1. Intro: Design your actionable goal setting framework
with AI and Kalba. You will also use notion
Pinterest and Chad GPT. Hello, I'm Kasail and here is something I've
learned the hard way. Big exciting changes don't just happen because
you want them to. They happen when you
are ready to put in the quiet glamorous work. Last year, I decided to stop letting
distractions pull me in every direction and started designing my mom's
with intention. And to do that, I created my own goal setting
framework, not rigid plans, but a system that gave me
clarity about what to focus on and confidence that I was moving forward in
the right direction. The biggest benefit. I wasn't scrambling to do
everything at once or stressing over what I should be doing right now because
I knew what to do. Instead, I had this sense
of calm and control, knowing that I was building
something meaningful and doing it in this sustainable
way step by step. That's what this
course is about. It's not a hype session or the productivity formula from the productivity
guru, which I'm not. It will be very, very personal. It's going to be
mostly about you. We will be using a
few different tools like Cava Pinterest, AI that might
surprise you a notion to turn your hopes for this
year into something tangible, a plan that feels like you. We will start with
what inspires you, build a roadmap that
works in real life. And use tech to make it easier. This course is for
dreamers who are ready to get practical and do the action. The ones who put their goals
off for years are ums, but aren't willing
to give up on them. If that's you, let's design
your upcoming mums together. I will show you what has worked for me and more importantly, how to make it work for you. So join me, and your future
self will thank you for that.
2. Class Project: Plus project. Okay, so listen. I know the notes and insights
you will gather throughout the course will be
deeply, deeply personal. They're yours, and they
are meant to guide you in building a future that
feels right for you. So I won't be asking
you to share them all. No way. I won't do that. But if you're up for it, I'd love for you to
shed just one thing, one little thing, one thought. So choose one element of the framework you will
create during this course. Maybe it's the goal you've clarified and intention
you've set or even a small but
meaningful insight that came up for you
during the course. And like I said before, it doesn't have to be a
full story, one thought. Maybe it's something like I realize I need to set
aside weekends for my creative project because they re charge me more
than I thought. Maybe that's something like
my focus for next month is to build stronger
boundaries at work so I can spend more
time with my family. Also, you don't have
to overthink it. Choose one thing, one thing that you feel comfortable
sharing with me and sharing with our
community here and go to class product section and share this one thing right away, right when you
feel you're ready. It can be as short as one
sentence, two sentences. And it can also be a long essay. It's completely up to you. I don't want to limit you and I don't want
to overwhelm you. So choose the length
you prefer and post it. Right. And I was thinking about many different class project
homeworks for this class. But I chose this one because
I feel it's most personal, it's most interesting
to come up with. And because I'm so excited to see what this process
has sparked for you. And when looking at
other people's projects, remember your journey doesn't have to look like
anybody else's. This is all about you. So let's look at all the project with
curiosity, with an open mind, but never compare
your project to any other one because there is no way to compare them.
Keep that in mind.
3. Before We Start Our 8-Step Framework : Begin our eight steps
process framework. Before we begin the process, let me explain in
a few words why I think this method and
this framework is so practical and why it
eliminates the pressure and makes achieving our your
goals so much more doable. Today we will take your
goals for upcoming months, big or small and make
them actionable. We will use tools like Canva
to visualize your dreams, pin tress, to spark ideas
and identify what vibes, what ideas, and what visions you identify with the most and AI to a inspiration and to plan with milestones
and with trackers. But the goal is so much bigger
than just making the plan. For me, and I think
for you as well, this isn't just
about productivity. I believe it's about
creating life that feels aligned with what
matters to you most. The importance of setting
intentional actionable goals. I prefer to focus on six, ten or 12 upcoming months, but it can be a shorter or longer period of time if you
prefer it that way. It's also completely up to you. I won't tell you you have
to work with 12 months. It can be six, ten months. It can be any amount, any period of time you prefer. So I will mostly
talk about 12 months because that's my
preferred length. I prefer to think about 12
months a year from now. When I do my planning, but feel completely free
to modify this period, your preferences, and
you can let me know in the discussion
section which period of time is your preference. What was your choice? When I think about
upcoming 12 months, planning for it,
dreaming about it, getting excited about it, yeah. But I know when I
talk about it loudly, I can get this
reaction planning. It feels Oh. Sounds like a chore
already, doesn't it? Because I know planning for many of you can be very work related. It sounds like a spreadsheet
full of obligations, tasks, responsibilities,
more pressure. It's enough to make you want to crawl back into
the bed with a cup of T and let the word
spin on without you. But here's the thing. I believe planning doesn't have
to feel like that. It can be exciting. Planning doesn't
have to feel like being shackled to
someone else's rules, like it very often
happens at work, especially in the
corporate world because today it's not about turning yourself into
a productivity robot who churns out results
every quarter, like some corporate KPIs. No. Planning when you do
it for yourself should be about building the
life you want to live. A life that really fits you. It will be cliche, but
I think you should design the life that fits you
like your concrete jumper. You just feel good with it. Yeah, it really
does sound cliche. But yeah, that's what I think. It was, um, it was just the first comparison
that came to my mind. Sorry. But I know even this process, even planning for yourself, it can also be stressful and unpleasant when you
don't know yourself. When you are still hesitating, which steps you should take, which direction
you should choose. This is especially very stressful when you
are multi passionate. When you have so many passions, you are not sure
which career path or which path in general you
should follow right now, which step should
be your next one. So in this course, we will also focus on
your deeper needs, your deeper dreams, and
