1. Overview of LOB and 3D Gantt charts: Let's learn to prepare
amazing 3D Gantt charts. My name is Amir, and I will take you
through this course. I'm an education and
technology enthusiasts. I have been working
in project management with a total experience
of 17 years. Fortunately, I got an
opportunity to work and learn on iOS projects such as
special economic zone, IT, commercial, residential,
hospitality and infra. Since last few years, I was working on how to
effectively communicate critical project information
to different stakeholders. I've worked on numerous
format and then came across this innovate
build 3D Gantt charts. 3d Gantt chart is a great way to visualize a project
schedule which provides powerful insights
about your project for analysis and better
decision-making. Promise simple
activity to preparing a stunning comprehensive
visual reports, this course provides
necessary knowledge, tools and techniques
which can be easily applied for different
types of projects, such as commercial,
high-rise, roads and bridges. Only basic Excel
operating skills are necessary as
we will learn to prepare all these reports using Excel charts and few
formatting techniques. There are no courts Macros. This course will certainly

2. Anatomy of 3D Gantt Chart: Before we actually start
preparing pretty Gantt chart, it is necessary to understand charts and decode
various chart elements. It will help you not
only for this course, but in case you want to use
charts for other purpose. This area, It's
spreadsheet area. These are various commands. Commands are segregated
in different groups. Every group contains commands
of similar characteristics. This area where all the commands are available is
called as a ribbon. These are different tabs which contain different
commands under each. Let's try to understand charts. First, select the cell
range, which contains dates. Go to Insert tab. There is a group
called as charts, where different
charts are available. When you take your
cursor or any element. As in our case charts, excel gives a
description of each. Here you have different
jars available. We will use scatter chart. There is a small arrow. It means there are
few more charts available under that option. Let's click on it.
Select scatter chart. You will have one
chart inserted. There are small circles
I will label at the corners and
centers of each side, which help us resize the chart. We use a chart to represent certain information of facts
which is called as data. If we want to edit the data, select the chart
and right-click. When you right-click
on the chart or any of the chart element, we get a mini toolbar and chart Min new
Vitruvian commands, which are most commonly
used with that selection. Over here we are
discussing about the data. Hence, click on Select Data. Let's select data source
dialog box will appear. Here. You will find one of the
series captured already. To make changes in that series, you need to select the
series and click on edit. To add more data or more series. You have to click on Add. Select the series,
and click on Edit. It will display an edit
series dialog box. There are three value boxes. First value box is the
name of the series. Next to value boxes are
very important for us. As discussed, we need to
take activity dates and x-axis respect to floor
height on the y-axis. This step is very important
in the entire course, you need to select
activity dates on x-axis and fluid
levels on y-axis. Let's explore a
few more options. When you select the chart. On the right-hand side, there are more
options available. On top, you'll see a plus sign, which help you add or remove
different chart elements. When you click on the plus
sign or chart elements, it presents number of
chart elements to add. Elements would
checkboxes checked are already added to
the current chart. When you move your cursor over a different chart elements, it presents preview
of this elements on the chart to help you
visualize the effect. Let's add a few elements. Add excess title
using the checkbox. Add data labels. Had legions. When you take your cursor
over any of the elements, one arrow appears on
the right-hand side. It means there are a
few more options I will label under that
particular chart element. Let's take the GSA on the grid line and
click on the arrow. If you observe we have
two checkboxes checked. One is primary vertical and
second is Primary Horizontal. Now let us discuss how to edit
Chart and chart elements. When you take your cursor over a different chart elements, excel describes the
element instantly. So it becomes easier to
select a particular element. Move your cursor over various
areas to understand them. First, chart area,
plot area, lesions. Axis. Title. First Format Chart Area. Thank your cursor
over the chart. When the Excel displays
chart area selected by left-click board to format and change the fill
off your choice. Similarly, select the plot
area, change the field. You can change the
