2. Starting Of Photoshop: Welcome to our very first video of learning Adobe Photoshop. I'm pretty sure you
are really very interested to learn
about the Photoshop. And this is the course about learning Photoshop from
the beginning to add funds. So first, we need to
know from where we will get the official
Photoshop software as we are learning
Photoshop course. That's why we need to know where we will gain the
official software. You can take a look
in our browser, we have a website and the name of our
website is Adobe.com. As you know now, Photoshop
is a product of v, and that's why you have to get official software of
Photoshop from here. So here is the link. You can visit this link, www.adobe.com slash products
slash photoshop dot HTML. So if you want to get
the official version, then you have to pay the money for it
getting this software. But if you don't have
the money right now, you don't have to
worry about cause these alluvial websites are
providing you a free trial. So if you have enough balance, you can directly use
this binomial option. Or if you don't want to
spend the money right now, then you don't have to
worry about cost out of your Photoshop is
providing a free trial. So let me show you
with the free trial. So when it we're going to click on this free trial option, then a pop-up will appear. And here you can take a look. Got some different
type of pet cages. Like we got the
Photoshop packages. We got a photograph. If Becky shares in
Photoshop packages, you will get only the Photoshop. And here we can take a look. We got the seven days of free trial when you have
to pay two into $1 per month and year reason another package and that's called
a photography plan. And with this plan,
you are going to get Lightroom and Photoshop and you just have to
pay only $10 per month, as well as you are going to get the seven days for free trial. Okay, so I think
this is cheap plan. You can pick anyone from here. So let me show you
with a Photoshop so as you are going
to get a free trial, that's why you have to click on this strike freed file option. Then this page who
will appear and you have to type your email in
this interior email field. And then you have to put your credit card or
debit card information. They will ask cubic
curve and then your trial version
will be initiated. So this is the way to get the official Photoshop version
from out of your website. For using our official version, you have to spend some
money per month, okay. And there are some tolerance. There are some websites
are available there. They're providing some are free or crack pre-cracked software. But I don't recommend to use any Photoshop
software that's your downloaded from any
torrent website or from a free website, cause most of the time
some kind of malware and phishing links embedded
with software. So better to use this
official software from Adobe. So here is the Adobe
Photoshop software interface, and I'm pretty sure right
now we will have that or Photoshop with me
on your computer. So let's start
learning to gather. But before start off learning, I want to introduce to you our the interface are
the main news about the toolbars with you. So let's start with
the File menu. So here is the file menu. It will get the Open Options, Save option, Export option, and many more options. It will get in here as well as you will get
the exit option. Then you will get the edit menu. You will get the undo and
redo, cut, copy, paste, feel straw content, our fail, this is an amazing things
and out of your Photoshop, then it will get fans form. Perspective, we're Define
Pattern and many more. You will get in here
and most of the things, the preference menu and we'll
gate inside this Edit menu. Okay, then you will
get this image menu. From here, you can get the
different type of adjustment, like audit on Auto Contrast, auto color, image
size, canvas size, and many more other options are available on the Image menu. Then you will get
the layer option. And our first lesson is
going to be the layer. So I'm going to Playing you in details,
have other layers. Then you will get the type menu, select menu, Filter menu. This is one of the
amazing menu costs. They will get different type
of facial menu from here. Then it will get 3D
menu, View menu. And finally, you will
get this window menu. So this is one of the
most effective menu, cause this Window menu
will help you out to make prepare your Adobe
Photoshop software interface. Let me explain you how
you can take a look. We got a workspace option
in the Windows menu. And here under the workspace, you will get different typeof
options like 3D workspace. If you want to work with the
3D elements, in that case, you have to sell
this 3D option and then the interface of
Photoshop will be changed. Let me click Windows once again, here is a workspace. Right now we are working
with the 3D workspace. If you wanted to change the
graphics and web workspace, you can use this graph, we can waive workspace. Then you will have the
graphic and web interface. If you want to work with emotions inside of
Photoshop software, in that case, you have to click
on this motion workspace. Then the interface of Photoshop, we will be changed and the
motion tools will be up here. Okay, then you will get
painting workspace. Let me show you with
the painting workspace and you're going to take a look. We got the brushes, so we got the colors and all essential things that's
really required for painting. That's our available right
now in the interface. Okay. Then we got a photo graph, the option inside the workspace. Let me show you with
the photography. And here is the
option for editing. Photos are working with the photography workspace
inside Adobe Photoshop. But most of the
times you have to work with essential workspace. So what is essential workspace? Let me show you here
is the Windows menu. Here's the workspace, and here is the essentials workspace, and this is the default
workspace for Photoshop. So let me click on this
essential workspace. You can take a look. We got all essentials tops like a properties
and adjustments. Libraries and tools
are available in here. So most of the time
we have to work with the essential works pace. Suppose you change, are you deleted some tab
like properties, adjustment libraries, and you change lots of things inside
your essential workspace. So how you will get
back all stops that seal removed or deleted from
the essential workspace. In that case, you just have
to click Reset Essentials. So when it will click on
this, Reset Essentials, all essential tools
and tabs and options. So we'll be back
on your interface. So you didn't have to worry
about when it will work in Adobe Photoshop and
if you delayed or if you remove any tools or any, any options are any menus
or from ladder Photoshop. So if you want to get back
all the essential properties, all the essential
adjustments tools are every single option that's a required with
essential anything, you just have to click on
this or Reset Essentials. So let me show you how this Reset Essentials
option we're working. So let me delete this
Properties tab from here. So you just have to right click with your mouse and then
you just have to click. Close. So let me click on this close option and
you can take a look. The properties option is gone. So suppose you did these things when we're editing
some kind of images. And you also, you also
close this adjustments tab. Let me close this
ad just men's tab. And here is the close option. Okay, cool. So our properties and adjustments tabs are gone. We just removed it from here
and we want to get it back. So you have to click, you have to click
on Windows menu. Then you will get
this workspace. And then you have to click
on this Reset Essentials. You can take a look the
properties and adjustments. Tabs are backs so
you don't have to worry about when it
will work in Photoshop. If you remove anything else, just you just have to use this arrests that essentials tab or Reset Essentials option from the Windows menu. So I'm pretty sure you
don't have to worry about anything else if you missed or if you're deleting
things during working. And you can take a look. Here is the toolbar
and this tab, this tool tab is widely
used during editing. So you can take a look. This is the move tool, this is the rectangular
marquee tool. This is the polygon tool. And when you will get this
kind of icon in any tool, that means there are some more tools are available
inside these tools. And if you want to get that, you just have to right-click
with your mouse on the tool. Then they will get all
the tools that's belongs to that specific tools like
regard the lesser tool. So we got the
Magnetic Lasso tools. And these tools are present or with the specific
tools like this called, this is called the
Magic Wand Tool. And inside this magic one tool, it will get Quick
Selection tool for getting that other tools that's
placed behind these tools, you just have to right-click
with your mouse, then you will get
all other tools like here with the
Quick Selection Tool. Selection Tool. That's our present, along
with the magic one tool. So here is the crop tool, here is the frame tool, here is the Eyedropper tool. Here is the patch tool. This is the brush tool. This is one of the most widely used in tools in
Adobe Photoshop. This call the clone stamp tool, and you can take a look. We got the keyboard shortcut
along with this tool. So here is the clone stamp tool, and here is the a s. That means this is the keyboard shortcut from your keyboard for
using these tools. Okay, cool. This called
History Brush Tool. And here is the keyboard
shortcut called Y for using these
History Brush tool, the eraser tool, this
is the gradient tool. This is the blurred tool. This is a Dodge Tool, and this is the pen tool. This is one of the
most interesting tools in Adobe Photoshop, and you can use the pen tool for creating some
creative things. And here the Type Tool. And you can take a look. We got a horizontal type tool. And if you want to
change the type mode, then you just have to right
click with your mouse. Then you will get the
vertical type tool or vertical type must do
Horizontal Type Mask tool. But most of the time Horizontal Type Tool
or widely using. Okay, cool. So this is the path
selection tool. This is the rectangle tool. Like this is one of the widely used tool for
drawing the rectangle shape. And inside this rectangle tool, it will create the
different types of shapes like the Ellipse tool,
custom shape tool. So you just have to
right-click with your mouth. Then we will get this Rectangle Tool,
Rounded Rectangle Tool, Ellipse Tool, triangle
tool, Polygon tool, the line tool, and
custom shape tool. This is the hand tool and
this is the Zoom tool. Okay, so here is all the tools and we're
going to learn about every single tools that's using in here for
using in Photoshop. So let's start our
first learning lesson and we're going to learn
about layers in Photoshop. So let's start with layers.
3. Layers: Hi there. Right now we're going to learn about the Photoshop layers. So what is a Photoshop layers? The Photoshop layers are placed tagged acetate and a
width of Photoshop layer. You can use the layer to perform tasks such as compositing
multiple images, adding text to any major, adding vitro graph
fixed to a shape. Or you can apply a
layer style to add is spatial effect, such as drop, shadow or a glue or gradient, some kind of basal and m. So layers are one of the
most important things. And you can take a look. Here is the layer panel. So this is the Layers panel. And with this layers panel, we will work with the layers. So let's do some practical
task with the layers. So for learning
practically the layers, we need to open an image
from our exercise file. I already give van
and exercise files. So you just have to
download the exercise file and you will get it inside
the resource section. So please take a look
after introduction lesson. Then you will get
the exercise file. And I'm pretty sure
right now you have the exercise file
on your computer. So let's open the exercise file. For opening the exercise file, you just have to
click the File menu. And from there it will
get this open option. Or you can use the keyboard shortcut if
you are a Windows user, in that case, you have to press Control and O button
from your keyboard. If you are a Mac user, then you have to press Command and all Bhutan from
your keyboard. So let me click on
this open option for opening an image from
our exercise file. So here we go, and you can take a look This all the majors
inside our exercise file. And you can take a look. The name of our folder is Photoshop exercise file and
I placed it in my desktop. So you just have to select where your exercise file is
placed on your computer, and it's a zip file, so you just have to extract it. So as we're going to
learn about the layers, so let me select this patch
freak Unsplash image. So I used this image
from unsplash.com. This is an amazing website and I must also
thank you Patrick village from unsplash.com for providing this
royalty-free image. So you can get tons of a royalty-free image
from unsplash.com. And I'm going to use this patrick village
Unsplash image for learning about the layer. So you just have to
select it and then you have to click open. So let me click
Open. Here we go. This is the image will be
opened in our Photoshop. So we can take a look
inside our Layers panel. We got a background layer
and you can take a look. Here is a lock icon. That means this layer is
locked and this is the image. And for opening this image, we've got a background layer. And I don't want to keep
this background layer logged because when it will keep this background
layer locked, you wouldn't be able to
change anything else. So that's why if
you want to edit, if you want to
change something or if you want to make some paint, if you want to make some
correction of this image, then you have to unlock
this background layer. So how you will unlock
the background layer, you can do that in two ways. First one is you just have
to click on this lock icon, then the law will be removed. Let me show you. Okay, almost like
clicked on lock icon. The layer is unlocked and
it's changed the name as well as right now we have the layer
own name for our layers. But few moments earlier, the layer name was
background layer. So that's the first one. And let me show you another
way how to unlock the layer. And that's why I want to undo. I want you to use
the undo option for getting back my last
position or situation. How you will use the undo
option as I want to, I want to get back when my layer was logged and my
layer was named as background. That's why you just have
to go for Edit menu. And from there you will get
this undo Make layer option. Or you can press Control
and zeta option. If you are a Windows user
and if you are a Mac user, then you have to press
common than say an option. So let me click on
this undo option. And here you can take a look. Our layer is backed
as like before. I'm pretty sure right now you have the idea about the undo. Whatever he was
doing on Photoshop. If you missed anything or if you press Enter or wrong
button, if you, If feel place in
Iran tool or a fear, draw some wrong lines. You don't have to worry about, you just have to
press Control or Command Z button from your keyboard for getting
back to your previous image. So this is an
amazing techno Lozi that's called undo
and undo option. We got our layer back. So the first method, our first technique for
unlocking the layer. It's a very simple way. You just have to click
on this lock icon. And the second method or second technique for
unlocking the layer. That is really very simple. You just have to
rename this layer. If you will, rename this layer than the
layer will be unlocked. And for renaming this layer, you just have to place your mouse cursor in the
layer panel of the layer. And then you just have to
double-click with your mouse. Then you will get this pop-up
for typing than new name. Here is the field and you can type a name for the
background layer. So as an example, I'm going to write main layer. Okay? So main layer, I just changed the
name and let me click. Okay. Here we go. You can take a look. Our background layer is renamed as main layer and
lock icon is gone. So right now this
layer is unlocked. So this is very simple way. And right now we're
going to learn about how to duplicate the layer, okay? I want to, I want to apply
some auto fixing color, auto fixing contrast and auto fixing tones
for this image. And that's why I want to, I want to duplicate
this main layer and with specific layer I want to
apply and specific effect. So that's why I want to
duplicate the layer. Duplicate the layer.
You just have to right-click with your
mouse on the main layer. Or if it is a background layer, or if it is a log layer, then you will get these
duplicating layer options. So you just have to right
click with your mouse and then this menu will appear and hearing is the duplicate
layer options. So let me select this
duplicate layer option. And I want to, I want to write a name for my new layer that is duplicated
from the main layer. And I want to apply Auto
Tone with this layer. So that's why I want to write Auto Tone as the name of the
new layer and let me click. Okay, you can take a look. We got our new layer and
I named as Auto Tone. And if you want to praise keyboard shortcut for
duplicating layers, you can press Control and J
button from your keyboard. Or if you are a Mac user, you have to press
Command and J bachelor. So let me press
Control and J button. And you can take a look. We got our another layer in here and we got the
audit and copy. That means this automaton
copy layer is duplicated from the Auto Tone layer and afford this time I used
keyboard shortcut. So I'm going to change
the layer name. And that's why you just have to double-click with your mouse. And let me write Auto Contrast. And then you have to hit the intro button
from your keyboard. Okay, cool. So right now we have
Auto Tone layer, we have Auto Contrast layer. And I'm going to create an another layer that's
called auto color. So let's duplicate this
Auto Contrast layer. And right now I'm going to use this mouse and you just have to right-click with your mouse,
then you will get this. Duplicate Layer Option. And let me write auto, color and click Okay, so we can take a look. We have a single image, but we got four different layer. This is the main layer. I create, this automaton layer from the main layer and
from this oxygen layer, I create other contrast
auto color layer. And what will happen? What will happen when you turn off the
visibility of the layer. So you can take a
look. Right now. We have the visible
auto color layer and here is an eye icon. So let me turn it off. We still have the
image cause we have another Auto Contrast
layer and it's desirable. Let me terminate off. Nothing happens
because we still have two more layers and all
the layers are similar. So let me turn it off. Auto Tone layer.
