Hi there,

I'm Sina, an entrepreneur, podcaster, and adidas Brand Manager. I started my first mini-business when I was 16 years old, and moved abroad during my studies, living in Spain, Malaysia, and the UK. Now I live in Germany and spend my time podcasting, and consulting brands like adidas, BMW, and TikTok on how to brand with purpose.

My Personal Branding journey started in 2018 when I was struggling to find a career that fits who I wanted to be. So I launched the Shared Diversity podcast, where I talked about how to use the power of diversity to help brands change the world. My channels grew over the next few years, and I started making videos about broader topics like personal branding, business, and&nbs... See full profile

1. Class Intro: If you never want to get stuck ever again trying to come up with content and you want to take your content creation game to the next level, then you're in the right place. Welcome to how to use ChatGPT to create content. The class that will show you how to elevate your content creation game using AI. Hi. My name is Sina. I'm a Brand Strategist Manager and the founder of Shared Diversity and I know firsthand the power of content creation. Building my brand and putting content out there was the key to me now owning a business, working with brands like Adidas, being featured in publications like Vogue and helping over 1,000 students build their brand online. As an entrepreneur, I use AI to save me time and effort when creating content and I'm here to share my insights with you. You might think you need a lot of tech knowledge to start using AI in content creation or you might wonder whether the results will actually sound like you or like a robotic computer voice. Just me, I had the same thoughts and I've got you covered. No matter whether you are a newbie or you've used AI before, this class is designed to be super easy to follow along. You see this is to create content and so we'll discuss time-saving techniques so you can create content in bulk plus you'll learn some life-changing hacks that can help you create content that sounds like you, and unique prompts to take your content to the next level. Whether you are a content creator and marketer or you simply want to step up your content creation game, let's get started. 2. Chat GPT Basics: Welcome to the lesson ChatGPT basics. Let's first talk about the project of this class. The project in this class to create at least one piece of content using ChatGPT. Usually in my classes, I first start the lesson and then I give you to-dos on how to apply that lesson into your project, but not today. This class is special because we're going through the process together. Instead of watching the video and then trying to figure it out by yourself, simply follow along step-by-step as I show you how to use the tool to create content. Let's talk about ChatGPT is and how to use it, ChatGPT is a very powerful tool for content creation, but it's also important to know how to use it effectively. In this lesson, we'll cover some basic tips on how to align your content, using ChatGPT with a brand voice that you have. It doesn't sound like a robotic computer voice when you create content, but it sounds like you, ChatGPT is a generative language tool. It was created by OpenAI. It's a chat that's functioning as a researcher, assistant, moderator. It's assigned to communicate with you through text. ChatGPT relies on information that it gets from books, texts, and the internet. But it's very important to understand that ChatGPT only uses information up to a certain point of time. At the moment and time as you're accessing ChatGPT you might not have the most up-to-date information. This is very important to understand when you're looking for super up-to-date information, so it won't be able to tell you the weather for tomorrow. But it will be helpful to come up with research, help you create content, structure and format the content, come up with unique formats, and how to design the content and communicate it. Let's start with our first steps on how to use ChatGPT and the basics of ChatGPT for content creation. Number 1, be specific with your prompts. Let's get into the tool and I'll show you how to use it. This is the interface of ChatGPT. Here you see all the models that you can choose from. For myself, I have upgraded to ChatGPT-4 which is the latest model. However, ChatGPT-3.5 is totally fine and it's all for free. Just sign up for the platform and get started. To get started, you just need to enter your prompts here. As we already went through the first tip, be very specific with your prompts. Let's try and use it. ChatGPT to you works best when you give it clear and specific prompts. Rather than asking you to write an article about meditation, which is a very generic and general prompt and it could give you an article that is 1,000 words or 3,000 words that can give you headlines or not. I could talk about what meditation is and where it comes from. You want to be more specific. Try asking it write a 1,000 word article about the health benefits of meditating every morning. This really helps ChatGPT to understand exactly what you're looking for and generate content that meet your specific goals. Here you can already see it's coming up with a lot of content that is specific to the prompts that you asked. It starts with an introduction of why meditation is important. It's a simple yet powerful tool and in this article will discuss the health benefits of meditating every morning. Then it goes into reduces stress, boost immune system. It doesn't really go into all the generic things like what is the definition of meditation where this come from. But it really goes into specifics of what you're looking for. My next advice is to use the same chat or the same prompt or topic. What do I mean by that? On the left side here you have different chat options. You need to understand that ChatGPT learns from your inputs and becomes more accurate over time to get the most out of it, use the same chat for the same audience or purpose. Instead of saying, okay, I want to write a meditation article and then I want to create content around the article and around the idea of notation. Don't use a new chat. Instead, use the same check you already started when talking about meditation. This helps ChatGPT learn from your previous inputs and it generates better quality content over time. If you use a new chat, you'll have to share your information again and again with ChatGPT, you don't want to do that. Be smart about that. For instance, instead of starting a new chat and saying, give me 10 content creation tips around