2. Module One The - Power of Colors All Around Us: This is Module one of your cause walk color
therapy for your well-being. In module one, you
will be learning about the power and effects of
colors all around us. I am jasmine Renner, your instructor for the course, and I'm thrilled to
be able to pass on this valuable knowledge about colors and their
effect on well-being. So let's begin module one. You see callers are everywhere
and in every place. Whether you realize it or not, callers have a
considerable effect on every aspect of our lives. From the moment we wake up in the morning to when we
get ready for bed time, we see a vast array of
colors all around us. And in every space we occupy. Colors have a strong and
positive force in our lives. Colors also contain
energies and vibrations, and although we don't
see energies of vibrations with our naked eyes, we do feel their
effect and we are ultimately conditioned
by their presence. So stop and think for a moment. Energy. Energy. Energy. We make use of
colors in our homes. We take time to
choose the shade of furnishing that suits
our personal choices. We choose and buy clothes not
just because of the style, but sometimes because we
are drawn to the colors. We cook on, make dishes, and brilliantly done them in a colorful pattern for
appeal and appetite. When we face difficult
situations, sometimes it walk. We power dress, using strong colors to
influence our moods. If we want to feel more
carefree or younger, we choose the lighter colors. You see Carlos
therapy is not new. It is only a tool that
has been underused. The interests in color dates
back thousands of years ago, as far back as the
ancient cultures of Egypt, India, and China. Carlos therapy is a
complementary therapy that uses color to promote
health and well-being. And while it is used as
a standalone therapy, it is also a perfect
therapy to boost our well-being and hit us
in the healing process. So speaking about colors, let's look at the
effect of colors on our human energy centers. While Carlos are all around us, we need to make this
vital connection to the effects of colors
on our well-being. There are seven energy
centers in the human body. And all of these energy
centers must be balanced and operational for you to
optimize your physical, social, emotional, psychological, and
spiritual well-being. The seven energy centers
of our bodies have a direct effect on the
internal organs of our bodies. And we will delve into this
deeply in module three. The energy centers of
our bodies are also affected by the seven colors
of the color spectrum wheel. So the next time you look
at colors in a room deco, or in a plate of food, you put on a blue baseball cap. Aware of green and violet dress. Remember, you're
creating a wall of experience with callers
for your well-being. You see there seven
visible colors in the color spectrum wheel. These colors are the same
colors of the rainbow. They are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. Colors no doubt,
all around us with a mission to help
our well-being. What a genius in the creativity and walk off the
creator of colors, treasures and hidden energy
in colors all around us are a gift to us by
the creator himself. And yet for so many, we have not even fathom the
potential on our well-being. Let me turn to simple illustration
for our understanding. Take for example, an
illiterate man who has a passport to fly all over the wall yet has never been to the airport
to catch a flight. Think about it. Never, ever been to the
airport to catch a flight. Not because he lacks
the means to do so, but because he
does not know that he's carrying the treasure, that could take him to all destinations of the
wall if he chooses to. Today, as you take the class, be like the illiterate
man with a passport, but with a different band. Be like him. But with knowledge about what callers can do for
your well-being, you see your health will be
achieved and maintained by balancing these seven colors in the energy centers
of your body. In cold therapy, it is possible
to re-balance or really stimulate these
energies by using and applying the appropriate colors to your particular situation. It is a simple, yet
overlooked practice. But we, in this class, we'll make sure that we use colors in an effective way for our well-being through
the projects and also through the module lessons. So let's move on to
learn more about what colors are in module two. And then we can hop on
to module three and learn about the energy
centers of our bodies. While I'm done with module
one, Any questions? If you do have questions
for this module, feel free to e-mail me at my e-mail address provided and I will be waiting to discuss with you and clarify all
your questions. Well, thanks for your
attention to module one, the power and the effects
of colors all around us. Please proceed to Module
two of your cause.
3. Module Two - What is Color? History of Colors: Hello everyone, this
is Jasmine again. And today we are at lesson two or Module two of your cause, color therapy for
your well-being. Today we will learn
about what colors are and the history of colors. This is a brief lesson or module to lay the foundation for our discussions on colors and their effect on the energy
centers of our bodies. So let's go.