outline as well. In the same fashion. You can format various
chart elements that are added in the chart. Let's explore another way. Select any Chart Element
and right-click so forth. I mean, we will select horizontal
axis by left clicking. And I right-click.
Click on Format Axis. On the right-hand side, you will get a task pin. We have selected format axis. All the options
that are related to the format axis will be
available on the task pen. First one is access option. Second, Size and Properties. Effects. Fourth
is Phil and line. Click on Axis option. There are more formatting
options. I will label. Just click the arrow
and you use scrollbar. Now, let's discuss two options which we will be using
very frequently. Under bounds. You
will how to value boxes one for a minimum
and other for maximum. It will define the start and
end of our project timeline. We can directly enter
data in this value boxes. Under units you how to value
boxes, which would be fine. Holder timeline is formatted. If you reach to her
daily interval, you how to enter one in measure and if you
weren't weekly interval, you how to enter seven. Just play around with
various options. Similarly, you can
add chart elements from Design tab,
chart layout groups. Click on the arrow near
Add Chart Element. There are various options
available under each one. This tutorial, it just to
give you idea of chart and various chart elements
which we will be using often throughout
this course. We will start working on it
from the mixed tutorial. Thank you very much.
3. Create 1st line of Balance: Hello. In this tutorial, we will see how to create a 3D timeline or 3D Gantt chart, which will act as
a stepping stone for our future projects. Typical Gantt chart
audit timeline has only one value access to
shoot any numerical data. It becomes very
difficult to plot data points which contains
two numerical attributes. Scatter chart always
has to value axis to show one set of
numerical data along a horizontal axis
and another set of numerical values along vertical axis and
that is y-axis. The chart displays point at the intersection of X
and Y numerical value. Further combining these values
into a single data point. We are going to create, overthink simply
using scatter charts. Now let us see how to
use scatter chart to create our first 3D timeline. Let's refer some simple data. Here we have floor wise finish
dates of structural word. Select Finish dates
and go to Insert tab. Charts group. Under Insert
Scatter or bubble chart. Select scatter with
straight lines and markers. We will see a scatter
graph created. No absorbed the chart. Here we have dates on y-axis
and floors on x-axis. As we know, Gantt chart represents the
information against time. We need dates on x-axis
and floors on y-axis. Right-click on the chart area. We will get context menus. Click on Select Data. Select beta source
dialog box will appear. On top. We have data
range for the chart. Left-hand side, we have series. Now remember this is the area where we will put
our activities. On the right-hand side, means under horizontal axis
labels we have floors. As we heard, discussed, or lady, we want finish dates
on horizontal axis means we need to edit
the data for the series. Hence select the series. Click on edit and edit series
dialog box will appear. Here you will see three value
boxes to enter the data. First we are Lubac
says Siri's name under which the data
is already captured. This value box just defines column header on name
of the activity. Second value boxes
series x-value walks. We wanted to show floor
row-wise finish date for each activity against aim. And hence we need to select Finish dates in x-axis
while loop box. Hence select cell range
containing finished it. Let's move to cities
while loop box. It will define height or
floors in our Gantt chart. Hence select floors
from the data. Click Okay. Now you will
see a graph created. No, we will format
the chart a bit. First, we will format x-axis. Let's select x-axis. Right-click, and
select Format axis. We will get a task pane
on the right-hand side. Under access options. Good to bounce. Here we have minimum
and maximum. It defines the range of dates or boundaries
of our timeline. We weren't timeline from 13, January 18 to 18, August 18. You can change the dates also. Type these values in the
minimum and maximum. Minimum. Third been January 18. Maximum eight been August 18. Now let's change
the scale to seven. Under measure units. To save in. Here we haven't taken weekly
interval, the number. Select category as dead, and select as bait
and Mn, VB MMM. Let's change the alignment of the labels to make
them properly visible. Click on Size and Properties. Under alignment. Select, rotate all
takes to 70 degrees. Now if the labels are
still not visible properly and just select the plot
area and they resize it. Here we added one series and we started some
formatting work. We will continue in the

