You'll be able to create presentations and that will walk your audience. My name is Henry, and I'm a programmer, Software Developer, and AWS Certified Solution Architect, have taught over 15,000 students through my Online School Coding Capital. So what are you waiting for? Sign up for this course, and I will see you in the Course 2. Google Slides Intro 1: So in this lecture, I'm going to tell you what is Google Slide? Google Slide is a presentation app that is a part of Google workspace suit of productivity tools. It allows you to create, edit, and Present slide shows. Google Slides is a cloud-based app, so you can access it from any device with an Internet connection. Google Slides is a powerful tool that can be used to create professional looking presentations. It is easy to use an offer a wide range of features. So if you're looking for a presentation app that is cloud-based, collaborative and a feature is, then google Slides is a great option. That's out of this lecture median. The next lecture 3. 1 Opening Google Slides Website: Hi everyone. In this video, I'm going to show you how to open Google Slides Website. So we're going to divide this part into five different sections. So the first one is going to open your favorite web browser. So this is the first step in our process. So I'm using Chrome, but you can use any web browser you like. The second step is going to Slides, Let's say justice for Google. Slides. So you can see the second Website, which is from the official Google subset, which is docs.google.com slash presentation. So just to conduct. So if you're opening this website for the first time, you need to login with your Gmail account in order to view the space. So I think most of the viewers who are watching this course might already be familiar with logging in to your Google account. So that's how we this lecture median the next lecture 4. 2 Creating a Blank Presentation: Google Slides Website. So this lecture, as I said before, we're going to see how to create a new presentation. So here you can see multiple different options to create your presentation. So these, this is a blank template. The first option. Remember that it is a blank template which has nothing in it. It's just a Blank Presentation. So the other things which are 5. 3 Renaming a File: So in this lecture, we're going to see how to rename a presentation in Google slides. So as you can see in the top left-hand side, the default name of every Google Slide Daddy, you create in your Google account or in any Google account is untitled presentation. So there are basically two ways in which you can rename this file. So the first option, which is of course the easiest option, which is just by clicking over here and changing it to whatever you want. So I'm gonna Name it is learning. Okay? So this is the first way that you can use to rename a file. So the second option, which is little bit harder thing than this one, but it's my job to teach you what all the things that are there that you need to know in Google Slides. So rename this file, just navigate to File and just click on Rename. So now again, you can change the name of this presentation. So I'm gonna keep like coding Capital. Okay? So these two ways are the most popular ways that you can use to rename a presentation in Google Slides. So that's all of this lecture medium. In the next lecture. 6. 4 Top Option 1: So in this lecture, we're going to see about this interface in Google slides. So let's start from the top options. So in the top, you have the option to rename your project, our presentation that you have created. So as you know, the default name for a file that you create. Untitled presentation. As we change the name in the last lecture, here it is showing Coding Capital. So this is the first thing and the next thing is as favorite option that is there. And so let's say you're working on a large project. Very hard to create multiple different presentations in a single account. So how do you differentiate between different presentations? How do you specifically favorite your presentation, which is more important than the other presentations that you create. So the thing that is used behind this principle. So you can star or favorite, favorite, this particular presentation in order to make it a favorite presentation in your whole account. So the next thing is mu. So as you can see here, you can move this particular presentation to another place in your brain. So each time we make the change in your presentation, it is automatically saved, the declared. So here you can change that. You have to save this particular changes. So that's all about this. And the next thing is C's documents status. So let's say I need to change the title. So let's say Google Slides. Dorian. So when I change, this particular is updated, I want you to focus on this area, right? So I'm gonna change it to something like this is the best to real. So as you can see here, you can see that it is saving and now it is saved to the drive. So from this, you can get to a conclusion that changes that you're making. Your presentation is automatically saved to the drive. So you don't have, you ever think about saving your file in Google Slides. So that's all of this lecture median, the next lecture 7. 5 Menu Introduction: In this section, we're going to see about these options that are there in Google slides. So as you can see, there are nearly ten different menus which is present in Google Slides. So from the next lecture, we're going to walk you through these ten options, which are absolutely amazing and filled with tons and tons of features that makes you a better presenter. So median the next section 8. 