1. SS Bachata Pw V2 1 Intro part 2: Hi, my name is Karina and I'm Jeff to opinion, and we are part of incognito Dance Company. Welcome to the Vishaka partner of course, for employers. In this course we're going to build on all the core techniques that you learned as a beginner and really show you some new techniques and a way to pull this stuff together to give you more rounded experience as a dancer, please do take your time in this course, especially in the first module, which is body movement. This will define how you look as a bar chart that answer. And there's something that we work on all the time, even as professional dancers also will give you lots of tips for your leading and following, which will improve the quality of your dancing in general. And moving on to the next levels. In our experience, the dances that spent the most time at beginner and improve a level really have a good quality of movement. So do take your time as you need to go over any of the core techniques. Do go over them as many times as you want to. Don't rush through these techniques. They're super important and it'll give you a solid foundation. Let's get started.
2. SS Bachata Pw V2 8ab Open and Close Basic Explanation For Men: For this question and this premium. So it will merge and create a folder. Okay, we're now working through our next module. In this one, we're going to talk about a couple of techniques which we call the open and close. And these techniques really do allow a lot of other sequences to manifest themselves. So which version you do will depend on which other variations you want to lead on from. So from here, from the open, what I'm doing is I'm starting from a closed position. This is a closed hold. Okay. So don't mix. When we say open hold and close hold, it's very different to what we're doing now, which is the open and close. This is opening and closing a sequence as opposed to an actual, a standard hold position. Okay, so we're going to do a normal basic in our closed hold. Now, from here, I'm going to leave my partner to open up to her, right. And then I'm going to bring her in K12, this type of hole where she's literally arms on my shoulders and my hand could be on her back in the on her hip button right here or it could be on a shoulder, whichever the sequence I'm going to do next. Okay, let's try that again. We go 123 together. Then I'm just going to do a half turn to my right, 5678. Okay, so that's basically just 50 open variation. Okay, let's try that again. From this side, we do a basic 12345678. I prepare to free 45678. Then he showed the guys the footwork for that aspect. So with this one, all I'm doing literally is I'm stepping forward 123 tap and doing a 90-degree left turn. And then I'm just going to do 5, 6, 7 down to my right side, 5678. So simply the foot work is still the standard basic, but just you just put angles onto it now. 123, tap 5, 6, 7, tab. So let me show you the guys who work. There is a transition here because when you turn to the lady Back to you, you have to adjust her steps to suit you. So there has to be a little shift of weight in your footwork in discloses a little bit tricky, but with some practice you'll get used to it. So let me show you from here how I'm shifting weight. So I'm going 123 and then shifting over on four. So number four is on my right leg. And then I step 5, 6, 7, 8. And that brings the lady onto the same timing as we on my foot. So her left leg and my life, my left leg are synchronized. So when I step out, 123 tab, I can just be on the spot, 5678, and we're back to normal sequence. It's just the way because if I'm facing her, She's synchronized with my left foot with her rights, but when she turns around, are now need to synchronize. Our feet with my left is now her left and her LET is MATLAB. We have to make sure we're synchronized. So this shifting of weight becomes temporary when you're back, when her back is to you or in future sequences, you see where my back is to her. I have to change my timing to suit hertz. And then you go back into After the 10. Let's practice that again. We go 1234. So technically all your weight is on your right. Then 5, tap, six, Tap. Now perfectly left leg, left extinct. So I can step 1, 2, 3, tap, 5, 6, 7, 8. Finally, one of the key points really is positioning. Again, one at position had a Tertullian. And this can be tricky for the guys. Even the most experienced guards can get caught out sometimes because the ladies turning and you cannot always judge where she's going to land perfectly well, but you have to aim for this spot all the time. So let me show you from this angle as I prepare one. To free for my target is bright shoulder to her left shoulder, my right hip to her left hip. If I'm to square on, then the whole moves uncomfortable for both of us. And on top of that, her feet are in the way so you can't lead or move anything. So you have to be off center to the point where I lift my left leg. And it's completely clear offer, if you're too far on the other side, you're completely on the wrong side of your partner. Was tricky. Is your partner content quickly and catch you off guard. I show you what I mean. If I wasn't wide awake or add a bit too much to drink, which never happens, right? If that happens, she can accidentally overturned by this and now see everything's all good. I think I've been caught out by being 2.5th to slow. So what you have to do is make sure when you're prepping 1, 2, 3, I bring it in on free, shift on four and I've landed perfectly hip to hip, shoulder the shoulder, a pickup, the hand guide our 5678 and prep to free tap 5678. Now in terms of how frequently is this move used, I would say nearly every single dance in big data in a club all night. It's one of the most common sequence is used to transfer from one move to another. It's a great way to make the lady turn around and you dance back to front or vice versa. Great way to open up sequences as great dimension to your movement. So it's used quite a lot and it can be tricky to get used to it first, what catches most people out is you sign in, just get up, you sunny despite the softening off time. If you do that remedy little tip that we gave you earlier was if you're finding your off time, keep two stepping and hold one position, finding music and go back into it correctly. So don't feel like I'm, I gotta going off time. What's gone wrong? Just find a way of adjusting your step, shifting your weight back into your left foot on one for the guys, write four on one for the ladies. Key thing is try and keep timing all throughout your sequence. Let me show you all that again with my lovely Karina. From here. Nice and slowly we prepare 123, nice and close. 5678. Just remember to keep as you're turning, keep your distance quite close. Otherwise, if you try and turn quite far away, it is just feels really awkward and uncomfortable. So close with my right foot, just inside her right foot and in frame. So this will give me the site. We're nice and slowly 12345678. So the goal is to go from this closed holes or you hold one arm and one shoulder to the close hold where you're like this. So just make sure when you lead this that you never lose contact with your partner's hand. So we do like a butterfly move in, but then it's just more out. And then bring your bring the ladies arm close to you, lead it towards you, and then around your shoulder like this. So just never throw any arms, just always keep this sort of magnetic connection, this technique that we taught you at the very beginning. Begin this course. So you'd never lose connection and go like this. And then round. Okay, so let's say that one more time from a basic search in standard closed position and we go 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, save and prepare 12345678. So you basically open and closed and move. If you open up and in here, you going into a, a, just a variety of, uh, hold it. So that's one way of, of doing the open-close. The second way is you make your partner turnaround. In this sequence would start again for the basic 12345678 up a pet her exactly the same way. 1, 2. The difference now is I create some distance between us and I use her arm to turn her to her left. So again, nice and slowly we go one or create space to F3, F4. So if I wanted her to not turn, I would just stay closer on the preparation like we did earlier, the first version one, look up close. I am to free. I'm still close. Did she doesn't have a chance to turn to her left because I'm physically blocking her on route with the other one. I create the space and our guide her to her left at the same time. So one is exactly the same. Now to changes are created distance, tans or my partner. And then from the right hand I lower my her right hand are changed hands to pick up on her left arm. Around my right hand stays just off her right hip. Okay. Sometimes in a center that right hip generally is is usually a much clearer lead. Okay. Let's show you this from this side. So the second variation of the open close, nice and slowly we go one, create a space to free as a hand goes down to transition from left to right. So let me show you that transition again from it. Got her right hand when my right or my left hand goes down, it changes over and picks up the other hand. Okay. It's all done smoothly. So ladies, trying to hide your arms when they're there. You don't want the guy trying to work out where your arms are from behind you. He's usually never gonna get it right. Okay, one more time from here. We open up, create the space. Lady turns, pick up, change hands. Then from here the steps, I'm going 56, 78. And then I'm on my left foot preparing a partner 123 and I give it a right turn, 567, drop to my shoulder and basic 23. So you notice a lot of your steps are like the mumbo basics that we already practiced. So you should be quite familiar with those steps. As a leader, you're doing the front mumble basic 1234, and then you go round just on the spot that's normal. Or when the ladies back to you, back to front like this to come out of it. Again, we're doing a mumble basic to the front. 123, tap on four. Okay, so just try to connect in your head the different aspects of what you've already learned and how you can apply it, these moves. So don't feel like everything is new. A lot of these, this move has elements of what you've already learned.
