We will look at various all the interface in Capcard in the coming videos. Thank you very much. 4. Final Project what we will achieve: Hello there. Welcome to our project we are going to achieve in Cap cat through the free version. So our theme for the project is about mini a mini Travel Look, and we are going to see how we made this project. And we have achieved this project by taking various steps. And this is the cost is also about the project. We are going to see what we did all these to achieve this final project, which is a fantastic project. As you can see we said that it is a mini travel log, and we have used all these themes, all these editing process by taking all the items which were in the free version from the color grading to the editing through taking the caption transitions and effects, also text, applying text, and also voiceover. That we have everything in the media. You can download it and we will provide it in the resources, all these videos and clips. As you can see, we have various voiceovers here, yes, and we will apply it through our entire video entire project making. And kindly, we will take a look at our project few seconds to come. And we see that it is mini travel log, let's take a look at our project. Thank you. Hello, guys. Welcome to our Vlog today. Here is now the view of the mountain. The flow of the river, which is also fantastic, our big green vegetative land. This is the land reserved for agricultural purposes. Homestead viewed from above the view is great. A big black bear crossing the river. After a long trip, we are back to the editing process. We are editing videos after videos, scrolling the mouse. In the evening, taking a walk through the street, my cat taking rest, finally drinking clean water. 5. Mastering CapCut Shortcuts.: Hello, there welcome. And today we will be talking about shortcuts, shortcuts in cap cart. What are shortcuts? And for those who want shortcut who like shortcut, we will be learning about shortcuts. So you come here in cap cart here is now the shortcut. You just click on Shortcut. And in other cap carts, writing it's written the word shortcut. You will see it. And it will take you to this page, whereby we have the timeline player Basic and other. You can see here, we have player and Basic also, and we have other. And if you now click on timeline, you will see we have various shortcuts. For example, in split, you have a Control B, split O, you have Control Shift plus B, and the split mode, you have the split. We also have a split mode for B. And here you can see, you can scroll down and see if you have various shortcuts For example, if I want to I can reset and maybe delete right, I will reset from W to maybe R. You can see and I can say Save. So you can see here now from delete left, I can say it is T. There now how you can change it. But let me say just click on Reset. And here now, you click here down. Here, we have Shortcut one up to shortcut five. If you click on shortcut two, and now this split mode, it will change to something else. Shortcut two, the split mode now has changed from AB to VC. You can see. And now this is now in premium P. I don't say that all of them are for premium P, but for this split mode, V, this shortcut is for premium P. And here we have all the way to shortcut three. Let me just click on shortcut one. And here's now how you can just know the shortcuts so that you can just save on time. Maybe we will use maybe, yes, maybe, no, depending on what we will be doing. Yes. So here is now the shortcuts and various shortcuts that we can learn in cap cat. And we will learn more about it in the coming videos. Thank you very much. 6. Navigating The CapCut Timeline.: Hello, there welcome. And we want to add clips into our timeline, and we want to zoom in Zoom out and also Zoom to fit. For example, in the media now, media, will go to library, and we will be adding videos into our timeline. So for example, we'll be adding this video here. We'll click on the plus sign. It's already in our timeline. We want to also add this let us take our timeline here. You want to add this video in our right. You can see. So we will click on the plus sign. It will be added into our right. And for example, if our playhead is just here, it will add our video in between these two. For example, let me just I want to I want to add this video here. Let it load. For example, if I click it here, it will be in between these two videos. I click there and you can see now. Now, it will depend on where you place your timeline. If you place it at the end, it will bring your video after the video. But if you bring it at the beginning, for example, at the beginning, it will bring in between the videos. You can see so that's now how you will be adding your videos. For example, I want to add another video, for example, this one, in between maybe at the end of that video, the last video, so I will click on the plus sign, and you can see now it has added. For example, let me just I want it to be in between these two. I will click on here. I will add another video, and that video I want it to be in between these two. And I will click it just like that, and now it is there. So now you can see now my timeline has become bigger and bigger, trying to get to the end of it. Let me say, you can see now it has become bigger and bigger. So I can zoom in to make it bigger. You can see and I can also zoom out or just reduce it like that. And you can see, or I can just zoom to fit. You can see a Zoom to fit timeline, which is now you can also the shortcut is Shift plus Z. I normally do not use the shortcuts, but I will just click on Zoom to fit so that I can see all it on the timeline, or I can just zoom in or zoom out whatever now I want. Now we have added videos into our timeline, and we have zoomed in, zoomed out, and also Zoom to fit. 7. Mastering CapCut Timeline. : Here. Welcome. And we will be learning about linkage. Shot this magnet here, also the snapping, also the linkage here. So what are these features in cap card? For example, now magnet is turned on. I can turn it off. Is like that, and if I want, I can turn it on. What will it help? It is helping us, for example, if I want to delete this track here, delete, just like that, there's no gap and everything else is in position. For example, if I undo it and I turn it off and I delete this clip here, this video clip here in the timeline, there is a gap. You can see there