So, I took on the challenge to teach design with short and to-the-point tutorials here on Skillshare.

In terms of Design, I have been employee, employer, a failed business owner and now a successful teacher. Basically I have been in all the positions and I know exactly the problems people face in terms of design.

I'm located in Pakistan where there isn't value of design. So, I took on the challenge to educate the local audience but then ended up having thousands of students from all over the work.

Tiny download the project files from the description, and let's get started. 2. Download Project Files: Hi guys. I hope you're doing great. So before you start watching the course, I thought I would tell you how to download the project files. It is very simple, but a lot of you don't read vertex return over here, and you actually skip this step. So what you have to do is simply click on project files over here. Or you can go to about projects and resources, or click on about and go to project files. Simply click on this and it will take you to a page where you can download the project files of this whole course. The project file has been not only have the source files of all the projects which are in the course, but also all these tutorials. So basically this is how you can download the project files. And while we're over here, let me also tell you how you can submit your projects. I emphasize on this a lot because it is really important there to do the project and submit them to me so that I could give you feedback. Because if you only watch the course and don't implement what you are learning, you will eventually start to forget it. It is important that you implemented, and the best way to implement it is that you do all the projects in horse. So if you wanted to submit your project to me, all you have to do is simply come over here and click on Create Project. And you will simply put a title over here, upload your design and click on Publish. So yeah, this was a little tutorial on how to download project files and how can you basically share your projects with me? So I hope you guys really enjoyed the course and yeah, I will see you in the next video. 3. Introduction To Photoshop's Interface: Hello guys. So we are going to start off with a fresh install a Photoshop. In this first tutorial, we will basically make ourselves from Malawi identities though Photoshop. So once you will open Photoshop, this is where you will see. By the way, I'm using Photoshop contiguity and I would really prefer if you also use the same version. But even if you're using Photoshop 2018 or 2019, or maybe even lower, you will be able to follow along easily. So let's start off by creating a simple file. By the way, this is a simple software which I will be using to make sure that you see the important stuff. So let's click on File. New. Don't worry about all of these options. We will come back to them later on. Just hit create. Basically this is the default interface of Photoshop. You work over here. Your tools are on the left, and if you click on any tool, you will be able to see its option on the top. Similarly, if there are a lot of penance in Photoshop which we use for different purposes. If you click and drag one of them, they will get separated from the rest of the group. So if you accidentally mess everything up, for example, you did this and this and this, they are all over here. So what to do then? Simply go to the Windows. Click on Workspace, and click on reset essentials. So it will be back to the normal interface. So every designer basically customizes all of these pennants according to his or her needs are the way they like it. So I am going to do the same and you should follow me so dire to your interface and mine interface are basically the same. And you wouldn't have any trouble finding anything later on in the course. So I will start out by deleting this. Simply close it. I don't need it. I don't also need libraries. Simply just right-click on it and close it. Again. If you mess anything up, simply go to Window, Workspace and reset essentials and it is back to normal. So yeah, simply right-click on it and close right-click clause. I need the layers. I don't need channels right now. Simply close it. I might need the parts later on. Property did alright. Adjustment is alright. I also don't need any of these. I will simply close them. There's also a panel over here which is called the History panel. I will keep it over here and I will let you know how to use it later on. So to make things simple, we will just work with five panels, properties, adjustments, layers, and parts. So this was just an introduction and I will see you in the next class. 4. How To Use Layers in Adobe Photoshop CC: Hello everyone. So today we are going to learn about layers in Photoshop. But before that, let me change something. As you can see that the interface of my Photoshop is quite small and it will be very difficult for you to see everything that I'm doing. So what I am going to do is just make the whole interface of Photoshop really big so that it would be easier for you guys to follow what I am doing. This is something which I do when I'm making tutorials. So it would be better for you if you stick to the original interface size. So in the next frame you will see you are much bigger interface. So as you can see that everything is really big null. So as I mentioned before, we are going to learn about layers today. So as you can see that I have two images over here. One is on top of the other one. We call them layers. The bottom layer is an image of a sky. And on top of their data is another layer which i have removed from here. And it looks like that day both are blending in a little. So let me show you how I did it. We can simply close this file by clicking on this cross, and it will be closed. Let's go to file again and click on open. And click on Photoshop beginners course. So these are basically course files which you can download from the description. If I click over here, this is the zip file you will get photoshop beginner scores, the liberty. And when you will extract it, you will get all of these files. So here you can see how to use layers in Photoshop. This is the second one which we are doing. Just double-click on it. M here you will see all the resources, both the images and their design file. So let's open up these two images. We will simply select them and hit open. So both of these images are open in Photoshop Now, this one and this one. So what I want to do is just simply drag this image on top of this one. But before that I will have to unlock this image. I will simply click on this lock to unlock it. And now I can simply drag it and drop it on this image. So as you can see that this one is on top of this one. So I can align it. So every text shape on object is basically a layer in Photoshop. Since this LED is on top of this one, that is why we can only see it. If I also unlock this one, and I move it to the top. Now since this one is on the top, so we can only see this one. I can also move it to the side and reveal the bottom one. Or what if I want to blend in both of the images? Let me just move it back and move it to the bottom. No, I will select the top layer. And here in the Tools Panel there is an eraser tool. By the way, if I click on this arrow, all of the tools will be shown in two columns. So here is the Eraser tool. I will simply click on it. And using the eraser tool, I can erase a part of an image. So since this is the image I want to remove, if I simply draw on it, it is like a brush. So what is happening is when I remove all of this area, I can see the bottom layer. So I will remove it from the middle. So that a blend effect will occur in both of these images. So it looks like that they are practically blending into each other. I can also hide these layers. If I click on this, I overhear, just click on it and this layer is hidden. No, I can bring it back by clicking over here. I can also hide the bottom layer. If I click on this, i. So now what we are seeing is called transparency in Photoshop. This basically means that there is nothing below this layer. Since we removed a part of this layer. So we can only see transparency below it. I will simply turn it on again so that we could see dead blend again. So this is how you use layers in Photoshop. I will see you guys in the next class. 5. How To Make A Collage In Photoshop: Hello guys. Supernovae are going to learn how to make a simple collage in Photoshop. So I had these three images and I made a collage out of them. And obviously they are on separate layers. Before making it from the star, let me show you how you can delete layers. So let us just say I want to delete this layer. I will simply click on it and hit delete key on the keyboard and you just deleted. Now, I can bring it back by pressing control Z, which is the undue. There is another way to delete it. I can simply click on it and drag and drop it on this trash can and it will get diluted. You can also delete multiple layers. So now this lady's automatically selected. And if I hit control on the keyboard and click on this layer, so now they both are selected. I can move them both now. And similarly, I can drag them and delete them both. In the previous tutorial, we open the files by clicking on File and open. And then we selected the files. So I can move back and open the tutorial number three. And these are the images I want to use. So I can select all of them and then hit open. But we only use this way if we want to open all the images in different files. Let me show you how you can import all of them simply on this file. Simply minimize your Photoshop. Simply select all of these files and drag and drop them over here. Simply hit enter multiple times to confirm them. So as you can see now, they are all imported over here. So using the Move tool, I can simply move this one. And since this layer was on top of the rest of them, that is why we can only see discipline on the top. We cannot see the last layer because it is at the bottom. So if I want to move debt, I will simply click on it and then simply move it. But how can we resize all of them? So if I want to emphasize this layer, I will simply select it and hit Control key on the keyboard. So now if you drag it from the corner, you can resize it. But there is a problem that it is getting distorted. If you keep pressing shift value, resize it, it will get resize in the same ratio. So let's put it over here and resize it a little more. And then simply hit Enter. Similarly, we can resize this image. I will simply select it and hit Control or Command T on the keyboard. And while pressing Shift, I will resize it and move it up a little. And you could also see this pink line. The Photoshop is telling me that this is the line where this image ends so I can align it properly. Let me resize it a little more and just simply hit Enter. Let's do it with the last image. I will simply select it command or control key on the keyboard and simply resized while pressing Shift. You could also see the line. Let me resize it. Let's move this one to the middle. These are the exact size and, or basic little collage is ready. If you want to move or transform all of them, simply select the top fun, press shift on the keyboard and click on the bottom one. And now all of them are selected. Now press Control T on the keyboard and you can see the box around all of them. I can resize them without pressing Shift. And if I press Shift, they will get resized in the same ratio. I guess just looks fine. Let me just move this one to the middle, and this is preferred. So this is how you can transform images or objects in Photoshop and make a simple little collage of pictures. I hope this was easy for you guys. I will see you in the next class. 6. Change Color Of Anything In Photoshop: Hello guys. So today we are going to learn how to change color of anything in Photoshop. So I have two examples for this class. This one and this one. So both of these are images of a headphone. And I have basically changed their colors. If I turn this off. So this was the original image, and I simply apply it a layer on it to change its color. Similarly, on this headphone, this was the original color, and then I made it pink. So let me show you how I did this. Let me delete this so that we could make it from the start. Similarly for this one layer which you saw on top of it, which was changing the color of the headphones. It is called an adjustment layer. Let me show you how you can make it. First, we will move to the bottom. And here are the adjustment layers. Simply click on it and click on hue and saturation adjustment layer. This one simply click on it. And now you can see some options in their properties. Basically, these are the properties of this Adjustment Layer. Whenever you click on something, you can see properties of that layer. Since this latest logged, you can see its properties, but they are grayed out. Similarly, if you click on this hue and saturation enrichment layer, you can see its properties. So using this layer we can change color of anything. If I move the slider to the right, you can see the color of the headphones is changing. Basically decisioning the hue of the headphones in Photoshop or designing terms are colored is known as hue. So I am basically changing its color or hue. How symbolised dad? Let's move to the next example. I will go to the bottom again and simply create a UN Saturation adjustment layer. The origin cholera, these headphone is golden, and I can simply move the slider and change its color. The blue looks good. Or I can make it pink, like the VA digit before, or even make it purple or blue. So whichever you like, let's keep it at this green. So this is how you can simply change color of anything in Photoshop. And I will see you in the next class. 