3. SS Bachata Pw V2 8c Open and Close Basic Explanation For Ladies: Welcome back my lovely followers. In this section, I will explain how to do a transition move called Open close. This move is very important, is very commonly used and opens doors to loads of new moves for you. So it's basically like a mumble step but to the back. So remember your mumbles steps we did to the front bone like this and to the side. So it's the same principle in terms of you go back and then the second step is on the spot and you transfer your weight back so you rock and then you transfer your weight back to where you started. So in terms of that is a mumble step. Let's try this preparation with our partner. We are going 5, 6, 7, 8, step 1, 2, 3, 4. So in terms of delete, you will feel that your partner is doing a butterfly and then you feel the lead out. So that's making you step back. So you feel this lead out. And then from here he's taking my arm and pulling it gently towards him. So we end up in this closed position here. Let's do it from the other side so you can see that again. So we're here. We go, 1234. And then for this version we're just gonna do half a turn from here, 5678. So nothing difficult. But it's a nice, really nice transition to get into a close hold. And then we just do this 180, you can do 360. You can turn as much as you want. Well, the leaders can turn as much as they want and we just follow. All right, Let's do it once more. 5678123456781456781234 here. Just 1 second here. Obviously we can't up together. Ie the leaders leg is sort of between my feet like this. So I can't move my feet together and talk together. I'm tapping here, or a little stylized version. I can also lift up my leg. Let me show you what that would look like. We go 1234 and then 5678. So a little styling tip for you there. Instead of the tap, you can lift up your leg on four and then go 5678. So this is our first version with the term and just bringing you closer. So we open and close the second version. Us, ladies, as followers are going to turn around 180 degrees. So it starts the same. We start with the standard clothes told. We step back 12. Now on too, you can see the leader is moving away from you and then he's giving you a little bit more of a lead on your arm and turn around on three. Alright, so you do 180 twist. Let's try again. We go 1, 2, 3. He should be leading. You hear, guiding you where you should be going. And then he has your arm here. And then on for you do a normal tap. Four. And this is the end position. So this is the imposition. Your leaders hands should be on your stomach, hip area here. And you can just place your hands on top like this and the other arms out. Now a very important signal for you is that when the leader is holding your wrist like this, you should stretch your arm and lock it. Because from here we can do several moves that need this locked arm from you. So I know usually where we're like, more flexible, we never stretch our arms. We have this bouncy feeling between us. But in this case, as soon as the leader grabs your arm, grabs your wrist like this, It's not a hard grab. It shouldn't hurt or anything. It's just he holds your wrist, then please lock your arm already. Get used to that. Even though it's not that crucial right now for remove we are going to do, but it will be later. So just get used to this. All right. Let's do that again, just to get into that position. From here, 56781, to turn around on flee. Tap on for from a legal perspective, it's nice that as soon as I hold. Queen his hand for the whole campaign shares a normal frame, but as soon as I switched that to a risk grip, she locks herself. It's not mean locking her. And some guys have a bad habit of twisting enforced in and lock that just them being bad leaders. So you have to kind of bear with the guy there, but we're just learning it. But for now, as soon as I transition from her left hand down to here, if I go for the palm, I'm not expecting a locked hand. I might want to do something else later, but there's a lot of sequences coming up later in the course where I'm going to need this hand to be locked so I can send that information differently. So just be mindful of where he's holding it and what happens to your elbow when that happens? Correct. All right. Let's do it once more and then we continue show you how to get out of this position. So we go one to turn on three, tap on. For. Now we are going to do a simple two-step to decide we go 12345678, sorry. So we turned on 1234 and we do the two steps on 567. A simple two-step to decide the leader has adjusted to your timing at this point. So as you would notice, when we face each other, we mirror each other step. So I step on one with my right. Jeff is stepping on one with his left. You should. But when we turn around, then one of us has to adjust. Otherwise I'm going this way and surface going this way, right? So for this MOOC, the leader is going to adjust. So we just tap normally on for with our left leg as usual and we step out on 5678. Okay, so we ended up here. Now we're going to do a mumbles step to the front, 1234. And the leader is doing the same thing behind us. So you feel, you will feel with your stretched on, you will feel that he's stepping forward from your body and from his arm like this. So should be very clear what he wants. And then we end up in this position. From here, we're going to do 1.5 inside terms. So you have to be slightly faster than a normal insight term. So what you do with your steps, instead of just going 5678, you have to do syncopation steps. So smaller steps, step on the ends and then you can turn faster. So from, from four, I go 5678, so I can almost turn twice right now. We don't have to two and twice, just 1.5 times, but take little steps. We're on four and then 5678. So these are your little steps and you're turning with your lead. Alright, so let's go back into this position and do the mumble step to the front. We go one, 234 and ready for your turn, 5678. Ladies, you notice here that I want to transition down and pick up the locked hand her elbows locked or but when I prepared, I'm transitioning back into hook can pin. So 123 pin. And notice what she's doing. She's gone back into the normal frame of her arm. So she's instantly responding to my change of hold, gone from wrist grip to her campaign. And she's adapted to hand accordingly because I need her company just to give you the spin. So it's important that you respond straightaway. Don't leave it in a locked position because then it's not going to make my my leaf for you to spend properly. So as soon as I've gone from here, I prepared one to instantly cleaner address and goes back into normal frame for your tens 567 and then I put the brakes on and he stops. Yes. And in the term as always, keep your elbow and your hands in like a 90 degree angle position. Don't push your arms up or down. Just keep it here nice and steady so you can feel delete. All right, let's do again from the beginning just this switch move 56781. So three, tough one for two steps. 5, 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, spin 5678. It doesn't really matter which exact direction you're spinning. The leader should come with you and then put your arm around his neck and you should connect together again. Let's do it from the other side. 567812345678123467812345678. And then we can go back into a basic 12345678. So we do both moves. So the one where we connect and do a 180, 360, whatever you leave the likes to do. And then the one where we switch from a basic, 56781234567812345678, basic 23456. The second one, we go 1234567812345678
