1. Introduction: Hi there. Welcome to this course on hat UBT for managers and HR. My name is Hurst, and I'm instructor for this class. Here in this class, you're going to learn various use cases of chat UBIT that can be used for handling different types of management and HR related tasks. Here, you will learn about different capabilities of GPT 3.5 and GPT four for generating any type of text based content such as articles, emails, reports, FAs, et cetera. Here you will also learn different skills to analyze the interview transcripts that will help you find a more suitable candidate for a job role, or we can analyze different other types of transcripts as well. Further, you will also learn to build complete BI report and other types of project related reports, metrics such as risk register, RACI metrics, and much more without any need to write any piece of code and other manual work. So if you're curious to learn these skills in chat Cupid, you start learning right now, so in the class. 2. Whats new GPT 4o: Hi, welcome back, friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about a new GPT 40 or GPD Omni, this new model release from Chat GBT. Let's see what it is and how it's different from GPD four or 3.5. Let's get it started. As you can see in the chat GPT page I'm here, once you log in, you can see in the drop down menu from the top left corner of the screen. Previously, there was a GPT 3.5, and then GPT four, the premium version or the GBD plus. Then recently it's been released GPTour 0.4 oh. Okay, so it says that is the newest and most advanced model of CHATPT and it comes to free. So it's a good news for everyone who are using JAIPTFree account and you are not a plus account user, you will still have access to GPT 40. So it will have all the capabilities, as you can see. Here, we have the attachment file, so we can pretty easily upload any images or text files, be it PDF, PPT or different types of files, and we can start working on that. We can also upload datasets in CSV or Excel file and we can do the analysis and complex task. With GPT 40, we would be able to perform all kind of tasks that we were able to do with GPT four. So it's a good news for everyone. And here, let's see how it is released. So we are here in the official release document of Open AI, and here they have announced on May 13, that's Monday, GPT four oh, that's OM. It's a new flagship model that can reason across audio, vision, text, and in real time. If you want to provide audio as an input, you may need to have a mobile application of Cha HPT. So if you have the mobile application of ChahPT, you can provide the audio. On the web console that we are using, we can provide different types of input. And here we can see there was a demonstration videos and, stands for Omni. That's more natural human computer interactions. So it will have more advanced capabilities. It can respond to audio input as little as 232 milliseconds with an average of 320 milliseconds. So it's a human response time. Although in the starting time, you will see some lagging when it generate the response, but it will be fixed very soon. And here it can also converse with you in non English languages. There are multiple languages. APT now supports more than 50 different languages, although the capability of each language would be different. And it will be easy to use. It is also available in the APIs. Okay, so GPD four oh, we can use the voice mode to talk to Chat GPT with the latency of around 2.8 seconds. That's 3 seconds for GPT 3.5, 5.4 seconds for GPT four. This is an average. So you can see the latency will be different. Although if you are the GPT plus user, you will have the added features of Omni. It will be more fast and robust, and also Omni is accessible to free tier users as well. So if you got a plus account, don't need to worry. You will still have some leverage. But if you are free users, it's very good news for you so that we can use pretty much. And here are some use cases we can select visual narratives, if you have some images like this and there are some text, hat put would be able to understand the image. If you provide the input as a text, you want to generate the image, you can also generate the image and the text would be printed. So it has got the good image generation capability in terms of text. So previously, we have seen the Dali when it generates the images, when you generate on Chat GPT, it will be using Dali and Dali is not very best image generator tool when it comes to text. So we do some mistakes previously, and now they are saying that it has improved for well. So when you put some text in the generated images, there will not be any spelling mistake anymore. It will be more natural, as you can see. Even if you try to apply some effects like tearing the pages, it will still put something like that. And here you can see the model evaluation on different parameters. So let's see for the text evaluation. So here you can see the leftmost bar. The pink color is GPT 40, followed by GPT four turbo in the orange color, and you can see it has beaten in almost all the benchmarks except the last one, and it has beaten all the previous models like Gemini ultra Gemini Pro Claude, here it is. For mass solving ability and other for different performance in different regions of the world, you can see, GPD 40 has improved capability, but Whisper has a little better edge on this audio translation performance, when it comes to every platform, GPT 40 is better than the Gemini. Although which model of Gemini they are comparing is not sure. It would be Gemini one or Gemini 1.5, so we need to check and here different other results. And when it comes to vision, image recognition capabilities for chart, Q and different parameters, you can see the result as so. So you can go through this detailed