7. How To Increase Brightness In Photoshop: Hello guys. So in this class we will learn how to increase brightness or anything in Photoshop. So as you can see, I have this image over here and I have increased its brightness. So this was the image before, and this is after I increased brightness. So let me show you how I did it. Again, you can see that this is an adjustment layer. You can simply delete it. We will go through the adjustment layers again. And instead of hue and saturation, this time we will select brightness and contrast. And like I told you before, whenever you click on a layer, you can see its properties over here. So when I click on brightness, I can see its properties. So using this slider, I can increase the brightness of this image. I can take it up for very high budget will look weird. So I will keep it at, I guess this point. So if I wanted to see before and after, I can simply turn it off. But this was before and this was after. I know this is not a lot of change, but these are very simple things which you need to learn to make bigger compositions. I hope this was quick and easy. See you guys in the next tutorial. 8. How To Make Anything Black & White In Photoshop: Hello guys. So in this class we will learn how to make anything black and white in Photoshop. So you must have figured out that this layer is making this image black and white. So let diluted and make it from the start. It will simply move to the bottom. And we, we slept hue and saturation adjustment layer again. Last time when we use hue and saturation, we used it to change colors of our image. But this time we will use it to make the image black and white. So as you can see that there are two most leaders. They use Lidar obviously changes the color of the image. So if we move this, this will change color off everything. That this looks really, really, really weird. You might want to use it. If you want to create an alien converter, we will keep it to 0. So basically we want to remove the coliform, this image. And that is V saturation gums in. Saturation basically means the intensity of the color. So if we crank it up really high, this also looks beer because it is basically increasing the saturation of everything. And if you want to make things black and white oil we have to do is just simply drag it to the back and the whole image is black and white null. This is the before and this is after. Although we increase its brightness to, let's go to the bottom and select brightness. I think this image would look better if increase its brightness. Saw alerts increase your burden as a little. So now we have made it black and white and also increase its brightness. And the best part is that all of this is a readable. We can simply remove the brightness or we can remove the saturation. And there is one more thing we can do. We can simply group these. So I will simply select this one. It control on the keyboard and select this one and press Control D on the keyboard. And now they are grouped. So I can turn them on and off together. Did as an undergrad amino group. Let's press Control Z to go back. So we have these again. I will simply select both of them and simply click on the file over here. This basically makes a group. So I will click on it, and now both of them are grouped. So you can either click on this or press Control or Command Z on the keyboard to make a group. And this is how you can easily make black and white pictures in Photoshop. See you guys in the next one. 9. How To Change Just One Color In Photoshop: Hello guys. So now we're going to learn how to reaching into just one color in Photoshop. So as you can see, I'm using hue and saturation adjustment layer again. And if I hide this, you can see the original image. So what I have done is just change the color of oil, the yellows, and the image. So let me show you how to read large diluted. I will go down here and create a hue and saturation adjustment layer again. In the previous image, when I move the slider, only just one color was genius because there were just one colored in the image. But in this image we have multiple colors. So if I move the slider, you will see that everything is changing. And we don't want there, we just want to change one kilometer. For example, all the yellows in the image. So what we will do is go over here. It says mustard and change this to yellows or greens, whatever you like. So I want to change the color of oil, the yellows in the image. And now going I will move the slider. You will see that only the yellows are being affected and rest of the colors are exactly the same. But there is still a problem. Let me show you. If I move it back, we will see that this is pure yellow. This is yellow, this is summer orange, and this is yellow. But when I move the slider, or most, all the colors which have even a little bit of yellow are being affected. But this is a very good way to change colors if you have just one object with one color. But if you have multiple objects having seemed colours, it will affect all of them. So if you want to change colour of individual objects, we will have to select them and then take their colors. We will discuss about selections later in the course to disorder simple tutorial on how to change individual colors. I will see you guys in the next one. 10. Create A Document Of Any Size In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. Supernovae are going to learn how to create a document of any size in Photoshop. So we will simply go up here, click on File and New. So let me tell you what all of these means and what are these options. So every design we make, it has specific dimensions. For example, if you want to create a YouTube thumbnail, the width is 1920 and its height is ten AD, because these are the dimensions or most other monitors. But Photoshop has already created a lot of templates for us. For example, if you want to make any print media or letter or A4 size page or any illustrations web. Even for mobile, if you want to create a design for an iPhone X. So there are a lot of options over here. And if you click on view, all be searched. There are even more options. But these dimensions are always changing with new designs. But something like a print media, like an A4 size, it will always remain the same. So if you want to create a design on an A4 size page, you can simply click on it and you'd create. And now you have an A4 size page. Let's go to file again. New. And I wanted to create an Instagram post. So there are dimensions of simple Instagram post is 1080 by ten AD and its resolution is 72. You don't need to know about all of these at the moment. I will cover them in the advanced goals. So let's hit Create. And we basically have a squared null. Let's close this one. We can simply click on this arrow. Sorry, I meant to say across. So basically I want to create an Instagram post. Let's bring in an image over here. Simply drop it and hit enter. Okay, so every time when you will drag and drop an image into Photoshop, you will see an icon over here. This is basically known as a smart object. For now we will simply right-click on it. And rasterized layer, I will tell you about the Smart Objects later in the course. So basically I want to create an Instagram post with my name on the top. And at the bottom it will say future graphic designer. And I want all of this inner circle. You can use your own Pictet were ordered to by the vertices me. So what I will do is simply move to this Marquis du logo here. If I right-click on it, there are different tools. So I will select this Elliptical Marquee tool. So using this tool, we can select specific areas of our image. Let me show you how I will simply create a circle over here. And just like the Ellipse tool, I will press Shift while doing so, so that I will get a perfect circle. And now if I press delete key on the keyboard, all of this area has been deleted, but I actually want the opposite of it. So press Control Z on the keyboard to bring it back. So these are more or less marching and these basically showed that you have selected this area. So if I press control shift IE on the keyboard, it will basically invert everything. So now you can see there marching and our overhead. So this shows that everything else is selected apart from this area. Nor whenever press the delete key, everything else would be deleted. And if I want to deselect it, I will press Control V on the keyboard. So this is how you can cut out an image in a circle. We will continue making this Instagram post in the next tutorial. So see you in the next one. 11. How To Make Shapes In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn about shapes in Photoshop. So under peevish or Dorian, we started making an Instagram post and we also learned how to cut out an image in a circle. So now we will continue making their Instagram post. So if you want to make any kind of shape or you have to do is just go to the shape tool over here, there is a Rectangle Tool had under the tangled tool, Ellipse tool, polygon tool, like there're a lot of tools. But let's select the Rectangle tool. So as the name says, we can make rectangles shooting it. But what if we wanted to create a square? Lets go back by pressing control Z while creating the shape, simply press Shift and it will create a perfect square while having the shift sec did you consider there is a fill at the top. If I click on it, I can select different colors from here. And if I want to select a specific color, I will simply click on this. And now I can select whatever color I want and simply hit OK. And now that we do flood Connors is by simply double-clicking on this. And you can select whatever color you want and hit OK. So every shape has a fill and a stroke. Let me tell you what I mean by that. Let me just click on the stroke. Length, sector color, maybe read. So as you can see that there is a stroke around this shape. Our stroke is basically an outline of the shape and fill is basically what is inside it. You can also create a shape without fail and without a stroke or maybe Veda stroke and without OFIL surviving the shift liquid, if I select the shapes tool, you can see the fill and the stroke, and also their colors and the size. If I click on it, I can select a different color. Maybe there is yellow. And I can also remove this if I click over here, this basically means that there is no fill and we are only left with the stroke. Also. What if I want to increase the width of the stroke? Simply check the shapes again. And you can see the size over here. Just click on this. And if you move this slider, you can increase its width. Let's delete this for now and we'll create a new ship. So what I want right now is basically a bedroom for my image. So what I will do is select the shifts tool. I have the black fellow over here. And I will simply create a square over here. To make sure that it goes through the corners. I will press Control D and simply bring these to the left and right and the top and bottom. So I have a background for my image now. I want to change it to a specific color. So I will go to shifts again and I will select this color. This basically matches my t-shirt, her. Also, if you want to select a color from a specific area, let me show you how. Let me double click on it. So I have this color picker over here. Either I can select a specific color form here, or I can simply move over something like I have this eyedropper. Say I want to copy my skin, I will simply click on it and that color is copied. Similarly, I can click on my shirt and their color is copper. So this is how you can simply copy any color form. The image layer should cancel for now because I have already copied their color. Let's make some more shapes. I will go to the Shift tool again and select the ellipse tool. So every circle or oval is basically an ellipse. So if omega circle or oval over here, okay, so we cannot see it because it's colored is same as the color of the background. So we will change its color to maybe, right? So I have this open now. I can create an X-shaped like this. Or I can create a circle. Let me just deleted sled delivery tool again. So maybe I want a circle at all. My image to what I will do is simply remove the fill and the stroke. And then I will create a circuit over here while pressing Shift to make sure that it becomes a perfect circle. I can then align it. I can even align it using the arrow keys on the keyboard. So I guess this looks good. I think the stroke is to board. Let me go to the Stroke again and I will change it to maybe ten. I guess this looks good. So this is our ellipse and image. Whatever you want to combine them into peevish Dorian lidar to how you can group things. So I will select both of them and press control G on the keyboard. Now I want to create some more ships over here. Let's do modern. It'll, I will select the ellipse tool and simply create a circle over here. Let's remove its fill and the stroke to discolored, less control to yonder keyboard and resize it. The word if I want the width of the circle, I will simply to reconstruct and industrial OK, you can see it's size two. I can simply drag this and increase it, subvert. Alerts, resize it. What if I wanted to create a copy of it? I can simply press Euler option on the keyboard and simply drag it. And now we have another copy of it. And we can also change its color. So previously, if you wanted to slit anything, we click over here in the layers and then moved it. But what if I have a lot of things on my image and it is difficult to find