meditation. You want to go into the same chat and just prompt it. What you want it to do. My next step is to give ChatGPT your own input. What do I mean by that? While ChatGPT is powerful, It also takes information from already existing textbooks and the Internet and just spits it out to you. Of course, it comes up with new ways of combining information, but it's the same information that's already out there. We all know that ideas are not unique and we all copy paste from each other. But if you want to make your content unique to you, your sound of voice, and who you are, and you don't want to copy everyone's opinion out there. You need to make sure that you give ChatGPT input that is unique to you. While those AI tools are super powerful, it still benefits from your own expertise and creativity. Rather than simply asking you to come up with 10 content ideas for Instagram about solo traveling, you want to try asking, come up with content ideas for Instagram about solo traveling based on these tips. Then you can show, my tips are always carry a charger, connect with people on social media beforehand. Then it spits out 10 Solo Traveler summations and it gives you a content ideas, but it incorporates what you already gave it as an idea. Insert your own tips to give ChatGPT a starting point then aligns with your brand voice and your audience. My next step is to prepare ChatGPT to answer your prompts. ChatGPT can actually learn from your input, especially in the same chats. That's why I'm saying use the same chats for the same prompts or ideas. Because what you can do is you can educate ChatGPT about your audience, about your style of content. Then you can ask it to generate content based on this input. Here's an example. You can say my target audience, a young woman from the ages of 18-25 who solo travel and sometimes don't feel insecure. Do you understand? Just type. Yes. What you want to do is before asking ChatGPT to generate content, give it various pieces of information about what you want to do and who you want to create content for. You can talk about your target audience, your channels, and so forth. After each piece of information you want to say, do you understand? If yes, answer yes or type yes. This helps ChatGPT learn and better understand your needs. Later, when you then ask ChatGPT to create content and it will have a better understanding of what you're looking for. Here, for instance, you can talk about your target audience, young woman under 18-25, do you understand, yes. Then you talk about my content. It's usually both fun and educative. I do blogs, but also swipe through so you can give it really targeted information about what your channel is about. Then in the third round, you say come up with 10 content ideas based on my target audience and my content style. Now, instead of giving you random information like before, or random ideas based on the tips you gave it. It gives you targeted tips based on your target audience and your content style. My next step is to use TLDR for summaries. If you don't have time to research or read an entire text, you can let ChatGPT help you by summarizing your texts for you. After you insert your text that is too long to read, you just put TLDR, which stands for too long to read. ChatGPT will provide you with a summary of the text. For instance, here I've copy pasted a text from a travel guide around solar traveling in Peru. It's too long for me to read and understand what's the gist of this text. I just put TLDR afterwards. It gave me a guide to solo traveling, gives me this whole summary of what the text is about without me having to read the entire text doesn't save you a lot of time when researching for content. Definitely take advantage of that. My next step is use ChatGPT as a tool, not a replacement. It's very important to understand ChatGPT again, take the information that's already out there, and then puts it into a format that you're asking for. What you want to do is you want to humanize it, you want to make it yours. If you build specifically a personal brand, if you're creating content online around who you are and what you believe in, you'll want to make sure it's unique to you and your target audience, and it matters to them. It doesn't just sound like anything else that they can Google on the Internet. Be prepared to spend some time editing the articles. Don't just take the content and then put it out on social media, but actually tried to make it yours. But the good news is you can already ask ChatGPT to humanize the output before you even look at it yourself. Here's a tutorial on how to do that. You want to start a new session and enter prompt or question. But instead of just putting the prompt or question, you will include what information you want to say, incorporate these elements, employ powerful language, post questions, support key points with concrete evidence, and address the reader directly in a conversational tone. This way, it won't just spit out an everyday article. In this case, could a brief article on why mindfulness is crucial for success in business. It will actually make it conversational, and it will also put some references in there so you can actually already humanize this article as if you've researched it yourself, and then you can go in and put your own tone of voice into it. Now it's your turn. Go sign up to ChatGPT and start creating content. Doesn't have to be a big piece. I just want you to start experimenting with the prompts. Think about using the same chat for the same topic and think about preparing the chat first, but your target audience about your goals. Then put in the prompt and just try to experiment a little before jumping to the next lesson. In the next lesson, we will discuss how to come up with content ideas using AI. 3. Content Ideas: AI is a great tool to help you come up with content ideas if you are totally overwhelmed and you don't know where to start, it's a great point of starting out with just understanding what content ideas are out there on my topic and brainstorming. Let's start talking about what are specific prompts you can use to ask ChatGPT to come up with content ideas for you. Let's say you are a travel blogger. You want to ChatGPT to help you come up with article ideas and content creation ideas around the 10 hidden gems in Paris or the best vegan restaurants and Bale. The first step is to ask ChatGPT for a list of questions related to your topic. This can help you identify common questions or pain that your audience has, which can then address your content. Instead of just thinking about what are common formats that I want to come up with, think