About This Class

We all love Nutella. It's delicious and some people could eat it every day.

Unfortunately not many people know that it's unhealthy. I'll explain why we shouldn't really eat Nutella and I'll show a very easy way to do your own, so you don't have to be an expert to be able to make it. :) I'm going through the whole process of making it on videos so you shouldn't have any problems with following the recipe. The point of the recipe is to make it as easy as possible so it has only 4 ingredients. Feel free to add anything you want.

Note: English is not my first language and even though I use it on a daily basis, my accent is not perfect. I might sound a bit awkward because of that. I hope you understand and will still enjoy the class.

1. What the class is about: Hi, My name is Visa and I'm not a professional chef band freakiness my fashion. I'm actually a graphic design student, and I've been a vegetarian for a few years now. I've been eating quite a Lotto natale lately, and I started wondering what actually goes inside the cream. So I read the latest topping radiance off Nutella and did a really and well, it made me realize how badly I was eating. And I want you to know that it's not just about the hazelnut cream. It's about everything I eat. So since that time, I think we didn't ingredients on every single product. Whenever I buy something, I think that everyone should do it, because that makes us aware of what we eat. And it helps us make the best possible decision. When we're buying food in discuss, I will explain you why we shouldn't really by the original Nutella, and I'll show you an easy way to make your own home way. Nutella, with only four ingredients. So if you're interested and row and enjoy the class 2. Why we shouldn't eat: the number one ingredient in Natale's trigger, A 200 grounds off Nutella contains over 110 rounds of sugar. Next, of course, is the fat, which is home oil, and we got 63 grams of it. It's quite crazy if you ask me further. On the list are hazelnuts, and they add 25 of them. It's not much compared to what we'll do, because we were at around 200 grams off hazelnuts and off course. I didn't count them, but I think there must be at least 100 hazel left, so the difference is huge. This where the main ingredients Often it's a lot, but there is also cocoa powder scheme. Look older and a couple of other ingredients. We should avoid 18 palm oil in general, not only in Nutella. It's simply bad for the environment. Scientists estimate in 20 years or Anga tints will become extinct. Palm oil contributes through different station in Borneo and Sumatra, the only two places on Earth work orangutans. Live trees are cut down for poem oil, coal intentions. But these trees are the orang Gittins home. Nutella and many other snacks contain from oil. I do not want to support deforestation and extensions or impotence 3. Ingredients: Okay, let's start with ingredients I wanted to make. It s easy responsible. So there are only four ingredients that you get every single aggressive restart so foreign until we will need 200 grounds off hazelnuts. A glass of milk it doesn't have to before it can be just like mine are even less free. Table spools off honey in four tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. We will also need a blender Or if presents are on the kitchen time just like this. Now we're ready to start making in the next video. I'll show you have to remove his own skin. 4. Removing hazelnut skin: skin of the hazelnuts is a bit better, so we have to get rid of it. This is a really important step, so please don't skip it briefly. The oven toe, 180 degrees, arranging hazelnuts in a single layer on a baking sheet, leaving, and that's a little but not too much wiggle room. Insert the bacon sheet in the oven and leave the not skin for 10 minutes, staring them every five minutes or so. There don when their fragrance, their skin cracked and glistening because the house kiss pretty dark. It can be hard to tell if it's starting to turn black and burn, so if you're unsure, it's better toe under roasted. Then burn it. Draper Queen Kitchen towel over a large bowl and for in the nuts they may over roast if they will be left on the bacon sheet. London Cool. When the hazel lots are ready, close to total up into a bundle, then give it an energetic massage. So the hazelnuts were up against one another and the skin will come off in little flakes. It will take a few minutes 5. Grinding hazelnuts: in a blender. Grind the hazelnuts until they for my face in case you're blender is too weak to make it work better, you can add a small amount of milk now. 6. The rest of ingredients: when the hazelnuts already for them into a bowl. Now it's time to add the rest of our England ands. I'm going to add four tablespoons of cocoa power, three tablespoons up honey and the glass of milk. 7. Final stage: you can mix them with. Spoons are used blender again, always made blend there because I wanted to be blended really well. Don't worry if your home a little thin and somewhat running, but it will pick in as it closed. Our Nutella is almost down. The only thing that we need to do now is to put it in a fancy jar. You can see now that it's not as smooth as the original Nutella, and the main reason kind. It is that we didn't add any oils, and I just simply couldn't grind the hazelnuts better. Maybe your machine would put a job better than mine. 8. The end: remember that you can always modify the recipe, how very alone you can add whatever you want. It can be chocolate. When you allow really anything. I think that's it. You ready to start making your Nutella, which is the assignment if something goes wrong when you're making it for the first time, make sure you both your pictures and questions in the community section under the video so I can help you out. And after you finish, remember those pictures of your own Metella in the Project gallery and share your ideas. Everyone can't wait to see what you'll create.