them all over here. What I can also do is simply hit control or command on the keyboard and click on that object. As you can see that this was elected and now this is selected. If I hit control on the keyword again and simply click on it. You can see that background deselected who accidentally basically. So I can click over here again and move it or control click on this one and simply move it. Now we can select both of them and simply drag them. It can draw T on the keyboard to transform them. We can either criticize them. If you move your cursor to any corner, you will get this cursor and using it, you can simply rotate stuff. Could ended. Last, move them over here. Let's create another copy of them. Simply hid older option on the keyboard and drag them over here. Let's rotate them unwritten. And now we have a very simple little design. Whatever weren't doing leaves the width of all of them. Let me show you how. Let's move this up a little further. We could see more. What I will do is simply click the first one and then I will select the last ellipse. I will go to the shifts again, and in the stroke, I will simply increase this. So as you can see, the width of all of them has been increased null. Basically, that is how you can use shapes in Photoshop. In the next tutorial, we are going to learn about text procedure guys in that one. 12. How To Create Text In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So now we are going to learn about text in Photoshop. But before that, there are a lot of layers over here. I will simply select them all and press control G on the keyboard. For now they are all grouped. Let's rename them. Circle. Our board. We also rename this one as background. We don't need this one. We will simply unlock it and simply hit Delete on the keyboard to deleted. So let's talk about lecture. So if you want to create any kind of action Photoshop, all you've to do is undo the Tools and select this text tool. And simply click anywhere you want and you will get this Lorem ipsum text. This is basically default filler text. So if you want to edit it, simply click on it. You can see the cursor. And just like Word, you can edit it. I will simply remove all of this and write my name. Maybe in caps. What if I wanted to change its form? I will simply click on it, press control a on the keyboard. Or you can select all of this like this. And at the top you can see there is a foreign theme. If you click on this arrow, you can see different kinds of forums. As you can see that foreign discharging at the bottom. So there is a foreign named Leonardo. I guess this is one of the default font, and I will simply click on it. Although you can increase or decrease the boldness of our texts, let me show you how. Simply click on it, slugged all of it. And in front of the font, you can see a word boiled. So you can select the tin version of it. Light, medium, heavy. So but if you want to increase the size of the texture, simply hover over this small d and capillarity and drag it to the right. And you can increase or decrease in size. You can also increase or decrease your size by pressing control D and just moving it like this. So they're, they're totally up to you how you prefer it. I'm gonna decrease the size a little and move it to the top. And what if I want to change it scholar? I will select it. I'm over here, double-click on this. And I can simply select whatever Connery Bond and hit OK. And now which color has been changed? And what if I want to select discolored foreign, my text selected again, Control a to select all of these. Click over here again. You have the color picker now and simply click on this. And that color has been copied now and hit OK. For the colonial, My name is the same color of this circle. I want to move this image a little, so I will simply select this group and move it. Let's bring down my name. Do, Like I told you before, you can either click over here or simply Control or Command, click on this. And now this is selected and simply move it down. I want to write some other text over here with the same font and color. So I will simply duplicate it. I will press hard on the keyboard and simply drag it to the bottom and it is copied. Know, let's start something else over here. Future will graph designer. So as you can see, this is left aligned and I want to central line it toward Ivor Lewis. Simply select all of this. At the top, you can see the alignment options. I will simply click on the middle one and it is central line now. And I can bring it over here, press Control D and resize it while pressing, shifting or, or Command and option. Let's make another copy of it as simply dragged down by pressing older option. And let's write a hashtag over here by Luke. Course. And let's change its color. Maybe increase the size of this and move this down a little. So I guess we have a very different kind of Instagram post over here. So in the next tutorial, I will show you how to Warp Text and we will finish up this design. 13. How To Warp Text In Photoshop: Hello guys, supernovae are going to learn how to walk texting Photoshop. I can select the Text tool, or I can simply press D on the keyboard to get the textual. I will simply click over here. And you can see that there is another option over here. There it is basically to warp the text. If I click on it, I will get some options over here, right? Notice none. I can simply click over here and slept on arc. So my textures in art now, again hit OK. And I can put it like this if I want. Doesn't look that good. Let's try again. Simply hit Delete on the keyboard to get the text tool. Click over here and click on this icon. Let's try something else. We can alter dry bulge. This looks goal or shallower. Maybe like a flag. There are a lot of options. And Maria fisheye. So let's try this arc. So this looks good. Simply hit ok. Let's move it up a little. And I guess this looks pretty good. So this is how you can ward direction Photoshop. This was very simple and our design is complete. I will see you guys in the next class. 14. Task 1 - Create An Instagram Post: Welcome back guys. So now I have a task for you. We have covered a lot so far and it's time that you try something on your own now. So your task is to basically recreate this. Instead of my name, you will obviously put your name, your picture. You can select any colors you want. You can also change the shapes, like I have circled over here. I can delete them. And instead if I go to the shapes, there are a lot of other ships over there. So what I can do is simply select this polygon tool. And instead we can create triangles over here. Let's make a white one. But if I want to create a hexagon or an octagon, let me show you how to select the polygon tool. And as you can see that there are three sides over here. That is why we were getting a triangle over here. If I change it to six maybe. Okay? And now if I create a shape, I will get this hexagon alerts deleted. This is your task. So an auger going to learn how to make a to defend using Babele numbers in Photoshop. To more honest, I'm not a big fan of these, but sometimes these look really good depending upon the situation. So as you can see that I have this 2D kind of button or sign over here with starboard and on it. So let me show you how I made it. So if you move over here, you can see that there are effects over here. To what I did is basically created a ship. This is very simple. I created a shape using the ship tool. After that I apply it effects on it. So I will teach you how I did this. Let me just clear it sorted. I could show you how I made it. So after getting a shape, simply right-click on the layer and go to Blending Options. And this is the one we're looking for, bivalent numbers. If we simply click on it, you can see that I have this 3D effect over here. Let me just click on it to get more options. So you are seeing this because I already made this. If you click on reset to default, you will come back to default settings. So there are a couple of options we can play around with. Like there is depth over here, which shows the depth of the 2D effect. If we increase the size. So you can see it is increasing the size of the curve. You can also change its direction. You can also play around with the softness. It will basically make the whole thing very soft and scepter. And then we also have the angle over here. We can play around with the lighting. So if I move it over here, so you can see that the light is coming from this side now and the shadows over here. So you can play around with all of these settings. Then when you're done, the simply hit OK and you will have this 3D effect. After that I simply daughter tectonic. Let's see another example. So this is pretty cool. I have this text over here and it looks like gold bars. So if I remove the effect over here, you can also hide the effect. If I click on the I, the effect is gone. So I can double-click on it to agitate. And I have dubbed learning options over here. I can turn them on and off. So if I click on it, there are a lot of settings over here. Let's reset this. So as I showed you before, you can play around with the depth and the size and also the dish technique option. If I click on this and select chisel hard. So this shows very hard effect. I can play around with the depth and the size. Like I can make it really, really weird if I want to, or maybe something like this. And it is just by playing with these three options. I can also play around with the lighting. If I move it over here, the whole effect will get shifted. So that is totally up to you how you want to make it. Let's hit OK. And we have this effect null. So this is how you can easily make 3D kind of objects in Photoshop. I will see you guys in the next class. 16. How To Add A Line or Stroke Outside Of Any Text: Hello guys. So an RV are going to learn how to make outline honor text. So as you can see, I have written a white extroverted and it is an outline on it. So let's make it one the start, let me just delete these. So I have this simple image of a studio over here. I will select the textual form here. And let's write some texture word here. Let's make it a little bigger. Just click on it and write something. Night life. Let's make it a little bigger. Okay, so as you can see that I have written the text over here, but it is not very visible because there is somebody over here and the text doesn't look that good. So what I will do is just like dealerships tool, select the field, do black, straw, Kuhnen. And I will simply create a rectangle over here. Let us bring it below the text so the text is visible now. And what we can do is simply decrease your capacity so that we could see the balloon earlier too. So if you see over here, you can see opacity. So if I click on it, I can decrease it. I can see the image below. So let's decrease it a little more, maybe 40%. So let's geared are outlined. Simply right-click on it and go to blending options. So below it, this bevel enum bars, there is stroke and our grain is basically Golda stroke in Photoshop. So if I click on it, you can't see anything right now. Make sure that you don't just check it. You click on it so that you could see the settings. So right now the stroke is via datas that you cannot see anything. Let's change its color to maybe pink or purple. Okay? And we have to increase its size. So if you increase the size over here, you can see that there is an outline. You can also set the position. Because right now it is generating from the middle, like the middle of the outline. So we can make it entailed the dyslexic early wierd, you should always use it outside to, let's increase it a little more. Maybe change the color to something darker. It okay. It okay. And our outline is already. So this is how you can easily make an outline in Photoshop. I will see you guys in the next class. 17. Create Neon Text Effect In Photoshop: Hi guys. So an RV are going to learn how to make this cool neon effect. Again, you can see that I made reducing effects. So let's make it from the start. I have already shown you descended peevish or doodle. I created a simple black shape and then took down your capacity. So alerts radar text. It is below this layer to alerts ticket up. Let's make it a little bigger. By the way, this Noon effect looks really good on tin fonts. So I have selected are formed over here, which is called bare. You'll, It is also a free phone. So let's write some text over here. Night life. Let's make it a little bigger. So a simply right-click on it and click on learning options. So last time we tried stroke, and this time we will dry out regularly. So you can already see some glue on the text. Let's reset it. So we already have this orange glow effect. Let's change its color to maybe something pinkish. Light pink it. Okay. So there are a lot of options over here, but you can play around with this, this spread. It increases the intensity. Then there is size, which increases that law basically. Well, I guess we can decrease the spread a little and increase the size and decrease the opacity a little. And this looks really good. There is no hard and fast rule. You can play around with it and make an effort. You lake. So I guess this looks good. I can decrease the spread a little. We can also create a drop shadow on it. Let me show you what I mean by that. Simply click over here. And if you drag over here, you can see that data is a shadow of this. So let's put it over here and increase its size and put their smoothed over here a little bit easier to capacity. So you can see that there is this shared over here a little too much. I guess this looks descent and simply hit ok. So we have this shadowed IPE effect on our neon late. This was quite simple. I will see you guys in the next class. 