6 File Menu : In this section, we're going to take the overview of File Menu. So the first option we have this new. So here we have two different options. The first one is presentation. So google Slides is saying that you can create two new options, which the first one is presentation or from a template gallery. So that later section, I'm gonna teach you about the template gallery, but now we're going to stick on with presentation. So from here, you can click on New Presentation. And here you can see that a new presentation or Untitled presentation is Creative Writer we show. So let me cancel this. And the second one is the open auction. From here, you can open up previously created presentation or right from this page. So let's say you have created Amazing Slide Show in another Present in another project. So to get all slides that are in that presentation, you can just click on Open and selected familiar Google Drive. So make sure you have it in your Google Drive. But there are other options that you can use. From here. The first one is MyDrive, which is all the things that I have in drive. And the second one is shared with me. So let's say another person in your team created a Presentation which you and that person is collaborating. So in that case, he will share a link to you in order to Collab In this presentation so that you can see right over here. And the fourth one is start. So previously I mentioned about this start Option. So that's why it is in the style option. So the next computers. So let's say you have to upload a file or a PPT presentation from your computer that is previously uploaded. And the last option is upload, uploading it right now. So that's all it. Open a file. And the next option, which is right over here, but just employ input slides. This is as equal as the template gallery that we saw just before. So just wait for few more lectures, but where I'm going to teach you everything about input slides. The next thing, make copy. This option allows you to duplicate this same presentation project later. Projects that you are going to do with Google Slides. This preserves the original file that you create inside of Google Docs and you are going to use the duplicated file, which you have created now. So here you have two options. The first one is entitled Presentation, and the second one is selected slides. So entire presentation, you're going to duplicate the end tire presentation. So let's say you are Presentation have 50 different slides. In that case, you're going to duplicate all the different slides that I did inside of this project. The second option is selected slides. So let's say you have just been lithified slides. So I'm going to duplicate justice. So in that case you can go right over here and just selected sites. So in this option is going to just duplicate the slide, we to select it, we just innocuous or this fifth one. So the next option is Shad. Do you remember? I said just before and open where I said about shared with me, right? So in this option you can share this presentation with another one which who is going to pull out with you, which is the first one is shared with others and Publish to Web. So Publish to Web allows you to make this Presentation visible all around the globe with a single link. So the next one is e-mail. This concept is little bit Amazing because you can send this presentation to whomever you want with just their e-mail ID. So the next thing is download Here you have nearly seven different formats when which you can download this particular PBD. The first one is Microsoft PowerPoint, which is BPD, are PBD X. And the next thing is ODP, PDF, plaintexts and much, much more. So the next thing is renamed, as I said in the first lecture, it is just to rename this particular project. The next thing is move. So this is what I just mentioned before. So let me create a new folder is Google slides. Okay, So let me select our more here. So here you can see the project name as being more from MyDrive to Google Slides. So let me take a look and Google Slides right now, or Google Drive. So here you can see all crinkled Google Slide. So here you can see Option called Google side is present. And let me open this. And here you can see that the Presentation that we have created a straight over here. And here you can see, see a thing which is the style which we made right over here. So let me uncheck it. And here now we can see that this has three mode, which means this is not the star presentation that we make. So the next thing is already shortcut to drive, which is kinda like if you're working with a project, if you're going to work for a project for the next 23 days, you can say this shortcut, open this particular presentation just using this shortcut. So let me close this. And the next thing is moved to bin, which is just exactly the same, like deleting this presentation. The next thing is versions. So this is a little bit cooler and not easy to understandable thing right now, but definitely I'm going to explain it later in this course. So the next thing is make available offline. So let's say your internet is currently down, which means you are in red, is not currently working at this moment. So in that case, you knew that Google's latest, the entire application, or a web app that runs on the Cloud. In that case, you will never be able to access Google Slides without an Internet. But you Presentation, you're working a little bit question. So you have to make some step or additional effort to make this offline, even your Internet is down. So that's where make available offline options comes in. And now you can see document now available offline. So this makes a snapshot of the entire presentation offline in your computer. So the next thing, this is right here is D dimers, which says some details about this presentation. The first one is location, which is that it is present in the Google Drive, which is inside the Google Slides folder. And the next thing is owner is absolutely me. If you have joined with some other using the share link, it will be in the name of that puzzle, not with your name, right? So the next thing is lastly modified. So it is modified in 14, 23, and when it is created, which is 143. So the next thing is paid setup. So in this base, a little bit interesting feature which makes changes the Aspect Ratio of this particular project. So let's say it is 16 is to nine. Let me change it to force 23. Now, you can see that the Aspect Ratio of this particular pace is completely changed, right? So now it is for this to three or four is 23, right? So let me go to Print Preview. And now you can see how it looks and the printing format. So I'll be teaching you a little bit more in the future lectures. So don't take it seriously. And the next thing is print. So in this option we are going to print this particular presentation. So let me change the page setup to 16 is to nine. Okay, so that's a little lecture. Hope you enjoyed median the next lecture. 