1. What to Expect!: Would you actually be able to put on an improvised a magic show anywhere you go and astonish anyone. Hey, my name is faster. And over the past five years I've been impressing, meeting and performing for people all over the world with magic as my weapon. I'm currently magic Champion over 50 states in the US. And in this course I will teach you how to improvise magic shows anywhere you go and put together performances. We start by learning amazing tricks that require very little practice. And then we'll move on to had to put together and create our own performances, these tricks and concepts together with my other courses on how to perform card tricks, how to handle that, or how to perform my deck with all sorts of objects will ensure that you have the foundations to become an amazing magician. Over the past two years have been running a magic school. And I've included all of the concepts and ideas that have helped my students put together their own tricks and performances in this course, I can't wait to hear about your successes, stories, and anecdotes. I'll see you inside.
2. Vanish a Paper Ball by Counting: We're finally in the last module of the course and nobody will have had a blast. And I really hope that you're enjoying performing magic and all these new things that you're learning. So yeah, let's get into the last module, which is how to improvise a show anytime. So again, I'm going to show you a few separate traits. And then at the end I'm going to teach you how to compose a routine and when you apply these together routine. And then you can use all the tricks in the last module to put together a routine or whatever. Or you can also use the techniques that I'll show you in the last video or the last lesson to put together routines. And you have a bunch, a bunch of stuff in the repertory. I have card tricks, card, miracle card. Then vanishing coins make them appear in append and append vanishes and style that we're going to learn now with people both, it's just super exciting anyway. So enough of that ramble and now let's get onto this. So this is essentially the following. You say 123456789 and 10, right? It's a very classic, classic tricky. We've seen a magician like perform with red sponge boats. You've probably seen him do this. And we want to adapt this to paper bowls because you can find this anytime, anywhere. You can pretty much do the same trick that you can do with spongy bone with this. So essentially this trick works in the following way, right? You count, right? And as you count, the amazing thing is here you're doing a fake, fake transfer, right? You're not really putting it. All you're doing is this. It's very simple. You close your hand as you take the ball into, upon, simply do that. And of course, as we know, this is all about timing and getting that motion as if you were really putting it in your hand, right? Practicing putting it in your hands. So when you don't, it looks pretty much the same, right? So that together with the idea that when you close your hand, this bot becomes visible, then it just makes this technique so simple, right? And that, and then it travels, and then it appears. On the other hand, they can do that with the counting 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. And you can do this as many times as you want. Don't do this forever. But you will see how we can combine this with other stuff and it surely cool. So let's get onto the next part.
3. Make a Ball Appear Inside Anyone's Hand!: It's another thing you can do with the boats is make one of them vanish from your hand and reappear into a spectator hand. And this is an amazing effect. So how does it work? You tell, you, perhaps have performed this before, the one that we just learned. And then you tell them to point at a ball for instance, and they say this one, say okay, so I'll take this one and then you don't really put it in your hand. You take this one and say open your hand and then you put them together as you can. And say they have the hand open like that. You just put them here and then you tell them, Okay, You push their fingers and say close your hand and you guide them through. And then you say turn your hand over so they won't open their hand because otherwise the boats will fall. And then you mimic the action and making, right? Because in this setting year like this, and they have a two boats on their hands. They mimic the action of making the ball disappear in traveling to their hand. Then of course, you've done a compacting of the open the hand. And they won't feel that there's two bows and you open. There'll be completely amazed. Okay, so another way to do this is with three bows, but one of them is hidden in your hand. So what you do is you ask which one they want to say, they say this one, we do the same thing. You put them very compact in your hand, right? And then you put them in their hand. And this is important in put it in their fingertips. Then you guide them with your thumb and your hand to close our hand like that. And now I'm really not feeling that I have to like it. It's really that great. Tell them to turn their hand. And it's important so that they won't open their hand and both will fall, right? So they were to do here, they might check right here, they won't open because otherwise the boss will obviously fall. And then when you're in this, in this scenario where they have to vote in their hand and you have one here and the only thing that they have on here, you can make it vanish with either interventions that we've learned, right, or this one or this one, whatever. Or you can even use a pen perhaps holey like that as a one and make it vanish. And of course here we have, we resolve the conflict of looking for the ball because you simply put in your hand, vanishes into theirs and they open and instantly I have this moment where they see the two balls and that's for so. And then of course you're ahead because you have a ball concealed in your hand and you can use that for tricks, as we'll see in the future.