18. Task 2 - Create Neon Text Effect: Hi guys, saw, I have another dance for you. All you have to do is just replicate what I did in the previous tutorial and make this neon texture effect. And if you look into the projects file, you will be able to see that I have given you another image. So you are supposed to make the neon effect on this. First of all, I would really hope that everyone is enjoying the course. So today we are going to learn how to crop images in Photoshop. So I have this image of an SUV over here. I guess they're called SUVs. And I cropped it in Instagram's ratio. So basically Instagram sports to kinda mentioned. The first one is 1080. By 1080, their taste one ratio, one, which we made in the previous tutorials. And the second one is taking 50 by 1080. Let me show you what I mean by that. If you go to File, click on New, said their dimensions to 1350 by 1080 and said the orientation to upwards and hit create. We will basically get this canvas. And this is the tallest size Instagram sports. So if I wanted to grow up my image in this ratio, I don't have to like drag and drop it over here and then adjusted. Like this is one way to do it. But the better way to do it is if I go over here and if I go to the Crop tool. So as you can see that we have a frame over here. Let me zoom out a little. So if I bring in from the side, so all of this area has been groped. Similarly, I can bring it from the top. And whenever he'd entered, the image has been groped. But what if I want to crop it in this size? So I have told you before, if you click on any tool, you can see its properties on the top. So if I click over here, like this part, you can see a lot of options over here. So if I want to crop my image in one ratio one, I will click on it. And this will give me a proper squared. And I can drag it and get a perfect square. Similarly, if I click on it again and go to four ratio five, basically this is the Instagram goalpost. And I will get these ratios. I can simply place it over here and hit enter. And my image has been cropped. One more thing. You can see that delete crop pixels is on over here. So this basically means if I move my image now, those pixels which had been groped are gone forever. But let's press controls you to go back. Click on the crop tool again. And this time before cropping, I will turn this off. So now going I will crop it. When I will hit Enter. The image has been grow, but the details are still there. So if I move it, you can see that I still have the rest of the image. So make sure when you go to crop, this is unchecked. If you want to keep the image and check it if you don't care about the cropped areas. So this was a very simple tutorial on how to crop stuff. I hope to see you guys in the next class. 20. If you go to the layers and simply press Control G on the keyboard, J4, joker. So we now have a copy of the layer. So you can see that in Photoshop data multiple ways to do a single thing. We basically made a copy is ordered, we could see before and after, later on. So let us go to the Crop tool again over here. And also when you set up any day shoe Photoshop, remember zeta. So we did this in the last tutorial and Photoshop children members it, so after groping and imaging a specific ratio, makes sure that you go up here and select this one. And it will basically reinserted. Now go to the top where it says straightened and click on this. And all you have to do is simply draw a line on the part of which you think should we straight. So this part is crooked. I will simply draw a line over here. And whenever let go, Photoshop will automatically shared and the image. But there is a problem over here. As you can see that all of these parts of the image will get cropped. So if I hit enter. So as you can see, we have chosen the image, but all those extra details have been launched. Let's press Control Z to go back, go to straighten again, draw the lame again. And this time we will simply extend these and make sure to check this box content of air. Let's extend this again and simply hit Enter. And Photoshop is basically analyzing and using its Artificial Intelligence. Photoshop has guessed entity created those parts. So FEC before and after over here, that this is before. And you can see that these parts didn't even exist before. And after analyzing the picture, Photoshop basically recreated them. How cool is this? So basically this is how you can shoot an image in Photoshop. See you guys in the next class. 21. So in their previous tutorials, I have already shown you how you can cut an image in a circle. So we will do the same over here. Let's unlock this first by clicking over here. And then we will go over here and select day Elliptical Marquee tool. And if you want to make the so-called phonon middle, we will basically press Shift and art while doing so or Shift N option. And when, and whenever you make a circle, it will get created from the middle. Let me show you in a database, you can cut it out instead of inverting gate and then pressing delete, you can simply press control Jiang De keyboard G4 Docker. And now you can see you they're dead part has been cut out on a new layer. So if I move it, it is on a new layer. Let's move it to the next image. This is where we want to place it. I will place it in the middle. I will press Control T on the keyboard. And again, if I want do this IC from the middle, I will press Shift and Art or Shift and Command on the Mac, and then resize it and it will get resized from the middle. Thus Enter on the keyboard. And using the arrow keys on the keyboard, we can adjust it. So I guess this looks good. So this is actually our basic end of manipulation. And I have given you this image. Simply drag and drop it over here and hit enter. So basically this images on top of our text. So all you have to do is simply select this image. Rest are gone. The keyboard order option, and click between these two layers. And you will get this arrow. And when do we'll click it. Basically are imaged has been clipped to this text. Dad moons. We can only see the part of the image where we have the text. So we can increase its size. We can also move it. So let's keep it like this. So if I press are then option again and click over here, it will get dQ lift. So this is our image right now. And if I click OK. And click over here. So it has been clipped to the text again. To make them look even better, we can create a black background behind them. But instead of selecting the shape tool and then setting the fill and creating a shape over here, we will use a better way. First, divers check the bottommost layer and go to adjustments. And here I have misled the solid color adjustment layer. Basically this filled up the whole image with a color to I can select to whatever color I want. I can even select a color form over here, or this one. Or I can select the color of the Szilard over here. So I click on it and simply hit OK. So I can even resize it a little and move it like this. So we have that cool image in a text kind of effect. And how easy was it? I hope you guys like this. See you guys in the next class. 23. How To Remove Background In Photoshop: Hi guys. So today we are going to learn one of the most important things in Photoshop, which is how to remove a background from an image. So I have this image over here and it has a white background. Previously I showed you how you can cut out an image in a circle. We simply flipped it a marquee tool. Click Judah circle in the middle, and press control GOD omega copy of it. And that way we had a cutout in a circle. And this can only work if you want to cut out something in a circle. Let's delete this part if I only want to cut out the shoes. So there is a tool for it, which is called Quick Selection Tool. So using this dual, we basically make a selection. And it mostly makes a selection based on contrast. So as you can see that most of our images, right? So we can basically slit or she was using this. Let's zoom in a little. So if I simply draw with it over here, we can also make it bigger or smaller while pressing origin right-click. I can drag right to make it bigger and drag left to make it smaller. So let's reflecting or shoes. You basically have to draw with this. And it keep on selecting stuff. So I guess this is it. If you come across something which is inflicting properly, just zoom in a little. And I guess this is done. And if free zoom in a little over here, you can see that this area had restricted, which we don't want to, but we can do a simply select the minus 2l over here instead of plus deltas minus. Let's make it a little smaller. And if I click over here, this will go in. So this is not selected anymore. So there's no more volatile press Control J to make a copy of it. So it has been copied to a new layer. And as you can see, there is transparency over here. So we can move this. We have two pairs now. And if we hired this layer, you can see that all that white area has been cut out. Or we can say that we have cut out the shoes and white area has been removed. So I have another background over here, and I will simply placed these shoes over here. Let's control D and resize them. How about we make an ad out of this? Let's let the textual by pressing T on the keyboard D4 tiger, and write something on what he heard. Only shoes you need. And let's make it bigger. Let's move this to a side and select this. And we will copy this color and the color of the shoe lists. And hit OK. And it remove the shoes to cytoskeletal. Although the text, but as you can see that our text is not very visible. So how about we make a stroke on it? Just right-click on it, morning options. And click on stroke. This looks very weird. Let's crank it down to seven pixels and make its color black. And hit OK. And let's make it six and hit OK. So this looks nice. How bored we write the praise over here. Do. So, fled the textual by pressing a key on the keyboard is click here. And let's write dollar 35. And right, rice, because rice is dollar 35. We can do the same thing on this text, but let's make it a little different. How about we just create a simple shape behind it? Let's change its color to black. And create our rectangle over here. And put it below this layer in because this is the text. Let's put it Lloyd. We can align this and we can select both of them and move them around. I guess. Blessing, It makes sense is to basically we have made a quick air over here. And how easy was it? I simply cut out the shoes from this image. This was the original image. I got out that she was using the Quick Selection Tool. And I simply move them over here, write some text. And there you go, we have an air. So even now if you start working for an ad agency or a social media marketing agency, you can easily make Burdash designs. I hope this was quick and easy for you guys. I will see you guys in the next one. 24. Task 3 Remove Background With Quick Selection: Hello guys. So I hope you already thought another task. It's very easy and it's super fun. So in the previous tutorial, I adored you how you can cut out something from an image. Then I pledged on an added background and curated and aired our converter. So basically you have to do the same. You can use the same background or love to do is just cut out these shoes. Or you can even use these ones, whichever you like. Just cut them out neatly. Like in this one, you will have to make sure that you cut out the laces properly. Similarly in this one, these bushy was or not combined together like the anode would together. So you will have to cut them bought out separately, then place them on this image, this background. User title you like, colors, you like, whatever you like. And make sure that you share your work with me by posting it on skill share. You can either push it as a project or you can also post it in the discussions. If you don't know how to polish your project on scale j, let me show it to you. So here is the course. And if you scroll down over here, you will see discussions and projects and resources. You can simply click on this button, Create project. And you can upload it over here, put the title and the description. You can also share it in the discussions. If I click over here in the discussions, that you can also share your work over here. And you can also ask me questions later to the course over here. So make sure to share your work with me so that I could give you proper feedback. 