1. Course Introduction: Hi everyone, welcome to how to make a vision board that actually works. Now, chances are you're here because you've made a vision board in the past and it didn't work. Or you want to make a vision board, but you aren't sure where to begin and you're overwhelmed with options and what to do next. Welcome to this course. The purpose of this course is to set you up for success in creating your vision board. And then taking the next step to actually make those visions that you've placed beautifully on a board come to fruition. So this course is going to do three things. It's going to tell you what to do before you create your board to actually prepare and set you up for personal success, it's going to tell you how to create a vision board that works and reflects the depths of who you are and what you want for your life. And then it's going to tell you what to do after you create your board so that those visions come to fruition. A quick back story on me. My name is on Tasha. And years ago when I first got into personal development, self-help and spirituality, I started to study manifestation law of attraction, quantum physics, all of these things very obsessively. I wanted to know all I could know. And I rushed into make a vision board and I flapped it up on my closet door and left it open thinking that all of these things would magically fall into my lap. But guess what? It didn't happen. And it didn't happen because there were certain things that I didn't do when I created that board. I didn't set it up with intention. I didn't understand the truth about myself and my desires, and I didn't know what to do after that board was created to take the next step in my life and actually allow those visions to come into fruition by opening the gateway. And that is what I'm going to show you how to do in this course. Because since that first vision board I've created, I have learned how to actually create vision boards that reflect my life, my desires, my true path, and how to open the doors to bring opportunities into me as well as go after and take action for opportunities that I want to see in my life. And I'm super excited to have you here because I'm super excited to show you how to do those things as well. So I've opened this course up. There are a couple modules you can dive into right here and now so you can get a feel for my teaching style and see if this is a course that feels right for you and that you want to take. Ok? And this course is for anybody interested in learning more about manifestation, a Law of Attraction, personal development, and goal setting. So if you want to take the next step with your goals, you want to see the big picture of what you would like your life to look like and you want to know how to get there, then this is the right course for you. This is a course for people of any level and any place in their life, okay? So I'm super excited to chat with you all soon and welcome you into the course. And let's go ahead and dive in. 2. An Introduction to Vision Boards: Hi everyone, and welcome to how to create a vision board that actually works in today's module, we're going to be diving into what a vision board is, how it works. Different types of vision boards you can create and what you need to create your vision board. So all about getting started. Now the first thing is, what is a vision board? A vision board put simply is a board that reflects your innermost wishes, dreams, and desires. It's what you want for your life, either in the short or long-term or a combination of the two. Now, let's talk about the power behind vision boards and how your vision board can help you. The point of a vision board is to see something, to see a clear outline of your dreams and goals and desires for your life so that you know, as you work through every minute and every day, exactly what it is you're working toward and why your vision board breathes life into the purpose behind why you're pursuing, what you're pursuing. And it places a visual representations of your goals into one space. So you can easily visualize them with frequency multiple times a day. Each time you're seeing them, you're reminded of those dreams and goals and visions. Note the purpose behind using a vision board is to help you navigate your thoughts productively. We have about 60 to 80 thousand thoughts moving through our headspace in any given day. That has a ton of things that we're thinking about, typically unconsciously. And because our thoughts are energy base, they help us create our reality. Because our thoughts are what create our beliefs, and our beliefs are what create our actions. So if we can take some of that headspace and turn the unconscious into conscious and bring awareness to ourselves, our goals, our desires, as well as our beliefs, then we can change our actions and our habits because we're refocusing on our mind. So this allows us to become present focus and action beast. It also allows us to outline an organize our dreams in a productive manner that's aesthetically pleasing and helps us visualize our life for what we want it to be. Now, there are three types of vision boards that I'm going to identify here today. There is a physical vision board, which is a vision board that you construct, typically using a bulletins or a poster board. And you make it with your hands using magazine cutouts, printouts, or whatever else you want to have on it. And you would typically hang it in a high traffic area in your house, such as your living room