1. Introduction to the advanced ChatGPT features: In this new course
here on skill share, I'm going to take you through
all the new features of PT. In the paid version, the pro version of the platform, we're going to go
through all the plug ins that it offers and how
to use it in right way. How to use custom instructions, and how you can access
the Internet for even a richer experience and more opportunities
for content creation. This course is for
people that already are familiar with JetPT or have taken a previous course in GPT here on the same platform. I encourage you to
already have a little bit of an understanding of the
platform can do for you. Course if you already
know about GPT, I've used my previous course
for different course. I would like to take
it to the next level. To an advanced level and okay, to only spend $20 platform just to use advanced features that you can cause
cancer any time, then this would be a
great course for you to take your GBT experience
to the next month.
2. Skillshare Project: Now as part of this course
here on skill share, I would like to do
a project with you. I encourage you to
use the plug ins that will cover poor
access to the internet, will probably both to create a beautiful
piece of content, you can upload a piece of content here to the
project gallery if you'd like to
aptits necessary. And I'm sure that
you'll be proud of it. I hope you are as
enthusiastic as I am, So let's get started.
3. ChatGPT Plus and Plugins: When you purchase the
upgraded jet GPT plan, currently at $20 a month,
you will see this. You would still have access to your original jet GPT
frame and campus PT 3.5 but you can now also switch to GPT four which comes with a number of
additional features. As you can see here, you can now browse with
Ing at the moment, you can have advanced
data analysis. I'll show you how to update and you have access to plug ins. In addition, you can
also integrated the door three which is the
success of the door two. An image generator that
is very strong and probably the strongest at
the moment at this time. In addition to all these
additional features, you also are ensured
that when GPT is buzzy, when many people on the Internet to try to get it work for them, you have preference
over the free users. You do have a limitation of
50 messages every 3 hours. But let's face it, you
probably don't use it that often or that mark that
you are hitting that limit. Now go on the left
hand side here, you see three dots next to you. Use the name or E mail address
that you sign up with. You can change the settings and the better features you need to actively switch on the plug
ins here by this toggle. And you can also try to
use some data analysis. You'll probably use CPT for conta generation
and plugging SEO, social media, those things. But if you have larger data, says that you would like
CPT to have a lookout, probably they can work
with you as well. You could do some coding. There are many things
in the technical sphere you can try out here, switch on the plugins, and then we're going to
have a look into them. You first need to
enable them here. You need to put this era down, scrawl down to the
plug in store, maybe stores the wrong word, because most of them are free. And here you will see all the different features
and plugins that are currently available now every
week, or perhaps every day. There are new plugins available. By the time I edited this video, maybe a few new ones always have a look out what is out there and just have
a play with it. But a few things I'd like
to highlight for you are the installed plugins that I personally use,
their KemetI search, and the core AI, they really help with
making your text more optimized when you use GPT. Another interesting one are
the browsers you can use. The Aron browser. This
browser, this browser. There's so many ways
access the Internet in addition to using being that is already
integrated with GPT. In this way, you have a variety of options to access
the Internet and also add a reference to
the articles that you generate to give it
a bit more cloud and a reference to where the
information came from. This also circumvents
the usual problem that S GPT knowledge was limited
to a certain date in time. Now you have access to all the information that is
currently on the Internet. A few other interesting
plugins are here, the content rewriter
and the content app. They help you to rewrite the content in a way
that you like it better. This is very helpful to make
it sound less AI generated. And here we have Prompt Perfect, which helps you to create better prompts compared to when you just type something in. You probably have a
few ideas on what you want BT to write for you. And this app will
help you to create a prompt to situate
that it really does what you think
it should be doing. It is basically a chat before the actual generation
takes place. Very handy. So have a look around, see
which one you appeal to you. And I'll also demonstrate a few of these features
in the next video.