document, and the language tokenization is better as compared to previous models for the Gujarati language, it is 4.4 times better as compared to GPT four. And here we can see different other language tokens. So the performance is improved for different languages, 20 languages were taking as a sample test and different languages, not just limited to English. Has got very better performance. Regarding the safety and security of the models, there are still some limitations, but we need to check for the preparedness, post training and other things. And the model is available for everyone to free. Here we can see the GPT 44 ohs text and image capability are starting to roll out, and GPT four oh is available in the free tier and to the plus user with up to X five times higher message limits. So for the plus users, you will have better access to GPT four, so you can run five times more prompts in an efficient manner. So you still got a leverage, although it will be provided as a free tier users as well. And new versions of voice model will be available in Alpha release on CHAPD plus in the coming months. Okay, so here we can see and it is also accessible to the API and a vision mode two times faster. So here, this is about the GPT four oh, the new release, and it is a new way the EI is evolving on CHATPD the prompt would be the same that whatever we were using on GPD for, the same capability is there. There's nothing unique, but this language recognition capability is further improved. So keep learning and keep moving ahead. You are going to learn more in the coming lessons. 3. Candidate Selection based on Job Interview- HR use case: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about an HR use case where you would be able to find the most suitable candidate for a specific role or a job. Just imagine you are an HR professional and you got multiple transcripts for the job interviews, and you want to select the most suitable candidate for the job. Maybe you got handed such transcripts. So you could not go through all the interviews and the detailings. You do not have much time. So you can filter a few candidates or if you want to select the best one based on certain parameters, you would be able to do it pretty easily. Let's see this use case. Although for this use case, we can use the latest version of GPT 40 Omni, or we can use GPT four. Let's see what's different with GPT four oh and how it works perfectly well. So here, let me go to the attachment and here, let's attach. So here I got the four interview transcripts, multiple candidates. And now let's see how it works. Could you help me find the most suitable candidate for, based on this job interview scripts. Provide some uh compare all the candidates on various meters. In ebularOm. Okay, so here we have provided four different transcripts, the interview one, two, three, and four. And here we have provided the prompt. Could you help me find the most suitable candidate based on these job interviews transcripts? Compare all the candidates on various parameters in the tableau format. So we need to find the suitable candidate, and also it has to be backed by some data. So we want to check the parameters of how it compares here it has created a table for us because I have mentioned to compare it in table or format using various parameters. If you want to see the chart, bar chart, pie chart, some kind of chart, you can ask it to generate a chart as well. Otherwise, you can see the uh, table format. So here it will compare these things. The parameters will include age, current activity, knowledge of HR, knowledge of the company, and so on. Okay, communication skills. Candidate wise comparison. So candidate one is of 25 years of age, Candidate two is also 25 years of age, Candidate three and four, the age is not mentioned. So here, this is one of the parameters the current activity. So the first and the second candidate has finished the internship at Uncle Furniture Company. So it looks the same way. Uh, the candidate three has worked in the graphic design sector. The knowledge of HR is roughly the same. The knowledge of the company is limited. Although the communication skills for the first candidates have some stirring with filler words, false starts, so there's a communication problem for the first candidate. Second candidate has a clear and concise responses. The third candidate have clear and more confident with a detailed response and same with the fourth one. If we have to evaluate on the communication skills, so we can ignore the first candidate and then we can go further with all these three candidates. The last two candidates seem to be more confident. An overall impression would be like this. This is a detailed analysis for candidate one, two, three, and four. If you want to get the comparison. And here, the recommendation is because we asked chi pretty straightforward that please help us find a more suitable candidate for the job, although we have not yet specified the job role, but if we have provided enough details, it would be more helpful. So here, it has based on the comparison, it states that candidate three and four appears to be the most suitable due to their experience, entrepreneurial spirits, and strong communication skills. Both of the candidates has demonstrated success in local networking and possess clear and confint manner of speaking. So out of four candidates, we have easily filtered out two candidates. In the same way, if you got 400, 500 different job interview transcripts and you have to select the top five, ChatbD would be pretty easy to filter out the candidates also you can generate a report. You can ask a chatbT create a detailed report on why should we select candidate three. Suppose we select candidate three. And provide it down PDF file. Okay, so here we have asked