Watercolors. Colors are nothing more than how a person perceives a light waves that enters into their eyes. Colors can be warm
colors or cold colors. Colors have three dimensions. The first dimension
is there, Hugh. The second their
value, and the third, their chroma is simply the words we use to describe
colors such as red or pink, yellow, purple,
gold, violet, green. Cetera. Value describes the
intensity of the color. This is how light or
dark the color is, describes the degree of
the strength of the color, of the dominance of the color. So if you have two colors, one of them is mixed, for example, red and orange, one of the colors is domino. Okay, so having
spoken about that, Let's move to a history of
color and this is a brief one. I normally don't like history. I think it is boring, but I think it is
necessary for contexts and for us to have an idea
of how color began. But this is what we need
to know for this class. Aristotle, a long time ago, It's the first scientists
to talk about colors. He viewed colors as a
product of Y and black. White and black for
him, Carlos was binary. But until 1666, Isaac Newton's provided
the scientific foundations of what we call collars, or the color wheel
or color spectrum. Teen assured that a
prism could break up white light into
a range of Carlos, which he called a
spectrum of colors. This is where we get the
color wheel spectrum from. New team disagreed a little
bit with Aristotle and said Carlos were not only
divided into black or white, but there were a range of colors that make up
the wide spectrum. Interestingly, this color wheel spectrum coordinates with the
color of the rainbow, just as I said in Module one. Newton also found out that
recombining these colors, cool, recreate the white
color spectrum again. So in other words, he's just saying the reverse. He'd seen there is no distinction between
white and black. And white and black
dimensions are not the only spectrum of colors, but scholars have a range of colors that are
called Spectrum. He's saying, if you
recombine those columns, you're ultimately come back
to the white dementia. Isaac Newton used the
seven column names. Read orange, green, yellow, blue, indigo, and violet. As I mentioned earlier, these are the same color
scene into rainbows. And these colors called innate with the energy
centers of our bodies. Finally, speaking about callers, please note there are
two types of colors, primary colors and
secondary colors. Colors also can be
categorized into warm colors and cool colors. Warm colors are those
representing fire and heat that are more
catch into the eyes. For example, red, red,
violet, red orange. Coat color is associated
with peace and calm. For example, blue, blue-green. Carlos, dramatically or can dramatically affect our mood,
feelings, and emotions. When callers are
transmitted from your eyes to your brain, your brain releases hormones
that affects your emotions, your mind, your clarity, and your energy levels. And so this is what we have a brief history of colors and we highlighted the discoveries of Aristotle and Isaac Newton. And we also described
different types of colors, categorizing them into
warm and cold colors, etc. We will move now to lesson number three or
module number three.
4. Module Three -What is Color Therapy?: We are at Module
three of your cause. And today we will be looking
at what is color therapy. I am Jasmine renovating
structure of this course. And I'm thrilled
to be passing on this vital information
and knowledge with you. Let's turn our focus and attention to what
is color therapy. So what is color therapy? Color therapy, also
known as chromo therapy, is a form of therapy that
uses colors and light to treat certain physical
and emotional conditions. We can trace this form of therapy back to the
ancient Egyptians, the mid use of sound
field rooms with colored glasses for
therapeutic purposes. Although color
therapy has gained some popularity over the years, it is still not a widely accepted form of
therapy in Western medicine. Many medical experts consider it to be rather experimental. The basis of color therapy
is that different colors evoke different responses
from every individual. People find specific colors. Therapeutic or stimulating. Experts who believe in this theory believed that
color can positively impact us in several ways and help with a
host of conditions. At some point, we've all experienced the premise
of color therapy. For some people, seeing
the green in nature on their daily Ron is
instant mood booster, or they instantly
feel a little bit better wearing a
favorite yellow dress. The practice of
color therapy can also be traced to
Indian origins. According to the
Indian philosophy, the seven main colors on the color wheel enhances
our body's energy centers. Let's move on to
types of colors. Ppi therapy, therapy. Different colors are
thought to be able to treat various conditions. Color therapies believed that a lack of a particular color in your body might be responsible
for your living condition. However, here's a list of the most common
colors used during color therapy and how you
can use them to benefit you. Red. Red is used to energize
or invigorates a person who might be
feeling tired or down. However, read may also trigger people who might
already be tense, which is why it's used
carefully in color therapy. The color blue. Chromo therapies use blue to
treat depression and pain. Darker shades of blue
are also thought to be sedated properties and may be helpful for people
who experience insomnia or the
sleeping disorders. Green. Green is the color of nature. And according to
chromo therapist, it can help relieve stress
and relax a person. Yellow. Yellow can be used to