4. Custom Instructions Explainer: Now I'd like to show you
the custom instructions. A new feature in GPT, you do not need to
enable a plug in for it. It is just here on
the left hand side on the three dots next
to you user name or E mail address here is custom instructions
and they have it. I've just disabled my ones because before I show you
the customer instructions, I first would like to show you why they exist in
the first place. Let's say I'm going to ask GPT. Can you write about anything? Let's say net. Can you write a blog
about benefits of hiking in Nature generic? It may not be something that you can rank on straightaway, even if you represented a hiking brand or if you
are a hobbyist hiker. But what I want to
show to you is that the blog that it generates
here for me is not bad, but a little bit generic. You probably have
already seen that when you stressed out
CPD for yourself, a certain way of writing like whether it's
this or that here on the top is a certain
way of writing things, delve into something that you ss a list as
we can say here. Also not bad, but very generic
and bit of cookie clutter answers Often it also ends up with a conclusion
section which is not bad. But again, if all your articles
end with a conclusion, it sounds a little bit warning. Here we go in conclusion, and there we go Also. Hiking is more than just directional
recreational activity. It's a holistic
experience that nurtures the body, mind, and souls. Not a bad sentence, but you
have often seen this type of sentences in GPT
generated content. You would like to have something that is better suited for the audience, better
suited for Google. What you can do is copy, baste this into word document, change a few things and update it into a
version that you like. What would be better if you
had GPT generated into a way that actually helps you create
a version from the get go. In a better way For that, you do need a new chat. You can't re, use
the current one because when we start to use the custom
instructions that are here, it will only enable
for new chats. Now, what can you write here? Basically, this gives you
the blueprint for what GPT should answer in the
response that it gives to you. Here I give you a bit
of an introduction of what I'm doing with GPT. I'd like to be human focused, It's also optimizing for SEO. My tone needs to be
in a friendly way. But I also noticed that GPT
often uses the phrases, this is not just that thing
but you find a bit generic. I don't want it to happen
to Afenomen blog and I don't want to spend time in
weeding it out individually. It makes much more
sense if I were to tell PT to not use it from
the beginning onwards. Next to that, you also
have a field on how it should respond in
which ways I would like it to sound like
human AI generated text in order to
get better results. I gave it like very paragraph lengths,
very send structure, avoid certain writing styles do come up with a twist
so it's not too bland. Do not end with the conclusion because all my articles
have a conclusion. I rather have it
flow naturally from the end of the article instead of having a conclusion per se. Some of it's okay,
but not all the time. The use of a parallel
structure or parallelism, not bad, but I don't
want at all the time. I just ask it not to use
that on and so forth. This is just a way to create a better version
of your article. Get go, so you have less
editing to do later on. Now you're more than
welcome to copy paste all my customer instructions
for your own benefit. There's a link here
that you can use. Just click it and you will have the customer structures
right there for you. And of course, you
can change them, update them to your own needs. And there you have it. I'm
just going to save it now. It has the customer
instructions in a new chat saved for
me in the new ones. Now I'm going to say, can
you write a look post about? I'm going to ask it to do
the same article again, but I want it in a different
way so I'm going to see how it incorporated all
my customer instructions. It already has less of the
list structure because I don't want all my articles to be
allystical, so to speak. Sometimes it works,
but not all the time. I need to read it, of course, to really see that it works, but you can already tell that
it has a different output. Then initially you can all see that there's no
conclusion at the end, it does have a bit of
a affirmative way. In the end, I also asking the customer
instructions to use LSI keywords that stands
for Ltd Semantic indexing. Which means that I wanted to optimize not only for
hiking or for nature, but also for other activities, physical health,
those kind of things. Now, it will probably still
be difficult to rank in Google based on this article because it's still very generic. But for the purpose
of this video, I wanted to keep it generic so that you have an idea
of what it's about. You probably have more
specific interests and niches that are
suitable for your audience. And then the keywords
will be more specific and it will be
easier for you to rank on. But in this way,
the raw material GBT gives you is ready better and you have
less anything to do that. If you started off with the output that comes
in, the free version, check out custom instructions, have a play with it and
refine it to your own liking.
