You will learn about how to do that. So if you are curious to learn these skills in hat chpT and take your carrier to the next level, start learning right now, S in the class. 2. Generating Marketing Emails: Hi, welcome. Back friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how we can generate different types of emails with Chat GPD. So let's get started. So here you can select any of the models on Chat GPT, whether you're using free or paid account for generating emails. I'm using GPD 400 mini which most suitable for a variety of tasks where we do not have any attachment. If you want to provide any supporting documents like PDF or other things, you can provide an attachment as well. Here I am writing a prompt like generate an email to initiate contact with a potential client who has recently shown interest in our product by signing signing up for a news letter. Here, we can compose different types of emails for different varieties of purposes. Here, this is a prong that I have written generate an email to initiate contact with a potential client who has recently shown interest in a product by signing up for a newsletter. So there could be different types of emails for different varieties of customers and prospects. So the people who have signed in through a newsletter, here's a format. We can replace it with our company's name in the subject line and in body, and here we can replace the client's name and we can put this as a draft. So whenever you are wondering how to generate emails for a specific variety of work, you can take help of Chat GPT in drafting the thing for you. And after proper review, you can decide whether to go with that or not. So thank you for signing up of our newsletter and showing interest in our company. We are excited to have you join our community and look forward to sharing valuable insights and updates with you. And here we can see if you have any specifications, you can write. Now, for a follow mail, the prompt would be different and the email would be different. Now let me write another prompt follow up email to a prospect who attended or recent webinar, but has not responded to our previous Communications. Okay, so you're writing a prompt for a follow up email to a prospect who have attended a webinar partner has not responded to the previous communications. Okay, so you can write it in a different way. Following up on a recent webinar, how can we assist you? Hope this email finds you. Well, I wanted to follow up regarding the recent weeminar you attended. We appreciate your interest and hope you found our session useful. Understand that you might be busy, but I wanted to check to see if you have any questions, or is there anything specific you would like to discuss further. Our team is here to help and would be happy to provide more information or set up a personalized demo to address any particular needs or interests. So this is a great opportunity to reach the prospects with a follow up emails and to sell our services and products. Maybe help the customers directly with solving the problem even if we do not have any benefits. Then we can compose a similar kind of emails for promotional messages for limited time discounts and something like that, or maybe you want to have a closing deal, so you can write up pro compose a persuasive using email that summarizes the benefits of our product. We can give a product name like wireless mouse. Aiming to analyze a sale with a resistant prospect. So sometimes we have a resistant customer or prospect who is hard to convert to sales and we can write a tricky email. So here we can see last chance to upgrade your experience with our wireless mouse. Here we should have a sense of urgency in the email I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to touch base one final time regarding our wireless mouse that we discussed. I understand that making a decision can be challenging, so I would like to briefly summarize the key benefits that makes our mouse an excellent choice for you. You can simply replace the word or the product with your own product or services. Instead of wireless mouse, you may offer cosmetic surgery or just any other product or services you may offer and you want to promote, you can do it that way. The long battery life, ergonomic design, precision and accuracy, and so on, so these are the benefits. The same way, you can write other emails. So I hope these three examples would be useful for you. You can write different types of the emails for running different types of the campaigns and for responding to certain types of queries. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons, they'll then keep learning and keep moving ahead. 