delegating. The goal is to do it in
an efficient manner, to be kind and generous, to do it in a kind, generous and loving
way. That's so key. The big question is, how
do I make it intrusive? How do I make it a
win-win for everybody? That's the goal. The idea is, the idea is this, that you need to get your, get your team performance
getting better. That's the idea
behind delegating. But how do I make it inclusive? How do I make it positive? Win-win for everybody? That's something
we have to keep in mind as we go about delegating. Want to make sure that
our associate does well, and that they feel supported, that they had their
concerns addressed, answered, that they have their concerns
addressed and answered. They know what
their tasks are at, that there is clarity and that we communicate effectively. Lead basically spell
it out for them. The tasks that are different
language and speech. We can give them
conversational points like that goes
along the lines of, I'm really impressed
with the work. You did a great job. I'm really
impressed with the work. I'm really impressed
with the work. You did a great job
giving, being the giver. Having a full voice. Being asked again,
endocytic about motivating, energizing your team members as you employ those
languages for delegating. What other language and
speech here goes again. I'm really impressed
with the work. You did a great job. I heard you did great. What did you do? Well, what are the parts of the
tasks that you found? Easy, or what are the
paths of parts of the tasks that you found
didn't go well for you. How can we help you? How can I help you? Is there any areas
that you need helping? What do you think
went really well in that interaction, in
your conversation? What did you what did you do? Well, I bet your
ears are burning. I heard great things about
you from management. How did it go for you? What's your take on things? Do you have any suggestions? How did that job go for you? What are the high quantity in that job for you on
that particular day? On that day. Again, what were they were there any parts of the tasks that were difficult for you that
didn't go well for you? Is there anything I
can do to help you feel ready for
really unprepared. You'll prepare. Making
it a win-win for them, that they did well. Making it all about that one
big idea of what's our goal? What is our major goal? The goal is that we serve one
purpose. It's not about me. It's about them. It's not about me, it's about, it's not about me, it's not about personalities. It's about serving the company. It's about carrying
out tasks effectively. While doing so, being generous and kind and kind
of doing it in a loving way. Language and phrase for
delegation and supervision. Here it goes. We have a lot going
on right now. Spurred some
associates to help me out in my zone, in my areas. This is a basic statement, so it's not very positive, it's not a win-win, just a basic statement
that you have certain tasks in an area. And you're asking your team
members are delegating, asking for help to perform certain tasks better in certain areas and certain
Jones incident locations. So it's a basic phrase. We have a lot going
on right now. With despair, some
associates to help me out in my zone, in my areas. This is a basic statement. It's not very positive. I'd like to make
it more positive, more inclusive, more win-win. Let's do that. Let's turn this basic
phrase, basic wording, into more positive and inclusive
statements and phrases. Something along the lines of, boy, this is an exciting
moment right now. Gosh, this is an exciting moment right now. We're so busy. It's so busy we're
at full capacity. If we could spirit too, the guys for seven hours, that will be so amazing. Again, let's make it exciting. Let's make it good. Gospel. Again, the actual

team members to come help us. Saturday between 93. I think that would be amazing. I think it would be amazing. Again, the language
phrase I can if I can get two of your team
members to come help us. Saturday between 94, I
think would be amazing. Then will be slowing down, by the way, a couple of weeks, we're going to have
some downtime. I can help you out in any
way. Just let me know. If I can help you out. A couple of weeks there
will be slowing down. And if I can help
you out in any way, How can I help? That's the big question. Again, the language
that phrase for delegating effectively, again, delegated
effectively is key. I think I can spare Sally
and James on that Monday. I think I can spare Jameson. Gave on that certain date. That can happen down the road. But right now, if you can get to over people
who worked for me, I'd be so grateful. I'm just so impressed with you. Again, you were talking to your associate, to your delegating. You're giving them praise, recognition, and you're
being kind and generous. I'm just so impressed with you. If there's anything
we can do for you. Sleep, you know, how can I help? Can we help you? I'm here for you.

Just think about that. You don't need to answer me now. You don't need to answer me now. Think about it over the weekend. If I could borrow your
Vice-President next week at B. So appreciate it. Then. You don't need to answer
me now we can think about it over the weekend
and then come Monday. You can borrow your eye. If I could borrow your
Vice-President next week, Monday, that would
be so amazing. I'd be so appreciative. Just having an open mind about that as just want you
to think about it. The idea is not to be hasty and to give them some time to think. That's so key. Always being positive and

and calming voice.
5. Additional Tips, Wording and Phrases for Effective Delegation.: Hi, welcome back. At it. Snowed tips, tools, wording and phrases for effective
delegation. Now, you're talking to
somebody on the same level. Say this is someone who reports to you or are on the same level. You asked for help. Then they come back
to you and they say, they say, is no way
I can help you. Now. They say there's no
way I can help you, then you know what
you're dealing with. So again, this is somebody
who's answering to you and you're delegating and
then you just delegate away. You say, otherwise,
I'm going to have to write that into our
report that this is something you're
not taken care of. So you ask someone for help, you ask for help
and then they come back to you and this is not I cannot help you in this or there's no way I can
help you with this. You know, what
you're dealing with. So again, if this
is somebody who's answering to you and you're delegating and then you
just delegate away. And you'd say, well,
then otherwise, I'm going to have
a rag that into our report that this is something you're
not taking care of. Now, again, have to ask your team members about how
things are looking their end. And this is something you do. You do not do when
you're not BZ yourself. There are the
different languages and different
speech and warning. And here it goes, housework looking your end. When you ask that,
they might answer. The answer might be along
the lines of if they say, Oh, I'm so busy,
I'm so overwhelmed. How do you respond to that? What should be your response? When you ask somebody
questions like housework, looking urine, need to say, Oh, I'm so busy,
I'm so overwhelmed. You say Bob, I
know that feeling. I'm so sorry. I would not ask If I will
not completely busy myself, so I know that
feeling I'm so sorry. I guess you got that now, using positive words,
employing positive wars, say if you're on the phone. We talked about
that last lecture. I'm kind of reiterating same
sentiment or point here. If you're on the
phone with somebody, you employ, you use software
part of your voice, the late night DZ voice, calming and soothing and
helpful conversation. Helpful voice. You'd say yes, I
totally understand. Having some humor behind it, having a laugh, that even a
little joke here. And then.