4. SS Bachata Pw V2 8d Open and Close Basic Tips and Practice To Music: Let's practice those two different open and close versions. Starting from a standard Close Holes. Let's go into a basic first 56712345678. We go into the 1, 2, three, close 156781234 back into the standard tall, you can see with just quickly slid and ended up in this position again. Ready to go into the other one? We go 1, 2, 3, 4 to step 7812335678. Ladies, when you spin, make sure you have your arm up and close to you because your leadership be quite close to you. So don't have your arm out and never dropped. Okay. Let's do it once more. Theme faster. 567812345678123456781234561234567812345678. Different guys. It's about tracking your partner the whole time, even from the first variation of the open-close, you notice where a position my body to stop her assuming I wanted to turn because if I'm if I'm kind of not close enough or far away, she might assume is a space and no space. There's no ambiguity in my lead. So you to make your lead very crystal-clear. So when you're leading this 112, I'm already close onto it. It's already telling her there's definitely no left-hand happening, so she relaxes and goes to three, and then we just simply rotate round 6, 7, 8. So straight off the bat onto I'm already so close. She can't turn him. She wanted to. There's all this in front of her. So then the next variation is variation number 2. I'm creating a whole new dynamic, 12345671. Look, gamma2 is already far away to free. Then the next positioning, make sure you hit your buttons correctly with my right shoulder with delayed his left shoulder. So make sure that your targeted correctly. And then by 6, 7, 8 end the exit. In this case, your lady would be traveling off to her, right. So if I stay where I am, look what happens to me? 56 7, I'm already lost 34 feet distance within half a bar. So I I kinda feel where she's going to travel to. And this is one of the tricky things about by charter, the structure of a dance doesn't have really a point, a to B or C. Not as, not as regimented of South Asia, the lady could go anywhere. So then you just have to put a guard. You have to be more on the ball. So I'm watching my partner when we were in this position and I'm prepping to 3 and I'm traveling with her when she does the turn. So at no 00:00 AM I allowing her to poor me or pull her back? It's practice again. It's keeping all that stuff in mind from the top. And a basic 234, ready six, open, close and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Second variant. And 56781234. Step over, step over. Prep your lovely lady, spinner away. Stay in touch and markets fast. You want to be that person could have senior leadership and this premotor cortex. So it cooler twin and makes the scene of a dynasty or debris or the posterior. Please do submit scenes.
5. SS Bachata Pw V2 9ab Body Rolls Explanation For Men: So there's been a lot of Q1 or Q2 know that impact. Okay, welcome to the next section. In this one, I'm going to cover the lead aspect of how we lead a body roll down and the body will reverse. We're going to use it off the back of an open close with a lady is on the back to us we just covered in the previous module. So it's a great segue into something new for you. Okay, so first of all, with the body rows, we did the body was earlier. And remember we went shoulder, chest, hinge back, chest in on four, down on five. Do that one more time to give a quick reminder. Shoulder on one, chest onto hands-on free chest in on four, drop on five. The reverse is the reverse, 54321. So we'll go down again. 1234, reverse 6, 7, 8, nice and slowly one more time. Decide. So we go show the chest, hinge back, chest in and sit, and then the reverse hip comes up first, Chess comes back. You hinge forward. Chess goes out and then relaxes with the shoulder. Okay? So that's, that's the body roll down and the body Rob reverse. We'll be doing that in the lead. And when you connect with your partner, she'll feel the lead off the buttons. It doesn't come off their hands at all. So your connection points really important. So remember earlier we did the open-closed where the lady turned around, face away from you. That's how we're going to start it. So we do a basic 1234 open, closed lady turns away, 1, 2, 3, 4. Last time we switched over the two step, what we're going to stay where we are. So on for your you're literally all your weight is on your right foot and the ladies where is also on the horizon. But your synchronized from here. I start by not leaning forward into my partner, just with my shoulder, shoulder, chest, back and sit, and then the reverse comes up and pop. Okay, So depending on the song, you can do it slowly down and slowly up. Or in this song this is quite quick sunk. So it's gonna go 56781 more time. 5678. So remember earlier I talked about how you hold the lady's hand here. I am pressing her her the top arm over arm against my chest. So she's going to get this feeling that my chest is going forward. So that comes by me pressing her arm against my chest and then she feel the shoulder, chest, back down. Sit. Okay. Let's try again. Nice and slowly. We do a base, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, leisure open, close, 1, 2, 3, 4. Four. Main things to focus on. Firstly, making sure you have the grip, making sure that arm is pressed against your chest. Your buttons are connected on the back of a shoulder, front of yours, back of her hip to to my hip here. So then we're all connected. So even with no hands, if I started a body roll, she would know straight away. Whichever variation I did. So all the hands do it, just support us and give her a bit more of a signal. But she's already got enough. Would your body roll alone? Because, because by now the positioning should be solid. So we're here. We lean forward, shoulder, chest, hinge, back, Drop, sit. Remember don't stick your bomb out. Stay SAT and then hit comes up first and catch. Okay, let me show you from the other side. We do the basic first and the 123. Tap, 5, 6, 7, prepare the open close one. 234, shoulder 5678. The exit exactly the same as the previous exit we did on the last module. It's just a preparation to free tap on for travel out 678. So once your open-close becomes quite comfortable, you can start playing with his variations. And this is super common moves. And there are so many ways we can get in and out of them. So to do practice this one, and you'll find that all these moves will feel quite easy for you after a while.