Nothing happens because still we have the
visible of main layer. Let me turn it off. Image is gone. So we, when we turn off the main layer, our main image is gone. So let me click once again. Viable option. We got our main layer back. Let me turn it off.
And if you want to, if you want to make visible
the Auto Contrast layer, how you can do that, you just have to select the
layer and then you have to click on this option. Here we go. Right now, we have the Auto Contrast
layer visible in here. Right now we don't have the
visibility off main layer. So this is how visible
and invisible option or works in the layer panel. So let me turn on
all the layers. Right now we have all
the layers turned on. All the layers are
visible but nothing changes because all
the layers are same, because all the layers we duplicated from that
main layers until it, we didn't change anything
in any specific layers. But right now we're going to
change that specific layer. So let's start with
the auditorium. So you just have to
select this automaton. And I'm going to apply Auto Tone for this image
with this Auto Tone layer. So please make sure that
auditorium layer is selected. And now we will apply an
automaton option in this image. So here is the image option, and you will get this
Auto Tone options. So let me click on
this button option. Okay, you can take a loop. The Auto Tone option is applied, but nothing changes
in here. Why? Because we have more
to layer at the top. The layer function in
here is at playing. The top layer is always
visible in our panel. So right now we have the Auto Tone layer
at third position, and we already applied the
Auto Tone in this image, but Still nothing
changes in this image cause the Auto Tone layer
placed in the third position. And Photoshop always reveals the image in a
workspace or in here, which layer plays the top. So right now we have the
auto color layer at the top. That's why we don't have
changed anything else. Cause I applied the
Auto Tone effect to this Auto Tone layer, but it's placed in
third position. So let's place this
audit and layer at top. Then we will get the difference. So you just have to drag
and drop with your mouse. Here we go. You can take a look right now, we apply the Auto Tone layer and replaced this audit
on layer at the top. And you can take a look
the change of the image. Let me turn off the
auto Tone layer. This is the actual image. This is the actual image. And I applied the Auto Tone
to this Auto Tone layer, and I placed this Auto
Tone layer at top. And right now it's invisible. But when it will
make it visible, you will have that effect that is applied with
the order term. So let me turn it on. Okay, now it's looks
Much better. Okay? So let me turn off
the auto Tone layer. And now I'm going to
apply auto color, Auto Color Image
adjustments in here. That's why you have to select
this Auto Color layer. And then you have to click
on this image option. And here is the auto
color option available. So let me select this one
and please make sure that auto color layer is selected
inside your layer panel. So let me select this one. You can take a look, the auto color is applied. Okay, So let's compare. Let me turn it off. This is the before image, and this is the afterimage
after applying the auto color. Okay, let me turn
it off. Right now. I want to apply
the Auto Contrast. So you just have to select
it this Auto Contrast layer. And then you have to
select the image option. And here it will give the
Auto Contrast option. So let me select this one. Okay, You're going
to take a look. We got the A2
contrast adjustment for this image and
with this layer. So let me turn it off. Okay, this is the main image. And right now, this main
image is previewing from the main layer because all the other layers are
invisible right now, only the main
layers are visible. So this is the main layers
are the main image. And with this auto
contrast layer, I applied auto contrast effect. With this auto color layer, I applied Auto Color effect, and with the Auto Tone layer, I applied Auto Tone effect. So right now I'm going to
turn on all the other layers, like other contrast,
auto color audit tones. So let me click auto contrast. Auto Contrast layer
is active right now. Let me turn on the
auto color layer. You can take a look. The auto color layer is active right now and let me
turn on bought a ton. Okay? So right now we have all the
effect active in this image. We have order tone, we have other color, we have Auto Contrast as
well as the main layer. So with Auto-Tune later, I applied Auto Tone
and we turn it off. Turn it on his back. So I'm pretty sure
right now we have the idea about what is layer. And you can create multiple
layer from a single layer. As you can take a look, we create the Auto
Contrast layer. We create all the color layer, we create all the tone layer, and all these three layers
are created from main layer. Okay? So I'm pretty sure right now, you know what is the Layer? And within specific layer, you can apply and specific
effect to a specific layer. So if you still have
any confusion or steal, if you're not clear
about the layer, then please message
me with screenshot. Then I can help you wow, for understanding the layer. So please feel free
to log me if you have any issue regarding this layer are if you really have an issue, then you can knock
me, show the message. And those who have some
experience about the Photoshop, then you can think that
the lesson is very Lindy. But those are who your
absolute beginner. These are in the list and
will help them a lot. So those who have the previous
knowledge about the layer, please don't annoyed
or don't bother because this will really help
you out for the beginner. So see you in next lesson.
4. Levels: Hello there. Right
now we're going to learn about levels
in Adobe Photoshop. So that's why we have to open our exercise file to apply
the labels in an image. And what is the use of
labels we will look in practically after
opening an image from our exercise file. So let's open it. Here is the file menu, here is the open option. Inside are exercise file. It will create this
Ilia Unsplash images, so you just have to select it and then you
have to click Open. Okay, here we go. You can take a look
at beautiful lady. She aware of glass
shoe wearing a hat. And it's really fantastic
image and we're going to apply the labels for
fixing this image. Let me ask you a
question that what is the lack of the
image in your eyes? And tell me. Okay, You can, you can
write to your opinion on that message or you can write
in the comments section. In my opinion, the
lighting of this image is less and we're going to freeze the lighting
for this image. And that's why we will
use labels option. So let's start the
process where we will get the labels option as we're learning right now
from the adjustments tab. So this is the adjustments tab. So you will get the
labels option for fixing the lighting of this image
inside that just means tab. Let me click on here. And here is the option
for all levels. So let me click on
these labels option. Then you will get this
properties of levels. And let me tell you one thing. These points are at Lyft. It's indicating the
darkness of the image. And the pointer at right, It's indicating the
lightness of the image as we're going to increase
the lightness of this image. That's why we have to work
with this right pointer. So as we're going to
increase the light, so let's move these
points are at left side, then the light of the
image will be increased. So let's do that. Let me click on this
pointer and move left. Okay, you can take
a look. Right. Now, we have the perfect
lighting for the image. And here is in label is up here. So let's compare between the lighting of
before and after. So let me turn it off. Here is the previous image. Here is the major after
applying the labels. So this pointer it's using
for increasing the light. So let me place this
pointer at top. Right. Here is the value, right now we have 255 values. And if you went to put
the manual values, you can use this field. So now we have the same
image as like before, but I don't want it to keep
the lighting like that. So let's increase the lighting of the scene major once again. And let's move. These points are at left. Okay, 179 now, which looks good. Okay? So I'm pretty sure right now, you know how to change or how to fix the lighting of
an image using labels. And what will happen if we
use these lips side pointer? What will happen? This will work for increasingly jerk
master. Let me show you. You just have to move
this pointer at right. Okay, now it looks dark image, but I don't want to keep
this image legs way. So just for explaining you, what is the use of this
left side pointer? That's why I used
these pointers. So let's keep this
pointer at the left. And now it looks much
better than before. So right now we know
how to increase the lighting and how to
increase the darkness. But what it will
do if you want to apply a specific color
lighting in this image. Likewise, it could be red, it could be green. It could be imagined
as what it will do. Suppose even to apply red
color lighting in this image. So how it will do that? You can do that very easily
cause inside the labels, here is the presets option. And under the presets, you will get this RGB option. So you just have to
select this RGB option. And then you will get these three types of
different option, like a red, green, and blue. So as I was saying
that I'm going to apply that are red lighting
effect in this teammates. That's why I'm going to
select this red option. And then you will have
the different settings. And this is the
settings only for AP playing the red color. That means they are red. Lighting will be applied if you use this right side pointer. So let me have ply, the red lighting effect
of this dimension. That's why you have to use
this right side pointer and you have to move this
pointer at the left. Okay, cool. You can take a look here is
the 200 values and now we apply the red lighting
effect to this image. If you want to apply the
green lighting effect, then you just have to select this option and then you
will get this green option. So let me select
this green option. Here is the pointer. So let me move this
pointer at the left. Okay? Here is the a 199
values and after applying or after increasing
that green lighting, right now, we have the preview
of the image like this. So let's try with the
last one, a blue ones. So here is a blue. And let's increase
the lighting of blue. So here it is. Right now we do have 255 manual values and I'm going to increase
the blue lighting. Okay? Right now we have 181 values, and now it looks this way. So this says by use of labels, if you want to use only the
RGB option, you can use it. If you want to use
spatially far red, you can use it if you
want to use green, if you want to use blues, you can use it as you want. So this is how it will
use the labels option for fixing the lighting on your emission Arabic Photoshop. So let's have some practice.
5. Vibrance and Saturation: Hi, Welcome once again. And in this lesson
we're going to learn about vibrance and saturation. This is one of the most interesting
things and out of your Photoshop and
we're going to learn about the vibrance
and saturation. So let's open our exercise file for playing the vibrance
and saturation in an image. So let's open it. Here is the file menu, here is the open option. Inside our exercise file. It will get this red
and black girls charts. So you just have to select
this image and then you have to click Open. Here we go. This is the image. And you can take glue. A beautiful lady, she
jumps on the road and we have the green
background as well. But if you focus on this image, this image seems not active. It seems inactive image. So we want to, we want to make active image. So how it will do that? You can do that very easily using vibrance and saturation. So let's apply the
vibrance and saturation in this image for making
this image more active. So you will gain
the vibrance and saturation option inside
these adjustments tab. So this is the adjustments tab and here is a triangle icon, and this is the
option for vibrance. So let me click on this
vibrance option. Okay, cool. This is the properties
of vibrance and this is the parameter for changing
the point of vibrance. And this is the field for
putting the manual values, but I'm going to
use this pointer for changing the vibrance. I want to make active. That means this color off
trees will be more actually, it will have more green color, that dress color of this lady. Likewise, the red colors of the dress will be more
active and more stronger. That's I'm looking for. So how it will do that? So let's increase the virus. And for increasing the vibrance, you just have to
move this pointer at right. So let's do that. Okay, cool. Can you compare the image
between before and after? I'm pretty sure right now, it looks more
active than before. So inside the layers panel,
you can take a look. We got a new layer and the name of the new
layer is vibrance because we apply the vibrance
in this background image. That's why a new
layer is created. And vibrance is applied on here. So if you want to compare
between before and after, then you just have to turn
this vibrance layer off. Then you can have a compare. Let me turn it off. This
is the before image. And this is the after. I'm pretty sure you have the concept that after
applying the vibrance, this image looks much better. But if you want to, if you want to make this image, I mean, the color up craze. If you want to make
this more green, if we want to make the red color of this beautiful ladies dress. If you want to make it more red than you have to
apply the saturation. So let's do that. So my ultimate
destination right now that I will make the
freeze color more green, I will make the red
color of the dress there's more red and that's why I'm going to
use the saturation. So let's use this
pointer of saturation. Right now we have
0 manual values and I'm going to increase
the saturation point. So you just have to move
this pointer, right? Right. Okay, cool. Can you imagine how it's
look like right now? I'm pretty sure it looks
much better than before. So right now, we have more active green
color for the trees. We have more active red
color inside the traces. So there's compare
between before and after. So let me turn off
the vibrance layer. This is the previous image. And after applying the
vibrance and saturation, how it's look like. Let me turn it on this layer. And it's how it looks like. It's a really amazing right now. So this is the simple process
for applying vibrance and saturation in an image
using Adobe Photoshop. So let's have some practice.
6. Hue and Saturation: So right now, we're going to learn about the hue
and saturation. And for learning a
hue and saturation, we have to open
our exercise file. So let's open the exercise
file is the file menu. We raise the open option
from the exercise file. It will get this Matthew
Hamilton and splash image. So you just have to
select this shoe image. And the name of this image is Matthew Hamilton and
splashing major. So you just have to select it and then you
have to click open. Here we go. You can take a look. We have an immediate red shoes. And right now we're
going to learn about the hue and saturation. With the hue and saturation, we're going to change
the color of the shoe. And this is going to be an interesting way,
some firewall. So let's learn. You can take a look at
God, the adjustments tab. Here is the adjustments tab, so you just have to click
on this adjustments tab. And inside the adjustments tab, you will get this hue
and saturation option. So let me click on this, the hue and saturation option. And you can take a look. We have the properties
for hue and saturation. But if you don't have
these adjustments, tab on your Photoshop, or if you don't find a hue and saturation from the
adjustments tab, then you just have to go
for this Windows menu. Then you will get these
adjustments option. If still you don't have
these adjustments tab or you are not able to get the
hue and saturation option, then you just have to
click on this image menu. And from the Image menu you will get these adjustments option. And from the adjustments, and we'll give this a
hue and saturation. It's invisible right
now cause I already applied the hue and saturation
from my Adjustments tab. That's why its themes
invisible in here. Okay? So I'm pretty sure
right now you have the adjustments and properties for the hue and saturation. So it can take a look. Here is the hue bar and
here is the saturation bar. And right now we have the
red color for this shoe. If you wanted to
change the red color, then how it will do that? You can do that very
easily using heels. So you can take a look
here is the pointer. And for changing the shoe color, you just have to move this
pointer at left or at right. When it will move these points
are at left or at right, then the color of
shoe will be changed. So let me show you. You just
have to use your mouse. And let me move this
pointer at left. Oh care, you can take a loop. The red shoes now
turn into pink. Let me move. These points are more left. Okay, cool. Now let's turn into blue shows. Let me place these points are
at more lift. Here we go. We got the cyan color
for this show is okay. So this is an amazing things. So right now I want to move
this pointer at right, or you can put the
manual values. Here is the field for
manual values and the maximum or the minimum
value is minus 180. So if you put minus 180, then the pointer of hue will
placed at the most left. And if you, if you
put plus 18010 each, this point charge placed
at most right side. Okay, so let's move this
pointer at the right side. Okay? Now it's blue, it's pink, it's red, it's green. And it's signed once again. So right now we have plus 180. And this field is available for putting
the manual values. So this is an amazing things. With this new option, you can change the
color up shoes. Okay, cool. So right now, we are working with the
saturation and I'm pretty sure right now you have that clear concept of
how a hue is working. And right now we're going
to work with a saturation. So here is the Saturation
tab and here is the field for putting
the manual values. But I'm not going to use
this failed for putting the mantel values because I am familiar with this pointer. If you want to, if you want to increase
the saturation, then you have to move this
pointer right, right. Let me show you. Okay, We increase the saturation and we decrease the saturation. After decreasing the saturation. Now this shoe image
is not seems active, cause I reduce the
saturation point. So let me increase
the saturation point. Now it looks much active. Now it's really seems
more active than before. This is how a saturation is
working in Adobe Photoshop. So let me reduce the saturation. Okay, plus 25 is much
better than before. And here is the
lightness option. If you want to increase or
decrease the lightness, then you can use this
lightness burger. So let me show you, let
me reduce the lightness. And that's what you have to move this pointer at the left. You can take clue, the lightness of the
image is reducing. Um, I am using minus 50. And here is the reveal of
lightness of the shoes. And if you want to
increase the lightness, then you can increase
the lightness. Okay, right now I have plus 36, but it not seems cool. So I think we have to
place the lightness. Plus five seems much better. So I'm pretty sure that you enjoyed a lot
with this lesson, cause right now you know how to change the color using
hue and saturation. So let me show you once again
right now we have the pink, we have the purple, we have the blue,
we have the cyan, we have the green. We have the sign as well. And here is our radius back. So this is how you
will apply or a will change the color of a
shoe in Adobe Photoshop. So let's have some practice.