we will take steps, and we will take time
to identify them. But let's go back to the
planning for a moment. Why do we do it,
though? Why plan? Because, let's be honest, we are not all naturally gliding through life on a
cloud of go with the flow. For most of us, I think, if we don't plan, we
wake up on, for example, January 1 with a head full
of fuzzy resolutions, and then somehow link
and it's October. And where are we
still standing in the same spot
scratching our heads, wondering where the year went. And, listen, I want to make this not about feeling
guilty, not about guilt. It should be about
freedom instead. The kind of freedom you only get when you decide
what you want, what you want to
do with your time and your energy and your life. Not because society
told you to or your parents told
you to or some loud, handsome guy on Instagram. Even if he has
acute acute beard. But just because you said so to yourself because you feel this is something
you want to do. This will give you this
satisfying feeling of self confidence
because, yeah, I truly believe self confidence
comes from doing what you promised yourself to do from doing what you said
you're going to do. Now, let me ask you this. Have you ever really thought about what you would like
your life to look like? Not what it's supposed
to look like. Not the career, the house, the holidays, the
good life checklist. We're all handed at birth. I mean, you. You version. Your secret version. What gets you up in the morning? What kind of thoughts? What makes you laugh so hard? You snort? What makes
you so focused, you forget to check your phone. I will tell you something. The upcoming months are the
perfect canvas for painting that picture and for getting
closer to your dream. To a secret dream vision. Because no matter what you
are going through right now, when we are waiting for the
perfect time, it never comes. So the timing is right. Yes. The world around is
very stressful right now. The world is changing
faster than ever. All systems are breaking down, and while that feels very
scary for me, as well. Won't deny it's also
a massive opportunity because I really think in
these uncertain times, we need to focus on what we can control because it can
give you a clearer head, and I think this is something we all need more than ever now. But here is where
it gets tricky. Most of us don't actually
know very well what we want. And that's okay. It's not our fault, I think, because the education
system at any point, didn't teach us
how to dream big, how to identify what
we want from life. It taught us how to pass test, fill out forms, and
show up on time. But unfortunately, this is
not where the story ends. You can figure it out what
you really want from life. And that's what we
are going to do today together because I truly feel and I truly
believe identifying your goals and then turning
your dreams into a plan. Is the biggest
investment you can make. And the return of
investment is crazy. It will be crazy because I know when we talk with
friends or family, we often brag about our dreams. But sometimes we
aren't quite sure if the dreams we brag
about are really ours. And sometimes the
case is different. We think about our secret dreams quite a lot,
but they stay there. They stay in this dream zone. We feel like they are safer
there in the dream zone. But, look, I really believe
life is too short and too precious not to try to go after your dreams and
your deeper needs. Just try, one step at a time. But, okay, I know this is
not a motivational course. I'm here to tell you and
show you the exact steps. Every change and every
radical decision is scary, feel scary. That's why I don't recommend big steps and radical
changes most of the time. Today, we will rather focus on baby steps that are going
to take you really far, and it will happen
without any big shock or big pressure because we are going to do
that step by step.
4. Why Plan for Upcoming Months? : I plan for upcoming
months setting the stage. I know some of you prefer
the science based facts, and I'm also in
this group myself, and that's why I prepare some
hard data to show you now. So we can start the process
with high motivation, and you can also I realize that it isn't some
manifestation, but rather a process to
identify and clarify a plan so you can really achieve what's
truly important for you. Goals improve performance. A study from Dominican
University of California found that people who write down their goals are 42% more likely to achieve them
compared to those who didn't. Written goals
provide clarity and act as a constant
reminder of priorities. Planning increases
success rates. Research from the American
Psychological Association shows that creating a
detailed plan increases success rates by up
to 50% because it reduces uncertainty and helps people
anticipate challenges. Small steps increases
your chances for success. Breaking down into
smaller actionable steps boost motivation, and studies show that achieving smaller
milestones activates the brain's reward center releasing dopamine which
motivates continued hot. Time management
improves efficiency. Planning helps allocate
time effectively. A study by McKins
revealed that 87% of executives waste time daily due to a lack of
clear priorities, showing that structured
plans prevent wasted energy and
increase productivity. This is exciting Visualization
enhances results because it's a mental
mental rehearsal. Neuroscience research
indicates that visualizing success activates
the same brain regimes as actually experiencing it. This mental rehearsal can
improve performance by up to 20% according to
studies in sports psychology. Accountability multiples
chances for success. A Harvard Business School study found that individuals who
share their goals with someone they trust 76% more likely to achieve them compared to those who
don't involve others. That's why it's a
good idea to share this one element of your
plan in our class project, it just a friendly reminder. Specific goals leads
to better outcomes. Look and Lathams goal
setting theory reveal that specific and challenging
goals lead to higher performance compared
to vogue or easy goals. This research showed that specificity increases
focus and effort, indeed. Tracking progress
improves the outcome. Research published
in the Journal of applied psychology found
that people who track their progress towards
goals are 33% more likely to complete
them than those who don't monitor
their achievements. Planning reduces
cognitive overload. Planning reduces mental clutter, and study in the Journal
of Personality and Social psychology show that creating a plan lowers
cognitive stress, making it easier to
focus on execution. And now disagernic effect the unfinished goals stay
at the top of your mind. Psychological studies
on the Z garni effect show that unfinished tasks
remain on your memory, creating a psychological
push to complete them. Planning helps organize and resolve these
incomplete intentions. So I think we have
a lot of reasons. I think you have
a lot of reasons to complete this course. Right?