Chad GPD to create a detailed report on why we should select because we need to provide the justifications and proper reasoning, and we want to have the downloadable PDF file for us. So let's see whether the GPD Omni can do this thing, although it can be done pretty easily with GPD four Uh, it will be able to provide you the downloadable link of the file. So if you are in a hurry, you can go ahead with this. Okay, let's see. It has provided us the downloadable link, and here it is downloaded. And here, it has selected multiple parameters, and find this candidate is being selected. Okay, so it is very handy and easy to go. If your analysis or detailed report consists of charts and tables or something like that, it would be displayed in the PDF as well. Because here the comparison was for four different candidates, and we have asked you to generate a report. Only for the third candidates, it did not use the chart because it will reveal the information of other three candidates, just to have the information security in place. It has provided a unique differences of candidy. So I hope you understand this use case, how you can use for comparing different candidates and different parameters, same thing, you can apply for the customer support or some other types of transcripts. You want to find the most suitable or most out standing person, so it will be like this. So it would very much useful for HR use cases for project management, for handling different types of people. 4. Working with vendor dataset- Generating Report: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you are going to learn about an interesting use case where we will upload a dataset consisting of the vendor bid information, and based on that dataset, we will ask Chat HPD to help us find a more suitable vendor. You can do it for other kind datasets as well. So here, let's see. Let's have a look of what dataset that we are uploading. Here we have the vendor ID, vendor name, and different other parameters like AMC charges, the bid amount, the replacement policies, number of annual supports, and there are a lot of different parameters. So if you are a manager or you are responsible person who has to take a decision, which vendor to go for or maybe you have a large number of vendor bits, or you want to have a decision making process being reported. So you want to identify the parameter before taking the decision. Maybe you want to find the top three vendors. So we will see how Chat GPT can help us in this case. So here I will upload this dataset here, the vendor with Excel file. Let me write a prompt. Could you help me find the top three vendors based on all the parameters based on top three vendors. Also mention why we should ward bid their bid with proper reasoning. At the end generate a detailed report consisting of several charts and tables. Based on this data set. We can break it down into two different prompts or if you want it to be in a single way, you can club it together. See here, we have two components of the prompt. First, we want to find the top three vendors with the proper reasoning, and the second component is we don't want to generate a detailed report consisting of several charts and tables. So maybe you are not required to just select the top three vendors. You are also involved in providing the decision making with a detailed report. So here, let's see. The top three vendors are here. These are the dummy names, Dixon Donaldson, Prince Wilson, Benson, Johnson and Rogers, and it has varied the score based on different parameters. And now it is generating a detailed report. And here, there are certain charts. I have not specified which kind of chart I'm interested in, so it has generated scatterplot or maybe sometimes it will generate birchart or line chart depending on the situation. But if you mention you want only the bar chart or the line chart, it will show you the specific chart. See here, it's a comparison of bid amount versus Score for all the vendors and here the stars or different vendors. So we can see what durations vendor bids has been placed. So it has been as low as 5,000 and as high as 25,000. So it's very different range and maximum number of vendors has placed bid above 15,000. Above 50,000, we have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and eight bits and four bids are below 12,000. We can compare this thing. Uh, AMC charges versus scorR in the same way numbers of annual support versusCOE. So some vendors has provided only one support, annually three vendors. One vendor has provided two supports, and three vendors has provided four supports in a year, while the maximum number of people, one, two, three, four and five vendors has provided three annual supports. So we can find three is the average, but if possible, we can go with the higher value. Here's a summary of top three vendors with the vendor ID, name, the bid amount. So we can find the bid amount is lowest in Prince Wilson. The AMC charges is pretty high annual support is good and vendor net worth is high. We can decide which vendor to go and there are normalized values and is coring. So or these vendors, and the charts are there, and this is a generalization. So here you can see Chart GPT Omni, or you can do the same thing with GPT four as well. So it is performing pretty well for this conversation, and it has helped you find insights pretty quickly, whatever we are looking at with the proper reasoning. Otherwise, if you have to do this thing manually, it will take some time. Okay, especially once we want to generate some report. So report generation requires you to do calculation, formatting and different other things. CharUP has done it pretty easily and well. You can apply the same thing on different types of business related or work related tasks wherever you have to deal with some kind of datasets or you want to find the insights for quick decision making, or you want to generate reports of different kinds. If you are sure about what kind of report you want to generate, just provide a format like quality analysis report, budget analysis report. If you have that mention, otherwise, you can ask it to do the detailed report, it will generate different situations. So this is how you can find the insight from the dataset. This is just an example. