1. Introduction: All right. All right. All right. You already know grammar and can understand what you read, but you have trouble understanding when people speak in movies. And in real life, you want to understand almost everything that you hear from my experience. I can definitely say that You can understand fast spoken English and native speakers who talk quickly. What stops you from achieving this are only small targeted improvements that are necessary for getting to that level of English when you freely understand and feel confident all the time. This course will guide you through these specific improvements step by step, I will show you how to practice your listening. And if you will follow all of the steps provided to you, you will get to the point where you are confident in your abilities and can watch. And what is more important, understand what is going on in movies, tv-series, and in real-life conversations. Do you want to watch your favorite movie in English? If yes, start this course and I will help you 2. Passive listening class: I know my experience that a lot of English learners, pretty much all of them get frustrated at one point or another because they feel lost when they listen to native speakers at an animal speak. That's a big problem that blocks you from improving and getting into the next level of English. But they have some practical steps to fight in Linda's. From my practice, I found out that you have two parts of a listening skills which you must to Trained to be able to understand what native say by listening and active listening. But one of the best ways to improve your this is by practicing active listening or Bluetooth's personal. Passive listening means immersing yourself in them by watching movies and TV shows or listening to music. But you do this without focusing on understanding a reward. When watching or listening, your goal should be to enjoy the process rather than understanding everything. Choose something that interests you and is not boring, even if you do not understand averagely. Watching films and TV Series is one of the most enjoyable ways to practice. I do not recommend starting with children's cartoons or simple TV shows as they can be boring. And this garage you from practicing, instead, fly and a very interesting series like Breaking Bad or Game of Thrones, and watch it in English without subtitles. Even if you struggled to understand at first, after a few episodes, you should be able to understand around 60% of what is going on. Just by watching your ears who eventually get used to the actor's voices and access. And we'll start to recognize more. Remember, your goal is to enjoy the process. Not to memorize or learn something. Creating your own emerging experience where you listen to hours and hours of English can help you improve your skills and feel happy about 3. Active listening class: Have you ever found yourself asking someone to repeat themselves because you couldn't understand what they are saying. Maybe they were talking too fast or they had unfamiliar accents, or they were using slang words, you didn't recognize. Whatever the reason, it can be frustrating to not be able to understand what someone is saying. That truth is what you hear in real conversations. Very different from what you learn at school or in books. In school you're taught about grammar and vocabulary, but you don't get much practice listening to natural speech. That's why it can be so difficult to understand what people are saying in movies or in real-life. And this is why it is so important to master your active listening skills. In passive listening skills, our goal was to just enjoy the grosses while we are listening to English language. But that's not what you are going to do in active listening. Active listening means you do something for here, your goal is to create tension to everything. For short period of Trained time, you must to recognize every want. Emory some of what we're sad. You're paying attention to the speaker's words, tone of voice, show expressions and body language. Active listening is the second part, which gives most of the results. I hope you've watch movie without subtitles and actively try to understand everything. But don't worry, I'm not asking you to struggle through an entire movie. The key here is small beak and movie, or turn off the subtitles. And I'm watch the first 5 min by close attention to the dialogue and try to understand everything that's been set. If you get stuck, rewind the video, and watch it again. Don't be afraid to watch the same section multiple times until you understand it. You are paying attention to every word, every phrase, you watch again and again until you got everything. Once you've finished the first 5 min break, then come back and watch the next one. Let's continue watching the movie in small jobs until you finish the whole thing. By paying close attention to the dialogue and forcing yourself to understand what's being sad, you're start to improve your listening comprehension. Here are some tips for best results. Watch movies with a variety of vaccines. This will help you get used two different ways of speaking English and try to repeat what you hear. After you watch a scene. Try to repeat the dialogue outlet. This will help you to secure the words and phrases in your memory. Okay, and here is the, a method of practice, 5 min combination of listening and right. You find the morning or for video and turn all this update. After that, you see down and listen to that first sentence, then stop the video and write down, what do you hear? Repeat this one sentence at a time until you have finished the five-minutes video. If there are some sounds you don't recognize, don't for a simple amoeba gap on your wage. Once you reach the end, listened to the entire 5 min section again, and try to fill in gaps. Try looking at the vault around the gap and guess what it can be. The best thing about this method is that this one, how to discover exactly what you are not hearing. In other words, it highlights the gaps in your listening ability, the wards and expressions that you need to learn and recognize more and helps you to fill in those gaps in your knowledge. This method is very difficult to practice, but it is the best way to practice your listening if your goal is to understand 100% of what native speakers say 4. Daily Plan: Great to how the clue your understanding of significant impacts, what mom was focused on the planet. Your goal should be to practice both types of policing on daily basis. For passive listening, it's recommended that you allocate at least 1 h of your time to watch interesting TV shows in English out using subtitles. The idea is to unbind and enjoy the process of listening. When it comes to active listening, satisfied 20 min to watch a movie or a video in English without subtitles. During the first 5 min, make sure to concentrate on understanding every word and phrase. If you don't, then watch this in part repeatedly until you understand the already taken break before moving onto the next 5 min segment. Repeat this process three times to cover a total of 15 min. And we do the five-minute combination of listening and variety. Where if you find the video or movie and turn all the subtitles after that, you see down and listen to the first sentence, then stop the video and write down what you hear. Repeat this one sentence. It's a time until will have finished the five-minutes media. If there are some sounds you don't recognize, simply leave a gap on your page. And once you reach and listen to the entire five-minutes action again and try to fill in gaps. The morning practice, the battery, you will become understanding English. So don't give up. If you do these things for two weeks, you'll be amazed how much your listening comprehension has improved