about questions that your audience might have that you can answer through content. For example, if you're a travel blogger, you could ask ChatGPT to generate a list of questions related to solar travel tips are best budget travel destinations. Now it comes up with a list of questions that you can then ask them to answer in a content-creation format. Or it gives you ideas on how to come up with content yourself. If you're saying, for instance, hey, I feel like super uncreative, I cannot come up with anything that I could put on social media or my blog, then you can just go into these questions and think, how can I answer this question with a piece of content? How do you plan an itinerary for solo travel? That's a great piece of content that you probably haven't thought about of creating, but that your audience is super interested in. My next step is to use ChatGPT as a brainstorming buddy for creative ideas. If you're stuck on coming up with new content ideas, you can ask ChatGPT to generate some creative prompts for you. For example, you could ask for ideas on unusual travel experiences or craft projects using recycled materials. Here are really fun prompts, then ChatGPT gives you an unusual travel experiences you might not have thought about, but maybe you went through them and you can actually create content around it. Here, for instance, take a helicopter tour or swim with sharks. These things might seem easy or normal to you because you are a travel blogger, but they are super unusual for the majority of people. It's a great way to use ChatGPT as a brainstorming buddy. The next step is to request a list of current topics in your industry or field. If you want to stay up-to-date on recent trends and insights and you want to become an expert in your field and seen as someone that I'd go to to actually look at the most up-to-date information you can ask ChatGPT to generate latest trends in your industry. You want to look out for the fact that ChatGPT is only using information up to a certain point of time. It might not be super up-to-date, but it still gives you a really good idea of what to talk about next. You could ask if for instance, what are trends and traveling that most people might not know about yet. Here are fun ideas that you might have not thought about yet and what content would be up-to-date or trendy for people to talk about. If you want to create content, obviously, you want to make sure that you are relevant to your field and you're relevant to the time so you can catch trends early. You can ask ChatGPT to give you some trends that you might not have thought about before to go try, see, and create content around. The next idea is ask ChatGPT for a list of related keywords. If you want to make sure that your content is optimized for search engines, you want to make sure you use keywords that help you rank high. You can ask ChatGPT to come up with a related keywords around a topic that you want to talk about, meal planning, healthy eating, or quick and easy recipes and these keywords you can then turn into content. The next is to request a list of content formats. Let's say you're already talked about some brainstorming and you learned about some keywords and now you're unsure of how to put all that content into the right format so you can ask it to come up with creative formats. If you're not sure what format to use for content, you can ask ChatGPT to generate a list. For instance, you could say, I want to create content for a specific channel, let's say LinkedIn but I don't really know what content formats I can create on this channel around the topic that I speak about. Give me a list of content formats that I can start creating. Then it comes up with case studies, info-graphics, videos, podcasts, and slide decks, how-to guides. It gives you a good list that you can pick from and then start creating content around it. Now it's your turn. Come and follow along as we're using some of the prompts. Here's some of the prompts that you could start using and you can apply it into your niche and fill that industry that you are in. Generate a list of questions related to vegan cooking and other ideas, provide creative prompts for a DIY crafting project. List current trends and travel photography. Generate related keywords for a blog post on mindfulness meditation. Provide ideas for interactive content formats for a career development website. Start using the problems before you go to the next lesson because in the next lesson, we'll talk about how to use ChatGPT for content repurposing. 4. Content Repurpose: Welcome to the lesson on how to repurpose your content using AI. Repurposing content means taking any content, usually long-form content, and turning it into different content formats for different platforms. This can include, for instance, turning a long-form YouTube video into short-form videos, a podcast, Twitter threads, quote visuals, infographics, and more. Repurposing content into different formats can help you reach a wider audience and improve your content's accessibility. If someone might follow you on YouTube and they might not follow you on Instagram, so it's important to repurpose the content that works well on one platform and try to spread it to other platforms. You never know where a content piece can blow up. some of my YouTube videos have around 200 views but as soon as I cut them down into short-form formats and put them on LinkedIn, they can reach up to 200,000 or even up to a million views. ChatGPT can help you turn text into different formats, making it a perfect tool to use for content repurposing. By the way, if you're struggling to come up with content to create in general, then I highly recommend checking out my other Skillshare classes, such as the personal branding class for my class and short-form videos so you can find the best content to become known. Let's talk about the two methods you can use to use ChatGPT to repurpose your content. The first method for repurposing is to turn a long-form piece of content in smaller pieces like we just discussed, YouTube video can turn into short-form videos at Twitter threads. The second method is to take a small piece of content and turn it into long-form content. This could be a Twitter thread turning it into an article or 30 seconds video where he talks about the five best tips for new entrepreneurs and turn that into a long-form video script. Before we go into the tips that I have for you, I want to tell you this is one of my favorite ways to use ChatGPT because you almost have nothing to edit at the final text. Why? Because the prompts are based on your already existing content. It is