1. 1 Introdusction: Hello, everyone. Thank you so much for joining me. Today, we are doing a wonderful flower painting. I choose the daisy flower to paint together and make a beautiful brush stroke in acrylic paint. First of all, we try to hold the canvas or even any surface we are choosing. I choose a wood surface, so try to cover with a reddish color. In the bottom part, you can choose the darker tone a little bit lighter on top. And then we draw the shape of each daisy, like three or four in yellow ochre color, which is so cool for the base of the white flowers and then covered with beautiful leaves around it. With different tone, we can have darker tone for the leaves and add some lighter green on top for make our painting more wonderful and enjoyable. We can add some purply tone and even blue color between our leaves to make the nice composition, and then we are switched to painting each flower. So each petals come with not just the pure white. We add the light blue color, yellow ochre, and the titanium white on it and make it more interest. And for the center, we add yellow and orangy color. So I break all the process to show you how it works. So follow me to make a beautiful painting together. 2. 2 Material list: Hello, thank you so much again for joining me for another beautiful painting with Acrylic. So you see the stuff are here, ready for starting or painting. So just before starting, I would like to talk about the material that we need to have. And then, talking about the painting and start apply on canvas or even any service you're interested. So First of all, I'm talking about the paint that we need. So if you see on the model that we have, it's a colorful painting. The background is more reddish warm color. The beautiful daisy flowers in front, and even the daisy is just a pure white color. We have a lovely bluy color, yellow ochre, and then the shiny part is white. And for the leaves, even we have different green. And just for having some beautiful approach and light color, I add the blue color around. Even you can use some purple around and capture this beautiful daisy in a garden. So have lots of paints, so I use actually all of them, but you don't have to. If you have just three colors like blue, red and yellow, you can get the other colors, which is secondary colors. These are primary, red, yellow, and the blue color. So we know that if we mix these two together, we will get green. If we mix these two together, we will get orange. And if we mix these two together, like blue and red, we will get purple. So you see if you have these three colors, these are the primary colors, so you will get the secondary colors. And if you have white color, can make all the colors lighter, Black can make all the colors darker. So but just in case I have yellow, I have just let me see. I would like to have yellow ochre. But if you don't have it around, it's okay. Yeah. I have it. Sorry. Yellow ochre is a greenish yellow, so it's good for the base of this part of the daisy. And then I'm going to add white color and even the touch of blue color. It can be light blue, sorry, it can be ultrame blue, or if you have light blue color, like what's this brilliant blue. That's the good option as well. And I'm going to use different green for the background, for the leaves and everything. You can make darker with brown and black or lighter with white and yellow. These are about the paint, so I make it busy with so many options that we have as a paint. So let me put them aside and yeah, these are about the paint. The other things that we can use it is actually, we need it, so it's a palette knife. And brushes. So for this painting, because I'm going to work on smaller size, so I don't need really large size of brush, so it's okay. We apply with a smaller size. You can compare it with your finger. And these are curvy brush, so it's Filbert. I love fiilbertF flowers, it's really lovely to get the shape of petals easier. And specifically, we don't need round and pointed brush for this painting. But if you like to have a details, you can use that. And then palette knife to mix or paint. It's a good material to use. And then I would like to mix my paint on top of the palette paper because it's just one paper sheet. After I mix and then finish my painting, I put in a garbage, so I don't need to clean it after that. And then we need a glass of water to clean our brushes, rag or napkin to wipe it. And yeah, the important things, which is the surface we are going to work with. So we know we can apply on canvas. We have different kind of canvas like a paper, like a board, like gallery or standard canvas or the same, we can work on top of the wood. So wood surface if you see it look like the standard canvas. So you can work on it, and even you can go with the gallery, which is thicker on the edge, you can go with a board or any kind of wood surface you like. I really love the wood surface, so I'm going to start painting on the surface. So if you have everything around, yeah, let's start, apply or paint on the palette and start painting. It 3. 