1. Intro Video: Are you sick of complex tools like Premier Pro and After effects? Ever seen those cool videos getting millions of views in just a week? We'll get excited because I'm here to teach you how to create clear videos like this. Take a look A right. What do you think about this? I love it. What about this? I love it more. How about this A mammo, I certainly Patty. She thought he was afraid till she met me and now finished showing what it's a felt. I'm Justin to slits nick out. I've crafted this course to be short, sweet, and straight to the point. No time waste it, just pure edit. You might ask why put Tika Company made it just for making viral videos. And the cool part is you just can't make it on your mobile phone. We start this course from zero by exploring the cap cut tools from beginner to advance. And then in ten projects, step by step, we will create the most iconic and trending videos in Capcot and Instagram reels. We don't just edit, we create viral sensation. Let's make your videos the next big thing. All right, let's go for it. 2. Quick Start in CapCut: First let's go to App Store and type Cap Cut. I already have it. Just click Install, Then click Open to Store. Click on New projects. You can use videos photos and lie photos. I'm just going to go back on videos. In the top right corner, I can see stack videos. Just click on that and you can scroll to the left and right. For example, I'm going to scenery and I look for something portrait, landscape like this one. I'm just going to pick another one, number two, and add these two to my time line. If you tap and hold on a video, you can swipe and change the order. This is going to be the first one with my two hands. If I move inside, I can go left and right and make it smaller so I can see my whole time line. As you see, this is a time line. I can scroll to the left and right. The playhead is in the timeline. Now with this one, I can play and then I can stop with this little icon here. If I tap it, I can see the full screen. I can switch back. If I tap on a video I can see the split speed animation style and so on. If I don't tab at the bottom, I can add audio. I can see the edit audio, text overlay, effic aspect ratio. If I tap on the video and can split which is the cuts I can cut here. If I do something wrong, I can go back with the undo button. If I tap on this plus icon, I can add another video to my scene. For example, this one which is the landscape. If I tap on it in my two hands, I'm just going to go inside I tab on the video. Then I can make that larger by pinching with my two fingers. Now I can put this in the center. Now I can play, that's the one I can hold on it. I can change the order. I can make it smaller so I can see my whole time line. I can click on, I can tap on this letter arrow here. And I can make my video shorter. If you want to download it on social media, just tap on 1080. If you want to take this video to another application, just make sure to put it on two K, then click Download button. 3. Canvas Size and Formatting: Canvas size and formatting. I'm just going to add a new project here, for example, this one. I'm just going to add it here. We have aspect ratio, I'm just going to tap on it. We have this for Tiktok or for Reads for Instagram for story. Also, we have one by one in Instagram. When I tap on it, you see at the left and right side we have a black background, which means I have to sedect my video and make the size a bit larger. All right. I'm just going to put it here. Should be something like this. If I tap on Youtube Time nail or Youtube videos, it's going to be 16 x nine. So it means after select this, have to make this a bit again larger and just that's we have different aspect ratio and size based on different social media platform. But most of the time for me it's going to be nine by six because I'm using this for real in Instagram and Tiktok and Youtube shorts. It means I have to select the video. I have to just bring back the size here. I'm just going to track this up. This is going to be my canvas. I'm going to be sure this is the size of the social media. But sometimes when you bring a video, it's going to be something like this. It's going to be smaller than your size. Make sure you always come here and adjust the video to exact size that you want to upload and post to social media. I'm just going to make it a bit larger. Ankylic. Okay, now you're good to go for any platform that you want to post your video on. 4. Trim and Split Simple Editing: How to change the clip lengths or how to edit the specific part of our video. For example, I have this video, the first part is starting very slow. For example, it's just going to start from here. I'm going to tap on it. I'm just going to hold my finger on this left white side and drag it to the right basically. I cut that. I just make that shorter. I'm just going to go forward from here. I want just this part. I can select the video split. Go further. Exactly. For example, one part. I'm just going to click on Split again. I don't like the video on the right. I'm just going to delete it. I don't want the video on the left. I'm just going to delete it. I'm just going to delete the camp card. And I only have this part. If I'm going to add to this video, I'm just going to hold my finger on the right side and drag this to the right. That's it. I got a specific part of the video and changed my video lengths. For example, for now it's five second video. Now we can edit your video. Very. 5. Add Sound and Sound Effect: To add sound and sound effect in the Cap cut app, click on previous project. At the bottom you see Add Audio. Just tab on it. The first one on the left, it sounds Click on it. We have four options. We can connect to your Tiktok. Any video that you have in your collections is going to be added here. The second one is