not generic content that you ask ChatGPT to come up with that sounds like everyone else out there but it's actually based on your own creativity, ideas, and tone of voice. Your tone of voice is super important when creating content because it helps your audience connect with you and have a feeling they're actually get to know you. That's why when you repurpose content, you want to make sure it sounds like you and you want to give ChatGPT the right prompts to make the text sound like you and that's where my tips come in. You want to ask ChatGPT to use the same tone of voice that your content already has to create the re-purpose content formats. This way you can keep your voice consistent across all platforms. If your tone of voice changes across the platforms, your audience might feel like you're faking it or they don't really know you and they get confused. But if you keep it the same, they will fall in love with your stuff. Let's talk about how do you use ChatGPT in the first method, turning long-form content into smaller pieces of content. What you want to do, you want to take a long-form piece of content such as a YouTube video or podcast episode, and you want a transcript the audio or video into text using an AI transcription or YouTube transcription but you can also do it over the mothership of ChatGPT which is OpenAI. At this point in time, ChatGPT doesn't have a transcription service yet, but it's coming soon but if you want to use OpenAI to transcribe your piece of text, then you can just set up an OpenAI account for free, go to the playground and click on the microphone button, then you can upload an audio. Now this is not a super long-form piece of content because it's three minutes, but I wanted to show you how to use it to turn it into smaller pieces. You just copy-paste it, you go to ChatGPT. Then you ask ChatGPT to turn the text into multiple content formats. You can also ask it to use the text and create 10 Twitter posts or five Twitter threads. Ask ChatGPT break break down the content into smaller pieces suitable for posting on social media. I ask it for five Twitter posts and for quote images for Instagram. You could ask ChatGPT to turn your texts into multiple formats like an article, Twitter posts, Instagram quote images, or scripts for multiple short-form videos. Scripts for multiple videos that are perfect for posting on platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels. Here, for instance, I turned a three-minute YouTube video into different posts for Twitter and Instagram. You can also give it the prompt. I have a 20-minute video from YouTube on the benefits of a plant-based diet. Please turn it into a 500-word article intent would have post. Please use the same tone of voice as the original video. [NOISE] I'm going to apply this to my prompt. I have a three-minute YouTube video on becoming the narrator of your story. Please turn it into a 500-word article and 10 Twitter posts. I don't want it to take too long. I'm just going to say a 500-word article. Please use the same tone of voice as the original video. I'm going to copy-paste this again. [NOISE] Now it's going to come up with an article that uses the same tone of voice as my video did. Here instead of having just a conversation on me talking to the camera, it actually turns it into an article using paragraphs. I can also try to format it, but I will come to that later and it's so important to keep saying, use the same tone of voice as the original video so it really adapts your way of speaking to the article or to the piece of content. The second method is to turn smaller pieces of content into a longer form piece of content. Here you can take the bullet points or a short-form video script where you provide information and you can transcribe the audio and video again with transcription services and then give ChatGPT the prompts to turn the text into a YouTube video script or into a 2,000-word article. The check can then use the information to expand on the topic and create a longer piece of content. For instance, this could be a prompt that you could try. I have a five-minute video where I explain how to start a successful blog. Please turn it into a 1,500-word article. Please use the same tone of voice as the original video and then you just put your texts in their. Repurposing content with AI can help you save a lot of time and effort that would be wasted turning your already existing information into different formats. Remember to edit and refine it so it really sounds like you. Now it's your turn to turn any piece of content or bullet points about an idea that you had into a long-form piece of content or smaller pieces of content. When you're done with that, we will continue with the next lesson, formatting, and presentation. 5. Formatting + Presentation: Welcome to the lesson, formatting and presentation. To create good content, you need to look out for formatting and presentation. You want to present your content in a clear and easy to follow format so that your personal brand makes sense to people. You can use the help of AI to assist you in formatting your content. You can use formats like headers, paragraphs, bullet points or other elements to make your content visually look more appealing. Let's get into the formatting tutorial, and as always, just follow along. You've already created a piece of content in the last run when we repurposed one of your content pieces. Now we want to continue the session with ChatGPT, and actually ask it to format their content in a way that makes it visually more appealing and clear. You want to continue the session with ChatGPT by entering a prompt or question related to the formatting on presentation. You want to ask ChatGPT to generate content with headers, paragraphs, bullet points, or other things that you like. You can also put in emojis or things like that, so your content is visually appealing and easy to consume. For instance, if we continue the repurposing tutorial, you can say turn the script from a YouTube video into an article with common formats such as headers, paragraphs, and bullet points. But because I already have a piece of content that I repurposed into an article from last round, I'm just going to tell it format this article with elements like headers, paragraphs, and bullet points. Here, instead of having a block of texts, you already have something that is very visually appealing. You can read it very easily with bullet points, but let's say I want it to still to be an article that is not totally made out of bullet points, I can still give it feedback to that. You want to fine tune the generated output to make sure