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons still then, keep learning and keep moving ahead. 5. Contract Review: Hi, welcome back friend. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how you can review a legal contract or some other sort of contract. So in today's world, we have to sign multiple agreements of different occasions. It could be a job interview, it could be freelance project. It would be a property agreement, just anything. So there could be a lot of legal agreements and we are sometimes not in a situation to understand each and every word or nuances of the agreement. So we need to take some opinion of a professional. And when we do not find any professional, how we can take a decision whether to sign it or not. So we can take help of hAGPT in finding out, uh, some inappropriate clauses that might be there, or we can use it to draft similar kind of agreements or modify it accordingly. So here on the top left corner, we have different models for Chat GPT. Here I need to upload a file, so I would either choose GPT four turbo or GPT four Omni, so I will go with the Omni and let's upload a file here. So I have this sample agreement between Adapt and Miro Private Limited. Here I will simply write. Would you read this agreement as a professional legal adviser to me and inform me if there are any any suspicious or or an ethical clause that restricts me or versus me leave my freedom of some sort. So maybe I'm not so clear, so I will write this simple clause. If you are professional of reading the legal agreement, you would get a better understanding. Like, for example, we are searching for the indemnity clause or injunction relief. These are some clauses that people do not prefer it to be part of the agreement. Let us see whether ChachPT could identify these clauses, if I have not mentioned. So it scope of work, the payment determination, the confidentiality, it has listed everything. Section eight, Section nine, indemnity clause, governing laws. And the recommendations are here, Char GPT as a legal adviser has provided us recommendations, define clear standards, request the inclusion of clear standards for articles provided to avoid any arbitrary rejections because it's a freelance content writer. Here let me show you what this agreement looks like. This is a Word file. Here we have the agreement for a freelance writer. Here we have Adam Ismith who is a freelance writer and the company called Miro Media Limited. This is a dummy name, not a real agreement. And based on that, there are certain clauses of the agreement and so on. Okay? And so here we go. It says that we should have a clear standards of article approval because it is missing in the part of the agreement. We can have the specified notice period because notice period is not specified. So how many days it could be 30 days, it could be three months. So we do not want to have a longer notice period just in case we want to terminate the agreement. So as a freelancer, we want to have the lowest possible notice period or if you are from the company's perspective, we want to have a higher notice period. So it is negotiable terms, we can find it and limit indemnity clause, negotiate to limit the scope of the indemnity clause to reasonable and specific scenarios. So this is an interesting thing. ChRPT has identified that there's an indemnity clause, and we have to restrict it to some reasonable situations without leaving it vague and open. Then jurisdiction clarity is missing here, governing laws and jiction should be there because sometimes there are we do not want this situation, but if such situations lead that we have to go to the courts in the legal process, it will take a lot of time and money. So it is better to have the jurisdiction clearly defined. These are the four recommendations. Let me ask something else. Is there any injunction relief mentioned. And what would be the consequences of it? Okay, so here we have identified that this agreement has the injunction relief, and we want to just make sure, and Char JBT has decided that there's injunction relief, and we want to check what are the consequences of it. So sometimes you may want find some fishy terms like injunction relief, but you're not sure what it means. So you can take help of CharGBT and understand what could be the consequences. So consequences are here. There are six different consequences listed here and preventive measures that we can take upon. So the consequences could be immediate legal action. The company can seek a court order or the injunction to prevent the freelancer from breaching the confidentiality without the need for a full try. Uh, restraining orders can restrain orders that prevent the freelancer for performing certain actions, legal costs. The company seeks an injunction successful. If it is successful, the freelancer may be required to pay the company's legal cost as well. So um, if we enter the code, we do not want to pay the legal cost for the company's side. The potential damages, um, Okay, these are the things, and the professional consequences, subject to injunction relief could damage the freelancer's reputation. It will be harder to secure future contracts or employment, so it will be a very difficult scenario and breach of contract. So what would be the preventive measures that we can take as a freelancer? So, um, understand