1. Play Beautiful Piano Songs in No Time!: I was playing piano with one of my best friends three days ago, and we were talking about the difficulty of songs to play first. It's how beautiful they sound. Because, of course, some songs are very, very hard to play. But they just didn't signed that Pretty, on the other hand, has a lot of songs that sound really beautiful. That, in essence or just extremely easy to in this course I'm going to teach you about that. There's a specific song out there that I want to highlight for the schools which is devoted beyond beautiful summer Ludovico Einaudi. I hope you know def. No, you have to look it up. Listen, Teoh. 2. Lesson 2: Let's Start Playing Piano!: in case. As I said, this is going to be more of a house room setting kind of thing. I've got the white board right here with four courts on them like you did order quarters. That is absolutely fun. Would get right through this. However, this course is gonna be a little bit higher paced. If you want to step by step, Walk through, of course are and scales and chord progressions. We have those three notes on the child board right here. Now, you don't need to remember the name of these courts. Just remember the notes that are in there. So the way that works is this on Is this And that is a court right there. 1234 courts. So 41st chord after a flat and see right here on the piano, OK, playing them a little bit wet so you can see deflects off a flat for the second quarter right here. D flat avenue a flood, a flat C E flat road here and e flat G and B flat. Okay. Okay. So what is really important for you to the science? We have these four quarts right here, right? 4. Lesson 3: Piano Chords Apply Here As Well!: okay, So welcome to lessen. To which here, on skill shares called lesson three because the intro was called Lesson one, and the thing I called less than almost called Listen to. So now it doesn't matter right now we are a lesson, Teoh, which as of now when referring to, is less than three and I'm going to show you how to play this bit. And why is this part of these courts? OK, I'm not going to get into the right and t much in this cause because that is the melody line. If you want to learn that at the end of this course, there's a play through, as I mentioned before, off the whole song and after that has a 46 minute lesson. Apparently said 50. I'm sorry about that. It's a 46th minute lesson in which I'm teaching you the entire songs step by step. What is important to understand for now, though, is that the whole someone's buildup in these chords and we're also going to get a little bit into these scale. So it is possible that sometimes I play something a little bit different in the right hand for this bit because I always improvise myself when I play this. But in the lesson when I explaining that's Hatch actually place. So we're going to be playing these courts in the left. I'm playing FC and here it says f a flat. See? So you might think that's a different court will. OK, so now let's have a look at why playing that actually fits these courts right here. It's very easy. All this off the bottle notes right here are gonna be playing left hand. So that so with that, I forgot what I was doing. But it doesn't matter, because fastly final. Okay, so we played the bottle. Note these notes D flat, a flat and ive land. The right hand is just playing a melody line right here. It is not that interesting for now because I want to teach you the structure of the song. The structure is so easy that if you know destructor, you can easily and the melody line on top. And again I have that lesson and of this course UCA walk away through that. This is how we progress through this. All that we do it again, we play the same thing. Okay? Like that. On the only thing that actually changes is the right hand. The left hander still playing the same. So right now, what we've done on this all so far is we've gone through this corporate Russian four times already. Four times. Now, guess what's gonna happen next. We're going to do the same. Okay, But the left hand, it's not gonna play in blocks. We're gonna play up and like that. So you get this. Okay? 5. Lesson 4: 4 Note Piano Chords!: So the next part of the song, the left hand is doing something different, as we did before we used to play here on. Then I would do something different. This is what he doesn't love. Let's change this up a little bit so you can actually see what I'm playing. Wow, it's completely anti. So there's actually a lot of chalk on my piano. Very noise. Anyway, we were playing these courts FCF Defla Day for defense. May funny with a flat on the floor b flat e flat on. I extrapolated that from the regular courts, which I had on hand. But now I'm gonna show you what I was actually playing. So I was playing f I see s as I don't play d flat a flat. My goal. How big? A flat A D flat. Then I played a flat e flat a flat. My handwriting is We're really terrible. I'm sorry about that. E flat B flat. If like marking Okay, So this is what we were doing before playing here, right? Etcetera. OK, actually. F defile a flat D flat, a flat e flat, a flat e flat, B, flat evil. Now all we're doing is we're missing a note, remember? Missed the A flat. So we're gonna talk a flat from the D flat. A flat. We miss the F because the deflect core sounds like this hasn't ever We don't have that. So I'm gonna have that talk. Same with the A flat. We missed the sea. So I'm gonna add that on top as an e flat e flat e flat women's. Jeez. Adding that now, all of a sudden we got some very large courts, but it's still the same core Kate at a flat C D flat, a flat, a flat C e flat on the floor, g b flat, still the same chords just in a different inverse. So let's talk a little bit about the inversion of what that means. If we have a look at the first court at a flat, see weaken places on what we call root position. Was it a reposition? Because the name of the court is on the bottom. Okay. And the name of the court? A flat C. Because of his three notes, I can remove the F and added on the top, and I will get my first inversion, and then I can remove the A flat at that on top. And I have the second inversion and ever do that again are removed The bottom notes. 