4. Defy the Laws of Counting: This is a great trick and I'm excited to show it to you. So let's get into it. We have one, very clearly two. And the third ball and put in my pocket out of court has someone how many books that I have in my hand, they say two and I say, yeah, but numbers I act weird around me or wherever you want to say. And I have 123 balls for some reason. So let's do it again. Watch 1, 2, and the third one in my pocket, how many balls? Of course, I don't bring anything out. How many moles do I have in my hand to ear? But for some reason, numbers act weird there, rami, low, what happens? And of course, if you've been doing the counting on this makes so much sense, the number thing. So let's do it one more time. I have to in my hand. And the last one I put in my pocket, How many do I have in my hand? Some people say to some people say three, of course I don't bring anything out. And then you say, You know what? Let's just leave it for another day. Okay, so this trick is great because a has so many other concepts that we've been talking about throughout all of the course. So of course you need three balls and the fourth one and have the trick. And yet first, let's talk about making the boss doesn't have much mystery. But in District specifically, you just want all of the bolts to seem more or less the same way as long as none, none of them have like some points sticking out like this at these characteristic or, or, or memorable, right? So you can identify as long as that's not the case, it works fine. So this week has three phases as you saw, and you can do it as long as you want. But I recommend three because it just worked for or you can do 33 times, having three in your hand and then making the boss vanish, however, works for you. And as you see, this works great with the other tricks that we've been learning. And you can combine it into great routine that gives you a few minutes of magic and surprise and fun and whatnot. So you start this trick with having one ball concealed in your hand. And then you put one very clearly to this time, you add this one, and then you add the two. And the third one goes in your pocket and you actually put this in finger palm and you keep it so you can go then you can bring it out laughter. And of course you have three bones in your hand now. And you ask, how many do I have? People say 20, say no because I always have three or whatever you want to say. Ok, so now when the effect has happened, that's a good moment to bring out your hand. Because of course, as we know, there's this idea of relating concepts are moments, ideas and of course, a magical effect of the great manipulating contact me. But I think there's two and suddenly there's three. That's a great moment to bring out my hand and no one will be suspicious or will be paying attention to it. Okay. So I guess I have to keep rolling them because I don't want I want them to look as much as boss as I can. So then the first phase, what we did is we put the first one, clearly, we put the end. Of course, this is another concept that we've been talking about is justifying that you have your hand. Right now we're going to look at your hand being suspicious because you're holding an object in this case the most, right? So in the first phase, I put the first form very clearly and the second one I added. So this one, this time I want to do the opposite so I can show this hand empty, right? So I put, I add with the first one, and then I show my hand empty and very clearly I add with the second one. So essentially we are getting this feeling that constantly I just put very clearly tuples in my hand. And the third one I took. So we're combining the moments where we're showing our hands empty and when we're doing the trick. So in the memory of the spectator or the audience, it looks as though it was very key, right? So then we add in, this time we had in the first 1, second, I have three in my Hannah, I take this one away and you can either keep it in your finger palm or you can put it away in case you're going, depending on how many faces you want to do. In my case, I'm going to put it away. Then I said don't bring anything out. And again, I'm showing my hand empty because before I did bring something out, but this time I'm not. So it looks as though I never brought something out, right, That's the memorable part. And of course we know about emphasis and recapping events that that's where we want to do. I want to emphasize when the hand is empty, we don't want to give attention to one. It's not because otherwise, they'll figure out that we did have something. Yeah, of course I don't mean anything out. How many moles do I have in my hand to the whatever? Y always have three. And then we get to the last point, which again is going to combine. So we've talked about because we take the two balls and we do a fake, fake transfer in transit action to grab that ball, right? The broader action is grabbing this bulb. So I come there and of course one in my pocket, right? And, and that's that covers everything up the timing. And of course they already know they've already seen you put two bones in your hand. They know that's what you're doing and it makes sense. And here, another, another tip. This routine is great because each phase covers the last one and it just looks at something so clean. Because here they can clearly see there's just three balls, There's nothing else. Your hands are empty. And then you actually put in just two bones in your hand while you're actually not putting anything, but that's what they feel. And you take the last one in your pocket, leave everything in your pocket. You say how many, how many, how many everyone's at sometime he said, You know what, we're not getting it. Let's just do it another day. That's another trick and it's pretty great. And of course you can combine it with the other thing that we're going to see in just a moment.