or bedroom wall. And then there's a digital vision boards. So just as the name suggests, this is a type of vision board that exists online. You can have it on your computer and you can save it to your background on your phone or your desktop or your iPad, whatever the case may be. This is something that you would reference on an ongoing thesis on your computer or on your phone. And then there's a journal vision boards. So this is a, one of the less common types, but still a very prevalent nice type of vision board where its journal based. So there's room to make notes, to set goals, to make updates, and it's created on ongoing basis. Okay, so those are the three types of vision boards. Now, the supplies you're going to need when you make your vision board are one, you're going to meet a completed vision board checklists, which after the next module that will be assigned to you and you will download and complete your checklist. Two, you're going to want to determine the board type you would like to make. For the purposes of this course, we're going to be focusing on physical and digital boards. Now with the physical board, you can also turn that into a journal board if that's your desire. So absolutely, there's room for that, but you'll want to get clarity on what you want your board to look like. Or perhaps for you, you would like a combination. Maybe you want to do all three. You want to do physical and digital, whatever the case may be. The third thing you're going to need is a journal aboard and or a computer. So again, depending on what type of board you want, will depend on the specific supplies you'll need. And then the fourth thing you'll need is a printable kit and printable vision board cards. All of these things I'm going to provide you with sands number three, you will be responsible for providing your own journal board or computer, but I will be providing you with everything else that you need to make sure you can turn your dream vision born into a reality. And then in our next module, which you can move ahead to now, we're going to delve into what you should do before you create your board so that you can actually turn your visions into a reality. And at the end of that, like I said, you'll fill out that vision board checklists. I hope you're excited and ready to get going. If you have any questions as you work through this material, feel free to reach out to me. I'm always available and I will respond to your messages as soon as possible. Okay. Talk to you all soon. 3. 5 things to do before you create your vision board: Hey everyone, welcome to how to create a vision board that actually works. In today's module, we're going to be talking about vision board mistakes that people make. What to do before you make your vision board, so that your vision board actually works. And all of those dreams and goals you're setting forth come to fruition for you. And then we're going to have an assignment. You're going to fill out a vision board checklists. Now, let's start with some vision board mistakes. It's really important to go into this with an open mind, knowing that there are certain things you shouldn't do when it comes to making your vision board. Because if you do those things, everything that you outline your dreams and goals envisions for your life may not come to fruition. And there are several reasons why that happens. The first one is lack of clarity, not really knowing what you want and why you want it. That is not having an emotional response to the things that you think or say you want in your life. So there's no sort of drive attached to the things you want. They're just kind of passing goals like, Oh, I would love to win the lottery or it would be nice if I made $15 thousand a month, but there's no real clear path or way to reach that goal. The other thing is creating a board to appease someone or something outside of yourself. So if you're creating a board because it's the goals and dreams you're listing or what your parents would love to see for your life or your spouse, or your friends or something outside of you. That's not a good reason to create a board. But also that's not going to allow you to harvest those dreams and goals because they're not truly coming from you. They're coming from someone else. And as a result, you're not going to work hard to bring those things into fruition. It's not going to flow and naturally you're going to find a lot of resistance as you try to work towards those dreams or bring them into fruition. So it's really important that you're creating the board for yourself and not for someone or something else, okay? The next thing is, don't set goals from your ego, so don't do things because you think it would impress someone else or because it would make you look good, that is not a good reason to create a vision board. You want to make sure your board reflects your true heart's desires, your actual life purpose, and brings forth the elements that you truly enjoy in life and that you would want to spend your life creating and bringing forth. You also don't want to focus solely on material. So there are a lot of boards that have the dream home, the dream income, that dream car, the dream closet. All of that is really great and it's nice to have material goals as well. But you don't want to focus solely on material elements of this because you and I both know that we are eternal spiritual beings and as such, we are not just rooted in the material world. We have an energy and an essence to us that is