3. Generating Social Media posts: Hi, welcome back, friends. In this lesson, you're going to learn about how we can contact social media marketing with the help of hat CI pretty. So here, I'm going to show you how we can generate social media posts for Instagram and for LinkedIn. So here we will see two examples. It will be a bit longer prompt where we will specify a few things. Whenever you are using Chat PT to generate any ontent such as social media posts, you have to give certain information and guidelines for hatchPT to follow. So let us take an example for an Instagram post. Here I'm writing in the prom. You may use any of the model, whether you have a free account or a paid account, I'm using GPT 40 mini. That works perfectly well for free as well as paid users. So for generating text based content, you can use any of the models on Chat CHPT. So here I'm writing in the pro, write and engaging Instagram caption for post featuring. Here we can put your product or service name. So here we can say, write an engaging Instagram caption for a post featuring a new product launch. For coffee shop in District one Saigon. See here I'm putting a location. You can put your name for you can call it like Borist coffee shop in District one sigon. Emphasize its unique flavor. Emphasize its unique flavor and encourage followers to check it out. And I can put it like include all relevant hash tags. Okay, so here we go. So I'm writing a post for Instagram and here it this way. So sometimes we are running out of ideas and we feel like what should be the most suitable post or hashtags. And based on that, we can provide some ample amount of information about the product, and then we can generate a post. And for other things, like if you have ten, 20 different topics, what you can do is you can copy the same prompt. Just change the objective, instead of product launch for Barista coffee shop industritO gon, I can change it for product launch for fashion brand in Paris. Unique color, we can call it. And here we go. So here, this is another post. Here, we can see the difference. So first post have introduction, our new sensation at Barista coffee shop in District one Saigon, dive into the cup of unparalleled flavor with our latest blend crafted to perfection for your taste buds. Here it's putting a lot of emojis because definitely it's for Instagram and we have to put some images for that. And based on the image, we need to put some caption. Here, the hash tags are just Barista coffee, the name of the coffee shop, you can say Saigon eats because Saigon is a city in Vietnam, so and District one is the exact location. New flavor, coffee lovers, coffee culture, sigon cafe, must ray, coffee addict, and so on. So we can generate the hash tags, use them. If you have any other idea, you can run it. Then regarding the second post, we can see this is for a masterpiece from Paris fashion brand, and we have a new styles and with a unique color that redefines elegance. Be the first to rock this exclusive shade and elevate your wardrobe with a touch of Parisian flare. So here we can see, um, the hashtags relevant hashtags like Parisian chick style revolution, unique color, fashion forward, fashion inspo, Parisian style translator, fashion addict style goes, and so on. So these are the two different examples of generating the caption and hashtags for Instagram. You can follow along with the same prompt. You can copy it, change it with your adjusted as per your requirements by putting your brand name and product launch or service and any other information you want to put it. Now let's see another example of LinkedIn post. Or an article. LinkedIn articles are generally targeted at professional audiences. It could be a job post or for an internship or just anything. It will have a different composition. Here, I can write a prompt like compose a LinkedIn article introducing for code. Ninja, we can call it s here. This is a miname for a company, we can call it code Ninja. It looks like a coding based company. Introducing for code Ninja. Discussing the latest trends in IT industry positioning for anger as a thought leader and providing actionable insights for professionals. So on LinkedIn, we have to write articles or sometimes, especially that will result in increased awareness around the topic. We can drive professionals to our internships or maybe certifications or embrace or brands. So the marketing on the LinkedIn is completely different from other social media platforms. And here we can the marketing can be done in form of ads or posts or articles. So here is an article like the title could be navigating the latest trends in IT, how Cod Ninja is leading the charge. If you have any specifications or key technologies using Python Dijongo or Redhead Linux, you can put it that way. Although it's generating a general one like EI and machine learning. So the rise of edge computing is putting for the edge computing. Cybersecurity is a top priority evolution of cloud computing. Here we can see this is the complete post with a detailed things of how we can maybe codenger is training company provides training on different domains, we can use such post. Then at the end, we have conclusion, and we can see the hash texts, code Ninja, edge computing, DevOps, continuous integration, and so on. If you're satisfied with the response, definitely go ahead. If you're not satisfied, you can ask it to reach and write. Chat BT will try again taking a different approach, and it will write a full article. Keep it short and informal. So we can also try changing the tone, okay? So changing the tone would be more suitable, especially if you're targeting a specific audience. So if you're targeting more professional audience, you can have a formal tone. Otherwise, formal tone would be a bit boring on social media platforms. You can try having a bit funky or informal tone, at least. Here we can see, Hey, everyone at Cod Ninja, we are