6. SS Bachata Pw V2 9c Body Rolls Explanation For Ladies: Welcome back my beat for followers. This is a body roll variation and we're going to start from a open-close preparation. So you already, if you did the previous module, already in the right mindset to get into this move. All right, just before I partner up, I will explain how you can reverse your body roll because that's what we are going to do. All right. So we've our body roll, remember we did shoulder, chest, arch over, drop your chest and then sit. That's your body roll down to come up. We start with our hip. Push your hip up. Then we'll lean back, pushing from your hips and then follow with your upper body forward. And then at the end, drop your hips back to neutral. So you reverse the whole body roll again from the sitting position. We're here, push your hips forward and everything follows the hip. So push your hips forward, then release your upper body first, and then arch it forward. And then really, so faster, week body roll down and up. We go 1, 2, 3, 4, hips 5678. Other side, we go 1234, Gulf reverse, 6, 7, 8. If you need a more detailed breakdown, please go to our body isolation course. All right, let's go straight into this beautiful move. We are starting with our standard close hold like this. Ready to go into a open-close transition. So we go basic 2345678. Now open close, we go 1234. So, so far it's exactly what we just did in the previous module. Have your arm on top of your hand, on top of your leaders hand, and your arm stretched here. So we're here, we're tapped on for on our left leg like this. And then we start the body roll. Important is that you're connected to your leader on the shoulder here and also on the hip here. Okay. So make sure you're close enough. If you're far away, this will not work because most of the leading is going to be me feeling that Jeff is doing a body roll. And I can only feel that when I'm connected to him like this. Okay? So you really have to get close. Welcome to Chapter. Get comfortable with this closeness. Alright, so we're here. Then I feel him stop that he starts a body roll from his shoulder. He starts to lean forward and that makes me step out. So from my top, reverse, reverse, from my top here, I've tapped on for as soon as I start, he starts the body roll, I start to feel it. I step forward. So I go here and I start doing the body with him. We roll down and then I feel his hip and we rolled up together. Okay, Let's try that again, just from the top. At this point, in this music, we're going to do it quite fast. We go 56 down and then 78 up. So it's not super big. It's quite small, but fast. Okay. So but here on four, we go 5678. And then to come out of it is the same thing then we just did before. We go 1234 and the term 6, 7, 8. Let's do from the other side. Same thing again, 5678123456781234567812345678
7. SS Bachata Pw V2 9d Body Rolls Tips and Practice To Music: So let's go through practicing, which always makes us perfect. Let's go 567 basic 123456. Let's go 1, 2, 3 con leche body roll body. Yep. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 into basic 56. Let's do again, 1234567812345678123456, 78. Just one tip I want to give. You will notice when we did the isolation cause we always say, don't start when you're doing partner, we're done. Start your body roles with your head. In hip hop and contemporary and many other dance is the body rho is a full on experience. It goes from head straight down to toe. But in partnership because Dao heads are so close, there's a temptation to kinda start with the head and has can be too close. So just don't ever use it unless you're eventually going to be performing and world champions, you can start using your head in shows, you know, it's coming, but for now, avoid the temptation to start with the head. Always start with the shoulder and then you're guaranteed never to have a clash of heads. Okay. She would try to music and thereby nato. Kill it on a 10. You'll be in the discipline.
8. SS Bachata Pw V2 10ab Chest Isolations Explanation For Men: Welcome back to our next module. And this one we're going to walk through the lead into how you lead a lady's CEF oscillation in a figure of eight, and then we reverse it. Now, a lot of the time when we lead are actually due to move at the same time. So it not only aesthetically looks beautiful at the same time, the leaves much easier when we both do it. So for the figure of eight, Let's just run that for, just for the, both the lead and the ladies. From here. First of all, have a little soft bend your knees, your hips can move, relax. Well, you actually not moving your hips, but they, what they allow is your chest to move freely. So all you're doing here, you start to your left and lift and then you tilt over to your right and then lift the left shoulder and then drop it. And then diagonally you go up and then drop the right shoulder diagonally come up and dropped the left shoulder badly come up to your right. Drop the right, diagonally, go up to your left, dropped the left. Can you go up to your right drops, you get this figure of eight. So just flow through that. This is one way of leading it. So this is a shape layer tunic trait with your body. So if you put the H on its side, you create this shape. And then to reverse it, stop one way and then just go the other way. So he's good now you go down up down, up on your right, down to your left. Up on your right. Down your right, up on your right. Down on your left, up on your left, down on your left, the right, Sorry. So you get this kind of shape going. So you create this figure eight the entire time and then reversing it the whole time. Okay. That's the shape we want to create. So let's go through the lead in how you get the ladies that position. As always, preparation is key. No prep, know mooc. So let's go into preparation. So we're going to do it off the open-closed, but the one where we bring her face to face. Nice and slowly we do a basic one to free Cat 5, 6, 7, 8, or prepare an open, close 1, 2, 3. And then I drop on for very lightly 34 inches drop. Now I'm static method must meet monthly and not moving at all. And then what I do to start it, I lift my right arm and that tilt delayed his head to her right. And then I wrote over and alternate the chest roll. So just as practice this for now, just one way. I showed you an aside to show you that the guy is doing the same thing. Also, we've dropped on four. I'm tilting of upmarket and then write down left, up, left down, right, up, right, down, lift up, left out. So you get the picture with both doing the same sequence. Now, what you want to make sure the whole time you are leading it, you're not lifting the arm too high. You want to keep it. So your arm is just literally like this. So you're not trying to lift the arm. What happens is much Restless, which lifts my arm. So I'm not doing this. Okay. So you want to try and drop and then look, my chest, lift my arm. I'm actually not move my arm at all, is that the ship tilt creates it and then my body see how the arm creates the shape. It's not my arm doing this. This is this my arm. And this is not this not isolating the chest Manchester. Not moving at all. We want to avoid is your arms the flapping around actually the arms stay still. So you got your laden frame and your your chest is moot. Okay. Let's try that again. Nice and slowly. We go 12345678. And they have it. So to reverse it, you stop somewhere in the music and then reverse the sequence. So in this case, different songs would have different tempos and, and, and points at which you can reverse it. So you can pick and choose in this song is, it comes in quite quick. So let me show you the reverse. From here. We go into our open close. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and hold. This tells you I'm about to reverse 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or create distance to create the ripple than I'm bringing in. 78 AM. Show you that again. Nice and slowly. 12345678. See the headstall, tilt it to her left, and then 12345678, then you walk out, what a basic 1234. So the ripple is just a really easy way to get out of this MOOC. Obviously, you could also just get up and continue with your basic, but it's just a really nice little way and as you can already do the ripple, why not use it? From this side? Last time, basic. We step one to free time. By 6, 7 and 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, hold reverse. 2, 3, 4 out. 67812345678
9. SS Bachata Pw V2 10c Chest Isolations Explanation For Ladies: Welcome back my beautiful followers. In this section I'll explain to you how you follow a body isolation, HSD isolation, which is a figure of eight, and we do the standard version and the reverse. So let me just show you what I mean by figure of eight chest isolation. First of all, we need to be in a very stable position. So have your legs bent a little bit. And then our hips are going to not move, going to be static like this. And then we lead this move with our ribs. So think lean to one side, so we're tilting to one side. And then as if somebody is pulling you from your ribs out like this. And then we swayed to the other side. And now we're leaning to the side. Same thing to the other side. Pull from your ribcage here. And then you let your upper body drop to the other side. Let me show you from the back. So have your nice stable stance. And we go tilt, pull Till pull, tilt, pull to pull. So that's the standard version. I have my hands here so you can really see that tilt and then pull. But also when we do with our partner, our hands is going to be in this position. To reverse it. You lead with your head. So this time you had followed, so make sure you're really relaxed with your head and the head is lost. You had followed. And then when we reverse it, we lead with the head. So this time go ahead first this way. And then you switch you tilt head tilt. Head tilt from the back, or you go head tilt leaders, the head tilt lead with the head. Tilt, with the head. Like this. So this is the movement we are going to do in partners. We are going into this from an open hold transition. Okay, so let's do a basic first 1234567. Now open and close, paren, close, and here. So on eight, we are connected here in our stable position. Let's do that again. We go 1234. We're stable and ready to do this figure of eight chest move so I can feel my partner is tilting me to the side, then pulling me, tilting. Pulling, tilting. Let's continue this standard version. Move till fall to fall. So it's not as difficult as it looks as long as you're very relaxed and flexible with your spine, just make sure you leave your head behind. Don't keep your head straight. Otherwise it doesn't look the same leaf behind and it makes the move look a lot nicer. Okay? Then to reverse it, we just are going to stop and then we're going to go the other way. So this leads is very clear, you very connected so you can't go wrong if the leader is leading a properly. Okay? So again from the open-close we go 1234 and then we goes down with version first, 5, 6, 7, 8, law on eight. Jeff stopped and then we are going to go into the reverse 1234. So that's how you transition on 80 would stop and then reverse the move. We go this way and then the other way. Okay? Again, it should be very clear. If you have a nice frame and the leaders very clear with his lead, right? Let's do that again. So we do two of each version. 5678123, drop 45678, reverse 1, 2, 3, 4. Now on 56, leader is leading me a little bit away from these bodies to create some distance. And then we are going to do a small ripple just to finish this move. And then we just go back into our basic to come out of it. You could come out of this move in many different ways. But we chose this one because it's a really nice way, very smooth transition and you already know how to do it, but the ripples from the beginners course. So why not use it? All right, let's do it from the other side. 567 basic, 12345678123456781234567812345678. When Jeff is creating distance, sometimes I'm still in my in my chest isolation. So sometimes I still do. I create the distance like this. Sometimes I almost do a little body roll already. Let me show you what I mean. So we were in this position. We did our justice lessons boom. And the reverse. Reverse. So I could go reverse again and then straight into the ripple. Or from the reverse, reverse, reverse, I can Cisco stripe back and then the ripple. So again, it's your preference, your personal style as a lot of things are in buckshot. And whatever you feel from the lead, you should be doing.