5. Retrospection - Reflect on Past Months: Respection. We will
reflect on past months. Okay, so we need to
start by looking back before we can look forward. Now we will reflect
on past months, what worked, what didn't, and lesson learned
along the way. So we need to make the
past months useful, looking back and noticing
how these past months we will help you identify how you feel about
different parts, different areas of your life, and what was and what
wasn't in port for you. So right now, we
need to focus on the past six or 12 months or
any past period you prefer. And we will focus
on what worked, what didn't, what
surprised you the most? What are the moments that
stick out good or bad? And yes, we will write them
down, write them down. Don't overthink it, write everything that
comes to your mind. So what are you proud of? What was meant to be
finished by then, but you just didn't make it. I've also prepared the questions that can help you
with this process. You can take a screenshot or actually several
screenshots and answer them in your notebook or
maybe in your notes app. I'm also sharing the link
to these questions in the notion template if
you prefer it that way. And I've divided the questions
into six categories. Personal achievements and joy. What made you feel happiest
in the past month? What accomplishments
big or small, are you most proud of? What moments or
activities brought you a sense of purpose
or fulfillment? What unexpected successes
or wins did you experience? If you had to choose one thing that worked
really well for you, what would it be and why? The second category
challenges and struggles. What did you struggle with
the most in past months? What kept you feeling
stuck or held back? What patterns or habits cause challenges or
stress in your life? Were there goals you
set but didn't achieve? Why do you think that happens? What moments or decisions
left you feel disappointed? Now, the next category is
health and well being. How well did you prioritize your physical
and mental health? Did you notice times when you felt burnout or overwhelmed? What led to those moments? What activities or habits helped you feel
energy and healthy? The next category is
relationships and social life. Which relationships brought
you most joy or support? Were there any conflicts or difficulties in your personal or professional
relationships? How did you handle them? Did you spend
enough quality time with the people who
matter most to you? The next category is
productivity and focus. What help you stay productive and focus on your priorities? Were the tasks or goals
you procrastinated on, what contributed to
that procrastination? How effectively did you
manage your time and energy? And now the last category,
future alignment. What area of life you feel
you neglected the most? And where do you think you
made the most progress? And how can you build
on that moving forward? And, yeah, I know. These
are a lot of questions. You don't have to
answer them all. But I think our lives deserve this kind of attention
at least once a year. To be honest, it
always amazed me how much time people are willing
to spend, for example, planning vacations,
planning honeymoon, or planning the perfect gift
for the person you love. Yet, we often hesitate to
devote even one full day to plan our future and make the strategy to achieve
what we truly dream of. But here is the thing taking the time to reflect, set goals, and map out what matters most isn't just an
act of self care. It's a way to make your upcoming
months more intentional, more focused and most aligned
with what you truly want. So like I said before, the return of investment
can be incredible. A few hours of
thoughtful reflection can now save you
months of stress, uncertainty, and
second guessing later. So take your time with this. And then take a deep breath and think about the
upcoming months. For example, a year from now, not a generic year, your year. What would make it
feel like a win? But not what would
make it look good on social media or what would
impress other people? No, what would make you deep insight proud, happy, fulfilled. If you don't know yet, that's also fine
because that's what the rest of this course is
for. We will figure it out. And also spoiler alert, but I think I've
already told you that. We are going to use some
clever tools to help AI, like HTPT for brainstorming
and breaking things down. Cava for creating visuals that inspire you and
keeps you on track, not because you need
tools to live your life, but because sometimes they can take the edge
of the overwhelm.
6. Identify Your Key Life Domains with AI: Identify your key
life domains with AI. Now we are going to do some soul digging because the goals should make you feel a little nervous but also very, very excited. The ones that if you
actually achieve them will make you look back and
this year and think, Yeah, I nailed it that year. And let's be honest,
defining big goals can feel very very overwhelming because
where do you even start? You've got your career
stuff, your health stuff. You become better human stuff. And suddenly, it's
just too much stuff. And this is where I specifically hATGPT comes in to save the day. In my personal opinion, HAGPT is amazing
for brainstorming. It's a little bit like having a good friend who is
endlessly curious, never tired, full of
ideas and really, really good and asking
the right questions. Of course, the trick is
knowing how to use it. And, of course, I will walk you through what has worked. For me. The first step, identify
your key life domains. So first, we need to figure out what areas of your life you actually want to focus the most. Not what other people
think you should focus on your and only
your priorities. For example, for me, this
year it's a mix of career, health, and personal growth. Relationships are also
very important for me, but I'm most comfortable with my closest circle is quite
small, quite, very small. And I'm happy with how my closest relationships
are right now. So it isn't the
live domain I want to work on and
transform this year. But your list might look
completely different. And here are how you can identify your key
life domains easier. Here is the pump I have
crafted for this purpose. I want to identify
the key life domains. I should focus on this year to create meaningful
growth and fulfillment. Start by considering
my recent challenges. Here you type in what you
struggle with the most in the past months and what
brought me the most joy, and here you type in
a moment or activity that made you feel
truly, truly happy. Next, reflect on my
current priorities. Here you type in what you feel is most important
to you right now, and compare them with what I
think I've been neglecting. And here you type in
areas of life you feel need more
attention from you. Think about my long
term vision for myself. Here you type in where you
see yourself in 1-5 years. And align that vision with the areas of life that
matter most to me, such as relationships,
health, career, creativity, finances,
or personal growth. Factor in current limitations like time, energy, or resources, and here you type
in what feels like the biggest constraints
for you and identify the domain where I can
make the most impact this year without
spreading myself too thin. And as you can see, the flats from the
previous chapter, your previous reflection
will help you fill out this complex HAGPTPmpt. You can also take the questions from
the previous chapter, paste them along with
your answers into HAGPT let it help you
analyze your reflections. And this will allow
it to come up with even more personalized and thoughtfully analyzed
options for you. So that's also a
good and smart idea. And I know this might
sound like much work. It might make the
process a little longer. But trust me, it's worth it. Because by giving HGPT more context about your
thoughts, challenges and wins, you will get much
deeper insights and more actionable
suggestions tailored to your very unique situation. And HGPT will spit out a list things like
finances, creativity, physical health, mental
well being, hobbies, social connections,
spirituality, less long. And you don't have to use all
of them, reflect on them, and pick only the ones that actually resonate
with you the most. For example, maybe you decide your top areas I have career
health and creativity, and that's great
because now you've got a foundation
to focus on and to work within instead of just a big pile of goals that
feels very overwhelming. For example, here's
what Chachi PT told me when I shared
my answers with it. I feel like these
final takeaways are really, really on point. And I agree with them. And yeah, the analysis
is really accurate. I feel a little bit almost naked mentally when I share such personal
things with you. But I do it mostly because I hope it will inspire
you or give you this motivation to take
your time to finish today's process for yourself and see that it's
really working. And as you can see
here, sometimes HBT will try to give you ideas for solutions and
steps instantly, right away. But for now, focus on the
final takeaways the most because we will brainstorm steps and specific goals
a little differently. My framework includes a
little different step, a little different
idea to do that.
