Canva AI & Magic Studio For Everyone: Design Faster, Smarter, and Better

1. Introduction: App you are looking at. I didn't code it. Canva, A, I did. This video We never run out of fresh eggs. Place your orders now. Cover AI created it in seconds. This design, it was generated from just a single sentence. Cover isn't just a design tool anymore. It's an AI powerhouse. And if you are still using it only to drag and drop templates, you are leaving 90% of its power untouched. Here's the problem. Most people waste hours trying to design graphics, these videos recise content when Cover AI can do it in a fraction of the time. Because these features are new, almost nobody knows how to use them properly. That's why I used this course. And in the next lessons, I'm going to show you exactly how to use Canvas AI to write, design, edit, animate and even code, you learn tools like magic write, magic Edit, magic recise and more. Plus, how to put them all together in real projects that save you hours while making your work look true. The end of this course, you won't just know how Canva AI works. Class Project: Order to submit your projects, this is what you need to do. Listen carefully. All right? So you come here. You create a new document in Google Docs, right? Google Docs. In order to create a new document, that's you go to your browser and type dogs dots new. It's automatically create new documents for you. And if you don't use Google Workspace, it's very, very easy to create a Google account, but I don't think anyone in this age doesn't have a Google account. But anyways, if you don't have one, you can create one and then access Google Docs, right? So you create a new documented blank page like this. Now, for the first projects or for everything, you're going to be shared link from Canva. For example, for this magic writes, you're going to generate a three page essay on drug abuse. Then you simply go to Canva and you shed the link. When I'm coming, I'm going to show you how to share link, okay? For this magic design, you have to generate a presentation on drug abuse using Canva AI. Alright? So when you generate your presentation, you simply click the button that will be at the top right hand side that says you should open up in Canva Editor. Where you open this in Cava Editor, you'll be able to copy to get a shable link from MT. All right? I hope you got that. It's very, very easy and you understand this where you go through the lessons in this course, right? It's the same thing for the magic edits and magic eras are de together, alright? What you need to do is to simply, I'll show you on Ca now. Simply come to CoA, you create a new project. And then on the first page, you upload your image, your original image. You're going to paste its here. All right, you're not going to edit this. Now, you're going to make it duplicates of this page. You're going to duplicate the page, right? So it's be page two. You understand me. It's going to be page two. Let me drag this down so you understand. So this first one, the first page is going to have your original image, your original unedited image. And the second one is where you are going to do all the magic editing, right? You you can decide to add the count of tones that are added to my own image. You can do do anything the creative, manipulate the photo as you like. All right? You don't need to you don't have to use your photo if you are concerned about privacy. You can pick a photo from the Internet and do the whole photo manipulation thing using CoA edit, Allr? So once you're done, this is how you share the link to all of your mini projects. You simply click this Share button right here. And instead of clicking Download, you come here to Access Level and change it from only you to access to anyone with the link can access. All right? If you don't do this, nobody will be able to view projects. And then you come here to Can Edit and change it to Can view because it's not just me that's going to be video projects, other students are going to be video projects. I don't want anyone to mess around, you know, edit stuff, change stuff in your project. So change it to Can View, then you simply copy the link. Alright? So after copying the link, you come to your Google Doc and then you paste it right here. Right? You paste it right here, and this is how you name it. So the first one is where you do the first projects, which is magic, right. You simply type simply what type here. You type one day, you type magic magic rights. Very, very easy. Do you understand? So let me zoom this out in case you can't see what I'm doing. Right? Then you simply come down here. Press Enter, then you type the second one. Type number two. Type number two. Then you do the same thing for the magic design. After creating your mini project on Canva, you copy the shablelink. Make sure you change your access label so everyone can view. Then you past itt for magic design. And that's how you keep doing it for every other one of them. So for this magic code, you know, you're going to publish your website, right? Make sure you publish the website. After publishing it, you copy the link and you paste it in the same document. Then for this creates video projects, this is how you are going to do it. You're going to download the video from CoA. Then you go to your Google Drive, you upload this to your Google Drive, and you copy the link. So this is Google Drive, and all you need to do is to click this new button right here. This new button that is as big as this. Then you click FL Upload. This is where you click. Then you upload the video from view. I'll just say V three, but from Cava AI, even though Cova AI is actually based on V three, but, yeah, you get the points. The video you create using Cava AI, you download it, then you upload it to your Google Drive. After uploading your Google Drive, you need to share the link, okay? So you're allowed to share the