25. Put Text Behind A Person: Welcome back guys. So we have another very fun tutorial today. And that is basically how you can put a text behind a person. It is very simpler than you think. Let's delete disorder to we could make it from the start. So basically the first thing you have to do is select this person and got them out, put them on a separate layer by pressing control j. So we will select the Quick Selection Tool. Let's zoom in a little. The brushes very big, even make it smaller. And instead of minus, we will put it two plus. And then we will start making selection. And for this image, the selection doesn't even have to be very perfect. But we will try our best to do modal little slack minus norm because we have selected some extra area. Let's remove this. And with the plus, we will select the rest of them, like the rest of the person. And you can see because of the similar contrast, you're just selecting other things too. So we will dislike them later on. But this is all right. Okay, so we have a lot of extra areas Now. We will select the minus one and we will simply click between them on these areas basically. Over here, two plus over here, and minus over here. For this area, we will have to zoom in a little Control or Command Plus. Made the rest more alert. And simply does de-select these areas like the plus one. And select these areas. So this looks decent, like assert it doesn't have to be perfect. Okay, so they have to make sure that this area is also gone minus. And this area. Okay, this looks good. And one minus. So you have selected the person and all you have to do is just press control G on the keyboard, J4, Joker, when tonal command j. And you can see that this person is on another layer. If you hide this layer is on another layer. Now. Let's turn it back on. Now we will select the Text tool and write some text over here. Let's change the phone to penned on. I really like this font. And let's write something. Make it a little bigger, white big, and change its color to light. Also, if you have two colors over here, you can simply invert them. So we have extra word here. Let's make it a little bigger. Okay, so here is the fun part. Since we already made a selection of our subject, this is the subject basically, and we put him on another layer. So all we have to do is just turn this on and port him above this layer. And just like there, how cool is this? It looks like that the text is behind them so we can adjust it if you want. So if these women a little and you can see that there are some parts which are not liquid properly. So we can simply select this layer if we hired it, data is also hidden, which shows that this is a part of this layer. So we will simply select the Eraser tool and we can remove it. And auto factories ready. I hope you guys like this. I will see you guys in the next class. 26. Layers Masks And How To Use Them: Hello guys. So today we are going to learn about later math in Photoshop. So in one of the previous tutorials, we made a selection of the issues and then cut demoed. Now we are going to do the same thing, but using Layer Mask because diode is the proper way to do it. Let me show you how. So I will go over here and select the Quick Selection Tool again, maker to bigger. Select the plus one. And then we will make a selection of what she was again. In the previous tutorial. After making the selection, I simply press control g to make a copy of it. And now it is honest separately. But as you can see that there is a problem. So basically I didn't make a proper selection and this part of the shoe has been cut off. I actually did this on purpose. But while designing, you can accidentally do this. So what can I do now? This is totally useless for me. To make sure that I have a proper cutout. I will have to make a selection of this all over again and then press control g to make a copy of it. This is actually a very simple image, but sometimes we have such difficult images that we cannot imagine creating this collection all over again. So in designing data, basically two ways of doing everything that destructively and the non-destructive. As you can see that this is the destructive way. I have made a simple mistake and ever now have to do everything all over again. So let me show you the proper and non-destructive way to do this. Let me just delete this so that we could make it from the start. First of all, I will make a copy of this by pressing control j, so that we would have an extra copy of this. I will select the Quick Selection Tool again. And I haven't made this selection. So now instead of a pressing Control J, I haven't moved on over here and click on this button. This is basically called a layer mask. So I will click on it. So as you can see that something appeared over here. This is known as the layer mask. So basically we have done the same thing and the shoes has been cut off. Let me show you if I move it over here, you can see that the shoes or on a separate layer. Let me make it more clear to you. Let's create a solid color adjustment layer over here, so that it would fill up everything. So I created a red layer over here. So on top of the shoes I created added layer and vertice happening over here. If I move it to the center, maybe you can see that this area is also moving along with this. So what does this mean? White is all the area which has been selected, which is basically marched in. The white area is showing an oil. The area which is black, which is black, is not showing. So since I have the actual choose selected, you can see that there are colors over here. But if I select the mask, you will see that everything is converted into black and white. Because amass can only have a black colored or a white-collar, letting us sooner if I select the brush tool over here. So as you can see, that black means that it is hidden and white means it is showing. So if I draw over here with the black brush, what should happen? Basically, our shoe will disappear. Since I'm drawing with the black British, I am basically making things disappear. If I invert it and drove a divide brush, I will basically bring backstop. And if I draw outside of this, I will bring back the right area to, let's undo this funnel. In short, if there are any parts which I don't like or if they are not cut out properly, I can fix them. For example, if I zoom in over here, you can see that there is white halo on this side. So what I will do is I will select the black brush. I will decrease its size and lowers or by city and hardness. And I will simply draw over here. So I am basically cleaning it. And my cutoff is much better now. For example, if during this lecture, this was the area which was cut out like it was something like this. I am drawing with the black brush. So I can simply select the wide brush and bring all of this back. So I think you bought the idea. Let's press control minus I can even change the color of the background to whatever I want, maybe discolored. So this looks so good. And I can place these wherever I want. Maybe over here and maybe clear that aired again. Let me show you another example. So I have this image over here of a person and this stadium over here. What I want to do is basically removed a background and port this person on the stadium. We'll come over here and select darker collection tool and make a selection of this person. And even if I make any kind of mistake, I wouldn't be worried. Obviously, we tried to make a perfect selection, but in case something goes wrong, we always have a mask. So we will select the minus one and just bring it in. Click the plus again, and try to search it. Seem over here. Make the brush very small. Two minus o over here. So the mode. And we will go down over here and click on the mosque. So now we can basically see that transparency because there is nothing below it. If we want, we can create a solid color adjustment layer below it to maybe discolored and bring it down and change it to whatever color we want. Basically, this is how you change bag loans or for image. Or we can deselect it and move it over here, resize it a little. And we have this person cheating or not. Stadium. And in the mass you can see that white area is the part which we can see. And the black area is the one which is invisible. If you click on this mass while pressing Shift, it, deactivates it and we can see the whole image. I would press shift again and click over here and it is gone again. While we're at it, let me show you some basics of color matching. As you can see that our subject is very bright and the images somewhat UDL. So we will try to match them. I will create a UN titillation adjustment layer on top of this. So now if I move the saturation slider, you will see that everything is getting affected. I just want it to affect that person below it. So what I will do is distribute a clipping mask over here. I will press art and click over here. So now if I change something, it will only affect the person below it. So if I move the slider, it is only affecting the person. Let's undo this by pressing control Z. So like I said, the background is very dull and the person is very bright. So what we can do is just decrease desaturation. Saw that this person would match the background a little. Not too much. I guess this is all right. So this is way better than before. Let me just increase it a little more. So if I turn this off, you can see that this is very bright. And if I turn it on, it is only 15, the layer below it, and it is quite separately now. So this is how you use a Layer Mask and it is probably the most important thing you could learn in Photoshop. I hope this was easy for you guys. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask me. And it is so important that I am going to give you a task in the next video. So see you in debt on 27. Task 4 Cut Out A Person And Put On Another Image: Welcome back guys. I hope you are ready for another task. So in the previous tutorial, we learn how to use a Layer Mask. So in this task, you will basically have to cut this person hours using a Layer Mask and then put him on this background. It's not difficult at all. And if you guys have been following the tutorials properly, you will be able to do it easily. So don't forget to share your verb below the course. If you don't know how to polish your project on scale j, let me show it to you. So here is the course. And if you scroll down over here, you will see discussions and projects and resources. You can simply click on this button, Create project. And you can upload it over here, put the title and the description. You can also share it in the discussions. If I click over here in the discussions. And you can also share your work over here. And you can also ask me questions later. Do the course over here. So make sure to share your word with me so that I could give you proper feedback. 28. How To Blend Two Images In Photoshop: Hello everyone and welcome back to the first tutorial. So this is something which we did in the first tutorial. We blended the two images. And you must be wondering that it was such a horrible way to do it. So now I'm going to show you the proper way to do it and their test using a mask. So basically I have two images over here. Let me remove the mask sorted. You could see it. So this is the first image and blow it is the second image. So I wanted to blend both of these images. So you might remember how we did it before. Report the first image halfway over here, and then we did it using the eraser tool. Remember, you should never ever, ever use the reserve pool. Because if you have a mask, you don't need to use a minimizer tool. So if you use it once, you cannot bring back any details. So what I will do is simply create a mask on this layer. I will simply click over here. And you will see that there is a mask over here and everything is white. So white means that everything is showing. I will select the brush tool. And since it's white, if I paint over here, nothing changes. And make sure that you have selected the mosque nor the image itself. You have to select the mosque. So if I invert this and I make the size of the brush a little bigger, and the same way you can increase or decrease the size of the brush. If you move it up and down, you can increase and decrease its hardness. So i will decrease its hardness. And now with a bigger brush, I will simply draw over here. And as you can see, that everything is disappearing. For example, I accidentally do this. So I won't have to press Control Z again and again. I will simply invert the color of the brush. Either you can press over here or you can press X. I will simply draw back these areas. And just like that, you can blend anything you want. That is also one amazing way to do this. But I guess you guys are not ready for it yet. If anyone wants to learn it, just commented below. And I will add a tutorial on it too. I hope you guys are enjoying the course T, Whereas in the next one. 29. Put Text Around An Image: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn how you can put that text around an image. And what I mean by that. So as you can see that there is a letter d over here and it is going below the image and then above it. So it is basically wrapping around it. So let me show you how you can do it too. Let me just delete these two layers so that I could show you from the start. So you might have figured out by now what I've done. I will simply make a selection of the subject first. Let's make it bigger. Click the plus icon and make a rough selection of dust subject. Select the here too. And this area, by the way, selecting here properly is quite difficult. So I will be teaching that in a couple of tutorials too. Let's zoom in and make sure that we select the hand properly and the legs. Nor very few select things wrong because you can always come back and refine IT. Tools like these areas. So we have made the basic selection. I would click on the minus one and just remove all the extra areas. Similarly over here, N v will simply create a Layer Mask on this object and the background is gone. So that is one mistake which I made. And Dadaist delta, i should have created a copy of the layer so that we would have the background. So no problem. I will simply duplicated by pressing control Jay and just remove the mask of this layer, Delete layer mask. So this is the normal layer now and this is the one with the mask. So let's select the Text tool and write some text over here. I have this very good formed over here, which is called back to black. And I will write the letter capital D over here. And let's make it bigger. I guess this is all right. So this one is just like directorial in which we put the text behind the image. So if I put this text behind it, so since this LED is on the top and the text is behind it, but we want the text to go under it