The way you learned your first language, without the use of having to memorize grammar rules and without the need for memorizing boring flashcards, all you have to do is relax, listen, and watch the videos. The more often you watch the videos, the faster you learn the vocabulary. When you have completed the 30 videos, you will have learned 100 of the most common vocabulary words in English.