name come to my drive home. You go to see this spot I created. Your file is going to appear like this. Like this one now. This is a video that I edited and uploaded to my drive. So Look, simply click these three dots right here, then you click Share. First clicking Share you click the She again, then you change the access label, the same way you did it on Cava. You change the access label. Let this load up, right? So you change it from normally, by default, it's going to be unrestricted, okay? So you change it to anyone with the link and you leave it in viewer, okay, not commentator or editor, leave it to viewer. Then you simply click the copyink button and done. That's all. You come to your Ontit document right here, and you paste the link to your Google Drive to your drive on video. You see? Very easy. So for the next project, which is the magic email to the next project, which is the magic image too, is very, very easy. You're going to generate an image, right? Generate the image. You can choose to open it up in Ca Editor, right. Open it up in Cava Edit I think that's one better. Open it up in Ca Editor, and then you copy the link, the shable link, you place it in the entitled document. That's so much easier. Then for this magic resize, you're actually going to be submitting two links. You first thing could link your original design. So you're going to create in design and Cava, right something like this one. You'll see this design that is right here. A delete pages. So you can see this design that I created here. This is a flyer size. And in the lesson for magic resize, I'm going to show you how you can resize your projects to other formats like YouTube Dom Neil, Instagram post, ETC. So you are going to resize your projects to two different formats. You can choose YouTube Dom Neil and Instagram post or Facebook post and Instagram post anywhere you want, right? So you're actually going to be submitting three links. So the link to your original design, which is this, you're going to copy it. Then you go to your Google Docs, you paste it, right, and you put A. Then when you resize it to Instagram post or some model format, you copy the link to that one. You copy the link also, and then you paste your Google documents, right. Then for the third one, you're going to paste your Google document. This is going to be magic. Re size. So you paste you paste the first link. Then you come down, you paste the second link, then you come down, paste the third link. Very, very easy. Do you understand this? Very easy to do. This is how I want you to do it. So for this magic resize, like I said, you are going to be submitting three links, okay? We're going to be submitting three links. Why did this one go down? So this is where you're going to arrange all your projects. Then after arranging them, when you're done is everything, you simply rename the project to Canva AI project like this Canva AI project then you add your name after a hyphen like this, the way I name this folder. This is the way you are going to name your document. Alright, it's very easy. Then you come here to share the same way you shared your document from Canva, you know, you have to change the access label first of all. Well let me just do this. Canva AI project, then your name. Your name, let me edit this and strike the hyphen key. Then your name. You see, very easy. Then you save this so in order to share the document, you need to change this restricted changes from restricted to what so anyone with the link can view. Make sure this is on viewer. So basically, what this design for me does for you is it allows you to create designs using AI, allows you to create social media designs, presentations, marketing designs, cards and invitations, and even logos. All right, so we're going to go ahead to click this social media button first of all. Okay? So once you click this we hit this format, you'll see different formats right here, Facebook cover, Facebook post, Instagram post, Instagram story, Pinterest pink, Twitter post, YouTube banner, and even YouTube Tom Neil. All right. So for this one, I'm going to select this Instagram post right here, then I'm just going to type something like how generates I said how it generates a design. Let's try something like this and send it. Simply hits that button right there, okay? Alright, so you can see the designs that is created here. See the designs that's created. So you can see that this the business card design is not so good. In fact, I would not even recommend you using this one. Okay, I'm going to be very honest with you right here. I would not recommend you using any of these for your use. It's even better you just go to the homepage and then you search the normal search for design. I mean, for business for business cards templates that you can easily edit here, okay? So let's search you see business card and then scroll down. You see different beautiful business cards that you can easily edit and use for your business. Okay? So that's it for this. I'm not going to be explaining how you can use CAVA fully. Now, the last one that I said we wanted to go to, I want to show you is the logo design, okay? So let's say, create a word mark logo for a company a company named blue flicks. Alright? So these are just vague prompts, actually. You know, you can actually refine these prompts using Char GBT or Gemini so that you can get even better results. Even though this still works, but you can definitely refine it. So you see that this logo generator, this logo creator is actually wonderful. Look at this logo. This one calls my attention instantly. Look at it. This is actually beautiful. I love this. Okay? So what I can actually do is to open it and cover editor, you know, and then I can remove the background and do every other, kind of editing that I need to do on this, right? So I can click this more Desire to see more generations, okay? So if I'm not