and over the subject. So let me show you how you can do it. All you have to do is just like the Layer Mask. Select the brush tool. And with the black brush because we want to remove areas, I will select the black British. And I will simply hired this area to shorter texts, blow it. So if I move it over here, you can see that this loop of the text is going over it. We can do it over here to, or maybe over here. But just like that, it seems like that are attached is wrap-around Dutch subject. How easy was dead? So as you can see, once you have learned the basics, you can make all kinds of design to very easily. And it starts to become very, very, very interesting. So I will see you guys in the next one. 30. How To Select Hair In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So today we are going to learn how to select here in Photoshop. So let's get right into it. Let me select the Quick Selection Tool. Okay, so there is one more thing. There are two ways to select a subject. The first way is dared to you start selecting the subject obviously. But if you have a plane proper background, you can do the opposite. Let me show you how. So instead of letting the subject, but I can do is select the background and then invert the selection. So if I just start collecting this area, you can see that this is much easier to select. I will select these areas. And just like debt or subject is selected, obviously there are some areas which aren't great, so we will fix them. Let's zoom in a little. And since this area is not right, I restrict the minus 2l. And since we are doing it oppositely now, so I have to use the minus tool on the subject. So I will take this out and bring this in the year and bring this in. I guess this looks fine. Just do it on the underneath. And if you think that this action is not going right and just make the pressure that's smaller. Let's zoom out. So I guess this is all right. There is a part over here which we need to fix. Let's bring this back. And as you can see that we are having trouble selecting and deflecting this. So if there is something like this, just zoom in a lot and make your brush smaller, and then tried to select it. So this is alright, no alerts zoom-out. No. What we will do is basically create a Moscow. But here I will click on the layer mass button. And since we selected the background and nor the subject. So instead of background being removed, our subject has been removed. So no problem. We will check the mosque and click Control ionic. And the mosque has been inverted. So this is white and this black. If I press control, are you again? So all of this is white, so it is showing and the blackboard is gone. So this is how landmass works. So let's create a solid color, just monolayer, maybe yellow, and put it below this layer. So this looks really nice because we have yellow background. The original background was somewhat oranges, brownish. So if we make this black, so you will be able to identify some areas which don't look nice at all, especially the here. So let me teach you how you can fix this. I will select this object. Click on the mosque, not this one, but the mosque. And at the top it says select subject. By David. These options only come up if you have any of the selection tool selected. For example, if I have the moved restricted and I click on this, I won't see the options to make sure that you have the good Selection Tool selected. Then click on the mask and you have these options. Over here you can see select and Mask. Click on that. Let the modal little. So we have couple of options over here and some tools over here. One of them is called the refiners tool, this one. So let's zoom in a little. And the thing about definers to release that you have to use it as less as possible. So I will decrease its size. So if I want to remove these extra fringes, I will simply move it over here. And just like dirt and those are gone. And the parts of the head which weren't visible before are visible now. Similarly, we will do it over here and just wants and all of this Harrisburg, similarly on the beard layer to zoom in a little. Make it small. Hand over here. Similarly over here. And just zoom on. There is also a simple area over here. We can also remove, reducing their financial simply drawn it. And Photoshop will detect which areas should be removed. Obviously, there is some area which has been selected. We can obviously detect it later on, but tried to make the brush smaller, very small. And then try doing it so that you don't select extra areas. Let's zoom mode. Let us do it over here too. So this looks good. So now simply hit ok. There are still a few fringes over here. So what we will do is instead of selecting the mask, we will select a subject. Go to layer over here. And at the bottom it says matting. Click over here and click on Color decontaminate and simply hit OK. So if I show you before and after, this was before color lignin terminate and this is after. I know this is a very small change, but it makes a lot of difference. So this was before, and this is after. All the fringes are basically gone. And also this area. It is also fixed. So we can put any background we like darker or lighter and it will look who got on. It. Hurts like discolored. And districts really golden. Let's try this on another image. So we have this image of a girl over here. And we want to remove these areas obviously. So let me show you an omega selection. Instead of using the Quick Selection Tool, did a dual-core magic worn tool. So let me show you what it does. It basically select all the similar areas which are connected. For example, if I click over here. These are all the areas which are similar and connected. Like this part of the skin is altered the same as this one. But it didn't selected because there is a dark paired between them. Let us remote. Similarly, if I click over here, you can see that so much area has been selected because all of this is similar. So if you want to add more area into it, simply press shift. You see that there is a plus over here and click on all the areas you want to add. So as you can see, that all of this area has been selected. Easy. You don't have to select the cookie action tool and draw all over the place in shared. You can do it in a couple of clicks. So we will create a mask on disk. Again, it is an opposite mask. So we will click on it, press control ionic, and it is inverter. We will create a solid color or just one layer over here. Let's keep it black and bring it below it. So as you can see that all lady has or, or rate except for this area under here. And sometimes it is very difficult to cut out the hair of woman. So I will select the mosque. I will click on Select the mask. I have delta finance tool over here. I will increase herd size. And remember what I said. Make sure they're do you use it as less as possible. So I will start growing whether it over here and try to cover everything in just one quick stroke. Similarly over here. And these parts are a little sensitive because these are closer to the shoulder. If I drawn this, the shoulder might disappear. So just zoom in. Make the breast small. Just try to draw around this chipping away from the shoulder. Control minus to the Mozart, controlled minus to the mode. Similarly, this sum AD over here. Just draw here and one minus and simply hit ok. You can see that a lot of areas are gone. Again for the next part, where we do the color decontaminate, do you have to select the image, not the mosque? Because if you slip the mosque and go to layer and mapping, you will see that this is grayed out. So you have to select the image, go to layer, come down over here and matting, and click on colliding and lemonade and simply hit ok. So as you can see, this is before decontamination and this is after. And we have a perfect cutout. No, we continue the colors to whatever we want. Let's select this color. Or maybe her skin color. Let's make it lighter. And this is perfect. So basically this is how you can select here in Photoshop. I know it was a long tutorial, but it was necessary. See you guys in the next one. 31. Task 5 Select Hair: Hello guys, welcome back. And who is their default? Another task. So I have this image for you and all you have to do is simply select the subject. Got older here properly using Refine Edge under Moser Baer going on and our desert. And as usual, don't forget to share your work with me. And I will see you guys in the next class. 32. Remove Anything In Adobe Photoshop: Hi guys. So today we are going to learn how to remove anything in Photoshop. So I have this image over here with bunch of stationery items, and I would like to remove some of them from the image. For example, I have this calculator over here. But if I want to keep the rest of the image and the way it is. And just to remove this, soon, the previous tutorials, we used a bunch of selection tools, but this time we're going to use another one. And there it is called the lesser dual. So using the lesser dual, you can make a selection of anything by freely drawing something like this. So this is a selection. Now, obviously this is not only good for making exact selections, but it comes in really handy if you want to make her off selection. So if you want to dislike something, simply press Control or Command BY default AND donkey. So let's just say I want to remove this calculator was to fall. I will duplicate my layered simply press Control G on the keyboard and GFR Joker. The only reason why I duplicated it so that I would have the original image. After that, using the lesser tool, I will make a rough selection around the image. Obviously it doesn't have to be perfect, but make sure that you make the selection around everything. Like if it has a little bit of shadows, you go around it. After that, simply right-click on it. Fill. And you might remember content of air from the tutorial in which we learned how to shoot and images. So it is basically the same concept, 1and various Photoshop say AA future basically artificial intelligence. So I made this selection and after that I will fill it with content aware. So basically I'm telling Photoshop that I want to remove this object. So I will simply hit OK. Photoshop will analyze this. And just like that, the calculator is gone. I will press control beyond the keyboard. So what photoshop basically did is calculated the area around it and see where it should be entailed this area. Similarly, if I want to, let's just say remove this sharpener, I will make a rough selection. Just click on it, fill and content of air and just hit okay. And the sharpener is gone. But this can cause problems if you try to remove things which are very close to each other. For example, if I just zoom in over here and say I want to remove this or this. As you can see that all three of these things are almost connected together. Like they are very close to each other. And if I tried to remove just one of them, for example, if I want to remove this clip, I will try to make a selection of it. And obviously I will have to go above the pen. And northern I will hit fill and content where it's all messed up. Like Photoshop cannot understand what's going on over here. Let's press Control Z. And these lectured with Control D. So if I look over here, this clip is quite far away from this notebook. And if I try to make a selection of it, away from the shadows and right-click and filled. Okay, so for the shop, have removed this quite well. But as you can see that there are shadows over here. And this was very close to the shallowest. And Photoshop couldn't analyze it properly. And there, despite all of this area is messed up soon whenever you are using content, we're makes sure that there is a lot of free space around the area. Like I can easily remove this straight click well and content layer. And just like there it is gone. So if you want to see before and after, this was the before, and this is after. Let's try it on an image with a person in it. So I will try to make our reflection just go around the person. Just negative selection. And make sure that you go between the legs like this to. So there we will be able to tell Photoshop that this is the area which we don't want. So just right-click on it and content of air. So as you can see, that Photoshop did a really good job. But there is this small area which it messed up. But so basically this is how you can remove anything in Photoshop. And I will see you guys in the next class. 33. How To Remove Text In Photohop: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn how to remove texture in Photoshop. So I have this image over here with text written on it. And as you can see that all of this is on a single layer, like the text is not written on a separate layer on top of it. So if I move this, the text moves with it. Because like I said, all of this is on a single layer. So how we can remove this texts, like it is basically hard-coded into this image. To a few glasses back, I told you about this magic wand tool and how we can use it. Like if you click on this color, it will basically select everything which looks similar. So we don't want to do that right now. Simply press Control D. But we want to do is just to remove all of this text. So using the magic wand tool, I will simply click on one of the letters. So I will simply click on this edge. And as you can see that this edge has been collected. After that, I will go to the top, click on Select, and click on similar. So as you can see that all of this texture has been selected. After dared, I will go to select again, click on modify and expand. So basically what we are doing right now is expanding or selection by one pixel. So if I click on it, you might have not been able to get it. But if you see over here that all of the selection has been increased by just one pixel. Let's zoom out again. After that, we can select any selection rule we want, like quick selection tool. Just right-click on it, phil. And you might have guessed it by now, we will use continent of air again, simply hit OK. And as you can see that Photoshop has analyzed all of this area, even the hand and the here and the background, everything. It controlled d on the keyboard and all of the texture has been gone. Obviously, there is a possibility that some areas get disturbed or distorted. But if we zoom out, I don't think it looks weird at all. And or texture has been removed. And this is going to come in really handy for you guys in future. I will see you guys in the next class. 