2. Reconnecting with Innocence: Welcome to today's
transformative session. In this session, we're
going to reconnect with your early years of your
life from age zero to seven. These formative years are when
we are simply more alive, more open and off of the world. At this time, love is unconditional and our needs are met just through
our presence. In this lesson, we'll
focus on gratitude, a chance to thank ourselves for simply being here
for the life itself, the body we have,
and the innocence we carry before anything
get taught by the world. By the end of this lesson, you will celebrate life itself, and we begin to heal ourselves by connecting with
purity of those ears. From birth to age seven, life is all about being
rather than doing. We exist without any
conditions simply by receiving the life itself
and the body we inhabit. We don't need to earn
love or prove ourself. We are enough just as we are. This pace is all about
gratitude for our existence, the energy we have in our body, and for the beauty
for just being alive. By understanding the
immense gift of life, body, and breath, we can
begin to honor them fully. Choose to embrace gratitude, the kind that acknowledges
and nurtures your body, your existence, and all the
blessings that come with simply being to help you connect with these
feelings of gratitude. I'm going to guide

3. Embracing Unconditional Love: Welcome to today's
transformative session. In this session, we're going to dive into an essential
practice that can change the way you relate to others and yourself,
self acceptance. For many of us, we've been told that love comes
with conditions. We've been told that you'll be loved if you're good enough, or you need to perform or
achieve before receiving love. While this has got good intentions from our
caretakers and parents, but they can leave us
feeling that our worth is tied to what we do
or how much we achieve. But true love,
especially self love, has got nothing to
do with conditions. It's all about accepting
yourself just the way you are. In this lesson, we'll
explore the impact of conditional love on your emotional well
being and self worth. We'll uncover the belief that you need to be perfect
in order to receive love and shift towards more compassionate and unconditional relationship
with yourself. By the end of this lesson, you'll have the tools to embrace fully
yourself, your flaws, your imperfections
and experience the profound freedom that comes with loving yourself
just as you are. Let's begin this journey of unconditional love
and self acceptance. Between the age of seven to 14, many of us unknowingly start to believe that love is something
which we need to earn. At this time, we
begin to search for external validations and
approvals for those around us, our teachers, our
parents, and our friends. During this cycle, we equate
love with performance, whether it's succeeding
in the classroom, following the rules
or pleasing others. We learn that our worth
is tied to what we do. That might feel like a
normal way of growing up. But it can shape how you
relate love as an adult. We may carry a belief
that we need to perform, achieve, or to be perfect
in order to receive love. And when we inevitably fall
short or make mistakes, we might feel like
we are unworthy of love altogether. But
here's the truth. Love is not a reward
for your behavior. Ove, especially self love is
all about accepting yourself just as you are without needing to perform
or prove your worth. In this lesson, we'll begin the process of unlearning
conditional love, and we begin to embrace
the practice of unconditional love
where your worth is inherent simply
because you exist. By understanding how we have internalized
conditional love, we can begin to unlearn it. Choose to embrace
unconditional love the kind that accepts and nurture through
your imperfections, insecurities and vulnerabilities,
just as you are. To help you make this shift, I'm going to guide you

4. Breaking Free from Perfectionism: Welcome to today's
powerful lesson. In this lesson, we're
going to explore a key developmental stage
between the ages of 14 and 21, a time when mind fully
starts to emerge. This is the age of
intellectual growth, independence, and the
formation of the self. During these years, we begin
to shape our identities, question the world,
and seek freedom. It's the time when we
challenge authority, form beliefs, and experience the first taste of
being rebellion. We also start to notice
our deep desire for being perfect and we develop our values and sense
of self worth. In this lesson, we're going to dive into a concept of freedom, freedom from the
expectations and the limitations which
we have internalized. By the end of this lesson, you will begin to embrace more authentic and
free version of yourself free from the need
of any external validation. Let's begin. Between
the ages of 14 to 21, our intellect starts to mature and we start forming
our identities. During this phase, we begin
to think independently, challenge authority, and
search for place in the world. Our sense of self
becomes tied to freedom, individuality, and
development of our ego. This is also the age when perfectionism begins
to take root. We start to believe that we must be perfect in order
to be valued, whether it's achieving success, meeting societal expectations or maintaining
flawless appearance. We may unknowingly
link our word to how well we perform or how close
we are to being perfect. But here's the truth. Freedom
is not about perfection. Freedom is all about
accepting the way you are, your flaws and all. In this lesson, we'll explore how to break
free from the chains of perfectionism and move towards authentic self expression
and true freedom. By understanding the
perfectionism we have terize, we can start to let go. Choose to embrace freedom, the freedom to express
yourself without needing to meet impossible standards to help you ship into this space. I'm going to guide

expression by taking more responsibilities and striving for societal
expectations. But the more we chase
these pillars of success, we truly forget what brings us true
fulfillment, contentment. In this lesson, we'll dive into the importance of contentment as a cornerstone
of true success. We'll explore the
pillars of success, not from the outside world, but the world within. By the end of this lesson,
you will begin to shift your focus from
external achievements to inner peace and fulfillment, recognizing that true success is not something what we do, but how we feel about

us fulfillment. I can relate to this journey. Before becoming a
meditation teacher, I used to be a successful
financial advisor working in one of the biggest
companies in Australia. I was driven, ambitious, and following the
social script that told me success means
having a good job, having an amazing partner, a great house, and a nice car. From the outside,
it looked great. But from the inside,
I was empty. I was constantly chasing
these failures of success, feeling empty, drained,
and exhausted. And then one day I
practiced meditation. And I had this sudden
moment of realization. I had been seeking peace
by external achievements, but all I needed to do was
close my eyes and go within. True contentment doesn't
come from the outside. It comes from within. It's a lesson. I had
to learn the hard way, but it changed my life. By understanding how we have chased the
markers of success, we can begin to shift
our perspective. Choose to embrace contentment, the kind that comes from within, without any need to prove
yourself or measure up to someone
else's expectations to help you make the shift. I'm going to guide