far-reaching and extending. So when you're creating your board, you want to make sure it encompasses more than just material gain, that it actually encompasses experiences you would like to have. The love you wanna feel, the relationships you want to harbor, the achievements you want to do. And Full full picture board, not just the car you'll drive, the shoes, you aware, et cetera. Okay, so you want to have a board that focuses on all aspects of life. Now, there are five things you're gonna wanna do before you create your board. And if you do these five things, you are going to set yourself up for success. Because one, you're putting in the work in advance, you're really thinking through this board. You're not just creating a and wishing for the bass and tucking it away somewhere where it's collecting dust inside your instead you're being very intentional as you're moving forward to create your board and you're putting a lot of time and energy as well. So the first thing you're gonna wanna do is reflect. And you don't need anything to do this, although you can grab a journal if you find it helpful. And what you wanna do is you want to reflect on your life. And these are some questions that you're going to ask yourself during this period of reflection. What have I done? Well, what am I proud of in my life? What did I learn from? What will I do differently next time? What do I want to experience more of in my life? What's important to me? And when you ask yourself these questions, don't try to force out an answer. Just pay attention to whatever surfaces. And if you're writing your answers, you can free write. The purpose of reflection is because past is oftentimes our greatest teacher. And this is one of those instances where when you reflect on yours, you can take hold of all of the lessons that you've had, the experiences you really enjoy, and what you want to take from those experiences to bring forward into your life now and into the future. You also want to see like what, what didn't you do so gradient and what did you learn from? So where did you stumble and fall and what would you do differently if given another opportunity? Where do your skills lie? So what are you exceptionally good at and what do you enjoy doing? What really sets your soul on fire? And what's important to you because when you determine what's important to you, you get a better understanding of who you are, what motivates you, and ultimately where you want to go with your life, OK, so make sure you take some time to reflect on your life to date, asking yourself and answering these questions. Alright? And then you're gonna find your why and your y is the reason you are doing something. It is the purpose behind why you do what good you. So for example, here are some statements that you might commonly say or hear other people say when it comes to dreams and goals, as well as when people create vision boards. I want to be financially free. I want to travel the world. I want to have a loving, equitable relationship. I want to be healthy. I want to do XYZ. All of these desires are great and they're rooted in some desire and a search for more. But they're all missing a key element. They're all missing the why. Because without the why, you don't have any real intention behind these statements. So oftentimes you'll see a vision board and it will say a 100 K or I want to drive a Mercedes, but it doesn't have intention behind it. So if, for example, financial freedom is what you desire. Why do you desire it? If traveling the world is important to you, Why is it important to you? You need to be crystal clear on these intentions because what happens is when you really focus on the intention you want and why you want that thing, you create a direct path for yourself so you know what you want. You have clarity there. You know why you want it. That's going to get you through life's challenges and the obstacles you face as you move forward, this path of yours to reach the goals that you've set out. And this will help you attain things that are seemingly impossible or other people say or impossible because you'll always be rooted in your why, you know, why you're doing what you're doing and what the purpose behind it, x, okay? So you're going to reflect on life, you're going to find your why. And then you're going to make a bucket list. Now this is super fun and you can take this literally or metaphorically whatever is comfortable for you. So if you want to grab a bucket and some scrap paper and make a bucket lists by all means do that. But essentially what you wanna do is you want to take those reflections on all of your past learnings and then combine those with your why and create a bucket list for your future that's hyper specific. So I have an example here. If part of your vision is to travel the world, lists every country you want to go to, and why you want to go to those countries. And this will give clarity on what kinds of pictures and words to look for when you are creating your vision board. So they're aligned with your desires. So you're going to take the desires in your mind. You're going to burn them into physical existence via words. And then when you're creating the board and you're outlining this sections, you're going to have a clear picture of why they need to be there. And that way every time you see your vision board, you're seeing that exact visualization of what it is you want. It's completely aligned on a vibrational level, on a physical level, on every level with what you