7. Change Spacific Color Using Hue and Saturation: So right now we are going
to learn about how to change a specific color
using hue and saturation. In the last lesson, we'll learn about how to
change the entire color of his shows and
using the hue and saturation which change
the color of shows. But right now, we're
going to learn about the changing specific
color from an image. And you can take a look. Right now. I am in the homepage
of Adobe Photoshop. And in the homepage, you will get this pop up. And inside the pop-up, it will get different
types of presets, like Photoshop Presets, Print preset, like
the later braces, legal paper presets
tablet presses. And here is the
sizes are available. So you can pick any
press it from here. If you were looking for
art and illustration, then you will get this
art and illustration tab. And then you will
have some presets. For web. You can
use this web tab, then you will have
the presets for web. If you want to, if you want
to put the default value, that's a really need, you can put the values in here. Here is the field for wheat, and here is a field for height, and here is the resolution. So let me, let me pick
a preset from here. Likewise, 10082 pigs, they'll
our 9200080002 resolutions. I'm going to pick this one, and let's click on the Create. So here is our image Canvas and we're going to
open an image from our exercise file for changing a specific color using
hue and saturation. So let's open our exercise file. Here is the File menu, and from there you have
to go for open option. Inside our exercise file. It will get this old man
with a red dress image. So you just have to select it. And then you have to click Open. Okay, So you can take a
look and new tab is opened. And we're going to work
with this new tab, the image canvas or
recreated that's placed in here and its name
as like an untitled one. If you want to work in here, you can shape the tab, but we are willing to work
with this old man with the red dress JPG tab. Okay. So you can take a look. Lady, she wear a red dress and we have a green background. So we're going to change
only the dress color. That means all the bad
ground will remain same. And we will only change
the color up dressed. And how it will do that
using hue and saturation. Let's take a look inside
the layers panel. We got the background layer and we're not going
to change anything. So let's go to the
adjustments tab. And here is the hue
and saturation option. So let me click on this, the hue and saturation option. Okay. You can take a look. We got the failed and if you change the point of
view, what will happen? Let's take a look. Let me replace this pointer
at the left. You can take a look. The color of the
dress is changed, but as well as the background
color also changed. But we're not looking for that. Will looking, we will
only change the color of dress and the background
will remain same. So that's why we will
not using this feature. We have to move with
the master options. So let's plays this hue pointer as in same position like before. So right now we have the
actual image and we have the actual values and points
for hue in this image. The girls shoe wear red dress. So we have to focus at red color first as because we are going to change only that first color. So here is an option called
this is master options. So you just have to
select this master option and you will get different type of colors settings in here. So as this lady, she wear a red dress. So that's why we have to
select this reds options. So let me select
this red option. And now we will use
the hue pointer. So let's move this
pointer at the left. Okay, cool. You can take a low. The color of the dress
is changed into pink, but we have the background
as same as before. So let me move this
pointer at more left. We got the purple color, we got the blue color, and we got the cyan color. This is amazing. So now let's move these
points are at, right? We've got the blue one, we've got the purple one, we've got the pink one, and as well as red. So let's move more, right? Okay, We got the green color. Now it's looks green. And now we have the cyan color. So this is an amazing feature of humans saturation
using master option for changing a specific color. So you can take colorable. We got the purple color up dressed and we have the same
background as like before. So for changing a
specific color, you can use this master option from the hue and
saturation properties. So let's have some practice.
8. Invert and Threshold: Hello there. Right now we're going to learn about invert and threshold
in Adobe Photoshop. What is the use of inward and
fashionable in Photoshop? Suppose you have
a colorful image and you want to make the
image black and white. So how it will do that? You can do that very
easily using threshold. And if you want to
make or if you want to apply the film negative
effect to your image. In that case, we have to
apply the inward option. So let's take a look. And for AP playing the inverter
threshold in an image, we have to open up
our exercise file, and let's open an image. So here is the file
menu open option, and we're going to
apply this photo, Shushi and splashy major. So you just helped us to lift it and then you
have to click Open. Okay, here we go. You can take a look, beautiful or handsome
person, man wearing Glass. And we're going to apply the inferred and Sasha
hold in this image. So let's start with
the inverter first. With the invert option. You can apply the
film negative effect. So let's do that. And that's why we have to
go for the adjustments tab. So here is the adjustments tabs. And inside the adjustments tab, it will get this invert options. So this is the inverted option. Let me select this
invert option. Boom. Magic, you can take a look. Invert effect is applied to
the image and we have right now film negative effect to this image and a new
layer is added in here. That's called a Invert layer. So if you want to get it back, you just have to turn off
this invert one layer. So let me turn it off. We got our image back. This is very simple process and let's take a look
with the threshold. So for applying the threshold, if you just have to go for the adjustments tab once again. And here is the
threshold options, so you just have to select it. And then you will have this
image in black and white. But you have, you have the labels to change
the threshold. Likewise, you can take a look. Here is the point. You can increase or
decrease the percentage of black color and white color. So let me show you
here is the pointer. So if you want to increase the darkness or if you want to increase the black area
inside this image, then you have to move
this pointer at right. If you move this
pointer right, right, then the percentage of black color will be increased inside this
image. So let me show you. Right now we do have
the 128 Manuel values. And let's move this
pointer right, right. Here we go. You can take the percentage of black
color is increasing. Most of the image is
zoomed by the black color. Let me move this pointer
once again it right. It's almost Dirk,
but it's really not. Looks good. So let's move this
pointer at the left. I mean, I want to reduce the
point of threshold levels. Okay? Now it's looks are really
good as because we do have black color and white color and it's
a good combination. So what you will
do if you want to increase the person
change of white-collar. In that case, you have to move this threshold level
pointer at left. So let's do that. You just have to use
your mouse to move. The points are at left, then the percentage of
white will be increased. Okay, we're going to
take a look right now. We only have the most
of white-collar. So this is the use of
the threshold levels. And at playing the threshold, you will be able to change
the color of image. I mean, you can make any image black and white
or from a colorful image. So threshold is widely
using in Photoshop for changing the color and
turn into black and white. So let's do some practice.
9. Gradient: Hi. In this lesson, we're going to learn about how
does tie like text. And at first we are going to
learn about the gradient. So let's take a
look at how it will apply gradient in
Adobe Photoshop. First, stylize your text. Such first you have to
create a new document and not the new document
actually have to create a canvas so far
for editing the image. And that's why you have
to go for the File menu. And here is the new option. So let me click on
this new option. And here is some presets. So let me, let me use
this 1920 by 1002 pixel. This is a preset of our wave, and I'm just using this one. And let me click Create. Okay, cool. So we do have the white
background in here, and at first I'm going
to tie it takes, then we will, then we
will stylize that takes. So right now we're going to use the type tool for
typing the taste. Whereas the type tool here is the Type Tool you
can take a look. Here is a T icon
inside that toolbar. And this is the type tool, or you can use t bar tone from your keyboard as the
keyboard shortcut. So let me click on this T button and you can take a
look the cursor off, your mouse should be
changed as like me. So my mouse cursor is changed. But before typing
some text, I want to, I want to show you
something that is here is the text color as we have the
white color and background. And if we use the white
color for typing the text, there is nothing will
be understandable, so we have to change the color. Let's change the color. Here is the option for
changing the color. You just have to click
with your mouse. Then a color picker will appear. So you can pick any
color from here. So here is our red color
and here is the preview. If you want to pick some
other color like pink, blue, green, yellow,
orange, you can pick it. Suppose you want to
pick the pink color, you just have to silicon
here, the pink color, then that type of pink color will be up
here in the color picker, like light pink color, deep pink color, as
well as blue color. Here is the blue color
here is that green color. Here is the yellow color. Here is the orange color. So I'm going to, I'm going to pick the red color for now just for an example. So let me pick the
red 12 liquid click. Okay. So you can take a look. The color of text is changed, and this is doctrine
for size of text. And this is the option
for font of taste. So if you click on this option, then the font that installed on your
computer will be up here. So you can pick any
front from here. So right now, right now, I'm going to use this
fire breathers font, or you can use any font
from your computer. So let me use this one. And you just have to
click with your mouse. And now you will be
able to type the text. So let me type IT learners. Learners, Okay? So it seems the side of
takes these little smaller, I'm going to make it bigger. So how it will do that? You can do that very easily. So let's highlight this
text using the mouse. And now we will increase
the size of text. And here is the option for
increasing the size of text. Right? Now we do have fording point, and if you click on
this drop-down menu, then it will get
the others option. If you want to increase more, you can go for the
twenty-four point. Right now we have the we have
the bigger takes in size. If you want to increase more, you can, you can pick this 60. If you need the large
font to our large size, then you can go for a 72. Okay? So in the drop-down, save into two is the top. Point for increasing
the size of text. But if you want to increase more than 72,
how you can do that? You can do that very easily. You just have to pull the
mandible values in here. So let me show you. I want
to make it for a 100. So you just have
to delay this 72 and we just have to press the Delete button
or you can directly, directly pulled a 100 and then you have to hit the info button
from your keyboard. So let me hit the enter button. Now I have the big side of text. So let's take a look
how it looked like. Okay, cool. So we do have the
big size of text. And now we're going to, we're going to use the
gradient in this taste. How you will apply the
gradient in this text. And you can take a look. We'll still have that takes the type tool
active in this takes, and that's why you
just have to hit the Control and Enter
button from your keyboard. Or if you are using Mac, you have to press
Command and Enter button from your keyboard for closing this type tool or you can just click on this checkmark and
this tick mark is ensuring confirmation
of command. So let's right-click
on this tick mark. Okay? So right now we're
going to apply the different type of takes
us tile in this text. So at first, at first we are
going to apply the gradient. What is the gradient? Gradient? Basically a combination
of two different color. So you can take a look. We got a new layer inside
of our layer panel and we're going to apply to
different color in this taste. So how it will do that? You can do that very easily. And for AP playing that
gradient in this text, you just have to go for
this effects option inside, inside the layers panel. And with this effects option, it seems you will able to add some layer
style to your text. So let me click on this effects. And then it will get this
gradient overlay options. So you just have to click on this gradient overlay option. Okay, cool. You can take a loop. You can take the
color of the text is changed because because we do have the gradient presets
available in here, that's why the preset applied, applied to the text. Okay, so let's
change the gradient. If you click on this
gradient option, then you will get a
different type of preset. So let me click on this gradient
icon or gradient option, then another pop-up will appear. So this is the pop-up. And inside this
gradient editor pop up, you will get different type
of quiz sets that's proved. Fight it out of Photoshop, like the basics, blues,
purple, pink, reds. And many more steps
are available. So let me, let me
show you the folders. Let me open the basics folder. Okay, this is the
basics folders. And if you pick any
presets from here, the style of the text
will be changed. So let me, let me select one. Okay, you can take a look.
You can take a look. Does Tyler text is changed? Let me steal this one.
Style has changed. So this repressors are
basically the preset of basics. So let me close this folder and let me open the blue folder. And inside the blues folder it will have different type of blue color gradient
press that you can pick any presets from
here like this one, like this one, this one, this one, and this one. So different types of
presets are available. Okay, let me close
the blues folder. Let me show with the purple. Here is the different
type of purple. Gradients, Presets
are available. Here is one, here is one, here is another,
Here is another. Okay, so let me
close the purpose. Here is the pink,
here is the reds, here's the orange store. Different types of
presets are available, so you just have to
check it one by one. Okay? So suppose we use these presets, these presets, and the name
of this process, purple 21. Suppose you selected this one and you are going to
apply these things. So let me click Okay. Here is, and here is a record that preset that we got from
the outer ear Photoshop. And here is the angles. If you want to change
the angle of gradients, then you can do
that very easily. So how you can do that? You can do that very easily. So let me change the
angle right now. We do have the 90 degree. Now I have 19 degree. Now I have minus 33 degree, and here is the color of
the gradient is changing. So right now I have
minus 33 degree and the blue colors are our presence at the
right side of the text. Let's change the angle. Now. I have minus 143 degree and the blue colors placed at
the left side of the text. So this is the angle. With this angle will, you can, you can change, you can change the color
angles of gradient. Okay? So this is the preset. Suppose you want to use your
custom color for gradient. How it will do that? You can do that very easily. So you just have to open this
gradient preset once again. And then you can pick
any preset from here. But after selecting any presets, you are still able to change
that color of gradient. How you will do that? You can
do that using this pointer. Suppose here is the blue colors, so you want to change
the blue colors. Here, we got the
fourth type of color that's present in our gradient. If you want to change or if you want to put the man will color, then you can do that. So let's change
with the blue one. So here is the blue one. When it will click
on this pointer, then you will for changing
the color options. So here is the Color option. And from here, I'm going
to select another color. I'm going to pick this, this blue color from here. And let me click okay. And we got the color, I want to change
this color also, so let me select this one. And from this color option, I want to, I'm going to go
with a blue color as well. So I want to pick
this, this blue color. And let me click, Okay. I got more, two options
for changing the colors. So let me select this one. And I want to change the
orange color as well, so you just have to select it. And from the color picker, you can pick any color. So I want to make it
blue color as well. Okay. So you can take a look. We got the most of blue colors. Okay. It looks good. And
let me click Okay. For the bottom part. For the bottom part, I
want to change the color. I'm going to pick the
red colors though. We just have to select
on this pointer. Here is the color options, so liquid syllabus Color option. And from here I want
to pick the red color. Okay, cool. So let me click Okay. And here is the settings for
changing the custom color. So for the first three
from the right side, I used blue color. And if you want to change or if you want to customize something else, you can do that. So let me change the
third color of blues. I want to go with that
green color in here. So you just have to
click on this icon, our pointer, then you will
get this color option. And now I want to add to
pick the green color, okay? So here is the green
color I picked. Let me click, Okay. And let me click Okay? So right now I have three
different color in here. And this is what I put the manual colored
changes in gradient. So this is how you can use the preset and
this is how you can change the manual color for
your text using gradient. So Steven, next lesson.