is a gap. So in order for me to fill this gap, I have to drag this video here. And if there are many videos on my right, I need to select all the videos and drag it. So it will be tiresome. So it is helping us not create that gap. You can see if it is turned on. So if it is turned on, there will be no gap. It will be fill it will fill in the gap so that all the videos on the right, it will move to the left, you can see. So that is what now this magnet now does. And also, for example, if I want to place a video here, in my right here, for example, I want to select this video. If it's turned on, it will just select. You can see select that video here on the timeline. For example, let me undo it, if I turn it off, it will not be on the timeline directly. It will be above the timeline. You can see. There it is now. It will be above the timeline. So that is what we do not want. For example, if I want to take this video here and place it in between these two, now it will create if it turn on, just create the gap and it will be fitting it, the video. I want to place it. But if I turn it off and I try to move this one and I want to take it here, it will not. You can see it will just go back up here there. But if it is turned on, if this if this stand on, it is very easy for me to just place this video anywhere I want. I feel like playing it. You can see. So that's now this magnet, now what it helps in Capcat. It is a very great feature in Capcat which will be helping us in various ways to do these things. So that is now what the magnet does. So we will see what now this snapping does. What now this snapping does is, for example, if I want to see video, these two videos here, you can see now there's a difference. You can see now it is snapping between these videos, two videos, now it is snapping. I can now see there two videos here, and I can apply my transition very well. So if I turn it off the snapping, I will not be able to see the snapping. You can see it just assuming that it is just one video. But if I put it on, you'll realize there is some break point here. You can see snapping, stopping to show you that there is two videos here. There is a link. There's a bridge here linking these two videos. Now, it's a great feature, and I recommend you to turn on the snapping. And here now we have another one, which is now the linkage. You can see now it is a linkage. For example, if I want to plod another video, a video whereby it has an audio For example, now, I have added this video here, this video here, another video into our timeline. You want to see we have this now. The video now has some audio here. We want to see what now this linkage does. For example, we will click, right click on the video, we will extract the audio out of it. And now you can see now that we have the audio of the video we have already extracted. So now if I want to move this audio here from here to maybe here, it will move with the audio. If I try to move it like that, it will be moving with the audio. You can see wherever I play the video, but if I play it just like here, now you can see now it has the audio with it. So it is a bit annoying if we want only to export the video without the audio, we will turn off the linkage, and now we can export audio, the video only without the audio. And if you want to bring it back, and we will just turn it on, and now it will be linked to the video, the audio and the video will be linked together. But if you want it separate, for example, we will just turn it off and we are able to export only the video without the audio. That is what we can use the linkage for. And I recommend the linkage to be turned on. So we want to see another feature here, which is now the preview axis, which is a bit annoying. I normally don't like the preview axis. For example, if I turn it on, it will show you where the timeline is. You can see this with this line here. It is just moving all around. It's just a bit annoying, but it's a great feature. It will show you exactly where your video is the minute the second it is in, I normally turn it off. But if you like it, you can turn it on. So that is now basically what our video for today was. It is we have seen what this magnet does, what this snapping tool does, and also what this linkage tool does and this preview axis does. We will meet in the next lesson. 8. Splitting and Trimming Fast.: Hello there, welcome. And we will see what these features now does. All these features. For example, if you click on your video, you can see now all the features now pops up, as you can see, but if you click out of the video, there are few. And if you click on the video, now it appears, they appear. For example, here, now we have this select here. For example, if you click down here, we have the select the split the select left, select forward. You can see all these now can be used. All these tools can be used. For example, if I want to split this video here, I can click on it is tiresome. For example, I can select like that and I click on that video here, the way I want to split and now come back here, click on the Select see if I want to delete it, I can just click on Delete. Let me read it. And for example, I don't want to go that long route. I can click on B on my keyboard, just like that. And now I have selected, I have clicked. I'll click on B just now the shortcut, and I clicked I have split the video. You can see into two parts. And that can also be tiresome. It will require you to again change this to select. If you don't that, you can just come here, right, click on this split option here. You can see if I want to delete anything, you can see now I have clicked on that. If I want to select Forward, you can select Forward like that, select left word. You can just select like that. And here now it is for doing do. If you do something that you basically you never wanted to do, you can just do it, and for here is for these for the reset. And here we said it's for splitting the video. For example, if I want to if I click here, it will now delete everything to the left. You can see here. First of all, I have to split. Maybe I don't have to split. For example, if I click on anything to the left now, it is deleted. Let me redo it. You see, anything to the left now. And here, anything to the right is deleted. And if it is Q, for the left, deleting anything to the left and W to delete anything to the right. For example, I want to delete