1. Introduction: Hi, I'm Emily, and I'm very happy to be with
you with another class. In this class, you will learn to draw the human figure
in four different ways. After taking the class, you can muster the
human figure design by practicing the
taught methods. To enter this class, you only need to know about
the basics of drawing, and that will be enough. You also need very simple
tools in this class. With this class, take your figure drawing
art to a new level. We are rolling this class for the challenge of
learning a new skill. I'm looking forward to see you
at the very first session. Hello everyone and welcome to a new chapter of designing
and sketching with me. We're going to create figures. And after that, I'm going
to teach you how to do it. So first, I'm going to
tell you the equipment that you need during this
course and this chapter. You need a normal
pencil and a B6 pencil. For this course. These two pencils are enough. Then you also need enter the
eraser and a normal eraser, which are actually the base of all of our
chapters and courses. For starting this course. Just having these four is enough
2. Drawing the human figure using geometric shapes: Hello again and
welcome to another. And actually our first
episode of this tutorial, let's start creating
figures together. First of all, we are going
to create a woman's figure. And in order to sketch
a woman's figure, I'm going to say it's
a bit different. Comparing two, sketching
a figure of a man. Then I'm going to tell
you while I'm doing it. As always, for starters, I'm going to start
with the head. So I'm going to start with
the head over here as well. So my hand will move freely and I create a
circle as the head. You can have your normal
Pencil and work with it. So it would be lighter
and it would be easier for you even
if you make mistakes. So you can create your head as the shape of a
circle or an oval. Not too much but a little. It can be shaped towards oval. For the neck, I'm going to
consider a small circle. And for the chest area onto the end of my ribs and the
end of the chest bones. I'm going to create
a shape like this. See, this is the end of the ribs and of the bones
for the chest. For women. Then I'm going to
create two circles again for the two shoulders because I want to
create the joints. And then I'm going to
create the stomach area. Even for that, I'll use another circle very easily with just these few
geometrical shapes, we could have created the head, the shoulders, and the stomach. Now, for the waste and the
lower body part, I'll Riemann. We create a triangle like that. And then I'll create two more triangles which
are turned this way. This would be her bottom. Thank him. The size of
that can be different. Can differ based on the
size of her bottom. So that's just a normal shape. I'll consider this area
as the bottom of my or basically as the
beginning of my leg. And I'm going to
continue up to here. It would be this tall. And then I consider a
circle for my knee joint. Then I'm going to create a
leg like this. From here. It would be the
beginning of my leg. I can put one leg behind the other one or I can
place it just next to it. Your choice, Rayleigh. Then I'm going to create the lower parts of
the legs, the cows. And then I consider two joints
as circles for my ankles. And then I'm going to connect these two parts
together with lines. So I consider two more
circles for the ankle joints. Alright. Then, because I want to show that this
leg is more in front of created and then the other one would
be placed behind it. This is my first foot, which is more in front and this foot which show that
it's in behind. So I'm also going to erase all the extra lines so it
would be more visible for you. I wanted to be cleaner
and more visible. Alright. Now I want to create her arms, as in all these parts, even the parts that I've joined, the bones and joints. I'm gonna do this same
thing for my arms. This circle represents
the joint of the elbow. And then from my shoulder, I create lines to
create the arm. And then this circle
would be representer of my wrist joint and I
attached the hand on it Again, on the same track, on the same level, I create another joint for
the elbow, the other elbow. And as the same measurements, I come down to create the
wrist joint and of course, the other hand as well. So does the sales
that we could create. We have created this
beautiful woman's figure. Okay? So you can actually alter anything you like in this
figure, for example, you can make more distance between the arms, take them up, take them low, or even change the angle and the
view of your figure. So I'm going to create another figure with
more details this time. I have the head. I would have the neck. For the chest area. I'm going to use a
shape like this. And this curved line is
actually the end of the chest, the end of the ribs. I'd have the stomach here, triangle for the
lower body part. And another, actually two other
triangles for the bottom. You see basically from the shoulders till the bottom
