1. Welcome and Overview of Course: Well, hello there,
and welcome to making dynamic presentations
with PowerPoint. In this course, you'll
learn how to design clean, professional and
visually compelling presentations using
the advanced tools PowerPoint has to offer. With over a decade of experience in multimedia
and general computing, I'll walk you through
every step from choosing the right layout and theme
to adding three D models, icons, and smart transitions
using the more feature. You'll discover how to structure your content for maximum impact. Apply animations to highlight
keypoints and bring your ideas together into a
smooth polished presentation. By the end of this
particular course, you'll create your own five
to ten slide project as well on a topic of your choice
and export it in video, show, and editable formats. If you're ready to elevate your presentation skills,
let's get started.
2. Setting Up the Presentation: So in order to start
creating your presentation, first of all, you need
to open a PowerPoint, which I've already done, and I'm in the homepage
as you can see here, where I can choose one of the templates or choose
a blank presentation. Let me just choose blank presentation here
just like this. And over here, what
you can do is you can go ahead and then
add in details. So uh, it's actually showing
me some design ideas. Let me just stop showing
the design ideas right here and then create
everything from scratch. So let's just go ahead and
start from scratch R here. So now I'm going to go
ahead onto my layout. So you can see the layout here, where I can select title
only and so forth, as you can see here. So let me just go to Title slide here and then start
adding in details. I don't want any design ideas, so I'm just going to go
ahead and add in my content. Let's say, for example, what I want to do is I
want to make a slide based on benefits of online education right here, just like this. And then I'm going
to go ahead and then press Enter to get
it onto the next line. And over here, I'm going to
go ahead type in my name. Whenever you actually
make presentation, it's a good idea to
add in text first. And then later down the road, work around with layout
and everything else. So around over here,
I'm going to click on New slide and add a
title and content, and over here, I'm going to go ahead and say asendas.
Let's say, for example. So this is going to be
0.1 and 0.2 and so forth. So we are going to
work around with text as we move along the course
for the content as well. So you can see that this
is how I get started. So now for the layout,
you can actually see that there's different sort of
layouts that I can choose. So I chose the title slide. I chose title and content. And similar depending
on the type of content, I can go to new slide and go for blank where I
don't have anything. I can go around over here onto section headers if I want
this type of a slide a here, and I can also change the
layout of the existing slide. For example, by going
onto two content where I might have differentiation
table and so forth, and there's content with
caption and so forth, as you can see a here. And those are the
different types of slide layouts that
you have as well. So now, what you
can also do is you can go ahead and choose your
font that you want as well. So right now by default, a certain font is chosen. You can go ahead and
select it and change it into a different sort
of font as you like, as well, according to
your need, as well. So that is what you
have. Apart from that, you can also go around
over here onto design. And here, yeah there are some
preset designs that you can click in order to
apply it out as well, and immediately, you
can see that you can change the outlook
of your design. But I'm just going to go
ahead and keep it simple for now and worry about
the design later on. And this is what you have. So apart from this, you can
also set your slide size. So right now by default, you can see that
this is 16 by nine, and then I can actually
go around onto slide size here and
go for standard here, just like this as well,
and insure out of it. To go for the traditional
four by three look as well. You can also go around
over here and change it to widescreen any time
back right here, just like this as well. So you can go ahead and set
professional theme as you like and choose the font
colors as you want, the font styles, as you can see, and they will be affected here. So you can see that I haven't actually changed the
style of this font, so I can actually go around
over here onto let's say, for example, font prot here, and you can see that I can
go ahead and change up the font style from the preset
that we have right here, just like this to
change the look of how the slide will
actually look like. And moving forward
with the project, we're going to actually
see how we can add in three D models and even graphics
according to how we need to make the presentation
dynamic, as well.