9. 7 Edit Menu: In this section, we're going to see about the Edit menu in detail. So the first option we have is the undo option. So let's say I made a change like right. So let me click on edit and undo. As you can see, the changes that I made recently is undone, right? So the next thing is redo. As you can see, before I pressed undo, these ticks are present right over here. But after I present, undo these things that additional removed. But now when I present redo as the option that brings me back to the original form. So think of undue as when you make a mistake, you use undo, but when you use undo as a mistake, you use redo. Hope that's clear for you. And the next thing is cut copy paste. So let me select this text and let me go here and let me get CONCAT. And after this, let me click on paste. As you can see it as pestered. The next thing is Paste without formatting. So this is a little bit different section or the different things. So let me search for okay, so let me switch for Dennis Ritchie and let me copy this text, right? So let me go here and let me visit right over here. As you can see, the black color background is present, which is there in this space, is right over here. So I didn't want to do, I want just detects which I copied from here. So to achieve this task, the simplest way is using Paste without formatting. So as you can see, the shortcut is Control Shift plus B. So as you can see, the background black color is just removed from this particular thing. So let me again do this. Now, it's there. So let me remove this whole thing and let me go back. And so that's all about this, Paste without formatting. And the next thing is select all. So as you can see, all these slides that we created is selected with this option. So another way to select all the slides which you created is just by holding Shift and selecting all these things. But the easier way is just selecting orange, select all the shortcut for it is Control plus a. And the next thing is dV. So let me click on the second slide and let me go to Edit and let me condense it. As you can see. Slide Number two is deleted, but Slide number three is renamed as Slide number two. So now you can see when you foresights and Present the first slide, which is the second slide, is deleted. And the next thing is duplicate. This duplicate is basically duplicates the things that we have selected. So let me select this and let me go here and let me click on Duplicate. You can see the second version of the same Text is duplicated. Delete this. And the last option is defined and replace option. So let me Find tutorial in this page, real and let me replace with course. Okay? So let me select these things and replace all. So as you can see, it is a little bit powerful option. But the only disadvantage with this is that in Google Slides, we don't use much of this Find and Replace option because we're not going to work with large sum of X. We're going to add some Text in order to make these Slides little bit prettier. But this option is much more useful. And places like Google Docs or Microsoft Word. So this lecture, hope you enjoyed median the next lecture. 10. 8 View Menu: In this section, we're gonna see above the View Menu. So the first thing is this slideshow. So let me click on Slide Show. And now you can see that the presentation that I've created right now is enough full screen. So this is known as the Slide Show, which I will be talking little bit more deeper in the next few lectures. So the next thing is motion. I'll be teaching you a little bit more in deeper in the future lectures. And the next thing is steamboat services also like that. And the next thing is a good view. So here you can see that the slides that you have created is in a horizontal manner. Make a C. What are the presentations that we have created? So there's a little bit useful one when I'm working with large sum of Slides in a project. So the next option is show rulers. As you can see when I select this, these rulers that are both in the horizontal and vertical manner are visible. So this makes our designs more accurate in positions. So the next thing is Guides. Let me, I'll click on Show Guides. Here you can see that two lines are visible right now. So if you're working, if you have already worked in some Graphic Design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator, you might be more familiar with this tool. So it makes us more accurate when we're creating designs, right? So let me make it a little bit. Sure. So let me gain rights and remove this because I don't usually use this. So the next thing is mapped to. So let's say, let me select on a little bit more easier to align objects and respect with the ruler, right? So this makes our design more accurate and, and disciplined in terms of the positions that they are in. The next thing is show Speaker Notes. And these things are little bit too advanced topic, which I haven't speak about in the advanced course of slack. Google Slides. So the next thing is Zoom Menu. So it means like Dawn, two-hundred. As you can see, the slides are zoomed in. So let me go here and let me select on hundred, which is great. And then next thing is full-screen. So as you can see, the upper menu and the Quick Access Toolbar is not visible. So this makes us more focus on the Presentation that we are working on. But I don't commonly use this because I personally use lots of tools which are in the Greek action toolbar, which I'll speak in the next few lectures. Let me press an exit or escape in order to exit this view. This lecture median, the next lecture 11. 