7. Lesson 5: Introducing The Piano Scales!: so welcome to see the next wave. What are we doing there? Because that seems like a whole bunch of notes is so hard to play. Right? We kind of adapter the core progression a little bit because right here for right, that's okay. Doesn't really matter. We're going into writing a little bit, but left is actually playing this. Wow. So what we're doing is we're playing this. Okay? Flood, flood, the flood, a flood deflect. So it's this core right here that we're playing ways. Simply repeat this bit again. Way default, a default, a flood defence. So it's this corner plane away until there is a little a little cool singing. Okay, so So what is the right hand playing it? Because you may be thinking. Yeah, but these courts are quite helpful. But what is the right hand do? Well, we're playing you plot dif Let's see. D flat E flat. C three fled A for a flat. So how are these courts helpful to remembering something like this? Well, to be honest, not very accepted this on a flood quarter there. Okay, this place is okay. We'll play a flat court on that. So right down the flat F what kind of we have a regular f and now I need a G. There's a G, right? That and look at that. We've got seven notes. We go them from the courts. OK, so now let's play this right here. Wow, we got ourselves a key. Okay? This means that whatever we're gonna play in the melody line has to conform to these notes , so we can never play a regular D that would sign out of key or regular e okay. Or 1/2 shop. We just cannot do that. Okay, We have to play now. It's like this. So go here. No watch if a D flat, C d flat, B flat, C B flat, a flat, a flat. OK, alot of the notes that are in here are being played, and none of the other ones okay, that is very important on the sand. So, Howard, he scores helpful to you. We don't just have the core progression that keeps on going and going and going, which means that if you would want to make this song a little bit less complicated, you could just play. Let's say the course right here for the entire song except for this little in between bed. Because, of course, Ludovico Einaudi had to do something to make this course a little bit more interesting. But we can use these cords to play on and on and on and on. But we can also use these courts whilst once we know the courts to figure out the scale. Okay? And if one day you listen to so many don't know the courts, you could actually start with the skill and then work your way back to find the courts. So that's all very helpful again. Ultimate piano course. You're gonna find all of this stuff, and I just wanted to point it out. So we're in this bit right here. What we're doing is we're boring some time for the half court. So sometimes composers do that. We're not playing that f minus court right here. We're playing the D flat court twice as long to get back to deflate again. Okay, because normally we would start here, so Okay, get the idea, so we would normally start here. But it doesn't sound. Of course. Concessional. Harry wrote it so we don't play this all for now. We play this one twice and it goes like this D flat d flats on now, a flat court. Our corner. Okay, Any kind of a deficit? A little bit in the left hand so flat on this is how we played the e flat court. So what we do, right? Here's we played two G's on a single leave flat said It sounds a little bit different, but that's basically what we're doing again. This is still the core progression, but it's heavily adapted because we lose this half mine. According will play this twice once once. And this was also a little bit of so just the left hand. If I can do that because it's it's hard because I'm so hard work playing this together. Okay, Okay. So again. Okay, that would do that again. Then which is this little intermezzo? Okay. And what we did is we Basically we skipped out this core who didn't play that all one at the end, we decided to leave that one of us will. And now we're back to usual business. We're playing this on. The good thing is that I put this child board like this because this is what we're going to be playing for the left hand until the exact middle of the salt. Okay. The droid hand is gonna improvise a live it on. It's so cool. We're gonna have this bit right here. I'm gonna put both these bits in this lesson first, but it's still a little bit tricky. Second bit, The right hand plays the same exact thing the entire time. If you believe that. And it sounds so beautiful. Maybe if you want to learn to play this song fans the bit issued start on because it's so beautiful. Now, if you're place that sold me having trouble with actually going up there to the fourth note to where you could just leave that out Kate speaking like this where you can just stay here . And then we get the end where I think the whole mistaking, you're moving back and forth between this court, that court. But all that's happening. That's the entire song Your room are River Flows in You is also built up in foreign courts , like the the other song by by Ludovico Einaudi. That's quite popular, Matina. That one has also build up by four chords, even three. I believe if I remember correctly. So I mean learning courts and learning maybe a scale. It's so important because this song was so intimidating to me is so hard to play And now I'm just making this lesson like that. I didn't really prepare this list, and I can just make it like this because I have these four quarts. That's all I need. That's all I need. So we tried that on one of them. Name is Song from a theme park in the Netherlands that we tried that on. We did, I don't know, like we did some other crazy stuff turning tables I had. I had played that once in my life, but it was a really long time ago. We played a different version, but basically doesn't matter on way didn't use any courts. We didn't use the phone to look up the song. We played it from our head, so we were maybe ask them to, like Hummed a song for a little bit. So I am. That's all I remember, and then we just started them playing and within 3 to 5 minutes we usually had this song. How do you do that? I want to make a causal that on that will be here on skill shows.