3. Finding and Inserting Shapes, Icons and 3D Elements: So in order to make the
presentation more dynamic, you can add in
interesting graphics. But what you can also do is
add in three D elements. So let's look at
how to add them. So you can go ahead and add in basic elements
like shapes by going around onto insert
right here and by going around onto shapes
right here, just like this. You can go ahead and add in shapes as you
like right here. And then click, and then you can see that
I can add in colors. Besides that, if I were
to go around onto Insert, you can see that I can go
around and add in pictures. I can go ahead and
add in icons as well. So you can see that I
have different icons. Let's say, for example,
if I were to go for Education here and
then press Enter, then you get education
related icons that you can add
in as you can see. So let's say, for
example, I'm going to add in this globe, click on Insert, then what happens is that I get this particular icon here. So if you want to go ahead
and then choose a color, you can see that that is
how you can fill it up. And this is how you
can go ahead and then simply add in details according to how you
want for your graphics. Apart from this,
you can also add in three D models to make it
much more dynamic, as well. So we are going to
go ahead and add in different contents and add in different educational assets, which may be shapes, which may be icons, and apart from
that, let's just go around onto three
D models as well. So you can insert three D models saved on your device as well, but let me just go to
Stock three D models. And let's say, for
example, I'm going to say something graduation hat, right here, just like this. So or let me just go for
graduation, and there you go. There's the hat rat
here. You can simply click and then insert
that out ra here. And then it inserts out the three D model right
here, just like this, as you can see that you
can go ahead and click and drag and you can see that
this is totally three D, and you can simply place it
wherever you want rat here. And this is how you can make your presentation
much more dynamic. And now moving forward, we are going to
actually go ahead and add in the content
first and then start adding these elements
so that we can go ahead and then the start making the
dynamic presentation now.
4. Adding Required Information in Slide: So now that we have
learned how to add in basic elements onto our
design and work around, let's go ahead and
start adding our text. So here you can see the benefits of online education here, and I already have a pre plan content on what
to keep in the slide here. So the slide one is benefits of online
education, that's it. And in the Zenda
section right here, I'm going to go ahead and
add in the slide two, that is ascenda where I have
these things right here. Let me just go ahead and press Control C to copy
this out and then paste this out right
here or you can even go ahead and type
in your own as well. You can see that
you got some gaps. Let me just go ahead and remove out the gaps that I have here. And this is the agenda slide, as you can see here. So now the slide
three is going to be flexibility and
convenience rat here, and you can see that it
automatically choose this layout. But I'm just going to
go around over here and choose a title and
content layout here. So usually it's a good idea
to keep it in title and content and choose the
layout later on as needed. So the third slide here is
flexibility and convenience, so let me just go ahead and then paste that out right there. And similarly, I'm simply going to go around over here and then go ahead and paste
out the content for it. So this is what you have,
flexibility and convenience, learn anytime anywhere perfect for students balancing with. Let me just go around onto new slide and continue
doing the same. So the first slide is
cost effective learning. So this is, I'm just going to go around
and add in safe travels. Um, saf saf on travel, housing, physical material,
and many resources available for free online. Go for new slide again, here, and then add in different
things, let's say, for example, diverse
course availability, right here, just like this. And then I'm simply going
to access a wide range of subject and global instructor. So I'm just going
to go ahead and continue doing the same here. I'm just going to go around
onto self based learning. And then go around to move at your own speed and so forth.
So this is what I have. Let me just go around
onto new slide again and then go for
text skill development, and then I'm going
to go around and add in things such as in
and use distal tools, en skills for modern workforce. So let's just go around
onto new slide again. And then for this
one, I'm going to add in a summary R here. And this is going
to be the summary. Online education offers
flexible affordability and access to a broad
range of subjects, and it empowers
learners right here. Let me just go round on
to new slide itself and then add in a conclusion
around over here as well. So this is what you
have right here. You got all of the text args, as you can see here. So now, these are the
layouts that you have. And let's say, for example,
if you want to change it out, you can simply change the layout after you add in
this text, as well. So it's actually
suggesting me some layout. I'm not going to
utilize those here. So you can go
around onto layout, and you can see that you
got some comparison. There's some captions right here just like this,
as you can see, there's some designer ideas
that's going on as well, but I'm not going to use that. I can go ahead and picture
with caption and so forth and change the layout according
to how I want, as well. So we're going to do that as we are progressing through here. So now what you can also
do is you can actually go to design and
choose a theme here, and automatically, that
particular theme will be applied onto the entire slide
as well, just like this. Let's say, for example,
I want this one, then I got this particular
design right here. So now, let me just
go ahead right here. There's some different
design ideas, as you can see here,
just like this. And you can also choose the color the theme of
the design rat here, as you can see rat here and even add in the
colors as needed. But what we're going to
do is we're going to make the slide much more dynamic
so that as it changes, we got some fluid
motion going on. And this is what we're
going to work with. So you can see that I
already have this one here, so I'm just going to go ahead
and then delete this out. So let's just go for this
one, self based learning. So I guess this one is fine as well or this one or
this one right here. So you can see that there's
many different sort of layouts that you can choose. But let me just go
ahead and select this one as our base layout. And then, as this, we're going to go ahead and then work around with
the overall plan. So you can see that I can move these text around
wherever I want here. So now we got our basic
skeleton of the slide ready, and now we're going
to go ahead onto the next lesson now
and add in graphics as necessary onto each slide to make them interesting
and then we'll work towards adding animations
to it and utilize dynamic element in our slides, and we'll use, we'll use three
D shapes as well for that.