satisfied with those ones above, I can still come here and you see, look at this. S, look at this, look at all of them. So now I can even tell it use a white background, be creative, good. So let's see what it's going to generate for me now. So this is what we've gotten. Look at this. This one caught my attention immediately. Look at this, look at this, and then this one doesn't really work. This one doesn't really work. But at the same time, I can still make more it tritons. I can still make more modifications rather by just typing here, turning Canva Air. And the good thing about Canva Air is actually fast. So it can generate a lot of results within a short period of time. As opposed to use the other EI tools that are much more slower. Okay? So that's how you use the Cava design feature. And then here, you can choose the aspects ratio you ratio image to be in. 169 is the normal aspect ratio for YouTube videos, YouTube to use. 916 is the aspect ratio for TikTok videos. So it added the cat and you remove the dog and added this this looks like an ignore rock. So mechanic consistency is probably not possible using cover image generator, right? So this is still say it's still work in progress. And if you want to boost the resolution, you just simply hit this button right here. You hit that button right here, and it's going to boost the resolution for you. All right? So just wait for it to finish. I see. You can see what it looks like now. What this simply did is that you can see that it has multiplied it before it was 1,000. I think 1,120 by 1,120 now is like times two. That means it's doubled the resolution thereby making this image sharper. So after generating your image, what you can do is to boost resolution. If you want a sharper image, boost resolution before you download it. So if you want to download your image, all you need to do is to hit this button right here. This download icon, just hit it and it's going to download it to your device. All right? Now, if you hit these three dots right here, I go to see an offshot to copy the image. Want to copy the image and piste it wherever you want to piece it without having to download it to your device. I hope you understand that, okay? Copied already. And if you want to delete the image, you can delete it. No move it to a folder, can move it to a folder. And if you want to reuse the prompt, you can just hit this copy icon to copy the prompt, okay? Copy the prompt and, you know, paste it, edit it and all that. You understand. Now, to open up this image, you know, if you want to use this image in design, if you want to use this image in probably a flyer, a Tumnil or, you know, a postcard, birdy card, business card, probably. But, yeah, if you just want to use it on the Cava design, all you need to do is to use this opening editor. And it's going to open up this Canva design interface that I guess you are already familiar with. Okay? So here, you can easily just manipulate it. You know, you can reduce the size. You can increase the size to understand that, you know, move it around. And then, you know, you can also use it as the background by right clicking. Okay, right it's click on the image, then click Set Image as Bgund and to become your background. You can reduce the transparency to you know, if you want to use it as as a background. So here you can see that the image is becoming whitish, as I'm reducing the transparency. In order to solve this and make it look dark, what you need to do is to click this background color right here and then select black. And you see what it looks like now. You see that it's so much better. I can reduce this and, you know, start working with this, you know, by coming here to the text. This course is not to teach you how to design with Canva, okay? This course is not meant to teach you how to design with Cava. I'm just showing you how to use Canva. There's going to be a separate course on how to design with Canva, right? So this is, you know, you just add the text. You also add the text to this to your design, you know, you know, if you just want to use it as a background, yes, we can do this. And then something like this. Change the fonts to something better, maybe something like this, cm back, you know, and reduce the spacing. Yeah, so you can say what I just did with that image. The image you generated isn't AI, I just use it as a background, right? Now, you can also generate images right here in the Cava editor. Okay? I did not copy it out prompt. So I can just say small good. Then I can hit you see the styles here, so if I hit the styles, you see the same options that we had in the Cava AI section. So I can look for that cinematic. Where is the cinematic one that I used before? Oh, it's still the same I should still be the same thing as that filmic. Okay, filmic one here, filmic. And then we hit this. You see landscape portraits and square square is what I use for this one, so I'm going to use the square again. And up here, you can see that I can switch to the graphic section. So generates a flyer. That's what I talked about in the first lesson, okay? So I can generate a flyer, generates different designs, you know, using this graphic section. And in this video section, which I'm going to talk about very soon, I can still call here to generate videos, okay? So this is it. I'll just hit this generates images. And you can see the credits that I've used here. I've used one. So it's going to use one out of 500 credits. I mentioned this a, so let me just generate Let me generate this. Good. Okay, so you can see the images that are generated. And even though it's not even looking like an aerial shot, you can see them. All right. So that's how you generate images using Cava. It's very, very easy using Canva AI, and it's also a very powerful tool that you should use every time you are using Cava. Alright, I just makes the work easier. You don't need to go to start searching