want, okay? And then the next thing you want to do is visualize yourself living the life you want to live. So visualization is a very, very powerful technique and it's used by world famous athletes who before they do a workout, I know Michael Phelps to this a lot when he was training for the Olympics, he would visualize himself doing a full work out before he would do it. The power of this is it actually trains your brain to garner the sensations and feelings and. Have the experience of doing and attaining that thing before. It's actually physically here. So for him it was about seeing the when training his muscles, making it through the workout for you. It will be about seeing the visions of yours that you want your life to look like coming into fruition. And this will create power and belief and momentum behind your desires. So what you want to do is you want to close your eyes and allow yourself to spend ten minutes a day visualizing your life exactly as you want it to be. And as you do this, ask yourself, Where am I, who am I? What am I doing? How do I feel? The goal is to evoke a total sensory experience where you're igniting your senses and your, you're traveling to that place in the future where you have these things, okay? And you can do this first thing in the morning or right before you go to bed. It's generally more powerful during those periods of time because your brain waves have slowed down and they're more easily programmed to new ideas and inspirations and thoughts. See if you can visualize right before bed or right in the morning before you get out of bed. And it's going to help you bring these streams into fruition quicker because it will create beliefs that it's possible for you. Now, there is one caveat with this. Don't spend more than ten to 15 minutes doing this a day because what you don't want to do is spend your time solely focused on the future and living in the future. Otherwise you miss the here and now you miss this moment in this is where all of your power to create an effect, change, and experience, life really lies. So you wanna make sure that you're still remaining present focused. So do this like I said, ten to 15 minutes a day. And this is going to help you create the life you want to live. And then finally our last step, you're going to pick a date, time, and place to make your vision board. Now, they step is all about commitment and it goes back to intention. It's very important that you iron out this date, time, and place so that you take it seriously so that you won't be interrupted or stress or feel rushed. And you end up with a crappy looking bored that you don't want to hang anywhere or something that doesn't actually reflect your true desires and intentions. Now, just the fact that you're taking this course means you're taking this seriously and you're really preparing yourself for what it means to create a powerful vision board that will bring your goals into fruition. So set the date, time, and place that work for you. Try not to do this any any later than two weeks out, you wanna make sure that this is scheduled out pretty quickly so that after you go through this course, you're ready to create your board and treat yourself as you do this for yourself, a cup of coffee, a glass of wine. Have fun with it, and take it as seriously as you would your wedding day. That means you're going to show up. You're gonna put in the work and the passion. And you are going to enjoy the heck out of this process because it is a beautiful, fun creation, airy process if you allow it to be. Okay, and I have an assignment for you. Now that we're wrapping up this module. As soon as you exit this video, I want you to download and complete the vision board checklist before you move on to the next module, the vision board checklist is what is going to allow you to work through all of the prompts that I've laid out in this module to make sure that you have clarity, intention, focus, you find your why and you know your goals before you actually start creating your board, okay? If you have any questions as you work through your checklist, feel free to send me a message. I will respond as soon as possible. Okay, looking forward to seeing you guys in the next module, take good care. 4. How to Create a Physical Vision Board: Hey everyone, welcome back to how to create a vision board that actually works. In today's module, we're going to be talking about creating a physical vision board and what sections you should have in your board, how to focus and segment those sections. And then you have an assignment. You're going to download a vision board kit, vision board cards, and then you're going to actually create your board. So I hope you're excited because this is a really awesome module that you definitely don't want to miss. Now, the first thing is a physical vision boards. So we're also going to be talking about a digital vision board. And that's something that we're going to learn in the next module. Now, the difference between a physical and digital board is just like it sounds. A physical board is something that you create with your hands and assemble at home or wherever it's comfortable for you. And then you're going to hang it in a high traffic area in your home. So this is either going to be a hanging bore like a bulletin board, a poster board, something like that. Or it can also be a vision board, gold journal, notebook, something like that where your pasting elements into a notebook and referencing that on irregular BSS. Now the first