4. Understand Data points for LOB: Hi, welcome back. We will continue from
where we had left. In the last tutorial, we added one series and
we formatted x-axis. We will format y-axis also, that is where vertical axis. Click on y-axis and enter one. Measure unit while loop box. Now we will add data labels. So select the series. Click on Chart Elements, which is on top
right of the chart. Elements. Select Data Labels. Let's format data
labels as well. Select Data Labels. Check X value as well. Expel humans finished it. Absorbed the chart we
have completion date of specific floor or
in the detail label. Let's format the chart a bit. Select the chart. Go to Design tab. Under Chart style. Change the style of your choice. Here I will select style nine. Now we are building
our chart here. Let's add another
activity in our chart. Right-click on the chart again. We will get context menus. Click on Select Data. The Select Data Source
dialog box will appear. We already have one
series in our chart. We need to add
another series which contains finish dates
for second activity. Hence, click on Add
under a series name. Select silicon tending column header mesentery
under x-value box, select Finish date
for that activity. In series y-value box, select cell range containing
floors. Click Okay. You will find another
line added to our chart. Let's add data labels
to this series as well. Select the series. Click on Chart Elements. Elements, Select Data Labels. Let's format the data labels. Select labels. On the right-hand side, check x-value as well. Here our basic graph is ready. You will find lines passing
through each data point. As we have already seen, each data point is at
the intersection of its position on
x-axis and y-axis. Each data point is at
the intersection of its position with respect to the finish date and the
particular floor level. Hence, when you take
the mouse pointer over any of the data point, it shows its position
along both the axis. It tells you finished it. The floor under
consideration as well. Further, you will absorb
certain slope for this line. This slope represents
production rate for that particular activity. For this timeline. You absorb the second activity with respect to the
first activity. Say activity also follows first one with the
identical slope. We can say that
production rates for both the activities are
balanced in this case. That's all for this tutorial. In this tutorial we created
a symbol 3D Gantt chart or line of balance using scattered
chart for two activities. Some important
points to remember, only two value boxes there it is x-axis while loop box and y-axis value box defines the
graph or designs the graph. We wanted to show
activities against Spain. Hence, we selected
dates in x-value box, means we selected finish
dates in x-value box. We use Why? Well, Lou box to represent
floor level or height. Whenever we are using
lineup balance charts, we will select dates
in x-axis while loop box and floor label our
height in y-axis value box. This tutorial will help a lot
to build further reports. In the next tutorial, we will prepare line of balance sharp for a commercial project. Thank you very much.
5. Data Set up for Commercial Building for 3D Gantt chart or LOB: Hello. In this tutorial, we
will see how to create line of balance chart
or a low bar chart, or a 3D timeline or 3D Gantt chart for a
commercial project. Here we will go one step ahead. For a typical
project, generally, floor hate doesn't remain constant throughout
the building. That is, if you absorb the
section of the building, we have used certain sets of floors are different heights. For example, basements, parking. How different heights? Office floors may have a different height
than parking floors. Structure about terrace
has different height. Know when we try to represent the lines with respect
to each floor, it creates a problem because
of variable heights. But there is a very
easy solution. Or rather we can say there is a very simple trick which helps us a lot in
our further reports. Also, in this tutorial, we will learn very
interesting thing how to create a perfect graph for
variable height of floors. So that data point for
that particular floor exactly matches the floor
level under consideration. Once you learn the simple trick, you will be easily
able to create amazing 3D timelines or line of balance charts for any
current of the building which contain any kind
of height four floors. Now let's see how to use scatter chart to
create a 3D timeline. Let's refer the data. Here is the data for a
commercial building. A typical commercial
building contains many areas as parking floors and office floors with
different heights. In the first column, we have floor to floor height. In the second column, we have lower levels
of the building. Third column contains
designation of Florida. Next columns and ten activities and late finish dates
for respect to floors. Here I heard they can
finish their itself only few selected floors to
make the chart little easy. We can plot date for activity
and every floor also.
6. LOB commercial - Add first series : We will begin
creating the chart. Let's go step-by-step. First, we will enter the chart. Select Finish dates
with column header. Go to Insert tab charged group. Under Insert Scatter
or bubble chart. Select scatter with
straight lines and markers. We will see a scatter
graph created. Let's resize, increase
the size of the shot. First, we will format the chart. Absorb the chart. Here we have dates on y-axis and
floors on x-axis. Whereas we weren't dates on
x-axis and floors and y-axis. So that chart replicates
the building. So we'd do the same thing as
we did in the last tutorial. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data. Select the series which
is already added. And I click on edit. And edit series dialog
box will appear. We don't need to change
anything in series name. Rarely box as the column
header is already captured or the name of the
activity is already captured. In series x-value box. Select Finish dates
for structure. In series YOLO box. Select levels from
second column. Click Okay. Our chart
with one series is ready. Let's format the
chart. Move the chart. If you will absorb the chart, you will find points
below x-axis. Also know these dates represent finished date
for basement floors. We will format axis, select x-axis, right-click,
and select Format Axis. Under abounds in minimum fire, June 17, in maximum
fire, December 19. Now here the timeline
is large enough, so we will take
monthly interval. There is inconsistency
in days, months. How over the year? Like few months contain 30 days, whereas few contain 31 days. Do this. We will use 30.5 units. Let's put 30 value as measure
as well as minor unit. Under labeled position. Select low. Go-to number. Under
Category. Select Date. Under type, select
month and year. Mmm, YY. We will change the alignment of label to make them
properly visible. Click on Size and
Properties under alignment, open various options for
ticks alignment and select, Rotate alt-text to 70 degree. The labels are still
not visible properly. We can select plot area by clicking on the chart
and the resizing it. Select Y-axis, right-click
and select Format Axis. I was on the floor levels. Here we held minimum as minus
8.7 and maximum as API 0.3. We will use these values
under major and minor units. What do we don't want
a y-axis on the chart. Hence, click on the chart. Under Chart Elements under axis. Unchecked, Primary Vertical X. Let's add data labels
to the series. Select the series. Click on Chart Elements. Elements, selecting data labels. Now let's format
the data labels. Select Labels. Format Data Labels. Task pane will appear
on the right-hand side. Under Label Options. Check x-value and
uncheck y-value. What it means we are
showing only finished it and we're not chewing
height or fluid. Know when you absorb the
chart we help completion date of specific floor
in the data label. We will change the
alignment of the label. Hence, click on Size and
Properties under alignment. Select text direction. Rotate to 70 degree. Let's change the font to Arial and decrease the
font size to eight. Let's remove
horizontal grid lines. As we will use buildings
section to highlight the floor. Click on Chart. Under Chart, Elements,
under grid lines. Unchecked primary measure
horizontal grid lines. In this tutorial, we saw how
to create a 3D timeline for a project and how to how data point exactly in front of
that respect to floor, taking into account floors
with different heights. Next tutorial, we
will add image of the building so as to
make the presentation fairly easy to understand