5. Integrating Relevant Visuals in Slides: So now over here, you can see that I got
these slides right here and let's start integrating
our visuals right here. So there's benefits
of online education. So let's just go
ahead and insert out some three D
models related to it. So I'm just going to
go around onto insert, then onto three D models, then stop three
models right here. So online education right here, let me just go ahead and type in a computer right
here just like this. And then online education
is related to computer, so let me just go ahead and
keep this in right here. Seems like a nice computer. Let's go ahead and insert
it out right here. So there's benefits of online education right
here, just like this. So now this you can
see is a computer. Let me just go ahead
and rearrange it out, and this is what you
have as you can see. So this is our first slide here. Let me just go ahead
and press Control C on this particular shape here. And then I'm going to go round
onto the other slide and paste this very
model right here. Let me just go ahead and
resize this out right here and let me just go ahead
and then cover this out. So you can see that I got
this model right here. So let's just go ahead
and resize this out right here and keep the sendas
right around over here. So now, for the ANDAs, I'm simply going to
go around over here and press Control X right here, delete this out, delete
this out right here, press Control V, and then this is what you
have, as you can see. So let's just go ahead
and resize it and place the cintas within this
particular monitor rot here. Let's just go ahead and
add in a text rate here. Like, let's say, for example, this text route here
just like this, and then this is what
you have right here. And then you can see that
these are the Zentas. And now I'm going to insert another three D model as well. Let's say, for
example, I'm going to go for Stock three model. And then I'm going
to go ahead and add in a graduation hat. Let's say, for example, here. So our graduation.
Let's just go ahead. So there you go. There's
a graduation hat. So let's just go ahead and
insert this model up ra here, because I do want to
go ahead and keep it over here on somewhere. So you can see that this
is the graduation hat. Let's just go ahead and
rotate it right here, just like this, rotate it. And then I'm going to go ahead and just keep it right here. So this is, um this is the
model as you can see here. The three D model is here. Let's just go ahead
and place it, and then I'm simply going
to go ahead and place this particular text right
around over here as well. So this is my first
slide and second slide, as you can see a here, which
looks much more interesting. So then it says flexibility
and convenience. So now, what I want to do is create a dynamic
presentation. So I'm just going to
go ahead and copy this particular particular uh, let's say, shape rat here and place it around over
here, just like this. So it says Learn
anytime anywhere. So let's just go ahead
and then keep it here. And then I'm simply
going to go ahead and resize this out and
rotate this out as well. So this is what you have
as you can see t here. Learn anytime anywhere. So now, as I were to do this, I'm just going to go
ahead and then go ahead and add in something
related to this, as well, anytime and anywhere. So let's just go
ahead and add in, let's say, for example,
another three D model. Right here and then go around
onto Stock three model. And let's see if I have something related
to time right here. I'm just going to go ahead
and time or clock right here. So let's see if I can get some three model
clock right here. And then this is what you
have that you can see. So I'm just going to
go around over here. This is much more interesting. So let's just go ahead and
insert this out right here. And this particular
three model is now being inserted right
here as you can see. So now, as that is done, it is being inserted. You need to wait a bit for it to load and then there you go. There's the time right
here, just like this. So let's just go ahead
right here and place it. Yeah so this is the
clock right here. Let's just go ahead and
resize this out here. So there's different clocks. So let me just delete this
one and add in this one, let's say, for
example, a classic alarm clock right
here, just like this. And I'm simply going to go ahead and place this out right here. So this is what I have, as
you can see, right here, learn to learn anytime anywhere, perfect for students
balancing work. So let's just go ahead and
rotate this out a bit, as well, just like this. So now, apart from that, it
is cost effective learning. So save on travel, housing,
and physical material. So let's just go
ahead right here. And add in three models
related to that, as well. So it says save on travel,
housing, physical materials. So I need to add
in money for this. So let's just go
ahead and then go ahead and insert out a
stock three model here, and I'm simply going
to go ahead and then type in money for this one. So I got the money right here, so let's just go ahead
and add this in, insert this out right here, and then that material will be downloaded as
well, just like this. So this is what you
have. This is the money. So let's just go ahead and
rotate it right here and then keep it right around
over here, just like this. So these are the three models that you can
see right here, and I can simply
go ahead and then add in some dynamic take
to it here as well. Let me just go ahead and take this clock and then
go around over here as well and then keep it right around over here with
a bit of a rotation, and I'm going to resize this