10. SS Bachata Pw V2 10d Chest Isolations Tips and Practice To Music: Okay, welcome back, lovely people. We're going to go for our practice session. So when they do encounter, give you some tiny tips along the way and music. So let's go from count 567 slowly 1234, ready six, open, close and 1, 2, 3, drop on 456, save and check the reverse. 2, 3, 4, send her away. Six, bring it in. Drop on eight for the report. Pulling away 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8. There's different. The other side. Nice. In slowly, we go 123456, open, close and one to bring and drop and lift 67. Check on 8, and then 1, 2, 3, 4 out on 5678. Okay. Should we try not to music and solo that goes into the buffer and the payments determined. But more data every month.
11. SS Bachata Pw V2 11ab Hip Isolations Explanation For Men: Countries and evolution. And so you can use that to find the simplex viruses. Like if we could only progress through the parallel universe to this culture, sort of others root directory. So it might be but working I think a month. Welcome back my lovely people in here. We're going to cover some hip isolations coming in from the open and close with both variations. So we'll show you some nice simple variations on his hip isolations. So first of all, when we start in the same way from a basic to free, tap, 5, 6, 7, 8. As I prepare them, a partner, 1234, I'm going to lift my right hip, drop circle and come back. And basic 123. So let me show you the hip isolations. So literally anything leading her once I get into that position is me doing the move with her. So from here. So let's just step a basic to the side 123 tap and then left 5678. So let us try that together. We can just lift up the 56, drop 78. So you're just creating a circle with your hips. So he had a pencil from coming out your belly button, you'd be able to draw a circle on a piece of paper. So literally in lift, draw a circle, come back. Okay, that's what, that's what you're aiming to do as a leader, then your partner being connected to you, she will do exactly the same sequence, synchronized perfectly. Let's try that again. I'll show you that the first variant. So we prep 1, 2, 3, 4, standard open and close hold. But instead of turning around and doing a 360 like we did an early model module, we're now gonna do hip isolation. We lift land, drop, take over to our left side and then shift over to our right foot. Tapping on eight, going back to basic 6, 7, 8. Let me show you from this side. Nice and slowly we step 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Prepare to free Kaplan for lift the hip on 5678. So with how I hold my partner is usually just in the same place. I might on the center of her back or the back of her her right shoulder with my left-hand center of the back with my right hand to support her so she feels the full connection of my movement. So I could hold it on that bottom hip or the center of the back when my right-hand either one will work. The shoulder. Okay. So it's just the key points, the back of the shoulders, center, or the hips. Okay. So pick and choose what's more comfortable. One more time. And then I showed the other variation. We go 1, 2, 3, stop. So you see my check? My right hand on the center of her back, left hand on the shoulder. So the lead is now all in my hips. 5678 and basic to free for. Obviously you can majorly help how big your circles by your nice. So it's not just the hip isolation. You don't have to do any Shakira moves. You have to just lift up so you raise up. And then you step out. You have your legs stretched, and then you bend to create the circle, come back onto your stretched leg here. So with this bending and stretching of the legs, that helps you create the circle. So just be very flexible in your niece. Don't try to do this without bending your knees. You really have to bend your knees to create the circle. Also, if your hand, if you have your lady very connected to u, then she can't help but do this move with you. So this will help you a lot. I prefer personally if the if the leader holds me between my shoulder blades because then it's a very good connection between the two, between our bodies here. And also I can feel this lift. Okay, on the hips, I can maybe not feel the lift so so well, so on the between the shoulder blade is my personal preferred place. And then you have a very good connection between the two bodies. Okay, one more time. 5678 and prep 2345678. So just remember, one golden tip is you're lifting your whole core and drop at no point in my lifting money first and then dropping alcohol woman in front of me. So let's see, money will be super uncomfortable for her. So you don't want to think of it as an knee lift is not is that she must eat, don't even leave the ground. You notice some not lifting my NEA tool. So keep your feet on the ground when you're doing this and that will stop you to try and lift your knee. Okay? So second variation. The second variation, I'm doing open, close again, but this time turning her away from me so her back is to my front. So remedy, I think as we did in the beginning of these modules, from here, we need a preparation one to 100 to create the space free for. So I'm positioned exactly the same as I had been for the basic version and the version we deal with the body roll, but you turn around. So you see here her whole right side. I'm not connected to I'm going to connect it from my right shoulder to her left side, right right hip to her left hip, my right hand, it just connected now to her right hip on the inside, front hip. Okay. So from here, I've created a band and then I did the same move, 5678, and then prep in same exit as before, 5678. So technically, the circle is exactly the same. The only difference is we've entered it from a different variation of the open-close. So try that again. We've gone 123 partner tans connect check you've held her arm. Show the same as the body row and same as the basic version with the two-step and then a lift drop, come around with her and tap on eight ready to go for the outflow and 1234, same outros before. So really, just like before, we're focusing on giving you a very familiar intro to the move with something different in the middle and the outro the same. So the practice is you're getting multiple variations of super common moves which are really good and really easy to add into your repertoire. So by adding a couple of these techniques, you've already got 4, 5, 6, 7, 10 versions already really quickly into your interpreter. So it does really good for leaders. They want to always try and press ladies with some nice moves. But don't try and do mu's that you're finding hard to lead it, stick with the ones that you do. Well, the latest would always appreciate it. Let me show you from this side. So he goes slowly and 1, 2 does the basic first prepping into an open close. We do. Open lady turns close. So just check your position. They are not directly behind that. You're still off off shoulder. So you don't want to be like here. This is impossible to lead her into many things from here. So you always want to be connected to her left hip from behind shoulder, just making sure these things are checked. And then from here, just do the the big circle with the hips by yourself and the lady would have to follow if he's connected. So if I drop by, drop low, she has to come with me. And that if I wanted to do a small circle, go to a book, that should do small circle too. She doesn't know if you're going to give her a big circle, small circle. That just depends on, you know, to me, it depends on the song. It's a song has time for a big circle. I'll do it. The songs got a small circle. I'll do whatever the song demands. So always trying to adjust your mood, your sequence, the size is determined how quick you can move around. I personally try never to rush. So if I need to take a bit more time, I will rather do the moves more smoothly and clean as opposed to a much more manic approach where I think so rush, rush, rush. So try and keep your leads nice and smooth and clear. And there you have your open and close with the hip isolation.