7. Brainstorm Goal Ideas with ChatGPT: Next brainstorm goal
ideas with hL GPT. Now we are going to pick a few key goals for
each key live domain, ones that feel meaningful
and motivating for you. Sometimes these goals are
already in your mind, super clear and specific because you've been thinking about
them for a long time. For example, I know, for 100%, going to lose seven kilos
this year to get back to the weight where I
felt my healthiest. So that goal of mine
is super clear. I know I have to do that to feel healthier and be healthier. But other times, you know the
area you want to focus on. You need to focus on,
like, for example, career, health or creativity, for example, but you're not quite sure what
specific goals to set. And that's also okay because that's where CGPT
can come in handy. Write down any specific
goal you already have. So first, if you've already been dreaming about these
specific goals, if you already have
some specific goals in your mind because you've been thinking about them
for a long time and you know you have to do that, write them down now. For example, here
is what on my mind. This is, of course, only
a small part of my goals, but I don't want you to
overwhelm me with a long list, so this is the part of it. So for career, I
want to monetize my hotel content creation and build a strong network
of connections. So opportunities will
start coming to me. I need to optimize
my workflow because I want to work less for
clients and official projects. And spend more time on my
personal creative work. Though this goal needs to be more specific
to be actionable, and I know I need to
avoid overworking myself in this not so smart
way that isn't productive, but just getting
closer to burnout. I need to figure out how to
monetize my creative site more smartly without getting
closer to burning out. And for health, as
you already know, go back to my old weight, the one I felt best at before I let sweets and cakes back into my life in such big portions and exercise at least
four times a week, even if it's just for 20, 30 minutes a day. So that's the part of my list because simple
specific goals makes the vision for the
upcoming months or for the upcoming year
so much clearer. But if you're unsure, of what to focus on. That's where this brainstorming, this step number two will help. Step number two, let TAGPT help you
brainstorm your goals. So if you don't have
clear goals yet or you simply want to
expand your options, I think this is the
perfect time to use HGPT to make it all clearer. And here is my refined prom, the prompt I crafted
for this purpose. You can use this to brainstorm, and it really will help you. And this is the
prompt I crafted. I want to bring storm goals
for my key live domains and here you type in list your
key life domains such as, for example, career, health, creativity, relationships,
you get the point. Help me identify at least 20 specific actionable
and achievable goals for each domain that I could set for and here
you write a time frame. This year, the next six months, just the time frame
you want to choose and you've already chosen
in the previous chapters. Feel free to include ideas
that are small, medium, and ambitious and explain why each goal might be
valuable or impactful. For example, let's say one of your key life domains for the upcoming time
frame is career. CLGPT might give you things like launch a new
personal project or rent, build a professional
network of 50 new contacts, speak at a conference or
event in your industry, learn a new skill, and get a certification. Some of these might
jump out at you. Yes. And some might feel like, Oh, man, that's not my. That's totally fine. Point
is to get ideas flowing and choose only the ones that
resonate with you the most. So do this reflection for each live domain from your list from the
previous chapter. And yes, you will end up
having a ton of ideas. And that's exactly what
we want at this stage. A big messy brainstorming. But remember to choose
only the ones that resonate with you on a deeper
level. So take your time. Don't rush and
connect with yourself to distinguish which goals resonate with you on
this deeper level. The first step, refine
and narrow down. The harsh truth about life is that you can't do everything, and you don't want to
end up with a list of 20 big goals because
let's face it. If these goals are
really big, too big, you will burn out by
next month and you will feel disappointed
and stressed out, and that's exactly
what we need to avoid. So once you have your
list, look at it. Look at this new list
of your goals and ask yourself looking
at each goal. Does this goal
excite me for real? Remember to be totally
honest with yourself. That's the key
rule. Will it make a meaningful
difference in my life? Is it something I can realistically work
towards this year, this quarter or, you know, any time frame you've
already chosen? And if you're not quite sure, you can ask hATPT for help. That's also where HGPT
really can do a good job. So type in something like, can you help me
prioritize these goals or what's a realistic timeline for achieving here you type
in your specific goal? Of course, AI isn't perfect, but I think it's
surprisingly good at helping you think things
through think things through. So many T words. For example, let's
say you narrow down your career goal to
launch a personal brand. That's still a pretty big goal. And to be honest, it's a little bit gue. So it's a really smart
idea to break it down. So you can ask Ta GPT, what are the goals I need to set to launch a personal
brand this year? Any time frame. Now you got a list of goals you can set
that are much more attainable than just launch a personal branch
because I think, you know, we need to make our goals as much
specific as possible, just to make sure we can
measure the progress we made. And when it comes
to the big goal as launch a personal brand, it's too big because
you can, for example, set up your social
media profiles and say, Yeah, I've launched
a personal brand. So you need to make
goals like this more actionable and much
more and also, that's what we are going to
discuss in the next lesson.