thing we're gonna do is get to the root of what sections you should focus on in your vision board so that you know how to assemble it and how much space to leave for for each particular section. So at the end of this module, you're going to have an assignment to download the questions presented here. So no need to take notes unless you would like to. Okay, so the first thing you want to do is ask yourself, what do I want to spend my life doing? Why? What kind of a family do I wanna have? And feel free to add the y n to every single one of these questions afterwards so that you are ironing out the reason you want what you want. Next, you're gonna ask yourself, how can I use my gifts to serve the world? Where do I need to grow? Personally? Materially speaking, what kind of a place do I want to live in? And where? How much money do I want? What places, what I like to visit, when, what will I do there? What are my short and long-term goals? How do I want to nurture my body? What do I want for my spiritual, familial, intimate, friend, self, and other relationships. And then once you ask yourself and answer those questions, you're going to create a vision board outline and you want to leave room for each section. So you can do this physically as a notebook. You can create an outline. I also have a download at the end of this module where you can download and actually create your vision board outline. What you want to understand is where do you want to focus the most? Where do you want to focus the least, and what elements do you need to cover? So going back to some of those questions, for example, your relationships. There are many different relationships you can maintain a spiritual, familial, friend, self, et cetera. How much room do you want to have on your board for those relationships or do you want them summarizes one, how much room do you want on your board for the material aspect of your life or do you want that summarizes one? And what about the travel and experiential? So creating an outline is going to allow you to actually see where you should focus your board so that there's room for everything on your board. Now the next thing you wanna do is actually make your board. So you're going to turn that outline and those segments into an actual vision board. And then once your board is complete, you want to find an awesome high traffic area that you will walk by every single day to see that board. And so you will be reminded on an ongoing basis of what your dreams and goals are. And the whole idea behind that is to have an emotional response every time you see those words of affirmation, those goals outlined in those visuals so that you get that sensation of oh, yeah, that's what I'm working for. Especially when you're having those tough days and you're looking for inspiration or having trouble building up momentum. This is going to help you do that. So whatever date and time and place you've listed to create your board, you can continue to honor that. But that's the next step for you in this. And then for your assignment, you want to download the vision board kit and cards attached, print them out and use them to make your board. You also want to download the outline to make your vision board so that you can get crystal clear on what you want your board to look like. And then those questions that's optional if you'd like to download the questions that you can ask yourself and answer. So you have all of this neatly laid out in front of you, okay? And if you do have any questions as you're going through this or have any issues with the downloading, feel free to reach out and I will respond as soon as possible. And if you'd like to share your boards with me, I would love to see them, so feel free to shoot me an email with your board if you're up for that as well. Okay. 5. How to Turn Your Visions into Reality: Hey everyone, welcome back to how to create a vision board that actually works. In today's module, we're going to talk about how to proactively turn your vision into a reality that is what to do now that you've made your vision boards, how do you take those visions and actually bring them into fruition? We're going to also delve into your procrastination points. So where is it that you're sabotaging yourself? How can you become aware of those procrastination points? You can overcome them. And then we're going to delve into the 5 second rule, creating a plan of action and identifying your next step. Okay, so the first thing we wanna do when thinking of bringing your visions into fruition is talking about where you procrastinate. So where is it that you really struggle to find motivation and push yourself to move forward? So let's say on your vision board, one of your goals is to get fit and eat healthy. And you've really struggle with getting to the gym and actually working out. You know, you want to be fit and you know, you want to be strong and have a healthy body. But when it comes to actually motivating yourself to get your gym clothes on and to walk out the door and get to the gym. You you struggle, you make excuses, you come up with other things you need to do. Whether suddenly you're busy with housework or your actual work is piling up or you have a busy schedule with your children, whatever the case may be, identify what it is you dread doing the most because the awareness is key and breaking bad habits until you know where you're sabotaging yourself and why and how, then there's nothing you're gonna do to change it because you won't know