5. Demo of various plugins: Now let's say I would
like to create a diagram based on some data or an
inside I have for my article. I browsed through the
block in store and found, for example, this one there, grams show me I just installed. By clicking on the button, you can click away the
plugins store. And you can see
it's enabled here. You can enable up
to three browsers at this point in time. I envision they will
increase over time. If you think, okay,
I'd like diagrams, but I'd also like to do a
bit of content writing, and I may also need to access the Internet for the
article I'm about to write. Then you select the appropriate
browsers and plugins that are suitable for the
query that you have in mind. You close that and
you just start here. Let's say can you find
me the resting data data on is now going to use the Internet to find
me some data that could be very suitable for the
article that I have in mind. For now, I'm just
testing it out. And of course, as always, you want to know that what
you are going to publish is actually makes sense and is really useful
to your readings. And not just filling up a block
will not appreciate that. But here we see that GPT now has a reliable source like Harvard Health and came up
with these five topics. This is fairly easy
and top level, but in your field or source, you can perhaps
increase that with more complex concepts and ideas. Now we have all these
interesting points that GPT gave me. A few comparable keywords, LSI keywords I would like. Now what is now it's going to use
the diagrams plug in it is thinking about it, how to best displayed
for me. Here it goes. Pert needed some time to create this diagram for me,
but here you have it. It looks quite okay if I
enlarge it in a different tab. I see it does make sense. It is maybe not
that beautiful yet. I just went back and listened to what Jesse
suggested for me. Maybe in a different
way it would be better and asked Jesse
Pert to go up with all the versions it suggested it needed some more time to
think. But there we have it. Here we have healthy
living styles plotted out as a mind map. I think this already
looks better than the previous
version that we had, and here we have it
on a larger screen. What you could do now if you're writing about healthy living, is just take a screenshot of it, put it in your blog,
and then you have a very unique image that
you competitors have. It may work very well to get higher rankings
in Google because you have a unique asset that is
nowhere else on the Internet. And of course, you
can refine this model until you have a model
that really works for you. The only thing you
can do is just go to the place where it came from, like the diagram online, and just add a few
things or change the colors or in any way
you would like to have it. No One small note of caution to make is that
these are plug ins by organizations,
commercial organizations. They could do that
for lead generation, they could just do it
to help the Internet. It really depends on
what the intent is here. For some of them you will
need to create an account. For some of them they will
try to get you as a lead. When you select
your plug ins, yes, it will be checked by opening
eye if they are okay. But ideally, you would like
to have the plug ins enabled that are really suitable for you and that you feel are okay. Required to sign up
with an email address. You may want to create a different emailddress that is not your primary one so that you're not some lead
magnet Emo list, just a way to protect yourself. You will see that
some of them you can install and uninstall
them straight away, whereas others they
ask you to sign up. And others are more
commercially driven, like Expedia and
Kayak travel sector. They will of course, use the plug in to create more
traffic to their website. Keep an eye out
for what intent is of the plugin maker
and you'll be fine.
6. Create Documents with AI: Now. Let's say I work
for a software company and things are not looking
that great, salesman down. We are behind schedule
and people are resigning. I would like to
present a paper to my manager on how things
are going at the moment. We do also have a
few positive things, five star reviews, and the current clients
are really happy. But I would like to create a presentation on the current
situation and come up with a plan for our sales
marketing team to get things going into
the right direction. Just enabled that into GPT. This is the plan that
has came up with and now I'm able
to do maker plug in to create an
actual presentation based on all this information. Of course, you would like
to check that everything that I entered here is
represented correctly. And by the way, I'm
making all of this up. It is just an example. But now that we have the
right information here, it will use to plug in to create a presentation that I can
then use for our manager. Now, the next step here is the presentation that
was made by the plug in. This is the presentation I could potentially use in a meeting. It gives all the information
that gave it to them. It has formatted in a pleasant to the format and I can now download that and use it in the Powerpoint or Google Docs. To create a better version,
maybe add a few things, but this already takes a
lot of the pain out of greater presentations before it would take you at
least half an hour. Now you have it in 2 minutes.