diving deep into the latest IT trends and shaping the tech. Here's a quick rundown of what's hot and now we are staying ahead. EI Ss a short online description about these things and stay tuned with Cod Ninja for more updates and tips on navigating the IT landscape. Now we can expand of any specific topic like now write separate post or It's computing, we can say. And here we can see it's a dedicated post. Okay, so whenever we do not have a background of any specific domain, or maybe we want to play with words, we can take help of chat Cup in crafting a better word. So here we can see with these two examples we can generate effect engaging caption for Instagram, as well as good article for Linkedin. In the same way we can generate different posts for Twitter or other platforms, Facebook, um, Tik Tok, YouTube, and lots of other platforms. You're going to learn more examples in the coming lessons till then, keep running and keep moving ahead. 4. Building Marketing Strategies: Hi, welcome back, friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how we can build marketing strategies with the help of chat Chi quit. So sometimes we are running out of ideas and we want to maybe expand an idea into a detailed strategy, and CHI GPT can help us create it very fast. So maybe you want to design a customer loyalty program or for a mobile marketing strategy or a project for conducting market analysis, you can do it with the help of Chacht easily. So let me write it. You can use any of the models of ChathPT for that purpose here, I'm asking it to prepare a loyalty program. So it will suggest certain ideas. So design a comprehensive customer loyalty program or a coffee shop chain. Okay, so you can replace it with your own product and services. So if you want to provide it for retail chain or any other, you can put it like that. Include tiered rewards personalized offers integrating mobile app and other stuff, such as feedback election. And here, just make sure the spellings are correct. Otherwise, hat will give bad results. Okay, so here I have given a prompt to build a customer loyalty program, and it comes with an idea. So customer loyalty program for the name is root for you and here's the program tiers. So the tier, it has divided customers across three different tiers. So first of all, we have the entry label who could be called as a bean lover. It's a good idea. The second category will be the roast enthusiast, the mid level, and the brew master, the top tier. So, what will be the criteria? So once a customer sign up for the loyalty program, it will be categorized in the bean level, the entry level, you can earn one points for $1 is spent. More coffee you drink, the more shopping you do, you will get more benefits. The welcome offer is free coffee on the first purchase, birthday rewards with a fee pastry on your birthday and exclusively offers like access to monthly promotions and discounts. Then we have the roast enthusiast, where you can accumulate 500 points. Once you accumulate 500 points, the reward will be increased that you will get 1.5 points for every $1 spent. The bonus will be 10% off on every purchase. It's a good offer. It will boost the sales, definitely. And there could be other things. And the Brew Master would be the top tier for the customers who have accumulated over 1,500 points, and then what would be the things? So buddy reward would be free coffee, pastry, and a special gift, and VIP access to store openings, special events, and dedicated customer support line. So for a mobile app, there could be different features. We can see like loyalty card, mobile ordering, um, feedback collection, how we can get feedback like this from the surveys and for focus groups, we can invite top tier members to participate in the focus group to provide in depth feedback on new products and services. It could be very much useful if we want our brand to grow further. Additional programs and features that we can run. I will give us good idea of how to build such things. And we can customize it, modify it as we feel like. Now let's see another example like a how we can if your company is planning for an international expansion, let me give it a prompt outline a project for conducting market analysis for international expansion of a Asian brand for kids discuss data collection methods, market entry extraories and cultural considerations. Okay, so here we can see it will help us build a market analysis for international expansion for the kids fashion crap. So it will outline the overall strategy, how we can collect the data, how we can market the entry strategies and cultural considerations. If you have any specific geographies like you're wanting to expand in Southeast Asia or just regions, you can specify and hat BT will write a specified response. We have a project objectives, the goals, data collection methods could be industry reports, comptaor analysis, online databases. Primary research could be through surveys, focus groups, or interviews. Customer insights could be gathered from social media or sales data. And the economic and cultural data such as GDP disposable income in each region and specific countries that you may be targeting. The cultural research, the norms, the fashion trends, and children's preference to tailor products and marketing strategies