that it meets the formatting and the presentation requirements that you want. Again, add your own lanes, pictures, and offers to the article. What I'm saying is I'm still want it to be a conventional article so don't use only bullet points. Please redo the formatting with headers, sub-headers, some bullet points, and also a part where I can promote my own offer, a personal branding checklist at the end. Let's see what it spits out. You still have a title, how to become a narrator of your story. Now instead of just having bullet points, you have an introduction that you can put in. An article always should have an introduction. Then you have example stories that I start with the article with, and you have sub-headers of things that I'm talking about. Benefits of a redemptive story, reframing your narrative, and so forth. Under the promotions section is actually where I told ChatGPT to give me some space on promoting my personal branding checklist. I want to use that piece of content to actually drive people to buy my personal branding checklist. If you're looking to build your personal brand, I've created a personal branding chart, so can help you start it. This is actually quite accurate, actually is what it is. [LAUGHTER] It also brings it back to the idea of the YouTube script, which is check it out today and start shaping your brand by becoming a narrator of your story. It actually takes the tone of voice and the gist of what I was talking about and it brings it into the promotional part of where I'm actually trying to sell something. But there's also advanced formatting that you can get to know to make your content go to that next level. It's an addition to basic format that ChatGPT can help you to format your text. It can also help you present information in a variety of different ways. For instance, instead of just saying, I just want an article, I just want a piece of content for Instagram, you can go more into depth and you can say, I want you to create a detailed outline. I want you to create a visual mind-map. I want you to use concise bullet points. I want you to write a compelling essay. Or let's say you want a bite sized text snippet that is under 280 characters. Here's an example of a more advanced formatting technique that you can use. Let me start a new session to get into a different topic and help you create some more prompt. Here's a prompt. Create a detailed outline on the topic of managing client relationships as a freelance graphic designer, utilize that one, what, two, why and three, how format to present the central idea, key considerations, and actionable steps for success. You can go really into detail and it really spits out a very detailed version of one, what is managing client relationship? Two, why is it important? Three, how can you do it? Even under the house section it formatted into A, B, C, D, and E. It's really, really easy to consume and turn into different formats for social media or your website or a newsletter. Remember, presentation formatting are essential to creating good content and you can use AI to help you do that. With tools like ChatGPT can make your content more visually appealing and easier to consume for your audience. You can also find formats that are too unique to your style or what you prefer on how you actually bring over information. You can use that as a prompt to educate ChatGPT on your formatting style. Now it's your turn, go ahead and use some of the problems that we worked on today to format the content that you've worked on in our last lesson. When you're done with that, we'll come to our next lesson using AI to SEO, optimize your content. 6. SEO Optimization: Welcome to lesson SEO optimization. Search engine optimization is an essential part of digital marketing and helping you get discovered online. One of the key factors of achieving good SEO is not so much about what exactly the words are you using, but understanding high-quality relevant keywords and creating content around those. One way of doing that, of course, is using AI tools like ChatGPT to create content that is SEO optimized across the platforms. Nowadays, school isn't the only place anymore to help people get discovered through their content. Places like YouTube, which is the second biggest search engine, apart from Google, as well as TikTok and Pinterest, also rely heavily on SEO, and you can take advantage of that by helping people discover your content easier. We'll go through the following steps to help you use ChatGPT to create high-quality optimized content that helps you get discovered and helps your brand to rank higher on Google and all social media platforms to attract new eyes to your content. Here's a step-by-step process and how to use ChatGPT to optimize your content ranking. Step Number 1, keyword research. You want to begin by conducting keyword research using Google AdWords. If you have not yet an account, go and set one up. It's pretty easy when you have a Gmail account. You want to go into Google AdWords Keyword Planner. You want to click on discovering new keywords and search for a general term related to your brand or business, or industry or field, or theme you're in and find one that applies to the piece of content you want to create. Let's say we want to create an article about personal branding, Google the keyword and you want to set the target to worldwide and your specific language that you want to create the article or the content in. I've chosen English in all locations and I've chosen two keywords, personal branding and how to start a personal brand. You see here hear average monthly searches and also three months change. Three months change actually gives you the percentage of how much a keyword is growing in the last three months, so the higher the percentage, the more the keyword is trending. If you want to create SEO content that is around a topic that is trending right now, I'll definitely recommend you to feature for that. But you also wanted to see that there is not just like 20 or 70 searches a month, but you want to go for higher numbers. Let's say we want to go for the highest monthly searches, but I also want to go at least over 50% or 70%. Here we have customization. We have personal branding logo. Let's see here personal running example for students. That sounds like an interesting one. Let's talk about personal branding examples for students. You want to google the keyword and then take note of the first 5-15 people also ask questions. You can see related questions or people also ask questions that people ask when it comes to personal branding for students and you want to take all these questions