9 Changing Aspect Ration: In this section, I'm gonna teach you about how to change the aspect ratio of a slide in Google Slides. So the first option was going to File and going to Page Setup and Changing right over here. So here you have three majorly used options. The first one is standard, and the second one is widescreen, which is 16 is still nine ratio. And the last option is widescreen. 16 is to ten ratio. So the default one is widescreen 16 is two anion ratio, but it totally depends on your project. So if we're working on a project where declines want you to make the Presentation. And four is 23 format. You have to do this. But there are some use cases in using custom to, let's say, your client gives Aspect Ratio or the bid setup size, which is none of this. So why do will do in that time? Just click on custom, and now you can say whatever value you want and the respected unit for this. So you can select on inches, centimeters, points, or even pixels. So let me click on cancel. And that's how you change the aspect ratio of Slides in Google Slides 12. 10 Creating a New Slide: So in this section, I'm gonna tell you about how to create a New Slide and Google Slides. So there are four different ways in order to create a new slide in Google Slides. So there are different options that you can choose in order to create a Google site. But I'm going to tell you all default one and you can choose the best option that fits for your condition. So the first option that is just right-click on the Slides reviewer and just click on New Slide. Now you can see the first slide is added. So let me delete the unwanted files presentation. So let me look over the Slides reviewer and let me click on New Slide. So that's how you create a new slide. In the Slides preview. The second option is using a shortcut. So let me click on a shortcut which is controlled em. There you go. So as you can see, a New Slide is greater. And for me it is the easiest and the best option, which I normally use when I create presentations and my day-to-day life. So using Chart Gus will rapidly increase your productivity and say much of your time. And taught option that I'm going to tell you is a little bit time-consuming option is just going to Slide and clicking on New Slide. So this is the third option that I want to tell you. And the last option is here. That is a quick Option, binary, which is right below the ten menus that are there, default V in the Google Slides. So the first option is just to create a new slide. So as you can see, the first slide is created using this particular button. So this has little bit more control than the others. So you have to just click on the drop-down menu and select whatever you want. So that's all it does Lecture. Meet you in the next lecture? 13. 11 Types of Slides: In this section, I'm going to take you through different types of Slides that are there and Google Slides. So to view all the layers that are there in slides, just click on this drop-down menu or click on layout. So both brings us the same option. So let me click on the first thing. Data slide has the title and subtitle. That's with the first one which is titled state. And the next thing is section header. So if you're going to create presentation for each section, the one that you need to use. The third one is title and your body or the title or the content. And this is probably used when you have to use much Text with less title. So let me tell you who then is. Hey again, deep AICPA burners. Richie is the founder of C programming and also known as the father of cramming, right? So here you can do a lot of things about this particular position. So that's all about this particular thing. And the next thing is titled and two columns. So here you can see we have Tidal and two different options. So let me die, which is the best. So let me her child GPD Win this side. And Google site. So here I can make lots of different things, differentiations in this particular slide. So let me delete this. Does, and even this. So the next thing is the title only. Let's say you have to type only. In this case, you can use this. So let me type exploring New York City. In this case, this is the perfect option that you're gonna use. The next thing is one Column decks. This slide is used where you have one title and just one column instead of one title and two columns. The next option which is there or here as the main point, which is the main points that are there in the slide. So let me do something like which is the most popular through Gramin language. So N, this case, this use. And the next thing is captioned. So it's like more of like a subtitle in radio. And the next thing is big number. So let me die plug. Some numbers are something like Dennis. So the next thing is they would do these unwanted Slides. And the next thing is Blank. This has just a Blank base in it. So that's under this lecture median. The next lecture 14. 12 Creating a Text Box: In this section, I'm gonna teach you about how to create a new textbox in Google slides. So let me create a New Slide using the shortcut Control plus M. And I'm going to go to Insert. And let me click on text-box. So let me click on just here and let me Type water by one. So let me die. Or you want. So business. The first way to create a Text Box in Google Sites. So there are many different options that you can use to create our textbooks. So let me create a blank slide and let me click on Text Box and you click in, let me just waterway want. And that's how you create a Text Box in Google Slides 15. 