accordingly. Then what could be market entry strategies. So it could be based on two things, market selection, the entry modes, marketing and promotion. There would be different things. How we can do market selection, we could do it either by the privatization or the segmentation. So privatization could be identifying a most suitable market that provides a high growth potential, favorable economic condition, and strong demand for a product. Market segmentation, we can segment key segments within each market pace on the age groups income level or other things. So we can target some product for high income groups, for low income groups in a specific geography and so on. The entry modes could be through directly exporting the product into the country or whether we can partner or partner with distributors. We could do the franchising and licensing and local and can have local presence by establishing a flagship store. Just like a lot of companies do. Then we can have a marketing and promotion things we can partner with influencers. We can have a localized marketing with understanding the local cultures, nuances of that. That should resonate. Then the culture considerations like products should adapt a specific location based on the customer behaviors, and we have to always check for the compliance and regulatory factors. What should be the implementation plan it is providing you with different phases, the budget. What would you budget through different phases such as research for entry costs and the contingency. Contingency could be set aside for the funds that could be based on unforeseen expenses and adjustment to implementations. So here we can see each attribute can help you in planning a good strategy for various products and services. And if you provide more information, if you keep on prompting, it will give us better information. We can write it like now, provide detailed strategy or chin. See we can call it Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. And here we can see it is providing for the Kuala Lumpur and putting some information based on the Internet and which market we should find like the social media platforms are popular in Malaysia is Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. And for specific geographies, we can have other platforms as well. And how we can adapt. You can set for the local guidelines, compliances, provide local appliances. So what could be the things business registration and licensing, retail businesses where we can get the consumer protection. There could be different standards, which department and what certifications we need to have like intellectual property corporation of Malsia and so on. We can get with the information of what could be the legal standards and other things we have to follow. Okay, so I hope this example is useful for you. It will help you how to build the marketing strategies for specific locations and specific plans like the loyalty program for the coffee shop. Try to be creative with the prompt whenever you are giving it or try to use more information, put more information in the prompts, give emphasis. And if you're not getting the desired result in the first attempt, try to do it again by changing the words. Keep learning and keep moving ahead. You are going to learn more in the coming lessons. 5. Working with vendor dataset: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you are going to learn about an interesting use case where we will upload a dataset consisting of the vendor bid information, and based on that dataset, we will ask hatchPD to help us find a more suitable vendor. You can do it for other kind of datasets as well. So here, let's see. Let's have a look of what dataset that we are uploading. Here we have the vendor ID, vendor name, and different other parameters like AMC charges, the bid amount, the replacement policies, number of annual supports, and there are a lot of different parameters. So if you are a manager or you are responsible person who has to take a decision, which vendor to go for or maybe you have a large number of vendor bits, or you want to have a decision making process being reported. So you want to identify the parameter before taking the decision. Maybe you want to find the top three vendors. So we will see how Chat GPT can help us in this case. So here I will upload this dataset here, the vendor with Excel file. Let me write a prompt. Could you help me find the top three vendors based on all the parameters based on top three vendors. Also mention why we should ward bid their bid with proper reasoning. At the end generate a detailed report consisting of several charts and tables. Based on this data set. Okay, so we can break it down into two different prompts or if you want it to be in a single way, you can club it together. So here, we have two components of the prompt. First, we want to find the top three vendors with the proper reasoning, and the second component is we don't want to generate a detailed report consisting of several charts and tables. So maybe you are not required to just select the top three vendors. You are also involved in providing the decision making with a detailed report. See here, let's see. The top three vendors are here. These are the dummy names, Dixon Donaldson, Prince Wilson, Benson, Johnson and