and just copy them. Step 2, you want to prepare ChatGPT. As always, we want to prepare chats at ChatGPT is ready for us to answer our prompt as soon as we're feeding it into it. Let's start a new chat and we want to tell ChatGPT information about our business or brand. For example, let ChatGPT know what your business does. For instance, my business or brand offers personal branding solutions and it's usually offers it through online courses, consulting, one-on-one memberships. You want to ask ChatGPT if it understands you after each question as we've already learned and then instruct ChatGPT to use normal article layout including bullet points, headers, and so on, to create a piece of content around it. Step 3, use your people also ask questions. Tell ChatGPT to use the people also ask questions as headings in the article. I said I want you to write an SEO-optimized article on this topic, normal formatting, like we talked about in the last lesson. I want you to use these keywords as headings for the article. This will ensure that your content is focused on answering questions that people actually Google for, and search for online. Now, you can already see it helps you already format with headers, subheaders, and bullet points to make your article really SEO optimized. This is next-level formatting. [LAUGHTER] This will help you to get discovered, but we have more. There is step number 4, title, meta-description, and outline. You want to tell ChatGPT to give you a working title, a working meta-description, and a blog outlined. These elements are essential for good SEO and they will help your content rank higher in search results. Give me a working title, working meta description, and a blog outline for this article. Step 5 is all about writing the article. Obviously, we've already put in the prompt. But you can also give ChatGPT the entire prompt all at once while you ask it to write an article, give the keywords, ask you to use meta descriptions and a block outline, and then ask ChatGPT to give you the final article. Tell ChatGPT to write each section of the article one by one. This will ensure that the content is well-structured and optimized for search engines. As we know already, ChatGPT has a limited amount of tokens that they can use to answer you. There's a limited amount of texts that you will get as an answer to your prompts. You want to make sure that you ask ChatGPT to write each section separately so it can really focus on making each section SEO optimized and high-quality. Step 6, is adding images and products. You want to make the article you need to you, your audience, and what you want to sell through the article or what action you want your customers or followers to take from it. You want to include your own information such as your own images, your own links, or your own products added to the article to make it more visually appealing, engaging. Then Step 7 is to publish. You just need to publish your piece of content, whether it's publishing on your website or publishing on a social media platform and this can help you drive more traffic and proof your search reach. Now it's your turn. Take one piece of content and SEO optimize it with the formats and prompts that we talked about today. When you're done with that, we'll go to the next lesson, bulk create, social media posts. 7. Bulk-Create Social Media Posts: Welcome to the lesson how to bulk create social media posts. This is probably my favorite lesson apart from re-purposing content, because it gives you so much time that you would usually spend creating content, putting it into formats, putting it into nice visuals and posting it online. We are busy, you are busy. I appreciate that you want to take this course to also save time, so let's get into it. Creating social media post is a great way to reach a wider audience, but let's be honest, it can be super time-consuming. In this lesson, we will learn how to use ChatGPT Google Sheets and Canvas to bulk create social media content. If you don't have access yet, go create a Canvas account. It's all for free. Go create a Google account and go into your Drive into Google Sheets. You can also use Excel if you have that on your laptop and let's dive into it. By following these steps, you'll be able to create multiple social media posts in under five-minutes. This is something that just blew my mind when I first learned it. Let's get into it, open ChatGPT and follow along to create your own social media content in bulk right now. First, go to ChatGPT and write a specific requests. Let's go with this one, create 10 quotes convincing entrepreneurs why they need a mindful morning routine. ChatGPT will start generating quotes related to your quest and then you want to review those quotes and select the ones you like. For the sake of doing this, I'm just going to select all of them, highlight the selected quotes and paste them into a Google Spreadsheet and the quotes will automatically appear in a separate cells. Download the spreadsheet as a CSV file and save it on your computer. Next open Canvas and choose a template that matches your brand imbibe. For this sake, I want to create Instagram quotes. Let's go and look for Instagram templates. Looking for Instagram posts templates, let's see which one I like, let's say we take this one, you can replace the backgrounds and all the design elements with things that you might feel works for your brand. I'm choosing this picture because I'm talking about mindfulness, and then you want to go to apps and search for bulk create. When I click on "Bulk create" under the apps you have the bulk create option and you want to upload the CSV file you just downloaded. Canvas will display the first quote in the first row of the spreadsheet. You want to click on the text elements in the template to connect the data. Click here, right-click, and then you click on the quote that you want to put in. This way, the first quote will appear on the template. That's a bit difficult to read, so I'm going to make it a bit smaller. Now we want to click the "Continue" button to display the next nine quotes from the spreadsheet. Continue and then click "Bulk Create" to create 10 different social media posts using the data from the spreadsheet. You can see already here all the quotes went into it. Now you will just want to move it, resize it, move some elements around and adjusted, so you're satisfied with your design. Here, for instance, I would just move it around a little. If you want to export it, just click "Share" and download to save your posts. You want to make sure that you resize. You change the colors, you change the background pictures