the folder, we can extract any music from any video. For example, if I clicon extract audio from video from this one. I'm just going to tab on it and extract and add audio. And boom, it's going to be here on the top. By tapping on this plus icon here, you added the audio to your time line. Now I want to add another audio. Click on Sounds. Let's go to folder device. Anything you have in your device, in your mobile phone, is going to be here. We can select from device. For example, I'm just going to add this birthday and open it. Then I'm just going to tap on this plus icon here, so it's going to be added to my timeline. Again, this is called multi track. We have multi layers in Cap Cod, which makes our life very easy. I can hold on it, I can drag it to the left and right and align it with the timing to get perfect soundtrack matching with our video. Let's go back to sounds. The very cool feature is the search button. If I tap on it, I can type, for example, oh, for example, I like this one, simple wooh, Let's listen to it. Cool. If I tap on this favorite icon, it's going to be added to my favorite. And then by tapping on this plus icon simply, I added this to my timeline and we have this. I'm just going to hold on it, align it, put it here so I can listen it better. It's it. Let's go back to sound here. We have recommended audio which is training right now and you can use it and add it to your timeline. I'm just going to make this favorite click on this plus icon. I added this time line again. I can come back and so let's go to favorite. I can have access to my best audio and soundtrack as quick as possible. Let's go back and we have this. 6. How to Add Overlay Blending Objects: Right. How to add overlay in our videos like this 2024. All right. I'm just gonna deal it. This one I'm just going to go back here. We have something called overlay. Just tab on it. A overlay. Go to stock videos, choose one of these, maybe this one. The first one. I'm just going to add it. As you see, we have something like that. It has a background. The cool thing about Pc is have all the blending options here. Click on Blend, one of these filter or Light, if you use lighten, there's no background. I'm just going to T. Okay, just going to put it at the top and let's see, Cool. You can add another. Just going to add, go to stock videos this time. I'm just going to add something like this one. Cool Look. It's going to be something like this. Again, go to blend. The best one is lighting. I'm just going to come here. Okay, I'm just going to put it here. If I tap on 2024, we're just going to make this a bit smaller. Put it here. Just get it And tap here. I'm just put it right here. That's going to be something like this outside so we don't see that. I'm just going to hold on it and bring it to the beginning of the video. I'm just going to click on this split. I don't want the first part deleted and I'm just going to bring back to the beginning of the video is going to be just to put it here, something like this. As you see, by adding overlay on top of a video, we can make it more interesting. 7. How to Add text in CapCut: How to add text in Cap Cut. Click a new project. I'm just going to choose this one. I'm just going to add it now. Here at the bottom you can see the text option. Just tap on it. Add text. I'm just going to Ty, Hi guys. If I tap on font, I have access to Rubic, which is a very cool font. I'm just going to bring it down here. Now I can tap on style. I have access to all these styles. I can play around with the size. But this little arrow here also I can click on Stroke and bring up and down, make it larger or very smaller. Can make this very small. I just tap on this letter arrow here on the right side. I can just move it around and I can make it very small. Just put it here or here. Then play around this style. I like this one. I'm just going to go to effect, I'm just going to choose this one. Very nice. Or this one I like this one. You can choose Luminance multi color, yellow, red, blue. And it's your choice. This is perfect. Let's go to animation now, Here we go. Or clouds or any other options that you want to choose. I'm just going to bubble. This is so cool. I don't use it very much, I'm just going to cancel this. But this is the option if you're creating a comic book or something related to animation. This is very cool, you can use it. I'm just going to go back to a style. I love this one. I'm going to click on. Okay. And that's it guys. Now you know how to add text. 8. Transform tool: How to use transform tool to create this beautiful video. Let's go back, add a new project stack video. I'm going to choose this one, I'm going to add it to my timeline. The first thing I want to do, I want to use it for reels, a critical aspect ratio. I put it on nine, my 16. Okay, now selected and duplicated. Go to the left overlay, hold on on it and drag it. And put it on the left, make sure it's totally aligned. Select the overlay video and drag it up. Now go to the right Ilicon transform. Taban rotates, Now we have something like this. Now to align the building, you have to click on Mirror. How perfect is that? Now I'm just going to select Top Video, make it a bit larger the second video, and make it a bit larger. And try to align the building. Just going to drag it back. And we have something like this now to overlay, I'm just going to drag something. Just going to choose this one. I'm just going to add it, mute the sound. If I go back to transform, I can crop it. I can use this little arrow here and drag it up. Come back here, okay. Make this a bit smaller and put it here. We have something like this, but if I want to make this a circle, let's go back on transform, crop reset. Okay, let's go back. We have to mask it and tap on circle. We have something like this with two fingers. Drag it up, put your finger on the center, drag it up a bit and we have something like this. Okay, now we can just put it right here. And there you go. Now you know how to use transform tool plus mask to create this beautiful video. 