how to change it, you won't know where to begin. So to do this, you simply want to write down the areas that you procrastinate where related to your goals. Okay, so whatever your specific visions are for your life, write down where you've sabotaged yourself from achieving those things in the past. The next thing you wanna do is use the 5 second role to slay your goals. And if you haven't heard of this, the 5 second rule was coined by a brilliant woman, name's Mel Robbins. And if you haven't heard of her, I definitely recommend you check her out. I will link one of her videos into this section so that you can watch her inspirational video about how she came up with this rule. But long story short, she was able to overcome midlife bankruptcy and a her a foreclosure and just complete financial and familial ruin by using this 5 second role. And here's how it works. So your brain is wired for survival. And what that means is when it comes to doing new things, are pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. Your brain actually resists. It doesn't want to do new things. It doesn't want to try new things because. It wants to keep you safe. And when it comes to your safety, it absolutely makes sense. But when it comes to achieving goals, you have to help your brain become rewired. Your brain is plastic. It's called neuroplasticity. And what it is is the science of your brain's ability to change at any stage in your life. So years ago it was thought that by the time we reach 25, our brain stops changing, it stops developing. Well, scientists have now debunk this. It's not true. The brain is always changing, always adapting and always rewiring. And so you can actually rewire your brain, stay in motion, and do the things you want to do. And to begin doing this, you want to count backwards from five. Ok, so what this would look like, let's use the gym examples since we were talking about that earlier, is, let's say you are not feeling like going to the gym, but you know, you need to do it, okay, that's part of your goal. You have the time, you just need to get up and go. What you do is you're sitting down and you count backwards 54321, and then you get up and go like a rocket. And that's it. You do nothing else. You give yourself no option. You don't give yourself time to actually be talked out. What you're going to do because there's so much household work, or you need to help the kids with their homework, or you have this big assignment to get done. You don't allow yourself to be manipulated by your mind inside you just get up and go. So by the time you get to one and get up, you would go put your gym clothes on, get your shoes on, get your water bottle ready, then getting your car. And if you need to, you can use the 5 second rule for every element that will get you from where you are now to the gym. So what that might look like is you use the 5 second rule to get out of that or get off the couch and get your gym clothes on. You use it again to put your gym shoes on, fill your water bottle app, then gets your car or walk to the gym, whatever that looks like. Or if it's a homework out, then it's turning YouTube on or turning the app on that you use. And actually beginning. The more you do this, the more your brain becomes accustom to the habits that you are creating. And then before you know it, you won't need to use this rule because your brain will be okay with what you're doing. These things will become a habit. And once their habit you do them unconsciously without thought. It just becomes a ritualized part of your life. And that's how you create momentum to reach your dreams and goals. And it's very important that you use this rule. And those areas that you find yourself procrastinating often because those are the areas that you're going to sabotage yourself the most. Then next thing you wanna do is create a pOH, also known as a plan of action. This is a goal base plan that will help you reach your goals. It needs to be actionable, realistic, timely, and achievable. So it might be a calendar that you outline or a goal journal, or it could be by the day, by the week, by the month, whatever helps you actually reach your goals or your outlining. Unrealistic timeline and plan for how you can reach each of those goals. And each goal should be segmented and have its own actionable, realistic, timely, achievable outcomes. Then the last thing you wanna do is identify your next step in this is so important in something we so often miss when it comes to going after our dreams and goals. We look at the big picture. We looked at the whole staircase with 3 thousand stairs and we're like, oh my gosh, there is no way. And to be able to get from the bottom of these stairs all the way to the top. I mean, I might have a heart attack. What am I going to have to dream? I have so much to do. My body will never make it. We start to make all kinds of excuses and we start to sabotage ourselves. But you're never going to go from the bottom of the staircase all the way up 3 thousand stairs in one shot. I mean, it's just it's not likely. Yeah, it could happen. It's not probable though. Instead, you need to identify your next steps. So how do you get from the bottom to step one? That's, that's all you need to do. Every step is equally as important as the next know step is more important because every step is guiding you toward the top, toward the goal to, to the dream, to where you want to be. And when you miss a step, you're missing part of an experience, part of a learning