of the women's figures, you can see a triangle. Over here. I create two more
triangles for her bottom. I told you before it is
size of the triangles depend on the size
of her bottom. Then I create the knee joints. And I bring my lines down to get the legs very easily. Then I Sketch to ankle joints and I connect my lines again
to create decals. And of course, I will not
forget about the feet. Again, I'm going to create
two circles as two joints. For example, this
time I want to have one arm going up like this. The elbow, the wrist. Here goes the hand. And I want to Sketch The second
arm going down from here. This would be my elbow. And here it goes. It's right next to the leg. Just as easy as that you can create your a specific
figure in different shapes. And here goes hair, breasts. Alright. Now I'm going to
Sketch immense Figure. Well, for creating
a man's figure, we're going to start the
same as we did for women. So I'm going to
start with the head. That's the same part. I'm going to have a
man's head as an oval. Then I'm going to
work on his neck. In this way. Again, you can create
a circle as his neck. But because I'm going
to actually take it to the next step and make
it more professional. I'm just getting it out
of its beginner shape. So you can do the same. We can do it in a beginner way using the circle as the neck. But I want to take
it to the next step, so I will create
the neck like this. The most important thing in sketching figures is that
you can move your hand freely and you can create
the lines wherever you want. As you can see, the
chest area is wider for men comparing to
what we had for women. And then I get this area
with a curved line, the end of the chest and
Fordist stomach part. We've created a circle for women's figure,
for their stomach. But in men's figure, we're going to create an
oval for their stomach. It might even have
a six pack here. The lower part of the
body would be like this. It's actually going to be the exact opposite shape of what we had for the
upper body part. Then you reverse it. It's like that and it's
for their lower body part. Okay. I'm going to work on the legs. Again. First of all, I determine the knee joints. And then like that
I'll come down creating the legs. Okay. And then I'm going
to sketch the calls and connecting them
to my ankle. Joints. Again, red circles. Just like this. I've created the
legs and defeat. You can see we're almost done with the man's figure as well. I'm going to create
the arms again. The same thing that we
did for women's arm. We're going to do the same
thing for the men's arm. I determine the elbow
joints creating the arms. And of course the rest joints
should also be determined. Alright? And the hands. Just as easy as that. Alright, I can even add
some more details to him. I'm actually highlighting
the main parts of my work. See. You can determine them
from the extra lines. Six packs is abdominal
and the pelvis area and of course, the legs. So I'm just highlighting
my main lines. So you can see my main sketch. I should also do the
same thing for the arms. Alright, I'll
continue over here. And my man's figure is
finished right here. In the next episode, we're going to
create the figures in different angles and
in different postures. So see you next time.
3. Linear and angular method of human figure drawing: Hello again, Welcome
to a new episode of figures sketching with me. In this episode, I'm
going to teach you a very simple way in order
to create your fingers. This way that I'm
going to tell you is actually the most simple, which is linear and angular way. And you can create any figure
that you like in this way. So first of all, I'm going to create a very
simple figure with this way, the linear and angular way, the linear and angular method. So first I'm going to
start with the head, which obviously is going
to be created as a circle. So I'm sketching a
circle as the head. And then for the neck, I'm going to create
these two lines. And then I'm going to
work on the shoulders from here up to the
upper body part, up to the end of the
upper body part. I'm going to create lines. You see very easily. I've created my her and mid
body part with my lines. Then I put these two over here, which are actually the knees. They are on the same way, on the same track. So then I'm going to
create the calls. So the parts below the
knees and then defeat. Just as easy as that. I've created a human figure. Okay? Then I'm going to add the arms in whatever
shape that I like. This is a very beginner and
easy way and a z method of creating a figure that if you don't have enough time for
analyzing your figure, it's good for you to
create it like this. For example, I want to sketch another figure which is running. Again, I say this is the simplest and easiest
method of creating a figure. So first of all, I
create the head, then I go for the shoulders and creating the
upper body part. Up to the pelvis. I continue the shape of
the hand and the arm. I don't want to work on
