If you want to level up your visuals and stand out online, enroll now and start your design journey with confidence. 2. Sign Up for Canva: This lecture, you will learn how to create a Canva account. But if you have a Canva account, you can definitely skip this lecture. If you don't have a Canva account and you want to know how to create a Canva account, you can continue with this lecture. So let's begin. First of all, you have to search Canva on your address bar. So if you do, in that case, in the Google search, you will see the website and also you can definitely add the link in the address well. So the address is www.canva.com. Okay, so I will click here. I actually want to create a Canva account. You can easily create a Canva account using your Google account. Also, you can use other way. Like, if you have a Google account like Gmail, you can just click Continue with Google. But if you don't have or if you don't want to, in that case, you can click Continue another way. In that case, you can see you can login with Apple, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, clever. Also, if you want, you can also create a Canva account with your email account. So it's very straightforward and simple. I will click Continue with Google because I want to create a account with Google. It's the easy way to do. So I'll click Continue with Google. Here is another option for brand, and definitely, if you have the pro subscription, in that case, you will able to use this. Otherwise, you will not have this option. Here is Canva AI Canva AI option. So if you want to use Canva AI, definitely, you can come here. Here is more options like apps, glow, content planner, and also design school. In your account, if you have any notification, you will able to see the notifications from here, and this is your account section. So if I click here, you can place here your photo. So I'll click here, and then I will select a photo from my account. Here also, if you want to create a team in Canva, meaning a same project you want to work with multiple people, in that case, you can create a theme here. Here is the settings option, and if you click, you can update your photo. Also, you can edit your name, email address. Here is the login option. You may log in to all other devices in your Canva account. So you're able to see everything here. Also, if you want to delete your account or you want to delete the account, also, you want to download all Canva things, you can do that here. Okay. Here is your accessibility, here all other things. Like right now, this is the light version. But if you prefer to use Darkersion, you can click here, so your Canva account will be. So you can see also two version for Snapchat, read it, one, two, three, four version. So you can see this is another Snapchat version. TikTok in then over its you can see another LinkedIn version, YouTube Pinter TikTok. Okay. So for your design needs, you might need a different type of icon. You will able to find that type of also. You can see many more TikTok icon, many more LinkedIn icons. So no matter what type of logo you want, you will definitely find this here. Okay, so I always recommend you to do. So when you want to choose or if you want to use a logo in your design, just click here, it will be here and you can definitely increase or decrease its size. You can place it where you want to place. It's up to you. Okay, so I'll go back. There is icons. In your design, you need to use many more icons. Like sometime you want to show glove icon in your design. So you can use this on your position. Also, you can add here your website URL. You can add your envelope icon, and then you can place it here. Also you can add your email address here. So this way, you can see plenty of icons. Now I want to go back and here is the option audio. In your video or if in your story, you need a audio, you can definitely place many more audios. I can search your free and you can see many more copyright free audios are also available. So you can use them if you need to. Here is another option for charts. In your design, you might need this type of charts every now and then. So if you need a chart, you can simply use this. Like sometime you might need these text positions. You can also please. Sometime you might need to write mathematical thing. In that case, you can simply use this. Okay, so this is all about our text formatting. Sometime you might need to show some heading. In that case, you can click here. Basically, all of them are same actually in your design. So you can pick a textbook and also you can increase or decrease its font to it and other thing. Definitely, you can change your font family from here, what font you want to use on your design. So there's also another thing you need to taken care of. And here is the subheading, little body box, and also the textbook. So based on your requirement, you can choose. Otherwise, I normally peek actually, add a textbook, and then based on my design needs and requirements, I change their font to it and all other things. I don't need to worry about all other things. So I think now you have very good understanding about all elements and also text thing, but right now I want to show you how element or animation work, see you in the next video. 10. Animations in Canva: Hello. In this lecture, I will teach you how animation work in Canva. Most of the time we use animation. Creating Presentations in Canva: Hello, in this lecture, I will let you know how to create a presentation using Canva. You already know creating a presentation and also sharing it a bit hectic. The reason because if you want to create a presentation, you need a slide if you're make user or if you prefer to use Microsoft products, then you need the PowerPoint. Definitely, if you use PowerPoint or slide, in that case, you need to learn how to create the presentation. And also, if you want to share the presentation with someone, that computer also needs to install PowerPoint or slide actually you created your presentation. So it's a bit hectic, right? But if you create your presentation using Canva, in that case, the best part is you can share the link and no matter who you are, just if the computer have the browser, in that case, you can run the Canva presentation anywhere. So it's a bit win win situation for everyone, and also on the G to part, you can easily create your presentation. Lots of talk, let's go to the screen and see how it's worked. So you have the option presentation, you can click. If you don't find it here, just click and here is the presentation. I'll click here. And if you do, in that case, you have the option. So however you want to show your presentation, most of the time, we need presentation 16 to nine expect ratio, so it will work