so it fits your brand identity and style. It's uniquely you. In just a few minutes, we've created social media posts in bulk that saves you a lot of time and effort. Go ahead now it's your turn. Turn one of your content ideas into a bulk social media posts for one of the platforms you're choosing. This could be LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, whatever it might be. When you're done with that, we'll see each other in the next lesson. Thinking outside the AI box. 8. Think Outside the AI Box : Artificial intelligence or AI tools like ChatGPT are greater create content. But some how they have their limitations. At some point if you give it the same prompts it can be really boring for you and your audience. Oftentimes we limit the potential of AI tools based on the fact that we think they are just Google search engine and we use it if it would be Google search. To fully utilize the power of AI you need to give them creative prompts that take them out of the box that you've put them in so I can create high quality content for you. Let's talk about some life-changing prompts that can help you elevate your content game to the next level. The first step is use ChatGPT as a persona. You want to interact with ChatGPT as if it were a customer, a collaborator, or a respected professional. To give it a persona helps you look at content from different perspectives and so it gives you more creative input other than just your own ideas or your own point of view. This format allows you to have a real conversations with ChatGPT as if it would be another person, and it can help you align your content with a specific persona. This way you can create content from totally unique and interesting prospectus. Let's dive into an example. For example, suppose you want to create content that resonates with HR leaders in startups for instance. In that case you can prompt ChatGPT by saying something like this. "You are a highly regarded HR consultant with extensive experience and talent management and employee engagement. Advise me on how to create content that resonates with HR leaders in startups. What thought-provoking questions should I pose? Focus on providing unique and knowledgeable insights." In this case you want AI to act like if it would be an HR professional. Here you can see already the questions that they come up with is so much more interesting, and this way it's way easier to get to know your audience and persona other than just coming up with content you might think resonates with them. For instance, "In what ways can HR leaders and startup foster a culture of innovation and creativity that supports the growth and success of the organization?" These are questions which it actually come up with this. "What strategies can HR leaders in startups use to promote equity and diversity in your organization?" These can help you really get to know the person you want to create content for. The next tip is to use ChatGPT to disrupt the status quo. In this format you can request ChatGPT to act as a person that goes against conventional wisdom. By doing this, you can create content that challenge the preconceived notions of your audience or the generic opinions that exist outside in your industry. For example, let's suppose you want to create content on expanding your photography business. In that case you can prompt ChatGPT saying something like this. You can give it the prompt, "topic: Charging for your photography business. For this topic provide examples that challenge the conventional understanding of growing a photography business. Generate a plan for content that pushes the boundaries and provokes new ideas. Things that the mass doesn't consider or think about." Here it talks about pay-what-you-want pricing which is very unconventional. The other ideas are providing an experience around your photography business, so instead of just taking pictures you want to make it immersive. This way you can use ChatGPT to think about new ways of approaching your content that no one ever has thought about. Things that are seeming as if they are not natural or they seem provocative or unique, and you can use those ideas to create content that's outside the box. My next tip is to give AI a purpose. In this format you can define a clear purpose and target audience for your content. We've done things like this before but here are some prompts that can help you do this in more depth. By doing this of course you inform AI about what your goals are for content creation. You don't just want to create content for the sake of it. You have some goal where that is driving sales or getting more customers or reaching a wider audience. This allows you to give ChatGPT a clear direction that aligns with your goals for content creation. For example, suppose you want to create content expanding your coaching practices, targeting, let's say aspiring entrepreneurs and business cultures. In that case you can prompt ChatGPT by saying what your subject is, who your target audience is, what your goal is, and what the tone of the content is. Subject, expanding your coaching practice. Target audience, aspiring business coaches. Goal, encourage and educate your audience on ways to grow their coaching business. Tone, clear, simple, casual, approachable, modest, knowledgeable. Here you already have a text that incorporates all of these elements. What you can do is you can say I want a specific piece of content. Let's say we want a LinkedIn post. Here I'm asking AI to actually write a LinkedIn post based on my subject, target audience, goal, and tone. Here you already have a finished LinkedIn post. "Hey aspiring business coaches. If you're looking to expand your coaching practice I've got some tips to help you. First off don't be afraid to put yourself out there, develop a strong online presence, keep improving." This really gives you an understanding of, this is my goal with this content. It's good for you to know before you start creating content, and you feed it into ChatGPT. You make the AI to understand your purpose as well and your goals as well. Because each piece of content should either be engagement content or money-making content. If you watch my social media marketing class then you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't and you want to learn more about marketing and social media, definitely check that class out here on Skillshare. Before you start creating content, you want to make sure for yourself that you know the goal of that piece of content because we don't have time to waste our time and you want to make sure ChatGPT also knows the goal of your content. My next tip is to enter