12. SS Bachata Pw V2 11c Hip Isolations Explanation For Ladies: Welcome back ladies. This is a variation of a hip isolation and we go into our open close move so you get some good practice on that open-close move. Alright, so let me show you that hip isolation first. In this one, instead of going round like this, we are going to go round on this plane. Okay? So we go, we draw a circle. We go up and then out, drop it down to the other side, over and close. So instead of going like this, we're now going like that. Let me show you again from the back. So we are going to start with our left foot. In this variation, we're going to show you First step out. That's going to be a little lift from the lead. Step out. Push your hip out to the side, then bend your knees, drop it down, swayed to the other side, little Smiley face on the bottom. And then we come up and over and close again. So we go up, down. So it's one circle. Make sure you're nice and flexible in your, in your knees. So the circle is really more from your knees and your hips just go side to side to create that Smiley face at the bottom. So you don't have to do any shocky RAM moves. It's more from your nice but do push your hips side to side to make it look very nice and Central. Okay, let's try with our leaders. We are doing a basic first and then we go into our open close. 12345678123. Tap on for now. The leader is holding us quite close, so we have no choice but to go with his body movement because we're close together like this, he's going to do a circle as well. So we just go with him. Alright, so here we go. 5678. Once more. Just from the open-close, we go 123, core neck lift 567, tabulate. All right, so it's quite an easy movie already know the preparation, just have to get used to that going round. But as long as you're flexible in your nice and never have your knees locked, then that should not be a problem. Let's do it from the other side. 56781234, lift five drops, 678, and then you can just come out of it with a basic. The leader can move back and you keep connected and you go into an open halt. This is the first version. The second version we're going again from an open holes, but this time with a switch, right? So open, open, close, we go 12, switch 34. Now this time, I know the last time we did this move, we tapped on for this time we have to step on four and the leader should indicate that by shifting your weight over on four so you have no choice but to step. Okay? Because as we learned earlier, when we suddenly are in this position, one of us has to adjust timing to make it work. Because here we are mirroring, turning around. One of us was we still going to mirror? We would go away from each other. So one of us has to adjust timing this time. It's us. Okay. So if our steps from the open-close, we go 123, step on four, so there is no tap this time. And then we are going into our circle, 678. So this time the circle is to the other side. Let me just quickly show you. So this time we're stepping out with our right leg out. Drop your hip, push it out, flip over to the other side. Up, transfer and tap. Okay, So lift out, drop, switch up and tap. That's your circle. So this time we're going to the right, so we get practice on both sides. Let's try again. Let's switch a little bit to the side where you go. 123, transfer and four, we go 5, 6, 7, tap on it. Then from here we go into our Ultra that we already learned earlier. We go 123 prep and spend 678. Okay, so you should already know how to come out of this MOOC. Let's try again. 56781234567812345678. Key thing is, keep your knees flexible and when you turn around this time, step on four, put your weight on that foot on four so you can have your right leg free to do the hip circle. One, come back and give for the ladies is when the guy is behind you. There are semi variations. Please, either going to be on his right foot, left foot. But you notice how greener literally just follows my weight change. So I've gone from my right foot to my left foot. She's not fighting me to try and stay on the right. And so that stops the guys and sometimes guys get tempted to kinda push you along and then I'm pushing. It's really rough for her. So I literally all I do is I hold frame and she just follows me from shifting weight. So this is a good practice if you want to understand where the guy's foot is and try and guess it is for on the same as yours and it should be I should go with my leg just like she can lift her left leg. When I dropped by shift the other side, I left my right leg. Zircon Xi. So this is when you control which weight you're on. Because just like, just like in a sequence, when we practiced it from the open close, we go 1234. I'm shifting over on four because I need her right leg to be free so then I can lift and drop. So just make sure that you become aware of that. Sometimes it could be the guy's fault, but trust trying to be mindful when you're working with your partner on where the weight is. So it is trying to send you to your right your right leg does need to be free. Is trying to send you to your left your left leg. Nice to be free. So just use that as a guide to kinda help you with your following.
13. SS Bachata Pw V2 11d Hip Isolations Tips and Practice To Music: All right, let's practice these hip isolations, both versions with a basic in-between partner up, we do a basic to start by 6, 7, 8, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Let's go 1234567812345671234, second version, 6781234567812345678. So there is a very important thing that the guys have to do to make the second version work. So after we did the open-close, we go One, 23, You usually the latest swivel around. Usually the latest would tap on four. But this time we are going to adjust to your timing. And because you are leading, you have to make us realize that. So you have to shift us always to make sure we have our right leg free to do the hip circle. All right. So again from the from the open-close, we go 123 and then shift. So you have to lead us over on for otherwise, we're just going to tap. Okay. So very important. And then we have our leg free to do the hip circle. So for the guys with the open close, depending on where you are with your feet, you can do a different sequence. But if you are one, if you are going to shift the lady to her right right leg would need to be free. Let me demo. So from when I do the open, close one to free, free, I'm here on free at the moment. Only her left leg is free. But I want to give a hip roll to the right. So our shift over to her left, so she's now synchronized with me. So now my right leg is free to lead over to the to the ladies right. 5, 6, 7, 8. Now, with the open close, depending you can pick and choose which you want to be on, depending on what sequence you want to do. But your lead has to be quite clear. And as always, your lead literally just comes from your frame. So I'm not doing it with my arms. I'm not using my arms and it's shifting my weight. And good practice for the guys. Just practice shifting weight with your partner. You're on your right foot, you're on your left foot, your right foot, your knee left. But there are many sequences that work on both feet. So you will be using both feet at some stage to go left or right. In this case, the example is the ladies doing a hip roll to the right, as are we. So just to show you the footwork for the guys, all I'm doing here is I'm preparing 1, 2, 3, and holding my four on my left. Okay, so I'll show that again. All I'm doing is we're normally I go 123, tap on four. Okay. So this time 123, hold a four, and then 5678. So you haven't done much apart from this, just holding a free It's the lady that needs to be shifted. So while you're in that basic position, from here, as you prepare the pair, sorry, my mistake. From here, as I do from the open, close 1, 2, free, tap on four. So it's natural for me, but the lady would be on the wrong foot. So he's a shifter over with your lead. 5, 6, 7, 8. So it's kind of a bit of a dilemma because you're already correct, but your partner, you've turned around and she's going to be naturally on the wrong foot. So you need to shift to over. So you have to just make these little adjustments when you're leading. Let's go through it. Account for practice from the top, 567812 and tap and 56 and prep and 123, tap by 6, 7 basic 12567. Second variation, two, open, close. And 1, 2 lady turned 567, simple outro. 5, 6, 7, 8 bit Music. Reasons evolution. And they said yes to this question. Says, but what, I think very much a casualty.