part of your life. So instead of trying to take every separate wines and then freaking out, instead, identify the next stuff and then take it. And then once you take that next step, identify the next step, and then take it. So you're always going to be working in this process of identifying the next step and then taking that next step. Okay, you don't need to identify every single step of these 3 thousand and what you need to do to get there. And instead, you just want to start thinking about what that next step looks like and how you could work to take that next step. And as you continue to do this, you're going to build momentum for yourself. You're also going to teach yourself how to continuously be looking out for the next thing you need to do once this is finished, so that you're not losing momentum, you're continuing to build and climb as you go. Ok, now we have an assignment. Your assignment is going to be download the plan of action worksheet and then identify and take your next step. Part of this plan of action is going to ask you to create a schedule for yourself to do what you need to do to take the next step for all of the visions you've outlined, just the next step. And then again, you'll take the next step and the next step. So we're thinking to the next step. We're not thinking to the ultimate goal, okay? How to Create d Digital Vision Board: Hey guys, welcome back to how to make a vision board that actually works in today's tech training. I'm going to be walking you through how to use Pinterest to create your digital vision board. And this digital vision board is something that you can reference an update on an ongoing basis. So we're going to walk through how to sign up with Pinterest, how to set up your boards, and then how to create the board and grow it on an ongoing basis so that you are creating a vision board that is digital, easy to access, and reflects your innermost desires and dreams right there online. Okay, so let's go ahead and dive in. Now, the first thing you wanna do is navigating your browser to pinterest.com. And then once you arrive, you'll see welcome to Pinterest and you have the option to login or sign up. Now, some of you may have an existing Pinterest account. I still recommend you use a net new email and create a new account for your vision board. Because this is something that you want to have separate from make-up that you want to buy or different DIY projects you, you're wanting to try. You want this to be a separate entity, a separate vibration and energy. So you're gonna click on the Sign Up button. Then you can click here to sign up. Now, I'm going to sign up with one of my other emails that I don't have a Pinterest account with. So the first thing, Welcome to Pinterest. What should we call you? I'm just going to leave it as on Tasha. Click next. Ok, you're gonna go through and just answer a couple questions. Just takes a few minutes. You can select some of your specific interests based off of what you want your dream board to look like. So for me maybe I want to encompass elements of art, nutrition, okay, so you pick five things you're interested in and you can go through and carefully select them. It doesn't really matter, it's just going to be what Pinterest shows you. Once you do that, you click done, and now they're going to build some ideas for you. You can save these ideas, but I recommend you don't. Instead, what you should do is get started by navigating to your profile photo up there. And then you'll see something like this pop-up. You wanna click on boards right here. And then you want to create a board. And you should create a board for each one of the elements on your outline. So the outline that you've created in the elements that you want to segment in your vision board should be board for each of those elements. So for example, places I will travel. I'm not saying places I want to travel. I'm saying places I will travel and they recommend you name things with consciousness and intention. You can also keep the board is secret. So if this is something you don't want to be displayed to masses of people or you don't want to garner followers necessarily on this, feel free to keep this a secret. And then you just click Create. And then Pinterest is going to recommend some pins that you can select. Now, I actually recommend you don't do this and you just click done and instead you go to. Church. Okay, and I've typed in Greece to the search bar. And I have all of these beautiful images of Greece that are coming up that I could easily click and save. Now if I want to get a hyper specific, which I do recommend you do. And I have specific cities within Greece, such as Athens that I would like to visit. Then I'm going to pinned some of these aspects from Athens. Now, a little pro tip here at your boards might not auto populate when you go to save a pin, meaning that pinterest hasn't recognized, you've already created a board. So make sure you refresh the page before you search and try to pin things or else you might end up creating multiple boards of the same thing. Okay, so I refreshed my page and now I'm going to click save and I have places I will travel. This is the board I've created. It's also suggesting I create these board names just based off of what I'm searching now, don't worry about that, just click Save ok. So now I have a guide to Athens. Maybe I want a four-day Guide to Athens, Greece. So I'm just saving some elements and some inspirational photos that I find that I can then come to look