Rogers, and it has varied the score based on different parameters. And now it is generating a detailed report. And here, there are certain charts. I have not specified which kind of chart I'm interested in, so it has generated a scatterplot or maybe sometimes it will generate bar chart or line chart depending on the situation. But if you mention you want only the bar chart or the line chart, it will show you the specific chart. See here, it's a comparison of bid amount versus Score for all the vendors, and here the stars are different vendors. So we can see what durations amount of vendor bids has been placed. So it has been as low as 5,000 and as high as 25,000. So it's very different range, and maximum number of vendors has placed bid above 15,000. So above 50,000, we have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight bids and four bids are below 12,000. So we can compare this thing. Uh, AMC charges versus thecOR in the same way numbers of annual support versusCOE. So some vendors has provided only one support, annually three vendors. One vendor has provided two supports, and three vendors has provided four supports in a year, while the maximum number of people, one, two, three, four, and five vendors has provided three annual supports. So we can find three is the average, but if possible, we can go with the higher value. And here's a summary of top three vendors with the vendor ID, name, the bid amount. So we can find the bid amount is lowest in Prince Wilson. The AMC charges is pretty high annual support is good and vendor net worth is high. We can decide which vendor to go, and there are normalized values and is coring. So or these vendors and the charts are there, and this is a generalization. So here you can see Chart GPT Omni, or you can do the same thing with GPT four as well. So it is performing pretty well for this conversation, and it has helped you find insights pretty quickly, whatever we are looking at with the proper reasoning. Otherwise, if you have to do this thing manually, it will take some time. Okay, especially once we want to generate some report. So report generation requires you to do calculation, formatting and different other things. ChargP has done it pretty easily and well. You can apply the same thing on different types of business related or work related tasks wherever you have to deal with some kind of datasets or you want to find the insights for quick decision making, or you want to generate reports of different kinds. If you are sure about what kind of report you want to generate, just provide a format like quality analysis report, budget analysis report. If you have that mention, otherwise, you can ask it to do the detailed report, it will generate different situations. So this is how you can find the insight from the dataset. This is just an example. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons still then, keep learning and keep moving ahead. 6. Data Analyst- Custom GPT for BI: Hi, welcome B friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how to analyze a dataset using the custom GPT for data analysis. Let's get started. Here, although you can analyze the dataset with GPT 40 or GPT four turbo, but here we will take a different approach. We will use a custom GPT. What's the difference with custom GPT and how you can use it? The first expand this window on the top left corner here just go to this option, explore GPT. If you have created multiple GPT, it will be visible to you just like this. Otherwise, you would find this option just below the chart GPT. Go to Explore GPTs here, we've got multiple custom GPTs or extensions or plugins, whatever you want to call it. And here just go below, scroll it down, go to GPTs by hat GPT. This is the official GPTs. Go to the second one data analyst. Alternatively, you can also type data analyst here in the search panel. There are over 1,000 different custom GPDs you want to use, but you can use the plugins that are created officially by Chat GPT so that you can trust them. Otherwise, most of the plugins are third party plugins. I guess I just go to Data Analyst GPT and start the conversation. This will change the interface a little bit, and here we can upload a dataset. Provide me the detailed analysis in form of various charts with insights. You see here we have provided a short prom. You can provide a long prom or a better one depending on the specifications you are looking at. Here I have provided the dataset and ask it to create different types of charts. So it will identify different parameters on this dataset and create a chart instantly. It would be different from using a turbo or GPT 40, simply because data analyst GPD is primarily focused on analyzing the data sets, so it would be better at creating the charts, the high quality charts. It will also better in generating reports on finding the insights while GPT four turbo or Omni are not specialized, they are generalized. So they will focus on multiple aspects at the same time. So if you are looking to specifically identify the trends or the insights from the data set, or you want to create a business intelligence report, it would be a better option. So this is as easy to create. Here we can see it has identified different types of things. So distribution by case nature. So this is a beautiful