7. Position data points in space along with building: Hello, Welcome back. In this tutorial, we will see how to
add an image and match dates with respect to
floors in a building section, you endo floor height is not constant throughout
the building. Go to Insert tab under
Illustrations group. Click on Picture. Select the image from the
location and click on insert. An image will be inserted. Now select the image
and reposition it. Just the size of image. Just the size of chart area
and plot area if needed. Moody image about the chart. Just resize it. Right-click on the image and
send the image backwards. Select Chart Area. Go to Format. Under Fill. Select no fill. The outline, select no outline. Now align the chart so that basement data point matches best men floridly
well in this section, now believe the title. Add just the chart area and broad area to match
individual floor data points. It may take a minute or so. Display around. You can resize the image
also if you need. But remember to not to
change the aspect ratio. Most select x-axis. Make it bold. Increase the font. Change the font
color, the orange. Select what it picker grid lines and change
color to orange. And select squared a dot. Now let's add legions. Click on the chart. Under
Chart Elements under lesions. Click on More Options. In the task pane on
the right-hand side. Under the lesion options. Legion position, check left. Unchecked, showed the lesion without overlapping the chart. Select the series
under fill in-line, change line color
to purple accent. Click on market. Under
Fill, select solid fill. Orange color. Under border. Select solid line.
But upper color. Select Data Labels, and change their color
to purple accent. Here you will easily find
finish date of respect to flow or just by pressing
along the grid line. Let's say we want to
know the finish date for terrace level price along the grid line and check the
data point you will find 16, August 18 is the finish
date for RCC Paris level. Now, RCC completion babies
Greenpeace, September 18. Moreover, if you
take mouse pointer over the top wine for any floor, it will give you floor level and finished it absorbed the data. Suppose you want to know RCC
finish date for 14 floor, which is at 60.05
meter floor level. Now we will take mouse

date is 28, June 18. Know how we can draw some inferences or conclusions

the data points, we have around two data points in a month on an average for typical floors means four floors between first floor
and Data Explorer. We can easily say that RCC productivity is
two floors per month, or we're casting two
slabs in each month. So roughly overflow, it takes
15 days for RCC completion. This kind of conclusions you can easily draw by
observing the chart. Because of graphical nature, LOB is very easy to read, visualize, and analyze in comparison to conventional
Gantt charts. The inferences help a lot
to plan, cross-check, and reschedule construction
processes like procurement and
inventory management, cashflow and execution. We will go in detail
in next tutorials. Next tutorial we will add few more activities and
will develop line of balance sharp for a typical floor commercial