3 Colouring the background: Okay. So I'm thinking about the background first for this one. Actually, the size of the canvas or any surface we are going to work doesn't matter at all. So it can be squares can be ova, square oval, rectangular and any kind of shape you like to work on, that's perfect. I just print it in a simple square shape. It's six by 6 ", I would like to try that one, which is so cool. And first of all, I would cover all the surface of my canvas, sorry wood with red color. And even when I'm moving down, I would like to apply a little bit darker tone. You can make the color darker with black or with brown. Woo. Would be okay. So I'm going to make it dark with brown. And so larger size of brush, heavy paint like that, and start applying on the surface. Doesn't matter left to right, or right to left. Just try to cover it. That helps us to draw the daisy flowers or any kind of things easier because we get rid of the white of canvas, even we get rid of the creamy color of wood, which is bothering sometimes to cover it. I try to cover half of it with just a few red. Even for the edges, you can cover the edge with a black color or you can cover just the color of the design that we already have in our painting. Both are fine. I would continue with my paint to the edge because of that. It's easier to cover right away with the reddish color and even side of the canvas. The other good point about acrylic is dry fast, so you don't need to be worried about anything. I just cover it. Now I'm going to mix a little brown with it. Make sure because brown is very dark. If you would like to mix with the red, make sure to have more amount of red and less amount of brown. And bring it on your canvas. Try to blend these two color. We know that the leaves will come on top and cover it. For sure, it's covered, but I don't like to have a line separate these two color from each other. I would try to blend them and even this brush stroke a little bit come higher, which is lovely like that. On the side, I don't want to bring it on the center to try to make it like this and even maybe we need more white, sorry, red color, apply. So just a pure red sometimes help us to cover more browny color. But all these brush stroke give us a lovely texture for the part of our painting, which is landscape and flowers. 4. 4 Painting Daisy Flowers: Okay. So our background is dry. Let, but it's short and. And then I would start with the base of flowers. So I'm going to add my yellow ochre color. So I'm using smaller brush. Little bit, make it wet and take heavy paint again. It depends where you would like to place your flowers. Sorry what's inside doesn't need to follow exactly the model, but I would go with that, start one here, one there, a little bit of side here, and then one here. So it's like an oval shape, but I try not to exactly because the background is finished. So I try to follow the shape of petals. I know that it's not white, but would be okay. You can do the base with this. Even this is a center, which is a circularly part, you can make it larger. The petals, each petals design each petals like that. For some artists, is really challenging to not adding the drawing, but not for everyone. It's okay. Even when you go through the background color, don't worry because it's acrylic. Again, you can cover it with other colors with the green colors or you can come back with a red color to cover it. Feel free to practice and here's color is white. Then one other flower, I'm doing here on exactly bottom part. Again, the center is something like this, and I'm going to add the petals on top with the design of petals, pointing on a tip and a thicker on the bottom part when it's connect to the center of the flowers, you can just go with the shape of your brush and design it. And even when you're going to the side, try to move the shape of petals for the side. Make sure the tip is pointy and if you use heavy and thick paint would be great. And then try to shape the petals from the bottom part of flowers like that. Turn it this way. Let me again separate it with brown. So this is with the brown. I just separate it and then make it busy with yellow ochre. Because the base of the flower, I would go with yellow ochre. So even I'm not covered all the yellow ochre, after that, I will keep some part of it. But look like the oval shape. The facing of flowers is toward left side. And the stem come from this way. Now about the other one, which is browny here and half of the flower visible. But the point because we would like to continue to the edge, so we can move on the other side, like that. Continue. Because if you want to keep it like this, just the red, it's okay. If not, you can continue to the edge. The rest of your flowers petal is coming this side. Even for this one as well, a little bit, not so much, a little bit come from a side. Like that. Then we can wait, get dry. A 5. 5 Adding Leaves in between: Okay. So we don't need to actually completely pat everything that dry just, which is I'm going to add more paint around. And I just go with more color like yellow ochre that we have already. Green, black and white, I'm going to add these colors. I would add the leaves a little bit around. First of all, make the dark color for the leaves, mix green and black together to reach darker tone. And I'm going to use the pure black as well. This is good for darker tone and clean it. So the rest, I would make it a little bit lighter. I'm going to mix with yellow ochre and white to rich lighter color. Yellow can make it lighter and even warm, but white, just make it light. Okay. And then move on with it. I think I move on to add with the larger size of brush that I use for the background color. So I'm going to take this Drertn first, apply everywhere that I would have covered with the leaves. Even the reason I add the background color red is because I don't want to be worried about the white of canvas. I would like to keep some reddish color on my background, which is lovely to be visible. I just can't add a little bit leaves everywhere around at the right time. At the same time, I can just go with the pure leaves as well, pure. Green, cover it, try to show it like this shape. But anytime if you would like to add a purple on top, blue on top, pink on top, any