bar chart, colorful demonstration. This is a code case datasets. Uh, here we have the largest number of cases that are corporate in category, followed by the labor and the family with equal numbers and less number of cases are from the civil and the criminal background. Okay, so we can find the insight pretty easily. And if you want to download this diagram, just right click and save the image. Okay? So you will be able to save the image or alternatively, you can take this screenshot, or at the end, you can ask ChatBD to find the insight for you. And here, the case distribution category, here you can see the category of adjoint cases is 40%. The regular cases are 28 and the argent ones are 32%. Okay, so this helps us find insights. Distribution of total number of hearings. So it ranges 3-7, I believe. So this is a boxplot chart. And then cumulative number of hearings over time. So the number of hearings grew linearly sort of things with respect to time. Number of cases filed by each petitioner here we can find a name of the petitioner and a number of cases. It's one. So this chart doesn't make sense. I believe while other charts are good. Okay, so at the end, if you want to download, provide me, downloadable PDF that consists of all the charts. Okay, so if you want to use this report for multiple scenarios like reporting, accounting, such things, you can get the downloadable PDF specifically consisting of tagrams all the insights if you want, or if you want to combine both of the thing, you can mention it and Chart B will provide you downloadable link. Here is a link. Let us create it. And here you can see this is the first diagram. The second one and the third and the fourth, fifth. So five diagrams are created. So if you want to give a quick presentation or you want to do the reporting, it is very handy to go with this thing. I believe this thing is useful for you for different use cases. Keep learning and keep moving ahead. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons. 7. Automating task in Excel with VBA macro: Hi, welcome. B, friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how you can generate the Excel VBA script for automation of various types of tasks in Microsoft Excel. So let's get it started. See here, I have a sample dataset. So this is a dataset. It is a simple dataset consisting of only four columns. Here, first column is the alphabetic column where we have the name of the products. Then we have the order date. Then we have the price and the cost. In the same way, you can have a complex dataset consisting of, say, over 50 or 100 different columns and lot of rows. So whenever we have to do some calculations or write some simple formulas in Excel, it will involve you to click somewhere multiple times or type something So instead of doing the same repetiative thing again and again, if you have to repeat a set of steps, for example, in order to calculate the sum of this numerical column, I had to click five times, just to have the calculations. If I want to calculate the second column, I have to do the same just imagine if we have 100 such columns, so we have to click 500 times. In order to save this repeated task, we can automate it by writing a code once, and then we will run it multiple times and it will be applicable. So how we can get the code, get this thing automated if you do not know the VBA script, not a problem we can generate the VBS script with hat IPT. Let's see how we can generate the VBA script. Here on hatchiPt, you can choose any of the model, GPT 3.5, GPT four or GPT four Omni. Depending on what subscription you have, if you do not have any subscription, no need to worry. You can use GPT four Omni or GPT 3.5 perfectly well. Okay. So currently, I'm using GPT four Omni just to give high quality results, and here is a prompt I have written. So write a VBA script in Excel where I want to calculate sum of each column that has a numerical value. Okay? So I want Excel to detect automatically what are the numerical columns? Because I want to do the calculations only on the numerical columns. After calculating print some of all the values in the column just below the last row. So I want the result to be just below the last row in bold font type and 20 font size. So here you can define whatever you're looking at. So you can define the standard or just anything else. And here let's see the code generated by hat Chipty. Yes, here is the code. And let me run this code. We do not need to know what this code says. If you want to understand the code, you can definitely ask TBT. I will give you a better explanation. So for that purpose, if you are planning to learn the VBA script, you can also. In the meantime, we do not need to learn at the moment. Here in the Excel, I copied the code, and just hold all F 11. It will open you the VBA editor here on Insert, go to module. Then we can insert a module, and then we can paste the code. So here we have pasted the code successfully. And after you have pasted a code, just check the name of the sheet. Currently, the worksheet name is here on the bottom left, you can see sheet one, and here you can verify whether this is sheet one or not. By default, the name is sheet one. If you are using any other sheet or you just rename it, just rename it here as well. Otherwise, this code won't