8. Break Down Each Goal into Smaller, Even More Actionable Steps: Break down each
goal into smaller, even more actionable steps. So, alright, we've got
a list of your goals. They're shiny,
they are exciting, and they are staring at you, like, Okay, now what? And that's the tricky
part because goals, when we set them are inspiring. Yeah, they really are,
especially when they are a good fit for
you, for your future. And I hope the
process you took in the previous lessons and
the previous chapters help you identify
only these goals that are a good fit for you. But these goals can feel sometimes very often,
a bit massive, like standing at the
bottom of the mountain and realizing you have no idea
how to get to the top. The trick is, of course, this you don't climb the
whole mountain in one leap. You take it one step at a time, and breaking all the
goals down into small, very actionable and doable
steps is how you do that. So yes, even with
the goals which we already have broken
down into smaller ones, we need to work on them too. And here is also
where HAGPT comes and clutch because you
already know that. This tool is amazing for taking something big
and a little bit overwhelming and turning it into a plan that actually feels
doable and is doable. The first step,
we will use JAGPT to create step by step roadmaps. So let's start with
one of your beagles. Maybe it's something
like mine lose seven kilos during
the next six months. It sounds great on
paper, very ambitious. But what does that even mean? What does losing
seven kilos involve? What needs to happen first
in order to achieve that? So we need to open up TGPT
and ask something like, what are the steps to lose seven kilos in six
months or the prompt? How do I break down a goal and here you type in
your first big goal. ChaGPTDn will give
you a list of steps, things like in my case, that was the list I got. So set realistic
goals aim to lose approximately one half
to one pound per week, which is a healthy rate, track your progress weekly
or bi weekly instead of daily to avoid discouragement
from minor fluctuations, create caloric deficit of
300 to 500 calories a day, eat more whole foods,
control poison size, reduce added sugar, and proceeds
foods and stay hydrated. And looking at that list
for your first goal, we've got starting point. So that goal isn't
only a shining, pretty sentence that
doesn't mean much. So go through your whole list. Like that to see what
this goal can include, what it can mean when we dig deeper into each
goal from your list. Because maybe build
a website and all the social media feels too overwhelming to
start with right now. So you will replace
it with set up an Instagram account and
start posting twice a week. Or maybe HAGPT will suggest you something you
hadn't even thought of, like writing a mission statement for your personal brand
as the first step, just to clarify that and have a much clearer vision
of what you want to achieve and what kind of personal brand
you want to create. The idea here is to let AI guide the brainstorming process for you and then tweak the roadmap. So each goal feels
achievable for you. And as I've already told you, do that with each
goal from your list, and here's the prompt
for you to copy. How do I break down a goal?
Here you assert the goal? What should it involve? What needs to happen first? And now we need to
do this step number two set quarterly milestones. I think here's the
thing most people don't like about big goals.
They take time. You're not going to cross the finish line in one
day or even one month. That's where milestones come in. They break your big goal
into smaller chunks, so you can focus on what needs
to happen now instead of worrying about the entire year or about all the
six months at once. And we'll ask TJPT
for help here, too. For example, you can type
in the prompt can you help me set quarterly milestone for launching and
here you insert, here you type in your goal, for example, for launching
a personal brand. And in that particular case, HAGPT might come back
with something like first quarter to find brand identity and create
a social media presence. Second quota, start
posting consistently, consistent content and
engage with your audience. Third quota, launch a
website on portfolio, first quota, focus on growth
and monetization strategies. Doesn't that feel so much less overwhelming when you
know how to bring and transform that big goal into smaller chunks because you're not trying to do
everything at once. You're just focusing on
the next step ahead. So do that with each goal
with each goal on your list. And, of course, here's the
prompt for you to copy. Can you help me set
quarterty milestone for here you type in your goal? For each one, so you need to do that process
for each goal. Step by step, one by one. The first step prioritize tasks and identify dependencies. Okay, now you've got your
milestones or each goal, and it's time to figure
out the details. Within each milestone, there are probably a bunch
of smaller tasks. For example, if your
quot one milestone is defined brand identity, this task might include brainstorm your
values and mission, choose the color palette
and logo, write a tagline. Here is the very,
very important part. Not all tasks are created
equal, of course. Some need to happen
before others. For example, you can't build a website if you haven't
decided on your branding yet. You can't post content, if you haven't set
up your Instagram or YouTube or any other
social media account first. But sometimes the order
isn't so obvious. So if the order
isn't obvious for some of your milestones
from your list, ask hA GPT. What are the key steps for
creating Here insert goal? For example, a brand identity, and in what order
should I do them? This will help you
figure out what to focus on first and
what can wait. And you can also ask for
advice on timelines. For example, with this prompt, how long does it usually
take to hear you type in your activity,
the part of your goal. For example, create a basic
website or the second prompt. What's a reasonable schedule for posting on Instagram
as a new brand. This is only the example, but
you get the point you have to type in your activity, your small chunk
for your goal here. And this will help you set
realistic expectations so you don't burn out and trying to do everything at once. Oh, look, breaking
your goals into these actionable steps isn't just about getting organized. It's about giving yourself a roadmap that you
can actually follow. It's giving you this
plan you can stick to, and you know you're
on the right path. You are moving forward. And it really will turn
your goals from something a little bit abstract into
something very, very tangible. Are not, for example, just working on your
personal brand or getting healthier and losing seven
kilos or writing a book. You are completing very
specific tasks one by one, and each one is bringing you closer to
where you want to be, for example, seven
kilos lighter. And the best part, you don't have to figure it
all out on your own. As I've shown you
with the proms, HAGPT is there to bring stormed with you to map
things out for you. And that way, that way, you can make sure you are not missing out
anything important. And trust me, I think you
will feel 1 million times better once you've got a
clear plan for each goal. And the best part is
that with that roadmap, you are already one step closer to making
this year your year. Or making the next six
months your six months. Isn't it exciting?