the confidentiality. So clearly, understand what constitutes the confidential information. Everything should be part of the confidential. It has to be clearly mentioned email adds seal keys and such things could be confidential information, not everything. Legal advice, you can consult all lawyer or attorney before sharing any information that we considered confidential. And if the clause seems too broad, negotiate to narrow its scope or include some specific terms about what constitutes a breach. So it is a best practice whenever before we have to sign an agreement, we have to negotiate it perfectly well, and negotiation can only happen if we understand the nuances and the consequences of each specific clause. So you can take help of Chat GPD as a legal advisor, although it's not a professional advisor, it is up to us how we frame the prompt. But just in case if we do not find any professional advice, and we have to take decision on our own. Rather than searching it straightaway on Internet, we can take help of ChatBD in this situation as well. So you can see the capabilities of ChatBT in reviewing a contract and helping you find the solutions and negotiate the terms accordingly. So there could be more such situations. We're going to learn more in the coming lessons till then keep learning and keep moving ahead. 6. Working with Transcript: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about an interesting case about preparing for the code hearing. Let's get it started. Here you can use the latest GPT 40 model or GPT four turbo, whatever is your requirement. Let's use GPT four oh. Here, I will upload the document for the first hearing of the court. So maybe you are an attorney or a legal advisor or you are the client. When you are going for the court case, the first hearing has already happened, and you want to prepare for the next round of the hearing. So what you can do if you get the transcript of the first hearing, you can upload it and ask a DP to prepare you for the next round of meeting. Could you help me prepare for the next hearing based on this transcript? Also provide me a dummy conversation so that I can prepare prepare well. Here, um, I am the attorney or legal advisor to my client. Here in the transcript, we will see this is a property dispute between the tenant and the owner. So maybe we are the attorney of the tenant, so we will write here. Who is in. Okay, so here we put it. And based on the transcript, it will create a dummy conversation, and it will cover the key points from the first hearing and the potential questions for the next hearing. Okay, so here we got a dummy conversation. The session starts. Good morning. Here we continue the case of John Doe versus Jane Smith at the property dispute. Do you have anything to present? So here, first time, we can present some special thing like a statement from a professional property inspector who assessed property condition before the tenancy begin. Okay, so here we can see this is the conversation. And the final decision was not made. It was adjourned. And the key point to consider should be the new evidence, ensure all new evidence is credible and submitted promptly. So this should be a key point before going for the next hearing. The witness testimonials, we can prepare the witness to provide clear and concise testimonials. For cross examination, we can anticipate and prepare for the cross examination questions as well. So these points could be useful for attorney and for anyone who do not have sufficient time to go through the case or maybe you want to take a second opinion. Chat GPT can give you the second opinion and help you prepare for your court cases for other legal documentations as well. Here you can see this is one of the examples. If you have multiple court hearings, you can club them together. Sometimes the court hearings are generally very long, so it could be thousand 2000 pages. And even if you want to study the previous case history, for example, in your case, if you want to quote some previous judgments, you can upload a copy of the judgments, court judgments, popular judgments, and based on that, you will find some suitable scenarios for you. Example, in Maryland, there was some case, for example, and you want to refer it. You can refer it how the judgment was made and how it could be useful in your favor. So you can keep these things in mind, and ChRUPD can help you do that. Hope you find this use case important, useful. Keep learning and keep moving ahead. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons. 7. How to use Temporary chat for Privacy and Data security: Hi, welcome back, friends. Here in this lesson, you about how you can use a temporary chat option in chat Jupity. That would be useful, especially once you are concerned about the privacy and the security of your data. Let's understand why it is important. So on Chat HPT homepage, just go to top left corner of the screen where you can choose the models. So there are three different models currently. We have on Chat HPT, the latest one is GPT 40 or Omni. Then we have GPT four turbo and GPT 3.5. So as you can see, all these three models have different performance capabilities, and we can choose either one for having a conversation. Okay. And just below GPD 3.5, you can see an option for temporary chat. So what is a temporary chat and where you should use? So if I enable it, by default, it is disable. If I enable it, you can see the prompt panel changes to black color, and here on the top, it is written as temporary chat. And in the temporary chat, I have the option to choose either of the models. Okay so in the temporary chat, if you want to use GPT 3.5, you can use if you want to use GPT four or GPD 40. So all these models work perfectly well. Okay? So what is the temporary chat? So