improve your mood and make you happy and optimistic. Orange. Orange, much like yellow, can be used to elicit happy
emotions from people. The bright one color is
also thought to be able to stimulate appetite
and mental activity. Let's talk about
callers and techniques. There are two major
techniques of color therapy. It can either be
done through site, that is by looking at a
particular color in hopes that your body elicit the
desired response. Or secondly, by directly reflecting on certain Carlos
on parts of your body. In the hopes that it can help. A particular ailment. Called therapies believed
that colors can enter your bodies either through
your eyes or skin. Each color we can see has its wavelength and
unique frequency. Each unique frequency has a
different effect on people, and it's used for
different purposes. For example, one callers are typically used for
stimulating effect, whilst cold colors are
used for calming effect. How can color therapy help you? Color therapy has
a host of uses. There is some evidence
to suggest that it can help with some of the
following conditions. Stress, depression, aggression,
high blood pressure, sleep disorders, anxiety, certain cancers,
and skin infections. Color therapy is a form of alternative
medicine treatment. And a lot more research
still needs to be done to glean out the effectiveness
of using this therapy method. There is currently no
research to support that color therapy can solely be used and effective treatment for any of the above conditions
I have already mentioned. However, it can be used as a complimentary therapy
for those conditions. Now let's look at benefits
of color therapy. The benefits of color therapy. Over the decades, color therapy has been proven to
have several benefits, ranging from physical to mental. Benefits that one
might receive from color therapy include
stress relief. Certain colors, like
blue and green can have a soothing effect on the people who are stressed or anxious. Color therapy can also be
used to boost your appetite. Warm and stimulating
colors can boost your appetite when you struggle with having
a desire for food. Alleviate seasonal
affective disorder. People mainly suffer from seasonal affective disorder
during colder weather because of the lack of
sunlight and having to spend longer periods indoors. Warm colors like
yellow and orange, cool help to alleviate
symptoms of this condition. And finally, to
boost your energy. Colors such as red and
yellow have been proven to boost your energy and
make you more motivated. The effectiveness
of coma therapy. Chromo therapy as an
alternative medicine has been debated over the years. While some people believe it can treat both mental and
physical conditions, others believe that
this is only a myth. In 2015, a study about
the effectiveness of chromo therapy as a treatment
option had the following. Researchers found that
chromo therapy had a positive effect on
conditions such as cancer, hypertension, skin
infections, and depression. In a small 2019's study
on the effectiveness of color therapy as an
alternative treatment for anxiety and students. The researchers found that
it was able to relax and reduce anxiety
among the students who participated in the study. Well, thank you all
for engaging with me. In module three of
your coursework. Please proceed on
to module four.
5. Module Four - Colors and the Energy Centers of your Bodies: We are at Module four
of your crosswalk. And today we will
be talking about colors and the energy
centers of our bodies. I am jasmine Renner,
your instructor, and I look forward
to talking about callers and the energy
centers of our bodies. You see, our bodies
have been brilliantly designed by the
architect or sauce, or creator of life. Our bodies have energy centers. Our bodies have seven
energy centers, each functioning appropriately. These seven main energy centers, Ron, along AS pine. They start at the
root or base of our spines and they extend
through the crown of our head. The seven major energy
centers are each in specific locations
along your spine. The several energy centers
of our bodies are one, the root Energy Center. The root Energy Center is located at the base
of your spine. It provides you with a base
of foundation for life, and it helps you feel grounded and able to withstand
challenges. Your root Energy
Center is responsible for your sense of
security and stability. And your second Energy
Center is called your sacral Energy Center. The sacral Energy Center is located just below
your belly button. This center is responsible for your sexual and creative energy. It is also linked to how you
relate to your emotions, as well as the
emotions of others. And number three,
energy center is called the Solar Plexus Energy Center. The solar plexus
Energy Center is located in your stomach area. It is responsible for
confidence and self-esteem, as well as helping you feel
in control of your life. And not before we have
our heart Energy Center. The heart Energy Center is
located near your heart, in the center of your chest. It comes as no surprise that the heart Energy Center is all about our ability to love
and show compassion. And the fifth Energy Center we have is the throat
Energy Center. The throat energy centers
located in your throat. The Energy Center
has also to do with your ability to
communicate verbally. And number six, we have
the energy center, the thought I Energy Center. The thought I Energy Center
is located between your eyes. You can thank this energy center for a strong gut instincts. That is because the thought
is responsible for intuition. It is also linked
to imagine nation. And number seven is the
crown Energy Center. The crown Energy Center is located at the top of your head. Your crown Energy
Center represents your spiritual