out as well, just like this. So as we are onto it, let me just go ahead and
make sure I save this. So if it accidentally freezes, then I still have
my work saved out. And now I'm going to go ahead
and continue right here. So you can see that I
have these right here. So now over here, it says
diverse course availability. So it says wide
range of subjects. So let's just go ahead and
add in a book to this. So I'm just going to
go around over here onto insert again and then go around onto
three D models and then choose Doc three
model right here. So I'm just going to go around and say books just like this, and then you can
see that I can go ahead and insert out some books. So let's just go ahead and
insert that out right here, and then you can see that
this is what you have. So you got different
books right here. Let me just go ahead and
resize and keep it here. Let me just put in the
text a bit right here and then overlap this
up by books as well. So now, apart from that, it
sells self based learning. So I'm going to go ahead,
copy up the books. And then, let's
say, for example, move it around over here onto the right pasted out
the books right here, let me just rotate this
out right here, resize it, and then I'm simply
going to go ahead and add in something like
related to study. So I'm just going to
go around onto inset, then onto three models,
Sock three models. And let's just go around
onto study right here. So let's see if I can find something related to
study or education, let's say, for example, here. So self past is there, so I'm just going to go
around and say time. Let's say something
related to time. So let me just add in this R here because
it is self paced, you can control the time, so
I'm just going to go ahead and then keep this in
a, just like this. I can go ahead and
rotate this out as well, keep it wherever I want. Yeah, just like this. So it's moving at your own
pace and self paced. So this is what you have.
Yeah, just like this. So now let's just go ahead and then resize this out as well. Just like this, keep it
right around over here. And let's go onto the
other slide as well, which is techskill development, which is learn and
use new Distal tools. So let's just go ahead
onto our three models, and then I'm going to go to
to the models right here, let's just go around
and see if we have some tech related models here. So you can see that we
got some projectors, we got some Montas rat here. So let's just go
around over here onto these tranditosR here. Let's say, I want to
insert these two models. So let's just go
ahead and insert it, and then there will
be inserted there. So you can see that
this is what you have, so I'm just going to go ahead and keep it right
around over here. Just like this, overlapping, and then I'm going to
go ahead and add that in and add in this as well. So let's round onto the side. I can rotate this
around as well, or I can go ahead and
rotate this out as well, and then you can see that
this is what you have. Tech skill development is here.
Then you got the summary. So it says it
offers flexibility, affordability, and so forth. So this is what you
have right here. And let's say I want the same, um, computer right here
at the end as well. So let's just go
around over here. Copy this out right here. So I just press Control C, and then around over here, I'm going to press Control V. So this is the summary right
here, just like this. So I'm going to do
the same right here. I'm just going to go
ahead and press Control X. I'm going to delete out
this particular text box, keep it on the top right here, and then resize this out. So you can see that I
have this summary and I'm going to keep this on the side right here,
just like this. And then I'm going
to go ahead and drag this particular monta right here on the left hand side now. So this is what you have,
as you can see right here. So I think I dragged it
too much onto the right, so let's just go ahead
and be careful and slowly drag it back
right here onto place. And you can see that this is
what you have right here. So now I'm going to go ahead and then select L. Let's say, for example, this particular text and change it
to white Rt here. And this is what I have,
as you can see right here. So there's the summary and
there's the conclusion. So it says online education is shaping the future of learning, and it provides tools and
opportunities for today's work. So let's just go around and insert out a three
D model again. So let's just go
ahead on to model. Stock three D model right
here, just like this. And let's just go around
and say Internet. So let's see if we have some Internet or tech rat
here or communication. So let's commune or I can simply insert a
robot right here. So I can go ahead and
add in this as well. So let's just go ahead
and insert that out, and it's inserting out
that model right there. So this is what you
have. I can go ahead and place it. So this
is what you have. So let's just go ahead
and place it right here. And then this kind of looks interesting right
here, just like this. So today's distal Bell
is shaping the future. It's providing the tools and
opportunities right here. And immediately, you
can see that this is how the slide
actually looks like. So you can see that
this is full screen. And if I were to actually
go ahead onto next slide, you can see that I can go ahead. And let's say, for example, see how this actually looks. And now moving on forward, we are actually going to
take a look at how we can actually add in
animations to it, especially more of transition so that the three D elements actually move and the
presentation becomes dynamic.