it too much for now. I create the rest of the body. From here would be the bottom of the pelvis and
starting of the leg. And he goes at knees, which is bent because, well, our figure is running, as I said, very easily. I could have created and sketch. They're running figure C, just some lines and angles, as it is said in the
name of our method. So I'll complete
the arms as well. And I'm going to create
the other one in this way. So just as easy as that, very easy and very simply, we're just considering the
angles we could have created. Actually, we have created
a running figure, or we can also do dancing style. I mean, I can create a
figure which is dancing. I want to sketch another figure, which the head is
a bit tilted so one shoulder is upper
than the other one. Then I come all the way
down to the stomach. This shoulder goes on as well. And I come all the way down. This is my upper body part
and I'm going to create the legs. Here we go. The knees and the foot. And the second leg and
foot would go there. In this angle. Again, you see the
head is tilting and one leg is more in front and
one leg is more in the back. It's more behind
than the other one. Then I create the arm
and even the hand. And I create the other arm
on this side, obviously So here we go. Just as easy as that
I have sketched. And another figure. This is my third finger
with the same method. And I'm going to create
even another one. So for my fourth finger, again, I'm going to
start with the head. That's the way I start
all of my fingers. This time my finger is
in a three phases view. Very easily and
very beautifully. I can create these kinds
of figures very fast. You just need to know the
lines and the angles. Now will be enough. C. And the second leg goes here, the food goes here. As you can see, this one is a woman. So God, some breasts for her. And the second arm
starts from here and goes all the way to the
back. There. She goes. Okay. Just playing
with the head a bit. And this was my fourth, my fourth finger, which
I've created very fast. I'm going to create
another figure for the last figure of this episode. So ahead. As usual, the neck and the
upper body part. This is his back, his bottom, and this is his bag. This is the arm coming out. And the hand. This is the other arm and the hand. The bottom of my fingers over here and the legs, of course. You can see how fast I'm sketching all of these
figures with this method. It's very easy. Again, I say it's fast and
it's for the time that you don't actually
have the time to analyze your model too much. As you can see, my fourth
finger is in the side view. This would be the leg which is on the other
side of the body, choosing the behind as well. So here we go. All done here. Just these Yazdi,
as simple as that. We could have created v, could create five figures with linear and angular
method very fast. Follow me in the next episodes.
4. Drawing male body figures by analysis method: Hello again. Welcome to a new episode of sketching
figures with me. Okay. As I told you before, we have learned to sketch primary sketches
of women and men figures. Now we want to add
more details into our basic and primary figures. I want to actually do this
right figure for you. I wanted to create this
right figure for you. Now, first of all, I
should analyze my model. See, the head of my figure
is an oval. It's obvious. Of all figures are actually
the size of one head. So as the size on one head, the neck comes down from the beginning to the
end of the shoulders. I mean, from right to
left of the shoulder. I will place a line like this. And of course until the
end of the chest bone, chest area and the ribs. I'll create another line. Because my finger is in
a three-phase his view. I should have to create this upper body part of
my finger like this. I should analyze
it like this tomb. Then from the middle part, from the center I come
down until the pelvis. And for the pelvis, I'm going to consider a cube, which again because
my finger isn't a three faces view
my cube is going to be in the three phases
we use as well. Alright? The legs are exactly the same as I've taught you in
our previous sketches. First, I will determine the joints and then I
connect them all together. Do the same thing
for the ankles. Just as I told you before. Okay. And then for the arms, I'll do the same thing. First of all, I
determined the elbows. From the shoulder,
I create a line to the elbows and another line
from the elbow to the wrist. Just as easy as that. First, if you
analyze your figure, it would be easier for you
to sketch it yourself. In the first system, I'm going to transfer the analyze of my
finger into my paper. I'm going to start with
my HB pencil and I will start with my fingers head. I sketch an oval. The upper part of
my 0 wall is bigger and the lower part is smaller. It looks like an egg. As I told you before. The neck is actually
as long as a head. Of course, as wine as the head. I'll draw it like that. Then. I should create this
