1. INTRODUCTION: Many people in deciding for a job for or against about the technical sides of it. However, some people know that being great job depends on how high your productivity in and how much you love your job. So have you thought of how could that person loves his job? And what are the factors that we depend on to say that if the job is suitable for us or not. Moreover, and what are the factors that affects the person's productivity without knowing that it does, all these questions need a suitable answer. And that's why this course is made for maintaining weren't value and increasing productivity. But before diving deep into the course, meaning, we need to ask ourselves two questions also. What is where a value and how we can maintain, and what is the relation between productivity and wearing value? That is what we are going to explain in detail throughout this course. So if you'd like to know more about it, join me and complete this course to the end, I am a hammer, a computer scientists and business management enthusiasm. And this is my channel shortcut learn. 2. Brief History: Over two centuries ago, and especially at the beginning of 17, 60, many life factors changed at that time. And the first fact that the change was the invention of new machines. And the second factor was using new power sources, finally, enriching and a change in the economical structure, which the latter has led to many alterations that have appeared in the economical form. And this made the community to find a plan to manage these new factors that were generated by the change of the economical structure. This plan was to invent a science called The Science of business, which this science was discovered on the same date of the Industrial Revolution. However, just like any other sciences, signs of business should have basics and effective strategies in addition to having a preliminary crocs. And here between parenthesis, crux is a crucial part of any science. Moreover, this sines depends on many essential components, such as strategic management, marketing, productivity. Consequently, productivity is considered one of the key points that business depends on. Therefore, when productivity increases, business improves impulsively. Hence, many people keep in searching for new strategies and ways in order to increase productivity to improve their job or their business. And in this course, we're going to talk about the specific meaning of where value and how we can benefit from it. Then we will demonstrate the relation between wearing value with productivity. And finally, we will derive a strategy in order to increase productivity for knowing more, Let's move forward together. 3. Defining Workvalue: Before we start talking about where value and not are the meanings that it contains, let us first know what is the value in general? And all those word value means that people aren't any individual by himself. First, concerning a value, it is when you give or consider something important or worthy and take the simple example as money. Money is known widely as a commodity that most of the people give it a value in order to buy or sell or trade and stuff easily without any effort. Value is like a kind of support that people give it to something or that product in order to show how much this thing or this product is important to them. So after the definition of value, we should now be able to understand the meaning of where value. So as the definition of fair value, it is a measure of the jobs were in comparison to the relative worth of the other jobs inside our organization. And this definition was said by low inside their sight. Word or another word value is like a statue that people use it in order to rate or estimate the type of job that they need to choose to see if this job does meet their objectives are their dreams in their life are not actually wearing value is an answer for that question that most of the people ask themselves when they come to work. And that question consists of the purpose of fair value the person has other than the purpose of the money. So if I come to us, I will start with the question, is this job or kind of work is suitable for this person? And is he doing what he loves to do? And what are the goals that he or she are achieving this kind of job? All these questions go under the meaning and the name of where value, and how can the individual maintain that? But in order to know and maintain the value, the individual first should know the thigh and the benefits of it. Also, he should look for the ways that are used to maintain word value and what are the factors that affect and losing the value? And that what we are going to talk about in the following lectures. 4. Basics Of Workvalue: Knowing the basics of fair value is something very important for someone who's looking for stability at his job. And since the concepts and the way of thinking of people differs from one person to another. We find that the community is divided into many groups and sections that each one of them has their own principles. Also, each person may have his own view and the way of thinking in a useful meaning. People's interests may vary from one person to another. Then you may find different objects and subjects. And that's what makes it difficult in making all people's interests goals in the same direction. But fortunately, wearing value has many types and meanings that helps people and matching their own principles, gaining their own style. And no matter what type of value has chosen by a person to be his interests into liters specific benefits that will be gained by wearing value, which in turn, these benefits will give positive advantages that will be reflected on the persons can reveal itself in general, typically, choosing a value, whatever it was, and taking it as a self motivator is a specific algorithm that every time leads to the same