a critique mode. This is a very special one. When using ChatGPT to generate content ideas or content in itself, it's important to not 1,000% rely on the platform but also let to the platform challenge and critique itself. How do you do that? You enter critique mode. In critique mode, you can ask ChatGPT to generate content ideas and then ask it to criticize its own ideas. I know it sounds a little meta but that's what we're here for. To use critique mode, you want to begin by providing input and instructions to ChatGPT. Ask ChatGPT to critique it's own ideas and explain why they are bad. Pay attention to ChatGPT criticism and then use it to improve original idea. Here is already the critique that I came back with. There's no call-to-action, CTA. So the post is fine but it doesn't tell the audience what to do next. Should it comment, should it engage, should it share the piece of content on LinkedIn? It's lacking personalization. The post does not speak directly to the audience's pain points, challenges or specific needs. Now all this content you can use to then make the content better. Let's start with a totally new prompt. Because I want to tell you four different examples and you can just follow along from your own industry. You can literally swap the industry with industry you are in. I said activate critique mode and give me honest feedback on the title of my blog post, 10 easy ways to lose weight fast. It gives you critique both positive and negative. It says okay, the title is super clear. It articulates well what you want to do. It says look out for accuracy. The term easy might be subjective. You want to use terms like fast to make sure that people know exactly what you're talking about because easy could be easy to one person and not as easy to another, but fast has to do with time. The other idea is competitiveness. The title is quite generic and not particularly unique. It is possible that many other blog posts or articles have similar used titles to make it difficult for your post to stand out. You want to make sure to make your title more unique. You want to take that criticism and then ask ChatGPT to improve based on that criticism. But before we do that, let's jump into other prompts so you can follow along and find the best prompt that you want to use. Let's go into one where ChatGPT actually comes up with content and then critiques its own content. The prompt is generate a list of 10 must visit destinations in Europe. Now it gave you destinations, and now you want to say activate critique mode to have it critique each destination, explain why it might not be a good fit for certain types of travelers or might not offer unique experiences. You say, Paris, France. While Paris is a beautiful city and culture, it's also expensive especially during peak seasons. Some travelers might find the culture or language barrier a bit difficult to navigate. Vienna is a beautiful city, rich history but some travelers might find the city formal or conservative in their atmosphere. It's really fun to look at ideas that ChatGPT provides or look at your own ideas and help it criticize those ideas, challenge those ideas to make them better. For instance, if you're creating a video about why you should go to Berlin and Berlin is a great travel destination, you can also put in, some travelers might find this city a bit gritty and a bit off putting because it's super street vibes. You want to put that in the content to make the content as relatable to all people and understand, okay, for those people who might not like it, here's the criticism for it. You want to let that critique inspire you to create better content. This one is also good one. Generate a list of five fashion trends for the upcoming season. Then you will say activate critique mode to have it critique each trend and explain why it might not be practical or suitable for certain body types or personal styles. It's say, oversized blazers. They might be comfortable and stylish for somebody types, the petite frame might find that they overwhelm their figure. If you're saying, hey, the new season's fashion is going to be oversized blazers. But if you are a small person, a petite person, you want to make sure that it doesn't overwhelm you. Maybe oversized blazer is not the best part, you want to make sure that the waste is a bit more inched. Here it's [LAUGHTER] a great piece of content already that you can create an entire video about the latest trends and which body types or which person style it might or might not fit. By using critique mode, you cannot only generate content, but actually optimize it while you're generating it. Is a user practice in general to always challenge your own ideas and assumptions, and especially when you want to create better content ideas. To produce better work, make sure you use critique mode to always challenge your thinking and make sure that you cover all the positives and negatives of the content you want to create. To fully size up the think outside the AI box, you want to make sure that you think about creative formats that you want ChatGPT to come up with and creative personas you want ChatGPT to take on. You want to see AI as a tool to provide you different perspectives, different point of views, and to take on different roles for you that you might not have. Let's say if you don't have customer feedback directly from your customers, you can describe your target audience to AI and AI tools will give you pitch back, the concerns, the pain points, the questions, all the perspectives that you might not have access to. Whatever you do, don't use AI just as a personal assistant, researcher, or a Google search, make sure that you give it the role you want it to take on so you can create better content for yourself. Now it's your turn. Use one of the prompts that we discussed today to come up with creative ways to think outside the AI box. Of course we've worked on a specific piece of content already throughout this class. I want to make sure that you take that content, you turn on critique mode, or you take that content and you improve it by giving ChatGPT a purpose or a specific persona. These small details can make or break your content. It can really help you go across and beyond other content creators out there, whether they're using AI or they're not using AI yet to create their content. Make sure that you post your content on your website, your platforms, your social media, or wherever you created it for and you share that link in the project section of this class. I'm excited to see what you come up with. 9. Conclusion: Congratulations, you made it to the end of this class.