13 Creating a Numbered List: In this section, we're going to see about how to add a bulleted list and Google Slides. So the first thing we have to do is going to insert and a Text Box. So as you-all know, a bulleted list is also a Text Box. So let me type something like me. And before that I have to a bulleted list, which is right over here. And let me, They Mercury, Venus and of course mass. So these are only four planets angular Type. Yeah. So to make it little bit more attractor, we're gonna use these things. So when I select this, just look at this quick action panel, which is right on the top of every slide. And if I deselect this, you can see there are just four options. But if I select this, more options like the font, the font size, the type of text which is present over here, and much, much more. So. Let me change the line height Slido here and let me double dose. So before that I have to select this of course, and select this line height double. So as you can see, the height of each bulleted list is doubled with a single click. So that's how you create a bulleted lists or let me remove this and let me tell you how to create a Numbered List. So right next to that, you have option called Numbered List. Just click on this and let me go and I want Mercury, venus, Earth, Mars. Okay, so tall. So that's how you create an numberless structure media. In the next lecture. 16. 14 Changing Font Type: So in this section, I'm gonna tell you how to change the font. Type in Google Slides. So the change the font size. Just select the texts that you'll have to change the font. And I'm going to select all the things. But if you didn't do that, radon not be changed, right? The future that you're going to add will be changed. So let me show you a demo. So let me a lot. And now I'm going to go here is just the quick actions panel. Let me click on aerial or whatever today in your computer. So I'm going to select something like maybe Comic Sans. And now you can see that this text is not changed. But if I change to Adam, nice like this and let me type one. So as you can see, the texts that I Type after selecting this is changed. But what if you have to change this particular texts? So let me remove this. And to change this text already have Type, just set it all the things. And let me click on Ariel and let me click on comic sense. As you can see, the text is amazing and it has changed would instantly. And I'm going to change this to something. Let me browse to something horrible to medium can be Grid. And now we can see successfully we have changed the font family of this slide. So that's all of this lecture median. The next lecture 17. 16 Formation Text: In this section, we're going to take a deeper dive into formatting your texts. So in this lecture, as I said before, we are going to take a deeper dive into eat types of formatting your texts, which makes her texts more prettier. So in a previous lecture I mentioned you about how to create a textbox. So using that, I'm going to open some text, has some random texts like inside this, I'm going to have a bulleted list, which I can get it right from here. And I'm going to have some have full blooded List, which is real here. And I have to make this textbox more prettier. So the first thing that we have, the Font Type. So Font Type is much more different than the font family. Font type is a single font, which is dad, mostly used in graphic designs workflow. So, but font-family is mostly used in the programming side of the world, which there are three to four different font types, which is used if the, another Font Type is not present. So let me select a Font Type which is Comic Sans. And the next option we have is the font size. In this option, we can increase or decrease the font size of our texts. So let me increase the font size. And this Option makes you your text bolder or lighter. So let me select on board. And the next thing is italic. This makes your text italic little bit different than the normal style. The next option is underlined, which underlines under your text. The next thing is the text color, which changes the color of your text. I'm going to change it to Grid. And the last thing is the highlight color. This highlights the whole world instead of just the characters that are there in the world. So let me change it to blue. And the next thing is insert link. So this is a little bit more interesting feature which links your texts with another website. So let me add a link, link www.google.com. So let me click on Apply. And if I click over here, and as you can see, I read that to google.com just from this text. And the next option, commenting. If I select this particular Text and let me click on command and let me add them like planets one. Okay, so I have added this comment. And if I select this, this comment highlights, this is a more useful feature if you're kinda like educational. Present. This have a feature that are unknown word can be given a synonym using this feature. The next thing is align. This makes your text more. This makes it takes align properly in slide. So let me select on-center. And this makes it little bit towards the center. And the next thing that's the line-height. And let me select this, all the things when doublet. So as you can see, the line height of each of this as increased or doubled in this case. And the next thing is the bulleted list. This we have spoke altering the previous lecture and also the Numbered List. The next thing is decrease in Bend. And the increase in the last option is clear formatting. And this allows to remove all the formatting that we have done before. So that's a little structure median the next lecture 18. 17 Inserting an Image: In this section, I'm going to teach you about how to insert an image into a slide. So this is going to give you a little bit interesting is that lecture because have never spoke a single word about this. So to insert an image, there are two different ways. The first way is going to insert an image. So here we have six different options. So let me take you each of the options. The first one is Upload from computer. So if you have an image in your computer, you can upload this via this option. You can insert this image that you are uploaded into the slide. And the next thing is such from this allows to browse the web and select whatever image that you want around the Internet. And the next thing is drove. If you have an Image near drive, you can access that. And also for those. Google is also a product called Google Photos. If you have your photo on Google photos, you can also get that or by even the URL. If you have Image address. I can also use that. And also the