34. How To Write Text In A Circle Or Any Shape: Welcome back guys. Supernovae are going to learn how to write text in a circle. So as you can see that I have texture over here and it is written in a circle. So we will learn how to do this. Now. Let's delete these sorted. We could make it from the start. Okay, so now I'm going to tell you a little bit about partying Photoshop. So if you go to a shape over here, and maybe if I select an ellipse. And if I make a circle over here, and if I make a circle over here, we don't have a stroke led me just to remove the ferry lu. So as you can see that we have this line over here. This is actually known as a part of reshape recreate is basically also apart and you can actually ride on any part. So if I select the textual now, and I have this part over here, this circle, if I simply hover over it, you can see that my textual changes. So if I just click on it, that lorem ipsum deck chairs automatically filled it. So my text is in a circle now. Similarly, if I just remove all of this and create another shape may be about polygon and the sides or six. So we will make a hexagon over here. And now if I select the Text tool and hover over it, you can see that the cursor has been changed. And if I click over here, or Lamar text has been written in a hexagon, how cool is this? You can try it on any shape you want. A circle, a rectangle, square, whatever you want. Let's try this on an actual image. So I had this image overhead and I created this fun text on top of it. So let me show you how I made it next deleted. I will simply create an ellipsoid here. While pressing Shift and aren't, I will make it from the middle. Alert, smooth it down a little. We cannot see it because it doesn't have a film or a stroke. Now we will select the Text tool. Click over here, and write whatever you want. Are fun. Let's change its color to white. And also you can move the text. There is this tool called the direct selection tool. If you click on it. And if you click over here, you can see these pointers to using these, you can basically move your text. So we have put it in the middle. I will click on the text and I will decrease its size, something like this. And after that, I will zoom out or press Control T on the keyboard and simply make it bigger. And let's bring it down. Rest entered, alerts zoom in just a little. And now we have texture then integral. So this is how you can write text in any shape you want. See you guys in the next class. 35. How To Check Spellings In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So this is a very useful glass. Because if you are someone like me who didn't care about spellings alert and focuses more on their design. And this is gonna come in really handy for you. So as you can see that there are a lot of mistakes in descendance, like dispelling off correct is wrong, mistake is wrong, Photoshop is wrong. So these are just four or five words. But what if we have lords of text in our document? So it is really hard to go through all of the text and proofread it and remove all the mistakes. So let me show you a quick and handy way to do this. After you are done with your design, all you do is simply go to Edit and check spelling. Simply click on it. This dialogue box will come up and automatically Photoshop has detected that this word is wrong. And not only that, it has given you some suggestions. So this is obviously the word correct. I will click on it and simply click change. So for the sharable, basically corrected, then the word mistakes is wrong. And Photoshop has given me two options, mistakes and mistakes. So this word is right, I will simply change. The word Photoshop is also wrong. It has given me this suggestion. I would click on change. And when you're done, simply hit, okay, and all of your texture has been corrected. I hope you guys would find this useful included. See you guys in the next class. 36. How To Add A Gradient In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So today we are going to learn about gradients. So as you can see, this is an image from a previous tutorial, the one in which we learned how to mask out here properly. So after removing the background, we added this kinda do the back. But let me show you how you can make it even more interesting by adding our gradient. Like if I hired this layer, you can see that this is like Jell-O to orangeish kind of gradient. Let me bring this back. And at the top I will create another layer. If you want to create another layer, all you have to do is just simply click over here and you will get this empty layer. So let's zoom out a little and let me show you how you can use gradients. So first of all, you will go to this gradient rule over here. Just click on it. And by default you will get this black to white gradient. But this basically means that it will start from black and white. So if I draw a gradient over here, you can see that it is black to white. Press Control Z to undo it, and let's change the colors. Simply click on it. And you can see both of the colors over here. Let's click on this one and change it to think. Maybe magenta. And double-click on this one and change this one to, I guess blue. And hit OK. And after that, simply hit ok. So we have this magenta to blue gradient now. And if you draw with it, may be from left to right. You can see this beautiful gradient, press Control Z to go back. There are also different kinds of gradients. For example, the one we are using right now, it is called a linear gradient. So if we draw with it from one direction to other, it draws it in a line. What if I select this one? The second one, it is called a radial gradient. So if I draw over here in the middle, you will see that it will start from the middle and eventually go out. So it is starting from magenta and then going out to blue. Plus controls you to go back. So similarly, I have created a gradient below this layer. If I hide this layer, you can see that this gradient is from yellow to orange. You can even copy these colors. I have opened the gradient editor. I would click on this and simply copy this color. Then go over here and copy this one. It, okay? So I have this gradient now. And I can draw maybe a linear gradient using it. Or maybe a circular one, radial one. Press Control Z. Let's simply delete this layer and change the color of this gradient. Maybe they're selected again. And that Derek magenta color again. Blue, light blue. And let's create a gradient below this layer. We are getting it on this layer. So if you move it over here. So we have this gradient now, let strategies on another image. So I have this image now and you can see that there is such a good gradient on it. Let's delete this one. And let's try this same region on this one. I will select the linear one and draw from right to left, maybe in an angle. Ok, so I made a mistake. Basically I do the gradient on this layer. I'm not supposed to do that because their specific layer has been edited. Now, press Control Z. First create a new layer over here. And we will make a gradient on this one. Let's make it from bottom to top. But earlier you saw something else. Let me show you how I made that. So let me introduce you to blending modes. If you click on any layer, you can also see a blending mode, whether it, by default it is set to normal. But if you click on it, and if you hover over any of them, you will see something different. So basically these burning more tariff properties of their own. These are basically calculated values. For now you don't need to know what all of these do. You can simply hold over them and see which one looks the best. So I guess for this image, and this one looks really good. And now you have a very cool effect. In their last course, I will also teach you how all of these blend modes work. But for now you can just play around with them to get different kinds of effects. So this was an introduction, do gradients. I hope you guys like this. See you guys in the next one. 37. How To Add A Gradient To Text: Hi guys. So now we are going to learn how to apply gradient on any text. So as you can see that I have this text over here and I have applied a gradient on it. So let me show you how I did it. Let's delete this and write some text over here. I have simply press D on the keyboard to get the text tool. That's right, dance. So in the last tutorial view, the gradient tool to make our gradient. But I have told you this before that in Photoshop data, a lot of ways to do a single thing. And also using our gradient tool is basically the destructive matter of creating a gradient. If you want to create a gradient which is editable, you will basically have to use the Layer Styles. Let me show you what I mean by that. Let's zoom out a little. Let's create a new layer over here. And for example, I click on the gradient tool over here and create a gradient on this. But if I want to change these colors, I cannot do that. Obviously, I will have to create a new gradient and change its colors and its direction. So let's delete this and let me show you the proper way to omega gradient. So to make a gradient on this text, instead, we will right-click on it and go to Blending Options. And we have the Layer Styles and all and overhead. You can see that there is gradient overlay. If you click on this, by default, we will get this color. Let me just reset it. They said to default to, we have this nice wide to Greg gradient over here. Now, let me just cancel it and promote a little so that you could see auditing. Right click on it, go to branding options. We have the Layer Styles now. Click on gradient overlay. So we have a lot of options over here. First of all, we will reset it. As you can see, we have a linear, radial and all the other options. We can also edit the gradient over here. Simply click over here, double-click on this and change its color to red, maybe. Ok. And the second one will be orange, maybe something else. Okay, let's make it blue disorder. We would have a proper contrast and hit OK. OK. So let me show you what I mean by editable. Hetero gone discipline. First of all, I can change its angle. Like I can change it angled toward ever I want. I can even change its style. I can increase or decrease its opacity. There are even blending Modes withered, but we're not going to use them right now. So let me select linear again. Let's change its angle to 90 degrees, almost 90. And we can also change the colors. Now if I click on it, I can double click on this and change the color to green. And this one to something else. I guess blue is alright. So as you can see that this is editable. You're not desktop VAD one gradient. You can change it to whatever you want. Change the angles, thinking the colors. Simply hit OK. What if you want to create a gradient on the whole thing? Simply create a new ship. Let's just say I will create a rectangle over here. Make sure it has any color, maybe white colour. And after that regular coordinate lending options, now create a gradient overlay on it. And just like there do continues the angles and the colors. So you are not stuck with just one gradient null. So this is the proper and the non-destructive way to use gradients. So it cancel and simply delete this. Let me show you one last thing. If you double-click on it and click on this, we can even copy colors from the image. Let's click on this number. Click on this to get the color picker. Zoom in a little under its copy this gold color. Good. Ok. Then click on this one and copy this black color maybe and hit OK. OK, zoom out. And now we have this goal to black gradient. So this is how you can even copy colors from the image itself. I hope this was fun for you guys. See you guys in the next class. 38. Dual Light Effect In Photoshop: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn how to make this really cool. Do a light effect. And it is extremely easy. Let's make it from the start. I don't think that it is very much to it, but let me show you how you can make it. First you will say the gradient tool. Let's use the same colors as before. And simply make a gradient from left to right. Okay, so what's wrong? Basically, we have the radial region selected and that is not what we wanted press Control Z to go back. And also I'm making that mistake again. I'm creating the gradient on that layer. First of all, I will create a new layer. Change these two linear, and then I will get a gradient from left to right. After that, I will go to learning modes. And I will change this to color. And just like that, you have dared do a late effect. But what's wrong with their value does not editable hand, I told you before in the last tutorial that using the gradient tool is not the proper way to make gradients. So we will delete it again. So let's do this the proper way. I have as simply right-click on this layer, go to Blending Options. And over here I have gradient overlay. I will simply click on it. Let's click on this to get the options now. So I have this gradient over here now, and I can simply change it to blend more to color. And I have that same effect again. And not only that, but I can also edit it. I can change this angle. I can even change its color modifier WAN. So this looks really cool. So this is how you can easily make an editable, do a late effect in Photoshop. See you guys in the next one. 39. Task 6 Create Dual Light Effect: Welcome back, guys. I guess it's been a while we did a task. So I'm going to give you a very simple task. And it is that you have to create this dual light effect on this image. It's really simple, be creative, and don't forget to share it with me. And like always, if anyone has any kind of problem, feel free to ask me. See you guys in the next class. 