10. Bevel and Emboss: Hello. Right now we're going
to learn how to apply Bevel and Emboss
for stylize the text. So let's learn. So for applying the
bevel and image, I'm going to tie it takes, and that's why I have
to use the type tool. So here is the Type
Tool and I want to, I want to type IT learners. Actually learners. Okay, so let me click on this check mark for
commit the actions. And the color of
our taste is pink. So right now I am going to apply the Vaillant ambush
in this text. And for AP playing
the bevel and emboss, we have to, we have to go with the effects option
inside the layers panel. Then it will get this
bevel n, m, which option? So here is the
pop-up and here is the settings for applying
the bevel and emboss. It truly bevel and emboss. It makes your taste as like
some kind of 3D effect. I mean, if you apply the
BVA ambushing the text, you're takes two, we'll
get a slight 3D views. So let's do that. So here is this tile of Bevel and Emboss
share the technique. Here is a taped, here
is that direction, here is a size, here
is a soft tone. So at first we have to increase the size of
Bevel and Emboss. So right now we do have 0 pixel and let me increase the
size of wavelet an ambush. 103 pigs, it'll be increased, but there is nothing
changed cause our dip person tes
is t one per cent. So let me create
the dip percentage. Okay, 480 per cent. We got the dip and let's increase the
soft tissue as well. So let me increase this often. Okay? So here is the bivalent
m, which that's applied. So let's change it. Let's change some parameters
for making this text better. Let me decrease the depth. Let me increase the size
or decrease the size. Okay, now, which looks good. And now we have 147% of debt. We do have 38 pixel for size. And here is a software. Right now we have 15
pixel for software. So let me reduce this often. And now we're going
to look like this. Let me increase this often. Which look like this. So let me click Okay. And here we go. You can take a loop. The taste. We have applied the Bevel
and Emboss in here, and now it looks much
better than before. So this is how it
will apply bevel and emboss inner takes in Photoshop. And in the next lesson, we're
going to apply gradient, stroke, Bevel and Emboss
at owns in a text. And that's going to be an amazing lesson
in our next lesson. So let's jump to
our next lesson.
11. Stroke: Hello. Right? Now we're going to learn
and where the stroke in Adobe Photoshop first
highlight the text. So let's apply the stroke in taste and out
of your Photoshop. And that's why we have to use
the type tool once again. So here is the Type Tool and
let me write IT learners. Okay, I chillers. So we got the black
color for what it takes and I'm going to apply
the stroke in this ticked. So let me click on
this check mark. In the last lesson we
learned about gradient and now we're going to apply
the stroke in this text. So what is trope? Stroke? Is it another color that applied in outside
of takes as Lego, team lion or take line. It can be placed inside the
text as a thick or thin line. So let's app played in practically how you will apply
the stroke in his tanks. You can apply stroke in
this text very easily. You have to go for the fixed option for
adding a new layer style, and then it will get
this Stroke option. So let me click on
this Stroke option. Okay, here is the
pop-up of our stroke, and here is the
settings for stroke. So here's the size,
Here's the positions, here is the blend mode of
positive field type and color. So right now we only have the one pixel up
size for the stroke. And if I increase
the size of stroke, then what will happen? So let's take a look. I'm going to increase
the size of stroke. And now it looks
like this is really not looks good because
our text color is black and we select
Fill Color, also black. That's why it's not look good as we do have the black
color for what texts, so we can pick the red
color for the stroke color. So let me pick the
color option from here. And here is a color picker. So I want to, I want to pick this color. And now it's really looks good. So I just changed the color of stroke and now
it looks like this. So let me click OK. And you can take Luke, the size of the
stroke is 49 pixel and it's really a big
stroke is applied to text. I went to change
the size of stroke. So let's reduce the size of stroke and you
can take a loop. Right now we do have ten
pixel size upstroke, and we have a red color
stroke in our text. And the position of
our stroke is outside. That means that red
color stroke we replaced outside of the text. But if we want to change
the position of text, you can do that very easily. You can do that by
changing the position. You can place that
stroke inside of text. So let me change the
position and let me select this inside for
placing the stroke. And now the stroke is placed
inside the taste bud. This really looks good. So that's why I want to change the position and I want
to go for the central. It also not loves good, but I think the outside
is really good. So just, you just have to change the position of stroke and
I'm fixing it on outside. Now, which really looks good. So if you want to change
the opacity of stroke, even change it right now
we do have 100% opacity. If you want to
change the opacity, you can reduce the opacity. And after reducing the opacity, right now we do have 45% and here is the preview
off the stroke. So let me reduce once again. We do only have
the five per cent. That's why the strokes are
slightly visible in here. But with a reduced opacity, the stroke never looks good. So let me increase
the positive 400%. And now it really looks good. You can change the color
upstroke once again. So let me select this one. Let me select true
with the green color. Let me select with
that yellow color. Let me select with
the orange color. Let me select with a blue color. Let me select with that
pink color, red color. Okay? So this is the simple process
for adding the color, and this is how you will
apply the stroke on text. So let me, let me click. Okay. You can take a look. We got a new layer
without takes to layer, that's called a fixed layer. And under the effects,
we got the stroke. If you want to turn
off the stroke, you just have to turn over a fixed or a show called layers. So let me turn it off. Stroke is gone and
let me turn it down. Stroke is bad. So this is the
simple process for adding stroke in
taste in Photoshop.
12. Add Gradient Stroke Bevel and Emboss: Hi, right now we're going to learn how to apply
gradient folk, Bevel and Emboss
at owns in a text. And we're going to apply
all these things in a text. So let's do that. So at first we have to use the type tool for
typing in text. Let me write IT. Learners. Okay, so here is the IG learners and where
we are in Chapter light, gradient, stroke, Bevel,
and Emboss adults. So let me click on
this checkmark for performing the action
or commit the action. Okay, so at first I'm going to, I'm going to use the
gradient overlay. You know how to add
a gradient overlay. Yes, you are right.
You have to go for the effects option inside
the layers panel far, apply the new layers tile. And here is the gradient
overlay options. So let me click on here. So here is the pop-up and we got the default
praise set of gradients. So let's change the
gradient style. And here is the gradient option, and I want to pick
the custom color. Likewise, I want to go
with the blue color. Here is the option for
changing the color, as you've seen in the
gradient license. So that would change the
white color and I want to apply the blue color
instead of white. Okay, it looks good. So let me click Okay, and let me apply
the second color. I'm going to go with a red
color for this thickened. And so here is that option. So I want to change the black color and let's
pick the red color. Okay. Looks good. So let me click Okay. And here is the old K option. You can take a look. We got the gradient in our
text and let me click. Okay. Here is the gradient
overlay layer is added for that
takes two layer. Now we're going to apply
the stroke in this text. As you know how to
add stroke in text, you have to follow the
same process as before. So here is the effects option, here is this folk option, and here is the presets. Okay? So we have, we have the red color stroke and
I want to change it. I want to change it cause we use a red color
for the gradient, and that's what I want
to change the color. I want to pick the yellow
color for the stroke. So let's change it. Here is the yellow color. Okay? Now it looks really
good. So let me click. Okay. Okay. So regard the gradient overlay for the text to regard the
yellow color stroke. And now we will apply the baby will an
ambush in this text. So let's apply the
Bevel and Emboss. Here is the effects option, and here is a Bevel
and Emboss option. Here raise the settings for
adding the bivalent emotion. So I want to increase
the size first. Let's increase the size. Let's go for, okay, 43%. Looks good. Chile, if nothing changed, because Chile it added to increase the depth and
sellers increase the depth. And now it looks good. Okay, cool. Now I want to
increase a soft him. Okay. Now it's
really looks good. So let me click. Okay. So we applied gradient overlay to the taste with the
blue and the red color. Then we applied
yellow color stroke. And finally we applied the Bevel and Emboss
Bush to the text. And here is the combination of three different layers tile
that applied to our taste. And you can take a look
inside the layer panel. We got the Bevel
and Emboss layer. We've got the stroke layer, we've got the gradient
overlay layer. So it will turn on and turn off thus best to fit
style from here. So let me show you, let me turn off that Bevel and Emboss
numbers look like this. Now, let me turn off
that gradient overlay. Now it's look like this. And let me turn off the stroke. Now it's look like this. That means we do only have the general type or
general texts in here. So let's apply that bivalent
ambush to this general text. Numbers looks a
little bit better. Now let's apply the stroke. Looks much better. And after adding our turning on that gradient overlay looks
much better than before. So this is how you
will apply gradient, stroke, Bevel, and Emboss
at homes in a text. So you must have to do some
practice with this lesson. And we'll just do
in the next lesson.
13. Drop Shadow: Hi. Now we're going to learn about the drop
shadow in Adobe Photoshop. As you know, the use
of shadow is one of the most important
part for graphics design. So you need to know what is
drop shadow and how to apply a drop shadow intake in image or any object
or any subject. And we're going to learn about that drop shadow in this lesson, we will learn tweet type
of different drop shadow. Listen. And if you complete these three
Drop Shadow lesson, then you will have
a clear concept, our adding drop shadow in
imaging data with Photoshop. So let's start. So for AP plane,
the drop shadow, I went to, I went to open an image from our exercise file. So let's open the exercise file. Here is the file menu. Here is the open option. Inside our exercise file. It will create a
JD Unsplash image. So you just have to select it and then you
have to click Open. This is an image of orange, so you just have to select it and then you
have to click Open. Okay, here we go. You can take a look and orange placed in this frame and this is an image of orange. And we're going to,
we're going to add a drop shadow for this orange. So at first, we have to duplicate this background
layer because we will keep, the main layer stays and we
will work in the new layer. That's why I want to duplicate
this background layer. So I'm pretty sure you know
how to duplicate the layer. So you just have to
right-click with your mouse and then it will get this duplicate
layer options. So let me click on
this duplicate layer and let me type name shadow. Okay? So our new layer name will
be shadow and let me click. Okay. Okay, here we go. You can take a look. We got our new layer
and please make sure that shadow
layer is selected. Okay, cool. Okay, right now we have to make a selection
for this orange, and then we will
add a layer mask. So let's complete
the selection part. Then we will go for
the Layer Mask option. So how it will make a selection, you can use different
types of tool in content, our field less than we
use this laser tool. And with this laser do we
make a circle selection? But right now we're
not going to do that. We're going to make
an inner selection. That means we will select only the inner part
of this image. And that's why I want to
use Quick Selection Tool. So where it will get the
Quick Selection Tool, it will gain the
Quick Selection Tool inside this magic one tool. So this is the magic one tool. And inside this magic one tool, it will gain the
Quick Selection Tool. So you just have to right
click with your mouse on the, on the magic one tool. Then it will get this
quick selection tool. So we're going to use this
Quick Selection Tool. Okay, cool. So here is the settings
for Quick Selection Tool, and you can take a look. The cursor of our
mouse's changed, cause right now, we're
using Quick Selection Tool. Here is two things. Here is a plus sign and
here is a minus sign. So this minus sign is mean that it says
subtract from selection. And this plus sign is means
that is add selection. That means if you want
to make a selection, then you have to work
with this plus sign for, for adding the selection. And if you, if you
make some selection or you will still have some extra awkward and
you don't need that. In that case, you have to
use this subtract selection for this select some small
part or portion in an image. So right now we're going to
use this Add Selection firm. And with this Add
Selection form, we're going to make a
selection, this entire orange. So let's use our mouse. With the mouse, you can make the selection and
you can take a look. We're making the
selection. Okay, cool. We got a perfect selection
for this orange. And this is an amazing tool that's called Quick Selection
tool in Adobe Photoshop. So our selection part is done and right now we will, we will. Add a layer mask to this image. So what is Layer Mask? We got a selection for this orange and when we
will add a layer mask, then this selected word will be detached from
this entire image, and that's called a layer mask. So let's start the process. For adding a layer mask. You just have to go
to the layer panel. This is the Layers
panel and this is the icon for
adding a layer mask. So I'm going to click on this, add a layer mask and
please make sure that your shadow
layer is selected. You can take a loop. A new icon is at appeared
inside the layer panel. So this is the sign-off or this is the symbol of
adding a layer mask. So we got the layer mask. So how layer mask is working or how Layer Mask is
performing in the image. So let me turn off
the background layer, then you will have the idea
how a layer mask is working. So let me turn off
the background layer. Here we go. You can take a look. We only have the orange
present in this image, cause we make the
separation with the selection and we remove
the background from here. This is using all of our Layer Mask and
out of your Photoshop. So let me turn it on. I just have to turn on
the background layer. Okay, cool. So please make sure your
shadow layer is selected. And right now we're going to add a drop shadow in
your orange G major. So let's do that. So for adding Drop
Shadow, you have to, you have to go with
the effects option and this option for
adding a layer style. So you just have to click
on this fixed option, then you will get this drop
shadow option selected. Click on this drop
shadow option. Here is the pop-up. And with this settings, we will apply the drop
shadow in this image. So this is the blend mode, this is the opacity, this is the angles. This is a distance spread size. So let's select the
size of shadow first, and here is the color. You can change the
color up, drop shadow, but we're going to use the
black color right now. If you are still confused
about the changing of color, you just have to click on
this black color icon. Then a color picker will pop up and you just have to
pick any color from here. Okay, so we're using
the black color, so let's increase
the size first. Okay. You can take a look. We got some shadow over here. Okay, let me go with
the 122 pixel is good. Okay? Now, now let's work
with that spread. And spread means the radius or the area of the drop shadow where the drop shadow
will be spread. So let me increase the
spread. Here we go. You can take a loop
that change is performing inside that image. And this is the distance. It means the shadow of this tense is performing
with this distance setting. So let's increase the distance. You can take a loop. The shadow is moving
from the image. Okay? Right now we do have 245 pixel and the shadow
moves that ellipse side. And if you want to move
it in the direction, then you can reduce the
distance pig's cell. Okay, cool. So let me
increase the distance l2. Okay, 65 pixel, fine. And here is the angle of whales are with
this angle wheels, you can change the
angle of the shadow. So right now we do have 30 geographic angles
and you can change it by using your
mouse or you can put the manual values on here. So let me change the angle. Right now we do have 94
degree and the shadow is moved from his
previous direction. Right now we have
a 180 degree and the shadow is planes
that right side. Okay? We do have minus 90 degree, 0, degree, 90 degree. Okay? So this is the use of angles. And right now we will
work with the opacity. So you can take a look. We got the color of our shadow and it's not
looks like a shadow. Okay, so we will apply
now realistic shadow and that's why we have to reduce the, a
positive percentage. We do have the 100%
opacity right now. And we're going to
reduce the opacity. Okay, cool. Fifty-three percent. And right now we do have the perfect are realistic
shadow in our orange. So right now we got the perfect Drop
Shadow far or orange. And now you can change the other parameters
like distance. Let me, let me change
that this tense. Okay, cool. Let me work with the spread. Col, legno, work with
the size. Okay, cool. Now it's look like a
perfect Drop Shadow. And when you're
injured task is done, you just have to click. Okay, so let me click. Okay. Here we go. We got the perfect Drop
Shadow for our orange. So let's compare
this drop shadow between before and after
you fill, turn off this. If you turn off
this shadow layer, then the drop shadow
will be removed. So let me turn it off. Here is the actual
image of this orange, and let me turn it on. And here is the drop
shadow effect that applied on the orange with
the drop shadow option. And I'm pretty sure
right now you have the clear idea how to add the
drop shadow in this orange. So let's have some practice.