9. Visualize Your Goals with Canva: Align your goals with canva. So here is the thing
about goals, dreams, and the things you need to do
to make them come through. They're great and fiery. But if you don't keep
them front and center, life has this funny way of pushing them to the
back of the closet. And no one is pulling them
out again until December or the end of the quarter
or when the deadline rolls around and you
are like, Alright. These goals. Yeah, yeah,
yeah, I need to do that. This is where the
visualization comes in. And listen. I know how it may sound like that it's
not just a cute, interestive thing
people do for fun. No, not at all. In my opinion, it's about keeping
your focus sharp and your motivation alive because when you can see your
goals every day, they stay alive in your mind. And the easiest and the
most fun way to do that. Of course, Kanva. Okay, don't listen to
that if you prefer it, V. But yeah, this is just
the simplest way to do that. Because Canva makes creating a visual representation
of your goals so simple, even if you're not exactly design wiz and the result
can look so good, so good. You'll see. So let me walk
you through how I use Canva to make a vision board
homo like action board, goal board. That actually works. The first step, use Canva tem plus to create
a digital vision board. If HGPT is the brain of
my planning process, Canva is the beauty. I don't know about you, but I'm a very visual person. So seeing my ideas
laid out in a way that looks good is super important for me to remind
me what I need to focus on. And yeah, with Canva, I'm making it happen. So I use Canva to create those digital vision
boards for my goals. And, I will pull
in photos, colors, and quotes that match the vibe I want for
the year of the quota, things that remind me why
I'm doing what I'm doing. It doesn't have to be
perfect or polished, but sing it all
together like that, it just feels more real. Like this is my vision,
this is my goal. I'm designing this
and I'm doing this. I also use Canva to make
planners and trackers, and that actually work for me. I know that people have
different preferences, so you might use
Canva on notion to do that because notion is
also very interactive, so it's a good idea, and it works very well
for this purpose. And I also very
often switch between those both tools for
different life areas. Did you know that
most premade planners have that one section
you will never use? Like, for example, meal
planning when you are not a meal planning
person mo tracking, and you never know how to qualify your mood or
how to describe it. So you never actually
use that part. I feel like we don't need that
part we don't want to use. And Canva and notion let me create something completely
tailored to my current life, something functional and and beautiful that I
actually want to use. This is very important
because you need to use it to make it work. So for me, these tools
are a way to take all the swelling ideas in my head and make them
tangible and see the process. They give this
structure to my cows. And let's be honest,
sometimes, many times, planning can and will feel kodic even with hGPT even with
the proms I've shown you. So using Canva and using notion is also a
good way to play, to experiment and to create the templates that
feels uniquely yours. So with Canva,
first things first, open Canva and then
type here vision board or college into this
template search bar. And yeah, you will get a ton of options.
Just take a look. Here we have different grids, mood boards, just whatever
vibe you are going for. This is where you will
find plenty of them. So take your time and pick
one that speaks to you. This will be just
the foundation, the base of your template. Look for the one that
feels like the good base. And don't overthink it. You will modify it and edit
it to your needs anyway because I highly doubt you will find the one that is perfect
right from the start. And once you've
got your template, your base, start thinking
about your goals. Let's say one of your goal is
to write a book this year. And what image what kind of picture pops into your mind
when you think about it? Maybe it's a stack of books, and on the top of
that is your book. Maybe it's a laptop
in a cozy cafe. Maybe it's an
inspiring quote about creativity and consistency
that will keep you going. Whatever it is, that's what you're going to
add to your birch. For example, my process
looks like this. My process for the free goals I mentioned in the first
chapter looked like this. So this is my
foundation, my base, and my very first pictures
that represent the goal. And the elements that will keep me going
toward these goals. And now we are going
to step number two, add goal specific visuals and motivational
quotes from Pinterest. And now we need to fill the
board with even more visuals. So when you've got the base, for example, two pictures that represent every
goal of yours, we need to fill the board
with even more visuals and even more quotes that will keep you going that
represent your goal. Do you have any
specific pictures saved on your phone
or on your laptop? Then use them, upload
them right there. If not, if you don't
have many of them, dive into Pinterest and
start searching for keywords related to your
goal and your milestones. Look for images and quotes
that just resonate with you. Those that reflect the result you want to achieve
of the journey, you will be taking together and save only the ones that
speak to your heart. And the ones that inspire you, you know that will inspire you to stay focused on your vision, on your goals because these visuals should
serve as a reminder of your aspirations and the
exciting process ahead. So for each goal, choose at least two images that capture the essence of what
you are working towards. For example, if one
of your goals is to prioritize self care, maybe you add an image of a beautiful bathtub
surrounded by candles, and it will represent the cozy Friday evening you will spend on self
care every week. If you are focusing
on career growth, maybe it's an image of a stage to represent public speaking on a conference you dream
of performing at or a sleek desk setup to remind you of that corner
dream of a vibe. And this is important. Don't stop at pictures at quotes and words that
resonate with you. And yes, Pintres is also a
great place to look for them. One of my personal favorites is you don't have to be
perfect to make progress. For me, it's such
a good reminder that saves me from being
overwhelmed when I'm, for example, in the messy, messy middle of working
towards something big. And it's really good
and smart idea to have such reminders
on your vision board. Or gold board, as I
prefer to college. The first step expert
and keep it visible. So once your vision
board is done, ready to use exported. You can save it as
a digital file to use as your desktop wallpaper, phone background or
even your lock screen. That way, every time you open your laptop or
check your phone, you will get this little spark, this little reminder of what you are working towards and
why it's worth it to wake up a little bit
earlier or why it's worth it to get more motivated. But if you're a mob of a pen and paper
person, print it out. Stick it on your fridge, your bathroom mirror, also, if you want, or above your desk. Somewhere, you will
see it every day. The goal is to make sure this vision board,
this goal board, this action board,
it doesn't get buried in a folder or
completely forgotten. You need to see it every day. And, yes, I know
it may sound like something that is more
for woman than for men. And something too fun
to actually work. But dive into data
and studies to learn more about why
it really works. It's a visualization
of your goals, and it increases
productivity so much. Because visualizing your goals isn't just about
pretty pictures, pretty vibes and
aesthetics. No, not at all. It's about creating
this daily connection to what you want. And when you can see your goals, they start to feel real and
when they feel more real, you are so much more likely
to keep working towards them, even when life gets busy or hard or just
simply overwhelming, and, you know, it
does very often. So a vision board is more than just pretty pictures
from interest and pretty quotes. It's a tool. A tool that keeps
your focus sharp and your energy pointed in
the right direction. And yes. Nowadays, we are so lucky
to live in this age where Kalma makes it really ridiculously easy to create
something beautiful, inspiring and totally yours, and then you can print it out. You can use it as your
wallpaper and see it every day. So, yes, it's really easy
to put it into practice.