part of the chest area. I should draw it. And I'm going to do it
exactly as I've analyzed it. Because my figure is standing
in a three faces view. I can see less
shoulder on this side and more shoulder on this side. The width of the
shoulder is more on this side because of the
angle he's extending. And so from here, I draw this curved line for
the end of the chest area, the bottom of the ribs. And I will draw his spine that I actually
show it with a line. Then I'm going to draw and
sketch his pelvis that, as I told you, we're
going to show it as a cube, three phases cubed. And then for the legs, again, I'm going to determine
the placement of the nice. You can see over here, one of my legs is totally
straight and standing firm I place it straight and
then I get help from this leg in order to create
the other languages. Elizabeth bent on the knee. So my second knee, because it's see,
it's bent a bit. It's a bit upper than this one. So I'll consider an angle like that and this would
be my second Ni. Okay. Then the leg
itself coming down, bringing them down
to draw the ankles. Alright. Half their data. I'm going to start
with the arms. They would start from
here coming down. This would be my elbow. And if I come all the way down, I would have my
wrist and my hand. I'll do the same
thing on this side. I'm just transferring
my analyze finger onto my own paper. Alright, now I'm going to add more details
in the next step. I'm going to start from the top. So I'm going to shape the neck and actually attach
it to the shoulders. This would be the left shoulder. Okay. Then I'm going to start with my models chest
and I'm going to do it with a darker pencil so
you can say it more vividly. First, I should
sharpen my pencil and here I can continue. This area would be my chest, basically his chest, but
you know what I mean? And over here, I bring it down. This is the bottom of the ribs. The ribs and the
end of the chest. Over here, I have
the stomach area. Or as we've said before, here is actually the
six packs of our model. So I'm going to draw
great apps for him. Creating six packs. I'm just easily drawing
and sketching here. Then I want to work on the
lower body part of my figure. Here goes his pelvis, the bottom, and the front. This is the end of his lower
body part and of the pelvis. Then I have to
consider the legs. First of all, I'm
going to draw and sketch the leg which is
a straight up and firm. Then I get to the knees and I'll bring it
down till the ankle. And as you can see him kinda shaping some muscles
as I'm coming down. Just with my lines, I am determining the muscles that he has because he
has a muscular body. So he has lots of
muscles as he had apps. And I'm going to start my second leg from
behind this one. Here we get to the knee Creating get all
the way from here. And again to calve all
the way to the foot. See, as I'm working with my darker pencil and going on my main lines
and adding details. You can actually see
my model right here. And at last we are going
to execute the arms. So over here I come
down because again, my body is in a
three-phase says view. We can not see much of this arm, but they can see a part of it. I get to the elbow and
I come down until I hit the wrist and I'll create
the hand, even some fingers. And for this side, It's the same thing. First of all, I have
to create the arm. I have this sketch
and draw the arm. And then I'll do the same thing as I've always done before. Bring down to the wrist
and create the hint. Alright, here we go. At last, I'm going
to do to head. And of course, one
ear on the left side, which can be seen in our models. So I place it in my model two. Alright, here again, you see how easy we could create finger
based on analyzing our model. First, we have Ashley transfer that analyzed mono
into our own paper. And we've created
our own man figure. Just adding some more details. And just like that,
it's finished. So you can actually
do the same way. You can use the same
method in order to sketch and draw all
different kinds of figures. It's a very, very
simple and easy way for creating all different
kinds of figures. That first we've
analyzed our model and then we've transferred
are analyzed model. And we added the details
5. Drawing the male body from another direction by analysis method: Hello again and welcome
to another episode. All the sketching in
drawing figures with me. This episode, I'm
going to analyze the second figure and
apply it to my papers. So exactly like the
previous episode, I start my work from the head. I create a circle. I draw the neck and I'm going to draw a line
for the shoulders. As you can see, my figure is in the front view, so I'm going to apply it and
draw it in the front view. Alright. Then I create
a line as the spine. It's actually a bit a curved. So then again, the pelvis
of my man's figure, again as the shape of a cube. Then the knees would be
determined like this. Then I would have the
ankles and defeat. In this figure. I'll do the same
thing as I did in the previous ones.