6. Using Morph Transition for Dynamic Flow: So now we want to go ahead and make this presentation dynamic. So if I were to go around over
here and then, let's say, make this slide full screen
and then navigate around, this is just a plain
slide right now, but I want to make it much
more dynamic right here. So remember what we did
was we actually took this three D model
and then copied and pasted the same
three D model here. So now, if I want to add in a
transition in between them, then they actually animate together if it is
the same object. So for that, I'm going
to go around over here, and then I'm going to go
around under transition. And then I'm going to
choose more right here. And this is what you have,
as you can see, right here. So if I were to go
around over here and expand this and
then use my arrow, then you can see that it actually animates it out
right here, just like this. So this cap rat here
actually fades in, but I want it to fall from top down, let's
see, for example, in that case, I can
simply go ahead and copy this particular graduation hat, press control, V t
here, just like this. And then I can
actually go ahead and keep this particular hat right
around over here as well. So just like this, I'm simply going to go
around and keep it here, make it dynamic, right here. So this is what you have, so I'm just going to go around
onto full screen. And now if I were to go
round onto the next slide, you can see that it is dynamic. You get the same objects
right here, just like this. So now, for this
particular shape here, I want it to go to the side. So now if I were to actually go around and
make it full screen, I actually have
the graduation hat in the next slide as well. So if I were to go around over here and add in more transition. So if I were to add
in more transition, then you can see the hat
actually animates out. But I want this computer to animate by going
out onto the side. In that case, I can simply press Control C for this computer, press Control V here. And then around over here, let me just go ahead and
resize this out rat here, drag it onto the
side right here, just like this until
I don't see anything. So now what happens is that if I were to go around onto morph, then this is how it will be. So for the alarm,
I want it to come, let's say, for example,
from the bottom. So I'm just going to press
Control C to the alarm, go around over here,
press Control V, and drag the alarm down, and let me just rotate
it around just like this so that it rotates
along as it comes up. So I can go around over here
and let me just go around onto morph and you can see that this is how it
actually comes up, and that is how it
becomes dynamic. So I'm going to go around
and do the same rat here. So if I were to go
around, click on Morph, then you can see that the
clock actually rotates around over there and
the money just appears. But I'm going to copy
the money at here, paste it around onto
the front on the top, and then let's say, for
example, resize this out, rotate this out rat here, and let's say it falls
from the top rat here. So that is what
you have rot here. So now if I were to
go around onto morph, then you can see that
this is how it comes. For the hat rat here, let's say, I'm going to go around and
move it out to the top. This goes to the
top rat here and then rotates it out as
well, just like this. Let's say it rotates
this like this. Now if I were to go
round onto morph, then this is what you have, as you can see rat here. I want to go ahead and
repeat the same rat here. Now for this one, I want
the clock to actually go around onto the left inside
and then rotate out, and then for the money as well, I want it to go to the right
hand side and rotate out. And for the book, let's say, it comes
from the bottom. So I'm just going
to press Control C and go to the previous
slide and pace. And you can see that immediately the slide become
quite interesting. So this is what you have,
as you can see here. So now, this is the slide. So let's just go around onto the bottom here, just like this. This is the slide here.