14. Reverse Shadow: Hi. Right now we're
going to learn about the reverse shadow in an image using out
of your Photoshop. So let's start how to add a
reverse shadow in an image. And that's why we have to
open our exercise file. So there's open each here is the file menu here
is the Open Option. And inside or exercise
file it will get these lily bands
on splash image. So you just have to select this image and then you
have to select Open. Okay, here we go. We got and nice image of his tone rock inside
the ocean or sea. So we're going to, we're going to add a reverse, the shadow of this stone, rock in the water. And that will be awesome. So let's start the process. So at first we have to duplicate the background layer as before. So you know how to duplicate
the background layer. You just have to right
click with your mouse. And then you will get this
duplicate layer option. And let me write
a reverse shadow. Okay, cool, reverse shadow
and let me make okay, here is our new layer and now we have to use Quick
Selection Tool once again, because we will, we will place this rock mountain
shadow inside the water. And that's why we have to make a selection using the
Quick Selection Tool, and that's why we have to use
the Quick Selection Tool. So here is the quick
selection tool, or you can press W button from your keyboard
as keyword card. So let me select this one. Okay, and now Let's
start the selection. And if you, if you want to, if you want to increase the, decrease the size of the
quick selection tool, then you have to click
on this size icon. So right now we do
have a 175 pixel. So right now we have the
brush size like this. If we want to increase
the size of brush, you can increase it. And now we have
the bigger brush. And if you want to
make the size of Quick Selection
Tools brush size, then you just have
to reduce the size. Okay, right now we do have 66
pixel and here is a slide. And here is the hardness. If you want to use the 100% hardness of this
quick selection tool, then you can use
this 100 per cent. And if you want to reduce the hardness of Quick
Selection Tool Russia, you can reduce it. But mostly I use
80% of hardness. And let's increase
the brush size. Because if we use
the larger brush, then it really easy for us to
make the selection faster. Let's increase the brush size. And a 155 pixels seems good. Okay, So let's start
the selection of this rock mountain and please make sure
these are reversed. Shadow layer is selected. Let's start a selection
and please make sure that you are using
Add Selection form. Okay, Cool. We're making a nice selection. Okay, cool. Okay. You can take a loop or we got some extra selected part and I didn't want it.
I didn't want it. And I want to make the de-select for this
extra selected area. So let me zoom in the image. I'm using keyboard shortcuts by pressing Control and plus
button from my keyboard. And those who you were using, the Mac device or Mac, then you have to press hormones and plus
Beta2 for zoom-in, zoom-out you have to
press Control Minus button or Command
Minus button for Mac. Okay, So you can take a look. I got some extra
selected area in here. So I want to, I want to deselect this area. And that's why now I have to use this substract from
Quick Selection tools that minus sign tools. So let me select this area
and you can take a loop, regard the perfect selection, but it's not perfect yet, because we do have some
extra part in here. And that's why I have to
make my brush size smaller. So let's make it
URI is the option. I do have 155 pixel right now, solar array G is the size. Okay? Right now I have only
21 pigs, they'll, and with the small brush, I can easily deselect
this extra part. Okay, cool. Okay. You can take a look. We got some part
missing in here. But if we use this
minus r subtract form, then we will not be able
to select this area, cause we have to use this
Add Selection farms. So let me use this
Add Selection form. And let's make the selection
for the remaining part. Okay, cool. Now it looks really good and
we got the perfect selection for this Rock Island.
Okay, Fantastic. Let me zoom out the image. Okay? And right now we have to add a layer mask for
this the election. And before adding a layer mask, please make sure that reversed the shadow
layer is selected. So let's, let's add a layer
mask for the selection. Here we go. We got layer mask
for this selection. So let me turn off
the background layer. Then you will be able to check only the selected part of this rock mountain
from this image because we made
the separation of this rock mountain from this image with this or
reverse shadow layer. So let me turn off the background layer.
You can take a look. We only have, we only have the Rockman chain for this
reverse shadow layer. And we did this by using
add a layer mask from here. So this is the option
for adding a layer mask and liquid turn on
the background layer. Now, we have to, we have to separate, we have to separate the
Rocky Mountain from here. And that's why we have
to scale this image. How it will scale it. To scale this image, you can press Control
or Command T button, default telephones. So you can use control and Command D button
from your keyboard, or you can just use
this Edit menu. And from there you will get this transform option and then you will get
this scale option. So let me go with
the scale option. And now I'm going to, I'm going to rotate this image. So how it will rotate? You can rotate this
image very easily. But let me tell you
one thing right now. In this image we have to rock mountain cause in
this background layer, we have the actual image. And we duplicated this reverse shadow layer
from the background. And in this reverse shadow layer we make a selection for
this rock mountain and we separate the rock mountain from this enter image of
a reverse shadow layer. That means right now we do
have to rock mountain in here. And that's why I want to, I want to change or I want
to transform this image. I want to change the
angle of this dimension. Then we will be able to add reversed drop shadow
for this rock mountains. So let's change the angle
with the using of transform. So we just have to click
on this Edit menu. And Jerry's it transform options just after
Celebrex transform option. And then you will get this
flip vertical options. So Electric Plague on this
flip vertical option. And you can take a look here. There are reversed shadow layer. I mean, the separated
rock mountain is flipped in vertical position. And now you can use
the keyboard down arrow button for moving this separated rock
mountain at below cost. I'm going to I'm going to place the rock mountain
inside this water. Or you can use the mouse. So if you press
the Down button on your keyboard,
down arrow button, then the rock mountain
will move is position, or you can use that. You can use the mouse as well. Okay? So, okay, right now we
have that good placement. And you can hit
the enter button. When your placement is done, you can hit the
enter button from your keyboard or you can just click on this checkmark for
comment that transform. So let me select or click
on this check mark. Okay, cool. We got, we got the reverse. Rock mountain in the water, but it's not looks like a shadow because we do have the actual image of
this rock mountain, but it's not looks
like a shadow. That's like what we have
to do for our playing. The shadow effect on this image. You are right. We have to, we have to
reduce the opacity. If we reduce the opacity of
this seperated rock mountain, then you will be able to apply their real stick reverse
shadow of this rock mountain inside the water
from where it will reduce the opacity of
this rock mountain. In that case, you have to go with the Layers panel and please make sure that reversed
shadow layer is selected. And inside the layers panel, you will get this
Opacity option. Right now, we do have
the 100% of opacity. So from here we will
reduce the opacity. So let me click
on this option of opacity and let's
reduce our positive. Okay, right, now we
have 50% of opacity. And now how it's look like. Now wish to look like that. The shadow of this rock mountain
is placed in a watcher. So this is a very
simple process for adding a reverse shadow for this rock mountain in the water. And I'm pretty sure you have that clear idea how to do that. So let's have some
practice and I'm requesting you please
do the practice. Cause when it we'll
do some practice, you will have that
clear idea about adding reverse shadow
in this rock mountain. And if you have any question
or if you have any issue, please don't
hesitate to knock me cause I'm always there
for you to help you out. You just have to ask
me the question. So let's do the practice and I'm going to see
you in next lesson.
15. Distort Image: Hi. Right now we're going
to learn about how to use distort transform for fixing any major
or for placing an image inside a
monitor or in an angle. So let's take a look
how it will apply the discharge transform in an image now that
we have Photoshop. So as before, we have to
open our exercise file. And therefore, you just have
to click on the File menu. And here is the Open Option. And inside our exercise file, it will gate this
Alienware Unsplash image. This is an image of
a gaming computer. So you just have to select it and then you
have to click Open. Okay, here we go. And you can take a look. We've got some grid view. And if you don't want
to use this grid view, then you just have to press Control or Command H
button from your keyboard. Each far hearts. If you want to, if you want
to use the grid button, in that case, you just have
to use this View menu. And from there you
will get this option. And here is a great option, as well as the ruler
grid and all other. So we're not going to
use the grader rulers. Okay? So this is an image of a gaming
computer and we want to, we want to place an image
inside this monitor. So how it will do that? You can do that very easily, but there is an issue. You can take a log. The position of this
monitor is slightly angled. That's why you won't be able to place a default or a
general image properly. So let's take a tray. Therefore we have to, we have to embedded in another image from
our exercise file. And I'm not going to use the old pen option because when I'm going to use
the open option, that image will
open in a new tab, but I didn't want it to run to place that image
inside this image. I'm, that's why I'm going to use Place Embedded
option where it will get the Place Embedded
option can remember it. Yeah, you are right.
Here is the File menu and here is the Place
Embedded option. So let me click on
here. Here we go. We have number of images
in our exercise file. And from there I
want to add a pig, this her son of
Roderick with Unsplash. I mentioned this is an image of a yellow van and I'm
going to use this image. So you just have to select it. This her song or
Rodriguez Unsplash image. And then you have
to click place. Okay, here we go. This is my image. So let's take a cry to place this image
inside the monitor. Okay? We do have the ratings
are statins for scaling, so you just have
to use the mouse. And we got this scale option because we used placed
embedded options. So let me place it here. Basically here. Is it really looks good. Is it really looks like these images placed
inside the monitor. Is it looks really good. Of course not because
the position of the monitor is angled
and that's why we have to use the discharge
transform option for placing this image
properly inside the monitor. So let's use the distort
transform, okay, so we're going to use
that discharge transport, but please make
sure this person or Rodriguez Unsplash
layer is selected. And then you just have
to go with the Edit menu and then you will get
this transform option. And inside that
transform option, it will locate this
distort option. Okay? Now you will have the
pointer for scaling. And with the distort transform, you will be able to change
the angle of this image. And that's why you
will be able to place this image perfectly
inside the monitor. Okay? How it's look like right now. You can hit the enter
button right now, or you can just click
on this cheek Merck. Is it looks good right now. Yes, it is. Cause we used but distort transform for setting
up this image or with the angles and afar for changing the direction the image or
with the appropriate angle, you have to use
distort transform. So this is an easy way. And I should have to
say you that please do practice with this lesson so you can keep in your
mind how to use this chart, transforming the way Photoshop. So see you in next lesson.
16. Distort Text Shadow: Hi. Right now we're
going to learn about how to apply it discharge
shadow in a text. And this is going to
be an amazing things. So let's learn how to
apply it discharge shadow intakes in last two
layers and we will learn how to add drop
shadow in fruits, how to add reverse
shadow in rock mountain. And right now we're
going to learn how to add discharge drop
shadow in text. And this is amazing. And that's why I have to open any major form
our exercise file. So let's do that. Here is the File menu and
here is the Open Option. And inside, inside the
exercise file, it will be k, this grass, middle
lawn green image. So you just have to select this grass middle
lawn green image. It's an image of green grass. And once you make
selected this image, then you have to
click Open or you can hit the intro button
from your keyboard. So you can take a look. We got a nice grass mention
here, and right now, we will apply this tall
shadow effect to that text. So let's start the
process as we're going to apply a reverse discharge
chateau in taste. That's why we have to use the type tool for
typing the text. And let's start the process. And here is the Type tool. And using the type tool I want to add on to
ride the taste. And right now I will
use all capitals later. And that's why we can use the Caps Lock button
from your keyboard. So let me, let me type IT. Learners. Learners. And right now we do have that. We don't have the
small font size and I want to increase the
font size as well as fond to. So let's increase
the size first. And that's why you have to make a selection with your mouse. And let me increase the size. So you can use, you can use this option for
increasing the size. You can put the manual values. You can use a custom
field from here, like let me select
this 70, sorry, 60. But still it seems smaller. So I want to, I want to
increase the size of text. That's why you just
have to use your mouse. You just have to hold your
left button of mouse. Then they have to move your
mouth slowly at right side. Then you will be
able to increase the size of text right now. Right now we have a 110. Okay, So you can also
put the manual values. Okay, Cool. But do you think the font
style is really looks good. You can change the font as well. So let me select
this chair text, and here is the option
for changing the font. So let's pick some,
some bold font. Let me pick something else. Here is the Cooper,
cooper black. This one seems good, so let
me select this Cooper Black. And I'm pretty sure
this cooper black, this font already you
have on your computer. Like Mr. like this one. This is one of the widely
using font in Windows. Okay, cool. So right
now we do have IT learners takes will be
the Cooper black font. Okay? So you can hit the Command or Control and Enter button from your keyboard for
performing the action. Or you can just use this checkmark for
calming the action. Cool. Okay, So it takes bird
is done and let's place, Let's place the text at
the middle of this image, and that's why you have
to use the Move tool. So here is the Move tool. Or you can use the V
button or V4 violin. You can use this move tool for moving this takes at center. Okay, cool. You can take a look. Pink line is pointing in here. That means we have the
perfect placement of this. Taste. Okay, cool. Now we have to, we have to add that drop shadow in here in his taste,
you can take a loop. We got that takes
two layer inside our layer panel and we're
going to add a drop shadow, drop shadow layer for this text. So let's add a drop
shadow for this text. And you know how to
add the drop shadow, you just have to go
with the fixed option, then it will get this
drop shadow option. So let me select on this
drop shadow option. Okay, cool. So here is, here is the
settings for drop shadow. So let's, let's change
settings at first. We have to go with the size. So let me increase the size, 35 pixel, but we do
have 0% of opacity. That's why it's not visibly in solars increase
the opacity for 100%. Okay. Let me crazy fridge. Let me increase the distance. Okay, cool. But I'm not satisfied
with these settings, so let me decrease
the size first. Fine. Now let me decrease
the spread percentage. As well as this tells, ok, we have eight pixel distance, 10% of sprayed, and nine pixel up size
because I didn't want to, I don't want to spray this drop shadow
from this text box. I'm going to separate
I'm going to separate this drop shadow from this taped and that's why I'm
using these settings. I'm just using a small bird
for making the distance. Likewise, only only eight pixel. I just used a very
small percentage, like ten per cent, and very small upsides
like only nine pixel. And I do have 30% of angle, but I can change it. Let's go with the 90. Let
me put the man on values. Okay. 19. Jewelry
angle seems good. Okay. And please make
sure that you are using black color
for drop shadow. And we're using a 100% porosity. Okay, cool. So let's click Okay. Okay, fine. You can take a look. We got a drop
shadow effect layer with the IG loners text layer. And right now we're
going to apply reverse D star shadow
in this taste. So let's go for the
second part, okay. Before starting the
second part, we have to, we have to make
the separation of this drop shadow from the text. How it will do that. You
can do that very easily. In that case, you have to, you have to create a new
layer for the drop shadow. And for creating a new
layer for the drop shadow, you just have to use your mouse and you just have to arrive, click with your mouse on
this drop shadow layer. So let me right-click
with my mouse. And then, and then you will
get this Create Layer option. So let me click on this
Create Layer Option. Dialog box will appear and
you just have to click, Okay. Okay, here we go. You can take a look. We got a new layer and then name of our new layer is actually
learners drop shadow. That means, right now we do have the drop shadow layer
separated from the text. And here is a new layer. So let me select this new layer. And after selecting
the new layer, we want to change, we want to change the
scale of this shadow. And that's why I want to
use a transform option. And you know how to use
the transform option. We just have to go
with the Edit menu and then it will get
this transform option. So as I'm going to change the direction of the
separate chip drop shadow. That's why I want to use Flip
Vertical transform options. So let me select this flip
vertical transform option. You can take clue. The shadow is flipped in here and it's
separated from the text. So let's scale it first. And for scale, you can
hit that control and T button from your keyboard or you can just use
this Edit menu, transform option
and scale option. Okay. So let me, let me move
the shadow from the text. Okay, Cool. Right now we have the drop
shadow separated from the text and I've placed these separated
drop shadow below. But actual taste. So you can hit the enter button from your keyboard or you can just use this checkmark for
comment that transform. Okay, Cool. Right now, we will use the distort option for making this
shadow discharge. And for making this
discharge shadow, you have to use this
tarp transform. So how it will do
that or how you will use that
discharge transform. You can do that very easily. You just have to click
on this Edit menu. Then you will get this
transform option. And inside the
transform option it will gain this distort option. So let me select this option and please make sure inside
your layer panel, this IT learners drop shadow is selected and with Mr. left with that discharge
transform. Okay. So we got k pointer for using the discharge
selection and using a discharge. I want to, I want to change
the direction of this shadow. And now I want to change the direction for
the right side. I want to move this
pointer at left. I want to move this
pointer right. Okay, cool. Now it's
really looks good. So you can use the intro
button for coming action. Or you can just use
this checkmark, solid beans, this cheek Merck. Okay, So right now we do have the discharged drop
shadow for the text. But one more thing, It's not look like a shadow. It's just similar tags that's separated from
the original text. And I'm going to, I'm going to apply the effect of a shadow and that's why I
have to reduce the opacity. So here is the opacity, and from here, I want
to reduce the opacity. So let me reduce the opacity. Okay, cool. Now it looks
much better than before. And we do have the realistic reverse shadowing
effect in this image. So dear friends, this
is the simple process of adding the
reverse drop shadow and take something out
of your Photoshop. So I'm pretty sure you
enjoyed this lesson. And if you have any question
regarding this lesson, please message me and I
will answer your message. So let's do some practice and I'm going to see you
in our next lesson.
