's been publishing automatically. If we go to our reels, we can see all the views it's been getting. This reel got 2000 views. This had 3,000 views, 2,500. It's getting a lot of views, all this type of content. If we click on this link right here, we can click on our Link and bio and it'll take us to our landing page. That's how that works. Then you can link to your shop as well. Then this is our photography page. If you just go to Ebay Partner Network, you can log in there. I'm just getting back through everything. We looked at our analytics, we walked through, you go to later.com and schedule posts. Now let's look at how you can curate content. If I go back to Instagram and I type in outdoor gear, for example, as a search. Okay. We can click on this image, for example, and I can download this picture using a plugin for Google Chrome extension called Turbo Downloader for Instagram. Let's use this one, for example. I can click this little button. I download this image. Then I can go to Later and I can upload that image. Okay. Then I can drag it over here. Now I can write a caption and for that, I'll go to ChaEPT I'll just tell it. I'm just going to copy part of this. But. I'll put it right there and I'll say Link in Bio. I'll copy our link and I'll put that in there. I'll come back and get some of these call to actions or these hash tags and then I'll customize each of these posts. On Instagram, I put Link and Bio because you can't have a link directly. But for all the other channels like TikTok or Facebook, you can have direct link, so I'll just remove the Link and Bio and the link will be clickable. Then for Pinterest, we just select our board on Pinterest, you can link directly to websites as well, so we're going to add the link down here. That's it. Schedule five posts. Now that post is scheduled and automated across all those channels. Let's take a look at Pintris because Pints is a really good one I like because you can link directly to website. This is our Gora Live Outdoor brand on PintRS In the last 30 days, we've had 97 outbound clicks. If we look at our content here, this one post video on PinchSt has gotten 61 clicks. This post has gotten ten. This post has gone six, people see these posts and click to your landing page. Now let's get back to our landing page when somebody actually fills out this form, right here. That's where we use Awber and I'll show you how I automate emails. These are all the emails automated for our photography or film photography brand. I'll show you an example of one of the emails that I've made for that brand. I have a YouTube channel associated with this brand as well where I make videos with cameras. This is an example of the email. It's a specific camera video with a little caption here. You can click to watch the YouTube video. Then if you scroll down, the product is listed here, you can click to purchase the camera. Then at the bottom of the email, I have our free photography classes. G one month free on Skillshare to get photography classes, so they can click that link as well. The first link top is free YouTube do. That's so we can get more views on this video, if your YouTube channels monetized, then you'll get some money from the ads on this video. We have our affiliate links in our YouTube description as well. You can order the camera here from Amazon. You can get one month free to film photography classes on Skillshare from this link, and then I have links to different film down here as well. If we click to our website where we have our camera, you'll land on our website here, then you can click through to Amazon and purchase the camera. Or the other link on the email goes to our film photography classes. If you want to start one of these classes, you can go to Skill Share and get one month free from my Skillshare link as well. In this one email, I'm linking to three different places, but the email is geared around this camera. It goes to a video, you can purchase the camera and then in all the emails, I have a link to our skill share as well. If you see this automation, all these emails send out every three days. I'll wait three days, email, wait three days, send email. And each email is a little different. This email is specifically just for this course. It's really short and simple, but you can click this button in the email and I'll take you to the skill share courses. Wait three days. Right here, we have another skill share course. All these are courses. Then this email it's just a video. It's just a little video to send to the email list. If you click on that email, you land on this landing page where there'll be ads. Anybody that clicks through from the email, you'll get ad revenue, and then you can watch the video here. Boom. Who uses this Boom? We've had digital cameras for 1,000 years. Digital. No digital cue. You can scroll down and watch more videos and every time you scroll down and see a new ad, you'll get money from Adsens. Yeah, those are all the different emails. So yeah, you can use Aweber to build email lists and forms to opt in. So I have Gora Live prepared I have four email lists, one, two, three, four, that are all different topics, different niches with different emails getting sent. And so let's look at our GRAV form, for example. And I'll do giveaways, too. I'll do camera giveaways through that camera brand, and that's how we can grow our email list. Pages and forms. If you come here on a Weber, this is the form we made, backpack and gear giveaway and that's this form here. They enter a win so again, to recap, we find content to curate by just using Instagram or YouTube. Another thing you can do is go to YouTube and then download a long form YouTube video. For example, I downloaded this video, this Bush Craft Shelter that somebody made at 6 minutes long. I downloaded that from YouTube, and then I opened up CabCUT I uploaded the video and Cab Cut will automatically create shorts. I was out today messing around with some now I have this short made, so I can export this video, import it into later.com, and schedule the post. So that's another way you can add reels. We have image posts like we have here. Then we also have reels. We can find an example of a reel. This is a video that we had uploaded that will get sent to