connection to yourself, to others, and to the universe. It also plays a role
in your lives purples. But you may ask what
exactly and how does your energy centers relates to Carlos and your well-being? How do callers on
your energy centers affects your emotional
and physical well-being? The word chakra, and
I'll spell it c, h, aka, also known as
energy centers, means disk or a wheel. And it refers to the energy
centers of your body. These wheels or disk of
spinning energy each corresponds with a
certain nerve bundle and the major organs
of your body. This makes collars and energy centers a very
interesting thing. Something worth thinking about and something worth taking. A second look at. You see to function
at your best, your energy centers needs
to stay open, all balance. If they get blocked. You may experience physical
or emotional symptoms related to particular diseases. So let's talk about the
seven main energy center that run through
your spine again. They start at the
root or base of your spine and external to
the crown of your head. That being said, some people
really believe you have a 114 different energy
centers in your body. You must pay attention
to your energy centers, but also pay
attention to colors. You see, it is
interesting to note that the seven energy centers correspond with the seven colors of the color wheel or spectrum. That swath exploring
all by itself. Some may say, Aha, I see there's something
definitely there. But the most important thing
to note is that not only are the seven energy
centers correlated with the seven colors of
the color wheel spectrum. But the energy
centers also directly relate to several
organs in your bodies. This is another
profound statement that I'm about to
make in this course. And this is eight. Energy is hidden in colors. And I'll repeat that energy
is hidden in colors. You may say that's the case. Well, generally when
you think about Carlos, we think about pigments and
patterns and hues and dies. However, when you think
about colors this time, and especially after
taking this class, think about energy and how energies relate to the energy
centers of your body's. Does that make sense? When you think about colors this time, think about Carlos, affecting fountains of
energies, vibrations, wavelengths that have a
direct impact on your organs. The beautiful picture is
that there are seven of these beautiful
power-packed forces and energy forces that correlates
with us and our well-being. Let's look at callers
and our energy centers. You see the color red
is at the base of your spine and represents
the root Energy Center. In turn, the root Energy Center, and the color effect. An organ you can
call gonad gland. The color orange is at the sacral energy
center of your body. And this energy center affects the adrenal gland and is also connected to
the gonad grants. And that has a
direct correlation with your reproductive system. The color yellow is at the
solar plexus Energy Center. And the gland it affects
is the pancreas. The color green is at
the heart Energy Center. And this energy center,
the thymus gland, the color blue is at the
throat energy centre, and this centre affects
the thyroid gland. The color indigo is after
thought, I Energy Center. And it affects the
pituitary gland. And the color violet is at the crown Energy Center and
it affects the pineal gland. These colors mean something to the energy levels of
those centers and ultimately to the body organs connected to these
energy centers. This is where the
pivotal question of our well-being and Carlos
come to place. Let's begin to break
it down this way. One, there is energy
hidden in color too. You have seven energy
centers of your buddies. And three, the energy
centers of your body's correlate with the seven colors of the spectrum color wheel. And fourthly, your
internal organs draw energy from
your energy centers. You see colors and color therapy becomes increasingly
important when you see them as a tool or a refueling station that has an effect on
your energy centers. Do you see that connection? So in subsequent question, that is most interesting, is this question, what colors do you believe
give off the most energy? Let's call them
energizing colors. You see strong bright colors and neon colors can have a
powerful effect on emotions. Carlos, like bright
red or bright yellow, neon green can feel energizing and make
you feel more alert, but can also be
irritating on the eyes. Another interesting
question you may have, which callers are
highest in energy? You see when it comes
to visible light. The highest frequency color, which is violet, has
the most energy. Do you notice that
the call that gives the highest energy
are also related to the energy center in the
highest center of your body, and that is your
crown Energy Center. Is that a coincidence? Think about it. You see the
highest energy centers in terms of location of your body is your
crown energy center. And that's where the highest energy or color
frequency or cause. The other question you may ask, what is the as color
Energy Center? The answer, the lowest
frequency of visible light, which is red, has
the least energy. So you can begin to see the
incredible connection or relationship between energy or the energy systems
in our bodies. And Carlos, but
most importantly, the organs of our bodies. This is an interesting
fat as you begin to plan to deliberately use callers and color therapy to heal yourself and rebalance
your energy centers. You see you need all
the colors to function properly and accurately in each Energy Center and to
have a balance Energy Center. Let's move on to
our next lesson, which will cover the
different colors and their meanings and energy
of vibration levels.