7. Video to text: Now I would like to show you
an interesting thing with AI that really is going to change a lot of ways in how
we create content, consume content, and
convert content. Here in the plug in store, I've installed the
video captions, plug in, and video summary. I'm going to click this away. I click a little drop down here. I'm going to keep my
content rewrited there. I could also turn it off,
but I might as well. I'm just going to enable the video captions
and video summary. Now I have this
video here from that that is 11 minutes and 52 seconds that I
would like to learn. And I want to know about the five steps to fix
any problem at work. Now, usually I'm quite
happy to sit through 11 minutes and listening through what a
speaker has to say. Well, let's say today
I'm really in a hurry. So I'm just going to copy
this and go back to Chet, Pt, going to feed it to
Jett and going to say, can you watch this for me? Pt is now going to do is check that link
using the plugins. Watch the video
for me and extract the five key points that
this video is talking about. This saves me going
to watch it all. Sometimes I'm not in the
mood to watch something. Sometimes I'd just like to read something instead of
listening to it this way. Have it all for me on a
screen within minutes. And I can just skip through it, scan it, see if it is for me. If we want to, I
can still watch it, but in this way I already have that information here for me, whilst is a great
result and we need to respect the copyright from
the author and from Ted X. We can use this as a base to craft new content
ideas for our blog, for our online channels. By just taking it as a
source of inspiration, we cannot just copy it. But we can say, can you
come with ten blog? Now, I ask the CPT
to come up with ten block ideas for me
based on the video. If this video is in my
niche or something that I'm interested in usually
blog about, here it goes. It gives me ten blocking ideas. From here, you can
craft the content, sculpted, create
further outlines. Because then it really becomes your content instead of
the original author. Because you take
only a small piece out of it and start
with a whole new way, which is quite different
from stealing it or repurposes it, but
only redrafting it. I think that is where
the final line is. In the future, there
will probably be new legislation or
new consideration of what is new content, what is original content with someone else. Keep it
up with your mind. Do reference to the
original author if you are using parts of that. But definitely make it a thing of your own that you can truly say I created this instead of
copying from someone else. That's only caveat,
but otherwise, have a look into the
video plug in and see how it can aid you for your content
marketing strategy.
8. Custom GPT’s: As a new feature on the platform
in the plus version jet, GPT has created the option
to create your own PT's. You can get there by going to the explore section
here on the left. And here you see a few
that are pre made. There's a classic one that
you're already used to, but also some that are
made specifically for data analysis or
something fun like Santa, or anything that could be
built for specific purpose. You can find it here, the
ones already pre made. You can also go to, for example, this one that is
sorting for you, which GPT is right for you? For example, this is like a database of more than
22,000 custom GBT's. I'm just going to say, can
you find me for example? Of course you can
type in anything else and this is
just researching the entire database of all the custom PTs
that are out there. And then it will come up with a few recommendations for me. Here are the custom GPT that
the platform found for me, the list of ten at the moment. Of course, if these
are not the ones that I need, that's
totally fine. Let's say I like this one
and then it will search that one and we'll start
with that GPT straight away. I can now create
a prompt that is specifically useful for start up contact marketing.
This is just an example. Another thing I'd like to show
you if these customs, GPT, are not entirely
what you wanted, you can also go and
create your own GPT. Just create one that
is right for you. It will build a version of
GPT that you can use best. Let's say I want a GPT creation for the spelling mistake, but will now created
and updated GPT for me. This will take a
little bit of time. On the right side, you will see the preview of what
I have created. If I'm not entirely happy, I can always go to the
configure button here on the upright and change
what I've put in here. It will think a little bit about GPT and the more
you play with it, the more it will explain and
create further instructions. It's a great choice.
Is that a good title? Yes, I can of course
change it later. On the right side, you will see the custom GPT that
I've just created, including some
example questions. Now if this is not entirely
doing the trick for me, I can go here, I can
change the name, the image, you can use
the door or photo here. There is already quite an
elaborate instruction on how the GPD would perform if the conversation starters
are not right for me. I can change that as well. There's just one of the ideas, and then I see it
on the right now. I can further refine it. I can just create one straight away and
see if it is fine. If not, I can configure it here further and I have my own
GPT and work with that. Quite interesting. So have
a look around, please. Do be aware, it is a little
bit of a wild West out there. I tried and tested
quite a few ones and some are better than others, some are using it for
generating leads. So you need to leave your
Emil address to use the GPT. Be a little bit careful with
the ones that you utilize, but overall I would
recommend have a look around and see which ones are right for you
or create your one.