This is the slide. Let me just go
around onto bottom. And then around over here, I'm going to rotate it
and resize this out. So now if I were to go
around and then morph this, then you can see that
this is what you have. So now, let me just go
round onto morprt here, and then you can see that this is how it
actually comes up. So for this one, if
I were to morph it, then it actually rotates
out onto the side. So now, same goes for
this shape as well, so I'm just going to go
around and paste it out, and then uh, just rotate it out a bit and drag it
to the top right here. And then if I were to
go round and morph it, now this is what you have, as you can see right here, move it at the same pace. So now I'm just
going to go round keep this onto the
side right here. Let's say it rotates
it out right here. And then for this
graphics as well, I'm just going to go around and keep it out onto the
side, right here. And rotate this out as
well, just like this. And then for this is right here, I'm just going to press
Control C and Control B, paste them both right here. I'm going to go ahead and let's say this is going to
come from the top, and this is going to
rotate a bit as well. And for this one, uh, let's just go
around and then let it rotate like this
from the bottom. So now if I were to
go round and morph, then this is what you have, as you can see rat here. So now around over here, I'm going to keep it right round over here, and let's morph out. And this is how it seems
as you can see rat here. So now this one is not rotating enough, as
you can see here. So let's just go ahead and
keep it just like this, as you can see here, and
then I'm going to go round and morph so that it
actually comes up like that. So then I go back to this
particular uh, slide here. So I'm just going to
go around over here, press Control C for
the computer monitor, and I'm going to go around and then drag this down right
here just like this. And then let's just go around
and resize this as well. And for this particular
shapes right here, let me press control C and V, and then around over here, let me just keep it
right around over here. So let's say I don't want
it to actually run around, but let me just go ahead
and resize this out. Drag this out here. And then, let's
say, for example, go around over here
onto the side. So let's just go around
at Brest Control Z and drag it out onto the
side, just like this. So now, this is what you have, and then if I were to
go around onto morph, then you can see that this
is what you have here. So now if I were to morph it, you can see that there is a bit of a glitch
going on right there. So let's say I want the computer to come right from over here. So I'm just going to go
around and morph and you can see that this is how
it actually comes up. And then you simply have
this robot rat here. So I'm just going to take this
computer, drag this down. Let's say, for example, here. I'm just going to keep the
montor there just like that. And then around over
here for the robot, let me just go around
and then drag it up from here and then
rotate it around. So this comes rotating
around from the R. So now if I were to
go around onto morph, then this is what you have, as you can see here. And immediately, you can see that you got the
three D animation on your presentation and
it becomes dynamic here. So now, let me
just go ahead onto the full screen and see how
our presentation looks now. So it's benefits of
online education so there's the next
slide right here, and there's the next slide, as you can see, right here. There's the next
slide, as you can see, and it's all interrelated, as you can see, right here. There's one object
which is moving on to the next slide as the
information pops up. And then you can see
that it is quite easy to make as well,
just like that. And that is how you can create a fun fill dynamic type
of presentation here. Now moving on forward, we are actually going to go around and then see how we can actually add in more
elements to make it much more
interesting as well. So we're going to add
in some icons and shapes as necessary as
we move along as well.
7. Adding More Graphic Elements and Adding Animations: So far, we have added in different sort of
animations rat here. So if I were to go
to more frat here, then you can see like
we have added in animation to our particular
graphics rat here. But what I want to
do is, let's say, for example, add in
more dynamic nature. In that case, I can
actually go around and then utilize shapes as well
for dynamic animation. So I'm just going
to go around over here onto the
rectangle rat here, and let's just go ahead and draw out a rectangle rat here. So this is what I
have, as you can see, and let's say this
is going to act as a background for this
particular laptop rot here. Or desktop, let's
say, for example. So now what I can do
is I can actually go ahead and send
this to Brot here. So this is what I
have right here, as you can see this like this, so I can go ahead and
then utilize this. Let me just go ahead and
have no outline for this. So this actually
looks like a design. So now I can copy
and paste this shape rot here so that it actually
comes to the left as well. Let me just go ahead
and send this to Brot and then resize
this out right here. And let's say this
is going to be like a design right here for
this particular slide. So let me just keep it here under asendas and
keep it right here. So now once you do that, you can see that you got more animation. So if I were to go
around onto transition, you can see that this
actually comes up right here. The graphics actually work out. You can add in as many graphics
as you want like this. Similarly, I'm just going
to go around over here and then drag this out right
here, like this as well. So let me just go ahead and then send this to
back right here. So this is what
you have. And then I'm going to go
around over here, send this out over
here, just like this. So let's just go around onto the money section and
then go around over here. So let's just go ahead