17. Content Aware Fill: Hello there. Right now we're going to learn about one of the
most amazing feature that's provided by
algebra Photoshop and that's called content our fill. This is really an amazing. And if you are using the
latest version of Photoshop, you must have to have
the content, our field, because Content-Aware
Fill is using for removing some kind
of useful object or any part that
you don't need to using your image and you want to keep the background as same. And this is one of the latest features
in Adobe Photoshop. So let's learn that
using off contact hour, and that's why we have to open an image from our exercise
file. So let's open it. File menu, open option. And inside our exercise
file, it will gate. This is the ANA Unsplash image. It's an image of some kind of birds that
are flying on the sky. So you just have to select this Rozanna Unsplash image and then you have to click
Open. Here we go. You can take a look. Now vultures are
flying on the Skype. So right now I'm going
to apply that content, our field option in this image. So what is the use of content? Our, Suppose we have
a vulture in here. We have here one, here, one here
we're at many more. But I don't want to keep all these vultures in
the same features. I want to remove these first
three voters from here, but I will keep thus high background as lag before that means
only the vulture, so we'll remove from the image, but Sky will remain
blue as before. So in this situation, you have to use
content our field. So let's start the use
of contents our field. So at first, I want to remove this first vulture
from the image and I will keep the sky
background as like do. So that's why we have to
use the laser tool for selecting this first vultures. So where it will
get the laser tool, it will get the laser
tool inside the toolbar. And if you want to
use the shortcut, then you have to use a
baton from your keyboard. And if you don't found this
laser tool on your tool work, then you have to
write plague at here. Then the Polygonal Lasso Tool or magnetic lasso tool can
be up here in here. If you have the
polygonal lasso tool, our Magnetic Lasso Tool, then you just have to right-click with your
mouse on the icon, then you will get
this laser tool. So I'm selecting this laser
tool and using my mouse. I'm going to make a circle for making a selection
for the first volunteer. Okay, using my mouse, I just selected
this first vulture and now I'm going to remove
this filter from here, and I'm going to keep the sky
background as like before. So that's why I have to use
the content, our field, so we're able to get the
content, our fill option. You will get the content our fill option inside
this Edit menu. So here is the Edit menu. And if you are using the
latest version of Photoshop, then it will give the
content our fill option directly inside the edit menu. But if you were using the
older version of Photoshop, in that case, it will
get this quantity, our fill option inside
this fill option. So right now I'm going to
show you the direct content, our fill option
from the Edit menu. I will also show you
by use of content, our field option from
bar fill options. So right now I'm going to
use this content, our field. And when it will click
on this content, our fill in here, then a pop-up will appear. So let's click on here. Here we go. You can take a
look at pop-up just appeared. And in here you can take a look. We got a green selected area. That means the preview
we're viewing in here. That's the area of this
green selected area. So let's focus. We do have this
vulture as like here. This one has like here, but which virtual remained selection using the laser tool, it's more present in here, and we do have the
same background. This is just a preview. So when we will click Okay, that change of image or removing a voluntary
using the contents, our field will be applied
in our main image. So that's why we have
to click OK here. So let's click OK. Magic. You can take a look. We don't have. We don't have the
vultures in here, but we do have our Skype
background as like before. So let's deselect this area. And for deselecting it, you just have to press Control and D bottle
from your keyboard. Or if you are using Mac, then you have to press
Command and D button from your keyboard for
de-selecting the selection. So right now, we have removed
the vulture from here and we got the clear blue sky
background as like before, only the vulture is removed. So this is use of contents, our fill in Adobe Photoshop. And you can take a look. Here is a new layer
is just created. And this layer is created
for removing that vulture. If you turn this layer off, then it will get back that previous image.
So let me turn it off. We got our vulture back in here. And if you want to
remove this one, then you have to turn it on. Here we go. Okay, so
let's use the content, our field once again. And that's why we have to select this background layer as because the background layer is the
main layer of the image and we're removing the vultures
from the main image. That's why you have to select this background layer
and the new layer that's created for removing
the vulture from here, that's created with the
background copy layer, but you have to make sure that background layer is selected. So I do have still selected this laser tool and I'm going
to select this second one. Okay, Let's make
a selection with your mouse for the
second vulture. Okay, cool. We got a nice
selection and right now I'm going to use content, our fill option once again. So where I have to click, Yes, you are right, I have
to click Edit menu. And in ****, removing image
or **** or removing vulture, we used content, our fill
option directly from here, but right now I'm going
to use this fill options. So let me click on
this fill option. And you can take a look. We got the pop-up in here. So let me place this
pop up at right. Here is the contents
are available. Here's the contents option. And you may have the foreground
color or background color or color selected here. But for using the content hour, you just have to
select this content. Our it's, it's showing
contents hour because I just used a few moments ago that content are from here.
That's why it's showing. So if you, if you have the foreground color
selected for contents, background colors
selected for contents, you just have to select in here. Then you will get this
content, our options. So you just have to select it. You just have to keep
or positive 100%, you just have to keep the blending mode normal
and then you have to click, Okay, so let me click OK. Magic. You can take a look. The second vulture is removed. Hello, second vulture
is removed and we have the same sky background
as like before. So let's make this
selection as a deselect. And that's why you have to press Control and D button
from your keyboard. So the first one and the second one is removed
using the contents, our field, but there
is a difference. Can you tell me what is
that difference between the first virtual removing
and second virtual removing? When we remove the
first volunteer and new layer is created. But when I just will
remove the second vulture, no layer is created
in here. Why? Because when I e used this Edit menu and when I use these direct Content
Aware Fill option, we got a new pop-up in here and we had an option for
creating a new layer. But when I used this fill
option and from this field, often I used the content,
our fair option. I don't have the new
layer creating option and the features of
updating of content, our analogy with Photoshop. So let me show you once again. I want to select this third
vulture using the laser tool. So let's make a selection. Cool. Okay? So please make sure that
background layer is selected. Then you have to select
this third vulture. And now I'm going to
set up the edit menu. And I'm not going to
let this feel option, cause I just used
this fill option. I'm going to use this content, our fill option from me, directly from the air each menu. So let me click on here. In the preview, you
can take a look. The vulture already gone,
vulture already gone. And you can take a look. Here is an option called
output to a new layer. If you, if you mix the leg
that output to a new layer, then this vulture will be removed and new
layer will be created. But if you click
Output current layer, then no layer will be
created as like before. Only this vulture
will be removed. And if we reuse the
duplicate layer option, then a layer will be created
as lag, a duplicate layer. But if you go for the new layer than a new
layer will be created. So I'm selecting this output to a new layer and let me click. Okay. Here we go. You can take a look and
new layer is created. And the name of our new
layer is background copy to. And you can take a loop. We got the third virtual
removed from here. So let me deselect
the selection by pressing Control and D
button for my keyboard. And you can take a look
the first, second, third, all the vouchers are
removed from here. So this is the use of content, our feeling, Adobe Photoshop and this is a really amazing. So let's have some practice.
18. Content Aware Cropping: Hello dear. Right now we're going
to learn about content, our cropping in Adobe Photoshop. In the last lesson, we learned about the content, our field, and now we're going
to learn about the content, our cropping. There're different
between content, our field and contents, our cropping and we're
going to learn about the content, our cropping. So let's learn about the
content, our cropping. And I want to, I want to open an image
from our exercise file. And that's why you have
to click this file menu. And then it will get
this open option. And I want to, I want to select
this Unsplash image. This is an image of an
island and the sea, as well as the blue sky. So you just have to select
this audio Unsplash image, and then you have
to select Open. Here we go. You can take a look, a beautiful natural image, and we're going to
apply that content, our cropping in this image. Suppose you want to increase the width of this image and you want to increase the area of C. You want to increase
the area of Voyager. You want to increase
the area of sky. That means you will increase
the width of this image. And along with increasing
the width of this image, the image will be just did and you will
increase the image size. Suppose you want to increase this image size at right side. That means you want to
increase this Kayak, right? You want to create
these clouds at, right? You want to increase these
seawater, right? Right. How we will do that? Is it really possible? Cause you just click
this photo with your DSLR camera and your frame is with this
selected area only. But how it will increase in right-side as
because you didn't click with your camera with
this more area of right-side, you just clicked
with your camera. Only the selected frame. Is it possible? Trust me that it's
really possible. Right now, I am going to increase the width of
this image at right side. I'm going to increase the
water upset right side. I'm going to increase the clouds at right side as well as chi. So let's do that. For increasing these things. I mean the increasing
of the image of width with the
adjustment of cloud, wash and sky, you have
to use the crop tool. Where you will get
the crop tool. It will get the
crop tool in here. This is the crop
tool and if you want to use the keyboard
sharp curves, then you have to press C
button from your keyboard. Select right-click
on this crop tool. And when you will click on the crop tool, you
can take a look. We got some points
are at top left, top right, bottom
right, bottom left. So we are going to increase the width at
right-side, That's right. You have to select and you have to place your mouse at
this middle pointer. And then you have to drag, you have to drag this area. And then you have to pull
this pointer at right side. You can take a look. We only have the
white area in here. So we just increase the
width of this image. But we didn't have
the adjustment yet cause we do have only the
white background in here. I want the water will be
extended till here at bottom. I want this cloud will be
extended till here at middle. And I want this sky will be extended till
here at the top. I don't want to keep
this area right. How it will do that, you have to use content, our option to do that, where it will get the
content, our option, you will get the
content or option at here is take a look. Here is the content
our optional. You have to make
sure this content, our field is selected. So now I have the content,
our fill selected. And then you have to heat the intro button from your
keyboard or you can click on this cheek mark
because this tick mark is using for commit
current crop operation. You can click on this
check mark or you can hit the intro button
from your keyboard. So I'm hitting intro
button on my keyboard. Magic. You can take a loop. Our image you read is
increased as well as we have extended the
sky background, we extended the
Cloud background, we extended the
water background. So we didn't have the
white area right now. So we got the
perfect adjustment. Few moments earlier, we had our image size till
here, till here only. And we don't have, we don't have the extended ocean extended Cloud. Extended. Hi. And this is we
extended the area of sky cloud and water with
the content, our cropping. If you want to, if
you want to increase the width of this image
bore, then you can do that. So let me zoom out this image. Then. It will help you to
understand how it will zoom in and zoom out
of image in Photoshop. Let me show you for
zoom in and zoom out. You have to click
on this View menu. So here is the view menu, and here is the zoom in
and zoom out option. If you want to zoom in, then you have to press
Control and plus plus button. If you are a Windows user
and if you are a Mac user, then you have to press
Command and plus plus button for zooming and hormones, and minus button for zoom out. So I'm going to zoom
out this image. So let me click once again here. Okay, cool. Now we have the zoom-out
preview in here. So I'm going to, I'm going to increase the width
of this image once again. So let's do that. So for increasing the
width at right side, you have to, you
have to select this, this crop tool once again. So let me click on this crop tool and regard
the pointer once again. So now I want to increase the weight
of this image till here. And here is the
whites pace up here. But within two under
cave this whitespace. Now, what you have to do, you can click on this tick mark or you can hit on
the intro button. But before that, please
make sure this content, our fill is selected. So last time I praised intro
button from my keyword, but this time I want to, I want to click with
this checkmark. So let me click on
this tick mark. Magic. We do have increased
this image along at the right side and really got the perfect adjustment
for the water, for the Cloud and for the Skype. This is really amazing. So it's only possible to
keeping balance of image and increasing the height
or width at left or top or bottom using the
content, our field. And the image was
at first till here, then we extended till here. And finally we
extended till here. And now we have that along with image and we got
the perfect adjustments. So this is the magical
use of content, our cropping in Adobe Photoshop. So you must have to do some
practice with this lesson. So see you in next lesson.