What was that? It was actually looking at
your figure the simplest way possible and apply it
the simplest way possible. That's why we analyze
our figure like this. So after analyzing my model, I'm going to transfer this analyzed model onto
my own paper and draw it. First of all, I'm going
to create the head. Pay attention that the
head is in this direction. So I apply it and created
in this direction. I draw it here. Then I will draw the
lines for the neck. And then I want to draw
and sketch the shoulders. You see it has an angle like that with the
angle of the head. So my second line, which is my shoulder line, will be placed in this angle. It's a bit more strength. And as you can see, the width of my shoulders are
as the size of two heads. If I want, I can put
two heads on the left, one on the left, and
one on the right. So I consider this as the size
of one head on each side. As you can see, my spine is a bit curved, so create a curved line
for the spine area. Then from here, I'm going to Determine the end
of the chest area. And when I connect an attach
these lines together, I'll have my chest. Okay. So I'll do is up to here. And then I'm going to have an oval as the stomach
and a cube as the pelvis. It's his lower body part. Then I'm going to
work on the legs. First leg would be in
this direction. You see? It's completely straight
and in 90 degrees. So first I'm going to
consider a line in the 90 degrees and then I
apply the leg in this angle, I will have the knee over here. And then this lower part, I have the ankle. Okay. There goes a second leg. See? It has a bit of an angle
with my second leg. It's a bit curved. And I place it on
this curved line. It's a tire, not too
much, just a bit. And then I place it like this. Here goes the ankle. Okay. I'm also going to
work on the arms. This would be my elbow. My right elbow comes from here and the
wrist is over here, right next to the pelvis. And that would be the hand. I'm going to draw
the second arm. The elbow is over here and The wrist is here on the chest. Okay. Now I'm going
to detail this work. First of all, I'm going to shape the neck the way that
I'm seeing in my model. So first of all, I should shape the neck. Then I would determine
the chest shape. The ribs can also be seen. So I'm actually applying
all the details that I can see
that I'll continue the waist and the stomach
area will be determined. That over here again, we will have six bags. Okay. Over here we have our pelvis, which is actually the bottom
part of the man's body. Here's the top of the pelvis
and here's the bottom. Then I'm going to
work on the legs. First, I'm going to draw
this leg, the left leg. I'll connect the top
part of the leg to the knee as the same time I'm creating the
muscles as well. With my lines determining
some muscles. Over here I have the cow health and I have the bottom
part of the leg. Attach it to the ankle and foot. Okay. Then I'm going to
work on this one. The other leg, the right leg is going to be exactly
the same way. I'll attach my lines to the knee and bring it down to the ankle. Here it goes. The ankle and foot. See. I've sketched my man's figure. I drew every part. I need it. Now the only part
left is the arms. So I'll start so I'll bring it to all the
way down to the elbow. And from here, I can move
towards tourist area. And at last I can have the
hand place it over here. Okay. I would also have to
create the arm on this side. I get to the elbow area
and this part of the hand, this part of the arm is actually
coming up to the chest. Here we have the wrist and here I'll place the hand
almost on the neck. Let me erase this area so it would look vivid for
you and it would be clear for you where to hand actually is. Okay. So I'm also going to work on the details
of this is Sketch. Get everything the way I want. And as we can see very easily, we could sketch and draw our second figure with
analyzing our model Now, with the same method
of analyzing the models, I'm going to draw some
more figures for you. I'm only going to
create the base, base of the figure, and I'm not going to go
into the details anymore. For example, imagine a
figure which is standing. For example, standing
facing to the side. Let me tell you how we
are going to sketch that. I start with the head, the neck is its own place. Then I'm going to sketch
and draw the chest. I'm drawing it like this because my model is on this side view. This would be my models chest, the chest area, the
bag, the spine. This is the pelvis area. This is the shoulder area. Here would be the elbow, the wrist, and the hand. Can determine the arm like that. And the other arm, for example, is coming from the back, coming out from the back. You can actually create your figure in any way
that is in your mind. You can sketch the base of your figure with
analyzing the model. And then you can add the
details as you like. To imagine that my
figure is walking, so I'm going to place
one leg in the back. Leg should be behind and the other one should
be in front of that. So the knee and the foot. This would be the front leg. The knee. And here comes the foot. See, now my figure is walking so very easily and
fast like that. You can sketch and
draw a walking Figure. Just remember to create
the basis of your Figure. The way you want in your head, the way you imagine it with analyzing the model with
geometrical shapes. And then you can add as much details as you
like into your own work. For my third figure, I'd like to sketch and
draw a figure dancing. This time to head is a circle because the head is facing down. Because the head is
actually facing down. You cannot see the neck. And just after the head, I'm going to draw the chest. Syria. See the head is tilting down to head is facing down so
you can not see the neck. Now, I'm going to show the
bend back with a curve, the spine, you see
this is the spine. In his dance
posterior does Fine, is in this position. And the back is a bit bent. That's what I've showed
over here with this line. Then I and draw the pelvis and then I want
to draw the legs. One of them would be here to the knee and all the
way down to the foot. And the other one would
come down from here. It's kid me toward
inside a little. Now I'm going to create
and draw the arms. I first determined joints, the shoulders and the elbows. And then I'll
connect all of them together to draw
the arms and hands. See, this is my third figure
dancing in this posture. It's just very easy to create. The analyze method is one of the simplest and easiest
ways to draw figures. I hope you've enjoyed it. Follow me in next episode.