5. Create Shows and Routines: Okay, so now we're going to put this together into a broader, longer routine that you can do for a few minutes, ten to ten people at wherever you are pretty much at a bar or restaurant at home. And bad and fingers somewhere you're going to be at performing my deck that you can't find a few paper napkins laying around. Great. So there's two things I got to think about when you're constructing a routine and act a show, whatever. And of course that is, I mean, we could go very deep into this, but we're just going to touch the surface of it. And that's the internal life and the external life. Again, this is a concept coined by them and we talked about previously, had to ask Daniel, which have the idea of having this magical atmosphere where you can't even perceive a hint of trickery. So the external life is obviously what people see and the internal life is the trick, the method, all of that, right? So we're going to try to align them and have them, and have them make sense throughout both we both for its right. For instance, the external life will be the presentation. We could speak, for instance, centers a lot of counting and the three both we can speak about numbers, how they don't work the same around us and play with that idea for that theme like concept, right? So, so that could be our external life. And then internally, that's where we're going to figure out along the way, right, depending on which trig we start with and all of that. Finally, you want to be thinking ahead, right? You want to be as lazy as you can, do as little work as you can, because that will just enhance their performance, right? The one B again, it'll be contributing to that magical atmosphere of perceiving anything string. So for instance, you could start with a ball concealed in your hand. And maybe a do, do this in front of their eyes or just come out with a boy and say, Let me show you something, examined the ball. And then you could do this thing, which I'm showing you because you're watching the theory video and I want you to watch through theory radio so you take the ball, take that, put it together with the other one, and then put your index in-between. And those of you, we're splitting the ball. And then suddenly you have to write on this just to scrape you, you grab a They've just examined that. You examined it, right. And you can even show that you're squishing it enough because it just looks like one and then you put your finger and you split them, right? And it looks cool when you can get it to do as long as belonging to this instance, it doesn't look like great, but it's still cool. So anyway, then you do that, and now you have two balls and you can go into the 10, the 10 count, 123456789, and 10, right. And you can start from the beginning saying, you know what? Numbers don't really work crater on me. Like, how many balls do you see? Hear, touch it. It's one and say Right, But the moment I touch it, what? Now there's two. It's just weird. Or if I were to count to ten, right? You know how to count to 10. We've learned that, say 12345678. But when I get to nine, something weird happens. Nine and 10 numbers just don't work great around me. And then you can maybe like which one do you want one or two? And they say one. Okay. So two is for me and one is for you. But they don't work well around me because whatever and then manage it on their peers in their hand by all of that stuff. Or maybe you could start with two Bose concealed in your hand. And then you have 1, 1 out. And again, you might be talking about this or another presentation. You did figure it out. We've talked about this on the way, but now we're doing a case study of how to do this. So again, you can start with that then do this, this move that we just learned. And then you could do another move that I'm going to teach you as a gift for watching with theory video, which is passing the two balls onto the other hand but keeping one in finger palm. So you're essentially showing your two hands empty because it looks as though you have to both when you actually have three, right? You just pass it like that. And you show that to loss. So you could start like this, split one, then pass it to the other hand, and then say which one do you want? And then once again you perform. And then you pass it and you load the other one on the new performance manage, right? And then with the excuse of repeating the trick, you've got the two boss, right? And now it's way easier when there's too, because it's really hard to tell the difference between 23, both in your hand. Then you have to load the third one. You put it into their hand, they close their hand, and now you have the excuse to take up the next ball and make it, of course vanish and go into their hand. They open, they have three balls. And now what's this? You are prepared with the ball here and three balls on the table. Perfect. For you to do the hallway three routine where you put one in your hand tool in your hand, one in the pocket, the one we just learned. So everything comes together. And this is internal match and the external match, right? Because the external life, you speaking about numbers, it's a great chance to keep speaking about numbers. Can you say like, remember how numbers don't work great about me well, around me. So what you put 12 balls in my hand and one in the pocket. And of course I should have to write, or how many do you think I should have? And they say two. And you say, Well, I always have three, I don't get it right. And at the end, of course, you have this beautiful moment where you put two in your hand and one in the pocket and say, But you know what, numbers really don't work around me. Let's just do something else. You have that greater moment, right? So you see how everything comes together both internally and externally, right from the very beginning, I'm planning ahead because I have these two both concealed. So then it's like you're way ahead of the spectator kit. Like you split this ball and then you pass these boats are seeing your two hands empty. And then you put one in their hand, but in fact you're putting two, then you make one ball vanish and it's in the hand, and then you load all of them in a handy thing, they have to, but they have three. And that's a great excuse for you to bring the third ball, which is in fact of a fourth ball out, and then make it vanish, go into their hand. You have the perfect situation to go into the last trick that we just learned. And you have all of this. You start with one ball, you end with none, and you end completely clean with all of the bonds in your pocket. And with a great show and routine put for your spectators.