camera. You can lively big the photo of of what you need and you can insert it into this slide. So let me show you this cis developed because I'm going to use this, which is much more easier and much more flexible. So I'm going to search for something like maybe New York City. Okay? So I'm going to select something like this. As you can see, the image is creating. Yeah, the images imported. So this is not that much perfect. So let me Image Search. So let me Image. Or maybe this can be perfect. Let me insert that to. So now the images imported. And this is the one way of importing enemas. The another way to import an image is to just clicking on this insert Image and show you can select search for Reb and I'm going to search for Kelly for yeah. Okay. I'm going to enter and let me search for an Image. So let me select this image and let me do Insert. And so as you can see, this image is to import it and let me delete the image. And that's how you insert an image into your slides. So that's a legislature meeting. The next lecture. 19. 18 Cropping an Image: In this section, I'm gonna show you how to edit or how to crop this image. So to crop an image, just click on that image and just go to this particular option with this crop image. And you can decrease the size that you have to remove all the unwarranted but your image so the Image Blueprint dragged. So let me undo. And you can crop. Yeah, so that Michelob, these two input. So okay. So as you can see, the image has been cropped. So that's how you crop an image in Slides. So that's another structure, median the next lecture. 20. 23 Layering: So in this lecture, we're going to talk about Layering in Google slides. So let me tell you what is Layering in Graphic Design. So Layering in Graphic Design, layers are different levels which you can place objects like Victor, lines, shapes, and other elements. They are used to separate parts of an Image, other drawing allowing you to edit and manipulate individual elements of your artworks separately. So this allows to place different objects on different layers. So let me show you in real-life example. So let me select a shape and let me give it a default color of black, pure black. Not this. Maybe this, this is great. And now it's Grid. And the next thing I'm going to add my rounded rectangle with a different color. Let's choose a dark blue. And the next thing is something Luke, care. Yeah. Okay. So now this will be great. And let's say that I need to bring this rectangle to the top of all the other objects. So to do that, I'm going to right-click on that. And let me click on orange. And let me you can order. And here you can see bring print and bring forward. Bring friend means bringing that object are different. And bringing forward means sending this object one layer, a hidden. So let me show you. Bring forward, as you can see, is about the rounded rectangle, rounded square, but it is below the brand. So let me send this back again. This back. And let me bring it Frame. As you can see, the stop of both the rounded square and the trend. That's how layering works. So this also works with the text. So let me delete this particular shapes and let me Grid tangle with the scholar and let me add a text box. It says that this should be the top the murder Moodle. And I'm going to add another text box which says that this should be the dog. Okay. So let me place it about this text. Actually you can see this. So let me change it to this to back. This should be at the door. Okay. So let me right-click on this and let me click on order and send back, as you can see it as disappeared. So this means that this is below this rectangle. It doesn't mean that it is deleted. And let me actually in the top. So let me leave that. As you can see, there are three layers, but just to is visible without the text and the top, the rectangle, but the text at the bottom disappeared. So that's what it Layering. Meet you in the next lecture? 21. 24 Transition and Animation: In this section, I'm going to talk about the difference between Animation and the transition. So this is going to be a really short lecture, but a little bit informative lecture. So the Animation is that moment in any of the direction of the Slide presentation. While Transition is a sudden shift that occurs as you move from one state to the other. So that is the main difference between Animation and Transition media. And the next lecture 22. 25 Transition: So in this section, I'm gonna teach you about Transition. Indeed it. So let me go to the first slide and let me add our text, which is exploring the world. Okay? So let me also change background color to be same exploring. Okay? So let me click on Insert and Animation. And here you can see lot of different things over the animation. So here you can see under this object Animation, here you can see the object that we have selected. And there are lots of different Animation that you can use in your presentation. The next thing is on what instance? This transition should happen. So onclick is the most popular and I'm going to use that. The next thing is feed and this is the most popular that everybody uses. So I'm gonna change a little bit slower. And let me click on play. And let me click. As you can see, detects exploring the world. Threatened slowly, right? So let me clicking on the subtitle and click on Add animation. This is the way to add animation to an object. And let me click consuming. Man. Yeah. So let me look again and again. So as you can see, the Animation is pretty slow. To make this fast, you can use this slider in order to make that fastest slow. You can also make an animation 5 s slow up to 0.1 s fast. So I'm going to keep it at 0.6 or 77 will be great. Let me click on that. Someone is too fast and 1 s. And exploring the world. That's Grid. So That's how we make an animation. So let me create a New Slide to add a transition. So let me turn the background color of this to this color is good. Yeah. So let me dive plans swish example. Okay, This slide is a sample of Transition. Okay? So let me click on Slide Transition and let me click on gallery. As well as you can see the transition happens so you hear me stop and again. Oh, that's amnesic. So that's how you add an Transition to N Slide. So that's always a stricture. Meet you in the next lecture. 