TikTok and Pentrist It's a video of someone building a camp shelter. That is the affiliate business in a nutshell. Let's download this video and upload it to later.com. Once it's downloaded, you get the idea. That's it in a nutshell. That's the affiliate business. We have paid social channels where we download long form YouTube videos and then use CabCuT to turn them into reels. We have organic SEO for blogs and products and we can invest in Facebook ads as well. I have another course on Facebook ads. All that drives traffic to our core offer, which is our landing page where people can sign up for our email list. We can drive traffic to our affiliate products. We drive traffic from our SEO blogs, all on our website. Once people opt in to our landing page, our core offer, we schedule emails with called action to different affiliate products that can be software, that can be products on Amazon, YouTube, videos, or all three, like we saw in the example. So that is the real life examples. We looked at two brands that I have for affiliate marketing and I use all these tools to achieve that. Hopefully, that was helpful seeing a real life example of how to build all of that out. You basically just need to start with your website, start with your topic, niche, and slowly just build that. Once everything's build out, it goes pretty quick and you can curate content very easily. I have everything already set up. You have to create all your social channels and things like that. Let's upload this video now. That we downloaded from YouTube. You can automate your emails and your social media and your website content and just slowly build traffic going to your brand. Then use Chat GEBT to write your captions. I'm going to actually take one of these captions and use that as an example. That's pretty much it. Copy and paste captions. We're going to load later. I'll schedule this post out later. Do we have it? Didn't upload. I didn't let it finish uploading. That's it for now. Now in the next video, let's dive in to the course project. In the course project, this is what we're going to do. Create your own affiliate brand. Use these tools, create a social media channel. I recommend starting with Pintrist number one and creating a landing page. If you don't have a website, you can technically create landing pages right here on Aweber as well, but I recommend getting the website. That way you can add affiliate products and drive SEO traffic to your blogs as well. Let's see here. Let's take a look at the steps in the next video to create your course project, create your own affiliate brand. 4. Course Project: All right, for the course project, these are the steps that you'll follow based off of the previous video. You're going to start by picking a topic and a niche. This can be something you're personally interested in or just something you found an opportunity to do. It can be anything from sewing to home crafts to film photography, business investing, anything like that. Set up a Pinteress account. That can be start as your first social channel. And Pintris is really good for home crafts, photography, more creative. If it's something like investing, I think it could still work. It's just maybe not as good compared to say Instagram. Though PintriS is great because it gets a lot of impressions, a lot of awareness, and then you can click on Links directly to your core offer. Set up those two things. Number three, download ten curated social content for your reposting. So you can go to Instagram or YouTube and just type in in your browser. You can just Google, YouTube MP four Downloader, for example, or Instagram post downloader. You can just copy and paste a link to any post and download it. Now this is if you don't have your own content to create. If you have your own content, that's better. But if you don't have your own content, you just want to practice setting up this affiliate business, then you can start by curating somebody else's content, just repurposing it on your own channel. So download ten curated social content for posts. Do five video reels and five images. This could be for Pinta, do five vertical videos, you can go to YouTube shorts, download five YouTube shorts or five reels from Instagram, and then download five images. Number four, create a landing page. This can be done if you have a website with WordPress or if you sign up for AwbFree trial, you can use Awb that we talked about in the last video. To create your landing page and with a CR offer, your CR offer could be a free giveaway or simply directly to a product. Your core offer can be directly to your link. For example, I have join Skill Share and get one month free and you can put that in as there or find other software that has a free trial, or you can link directly to an Amazon product or directly to a eBay product. But create your landing page with a core offer. It's good to have a landing page with a form fill. If you link directly to a product, for example, get deals on sewing equipment. Still create a landing page with a email name and create a list on Aweb. Then the first email you send can be a link directly to Amazon. You just want to create a landing page with a name and email so you can grow your email list. Then you can send emails to your email list with future affiliate links in the email list. Number five, schedule the ten posts using later.com linking to your core offer. Schedule out those ten posts on later.com, you can sign up for free trial and link to your landing page and build a call to action in the caption that says, click here to get free giveaway or click here to get deals on sewing equipment if sewing is your niche. Then they go to your landing page, they sign up and then the first email they get is an affiliate link to Amazon for sewing equipment. Number six, create five emails in a campaign to send to email subscribers. As people sign up for your core offer on your landing page, they will get five emails automatically dripped to them. You can schedule them out every three days and link to an affiliate product of your choosing. You can link to Amazon or Skillshare or any other software. That's the course project to basically create your full funnel using these steps. Hopefully that makes sense and good luck.