perfectly in your computer, in your laptop. And also if you want to show it in your presentation using a projector, that time also it will work better. I always recommend you to pick this, but sometime you might need other platform, then you may able to do that. I'll click the presentation part. You can see this is something like that, and it's a blank page. And how you're here, you have plenty of templates, what type of presentation you want to create, you will hat. So Hull Hover, same, you will see how many pages you have three to 11 here have ten pages, here have ten, here have ten, you can see most of them are free, so it's very win win situation for you. Now suppose I want to show or I want to bring all pages to my presentation, I will click Apply 11 pages. But if you want to bring any custom on, you can simply click the Plus button, then only that page will so I'll click Apply all pages so you can see all pages here. Now, it looks interesting, right? Now you already know in Canva, you can update your images, you can simply delete and also you can drag your own images. You can go to Upload and you can upload your image. Instead of natural skin care, I can write here my name Ali and then HOSSAIN. Also, you can add your text. So this is very easy to customize. Also, you can go to the next page, next page, next page, next page. Every hire, you can do that easily. Also, you already know Canva, and you already have very good understanding about all elements, texts, videos, so that if you need to create your own design in Canva, you can definitely do. But in Canva, you have plenty of templates, and most of the time, when you want to create a presentation, you might get that type of templates in Canva template spot. So I always recommend you to explore before you want to create a template from scratch. Okay, so you can see here is all images option you can definitely upload. Also, you can change the color palette. If you don't like this palette or you want to use any other color, you can definitely change it. It's very easy to do. In the presentation part, you have the animation option. So if you click the animation part, you can see here is the animation. In the about section, it looks something like that. But if I add the simple part, you can see it looks soothing and also much more premium. And this type of thing, if you want to achieve in Microsoft PowerPoint, it will be much more difficult. Definitely, I don't compare with Microsoft PowerPoint with Canva. Both of them have very different niche. If you want a professional presentation, definitely Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple slide is the go to the option. But sometimes you might need to create a presentation where you don't need to think so much. You just need the uh, knowledge what you want to share. In that case, definitely Kanva help you a lot. So I always recommend you to explore all templates. You may think I said this same sentence multiple time in this lecture, but definitely definitely, definitely, explore before you want to create something custom. Okay, so here you can see something like that. And when your presentation is ready, you can simply click Share button, as like before, and you can copy the link or you can click the present button if you want to present it here right now. So let's see how it works. If I click the present button, you can see here is your option present. And here is also three other options. First one is present full screen. So it will go to full screen mode. It will be presenter view and present and Wacode option if you want to, and also autoplay. So if I click here and then click Present, in that case, you can see this looks something like that. And if I click on my keyboard, left Aoki, it will go to the next slide. So I want to go to the first page and then if I go here, you can see a nice animation, and then Thean because we added the animation. And if I go to the next page, you can see it looks something like that. And if you click ASC on your keyboard, it will go back. Creating Document in Canva: You want to create a doc file or a document, you can do that easily in Canva. And how you can do that, let me show you. I will come here and you can see here is option, Doc. You can click here or you can click the Plus button, and here also, you have the option Doc. You already know how to create social media post, photo editor, and also video, so I will not go there, but here is the option Docs, I will click. So if I click, in that case, as you can see, here is a option. If you want to create your custom size document or if you want to create this from the custom size, definitely, you can click here or if you need to have a template, you can do. Here is plenty of templates you have. You can see lots of template. So no matter what type of document you want to create, you can definitely also, if you want a custom size, you can simply click here. So it will create a custom size document. And here now it's your page. You can write whatever you want. So you can write whatever you want. Okay, so it will be a straightforward lecture where I will not go through much more son isn't because you already know what to do. I want to let you know one more thing here, and here I will write LorimEpsum and then generate. And here I can copy some text. And I can actually place Enter, and then I can paste all texture. So you can see it looks something like that. Now. Suppose you want to make some text a bit bold, you can simply do. If you want that some text needs to be Italic, you can do. If you want to make some text underalged you can do. If you want some text needs to be cut it, you can do easily. Okay. Also, if you want to change or some portion of the text color, you can definitely change the color. Now suppose you want to addhe some list item, you can simply click the list and then you can write here text one and then Enter text two Okay. Actually, I love to see their font, Canva and definitely, I think you will also like this font. It looks nice, right, and also so premium. This font looks great. But if you want to change, definitely, you can click here and you can choose any other font what is your preference. Okay. So I think now you have very good understanding about Canva and later if you need to create a document, you will able to create a document easily and confidently using Canva. But if you are in Canva, you can do that easily using Canva. You don't need to go there. If you want to do that, you can see here is option Sheet. You can click here or you can go to the plus button as like before, and also you can click Sheets. So what is your preference, you can do? If you come here, you can see plenty of options and plenty of templates you have. You can choose anyone, or if you want, you