8. How to add more data and format: Hello. In last tutorial, we
plotted one series and added an image to
improve visualization. In this tutorial, we will learn how to plot few more activities. We will make it
more interesting. We will learn how to represent activity finish date for
different flows as well. Please absorb the chart
which contain dates. Here column header
represent activity names. We will show a few
activities start from first floor and
finish at 16 floor. At initial level. Might elevator work starts from leaf machine room and
finish at lower best men. I hope but oppositely
used finish dates for different floors so that
you will understand the logic behind it
and you can easily plot it for any given situation. Let's add another
activity of sand blaster. For this activity, we
will use finish date for first floor and 16 fluid. Right-click on the chart area. We will get context menus. Click on Select Data. Select Data Source
dialog box will appear. On the left-hand
side, you will find one series already selected. Here we will add another series. Hence click on Add. Under a series name Value box, select the cell which contain
name of second activity, that is sand plaster. In series x-value box. Select dates for sand blaster. So click inside x-value box
and select Finish dates. Select Finish date
for first floor. Insert coma. Then select Finish
date for 16 floor. Here we are entering the
values in a different way. Let's move to cities,
Wyman blue box. Here we will enter floor levels, select the cell containing
first floor level. Insert coma. Then select the cell
containing 16th floor level. Here is that you
can draw a line in between any two or more floors
by selecting Finish dates and heights for those with
respect to fluids separate by comma in x-value box and
white box respect to. Click. Okay. You will find another
line is created. Let's format this. Select the series
under fill in line. Change the line color to
green. Click on marker. Under field, selecting
green color. Under border. Select solid line green color. Go to Chart Elements. Click on Data Labels. Now select data labels. Under Label Options, check
x-values and uncheck y-values, as we will add only finished it. Select Label Position left. Change their field to green. Change foreign color to black. Make the font bold. Reduce foreign size. Let's add another activity
of waterproofing world. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data. Click on Add. Under a series name Value box. Select the salvage contain
name of the activity, waterproofing. In x-value box. Select Finish date
for the first floor. Insert coma, then select
Finish date for 16 floor. Similarly, in
series y-value box. Select the cell containing
first floor level. Insert coma. Then select the cell
containing 16 floor level. Click OK. Now format the series. Select the cities
under fill in-line, change line color to blue. Click on the marker. Under Fill. Select blue color. Under Barter. Select
solid line blue color. While the series is selected, go to Chart Elements. Click on Data Labels. Select Beta labels. Right-click. Click on Format
Data Label. The task pane. Under Label option, check
x-value or uncheck wire loop. Click on Size and Properties. Under alignment, x-direction, click on the
rotate alt text to 70 degree. Most Select Data Labels. Change their field to Blue. Change foreign color to white. Make the font bold, reduced the foreign size. We will continue in the

9. Make it visually Appealing: Hi, welcome back. We will continue from
where we had left. Let's add another
activity of piling work. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data. Click on Add and better
Series Name Value box. Select the cell which contains name of the activity tiling. In x-value box. We will select date for tiling. Select finished it
for first floor. Insert coma, select
Finish date for 16 floor. Similarly in series y-value box, select cell containing
first floor level, insert coma, then select the silicon tanning
16th floor level. Click Okay. We have
added another line. Select the series. Under fill line, change
the line color to orange. I click on marker. Under Fill, select orange color. Under Barter. Select
solid line orange color. Select the series and
go to Chart Elements. Click on Data Labels. Now select data labels. Under Label Options. Check x-values and
uncheck y-values. Click on Size and Properties. Under alignment. Thanks direction. Click on rotate
alt-text to 70 degrees. Select Data Labels,
change their field to orange and change
font color to black. Make the font bold. Reduce the font size. Let's add another activity. False ceiling would
right-click on the chart area, click on Select Data. Click on Add. Under series name or Lubac. Select the cell containing name of the activity false ceiling. In x-value box. Select dates for
false ceiling word. Select Finish date
for first floor. Insert coma, then select
Finish date for 16 floor. Why we're Lu box. Select floridly wells. First floor. Insert coma, then cell containing 16
floor level. Click Okay. You will find another
line is created. Select the series
under fill in-line, change line color to light-blue. Click on marker. Under
Fill, select light blue. Under Barter, select solid line, light-blue. Let's format this. Select the series,
go-to chart elements. Click on Data Labels. Select data labels. Under Label option, check
x-values, and uncheck y-values. Select Label Position. Click on Size and Properties. Under alignment. X-direction, click on the
rotate alt-text to 70 degrees. Select Data Labels, change
their field to light-blue. Change foreign color to black. Make the font bold and
reduce the foreign size. In this tutorial,
we have created a 3D Gantt chart or line of balance for a few activities
for typical floors. That is from posts
blower to 16 fluid. Next tutorial, we will add few more activities to our existing line
of balance chart, but we will use different