6. Perform Miracles With a Mug: Okay, So sadly we're at the last lesson of the course, bad. It's been a great time and we've learned so much stuff. And this is not an exception. This is a great trick. And I'm not going to get into the detail of exactly how to do it because I want you to apply all of the concepts that we've learned and construct your own routine or your own trick or whatever. Okay? We'll teach you a bunch of techniques and then little trick that you can then put together with all of the ones we've learned. So essentially, this is going to be the catalyst of our magic. And you can do a bunch of things with this. So for instance, imagine you have a ball concealed and you tell someone to examine all of your things, your magic wand, your ball, and your mug. And then when they hand you back the mug, you load this under. The load is very simple. You just give it like that. And then you take your ball, you put them up there, You take the ball with the wand, make it vanish, right? We already learned that you just put your thumb there and then put it into finger pump and the action of taking the pen, striking and then you lift the cup up. And of course you're way ahead that we just learned what you had to be internally a head. And then you put the air, and then you might say, okay, so I'll take the ball, put it in my pocket, but then of course, if you strike with the wand, it reappears. And of course it's in there. And then maybe you take this ball, you make it vanish, and you say that it can't go inside. Denote y can go inside because it's, the place is already taken by a tomato. And then you maybe take the tomato, leave it aside. And then you say that maybe you think that now the Balkan come back. But No, it can't because now there is an apple. Okay, so you have a bunch of things that you can do with this and just wanted to demonstrate this very short routine. It's not even constructed properly. I just improvise to that as I was going along. Essentially you so essentially you saw there most of the things you can do, but you can do, there's infinite possibilities for the loads. You can pretty much load anything that fits in, inside here. And all I did was when I took the ball to my pocket, I actually grab this. And then when I came out in the action of showing the ball, in fact, I maybe can push it a bit so that your eyes are driven to look at the bow. And then that's where I, again, just how I loaded the small balls. I love the tomato, right? And then it appears there and I make the bot vanish, but it can't go inside because there's a tomato or whatever, right? You just want to play along with me. You can do more stuff with the ball. You can perhaps have two outside and then put two inside. And I'll maybe you want to you want to take too. Let's see how well you can do. You can do a bunch of thing That's right. This is what I want you to do. But yeah, you can start. Everyone examines everything with two balls. And maybe you say, okay, so let's put, let's put two twin my hand, right. And then you for less per one in my hand and the other one here. And then the bulb travels to the cup and then you put two. Then you load this one together and then take this one and then it vanishes. So it goes into the cup once again, then you load this one. He takes them to your pocket or whatever, right? And you can just keep improvising, but essentially the techniques are the vanishes we've just learned. You have these techniques, you have this technique. We also learned in the previous lesson, which is having tuples and then transferring. And then it looks as though you're showing your two hands, but in fact you have three bolts, of course, keeping one in finger palm. But there's just so many things that you can do. Or you can of course split them. You can combine all of the, all of the people ball moves and combine it with the mug. And then of course you have the killer ending where you load something huge. And it appears on that just amazing and people love it every time. One of the most famous tricks in magic is the cups and balls, where you have three balls and three cups. But in this case it's an adaptation, it's a cop routine, but it's very, very streamlined, right? Because we're doing it with objects that you can find anywhere, pretty much anytime. So yeah, so yeah, you just have to play along. Think about externally where you're going to say what, what's the theme of your routine? Maybe can also be numbers. Maybe can be that weird stuff happening around you. Maybe there's no theme. You just eat. Maybe it's, maybe it's an attention test. Are you paying attention? Let's do it, right? And then stuff vanishes and reappears. And the frame is that they can pay attention. And of course, as we saw in the last video, you have to keep matching everything internally. Keep thinking ahead. Be lazy to as little work as you can do so be prepared, right? Maybe tubules loaded or one more loaded. Maybe have the tomato loaded from the beginning. Who knows right? And come up with creative stuff that you can make appear under the cup. But essentially, the techniques are pretty much that I'll give you another one that you can use. It's the ball here and you let it slide to your, to your finger palm. And at the same time, you lift the mug up and show the Blotto look at it. It's penetrating, right? That's another technique you can use. And of course you can then combine that with the flip steak and maybe you can even make the cap appear under under the mug. You can maybe do a flip stick and then reappear, but the cap is gone and it's inside the mouth. You have all of these creative things that you can do because we've learned how to pretty much everything. We've learned the techniques, we've learned the concepts, we've learned how to construct a routine. Yeah, that's pretty much it. Your last assignment for the course is constructing a great routine and trick with this that suits, as we've discussed several times, suits your personality, what you want to create, really hope that you've enjoyed all of the process, all of these lessons, all these great tricks and techniques. And I'll see you in the conclusion video.