10. Create a Weekly and Monthly Planning System with ChatGPT, Canva and Notion: Create a weekly and
monthly planning system with TGPTKanva and notion. Alright, now we need to talk about systems because
goals are great, milestones are even greater. Vision board keeps you going. But if you don't have a system
for tracking and planning, I think it's way too easy. I think it's way too easy for those goals
and milestones to float off into
someday territory. You know, the length of unfinished projects and
forgotten ambitions. So I think the
secret to staying on track is weekly and monthly
planning. Yeah, I know. It doesn't sound glamorous
at all, but it works. And when it works, we
have to discuss it. I really believe
planning like this it's how you turn big dreams
into daily actions and make sure you are actually moving forward instead of
just spinning your wheels. Good news with tools
like HRGPT and Canva, you can create a system that
fits your life perfectly. So yeah, no boring
spreadsheets required. The first step, use HRGPT to generate weekly and monthly
planning templates. So let's start with the basics. What does a good planning system actually look like for you? I think that's a very
individual thing. So I want to make
sure you choose the one that is the
right fit for you, the one you feel good with
the one that works for you. Because only then
you will use it. So open ChRGPT and ask what should a weekly
planning template include? Give me a few options. You can also specify how many
options you want to see, for example, ten
options or 20 options. Or you can also use this prompt. How do you create a monthly
goal review system? Give me a few options. JGBT will give you suggestions, things like a space for your
top priorities or goals, a task list for things
you need to get done, time blocks for scheduling, specific activities, sections for reflection,
like what went well. And what needs improvement. You can even go more specific. For example, this is the
prompt I really love. What's a good weekly
planning system for balancing these
goals or milestones? And here you type in or paste the list of your goals and milestones
or the second prompt. How do I track habits for
these milestones and goals? Alongside my to do list. And here you also
paste your list. And TTBT will help you brainstorm the ideas that
actually fit your life, not just some
generic systems that look good on paper but
falls apart in practice. The second step use
Canva or notion to design your
personalized planners. So once you've got
this sense of what you want your planning
system to include, it's time to make it
yours and design it. And two amazing
tools you already know can help you bring
your vision to life. And these are, of
course, Canva notion. I think as I've
already told you, they are both very
user friendly, so you can just choose whichever works best
for your preferences, or you can also create your systems in both and just switch between
them for different, for example, key life areas. So when it comes to Canva, just search for planner, weekly schedule or have a
tracker in their templates. And you will instantly have a ton of options to work with. And the best part is, of course, the fact that you can customize
absolutely everything, and you will need
to customize it. So as you can see,
the choice is really, really satisfying, I would say. So if you want a slick, minimalistic layout with only the essential
essentials, they are here. And if you prefer
something vibrant and playful with doodle
spaces and fun extras, that is possible, too. And of course, you will
need to add your headers, modify the categories,
adjust fonts, tweak colors, feel
free to do everything. Just whatever makes
it feel yours, whatever matches
your preferences and your needs for your system. For example, when
it comes to me, I love designing my
weekly plan with a space for three top priorities
and to do list, so I can put this MOD when I finish the task and a little reflection section
for the end of the week. And because Canva makes it really easy to add all the
personal touches I need, I always include a
motivational quote or a random note section for
ideas that pop into my head, so I have the space to just
pace it to write it down. So I think for me, it's not just functional. It's something I
actually want to use because I know it
structures my workflow. Notion for more dynamic
and interactive planners. If you are more of a
digital planner person, I think notion is where it's at. You can think of
it as your all in one workspace where
you can design dashboard, create
progress, trackers. I think they are
very, very helpful. And keep everything
organized in one spot. Some people also prefer
to use template, for example, the second brain. And every template and notion
is super customizable, which means you can build a system that perfectly
fits your workflow, and it's also much, much more interactive
than Canva. So I think that's
the whole beauty of notion because right here, you can design audio system and it will be so much
more than just a planner. I think the beauty of notion
that it's much more than just a planner because like I said before, it's interactive. So you can add calendars, link the databases, and create trackers for your hobbits,
goals, and projects. Plus, there are already
tons of templates. Some of them are free
to get you started, so you don't have to
build from scratch. Here are a few notion
templates that I really like, and they are free, so you can just download them from these official
notion templates, platform, and they
are really amazing. You can customize
them from there. For example, here are the
progress tracker template, and there are also
progress metric templates, and there are also
ones that include really funny and
really useful task, progress charge templates. The options are endless. So which tool should you use? I think you already have
your favorite, don't you? I would say if you love
designing and want something pretty to print out or
keep on your desktop. So if you love
designing with doodles, with choosing drag
and drop elements, and you want to print
out your planner, your tracker, your system, I think Canva is perfect. But if you prefer
a second brain, a digital space where you can twig and track
everything as you go, also from your phone, then I think notion is your jam. Either way, it's also a good idea to use
both tools because both tools give
you the freedom to design a planner that
actually works for you. And that's the
whole point. So you can use Canva for the one you will print out in notion for
the interactive version.