benefits, results, angles that each person looks for. So looking forward to understand this algorithm, Let's have a list of examples of types, benefits, and advantages. Then let us take an example from my self-interest. In order to understand this advertising. We're going to go through it, passing by the steps of benefiting from Merck value and having own positive advantage, reaching to my career goals. We continue now to count the types of where value we have sending achievements, making a difference, autonomy, which by the way, autonomy means that having a freedom to perform the tasks, however, and whenever the person's he wants to continuing to receiving recognition, loyalty, and respect. On the other hand, we have lots of benefits. And you can take from the most important ones, important employment position, having more experience, which is when the employer loves his job. So he spends more time at that, which will lead to a sizable increase in his experience More than a normal person who doesn't love this job. And finally, making better decisions and choices, reaching to the advantages. Actually, there are a lot of advantages that the person could gain from benefiting from where IT value, like getting more job opportunities, promoting higher positions, getting more specific features and many more. So after Norman's advice and benefits of fair value and being able to identify them. Now comes the third, understand how we can benefit from work. Now for instance, I'm going to choose like receiving recognition. So how this type will help me in benefiting for mercury. Let's have a look together. But before moving forward, first of all, let's divide this algorithm into three phases. Adding to that, I will begin having a positive side of you from my work, which those other leads to an acceptance to my current job. Let us that do I have right now? And then the first and the second phase of the benefitting algorithm. Identifying Our Work Values: Do you know the way of how we can maintain weight value and how we can identify the right type for us. Look, sir, in order to maintain and identify where value you should pass by a few steps at first. And by that, you may know the best types of fair values that are most applicable with your goals and plans so that you won't choose that is randomly and you won't benefit anything from them since it will not meet the values that you are looking for. So as for the way for identifying where in value, it is now four consecutive steps that the person should pass by first in order to choose and maintain his work values. And these steps were mentioned and discussed by Dr. Sean waters, an article called What are our values and identifying or so starting with the first step, which is making list of potential values. But by saying that it doesn't mean that the job should totally be clear from an instantly rewarding values. Since due to the research was done by Cornell University, they have justified that and instantly rewarding or an immediate reward have a big effect in motivating the individual and boosting his metal. So if you've got confused to know the right way to order the values, I should say that you should part of I into three pieces. Two parts of this pie should be in choosing the values of the long-term gratification. And the third part should be for the instantly rewarding value. By that, the balance should occur so that the person will benefit on the long term, but at the same time he or she will not get bored. They quickly from this job by having an instant motivator. Productivity & How It's Linked To Workvalue: Do you know that their interrelation between wearing value and productivity? Actually there is, in this lecture, we will define productivity and list four essential components of it from which we will explain and extract from them the relation between where value and productivity. First of all, productivity can be defined as the measure of the efficiency of the company production process. The scenes that every individual in the company should have a measure of the quality of the production in order to know how much the products of the company worth. First of all, strategic planning, if you want to increase productivity, you should not ignore setting realistic goals on your daily basis. And setting these goals should be done by following certain statistics that should be related to the setup targets. Moving forward to the third component, which is selecting valid decisions by having the ability to make the right choices, your productivity will always be in its highest loads. Look with me when you are able to make and choose the right choices, you will be able to know how to organize your job tasks, which will give you a high focus on what matters, avoiding time and tasks conviction. Thus, you'll always be ready, concentrated, and high productive. And here we come to the last component, which is stability. Stability, which is keeping statement at work and stay with the same base you always have. And for sure, this will keep your productivity is going up since one that person feels stable, that is where he or she will start having positive ideas and thoughts. It'll improve their individual psychological factors. And this is what will give them the encouragement and productivity is increased after that. Okay, till now, we have known the definition of productivity and some of its essential components. But then now we didn't know the relation between productivity and very well, previously, we talked about value and how it leads to many benefits. Besides that, we knew that the components of productivity are the foundations that determines the increase of it. That's a fecal. Verify that the result of benefiting from where value is as one of the essential components of productivity, then we can say that having word value increases productivity. For instance, if we go back to the part of the algorithm in the section of benefiting from word value, we will pass by three phases. And we find out that most of the time the benefits are psychological, such as applying what decisions, we find that it's as one of the productivity essential components which is selecting valid decisions. It's when you have the ability to select the right choices. If we conclude that applying one decisions is one of the benefits that weren't values have led to the massive institution. We can say that wearing value increases productivity. And just like each example of other benefits, could run the same process. So now after understanding the relation between white value and productivity, now it's time to look for more strategies that we can follow in order to increase productivity more efficiently and much easier. 