6. Cylindrical method in human figure drawing: Hello and welcome
to a new episode of drawing in a sketching
figures with me. Alright. In this episode, again, I'm going to teach
you another method to draw your figures. In this method, we are
going to learn how we can make a figure
into a 3D shape. We can actually
make 3D body parts. Or it has another
name day also call it the cylinder method. So it means that from one
joint to another joint, we're going to create a
cylinder for each part. For example, imagine that
I have a man figure here. First of all, obviously, I'm going to start
with the head. Okay. Then I'm going to work on his neck, which looks like a
cylinder as I told you. So then I'm going to
get the shoulder. And as you can see, I'm
making it with volume. So I'm drawing good fit volume. Then I come down up to here
to create the chest area. And in here the upper body part, and this is the middle
part of the body. I have this spine here. And again, I kinda create a
cylinder for his pelvis area. Same. The difference is that I'm trying to draw all the parts
with a volume with them, with a dimension with them. See, let me erase this area, making it better and cleaner. See this area as the pelvis. Here would be the
beginning of our legs. We have two joints
over here which are actually binning the beginning
parts of the two legs. Sorry. For this lower area. Again, I'm going to draw a cylinder in the angle and
in the direction that I want, For example this way. And then I'll continue
them until the next joint, which is my knee. Then again for the lower part
of the leg, for the Celts. Again, I'm going to
draw some kind of a cylinder that again, I close up here. And at last I'll have
my foot in this area. I'll do the same thing. You're saying as I
said in the beginning, it's also called the cylinder
method or the 3D method because I'm going to draw all
the body parts in a 3D way, making them more
volume and dimension. Actually say that this method
is a bit more complex and more professional based on the other methods that I've taught you in
previous episodes. Comparing to them. This is more professional. I can say maybe a bit
difficult or a bit complex. Comparing to them. For the arms, I'll do the same thing. I'll continue down to
the elbow and the hand. The same procedure will be followed for the other
arm, the left one, trying to draw a cylinder
and going down over here, right up to the hand. Okay? This is also
a very good method. You can use it to draw
your own figures. Bit more volume and dimension. With my darker pencil, I'm going to highlight
my main lines. So you can see the main
shape of my figure. See, here I go all the
way down to six packs. Then ending parts, starting
the pelvis right away, then continuing with the legs. Kinda have more volume to it. I'll do the same thing
for the other side, for the right side. Here we go. Then into continuous of that. I would have the
ankles and defeat. So as you've learned up to here, you can draw and sketch
any kinds of figures in any kinds of different postures with two different methods, very easily and very fast. One of my students have
problems drawing arms. Therefore, in next episode, I'm going to explain
the arms more. Going to tell you how you
can draw them specifically. Might consider that as
a separate episode. So this method was also easy, maybe a bit more complex
compared to the previous ones. So here we go. This
is our man figure. There are 3D method. I hope you've enjoyed it, follows in the next episodes.
