1. Introduction: Welcome to O new Design course, gris creating stunning graphic posters with Adobe Illustrator volume two. My name is Tangio, and as a passionate graphic designer, I've always been drawn to the proportions and order of grids. In this course, I will share with you special techniques and workflows tailored for designers. Who want to create precise compelling and logically beautiful posters in Adobe Illustrator. This course is suitable for all those interested in graphic design, whether you are ready to create fine graphic design work are striving for the beauty of order, or want to find a balance between the two. You will find here a framework that will help you create impressive work. I will see you in the next video. 2. Sketch: Visualising your ideas on a grid: This lesson, we will sketch. So let's get started. I've got the bottom grade ready. I'm going to start with the main body of the picture. The subject is a crane. Let's start join the neck. When d joining this type of figure, the geometry can be a bit stronger. And then there's the sharp mouth. Don't draw to realistically, slightly short size, and the extra long calf can be drawn more simply. It doesn't have to be complicated. Replace the claw part with three lines. Don't forget its wins. Continue to draw some of the elements I want to appear. In this grid, I would like to place two fans. We can start with one fan and then copy it add a little more detail. Just replace it with a straight line. Okay, the first fan is done. The second fan is done in the same way. Ow it randomly. Okay. We're done. Next is the grid to the left of the fan. I want to put two stars. Make another copy. Okay, we're done, simply join a circle. This is the part where I want to draw three chunk. The chunk is covered with flowers. Again, no need to make it complicated. The chunk is complicated. It's possible to go beyond the grid, add some flowers and fruits to enrich the image. Here's another one. Okay, well done. There's a small area underneath the Queen's neck because it's obscured, can be replaced by a straight line. Keep it simple. The small space here is not very big. Replace fill with meters. Here what to draw mountain. And of course, some snow on the mountain that would be perfect. The space on the right is perfect for flower. Just the right size. I'm not sure what to draw here. So I copy the stars from above to fill the frame. Next is the area on the right. I really like the lantern element, so I'm going to take the plunge. Enrich the lantern. Keep it simple. The grid on the right is very long. So I want to put some geometric elements. A couple Cp and paste. A couple versions. Okay, Done. The lower part of the queen's leg. I want to draw a sunset. In the low right corner, I want to copy the chunk above it. The chunk facing left. Simple. Also add flowers and fruits. Here's another one. Okay, the tree is done because the branches are on the upper layer. It's a little bit simpler down there. Continuing to utilize the elements used above, repetition can be aesthetically pleasing. Fill in the sections here. There's a little space at the bottom. I'm going to put in some lines instead. It looks low next to the sunset, adding some flowers to enrich the picture. Okay, we done. The elements below the coins head have not been drawn yet. I don't want to use to complicated elements. In this part, replace it with a simple line. Repeat for a few. The Crane's body still looks very empty. A few more clouds to accent the crane. One more. And finally, add the font element. Almost forgot about this place. Let's add some geometry. The draft section is now complete. 3. Linework: Outlining the Elements: In this lesson, we continue to draw line work. Let's start by drawing the main part of the picture. This is the crane. Use the pin tool to draw along the sketch. You can reserve more anchor points. The outlined lines are more rounded. Don't forget the mouths. The legs can be made simpler. The clo part is replaced by a line. It is also quite to draw the wings smaller. Now, the crane is finished. Let's continue with the fan he. Simply outline. Finish him according to your own feelings. Here's another little fan. Replace the fan with a straight line. Okay, the first fan is done. Select it fan. Hold down the dt key and drag it out. The second fan is also done. This part is obscured by the main body, can be simpler. There's a little peak here. Simply outline. Outline the mountains dimensions. Select these two objects. Select the shape generator tool. Hold down Out key to subtract the excess. Draw a circle with Z Ellipse tool. Make four copies. Find the window in the status bar again. Selecting the pass finder, select five circles. Click on the first connection. And that's it. Next, draw the rectangle here and make a copy of it. Drag the buttons on both sides to complete the graphic. Select the mirror tool to complete horizontally. Drag down to form a circle. Zoom in group. Adjusting to the right position. Hold down the out key and make a copy, repeat the previous operation by pressing control and D. Drag it down and u down. Here, the base shape is completed with a few straight lines. Select it to copy horizontally with the reflex tool. Rotate it and down. I almost forgot to group him. Go on down here. Join rectangle with Ellipe tool. Selecting two shapes, cutting off the top layer. Make more copies. Repeat the previous operation. Hold down the key and drag down. One copy, turn it over, make a couple copies, and that's it. The lantern is right next to it. Then draw eight. Draw it with Ellipe tool and adjust eight. The top and bottom are done with the rectangle. The end can be done with the st to. Next is the lower part of the lantern. Copy the previous own structure, fill in. Hold down the art key to copy, selecting two shapes. Hold down the t key, make a copy, press control and D. Finish copying, key to complete. This is still done with Z Ellipse tool. Adjusting it a bit. The blades of grass here are also simpler. I won't explain more. I almost forgot the part in the lower right corner with the slash. Join a rectangle, make several copies. Adjust the orientation. Continue formation. Copy the rectangle in the lower right corner. Oh selecting two objects, creating a clipping mask. Drag it to its original position, adjusted. Replace the bottom part with a straight line. The top edge is still the same as before. Continuing to ow the branch flow with the pin. You can use the own. Make several copies. Check, drag to the lower right corner. Group, selecting the mirror, vertical determination, it over to adjust the position. Oh, Write it out here with your own text tool. Zoom into ft. The grains are now complete. 4. Coloring the Elements & Background: This lesson continues with the coloring of the lines. First, the background. The background clearly splits the links between the grives. So prioritize coloring for the background. Try to separate the colors between the grives. White color on this part, pink, red is better. Try blue here. I accidentally made a mistake. Maybe try a gradient color. It would be more comfortable, fill in the blanks with color. Continue with the back ground color. Black is best adjacent to light pink. Let's continue. Would dark blue be better here? Let's go light blue. Continue with the blue gradient. The lower portion of the gradient is held down with black. The lower red corner is also in black. And the little corner here. Still in black. Let's move on to the upper fan section. I prefer the contrasting colors of black and red. To unify, the fan tail is also black and red, copy and paste on the right. Wow. There's also a decoration in the background. A different color of blue is used to suppress the image. And here's a little peak. The background is red, so it's more comfortable to use black and white contrasting colors. I didn't want to use the normal red color for the flowers. I'd like to try black. Lanterns are better in red. But the white is a little too bright here. Change it to red. I just said, I don't like regular red flowers. But red is still the best color here. Here. The white color is also very bright. Let's make it red too. Next color in the all important cream. The beak is also in black. A little red on the head is a green specialty. There's a little wing here. The legs can be replaced with black. I almost forgot there's a branch out there. Try blue. But I'd like to make some distinctions. Let's go with black here. The clouds here also turn red. The coloring is done. Mu. 5. Bonus: "Spring Forest" Poster Drawing Process: Welcome back to my class. This is a bonus. We will draw another graphic poster. I won't go into too much detail in this lesson because these techniques have already been covered in previous lessons. This is a slightly more immersive demonstration of the process. So I hope you enjoy watching. The theme of this poster is spring flowers. The first thing I did was sketch the poster. This time with a different grad. Okay, we're done with the sketches. Let's move on to the line join. O Oh. O Oh. Ohh o Oh. Oh. Ooh. M. M Okay, we're done with the poster. Thanks for watching. We'll see you next time.