and then resize this out right here and then send
this to back as well. So this is the money
that you have. Let me just keep the money right around over here as well. And I'm just going
to go around and do the same with this
shape right here. So this is a Sap. Let's
just go around over here. And then drag this out right
across this like this, so it creates like a design, and then I'm going to go
ahead, send this to back. And then I'm going to go
around onto here as well. And then I'm just going to go ahead right around
onto the watch. And then I'm just
going to go around, send this to back right here. So I'm utilizing the
same shape and you can utilize more shapes
if you want to as well. So I'm just going to
go around over here and then send this two back
right here, just like this. I'm going to go round over here. And then for the summary, let's just go ahead right here, send this to back right
here, just like this. This is what you
have, as you can see, and then for the conclusion, let me just go around over here again and then resize
this out right here, and then I'm going to
send this to back. So this is what I have, as
you can see, right here. I got this particular
shape becoming dynamic. Let me just go ahead
and resize this and drag it right
around over here. So now if I were to go
ahead and preview this, then this is my final results. So you can see that
I got that shape moving out right there
as well, just like this. So let's just go
around and select out all and then add in more
transition to this. So I want to add in
more transition to all. Then what happens is that
this is what you have. So now, it actually goes out. You got the background
graphics as well, the background graphics
grows as well. And you can see that
multiple moving elements actually make it much more interesting here,
just like this. So this is what you have
as well. Just like this. So I actually seem
to have removed some of the graphics here
from the previous slide, maybe because ID saved it, but you can go ahead
and then adjust it out according to how you want right here later on as well. So this is some graphics. I'm just going to go ahead
and then copy and paste this, keep it around over here, just like this, and
then drag this out. Let's say, for
example, right here, let's just go around and keep it out right here,
just like this. And then that is what you have. So now, with this particular
graphics right here, let me just go ahead and
keep it out to the top. Let me just save the graphics as well. So this
is what you have. You got this graphics here. Let me just go ahead and
then keep it right here. I like this by rotating it out. And then for this one, as well, I'm going to go ahead and
rotate it out right here. And for this one,
I'm going to go ahead and rotate
it out right here, and then I'm going to go ahead over here on the
bottom right here. And then I'm going to
rotate that out, as well. So this is what you
have as you can see, right here, and then I can
quickly get back the graphics. So let me just go ahead and
save out all right here by pressing Control S. So this is what you
have at you can C, and you got a wonderful
animation right there. You got the graphics moving
right here, just like this. And then let me
just go ahead and make changes with the clock. So let's just go ahead and make changes to
the clock as well. I seem to have
forgotten to save it. So let's just go ahead and
change this out right here. And then I'm going to
go round over here, drag this out right here, just like this as well. So now I am saving
everything right here. So these are the graphics
that I have right here, and then I'm going to
go round over here. And then paste it right around over here on
the summary section. So let's just go ahead
and rotate it and then rotate it out right here and then rotate this out over here, just like this as well, and then rotate it out here, just like this, and then
keep it around over here. So this is what I
have, as you can see, and this is the final
slide that I have. Let me just press Control S, and now let's see how
this actually looks. So this is my graphics here. It actually moves, and then you can see that more
elements can be added in. You got the clock and everything
moving about right here. And everything is
actually dynamic. So you can see that
that particular shape stays in place and then creates a kind of
a relation here to that particular slide. So you can see that
this is what you have, and then you got the
summary at the end. So apart from that, you
can also go ahead and add in some animations
to text as well. So this is what you
have. So now you can go to animation and
add in, let's say, for example, a fade
in or a fly in rat here for some
interesting effect as well. So let's just go around, add
in fly in to this animation rot here and add in some animation just
like this as well. So you don't want to
overdo it right here. For all of the presentation.
So this is what you have. Let's just go around over here onto shape here, just like this. And then you can
see that you can actually go ahead and add in some animations rat here
to make it dynamic, as well. But like I said,
don't overdo it, and then don't um, don't make it so that it is actually taking much
more time and is boring. So this is what you have.
And let's say this is the bit of animation
that I want right here, and then this is what you have. So you got the PC at here, so you got benefits
of online education. And then it goes to the
next slide right here, and then you got
the EndaSa here, which appears one by one
as I actually click. And then for the
other text rate here, let it appear just like this. That's actually quite fine, as you can see, and the presentation is
quite dynamic already. So this is how you can
actually go ahead and add in much more elements to make
it interesting to look at. And now, in the next video, we're just going to see how we can actually refine
the presentation and then even export this out as different
formats as we need now.