for images for stock images. You need to go to Envato, Strategy for free sites to get free images without watermark. No, that's a lot of stress. So you can generate any image that you can imagine, right? So just describe this very well. Add a lot of details and keep treating, until it gets the perfect image. I also watch your credits. So as you are hreting and treating and nitratin just note that you are using up credits, okay? I should keep modifying the image using up credit, so watch your credits. Create A Doc/Magic Write: Now, the next Canva AI feature we're going to be looking at is the draft doc feature. All right. So to access this, all you need to do is to hit this button. Hit this drafted doc button right here, and then you hit this drop down button and you'll see different styles that you can sidext here, okay? Different styles. Now, one thing you need to know about this drafted talk feature is that it is quite limited. It is limited to just a page. Okay, one page, one documents page. And that's why I do not really, really like this, even though yeah, it works well if you have, if you want to draft the one page documents, okay? I will work fine bots. If you want a longer document, okay? If you want a document that should be long enough to contain at least three pages, then you can generate that using Canva AI, right? So that's the limitation of this generated dock, and I'm hoping, you know, sometime in the future, it's going to be dealt with, okay, it's going to be lifted off rather. Okay, so let's go ahead to generate the documents. Now, you can see that there are different document styles here, different document types here. And you don't even need to select a type if you don't want to, okay? What these document types really do is that they just add a prompt. Okay you select this social post now, what it's going to do is that whatever prompt you type here is going to just add generate a social post about, then it will add your text. Do you understand me? So now, if I put the effects of drug abuse. Okay? Let me select something else like a blog post. Okay? A blog post. So you can just select this photo realistic or cinematic. I love this cinematic feature. For aspect ratio, the only aspect ratio that is available is the 169 aspect ratio. Magic Edit: In this lesson, I'm going to be showing you how to use the magic Edits feature on Canva. Okay? So I achieved this using the magic Edits feature. Let me show you this is the initial image. So that's why if I click this, it's going to automatically select myself, you see, to select my whole image like this. Right? And I can easily start manipulating this image, okay? So let me select this now and come back to this. Here we have brush. We have the brush option. Okay? So if I select this brush now, I can increase the size of the brush and reduce it and then decide to and let me reduce it more even more. Then if I come here, I can brush by just left clicking and holding it, okay? This is what I did to put the crown on my head. So I brush this part. I use the brush to brush it. So do that and I will see you in the next lesson. 11. Magic Eraser: Already talked about magic Easa just a little bit in the lesson for magic Edit. But in this lesson, I'm going to be showing you magic rasa in action. So I just opened the Ca white board, and I have an image copied to my clipboard. So I'm just going to piste it right here. I see the image now. This is the image. So we have a picture of we have the girl taking a selfie, the lady taking a selfie, okay? This is a selfie perspective. And then we have a cat by here, a ginger cat. We have clothes here. We have a socket here. We have a book, we have a plate of unfinished rice and a fake and a table too. So imagine we want to remove these cats now. Like we don't maybe this cat passed away or something or lost the cat or we just do not want this cat in this image. How do we remove this? Traditionally, before now, you would have to start drawing over it using the drawing tool. Here, if you come to tools, you see the draw here, and then you could easily just change the color, come to this bat here, and then select picky color. They will pick the color of the surrounding here. Surrounding near the cat. Then we'll just reduce the size of the size of the pen. Yeah. Magic Animate: We are moving on to the magic animi feature on COA. So this is a design the design that we resized earlier, and I added these two other designs here, the solar design templates, okay? So in order to use magic Animates feature, you have to click. Just click the whole page. Okay? Just select the whole page by clicking the border. Okay? Now, what exactly is this magic animate? Magic animates automatically adds animations to every element on your page. Basically the whole page and it can also add to all the pages in your design. So it does that automatically. I order to access it, all you need to do is to click this Animates button right here, and then you will see magic animate right here, instantly animts all pages in a style of your choice. So we're going to click this we're going to see a recommended style we here and other alternative styles here. So we just hoover our Coso over see the way the whole page has been animated. We come down here to other ones. S. S different animations right here. See. See? Playful. See. Look at all of this. So these are wonderful animations and they are perfect for presentations. So if you create presentations on CVA, be different slides, and you want to animate each slide. All you need to do is to click. Just use the magic animates feature on CVA, okay? Use any of them to start editing the text effects file that you get online. But now, Canvas magic moth, you can create text effects right here on Cava without any photoshop skill, okay? So we can just select this mouth and then make this look like, you know, golden. Make this look golden. Three d golden. With depth.