9. Replace a Video between edits: How to replace a video in cap cut tab. A new project. Go to stuck video, the top three. I'm just going to select them and add it to my time line. In my two finger, I'm just going to pinch and make it a bit further so I can see the whole project. During the project, I don't like this video and I want to replace it. How to do that? There's option here exactly called replace. And just remember the total length of the video. It's 57 and I don't want to change it. I want to specifically 57 second of the video and I don't want to change anything. And this video size is 16.6 second right now can replace stack video. I'm going to choose all the videos that are along in that video are appearing here. See these are five second blackout, eight second blackout, the rest are activated. I'm just going to choose a 56 second video. Let's see what happened. You're just going to give me the option of 13.6 second. And I can choose which part of the video I want to put in my video. I'm just going to select this part. I'm just going to confirm it and check this out. The total length of my video is still 52nd. How cool is that? Even Premier Pro and after effect doesn't have this feature. 10. Speed and Speed Ramp: How to add a speed or speed ramp into your videos. Click a new project, just pick this one, which you have access to the files. Click Add. Now just take a look at Trap my jacket just turning and it's very slow. If I tap on video, go to speed. You have two options, normal and curve. Click a normal. By increasing this, I'm going to speed up my video. This is two times, three times, four times, almost five times faster by clicking. Okay. It's going to be like this, the whole video is affected, which we don't like. I'm just going to go back. If you want to speed up the whole video, the normal is the best option. But if you make it smooth, sometimes faster sometimes, or slower sometimes, click on Curve. We have some presets, but let's learn the basic. Click on Custom Tab again to go to Edit. Let's take a look at it by Jacket here, I'm just going to speed up, David. You, I'm just going to come here. If you drag this up it's going to be faster. Look, I don't want this beat just deleted by tapping at this delete icon even faster. I don't want this one to delete it. Let's create something creative. I'm just going to speed up. I'm just going to go forward, add, beat, drag this down, make it very slow. Go forward again, Add, come here, add, beat, come. Now let's take a look. I'm just going to speed up, Slow down, speed up, slow down. Now let's fix the timing. I'm just going to increase the timing between the two clips. Direct this up. Going to be something up to speed up. Again here I'm just going to add a beat up, go down speed, which it was crazy hard to do it in after effect, but it's very simple. We can make it fast is when it's faster and it's time to get a snow where it's going to be much interesting. Now remember always tap on this little arrow here. Make the better quality tab, okay? Okay, and this is what we get. Just increase the size. Let's look how cool is that at the end cut. I love it. That's it. This is how we can speed or speed ramp to your video. 11. How to Add Transitions: How to add transition to a video. We have two video here but the moving between the two clips are very boring. How to make it more interesting? The transition, tap on little white block here, tab on it and all the transitions are going to be activated overlay. You can see if I, tab on it like this mix like this. Then and now, white flash. Let's go to camera. Let's use the infinite, which is very cool. Pull out vertical blur. Let's go to blur. We have so many options, you can try all of them and most of them are very perfect. Glitch is very famous. Like this distortion, something like that. It's totally up to you. Slide split, something like this mask motion graphic, social media. As you see, we have so many options, you can use them easily in your video. It can also increase the duration of it. Let's use this one, nice. 12. How to Add Animation to your Videos: How to add this beautiful animation to your video easily. Take a look, perfect. Let's create it. Click a new project stock videos. I'm just going to click on this one also. This one added which is going to go a bit further split. I don't want the video on the right delete. Now let's start tab on the video Animation. This is out and combo. I want to in and out. In the start of the video, the beginning of the video, I want to start with a zoom two, take a look. Okay, let's see. Beautiful. And at the end, go to out, fade out. But the timing is five second. I'm just going to make it two second, all right? Okay, let's go to the second video tab, an animation. This is fade in. Click on fading and make this to second and click, okay. Let's check this out. Beautiful Now, click on this video, go to speed, normal, and speed it up to maybe eight click. Okay, Delete The cat's beautiful again. Nice. 13. How to Add Keyframe Animation: How to add keyframe animation to our video? Select the video, it can mute. We don't need the sound and take a look at this video. It's very steady, it's very boring. Let's make it interesting by zooming in and out. In the video here I'm adding a key frame. I'm going a bit forward, I'm adding another key frame. On the second keyframe, I want to zoom in my two finger, I'm going to pinch, put it in the center. This is what happened to Nice. Now, in between, everything should be steady. I'm adding another key frame. I don't change anything. I go forward a bit, adding another key frame and zooming back.