6. Module Five - Colors and Light: We are at Module five
of your coursework and today we will be talking
about color and light. I am jasmine Renner, your instructor and I look
forward to talking to you about colors and the
effect of light on colors. So let's get started. You see different
colors of light have different wavelengths
and energies. Our human eyes detect these differences in
wavelengths and energies, and we perceive them to
be differences in colors. But first, to grasp
this concept, you must understand
a little bit more about the science of colors. You can think of
an object's color as the light it reflects. You see when objects appear
to have a particular color. It is because they are absorbing
all the other colors of the visible spectrum
wheel around them while one color is
being reflected. So when you see
light and when you perceive something to
be a particular color, what you are seeing, other objects appear to have that particular color
because they're absorbing all of the other colors of the visible spectrum while
one color is being reflected. For example, the petals of a
rose appear red because they absorb most of the blue light of the visible
spectrum around them. And much of the green and
yellow to what's left to reflect is the dominant
reddish part of the spectrum. You see, that's why
we see roses as red. Our perception of color is then a rather clever result
of our eyes and brains interpreting
various combinations of those reflected light. Exactly which colors an
object absorbs depends on all the complex molecules
that make up its surface. To understand that,
you need to know what color are really ease. You see light is a wave, and color is merely the
frequency of that wave. Each light frequency, that is, each color carries a
particular energy. If that energy is precisely
the right amount to knock an electron from one state to
another within a molecule, then the frequency of that
color will be absorbed. The natural frequencies of the molecules that
make up a rose petal. Current spawns with
the frequencies of light that are mostly
blue through yellow. Those roses are red. The sun emits light of every
possible frequency at once, including frequencies that are high and low for us to see. But the sun's highest
intensity alliance approximately with our
visible range of perception. And that is read through blue. That's not a coincidence. Like animals on Earth, we have evolved to make the
best use of light available. And this affects how
we perceive color. Because remember,
callers is energy. Light is energy. And when light
intersects with callers, we have frequencies
that can affect us and our well-being
as human beings. Well, let's move on to the
next module of this class. And it is Module Six.
7. Module Six - Colors and their Meaning: We are at Module six
of your coursework and today we will be
focusing on the topic, colors and their meanings. I am jasmine Renner and I'm always thrilled to be
part of this class to share with you vital
and important knowledge that will benefit
your well-being. You see Carlos play
an exceptional, prominent role in our lives. Carlos, influence our thinking, inspire decision-making,
and impact our moods. From causing changes to
change in reactions. Colors are more
powerful than we think. Depending on our
interpretations, they can be used for
both evil and good. Fortunately, we
have the power to welcome some colors
and Shawn others. Have you ever noticed a
shift in your attitude while surrounded by
a particular color? Perhaps you have been
overwhelmed with staring at a particular or
specific shade of color. You've likely written
some occurrences of a common human
response to that color. But here's an overview of each of the colors and their meaning, what they symbolize,
and how they affect human emotion and behaviors. The color red. This color is the color
of passion and energy. Red draws attention

emotional strength. It is optimistic and
uplifting and odd spontaneity and positivity to life. It also encourages social
communication and creativity. It is a youthful and
energetic color. And now we move on
to the color yellow. The color yellow is the color
of happiness and optimism. Yellow is a cheerful
and energetic color that brings fun and
joy to the wall. It makes learning easier as it affects the logical
part of the brain, stimulating mentality
and perception. It inspires thoughts and curiosity and boost
enthusiasm and confidence. The color green is the color
of harmony and health. Green is a generous, relaxing color that revitalizes
our bodies and our minds. It balances our
emotions and leaves us feeling safe and secure. It also gives us hope with promises of growth

a friend full of wisdom. You can count on
brown to help you. If you need a harnessed opinion,

and on emotional. It is practically a solid color. And he says solid as a rock, making it incredibly stable,
reliable, and calming. It has a peaceful, relaxing and soothing presents. Gray, avoid attention,
but offers mature, insightful advice to
anyone who asked. And let's talk about
the color white. Finally, the color white is a color of purity
and innocence. Why it is a true
balance of all colors and is associated
with cleanliness, simply CT and perfection. It loves to make others feel
good and provides hope and clarity by refreshing
and purifying the mind. It also promotes open-mindedness
and self reflection. We are at the end of module
six of your coursework. Please move on to module seven.