19. Remove Man and Text With Content Aware: Hi. Now we're going to learn
about how to remove a subject and takes from an image
using content. Our field. First off, our field
will learn how to remove some birds and keeping
the background same. And in the last lesson
we'll learn about how to extend the area of an image
using content, our cropping. And right now we're going
to learn how to remove a subject like man and a woman from an image
as well as text. So if you were doing some photography
editing, in that case, we have to know the
use of this content, our fail because
sometime you may have some unwanted text
in your image. Are you have to remove some
persons from your image. And that's why you need to
know the use of content, our field for removing person
and taste from an image. So let's learn. So that's why we have to
open our exercise files. So here is the file menu, here is the Open Option. And inside your exercise file, it will get these
Churchill's Unsplash image. So you just have to select this service Unsplash
image and then you have to click Open. Here we go. You can take a look. Beautiful man, he's smiling
and walking on the road. And I want to, I want to remove this
man from this image. So it's almost the same process. So let's start the process. I just don't want
to, I just want to keep the images same. I mean, I want to
keep this while same, just I want to remove this
person from this image. So that's why we have to use
the laser tool once again, and it's almost a
similar outlet before. Here is the laser tool. And you have to make a selection
with the laser at all. So let's make a selection
using your mouse. Okay? Try your best as more accuracy for selection,
you can apply it. So we got, we got a nice
selection for this person. And now we're going
to remove him from this image where we have to
click, Yes, you are right. We have to go for the Edit menu. Then we will update this
content to our fill option. So let me select this content. Our fill option. Here is the popup and you
can take a look, the man is removed. Magic. Okay, So I want to output
this image a new layers. That's why I'm keeping
output to a new layer. And let me click OK here. So here is the, okay. Okay, Cool. Man is removed. So now you have to
deselect the selection, and that's why you have to press Control and D button
from your keyboard. You can take a look. The man is vanished from here. So this is almost a
similar way how we remove the voltage source
from that first lesson. And this is almost same way for removing the subject
of from an image. So now we will
learn about how to remove takes from an image. So for removing a taste, I want to, I want to open an, another image from
our exercise file. So let's open it. So here is the File menu and
here is the open option. Let me tell you one thing. We do have a Place
Embedded option. If you use this Place
Embedded option, then the image will be open inside this
image. Let me show you. So I'm going to click this
Place Embedded option. Here is the pop up. And I want to, I want to use this Joshua
Coleman Unsplash image. I just selected this image and
I'm going to select Place. You can take Luke. The image is placed, but it's not opened
in a new tab. In last image, we was working
in a chairs Unsplash image. We do still have that
Charles Unsplash image. If I scale this image, let me make it smaller. Okay? So here is the image. It's placed in the same image
that's working in before. It's placed, but this image
is not opened in a new tab. So this is the ease of
place embedded options. So if you want to, if you want to play some
more images in a single tab, that's why you have to use
Place Embedded option. But right now I want to, I want to open this image
in a different tab. So that's why I have
to use open option. So File menu, open option. So I'm going to open this Joshua Coleman image once again, just to have to select it. And then you have to click Open. Now you can take a look. The image is opened
in a different tab. So this is the
difference between Place Embedded and open option. Okay, cool. So you can take a look. We have the neon lights in here and that takes days Los Angeles. So we're going to remove the text from this wall and
we will only keep the brakes. So we have to follow
the same procedure. We just have to
use the laser tool and you have to
make a selection. So let me make a big
selection for the taste. Okay, cool. So we got the selection
and now we have to, we have to remove this
takes from the wall. And that's why we have to
follow the same procedure. Edit menu content. Our fill option. Here is the pop-up and
here is the preview. And as well as, as like before, we're going to output this image
in a new layer. So let me click. Okay. Here we go. The text is vanish. So let's make the selection
for this selection. So you start to press Control or Command D
button from your keyboard. Normally takes in the wall
and you can take a look. My text is gone, but if
you want to get it back, you can get it back easily cause we we apply the remove
texts with a new layer. So here is the
background copy layer. It's available in here. So if you want to, if you want to get
back the text before, as like before, then you
have to turn this layer off. Okay, text is back. And if you want to
remove the text, you just have to turn
on the layer magic. So this is the use of content, our field for removing
the subject and removing them text from
images in Adobe Photoshop. So you must have to do
the practice as well as for removing the content
hour in Photoshop. So see you in next lesson.
20. Background Blur: Hi. Right now we're
going to learn about how to make background blur. In the last lesson, we
learned how to make a major, but in this lesson we
are going to learn about how to make background blur. And that is an awesome things because nowadays it's becoming a trend for making the images
background blur sometime. But teenagers and male, female all are
picking some selfies and they're looking for
making the background blur. If it is not possible with your smartphone or with your
DSLR cameras than you can. You can make it to manually
using the Photoshop. So let's take a look how you will make the background
blur of an image. And we have to, we have to open our exercise file and we
have to open an image. So let's do that. File menu, open option. And inside our exercise file, you will get this woman in
red dress with umbrella. You will get this image, and then you just
have to select it. Then you have to click
Open. Here we go. You can take a look at
beautiful lady shoe, wear a red dress and she
holds a blue umbrella. And we're going to, we're going to make, we're going to make
our background blur and we will keep only
are transparent. So let's start the process, how it will do that. So right now we have to, we have to duplicate
this background layer. And in this lesson,
I'm going to show you an add method how to make selection of subjects without using
Quick Selection tool. In our last few lessons, we used Selection tool
for making a selection, but right now we will use an advanced
method for selection. So let's duplicate the
background layer first. Then we will, we will
focus about the selection. So let's duplicate
the background layer. So you just have to write
plague with your mouth. Then you will get this
duplicate layer options. So let me click
Duplicate Layer and let me write background blur. Okay, cool. So here is the name called background blur
and let me click. Okay. Here is our duplicated layer. And with this duplicated
layer, we're going to, we're going to make this entire image blur,
not entire image. The background blur. And we will keep, we will keep this beautiful
woman transparent. We will not make the entire
image blur as lag before. So let's start the process. So let's start the
selection part. We have to make a selection
for this beautiful ladies. And please make sure that background blur
layer is selected. Okay? So the advanced method for making the
selection of this subject, you have to go with
the Select menu. You have to go with
a Select Menu, then you will get
this subject options. So let me click Subject option, and it will take a
little time, magic. You can take a look. We got the perfect selection. This beautiful lady, cause this fissure is using
for selecting a subject. And this beautiful lady is
the subject of this image. And that's why we got
the perfect selection. And if you want to if you want
to change something else, like a small portion in
her hand is skipped. So I want to I want to
make the selection for this skipped part and
that's why island to use this Quick
Selection Tool. Here is the Quick Selection
Tool and please make sure this adds selection
farmers in a mould. And let me, okay, let me use this
tool and right now we do have the
perfect selection. So this is amazing and this is one of the ad funds method for making any subject selected
in Adobe Photoshop. Our selection part is done. Now we have to add a layer mask. That means we're
going to separate this beautiful lady
from this image. And that's why we will add
a layer mask to this image. So you know where
we have to click. Yes, you are right. We have to click on this
Add Layer Mask option. So let me click on this
add a Layer Mask option. And you can take a look. We got that beautiful
lady separated from here. So if we turn off the background layer and
you can take a look, we got the perfect selection and we detached her from
this entire image. So let's turn on the
background layer. And right now we have
to do an annular part. That is, we have to convert, we have to convert this
layer into a Smart Filter. So please make sure this background blur
layer is selected. And now we have two onward this layer
into a Smart Filter. And that's why we have to
click on this filter menu. And then you will get this onward to smart
filters options. So let me select it and
a pop-up will appear. You just have to click OK. Ok. We can take a look. Our N chair layer is converted
into a Smart Filter, and this is the time for
making background blur. So let me explain you one thing. Right now. If we apply the Gaussian blur to this image, what will happen? I really think that the
background will be blurred. No, it's not because you
selected the background blur. And if you apply the
Gaussian blur filter, then this beautiful lady will be blurred Martha background. For making the background blur, we have to select this background layer because
this background layer, this background layer
have the entire image. I'm in the original image. We do have, we do have the subject or this beautiful lady separated from an,
another layer. That means right now, we do have two ladies in here. This is the original image
and this background layer is separated beautiful ladies from another layer
or another image. That means we do have
two beautiful lady here. That's why if you select the background blur layer and if you apply the
Gaussian blur effect, then this Ullman
will be blurred. The background, let me show you, let me select this
background blur option, feature, menu, Blur
option, Gaussian blur. Take a look. Enter lady got blurred, but we're not looking for that. We're looking to make
the background blur. That's why I'm clicking Cancel. And that's why you have to make the background layer selected. So right now I select this background layer
and now we have to, now we have to go
for the filter menu. Then we will go for
the Blur option, and now we will go for
that Gaussian Blur option. Magic, you can take a look. We've got our insurer
background blur. So let's change the
radius from here. Let me reduce the radius. Here is the slight blur nobler. So let's increase the radius. We got a slight blur. I think this looks really good. But if you want to
make a hard brush, then you just have to increase
our ratty as like a 124, then what will look like the inter background is hard blur and we got our
little transport and subject, but it's not looks good. You can keep it if you
want this radius pixel. But I think this 8.8 radius
pixels, and it's good. So let me click. Okay. Here we go. This is not simple
process for making the interior background blur and keeping the
subject transparent. So I'm pretty sure you
enjoyed this lesson and I'm requesting you please
have some practice because if you don't
practice along with me, then you will not be able to keep in your mind how to
make the background blur. So let's have some practice. And if you have any single
issue about this less than R, If you have any question
about this listening, don't hesitate to ask me. You just have to use
the we just have to use the comment or message
section for contact with me. I'm going to see
you in next lesson.
21. Image and Face Blur: Hi. Now we're going to learn
about how to make image blur, as well as how to make a face
blur in Adobe Photoshop. So nowadays, it's a trend for
making the background blur. And sometime human need to mask some specific
area of an image. And sometime you may need to blurry face or from an image. And we're going to learn about the burst stuff
in Adobe Photoshop. So let's start with how to make image blur and how
to make a face blur. So let's start the process. And as you know, for practicing or for a teaching about the image blur
on Facebook or watch, we have to do, yes,
you are right. We have to open up
our exercise file. So let's open the exercise file. Here is the File menu, here is the Open Option. And inside, inside our exercise
file it will get this Brook K0 and
splashing major. So you just have to select it. And then you have to click Open. Okay, here we go. You can take a look. We personally, they are smiling
and working in a table. And we're going to, we're going to blur this
image as well as we're going to blur this specific
face from this image. So let's learn how to make
the entire image blur. First. I want to, I want to duplicate this background layer for twice. Because with one
layer I will enjoy image and with another layer
I will blur only the phasor. So that's why I want to, I want to duplicate this
background layer for twice. So let's do that. I just have to right-click
with my mouse, not yours as well as yours too. So let me right-click
with my mouse. Here is a duplicate
layer option or you can, you can press Control or Command J button from your keyword, as I told you before, how to duplicate the layer
using the keyboard shortcut. Okay? So this is the papa for writing the name of the new
duplicated layer. And I want to write image blur. Okay, cool. So let me click okay, as well as I have to, I have to create one more layer. And now I'm going to, I'm going to use this
image blur layer for duplicating and
creating another layer. So you just have to
right-click with your mouse and then you will get this
duplicate layer option. Okay? So right now I'm
going to write phase blur. Okay? So let me click. Okay. So right now we have
three different layer. Here is the face blur, here is the image blur, and here is the
background image. That means this is
our main image. So let's start with
the image blur. The image blur means I'm going
to blur this entire image. And that's why please make sure this image blur
layer is selected. We're going to apply a
filter in this image blur. But if I apply a filter in
image blur, what do you think? Will this filter will
be desirable in here? What is your answer? Can you tell me? No, of course not. Because if you take a
login layer placement, our image blur layer placed at the second position and
add it with Photoshop. Always prioritize the first
layer for previewing in here. So that's why we have
to do two things. I mean, anyone from two. Likewise, we can place this
image blur layer at the top. Otherwise, we can turn off the
face Blur layer from here. So let me turn off the
face blurred layer. And now we will work
with the image blur. So please make sure
the first layer, the phase Blur layer, is turned off and the image
blur layer is selected. Or you can, you can place
this image blur layer up top. Now we're going to apply the
entire image blur filter. So what is that name? That's name is Gaussian blur. So it will get it. You will gain that filter inside this fisherman or so
here is the filter menu. And from there, you will get this option inside the block. You will get this Gaussian
Blur option for it. We just have to go with the
filter menu Blur option. And here is that
Gish and volatile. So let me click on this. Gaussian Blur option. Here we go, nothing
has happened. Just a pop-up is up here. So you can take a loop. We have the radius
pixel in here. Right? Now we only have 0.1
pig cells, 0.1 pigs though. So till here too, we didn't apply any
pixel for our radius. That's why we have the
same reveal of image. There is nothing blurred yet. So let's increase
the radius pixel. You can put the mental
values in here, or you can move this
pointer head right side. So let me move this
pointer at right side. Right now we have 6.4 pixel and just mall or slight blur effect
is applied on this image. Let's increase the
radius of pixel more. Let's go with the 19. And
now we have the herd effect. Let's move more
right, like 64 pixel. And this is the
preview of this image. Using this Gaussian blur filter, it will be able to make
the entire image blur. So I don't think so that this image is really
looks good right now. So let's reduce the
radius of pixel. So keep it for 12.512 pixels. Okay? So let me click. Okay. So this is the process of how you will make the
entire image blurred. And right now we're going to, we're going to learn
about how to make a specific phase blur. So that's why let me turn on let me turn on
the face blurry. So let me ask you a question. If I turn on the face blurred layer right
now, what will happen? Can we answer me? Yes, perhaps you're
right because if I turn on this face
blurred layer right now, then we will get back
our actual image, cause this face Burn
layer is not applied with any effect and this
phase Blur layer is turned off and
is placed at top, I mean, at first position, that's why we will get our actual image of
this background. We will get back with
this phase gland layer. So let me turn it on. As I said, OK, now we will apply
the phase blur. So let's do that. So you can blur a
face in two ways. The first two ways, as well as like using
the Gaussian blur. But in that case you have
to make a selection. Let me show you, and that's
why you have to make sure that face Burn
layer is selected. So let miss the Lebanese
phase Blur layer. And I want to, I want to make this beautiful
ladies of phase blur. And that's why, that's why you can use
this ole subtotals. Here is a laser tool. And using this laser to, Let's make a selection. Okay? We got a selection and using this laser to
we perfect selection. And right now we
do have to apply the same process as we
applied in earlier. So let's go with
the filter menu. Then you have to go
for the Blur option. And from there you have to go with the Gaussian Blur up front. So let me, let me click on this Gaussian Blur and
you can take a loop. We had that 12.5 radius pixel
for the previous image, and we do have the same. And here is the preview. So let me reduce the radius
pixel of Gaussian Blur. Okay? Okay, cool. No blur. Let's increase the
radius of pixel. Okay? Right now we don't have 40.1 pixel and you can take a loop. The entire face is no blur. So let me click. Okay. You can take a look. The interface got blurred. So this is the simple process. So let's deselect the selection. And you know how to deselect, you just have to press
Control or Command D button from your keyboard. Okay? This is a process for making a Facebook
and we do have an, another way to make
the face blur. And that's why we
have to use a tool. So what is the name of the tool? The name of the tool is tools. This is the blur tool
and you can take a look. We don't have any shortcut
for using this blur tool. So let me select this blurred
tool from the toolbar. Okay? And here is the
option for changing the brush of blurred tool. Okay, So let me,
let me show you, let me click on this option. And you can, you can pick
any kind of brush for, for making your face blur. So let me reuse this. A hard round
pressure size brush. And here is the size as well as we used in the
Quick Selection Tool. So I think the size of
the brush things smaller, so let's make it bigger. Okay, cool. 100 pigs, they'll, and
we should have to use the hardness 100% because we are going to make
that face blur. Okay? So now I'm going to, I'm going to make this
handsome man's face blurred. So let's use our mouse
for making his face blur. So you just have to you just have to use your
mouse and then you have to hold the lift
buttons from your mouse, and then you have to move
your mouse at the face. Anything happens. Yeah, you can take
a look. A little. Blur effect is applied on here. So let's make once again, let's move the
mouse on his face. Okay, cool, Let's are playing. The blur effect is App
playing gradually. So with this over
this blurred tool, you will not be able to make this face bar
as like this one. But, but you can, you can, you can make the
face blur and you can compare between
the before and after. So we do have a little
face blurring here. Vertical basically
using for making it smaller light
blur for the faces. But if you want to make the hard blurriness or if you want to apply some hard
blurring effect to a phase, in that case, you have to, you have to apply the Gaussian blur filter
with the selection. So this is a simple process
for making your face Barstow. Let me compare
between before and after using this using
this blurred ****. So let me turn off this image blurred layer and let me turn off the face
Blur layer as well. Please keep your
eye on this face. Okay? We do have transparent
face right now. And after using the tool in this man's face,
how it's look like. We got a little blurry effect. And we have plied the
Gaussian blur filter for this medieval female and we got the higher blur
effect for her face. So this is how it will apply the blur filter in an
image like Gaussian Blur. And this is how you
will apply the use of blood pooling of face
in Adobe Photoshop. So see you in next lesson
and you shouldn't have to do some practice for
using the blur filter. So I'm going to see
you in next lesson.