11. Accountability Check-Ins: GPT for weekly
accountability check ins. Okay, here's the
thing about planning. It's not a one and
done kind of deal, unfortunately,
because, you know, life happens all the time, goal shifts, priorities change. And I think that's why you
need regular check ins. You need regular check
ins to make sure your plans and your goals
are still working for you. And I would say
accountability is everything when it comes
to sticking to your goals, and HGPT can become your
accountability partner, your accountability body
who never counsels on you. We will use HGPT to
create a review system. Open HGPT and ask something like what questions should I ask myself during a
weekly goal review? And here you can also paste your goals and your
milestones from the previous
chapters or how do I evaluate progress towards
my monthly goals? And then HAGPT might
suggest questions like, for example, did I accomplish what I set out to
do this week month? What challenges came up
and how did I handle them? What's one thing I can improve
on for next week month? So set aside time every week and every month to go
through these questions, choose the questions that you think will work
the best for you. And then adjust your
plans as needed. Maybe you are ahead of schedule and can tackle
something extra. Or maybe you are behind
and need to reassess. Either way, I think
these reviews will keep you grounded
and more focused. So every week, take
a few minutes to check in with HAGPT and
ask questions like this. What should I focus on this week to stay on
track with my goals? What's one small thing I can do this week to make
progress on and here you type in your specific goal and your specific milestone
you want to achieve. What are some ways to stay motivated if I feel
stuck with here you can also type in your goal of the
milestone you are walking towards and HGPT will
give you suggestions, reminders, or even a little
pap talk if you need it. In my opinion, it's not about HGPT telling
you what to do. It's about having
this digital space, this safe space to reflect,
recalibrate and prioritize. You can also use it
to review your week. At the end of every week, ask what questions should I ask myself to evaluate my progress, and HGPT might suggest prompt like Did I complete my top
priorities for the week? What went well and what didn't? What do I want to
focus on next week? Very often, this simple
practice can make a huge difference in keeping it consistent and intentional.
Of course. Of course. Having an accountability partner in person in real life is great. But let's be real. That's
not always an option. That's not always possible. Maybe your friends are
scattered across the country, or you just don't
know anyone who is on the same page
as you right now. And that's totally
understandable. But if having someone to
check in with feels like a game changer for you and
you prefer to have a person, a real person, not
hGPT, don't worry. There are plenty of
places online where you can find your
accountability partner. Who will get it. I've heard from my friends about a few platforms that seem
like good starting points. You are looking for someone
to help keep you on track. I've divided them into
a few categories. For general goals
and productivity, there is this platform, focus mate and it's a virtual coworking
platform where you can pair up with someone for a set
session to work on your task. I haven't tried it. But I
think it sounds really good. It sounds like it's great
for productivity and sticking to your routines.
Looks like this. And I can see that you can have free sessions per
week and a free plan, and it can be free forever. So I think sounds good. But as you can see, it was also featured in the New Yorker, the Guardian, the Forbes, even Harvard Business Review, so maybe something
worth giving a go if that's the type of
accountability check you prefer. There is also the group
accountability body on Redit and it's a subredit dedicated
to connecting people with accountability partner
for any kind of goal. For fitness and health
goals, for example, if you have a goal
similar to mine to list some kilos or just to get
healthier and in shape, my fitness pool community, it offers forums and groups
to connect with others who share similar fitness
or nutrition goals. You can find groups or
even individuals for accountability, challenges,
and motivation. For writing or creative goals, there is nano mo writing reps, and you can join the National Novel Writing Month
community to find writing bodies who will keep
you accountable year round. So that might be a good idea if your plan is to write
a book this year. Critics circle. I've heard this is where
writers can exchange feedback and keep each other motivated to stick to
writing schedules. For career or site hustle goals, there are many linked in groups, so you can join specific
professional groups related to your industry or interest to connect with others who
can keep you on track. I think that's a good idea. I think that's a really
brilliant idea to stay on track. And also a funny part of the
list for habit Building. I've heard of Habitica,
and that way, you can gamify your habits and join groups to keep
each other accountable while earning rewards for
staying consistent and it looks like a game
a bit like this. And I know I know it
can feel a little bit weird at first connecting with a stranger
about your goals, but I think you
will be surprised how supportive these
online communities can be. So whether it's for
fitness, writing, career goals or
simply anything else, you can almost always
find someone out there who is trying to walk the same path as you
or have similar goals. You can let me know in the
discussion section if you prefer to have your
accountability partner in person, or maybe you prefer
to talk with HGPT and keep your Gold secret safe. Just kidding. But let me know. I'm really curious. What's
your perspective on this?
12. Final Words and My Question to You: Final words and my question. So before we wrap up, I want to take a
moment to reflect. The process we've
gone through in this course isn't
exactly simple. I know. It's
layered, thoughtful. And yes, it requires some
time and a lot of energy. So if at any point you feel unsure like
you've missed a step, don't hesitate to
revisit any chapter. I think that way, it
won't take you long, and sometimes hearing something a second time makes
the whole process. And the order of things
so much clearer. Now here is the most
important advice from me. Start doing today, even
if it's just a baby step, maybe it's writing
down one goal. Opening Canva notion and browsing the
templates I told you about or typing in the simple prompt into ha JPT
and playing around with it. Don't. Please don't let
procrastination sneak in and convince you that waiting until tomorrow
is somehow better. No, it isn't. It isn't. Progress. Even the tiniest
bit beats perfection and waiting every single time. And here is where I
turn it over to you. I'd love to. I'd love to hear what you think
about the cars. What resonated with you the
most? What did you enjoy? Is there something you'd
like me to dive into in more detail or maybe a topic you'd like me to teach you next? As you probably know, if you have watched
my previous courses, your feedback means the world. Means the world to
me. It helps me grow. It helps me understand
you better, and it helps me create more
useful materials for you. And if you enjoy the course, leaving a review is the
kindest thing you could do. Every review, even just a short
sentence or two sentences motivates me to keep creating and keep
getting better at it. It also helps others
discover the course, and it genuinely means
so much, so much to me. And I think I will be forever grateful for every
single review. So for now, thank you for joining me today
on this journey. And now, listen,
it's time to take that very first step towards designing the life
you've been dreaming about. And I'm so excited to see
what you will create. Let's make it happen. Let's make it happen. See you in the next one.