whatever information you provide in the conversation, like upload any dataset or upload any document file or just provide any information, it will not be saved on the hatGPT server, and Chat GBT will not remember it. Also, it will not be saved in your history of the conversations as well. So if you want to completely use an incognitive mode or the private browsing mode in a web browser, it is just like that. It will be more safe in terms of data security, and it will be useful, especially once you are sharing sensitive information or public, personal identifiable information of your client, of your company, or maybe yourself, it could be if you need to use social security numbers, phone numbers, email address, address, and such things, it is recommended. First of all, you should not share it with Chat GPT and secondly, if it has to be shared, always use the temporary chat. Let me show you an example. I look just like the same thing. This is a transcript for the court hearing. Let me upload both of the court hearing. Could you Could you write a copy of legal judgment based on the on these two hold hearings for a property dispute case. Okay, so here, I have the two round of hearing the property dispute case. And if I want to draft a judgment, based on this information, it will draft a judgment. Okay, so here it is. And I do not want to provide this sensitive information to hat GPT or do not want to retrieve it. Later on, I just want to get it done and then here I can use it, copy it and paste it anywhere in the doc file and I will just get back to the world. You can see in the chat history, this conversation is not recorded. Okay. So hope you understand how we can use the temporary chat in different situations and what's the advantage of using temporary chat over the general ones. Hope you find this example useful, you're going to learn more in the coming lessons till then, keep learning and keep moving ahead. 8. Data Analysis and Visualization: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how to analyze a dataset using the custom GPT for data analysis. Let's get started. Here, although you can analyze the dataset with GPT 40 or GPT four turbo, but here we will take a different approach. We will use a custom GPT. What's the difference with custom GPT and how you can use it? The first expand this window on the top left corner here just go to this option, explore GPT. If you have created multiple GPT, it will be visible to you just like this. Otherwise, you will find this option just below the chart GPT. Go to Explore GPTs and here we got multiple custom GPTs or extensions or plugins, whatever you want to call it. And here just go below, scroll it down. Go to GPTs by hat GPT. So this is the official GPTs. Go to the second one data analyst. Alternatively, you can also type data analyst here in the search panel. There are over 1,000 different custom GPDs you want to use, but you can use the plugins that are created officially by Chat GPT so that you can trust them. Otherwise, most of the plugins are third party plugins. I guess I just go to Data Analyst GPT and start the conversation. This will change the interface a little bit, and here we can upload the dataset. Provide me the detailed analysis in form of various charts with insights. B here, we have provided a short prom. You can provide a long prom or a better one depending on the specifications you are looking at. Here I have provided the dataset and ask it to create different types of charts. So it will identify different parameters on this dataset and create a chart instantly. It would be different from using a turbo or GPT 40. Simply because data analyst GPT is primarily focused on analyzing the data sets, so it would be better at creating the charts, the high quality charts. It will also better in generating reports on finding the insights while GPT four turbo or Omni are not specialized, they are generalized. So they will focus on multiple aspects at the same time. So if you are looking to specifically identify the trends or the insights from the data set, or you want to create a business intelligence report, it would be a better option. So this is as easy to create. Here we can see it has identified different types of things. Distribution by case nature. This is a beautiful bar chart, colorful demonstration. This are a code case datasets. Uh, here we have the largest number of cases that are corporate in category, followed by the labor and the family with equal numbers, and less number of cases are from the civil and the criminal background. Okay, so we can find the insights pretty easily. And if you want to download this diagram, just right click and save the image. Okay. So you will be able to save the image or alternatively, you can take the screenshot or at the end, you can ask ChatBD to find the insight for you. Here the case distribution category, here you can see the category of adjoint cases is 40%, the regular cases are 28 and the urgent ones are 32%. This helps us find insight. Distribution of total number of hearings, it ranges 3-7, I believe. This is a box plot chart. And then cumulative number of hearings over time. The number of hearings grew linearly things with respect to time. Number of cases filed by each petitioner here we can find a name of the petitioner and a number of cases. It's one. This chart doesn't make sense. I believe while other charts are good. Okay, so at the end, if you want to download, provide me, downloadable PDF that consists of all the charts. Okay, so if you want to use this report for multiple scenarios like reporting, accounting, things, you can get the downloadable PDF specifically consisting of tagrams, all the insights if you want, or if you want to combine both of the thing, you can mention it and Chart BD will provide you downloadable link. Here is a link. Let us create it. And here you can see this is the first diagram. The second one and the third and the fourth, fifth. So five diagrams are created. So if you want to give a quick presentation or you want to do the reporting, it is very handy to go with this thing. I believe this thing is useful for you for different use cases. Keep learning and keep moving ahead. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons. 9. Generating VBA code for Excel: Hi, welcome back friends. Here in this lesson, you're going to learn about how you can generate the Excel VBA script for automation of various types of tasks in Microsoft Excel. Let's get started. So here, I have a sample dataset. This is a dataset is a simple dataset consisting of only four columns. Here first column is the alphabetic column where we have the name of the products. Then we have the order date. Then we have the price and the cost. In the same way, you can have a complex dataset consisting of say over 50 or 100 different columns and a lot of rows. Whenever we have to do some calculations or write some simple formulas in Excel, it will involve you to click somewhere multiple times or type something So instead of doing the same repetiative thing again and again, if you have to repeat a set of steps, for example, in order to calculate the sum of this numerical column, I had to click five times, just to have the calculations. If I want to calculate the second column, I have to do the same imagine if we have 100 such columns, so we have to click 500 times. In order to save this repeated task, we can automate it by writing a code once, and then we will run it multiple times and it will be applicable. So how we can get the code, get this thing automated. If you do not know the VBA script, not a problem we can generate the VBS script with hat IPT. Let's see how we can generate the VBA script. Here on hatchiPt, you can choose any of the model, GPT 3.5, GPT four or GPT four Omni. Depending on what subscription you have, if you do not have any subscription, no need to worry. You can use GPT four Omni or GPT 3.5 perfectly well. Okay. So currently, I'm using GPT four Omni just to give high quality results, and here is a prompt I have written. Write a VBA script in Excel where I want to calculate sum of each column that has a numerical value. Okay? So I want Excel to detect automatically, what are the numerical columns? Because I want to do the calculations only on the numerical columns. After calculating print some of all the values in the column just below the last row. I want the result to be just below the last row in bold font type and 20 font size. Here you can define whatever you're looking at. You can define the standard or just anything else. Here let's see the code generated by hatchbt. Yes, here is the code. And let me run this code. We do not need to know what this code says. If you want to understand the code, you can definitely ask Catbit I will give you a better explanation. For that purpose, if you are planning to learn the VBA script, you can also. In the meantime, we do not need to learn at the moment. Here in the Excel, I copied the code and just hold all F 11. It will open you the VBA editor here on insert, go to module. Then we can insert a module, and then we can paste the code. So here we have pasted the code successfully. And after you have pasted a code, just check the name of the sheet. Currently, the worksheet name is here on the bottom left, you can see sheet one, and here you can verify whether this is sheet one or not. By default, the name is sheet one. If you are using any other sheet or you just rename it, just rename it here as well. Otherwise, this code won't work. Okay? So this thing I have done, let press Run sub routine. If I run, here you can see the magic. The sum of the column has been calculated and displayed in red color. So as price and cost are the numerical values, we got the sum calculated for order date and product, we do not have any numerical values, so the sum is zero. So it did the same thing that we asked for chat you pretty. So now you can understand how simple it is to get some of the complex task in Excel done pretty easily, very quickly with the help of Script or macros, and you can generate it pretty fast. So you can take advantage of the code Excel VBA code without any need to learn or write. In the same way, we can apply the VBA script to other types of complex problem whenever you want to calculate the P table, you want to create a chart, you can use it pretty well in different scenarios. Let me show you how we can generate the chart. Now, write a VA script. You create a line chart using values from Column C and D. So here we go. It is again generating the code. Once it will be generating, we will be able to run it. And here I have asked you to generate the line chart using the values from column C and D, and let's get back to O. Here, we do not need to create a new module again. We just need to remove the previous code, paste the new code, and then we can run it over here. After we have run it, here you can see this column C and D, and we can change the range. If we do not want to have the sum in mind, here is the thing. We can rescale it, we can change the values, modify it accordingly, and go on forward. We can do everything in Excel with the help of VBA and we can generate the VBA pretty easily with Chachi pretty. Just make sure just mention your objective clearly in the prompt. Whenever you are writing the prompt in Excel, just mention it what you exactly want to do. If the task is very complex, try to break it down in step by step manner. So this is how we can use the VBA in Excel to make our life easier or get things done pretty quickly. You're going to learn more in the coming lessons till then keep learning and keep moving ahead.