anything to this right, I click on here which is now a W which is now to delete anything today, right. So we also have you can also now without doing that, you can just click on this delete button to delete it. You can see, Yes, now, if you want to split anything, for example, if you want to split like that, just click on this split and just click on that and you can just delete what you wanted to delete. So that is now all these options here features here in cap card, what now it does. So we also have this feature here. It's now adding marker. You just have you can see now to remind you you can just click on that marker right, click it and edit Maker and just right here, add text here. You can see. You can add text here and you can see click done and if you want to change color, you can just change it and just click on done. You can see. Now this one now will remind you now you wanted to add a text here, and you can also write the text you wanted to add so that you don't forget it. You can see. For example, I wanted to add another maker here, and now you can select, you can drag it where you want it to add. You can click and edit marker, and they also change the color. You can see you can just click on that, and now it is there, and I want to delete this marker, right click it, delete the marker. And now that is now what the marker does. We have another feature here, which is now to freeze. You can see now it is to freeze. You want to freeze a portion of your video, freezing, which means there's nothing that will move. Just click on this freeze, and now it will show you the freeze normally it does take place for about 5 seconds. You can increase it or decrease it. Example. And now you can just select the video and play it and you will see it will just stop. You can see now it has stopped and continued. Now that is now what the freeze option now does. I will redo it and do it. And now that is now what the freeze option did. And we also have the reverse option feature here, which means now it will reverse your video. You can see in the opposite direction. For example, if it was moving forward, it will be moving the opposite direction. You click on reverse. You can see now it is reversing the clip, and it will just loading it a bit faster as you can see. And now it will make you clip to reverse in the opposite direction. Yes, now it is done, and now I think now it has reversed the whole clip, I think. But I wanted it to reverse a portion of the clip. I will split the clip, and now I have deleted it. So I want to, sorry. Let me just that I split this video here and I want to reverse this clip here. I want to reverse it, and I will apply the reverse. You can see now here now the reverse has been applied. You can see see now the movement, it is in the opposite direction. You can see. If it was moving forward, it will be reversed into the backward direction. So that's now what the reverse feature does. So we have seen all these features now what it does. And we will see what these features now, the function of these other features in the next video, see you. 9. CapCuts Flip, Crop, and Rotate : Hello there. Welcome. And we will see these other features now, what it does. For example, here we have the mirror. If you use this mirror against this video here, it will now mirror you. For example, the way you look at the mirror when you stand in the mirror, it will show you the image, right, your image, now it will perform. Now see now what this video this video looks like. And if you apply the mirror, you can see it is now showing us the other way can seen it was like this. And if you apply this mirror, it is now showing us that way. So that is now what now the mirror does. And we want also to apply this now this rotate feature here, if you apply this rotate feature here, now it is going to rotate. If you click the rotate, it is now showing you the degrees. You can see now you can rotate. Now it is 540 degrees now, and you can apply like that. Also maybe you can adjust the rotation here, the degree, the way you want your video to be. To be rotated. Now, that's what now the rotation now it does. We have another feature here, which is it's called the crop the crop ratio. For example, now if you click on this crop ratio, it will now take you to this image, the image you have selected. And now you can see now the crop ratio is in free. Now we can reset this ratio in what you want, which is in free. You can just select the way you want. You can see it is in free version. Free mode. You can see the crop ratio, and you can just say confirm or reset. And if you don't want, let's say reset, and you want to apply this affixed ratio, for example, nine by 16, which is normally used in TikTok and also in YouTube, and you can just select like that so that now you cannot extend upwards and also outwards. For example, now, you can just select and appear like that, and you can just click on Confirm. And now we have the video now, which now selected. You can see now you can put it the way you want in the center or left or right. And now that's what now these three features now does the mirror and the cropping and also the rotation. Now the rotation see you in the next video. 10. Assignment 1.: Mastering cap cat or any other thing that you are learning is all about practice. Practice now makes perfect. Every section that you have completed, post the videos and apply what you have learned in the section so that now you can be perfect. If you practice, it will make you perfect. For example, now all the features now we have learned, you can apply. This section now we dealt on these features here, cutting, cropping, and also splitting, deleting, rotation, mirroring, these features now we have learned you need to apply so that you don't forget what you have learned. That's now what you can keep that you don't forget what you have learned. In your exercise, your assignment is select a theme, select a theme. Move the videos from your timeline from your media to the timeline, edit. Now, apply the the split option, the cat. You can see the delete option, the marker, the freezing, and also the mirror, the cropping, so that you are perfect in this section the section that you have completed. You are now familiar with all of it. You can see so that you are perfect. We will continue in the next session, but please do practice. Do not just watch the videos without doing anything. Thank you very much.
