1. About this course: Do you want to create this
cute Halloween decorations? Then this course is for you. In this course, I will
provide you with a template and also show the process how
to create this decorations. You can use them for your
Windows or for paper crafts. The only thing that you need is colored paper scissors glue
into a bit of patients. This is a great way to spend a bit of crafting
time with your kids, especially in this
time of the year. In this course, I
will show you how to create acorns, chestnuts, mushrooms, pumpkins,
a crazy bet, and of course, a super cute
hedgehog with a witch hat. Are you ready? So let's begin.
2. Paper & Templates: In order to create
this paper crafts, I have provided the
templates which you can cut out and used to transfer
on the colored paper. You can create this
hedgehog, this crazy bad, the pumpkins, the moon, the mushroom, and the
acorns and chestnuts. I have included the colored
versions of the templates so that you can use them as a reference material
for your work, for your crafting project, you will need colored
paper that you can buy in any crafting store. Not be limited by the color
that I'm showing here. You can of course, choose
any color that you want. Personally, I chose this
slightly pastel colors, but as I said, do not feel pressure to use
the colors that I chose. You can use whatever
colors are available. You can also paint white paper into whatever
colors that you want.
3. The Hedgehog: After you have decided which color to use
and which element, you have to cut
template out and then transfer this shape
with a pencil, like I'm doing here. I chose brown for the
spikes of the hedgehog. The spikes will be the backdrop
of the other elements. The pencil lines will
be the guide for cutting out certain elements. So after you have cut out
the different elements, you can try to compile them and see how
they work together. So basically the
spikes are in the bag, the pause eyes and the
rest are in the front, the ears are behind the
body and the spikes, as I said, are in the back. Since the inside of the
ears has this pink color, I'm using a pink paper sheet
to transfer the shape of the inside of the ear as well as the blush for the hedgehog. I do that with all the
elements, like the leaves, the paws, the different pink parts and black
parts and so on. So basically I have
transferred all the shapes, a different sheets of
colors with the pencil. And after that, I will cut
them out with scissors. Now, I have cut all the
elements with the scissors. So now we can position them together in order to
create the hedgehog. First, we'll place the ear
elements on this bike. Elements, don't forget to put the pink part on the
outer part of the ear. So the spikes are in the bag, then come the ear and
then come the body. It is placed over the ears. So the year elements
are covered like that. This makes the gluing the
parts together easier. After that, I place the eyes and the nose
and the mouth on it. By the way, if you
don't want to mess with the eyes and the
nose and the mouth part. You can also draw them
directly onto the body part. After that, you place the
blush on the body part. It's okay if not, everything is aligned perfectly. It's just a test to see
how it works together. After that, we'll
place the front pose and the back pose on the body, and of course, the
elements of the witch hat. And after that, we glue
all the elements together. After the elements have
been glued together, we can see how it works. Basically, you could
use this hedgehog for Windows or tape
it to whatever. During Halloween season, you
can use it with the head, but you can also use it
for fall decoration.
4. Crazy Bat: So after the hedgehog
has been glued together, now we are doing the bet. We are placing the wings behind the body part and then the
head comes on the front. Of course, the rest
of the head elements come to the absolute front. So they come on the head. You don't have to be super exact when placing the
elements at this stage just to see how it sticks together or how it
works together. And use the reference
sheet as a reference. You place the pink
parts on the ears, then come the teeth
and the eyes on top. What I did here is to draw the black parts of the eyes
directly into the eyes. You could do the same
with the hedgehog. I also did the same
with the teeth parts. Here I have glued the head together and now I'm positioning the body parts so
that they can also be glued together so that we
can place the face on it. After that, I glue the
elements together. And now we have our crazy bet.
5. Cute Pumpkin: Next we're doing one
of the pumpkins. It's pretty easy in this case. You just have the green part, the orange part, the
eyes and the mouth. It's pretty easy to position
them for easier positioning. I have already
decided the place on the pumpkin so you can go
over the parts with a pencil. It makes the gluing
together later, easier. After that, the pumpkin
is glued together. We can use it as a Windows
decoration or wherever. Then think you can only
limit it to Halloween. You can basically use it
during all the fall season.
6. Scary Pumpkin: Now comes the scary pumpkin. In this case, it has more
irregular eyes, teeth, and nose, and isn't as
cute as the cute pumpkin. By the way, in Japanese, the word Hawaii, it
stands for cute. But then there's
the word Hawaii, which stands for scary. It's actually pretty
close together. But the one pumpkin is
cow eye and the others. So after the parts
of place together, we will glue them together. Now we have glued the
pumpkin together, and now we have our
Kawhi, scary pumpkin.
7. Mushrooms & Co.: Now comes the evil mushroom. As you can see, I have cut
out the red base completely. So it's not just the head, but also the base which I'm
covering with the white base. The reason behind it is that
it sticks together better. If you want to tape
it on a window, then it won't fall apart
in we'll stick easier. Now we placed all the elements
together and it's okay if it's a bit of when the
elements are glued together, then you can decide how
to place them together. So now that the mushroom
as glued together, you can see that it is
really easy to handle it because it has the base that you glued the
other elements on. An extra, I decided to add an evil mushroom as well as
an acorn and the chestnut. The procedure is the same
way as the other parts. Decide which colors
you want to use. Feel free to decide how
you want to make them. In this case, the
mushroom top and the bottom are separate because it has a pretty large stem. But in case of the
acorn in the chestnuts, I'm using a bigger base because it is easier to handle them and they
are pretty small.
8. Conclusion: So now we have taped
all the parts together. The acorn, The
Chestnut, the mushroom. I have also added the
clouds and the moon. I did not include the
process because it's, you don't have to glue
everything together. You just have to trace the outline on the
paper and cut it out. And of course we have
our scary pumpkin and now cute pumpkin and
our annoyed mushroom. And our crazy bet. And of course, our cute hedgehog with us carry which hat on it. So after Halloween you
can just remove the head. Then you just have
the fall hedgehog. I hope that you have enjoyed this course and I hope
that you have a lot of fun of recreating this
cute and scary animals with your paper crafts. Feel free to post them
in the project section, I'm looking forward to
see which colors you have chosen and which elements
you may be have edit. So good luck and have fun.