can definitely create your own. So I will click here. I will create my own actually template or sections, and also you can choose any tables here. So suppose I want to addhe a simple serial and then I can write name or I can write here simply subject number avarice. Okay. Now you can write here one. Then I will write here two, and I'll select these two, and then I can drag. So you can say two, three, four, five, six, seven. Here I can write subject like English, math Economics, physics. I think this four will be enough, and the number, I can write here 88, math 95, economics 91, and physics 96, something like that. Now, you want to see the avarice number here, in that case, what I will do, first of all, I'll select all four sections at a time. And here you have the option for actions. You can click here and you can write your actions if you want to. Now suppose you want to see avarice for this phone number. In that case, what you can do, you can come here in the function, and you can write here actually equal to, and then you can simply click here AvareT will be C two. Coma C five. Okay? And if I hit Enter, in that case, you can see Avare number here. Okay, definitely, if you want to use this function, you need to know Excel functions. I don't want to go there. In that case, also, you might think, if I had a whiteboard, it would be great. You can do that easily using Canva. How you can do that, let me show you. First of all, you need to click the home button. I'm in the home, and also, you will click the Create button. If you do in that case, here is your option, whiteboard, you can click here. You can choose if you need any template like any work flow design, diagram, or other thing, you can definitely do. Here are also some options you have whiteboard, brainstorm, whiteboard, flow chart, if you need, you can do. I will click simply whiteboard. If I do, in that case, you can see this is the whiteboard and you can go to the tools part, and now you have all tools, what you learned earlier, right? So now, if you want to do something, you can simply do if you need a box, you can draw, and then you can place it who actually want to do, you can do. If you need to write something, you can write. You can also pick the arrow button, and sometimes you might need this type of arrow. Okay. So if I need to, you can simply do, and also you can place them this way or you can connect it with another one this way. Okay, so all type of things you have and also you know already all type of tools. So if you need any whiteboarding things or if you want to try any whiteboard things, you can do that. And also, you can see here, I have the tab, also address bar, bookmark tab, and all other things. But if you want to make it clear, more focused in that case, you can simply click this Zoom option. So if you do in that case, you can see, I just have full Zoomed option, so you will able to show it properly when you want to show something. Also, if you want, you can focus here properly. So this also very nice touch, and I pressed ESC on my keyboard, so I am here. Okay, so this is actually our whiteboard work, and I believe now it will also help you a lot in your next design idea. Creating a Website in Canva: Suppose you want to create a website and that website, you might not need so much functionalility. You just need to have a simple portfolio or a landing page. Definitely, if you want a custom domain, definitely, you can connect your custom domain on that website. But it's very easy to create a website using Canva if you need a simple landing page or simple portfolio website. How you can do that, let me show. You can go to create Option, again, same like before, and also here is Option website, you will click here. And if you do, in that case, you will have plenty of templates in Canva, and sometimes it will not load properly. It's actually all about your Internet connection and the preference, and Canva will definitely add more and more templates later. When you watching this lecture, maybe you will see more here. Here is all other options. So what type of website you want to create a education website, retail website, Boolink website, this type of. So if I want to create a education website, I will click here. And if I do, in that case, you can see it will click this and also more education type of template available to see. So if I want to place it on my website, I can just click here and apply all eight sections. So if I do in that case, you can see it looks something like that. Now, here is the video part and also the import section definitely, you know, you can already customize every single thing you can see. So this is the website. And also, if you want to customize anything, delete anything, any section. You can do that easily. You already know that, right? But when you are good to go, when you think that now everything is perfect for me, you can simply click Share. And if you do, in that case, Canva will provide you a link. Now, if you want to dt on a custom domain, in that case, you can do that easily. But in that case, you definitely need to ProAxss and also you will able to connect your domain in your website. Okay. Or if you want to publish this at a website, in that case, you can click publish website. And here you will able to add your own sight link. So suppose I want to write here Ali, one, two, three, four, five, six, I just want to add here a user name so that I just have it. So if I click Publish, in that case, you will able to publish your design. I am just using here Canva template, but you can definitely use your template or definitely you can customize your thing. No problem at all. So now if I copy the URL from here and if I now paste it, now you will see the perfect website you can see. It will be a perfect website like any other website. So if I wait a bit, it will load. You can see right now. So you can see right now it looks like a website, and we created this website using Canva, how nice and how interesting it is, right? Okay. Now, if you want to connect it with your domain, definitely, you can. But in that case, you have to have the P axis. Okay? So definitely you can take this type of help from other AI, but it's nice touch that you have the option in Canva. And when you have the option in Canva, you already know that design it will generate, you will able to customize it. That isn't because you are in Canva. So you can see here is many more options you have. So suppose you like this one, in that case, you can simply click this pen button, and here is the option. You can edit your text. Also you can see all other things. So this way, actually, our Canva AI works. Definitely, you will not get top quality design from Canva AI right now, but it will help you to start your project.