22. Motion Blur: Hi. Right now we're going
to learn about how to apply motion blur in an
image now to be Photoshop. So what is motion blur? Filter on that? When you apply that
filter an image, it will seem like
a motion graphics. That means something is running and you will have the effect
like motion graphics. And we're going to learn
these things in this lesson. So let's start the process
of how you will apply the motion blur effect to an
image in Adobe Photoshop. So at first we have to, we have to open
our exercise file. So here is our File menu, here is the Open Option. And inside, inside
our exercise file, it will gauge gate, this ALU, what K-mean
soldier Unsplash images. So you just have to
select this image and then you have to click Open. Okay, here we go. You can take a look in
Manet's are running and we're going to apply
them motion blur effect. That means when we will apply
the motion blur effect, all the background and all
the rest of this tubs, we will gain the blur
effect and that will be similar like the motion blur or laterally with similar
like emotionally. So let's start the process. So we have to follow the
same procedure as before. So you just have to duplicate
the background layer. So let's duplicate
the background layer. You just have to
right click with your mouse and then you will get this duplicate layer option. So let me write motion blur. Okay? We do have the same
procedure as before. So right now we have to go for the selection part and
you can take a look. We got, we got the
subject in here. So that's why we
are going to use the advanced selection method. That's why I want to
use this select menu. And here is the subject option. So let me select
this subject option. Okay, here we go.
You can take a look. We got the perfect
selection using the select menu and
Subject option. And now what we have to
do, can you remember it? Yes, you are right. We have to we have to add
a layer mask and we will, we will make the separation
the subject from this image. So let's add the layer mask
and where it will get it, you will get it inside
the layers panel. So here is the layers panel. And so let me click on this
Add Layer Mask option. So you can take a loop. The subject or this man is
separated from the image. So let me turn off
the background layer. You can take a look. We only have that
subject in here. So let me turn on the
background layer once again. Okay, cool. So right now, what
we have to do, we have to convert this motion brand layer into a Smart Filter
as like before. So please make sure this
motion blur layer is selected. And then you have to
go for filter option, and then you will
gain this convert for smart filters option. So let me select it. And then you have to click OK. Ok. You can take a look what we got. We got the motion blur filter and it's converted
into a smart filter. So right now, we
have to apply them, move from large feature
to this entire image. And that's why you have to
select the background layer. So let me select the
background layer. And now we will go for
the official menu costs. We're going to apply the
motion blur filter to this image is almost similar as before for making
the background blur. But we're not going to use the Gaussian blur effects for these are abrasion birth
Fisher for this image, we're going to have like motion blur filter
for this image. That's why we have to
follow the same RO system. Just please make sure that
background layer is selected. And then you have to click
on this filter menu. Here is the large eruption
and inside the Belarusian, you will get this
motion blur options. So let me select this
motion blur option. Here we go. You can take a look. Here is
the pop-up for motion blur. And Jerry's the
distance pig's cell of the motion versa for making the motion blur
or for AP playing the motion blur
filter to this image, you'd have to increase
the distance. So let's increase the distance. Okay? Is mole or slight effect, motion blur effect is
app quiet on this image. So let's, let's increase
the distance pixel. I'll let you know more. Okay? I think now which looks
much better than before. So let me click OK. Ok. Now we have the
Perfect Motion Blur applied to this image. And this is pretty simple. And this is the
difference between the using the Gaussian
blur and motion blur. In last lesson we applied, we apply the Gaussian blur for making the background blur. In this lesson, we apply
the motion blur for motion blur filter for making
the motion graphics image. So let's have some practice and I'm requesting
you once again, please do the practice
along with me. So you can keep in
your mind how to make the motion blur in an image
using the motion blur filter. And when you will work
with the motion graphics, you have to, you have to
use this filter a lot. So that's why please keep
practice about this lesson. So see you in next lesson.
23. Dripping Paint Text Effect: Hi. Right now we're going
to learn about how to apply our how to create a dripping paint takes
effect in Adobe Photoshop. This is an amazing things. So let's start the
process for creating a dripping paint takes
defecting Adobe Photoshop. And that's why we have to
create a new document. And that's what we have
to go for the File menu, and here is the new options. So let me select this new
option and you can pick any, any presets from here. So, as well as I'm
going to pick this way precept that is 1920 by 1080. And so let me, let
me click Create. Okay, cool. So here is the document. And as we're going to create a dripping
paint takes effect. That's why we have to use the type tool for
typing the text. So let's use the type tool. So here is the Type Tool. And right now we have the white-collar
for our text color, and we do also have
the white collar, white collar for our background. But I didn't I didn't
want to I don't want to keep this background white. That's why, that's
why I want to, I want to add a
rectangular shape in here, and I want to feel that rectangular shape
with black color. So you can do that very easily. So here is the
rectangular shape. Here is the rectangle shape. And you can use
you for umbrella. You button from your
keyboard as a shortcut. So let's use this
rectangle tool. And here is an
option for the fill, fill up a rectangular shape. And still we have
no fill option. So let me click on here. And this is the
sign off, no fill, but I want to feel that rectangular shape
or with black color. So let me pick this black color. And you can take a look. We have, we have rich
color of the stroke, but I didn't want to, I don't want to put any stroke. That's why I want to
change the stroke color. Here is here is that
no stroke option? So let me click on
this no stroke. And you know, right now you
know what is stroke is, but I don't want to
use and it's true. So I'm going to, I'm going to mask
this entire document or canvas with this
black rectangular shape. Okay, cool. You can take a look. We got the black curve
rectangular shape in here. And you can hate the intro
button from your keyboard. You can also, you can
also change the color of your canvas using this
option called solid color. If you've used this
solid color option, then you will be able, you will be able to
change the canvas color, but I use the rectangular shape. Okay? So now we have to use the type
tool for typing the text. Here is the Type Tool. And right now, here is the white-collar as a fill color and Jerry's the
Cooper black font. So let me type something else
and you can take a look. We got a 110 for the text size. So let me write IT learner. Okay, I shall earth. So it seems the size of text is too big and I want to
reduce the size of text. That's why you have to select this entire text and you
can use keyboard shortcuts, like control a button from your keyboard or Command a
button from your keyboard, Those who you are using, Mac. So let me press
Control on a button. And then all it takes
is got selected. And now from the text option
R or the text size option, I want to pick this 48. It seems like a little smaller, so let's go with a 60. Now it looks much better. Okay. So you can hit the Control and Enter button or comma and an intro button
from your keyboard. Or you can just click on this check mark for
commit the action. Okay? So we do have the text in our rectangular shape and now we have to place this takes
at medial up this canvas. And that's why we have
to use the Move tool. So here is the move to, or you can use V
button or V4 violin. You can use this V button from your keyboard for using
the keyboard shortcut. You can take a look. We got, we got a pink line as the marking
off a height and width. And with this position, we can make sure that we have the perfect placement of this
text is centered position. Okay, cool. Taste. Placement is done. And now we will, we will place another
image to this canvas. And that's why we are not
going to use Open option. We're going to place an image
from our exercise file, but we're not going to using
the open option because when we will use the open
option from the file menu, then the image will be
opened in a new tab, as I told you before. And that's why we have to use
the Place Embedded option. When you will use this
Place Embedded option, that image will be
placed inside your frame and you will have the
image layer at here. So that's why I want to use this Place Embedded
option. Okay? So from our exercise file, I'm going to, I'm going
to this right here. Solder work on splash image. So you just have to select this image and video
to take place. Okay? It's a nice
image of fruits, and let's place this
image perfectly in here. Okay. Okay, cool. So right now I am going to place this inter fruits
inside that taste. And that's really amazing. That means these foods are going to place
inside the taste. We had the white color of text, but now we are going to place
this fruit inside the text. And how it will do that. You will do that using
the Create Clipping Mask. And that's why we have to
follow this layer pattern. That radius order Berg Unsplash
image should be at top. And then the IT
learners text layer should be after
this image layer. That means at first or at top, you should have to keep the
image layer and at second, you have to keep that
takes two layer. And now we're going
to place these images are placed these fruits
inside our text. And for doing that, you just have to right
click with your mouse. On this array are
sorted word layer. Then you will get these
Create Clipping Mask option. So let me click on this
Create Clipping Mask option. Magic, you can take a loop. The fruits are placed
inside the text, and this is a really amazing, but till yet are dripping paint takes defects
is not complete. But we learned, we
learned an amazing things that how it will place an
image inside of the text. So you must have to do some practice for creating
the clipping mask. Okay, cool. So right now we have to, we have to convert this to
layer into a Smart Object. That means, right now we have these two layers
are separated. That means it will turn
off this first layer. What will happen? The fruit
will remove from the text. When it will turn on, the fruit will get back. But these two layers
are separated. You can, you can move
or you can change. Anything else with this
to different layer. But we're going to, we're going to combine
these two layers at owns. And that's why you have to, you have to select
these two layer. And you can take a look. We already have this array, a solar work on Unsplash
layer is selected. Then you have to press Shift
button from your keyboard. And then you have to syllabus
IT learners text layer. And now we have got
two layers selected. And then you have to right
click with your mouse. And then you will get this Convert to
Smart Object option. So let me select this Convert
to Smart Object option. Now, you can take a
loo or takes to layer is merged with this
radius server layer. And when you need to modify or when you need
to edit anything else, you just have to
double-click with this icon. Let me show you. And your, your object
will open in another tab and you will get your text layer and image
layer separately so you can, you can be able to change anything else with
a different layer. If you want to turn
off the fruit image, you can change it. If you want to turn off the ticks layer,
you can change it. So this is just for an
example and for explaining what is the word smart object. Okay, so let's close this tab. And I didn't want to
save anything else. Okay, Cool. So right now we know how
to invert the layer into a Smart Object and
please make sure this array are sort of rubber and plastic
layer is selected. And now we will use an amazing feature that's
called liquify filter. Using the liquefy filter, we will apply the dripping
paint, takes defect. What is dripping paint? That means the pain should
be dripped from this text. And that's an amazing things. So that's why we have
to use a filter menu. So here is the filter menu and here is the
liquid fly option. We're going to use
this liquefy option. So let me select this one. Okay, Here we go. You can take a look. Here is the settings
and here is the pop-up for changing the
liquefy filters. And you can take a look. I got the brush size in here, and you can change, you can change the brush
size from the option. Here is the option for
changing the brush. If you want to increase, you can increase the
brush size than I have. I use your brush when I don't
need this, a huge brush. So let's make it smaller. It seems to bigger. This seems really very smaller. Only nine pixel. 27 seems good. Okay, So we got, we got our brush tool size, but 27 since little bigger
for this text size. And that's why I want
to go with the 22. Okay? Right now we have
the perfect brush size. Right now. We are going to change the style of fruit
inside the text. And that's why I'm going
to use this forward. We're tool or you can, you can Use w bar tone
from your keyboard. So with the using of
forward, we're to, we're going to
change the style of this first image
inside the text. So let's use it. Okay, you can take a loop when I'm using this

flipped from the text. But when we're going to apply, we're going to apply

make it more beautiful. How we can do that? We can do that easily
using this dodge tool, or you can use old bottle from your keyboard for
keyboard shortcut. Using this Dodge Tool
we're going to make, is I more better? And you can take a look. We have a very small brush size, so we have to increase the brush size for
increasing the brush life. We just have to use
this brush size option. And from there you can
increase the brush size. Okay, cool. We do have 37 pixel and
that's good enough for us. And here is the hardness. You can increase the
hardness only till. Okay, I think thirty-five
percent hardness is good. And here, the type of brush, what type of performance the brush way roles like
it's called a soft round. But I think I have to
go with the hard round. Okay, Cool. Solid me. Click on this empty space, then pop-up will disappear. So let's start with
her right eye. She raised, here is

common or minus button. And you can use this View menu. And here is a zoom out option. Okay. Let me zoom out once again. Okay, cool. So let's compare between
before and after. After playing the Dodge

we have to do, we have to turn off the
eye retouching layer, then we can compare. So let me turn it off. Okay. Is it really looks good. Yeah, it looks good. But after AP plane
for our plank, the doors to this should be look much better
if we turn it on. Now it's really looks