8. Module Seven - Methods of Using Colors and Light: We are at Module
seven of your cars. And today in this course, I will be talking about
the methods of using colors and light for
your overall well-being. I am jasmine Renner,
your instructor, and I'm thrilled to pass on this valuable knowledge
and skills to you. So let's talk about
colored light and let's see how we can use this
for our well-being. You can do is to drink what
I call solarized water. You can drink solarized
water in this way. Here's how to do it. Simply place purified water. We've seen a core word, bottle and allow
it to be birthed in sunlight for a
period of time. The rays of the sun will filter through the
colored B2 and energize the water with a
specific color vibration. You see this is one
of the ways tree of colors can be taken
into the body. It is an easy, inexpensive way to
become positively involved in color therapy
for your well-being. What you end up with is that color bottle is hearing Tony. You can create that
tonic from any color you need the benefits off and just simply drink glasses of water for that colored bottles. The second way you can use
colors and light to use catalog bald or lambs in
your surroundings at home. You can use color
balls, all lamp, depending on the type of color your body is meeting at
that particular time. You can see it in all lie in
these colors for 30 minutes. Some people have done
it for seven days. However long you feel
is necessary for you. You can use color balls in your surrounding for
your well-being. The third method is using colored clothing or paddy
supplies in a desired room. So for example, if
you think you lack a little bit of
red energy in you, you can wear red or
green or yellow, depending on the
meaning of the colors and watch you want
that to do for you. You can wear clothes
with certain colors. Colors have energy,
callers have vibration. So look into your closet or wardrobe this
morning or evening. What does it contain? Do you have clothes of a particular color
and you missing some, all the colors in your closet. Pay attention, pay close attention to the
colors you frequently aware of colors you don't
swear because you might be missing an
intregal part of your well-being by
choosing not to wear those colors were in
southern corners. You may want to ask yourself, what part of myself
am I avoiding? Or what part of myself am I developing into a
wholesome well-being? You might want to check
on the meaning of every color that I will be talking about and have
spoken about in this class. Another way you can
use color and light is eating foods of
certain colors. In my video, you see a lot of food food pages that I have brought into the lesson
and into the modules. This is deliberate
because I want you, as you go through
the classes too, a feeling, a connection
with colors. Like for example, if you need
more energy to rent food, eat tomatoes or strawberries. If you need more
vitality than eat green, it leaves a veggie
tables set, agreed? And another way of using
colors and light is to simply wear jewelry is in the colors you
need more energy. For example, you can wear
blue ring or a red ring, or a yellow embroidered rig, which or whatever color you desire to affect your mood
or affect your well-being. You can wear jewelry in
that particular color. Another way to use
colors and light is to visit places that match
your colon needs. For example, if
you want calmness, go to where there's a lot
of water for balance. Go to food store,
vegetable section. If you need green, you still had to that section. If you want energy and
low in the atmosphere, you can buy red flowers. And finally, what type of
environment do you live in? What is the color
surface of your wall? You want to pay attention
to decorating or painting your space or your
walls deliberately. Remember, colors have energy and that energy radiates
a type of vibration. And if you know how to use it accurately to apply
to your well-being. You have started the journey of self healing with color therapy. I think this is all I
have for module seven. And I hope you can take
all of these methods and at least use one or
two and try it out. You will be surprised
at how this can drastically change your outlook, mood, and overall well-being.