14. SS Bachata Pw V2 12ab Chest Hip Combo Explanation For Men: Now in this class, factors, welcome to our next section. In this one we're going to cover a combination of the chest and hip. We're going to give you a nice routine which combined the side-to-side movement of both of those body parts. So let's go from the back and show you what the hips will be doing. So from a nice bent knee position, your hips are nice and loose. Your diaphragm is released so you can get the maximum range of motion without trying too hard. So you're going to do is pop your hip up to the left. Then it just follows the chest goes back and then a hip goes back. There's try it again. 12341234. So we covered a lot of isolations in the isolation cause, which gives you a lot of range of motions of these. So if you do want to practice your eyes, their shoes you highly recommend is kinda like is the secret weapon of all dancers. We find the best dancers can isolate at will. So you really want to kinda work on your isolation. It'll give you fantastic tools to play with the music as and when you hear it. So crystal clear oscillations. Let's go again. Nice and slowly. Hips, first, hip. And just practice that it's not going too far just to hip only. There's a hit the hip a few times. Hip. Hip. Hip. And now with a chest. Hip. Chest. Just chest. Any chest, backward and forward, keep the hit where it is on the left side. Good and back. So let's practice that again. We're just going to go hip, chest, chest, hip, hip, chest, chest hit. So that's the basic movement of the day routine we're doing. Now. In reality, when a song has a different rhythms and timings and sometimes it's an instrumentation. You can use these different movements to play with the music. For example, the song might go, gong gut got goo, goo catcoq gone. So instead of going 1234, heard a different sound, which I like to represent. So there's the motion is exactly the same, but the speed of when I reached them is determined by what, unlike any music. But for now, just stick it on a very flat timestep, 1, 2, 3, 4. And then when you become more comfortable the music and you'd like a ribbon world or something in the vocals you like to hear the sound of boom catcoq Gu. You can, you can use that the plate. So it's a lovely little tool to kind of put in your armory, especially how we lead that if I'm a basic 12345678, we're going to go into the interior, very familiar open, close, open, and close. From here, I'm going to go hit out to my left, send the ladies ribs out as well, bring her back and hips back, and then step out. 1234. The count of it for the guys is 1, 2, 3, drop on for hip goes five, chest goes six, just goes seven. Hip goes eight steps, go 1234. Now as always with old hip isolations, I do them as well. I'm not just making a lady move with my arms. I'm actually my arms again quite rigid and my hips are going gone. Gaga, gaga, gaga. Okay, let's try to attache from this side. We go slowly prep 1, 2, 3, drop on for this keeps your feet quite static than the hips go. 5678 and then RPE out 234. Very crucial is that your niece your legs are touching because I feel a lot of their hip isolation from chest leg because you're going to the side and I pick up on that. So when you after your preparation, when you go 1, 2, 3, 4, so make sure you're touching here. So almost give it a little tiny squeeze like this or the latest gives you a little squeeze. But just make sure you really interlocking your knees. And then when you move your hips, your legs also move. And that's what I pick up on your chest isolation. Make sure for this one, you're not twisting. And now with the figure of eight earlier where we did the twist. But for this one, you keep shoulder spawn level and you just going to decide like this. This is the chest isolation for this one, it doesn't need a little bit of practice to build up those muscles to allow this motion. But just be patient and do our exercises we gave you in the isolation course. And then this motion will get bigger, but just make sure you're not tilting in this case. 15. SS Bachata Pw V2 12c Chest Hip Combo Explanation For Ladies: Welcome ladies. This is a combination of a hip and chest isolation that we've put together into tiny sequence k. So I'm going to explain first what your hip bend test is doing and then we're going to do it in partners. So for this 1.5, we're going to have our knees bent. So even in partners I will knees are going to be bent. And then it just move our hips to the right. So we go hip and then move your chest the right and then back, lift the chest and back with the hip. And that's the sequence such as make sure you're really clear on those isolations. Hip just go side to side like this. Side-to-side in this case. And the chest also goes side-to-side. We've just done the figure of eight isolation where we were tilting. Now, for this one is different. So make sure you have your shoulders on one level and you just going side to side. If this is a bit difficult for you, you can practice with your arms out and sort of reach side to side like this. And this movement will get bigger the more you do it because it's just muscles that need to build up. So the more you do it, the bigger it will get. Okay, so practice those isolations, go to our isolation course for help. So for this particular movement, we are going to do bend your knees and we're going to go right chest, chest, ship. Let me show you from the back so you can follow me. We go hips to the right, right chest. The chest and hips. So that's all the isolation you need for now. Let's part the ramp. We are going to go into it like we just did with the other movements we did in the previous modules. From a open-close, let's do a basic first, we go 12345678, open, close three, and we're dropping on four. It's very important that you're connected to the leaders legs. You can almost give like a tiny squeeze to his leg if we turn to the side. So I really have his leg between my legs like this and give it a tiny squeeze so I can feel what he's doing with his legs because he's also doing this movement. Hip, chest, chest tip. And this is what's gonna make me do it so I can pick that up from the legs. All right. Let's try. We go 1, 2, 3, drop on, fall, then hip, chest, Just hip. And then from here we just call up and into basic ones more. 5678123456781234567, whatever you'd like to do. All right. Let's do it from the other side. Make sure the quality of your movement is nice in your open and close because now you can see how often we can use this movement. So you really wanna do it very nicely with your arm and your hip going out. All right. 5678123456, open and close. 123456782345678
16. SS Bachata Pw V2 12d Chest Hip Combo Tips and Practice To Music: Okay, We're in our practice section. So this one is obviously is for us to prove important. This is where you really fine tune all your moves and put it all to music. So let's go for an account for you a couple of times on our site and get you ready for music. We go basic. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, prepay your lovely lady. 1, 2, 3, drop on F4 and hit chest chest, hip and out 234 other side. And basic 23456. Prepare again and 1, 2, 3, 4, hip, chest, chest hit out 2345678. British music.