8. Finalizing the Presentation and Exporting in Different Formats: So over here, you can see that I have this particular
presentation now, and if I want to
make some changes, then I can go ahead and make
changes as needed as well. Let's say, for example, I'm
going to make it much more dynamic by changing out
the color for the shape. Let's say, for
example, I'm going to choose a lighter shape here, and then I'm going
to go ahead and choose darker shade
for this one. So let's just go round
onto darker shade. And then around over here, let me just go ahead and fill it out to a lighter
shade and so forth. Let me just go ahead and continue so that I
actually have this. We can go ahead and change
the color like this as well, and then go around over here
and change around the shape. So let me just go ahead
and change around the color of the
slide right here. Let me just go around
over here onto this one. And then I'm going to
go around over here and select this one out as well, just like this and so forth. And then at the end, let me just go ahead,
keep it as it is. So now, let me just
go ahead and press Control S and it'll save it out. So now I can go ahead
and make it full screen. And then as I you'll be able to see that
this is what you have. We already added in animations, and you can see that the color is changing as
well in the shape, as you can see here. So there's this as
you can see here, and then click on next. It goes to the other slide. It goes to the other slide. It changes out the color. The shape changes out the color as well as you can see here, adding more to the
dynamic mix right here. You can go ahead onto that side and goes as
like this as you can see, and this is what you have. So now what you can
actually go ahead and do is save this
out as presentation. So usually what you want to
do is go ahead right here. Let's say, for example, I'm going to go round
onto my desktop and save it out
as a PPTX format, which is a format to edit out. Then I'm going to go round
onto another format as well. So I'm just going to go
around over here and save it as PPTX format, which is a slides
or presentation. Once you click,
double click on that, then it will directly open up the presentation without
going to the editing menu. Then what I'm also going to do now is save it out as a video. Let's say you don't have a presentation
software somewhere, then you can simply
go ahead and save it as an MP four format as well. And then it'll export
out an MP four format, video just like this
with all the animations. You can even go ahead and upload that to YouTube if you want to. And then this is what you have. So if I were to go
to the desktop, you can see that this is
the presentation here. So this is PPTX, so if I were to actually
go ahead and open it up, then I will be able to get
the editing slide here. But if I were to double
click on PPTs X here, then it'll directly open
up the presentation right here that you can start
presenting immediately, as you can see right
here just like this. So without going to the editing, it'll open up the slide right
here. Can press Escape. And then the third type of file is the video file
that we exported, as you can see right here. And as you open that up, you can see that this
is a video file, which actually
plays up, and then transition is added in
by its own as well. So you can see that
all the animation and everything is added in
right here just like this. And this is how you can
go ahead and finalize your presentation and export it in different
formats as necessary.
9. Project Description: So now you have learned
everything you need to know in order to create
a dynamic presentation. We also made it here in this
particular course as well. So now it is your turn to
apply what you have learned. So your project is to
design a professional and a visually engaging
five to ten slides. So I made nine slides, as you can see here. So keep yours to
five to ten slides on the topic of your
choice as per your wish. So this is an opportunity to put your theory
into practice now. So just like you see
here, use clean layouts. Remember that simplicity sells, and then simplicity is
what visually looks good. So use clean layouts, as you can see here, just like this in your
presentation as well, and use eye catching icons and three D visuals as you like. Use different
layers like shapes. You can use any different
shapes as you like. And layer your contents like a P. So don't forget to
incorporate three D models, as I have here, to create dynamic
presentation and enhance your transition with
the morph effect that you see here,
just like this. So add purposeful animation. Maybe you want to add
appear and disappear in different sort of textra
here, but don't overdo it. Just add things in as needed. And this actually
will help you guide your audience in a
seamless visual journey. So you need to choose
a consistent theme, so you can choose from one of the designs that you see
here as well or even explore designer as well to explore different themes
that there are, as well. And then what you can do is you can bring everything together
that you have learned. And once finished, I want you to export your presentation
in three file formats. That is PowerPoint file itself, that is PPTX file, a PowerPoint slide
file show file, PPTX, as we did, and also a video
in MP four format. I want you to submit
it out as a Zip file. And I can't wait
for you to make it. So I can't wait to see what
you come up with for this. So be creative, be bold
and most importantly, have fun turning your slides into a visual story as you need.