7. Drawing different hand positions: Hello and welcome
to a new episode of figure is sketching with me. One of the problems that
my students have in sketching figures is
actually drawing the arm. So I'm going to tell you how
you can draw different arms. We have some different
models over here and first, we're going to analyze
them together. This is a very normal
shape of an arm. This was the shoulder
area obviously. And this part would be the shoulder area which
I've created with a circle. Then I have the elbow area, and then I have the wrist area. All of them as circles
connected to each other. You've already learned debt. Now, I want to transfer this
same shape into my Paper. See, over here, let
me take this one. Over here. I have the shoulder area. I would have the shoulder joint, which is a circle. And then I'm going to connect the shoulder joint to the elbow joint with a line. And then with an
angle like this, I come up and I'll
have my wrist. Ok. Now we are going to work
on the muscles of our arm. This is obviously
the prominent part of our shoulder muscle. Then this is actually our bicep. The bicep muscle from here. It comes toward the body itself. From here, I'll come down
a little and then from the elbow would occur all
connected to this inner part. So I'll make a distance. And from here I start sketching the second
part of the arm. Sketching and drawing
the muscles for the second part of the
arm below the elbow. And I'll continue up to here in the wrist and in there is area. I'll just turn it back. Because as you can see, the wrist is bent on, do the same thing for here. Then I'll work on
the hand itself. See, you should consider the hand in this direction
and in this way. This is up to this
part of the hand. Without the fingers. It should look like a
cube, a rectangle cubed. Then I will add the fingers
and I'll consider it spent. So I have four fingers here. Again into continuous. I'll have four
parts a bit below. So I can show the fingers. Then I erase the extra lines. And just as easy as
you've seen right now, you can draw a beautiful arm with lots of muscles like this. So this is our
hand, arm and hand. I want to consider this
one for my second figure. Again, I determine the elbow, the shoulder, and the wrist. And I connect them all
together with a line. You see how easy it is. There are just three circles and two lines connecting
to each other. This is the basis of our Sketch. I'm going to transfer the
analyze model into my papers. This would be the shoulder, I'll come down, this
would be the elbow. And I go a little up, which goes the wrist. Now again, various slowly and considering all the
muscles in all parts, I'm going to complete
my arm here. I should consider each
one of the muscles. From here, this
muscle will finish and I'll go with the
bicep, the second muscle. And from here, we will
go to create the elbow. And the second part of the arm. See, this is the elbow bone. And from here I'll
go toward this side, the shape of a muscle. And as you can see, he's hand is in the
shape of a fist. I have four fingers here. I'll finish it and
I'll add this part. Then with my sketching pencil, I highlight the main
lines of my work. You see that it got so
similar to the model. So all you need
is a bit of time. Don't rush through
it and just be more specific about each
detail in your work. Here we go. So this is a second arm. Now I'm going to
work on this figure. This arm that the fist
is coming forward. This is the shoulder. This is my elbow. I'll connect them with a line, and here I have the wrist. So I'll draw the same
thing on my paper. This would be the shoulder
joint connecting it to the elbow and going up to draw the wrist joint. Okay. From here, I'm going
to draw the muscles. From here, I go down. I'm following the lines exactly
as I've seen my models, so don't worry about it, just follow the procedure. And of course, because the
fist is coming forward, the fist is seen bigger. So I'll consider this
part as the elbow. As I come up, it gets a
bit thinner and smaller. But again, because the
fist is coming forward, I shoot dry bigger. This is the part where I
should draw the wrist. See my dear friends, again, we should
consider this as a cube. So over here, I have a cube in this direction and
in this way cube. And then I add the
fingers on top of it. 123.4 is Alyssa create
the finger lines for it. The bend shape of the
fingers and duress. And over here we'll
have the thumb. Here we go. And the bottom part of the fist. Okay. Then I'm going to erase extra lines with my
answer is Eraser. So just like that, you can create a
fist coming forward. Then it can I switch to
my sketching pencil? I'm highlighting the main lines so you can see them
better and more clear. Harry ago, going with
the thumb and the rest of the four fingers. All right. Here I go. Now, let's work on a specific
hand together this time. Again, in even working
on a specific hand, you can use the
analyzing methods. For example, first of all, I have a shape like this. I have four joints plus
this area which was added. And then again, I can add
the finger joints on it. I'll do the same
thing on my paper. So you can use the
same analyzing method even for smaller parts, like the hand itself
specifically. So I consider it a
shape like this. I consider four joints over here that I can pay attention to
the shape of my fingers and place the joints the way that I want in their
own placement. Okay, you see how easy it is. Now from here, I'm going to start drawing
my first finger. Come up and I'll create
it and drawing it on, do the same thing for the
second finger. Coming up. This would be the third finger. Again. Same way. Coming down and the last finger,
the fourth one. The little finger would go here. Okay. Then I'll add some details like curved areas and prominent areas that
dense and the bumps. I even considered
the nails on it. And coming all the way down, taking in more detail
and better looking. Just as easy as that. We can even work on
the smaller parts. When you want to even draw them a specific
land separately. You can even spend
more time on each one of these figures
to add more details. But the basic COVID, degenerate shape of
it is just that easy. So here it is. Alright. I hope
that you've enjoyed this tutorial as much as you could and see you
in next tutorials.