7. Deriving New Strategies To increase (Productivity): In order to derive a strategy, a person should arrange these ideas and do a brainstorming about the components that you will need in order to meet specific requirements. So if we look closer, we can see that many companies have studied different topics about how the person can gain stability at his job. And the results of these studies have shown different reviews from different groups of people. Then you see that some companies have collected these reviews and analyse them in order to validate hypothesis conclusions. However, these conclusions and hypothesis dependent on a certain category in the society that have we chosen by the companies to make their researchers, to make this clearer, I'll give you an example about a study that was presented by offside called writing nine.com. In this study, the most important question was, does money bring stability than individual inside this company? And many people answers various money. Does it bring stability to the person, whether it was by the time of the supported offers, are by necessity that the person feels when he gets good amount of money at his job. Let's show you that there is a big section from the society that consider stability relies on having suitable economic environment for the individual. But on the second hand, we find different section of people who consider that having stability does not rely on having good amount of money at all, but it relies on a person having good work values and passion for the job that he wants to work. Now let's look around all these thoughts and then they use, which is the best one to follow in order to derive a perfect strategy for productivity. Look, sir, the diversity that occurs in these kinds of ideas doesn't mean that there is a thought better than the other. But this variation occurs when people's thinking is affected by their priority. Therefore, if those people priorities were best described in feeling safe economically, they would rather choose stability. That best depends on the economical. On the other hand, if their priorities, whereas described on having passion and the critical satisfaction, they would rather choose that stability best depends on psychological path. Therefore, both cases will have a specific point of view that will function as they're self-motivated. But in order to derive a good strategy, we should think of the all possible point of views. And what do I mean here is the thing on the economic, psychological, and physical sites in order to fit all the cases in solving all the problems in the whole society sections. Here let's take an example from socialist statistics and the human experiences. First of all, let's see the economical side. For many people. If we have a look on the most average people, we find that most of them share one habit at least or more. These habits could be their key to success in their job. And that most of the time, if we see most of the instrument like Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos and many more. All of them shares their investment habit that is a very powerful, that keeps the humans capital stable and races and grows with time, which this race anti-growth will lead to stability in the economic path of the individual and decreases the loss of money that the person has gained and save in his previous time work, which will lead to an economic safety and security that still feels safe and secure, therefore, increase in productivity. And you can mention sunlight analytics, when Bill Gates started investing in foreign lands, promised vital and important role from giving food supplies and strongly financial performance. And take another example of buying a channel mask. Paula PayPal in 1999, which have played a very important role in his business life and others that have been promoted and used internationally in the following years, plenty and plenty of businessmen have invested many things in their life. This has showed us the importance of the economic path to these men in their lives. Just like the importance of other steps they may follow in order to reach financial stability. What we can conclude that financial stability plays an important role in increasing the safety to the individual. And let's take that as our all for our strategy. Last but not least, the psychological side, as we talked earlier, wearing value and passion are very important things for the individual, so that most of the people cannot continue in their job or in their business. And they didn't set up their goals or plans for what they love to reach. Every individual should have at least one or two goals that he should set up in order for this work values help him or her in increasing productivity by strengthening the psychological side for them so that they will be encouraged to work in a secure and the proper environment. Thus, the psychological environment is advanced. Productivity will be increased successfully and Atlas, the physical side, a person needs to be secured and supported throughout his physical environment.