17. SS Bachata Pw V2 13ab Routine 2 Explanation For Men: Well, I'm not going to open up that often. Next up, we're going to get into next time. And energy to like Okay, we're all lay now up to routine to, we're going to start combining some of the techniques we did in this module's and some from the previous as well. So let's put this routine together and show you something that looks very realistic to what you'll be doing on the dance floor. Okay, so from a lead aspect, I'm going to start off my dance with a basic. We start basic to free tap 5678. We're going to do an open close and go in for the cuddle. So we go 1, 2, 3, 4, a normal outro, just go 5678 from here. Instead of doing an open close, I'm already in the position I need to be. So I'll just stepping with the 1, 2, 3 drop on for and give it a site-to-site hip isolation combination with the chest. So hip, chest, chest, hip. Come out 1, 2, 3, 4. So if you're already in this position, you don't have to keep doing an open and close. You've already got into it. It's kind of just an open door to get into it the position. So the fact that I've done one mean economically segue strange and Av1, so nice and slowly from this side we go and our basic 23, top 567 and prepare 12345678. Easy peasy was our first module. So from here we're going to do the same preparation. 1, 2, 3, drew upon four and the hips hit 5678 straight out. 1, 2, 3, 4. So we've just kinda combined to open and close variations, but we're having to open it because we're already there. So why go through all the work again, it doesn't look so professional. You want to keep things seamless and smooth and natural. So we're here in this open hold position. So I'm going to give the lady and inside turn with a lock and flick, which we did really early on in the improve. Of course, just to give you a reminder, we just spent one to food at a basic by 6, 7 I've prepared my lady. She turns to her right, both arms come up. 1, 2, 3, 4. Remember it now, right, Good. And flick 5678. So that's just something to put in the middle to kind of break up the routine to make it look very different. So we do that one more time. But basic 123, tap 56. Remember your preparation key to a good leader and 1, 2, 3, 4, flick 6, 7, 8. Let's combine those, all those elements into what we have in a moment. How are we ready? Good, basic and a 12 free tax prep, six, open, close and 1, 2 standard round by 6, 7 and prepare to free drop on four and hip, chest. Chest, hip. Good. Moving out to free for prepare 6, 7, 8 lady turns inside, lock and load, flick to an eight. And a good move on from here. All I'm gonna do now is go, is I'm going to get the lady a butterfly we worked on much earlier and I'm gonna go 123456, 78. Just a nice way to get into a closed hole position instead of just throwing them arms of the year and jumping in with a cutoff. Not so prone. From here, a nice butterfly intro, whom have 1, 2, 3, pickup, 5, 6, 7 tab. So let's go now with another variation of the open close, where I'm on the front and Lady give me her back. So we prep one to remember to create a space that you want to make her turn. 234. And we're going to go with a body roll on 5678. And then let's go back to the top. Basic. We go 123 by six, open, close. 345678. From here, 1, 2, 3, drop hip, chest, chest hit out. 2, 3, 4, prepare single turn. 1234, flick 6, 7, 8 butterflies. And 12345678 open-closed with the body roll reverse. So we go 1 2345678. So now we're going to do one or the other variations, but I'm already in this position, so I don't have to do another open close. I'm already here. So instead of moving out, I'm gonna do the vertical circles on the hips. So the hip isolations we did earlier, I'll show you from here. We went 123, tap hip 678, and then the outro and 5678. So you notice I don't have to do to open and closes. If I'm already in a position just about the previous one, I can just go straight into another variation of it. Okay. The show you from this side. Just make sure you always do the 1234 because we showed you all the moves on 5678. You can't do them on 1234, but it will be probably to a different site. So for now, just make sure even though you're already in this position, still do your work, going 1234 and then you do the next move. If it's the isolation or the hip roll or the chest isolation, whatever you like to do, but make sure you still do on 5678, as we showed you, that that site works on 5, 6, 7, 8. Excellent point. Remember with preparing on that 1234. So let's go for the, for the the open and close with a lady turns around me. Step 1. Two, she turns 34, body roll 5678. So from here we're going to prepare and go into a vertical hip roll. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 outro to free and tap and 5, 67 over the head, back into basic 2341. More time. Just practice the last bit so you can combine them to preparation. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. Prepare to F3 vertical hips. 5, 6, 7, 8, easy outro, 1, 2, 3 remits are just a hands into her campaign. 5678. The whole thing from the top. Ready? 567 basic 1234 by six, standard, open, close 1, 2, 3, and 5, 6, 7, 8. Preparing into your side to side hip, chest combat. Prepare to free full hip, chest chest, hip out to free. Preparing 6, 7, 8, single term, free, lock and drop 567. Good. What's next key? Remember butterflies and 12345678 and straight in 1, 2, 3, 4, chest roll, drop and reverse up. Bonaparte me their threat to free for hips 678 and you're beautiful out row 1, 2, 3, and 5, 6, 7, 8.
18. SS Bachata Pw V2 13c Routine 2 Explanation For ladies: Well done ladies who made it all the way to regime to, in this routine, we will combine some of the open close variations with our body isolations and also one move from an earlier module. Let's do it. So we start with our standard close hold and we go into a basic 12345678. Then from here we go straight away into our basic open, close, open, close. 1, 2, 3, 4, enters the turnaround. 5, 6, 7, 8. Nice and easy to start with. Again. 5678123, basic 56781234, turn around 78. Then because we already in this position, the leader doesn't always have to bring you back into an open, close. They can go straight away into the next move, which is what we're doing. We're still doing the same footwork, but we're keeping our hands here. So we're already here after hour turnaround and then we go 1234 into our side-to-side had been chest isolation, 5, 6, 7, 8. Then from here we go into a basic 1234567. Prepare. Let's rewind and just do these two moves together. 567 basic, 123456781, 2345678. And again, pretty fair. 5, 6, 7, 8 Basic 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, prepare. So from here, we are going into our inside term variation with our hands flick. So we go 12345678. You remember this MOOC? I hope so. Otherwise, please go back and have another look and then you'll be ready for this routine. All right. Just put this at the end of our chest, isolation and open close. Let's do it again from the beginning. 567812345678123, turn around, but 678123456781234567812345678. Good. Let's continue. From here we do our normal butterfly. We go 123 back into our standard close hold and 5678. Then from here we are going into a open-close with a switch. So we go 1234 into our body roll 5678. And as we did before, we are going straight into another, into another move, which is happening in this position. So you don't have to get out of this position. The leader will lead you straight into another move. So we go 1, 234, and then we do our hip isolations circle on 5678. Okay. So you can see the pattern. You don't always have to go open-close. It's just a way to get into the move. But once you're in this in the right position, you can do several moves after each other and then you can get out of it. All right. Good. Let's go from the beginning. 56781234567812, 3456781234567812345673. Pair 1, 2, 3, 4. Flip your hands. 6781234567812345678123 and hip sarco 5, 6, 7, 8. Then from here we are doing our standard altro. We go one 234 and you do a turn 5678. And that's already the end of the routine. You can see how slowly now you can see how it just moves around the room and doesn't have set structure. So sometimes we are turning a lot on the turnaround, sometimes only a little bit. And even with after the butterfly when we're in standard told, we might just go sideways. Standard or I might even turn a little bit. Sometimes we do that to show you a better angle, but on the dance floor it's quite free. So just go with the flow. Be very receptive to delete. Don't try to stay on a strict line and do all the moves in this line because it's not so structured in batches. So just feel free and just follow the leader. All right, let's do the whole thing again. From the other side. 5678123456781234567812345678123456781, 234567812345678123456781234567812345678
