1. welcome: Hi dear friends. My name is Nancy. Nancy me. I'm an artist illustrator with ten years of experience. I work with different mediums, oils, acrylics, pens, colored pencils, watercolors. In this class, I want to teach you how I create realistic Paris drawing with markers. Starting to use markers can be intimidating, but after two or three drawings, it gets comfortable and joyful. Let's start. I hope you will learn something from this class. 2. materials: For the drawing, we need sketchbook or any paper that has some thickness to support molecules, eraser, pencil, and 48 colors of markets. Mindset is awful. But if you prefer other brand or other set, that's totally fine. Here is the color swatch tables, which will help us to see how the color will work on the paper. Let's go and create. 3. sketching: First, I sketch lightly without pressing too much. I don't want the pencil to be visible, so I will erase bleeder to get dashed lines effect. That will help us to use markers more effectively. As you can see, I erased the visible lines, but we still feel the pencil on paper. Now, we are going to cover in part. 4. Coloring: Let's have a look to sports to remember our palette. We won't use all of them. Ever mentioned the names throughout the process. So it will be easier for you to work with. I prefer to start from light colors most of the time. For this painting, yellow tones are my favorites with gentle movements. And in this time where I see the lights. This is another yellow named sunflower. I'm usually needs for a bit darker already has for light. These two purple color are perfect for shadow areas. I'm going to go with most shadow. As you can see, I am holding the market very lightly. I'm adding the orange color, rare. I see that shade. I want to create feather effect. That's why I work markers in that way. If you hold the market from the top, you will see you let go. The tension. This is a warm gray. I love this color. Very helpful. If you don't want to sketch your drawing with pencil, you can start using warm gray or cool gray to build the structure of the painting. In the middle of the process, I take dark colors without hesitation. But in the beginning, I don't prefer to use them. It is because if I make a mistake with light tones, it will still have some meaning and style, but I will not say it for darker tones. In this set, we don't have a black color. So I am using a sharp your black marker. Now we've finished the coloring part. In the next video, we will add some flying into the painting. 5. adding lines and finishing: I want to add some lines and I pick six colors for this purpose. You don't need to follow exact lines that I'm making. Just be creative and be free. I would like to see how your paintings turned out. Upload them to the class project. And let's discuss. I hope that you learned something from this class. Have a nice day.