colors, feel free to add, so the reason I move with what's this brush? Filbert brush is because the shape of brush helped me to make the round shape of design. When I bring it, the screen on top it more visible. You the screen. You see, it's already give me beautiful texture, beautiful design. Even I cover some part of this, pedals, that's fine. It's okay. We will bring the white color on top later. And, yep, that's it. So let me add a little more green. I have a Turquoise color as well. I just sometimes interested to add Turquoise in some point on my painting, which is lovely. I wait a little, get dry. Even we can add some shape of the leaves on the edge as well like that. Don't have to do all of it at the same time. I know which is wet is challenging and sometimes make your hand dirty. Is not good for everyone. So just would like to show you what happened. Even the bottom part I'm going Okay. Steel is wet because of the technique that we work on it. It's really thick, so it's wet. I just think about bringing some heavy red color for the background on top like that. You see, it's beautiful to have a texture, not very flat surface. Even we can make it a little bit purple with a blue. Oh, wow, lovely blue, purply color. You see here. Such a fantastic purple we can have. And then we can use it. In our painting, just randomly everywhere you like. Or even if you like more burgundy color, try to add more red instead of blue. That help your color more be burgundy. Or even if you like more texture in red, apply with red, but make sure to have heavy paint. You see, I just go with a really thick paint, heavy and thick. Because of that, it takes time to dry would be okay even between the painting. I would love to add some purple. It's a nice feeling everywhere or even pure blue. And that's happen randomly I just think about, but I make sure to have a balance everywhere. So I don't want to make one part heavy with one color. I try to use as a balance. So I'm going to add the purple everywhere and the blue everywhere. And then later, I'm going to add around the background too. Okay. So let me clean the brush. 6. 6 Make Daisy White: Okay, so we finish the top part of the background. We add the leaves around. We add some effect of the purple color and everything, which is so interesting in our painting. Now I would at the center. So I'm going to add, first of all, what color we need? The orangy yellowy, a little red, more yellow ochre. I'm going to bring on top. But it doesn't really visible, it doesn't show it very much because of the yellow ochre that we already have. But I would make it with a little bit color here, and then one for the flowers, the petals. Later, you can again apply, don't worry about it. You don't have to do it right now. If you like to keep it, be brown and then add the orange yellow tone on top. Ill do the same. It by the way with both. Now I'm going to start the petals. First of all, thick white color, which is lovely to add. A little bit yellow and a little bit blue mix with it, very tiny bit because I would have some very light tone like that. I'm not move on with the shiny color at the beginning and randomly apply on top. More color. Very little use the blue or yellow ochre and try to apply and you see little by little, we will make the daisy more accurate. Then you can go with a pure yellow ochre at the same time, it depends or even blue at the same time. We will see when we need to bring what color we will bring it. But prefer not to use right away the pure white color. We will do it a little later to let it finish, show that the finishing part and just make it easy as much as petal you would like to ring. I have to move on with the brown a little bit, but I will do it later. For this one, I'm going to start here. Design of the pedal, try to shape this design for each petal. If it's a little sticky, just And here. And you see that because of the surface which is wet, some green color come in my brush and mix with it. So it's fine. A little bit bluey tone for this. And then again back to white colour to apply. More and more. Thick paint always great. You can exaggerate on any part you would like to show more. But make sure bring so many layers of petals on top of each other. And even when you would like to show the light or the pure white color, it's better not to be everywhere, somewhere and then very heavy and thick and let it dry. I go here with a pure white color more and a little bit is two side. Even here then more yellow occur, sometimes we need to apply pure. Sometimes happened tip is really not completely visible, you can work on a tip a little bit, make it liny pointy like that. And then on top, bring the pure white color. Or for the pure white color, you can let it dry and then bring it. Now I would like to one for the edge. You already forget this part. It's the same at the other part. Just try to apply more brush stroke with pure paint of white and yellow with blue, and a little bit here. But you know that when we add the pure white color, it's pop out. Okay. So I try to mix it like that. And that's it. Yeah, we're finished with our painting. So you can let it dry and then see if you like to add more petals, more colors, white color, or even more thick paint. It depends. If you don't like to add as much like this, it's okay. You can leave it like that. I like it like this. I don't want to add more than this paint. So yeah, I hope you enjoy it. Just let me it's wet, but I try my best to show it as much as possible. Ds are beautiful. Painting in a little small six by 6 ", which is so cool. Hope you enjoy it and hope to see you again for another video and painting together. Have a great day. Bye bye.