at and remember that this is one of the places I want to go, OK. And Lego said you want to do this for every element of or of your vision board. So if you have fitness goals, nutrition goals, Relationship goals, family goals, money goals, spiritual goals, create a board for each one of those elements. Okay, so I'm just going to add some more pins and you see I'm just quickly saving them. And it's really as simple as this. It's just clicking on intention and adding these pins and video pins to your board, which then you can come in a reference anytime. So now I've saved some pins to my board. I'm gonna go to my profile and you can see I have places I will travel and I have eight pins. So I can also edit this board and I can add a description. I recommend you do add a description here just so you remember what this is all about. So under places I will travel. Maybe the description is something like, these are the top five places I am going to visit in the next 12 months, okay? Or it could be. These are the places that I'd like to experience at some point in my lifetime. Okay. The more specific you are, the better just for your memory and so forth. So we'll just make a note here. And you can also choose a category if you want to. It's not really necessary, but you absolutely can. I'll just select travel and then you click Save, and now you have places I will travel and you have a description. So now when I click my actual board, I can start to see this beautiful visualization of what I want. I can also add inspirational quotes to hear affirmations, anything else? So for example, if I want an inspirational travel quotes, I just searched that up here. And then I can add beautiful notes to this as well for places I will travel, OK. Now again, you just want to make sure you're intentional with this. Don't just click things randomly, really go through this and see what vibes with you and your heart and soul so that when you look at this, you have a feel-good memory and it makes you feel alive and intentional with your visions. Okay, so now I'm going to start another board and I'm going to undo a family board. What I want for my family, this is my vision for my family. So I just click family. And maybe this is my vision to have two children and a husband. So I can click Save here, and then I can create a board column name this board, my ideal family. And then I can just start clicking things. So what are some of the things I wanna do with my family? What are some of the experiences we want to have? I'm just clicking here and I'm saving some elements to my family now I would definitely want my kids at the beach and like to have some nice inspirational quotes. I would definitely like to travel with my family and be together. All right, so now I have places I will travel my ideal family. I can further section, spirituality, nutrition and fitness goals. So let's say I do have some fitness goals for my vision board. And I'm going to come in here and I'm going to start adding some elements for my fitness goals. So I'm going to look for somebody whose body that I would want my body to look similar to a, for example, she has a really nice body. So I am going to create a new board. Down here. I'm gonna click Create board. And I'll call this fitness goals. And now I'm going to refresh Pinterest again, do this every time you make a new board so that it recognizes your new board. So now I have one pin on my Pinterest fitness goals. I can also add since I want to have my ideal family and there may be one of my goals is to work out with my family. So I pin mad there. I can also pin some different workouts to help me with inspiration with taking that next step in creating a fitness plan for me, Pinterest is really great for that. I also would want to do. God makes sure I'm treating my body well, okay, so whatever calls out to you, whatever you find inspirational. And really you would look at and go to every day and you could see that as being something that would be motivating for you. That's what you ultimately want it to look like. And you might have three boards, you might have ten boards, you might have 15. It really doesn't matter. You can have as many as you want, the base off of your vision for your life. And my recommendation is, once you create your board, you come back and you regularly update it. You look at it, and you save the elements that are most important. So you can take a screenshot of your board, you just click on it. And then you can take a screenshot. And you can save this to the background of your computer or your phone. And you can do this on a rotational basis, based off of your main focus that you're working on or that vision board in that period of time. Ok, so this is a really simple, easy way to make a vision board that's kind of like a living board. It's ongoing, it's constantly updated. There's tons of inspiration, lots of ideas for you to actually take that vision and action. Whether it's through healthy recipes or workouts or creating a travel itinerary, whatever that looks like. Okay, and start taking action now. Get on to Pinterest, Create a new Pinterest account and make your digital board and have fun with this. Make this something that you're excited to, rough friends on a daily or weekly basis so that you can remind yourself of what you're working toward and why you're working toward it. Alright, I hope you guys have enjoyed this lesson. Don't forget to complete your assignments for this section, and I will see you in the next section.