23. 26 Adding Speaker Notes: In this section, I'm gonna teach you about how to add Speaker Notes in your slides. So let me tell you, what does a Speaker Notes? Speaker notice that Text of a Slide Speaker Notes or the text of a slight Speaker Notes are contained the first body placeholder, shape on a Slides Notes page one lead the text. Content of this Notes Shape editable in these states API. So this means that if you are going to present a presentation in your team, you can add some important bulleted points in the Speaker Notes so you never forget the things that you need to talk. Let me click on the ad. Speaker Notes are mostly it will be hidden or it will be like this. So just drag this and you can type whatever you want. So I'm going to type this slide. Slide is used to demonstrate straight about the slide. There are some issues. Grid, so there's no text I need to remember. So let me click on slideshow. As you can see. When I present this as a slideshow, eye doesn't see anything. That's because I'm just looking at this slideshow to get these bigger nodes. Just going to over here and click on presenter view. As you can see, a new pop-up raises up. Here. You can see these bigger note that I need to remember while it's taking this. But you might be thinking one thing. If this kind of screen as they're rare, and how will the viewer of the slide, we'll see this slide. Kinda confusing, right? Let me explain you in a little bit deeper way. So if this presenter view, so if this blocks the view, how will you viewers will able to see this presentation clearly? That's the mistake that you're making. That's because this View, which is right over here is the correct, are the perfect View. So this is what the viewer see. And you can also see the previous slide which has gone right now. And the next thing is these Speaker Notes. So you can also see the time, from what time you're speaking or how much time is speaking. And pretty much that's it. That's all this texture media. In the next lecture 24. 27 Inserting a Video: So in this section, we are, I'm going to teach you about how to insert a Video and Google Slides. So to insert a video, just go to Insert Video. Search for the video that you need. I'm going to search for maybe New York City, city and drawn for. I'm going to use this. And let me click on Insert. So let me click out to create a blank page. So that's how you insert an image right here you have further more details to edit this video. So the first option is play manual, autoplay to click or played automatic. So I'm going to leave it to play to non-manual. And I'm going to start this video from 20 s and entered the default time, and I'm going to mute the audio. And you can also change the size and the rotation of this video and of course the position. And also do drop shadows. I'm going to pick drop shadow. As you can see, a small shadow is present right below that. So let me play this. As you can see from 20 years playing, not from the first with this Amazing and we can also resize the video. So now it's at the center. And if it play that from 20, so it's Amazing. So this is how you insert that image in Slides 25. 28 Adding Shape: So in this section, I'm going to show you how to insert a shape inside a slate. So to insert a shape, just go to file. Just go to Insert, and to shape. And you can select four options. Shapes, arrows, call-outs, and of course, equations. So let's start with the shapes. And you can draw water ship, you want Shape and let me an, the next option. Arrows can also select arrows. And the next thing is called Notes. Like this. In the last one is equation. So let me this, okay, so that Amazing. So that's all about shapes median. The next lecture. 26. 29 Adding Table: So in this lecture we're going to see about how to create a table in Slides. So to create a table, just go to Insert table. And here you can select how many rows and how many columns do you need? So I'm gonna select foods to three. So as you can see, forest to three tables created and I'm going to do something that man, error. Mac book pro studio. And of course the Mac Pro. Okay. So let me add the chip set, which is steer do Pro Max. And this has both the M2 max and do Ultra. So this has only the M2 Ultra. And the next thing is the RAM. This as the minimum of eight gigs of RAM. The next has the minimum, 16 gigs of RAM. This has 32, 32 gigs of RAM. And last one is 64 GB. So these are the not the exact RAM. Notice there, but I'm just giving to explain you how it works. Okay? So that's soluble this table. So median the next lecture 27. 30 Adding Bar Chart 2: In this section, we're going to see about how to insert a chart in a slate. So basically in slides, we have four data of the first one is the Bar Chart, is you're going to run as the column Darwinist line. And the fourth one is two pi. And we can also import data from our Google Sheets that we will talk in later. So the first term is the Bar. And yeah, so here it's secure. And here is N preview of D bar that we are going to read. So let's say we edit this data in this chart. So to edit this, just click on this drop-down menu and click on open source. So here you can see there are four options. The first thing I'm going to rename it to you, USA. The next thing is France, the next thing is Germany. And the last one is going to be Australia. So these are going to be financially 2020 do and these are 2023. So I'm going to Types and values 12. France around 3D 6.97. Cilia is 89. So I'm going to type something like one great. 96 to one or 2.98. Okay. So the tolerable does. And so let me move to this. And now you can see the data is not changed, but we have just changed in the Google Sheets. So to update this and just click on this Upload button. And here you can see this is the problem. So I'm going to say this as when the duane, the two what happens? Gone 11 time. Okay. Okay. So let me go here and abilities. So as you can see, the, as you can see, the data is completely changed, the annulus completely new. So that's how you create a bar chart inside of Google Slides. So that's sort of this lecture. We didn't the next lecture 28. 