work. Okay? So this thing I have done, let press Run sub routine. If I run, here you can see the magic. The sum of the column has been calculated and displayed in red color. So as price and cost are the numerical values, we got the sum calculated for order date and product, we do not have any numerical values, so the sum is zero. So it did the same thing that we asked for chat pretty. So now you can understand how simple it is to get some of the complex task in Excel done pretty easily, very quickly with the help of Script or macros, and you can generate it pretty fast. So you can take advantage of the code, Excel VBA code without any need to learn or write. In the same way, we can apply the VBA script to other types of complex problem whenever you want to calculate the PV table, you want to create a chart, you can use it pretty well in different scenarios. Let me show you how we can generate the chart. Now, write a VB script. You create a line chart using values from Column C and D. So here we go. It is again generating the code. Once it will be generating, we will be able to run it. And here I have asked you to generate the line chart using the values from column C and D and let's get back to xl. Here, we do not need to create a new module again. We just need to remove the previous code, paste the new code, and then we can run it over here. After we have run it, here you can see this column C and D, and we can change the range. If we do not want to have the sum in mind, here's the thing. We can rescale it, we can change the values, modify it accordingly, and go on forward. We can do everything in Excel with the help of VB, and we can generate the VBA pretty easily with hatipity. Just make sure just mention your objective clearly in the prompt. So whenever you are writing the prompt in Excel, just mention it what you exactly want to do. And if the task is very complex, try to break it down in step by step manner. Okay, so this is how we can use the VBA in Excel to make our life easier and get things done pretty quickly. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons till then keep learning and keep moving ahead. 8. Temporary chat for Data Security: Hi, welcome back, friends. Here in this lesson, you about how you can use a temporary chat option in chat Jupity. That would be useful, especially once you are concerned about the privacy and the security of your data. So let's understand why it is important. So on Chat HPD homepage, just go to top left corner of the screen where you can choose the models. So there are three different models currently. We have on ChatPT. The latest one is GPT 40 or Omni. Then we have GPT four turbo and GPT 3.5. So as you can see, all these three models have different performance capabilities, and we can choose either one for having a conversation. Okay. And just below GPD 3.5, you can see an option for temporary chat. So what is a temporary chat and where you should use? So if I enable it, by default, it is disable. If I enable it, you can see the prompt panel changes to black color, and here on the top, it is written as temporary chat. And in the temporary chat, I have the option to choose either of the models. Okay? So in the temporary chat, if you want to use GPT 3.5, you can use if you want to use GPT four or GPD 40. So all these models work perfectly well. Okay? So what is the temporary chat? So whatever information you provide in the conversation, like upload any dataset or upload any document file or just provide any information, it will not be saved on the hatGPT server, and Chat GBT will not remember it. Also, it will not be saved in your history of the conversations as well. So if you want to completely use an incognitive mode or the private browsing mode in a web browser, it is just like that. It will be more safe in terms of data security, and it will be useful, especially once you are sharing sensitive information or public, personal identifiable information of your client, of your company, or maybe yourself, it could be if you need to use social security numbers, phone numbers, email address, address, and such things, it is recommended. First of all, you should not share it with Chat JBT and secondly, if it has to be shared, always use the temporary chat. Let me show you an example. It looks just like the same thing. This is a transcript for the court hearing. Let me upload both of the court hearing. Could you Could you write a copy of legal judgment based on the on these two hold hearings for a property dispute case. Okay, so here, I have the two round of hearing the property dispute case. And if I want to draft a judgment, based on this information, it will draft a judgment. Okay, so here it is. And I do not want to provide this sensitive information to hat GPT or do not want to retrieve it. Later on, I just want to get it done and then here I can use it, copy it and paste it anywhere in the doc file, and I will just get back to the world. You can see in the chat history, this conversation is not recorded. Okay. So I hope you understand how we can use the temporary chat in different situations and what's the advantage of using temporary chat over the general ones. So I hope you find this example useful, you're going to learn more in the coming lessons till then, keep learning and keep moving ahead.