10. Finish 3D Gantt charts and Read the data: Hello. In last tutorial, we created a 3D Gantt chart for a few activities from first
floor or to 16 floor. This tutorial, we
will create a line of balance for a few
more activities, but we will use different
sets of floors. Let's add another activity
of external facade. Here we will take finish date of facade from the risk level. So click on the chart area, click on Select
Data. Click on Add. Under series name Value box, select the cell
which contains name of activity, external facade. In X value box. Those select Finish
date for first floor, insert coma, then finish
date for terrace level. Now in series y-value box, select the silicon
turning first Flow Label, insert coma, then silicon
containing Davis fluid label. Click Okay. You will find another activity added
to our 3D Gantt chart. Starting from first floor
tilts there is fluid. Select the series
under fill in-line, change line color to dark red. Change dashed type
to square a dot. Click on marker under
Fill, select dark red. Under Barter. Select
solid line, dark red. Go to Chart Elements. Click on Data Labels. Most Select Data
Labels under Label, option, chick, x-values,
and uncheck y-values. Click on Size and Properties. Under alignment,
takes direction, click on, rotate,
alt-text to 70 degree. Select Data Label, change
their field to dark red. Change foreign color to white. Make the font bold. Reduce the foreign size. Let's add another
series of elevator. Let's observe elevated rates, elevator activities taken from leaf machine room
bill last basement. Here we need to select the cells corresponding to the label of best men and
lift machine room. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data, click on Add under the
series name Value box. Select the cell which contains name of the activity elevator. In x-value box, we will
select date for elevators. Select Finish date for
basement to insert a comma. Select Finish date for
lip machine room top. Similarly in cities
y-value box select cell containing the floor level
of basement to insert coma. Then select the cell
containing level of top of lip Machine Room. Click Okay. Here we will find another line created but for
different set of floors. Now select the series
under fill in line, change line color to dark blue. Change batch type
two square dot. Click on mocker under Fill, select dark blue. Under Barter. Select solid line
and dark blue color. Let's select the series, go-to chart elements and
click on Select Data Labels. More select data labels
under the label option. Chick, x-values are
uncheck y-values. Select Label Position, right. Change the data
field to dark blue. Change foreign color to white. Make the font bold. Reduce the font size. Let's add another series for finishing dates
for each floor. Here, we will add final finishing dates for
each flow are same as RCC, but only for office floors. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data. Click on Add under
series name var lib box. Select the sale which
contain name of activity finishing x x-value box. Select all finish dates starting
from first floor to 16. Fluent. In cities y-value box. Select cells containing
all fluid levels from first floor

Select data labels. Under Label Options. Click on value from cells. Data Label Range,
dialogue box will appear. Select cell range from column
we have just inserted. Click Okay. Goto label
position. Click on left. You will find data labels inserted with floor
and finished it. Select Beta labels,
reduce font size. Now let's say we wanted to focus few important floors
which we can use as our milestones for starting subsequent activities
and material ordering. Hence, select Beta label
for the first floor. From home. Change
the field to pan, change foreign color
to read. Make it bold. Select tenth floor. Change the field to tan. J's the foreign color to red. Make it bold. Select 28th floor. Change the field to pan

red, make it bold. It is done. We have
inserted one series. So in this tutorial we
enter RCC activity, where we short duration in
the form of bar charts. Remember we use simple and

selected the cities and enter data as usual. But then we hide the

few activities, mainly from project
preliminaries, but in a different fashion. Loe charts contain balanced
lines of activities, but we can definitely add additional information
on the same chart to improve visualization for decision-making and
review purpose. We will insert few activities
in the form of milestones. We created RCC
series first as we wanted to set the entire
timeline range and Chart Area. Right-click on the chart area. Click on Select Data. Click on Add and Edit
series dialog box will appear in series name value
box just pipe preliminaries. In x-value box. Select dates from
rock and cutting period tower crane installation. Here we will have to do
a horizontal selection. By now, you must tell
we realized that whether you selected
horizontally or vertically, if you end up proper values
in X value box and white box, that you can easily
plot the graph and show any kind of the