31 Adding Column Chart: In this section, I'm going to teach you about how to insert a column chart inside Google Slides. So to insert a column chart, just go to Insert Chart and Column Chart. So the Chart is being inserted. And to edit this, as we saw, just click on this drop-down and click on open source. So now it has been loaded. And here you can see the preview of this chart. So I'm going to change this to Python, C plus, plus java script and Java. So let me remove Java script. Okay? So let me change it to part one and part two. Okay? So that's how we change. And let me go back to the slide and let me do an update. And as you can see, the names are changed from D1, D2, D3 team for Python, C plus, plus it's JavaScript and Java. So this is how you can add Column Chart inside google state. So that's all of this lecture median. The next lecture 29. 32 Adding a Line Chart: In this section, I'm going to teach you how to insert a line chart in Google Slides. So to insert a Line Chart, just navigate to Insert Chart and click on Line. So now the Chart is Inserting and now it's inserted. To edit this again, go to this drop-down menu and just click on open source. So let me remove these things. And now again the editing work starts. So let me change it to Python. Now, let me change it to or React. Angular. And some different frameworks like maybe backbone goes. Okay. So it's saying that dose and game WPS, of course these are not used to the games dust for an instance. So let me go back to the space and let me click on update. So as you can see, these things are added, which is amazing. And yeah, that's it. Till medial and the next lecture 30. 33 Adding a Pie Chart: So in this section, I'm going to teach you about how to insert a pie chart in Google Slides. So to insert a Pie Chart, just navigate to Insert Chart and Pie Chart. So the child is now being inserted. And there you go. So edit this, just click on this drop-down menu and click on open source. So I'm going to again change these things. So, yeah, so I am going to end those different countries name like USA, UK, Japan, of course, US, and India. Okay. So let me increase the ocean. 56, 21, Japan to ten, and this to 20. Okay. Okay. So that's how it's created. So that's how did this lecture. So let me go and update it. And now you can see these things are divided amazingly. So that's how you insert a Pie Chart inside of Google Slides. So median the next lecture 31. 36 Hierarchy Diagram: So the last lecture we saw about a Grid Diagram, which we can import, edit, and also export all inside of Google Slides. So in this lecture we're going to see about the same gunzip, but with a different ideology as is Hierarchy. So to insert a Hierarchy Diagram, just go to Insert Diagram and Hierarchy. So here you can have lots of options. So let me say the first one. Okay, So that's amazing. So the one thing that allow google is there neatness, cleanliness in the end products. So that's the best thing that I've ever seen in most of the companies that are created. So let me change it to Google or maybe Alphabet. Alphabet. Okay. So you have Google, let's say Samsung. So of course, exams them is not a alphabets product, but still just for an education. Okay, So let me change it to YouTube and Google Docs. Okay? So let me change it to as ready three, ultra. Of course. Samsung, but who grow. Okay? So let me, there are some errors. Okay? So that's how you create a hierarchy map all inside of Google Docs. So that's one of the structure media in the next lecture. 32. 37 Timeline Chart: So in the last lecture, we saw about how to create a Hierarchy Diagram and Google Slides. So in this section, in this lecture, we're going to see about how to create a timeline Diagram inside Google Slides. So to create an impulse Timeline Chart, just go to Insert Diagram and the Timeline. So again, we have lots of things or right over here. And let me say the first one, I'll say N1 told one to be exact. And so let me add some information like, Oh, look me some your Duan De nine. Both of iPhone. Okay. So let me add some text. Thousand and nine. So this is just a dummy data. So the next thing is, let me put some random yours. Andy 97. Oh, okay. So 2014 when Tim Cook became the CEO of Blue. Okay. The next thing is 2014. Pue. Okay. So let me bring this little bit. But it's not possible. You can view it's not possible. Okay. So let me okay. So 2023. The last one is birth of Ration. Okay. Okay, so let me paste this text. Okay, So that's amazing. And thousand and seven about some issues, okay. Grid. Okay. So that's how you heard it, a Timeline Diagram in Google Slides. So that's under the sector median. The next level 33. 38 Process Diagram: So the last lecture we saw about how to create a timeline map. So let me delete it. And in this lecture we're going to see how to add a Process Diagram in Google Slides. So to add a Process Diagram, now you to insert Diagram and process. So again, we have lots of things and the first thing I'm going to choose is going to be absolutely this. Because a lot of thing. So let me, okay, So let me leave the dummy data because it's taking too much of time. So now you can again edit these things and that's how you create a Process Diagram. 34. 39 Cycle Diagram: The last lecture we saw about how to add a Process Diagram inside of Google Slides. So in this lecture we're going to see about how to insert relationship diagram in Google slides. So let me add this because this is far more easy for more pure. So let me detours. And real numbers natural. Okay, so that's how you create a relationship map inside of Google Docs. So the next thing is the Cycle map. So let me say this. So let me a second which is and development, testing. The last one, deployment care. So the cycle goes like this. So The title of this lecture, we do, the next lecture