40. How To Download & Install Fonts In Photoshop: Hi guys. So today we are going to learn how to download and install forms into Photoshop. Choosing a right formed is very important. And there this value should know that how you can find them and download them. So if you go to the project file, I have given you this document and it has oil. The free font websites. They're doing, just show them to you very quickly. If you go to Chrome over here, there is Google Fonts, fonts girl, wants.com, point space, duff on dog-gone, and forums in induce. These are all free websites and you can download all kinds of forms from these. So there is this farm which I use very often. It is called lotto. Let's just see if I want to know nor did I will simply search over here on phone school. So I will write lotto. It ended. And as you can see, it has given me its whole family. And I can download all of these forms for three. Let me show you how you can install them. For example, if I move to this website and let's just say I want to download this font. Simply click on download. It's downloaded now. Just click on it. And you will see two files.org and dot pdf. The board work just fine. Simply double-click on it and click on install. So the name of this font is Bridgestone. I will close this and go to Photoshop again. Let's select all the text and dried Bridgestone over here. And we can use this font now. Simple. It doesn't have the word and in it. So alerts to remove this and write. And and just like there, you can search, download, and install any form you want, any free phone basically. So see you guys in the next class. 41. Create Vougue Like Magazine Cover: Welcome back guys. And yes, we are going to learn how to make this warlike magazine cover in for a job. So let's get started. So basically everything which we have learned so far, not everything, but a lot of things which we have learned so far. We are going to apply them over here. So let me open up the original image. Let me simply drag and drop it over here. So as you can see that I have this image and I converted it into this maximum Guevara. So let's try to recreate it. So what is the first thing we have to do? Obviously, Moscow does object because as you can see that we have the Texture2D and behind her, that means that the subject is on a separate layer. So I will make a selection of the subject. Let's make it a little bigger. I'm just using the Quick Selection Tool and I will quickly make a selection of my subject. It has a very good contrast and delta phi I can select hurt easily. We won't worry about these hairs because we will be able to flick them later on using the Refine Edge. And gold miners to zoom mode. Select this area too. So our collection is complete. We will come down over here and click on the mask. And our background is gone. But we kinda need the background. So let me create a copy of this control j. And I will remove the mass form, this one, just right-click on it and Delete Layer Mask. So we have the model on a separate layer now, but I also need the background, but without the modelling it. So how we can do that? Let me just hide this and we are working on this layer now. Let's create another copy of it by pressing control j saw their reward. Have another copy of this and simply hide the bottom one. This is just a backup. So what I will do is simply select this layer. I will select the lesser pool and simply create a selection around her gesture of selection. And you might have figured out what I am doing over here. Simply right-click on her fill. And okay. For Bashar based analyzing it and the moral is gone. I know this doesn't look perfect, but it doesn't even matter. Let me show you. I will turn on this layered. And even if I move the model to the side, I don't think we can see a lot of the background and it doesn't even matter too much. So we have dumb ordered on a separate layer. We also have the background. And if anything goes wrong at any point, we also have the backup layer. So let's turn it off and turn these on. I will move the model to the side a little. I will click over here and write V or GUA walk. I have already downloaded the walks font. I will simply select this and right over here, maybe also change its color to black. And I will put it over here and simply make it very big. So bring it up a little and simply put this layered behind them, ordered layer. Easy. And the member, you cannot use this form for commercial use. You can use it for practice, but you cannot put it on anything official because this is copyrighted. So I have my text behind them ordered. So basically this was pretty much it. You had to cut out the model. After that, you have to remove them from the main image. And the text behind her. And everything else is just simple text. And I have given you all of these forms in the project files. So I hope you guys like this one. See you guys in the next tutorial. 42. Task 7 - Vougue Like Magazine Cover: Welcome back guys. And yes, we are going to learn how to make this warlike magazine cover in for a job. So let's get started. So basically everything which we have learned so far, not everything, but a lot of things which we have learned so far. We are going to apply them over here. So let me open up the original image. And everything else is just simple text. And I have given you all of these forms in the project files. So I hope you guys like this one. See you guys in the next tutorial. 43. How To Create Effects On A Picture: Welcome back guys. So today we are going to learn how to apply filters in Photoshop. Now as you can see, I have this cartoon like effect over here. And if I turn off this layer, you will see that this was the original image. But then I made a cartoon effect on it. Though. Let me show you how I made it. Let's delete this so that we could make it from the start. But to make sure that we have the original layer, we will simply click on it and duplicated by pressing Control or Command J. Therefore Joker. After that, we will go to filter and filter gallery. Okay, so there are a lot of effects over here. If you go over here, you can even see the folders, sketch, dialyze, distort. These are different kinds of brushes and affects. But before that, let me tell you why is it looking very weird, like it is green and red. Let me just cancel it. As you can see that I have the colors green and red liquid over here. Let me bring these to default. And the default colors are black and white. If you want those, simply press shift D. Now we will go to Filter again, filter gallery. And now it just looks alright because this is black and white. So just remember whatever colors you have selected, it will pick up those colors. Let's zoom out a little. Okay, so as you can see that there are a lot of effects over here. Like if you go to artistic, concede this effect. Like there are a lot of them. Neon type, palette knife type. You can even select brush strokes like this, crosshatch, dark strokes. And also there are a lot of options over here which you can play around with. And let it go to artistic. And the one which I selected was this one, poster edges. And you can see there are options over here too that you can increase or decrease the thickness, the intensity. This looks weird and the actual effect itself. So let me put it to a tree. Thickness, x and intensity a little less, and simply hit OK. And this is how you can easily make a cartoonish type effect in Photoshop. More coming up on the filters in the next class. So I will see you in it. 44. What Is A Smart Object And How To Use It: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn about smart objects in Photoshop. Focus on the last tutorial, we learned how to apply a filter on an image. So this was our original image. And then we made a cartoon like poster type effect on it. But there is a problem. As they always say, that whatever you do in Photoshop, it should be non-destructive, it should be editable. So what if I want to edit this effect? As you can see, I cannot do it. So let me introduce you to smart objects and how you can use them to make things editable. Let's delete this one and I will show you from the start, but we will make a copy of it by pressing controller command J, like before. After that I will right-click on it and click on Convert to Smart Object. So as you can see that there is an icon on it. Now, this basically means that it is a smart object. Let me tell you what they do. So for example, if I apply a filter on it, now, if I go to Filter again, filter gallery. And since I made disappeared before, it is already over here. There's the motor little, and I will simply hit OK. But Dad, cartoonish type effect is applied on it. But if you come over here, you can see this mark filter. Since we converted our image into a Smart Object, It is now editable. So if you double-click on it, the options will come up again. And I can edit this. I can't even collect any other kind of affect, or I can simply keep it the same. And maybe if I want to increase the intensity, something like this, and I hit OK. So now I can edit it. And if I want to bring it back, I will simply decrease it. Increase this. I guess this is okay. Now this whole effortless, editable, non-destructive, basically. Let me show you another use of smart objects. Let me delete this. Okay, so I will make a copy of this again by pressing Control or Command J. So we have two images now basically. But I will convert this one to smart object by right-clicking on it and click on Convert to Smart Object. So this one is a smart object now, and this one is just simple layer. Let me also create a solid color adjustment layer below them. I guess black is alright. And I will put it at the bottom. So let me show you what will happen if I resize both the images. I will select this one and this one, both of them. I would press Control or Command T on the keyboard, T4 tiger. And let me decrease the essays. I will simply decrease them like very small. And you'd enter. And let me show you what will happen when I will increase the size. Let me move this one over here. I will select both of them. And I will look at is the essays by pressing control. Let's increase it. It entered. And you can see the difference. And let me zoom in a little. Since this one is a smart object, this one it basically retain the whole image. But this one is blurry, no, because when you decrease the size of something, it basically loses pixels. But when you convert it into a Smart Object, it retains all the pixels. And because of that, it is always a better option to convert your images into a smart object so that you don't lose their quality and also make them editable. The debt was yet on the Smart Objects, and I will see you guys in the next class. 45. How To Make Oil Paint Effect In Photoshop: Hi guys. So now I am going to show you how you can make an oil paint effect in Photoshop. So we have the same image now as the last class, we convert it into a Smart Object and applied a filter on it. Then I apply the filter on it to make it look like this oil paint effect. So let me show you how I made it. Let me just delete it. I will simply right-click on it and delete smart filter. But this was our cartoonish type of fat from the last class. I can even turn it on and off. So I will go to Filter again. And instead of clicking on filter gallery, I will go to stylize. There are a lot of options over here and I will click on oil paint. I can do mode over here by pressing this. But there are a lot of options over here, like I can increase or decrease the effect. This looks weird. Alternately, Nina's scale basically moons how harsh defect is. And there are some other options too. You can also change its angle. Or alerts, keep it to this, localise the effect and decrease the scale. Loneliness to and simply hit OK. And this is how you can easily make an open type effect. And until you can turn it off and on. If I turn it off, I can only see dead cartoon effect. Or I can also turn off the cartoon effect and only turn this on. So this is how it will look on a simple image. And this is how it looks with the cartoon type of eight. So basically you can play around with you to make a lot of different kinds of effects. I hope this first one for you guys, and I will see you guys in the next class. 46. How To Make Sketch Effect In Photoshop: Welcome back, guys. Are you excited? Well, I am because we are going to make the schools cache type effect now. But let me teach you how I made it. Let me intestine, delete this so that we could make it from the start. And this was our original image. Though I have already converted it into a Smart Object. I will simply duplicate it by pressing Control or Command J. So we have another layer now, but I guess we will need two copies, so I will duplicate it again. And I will simply hide these two. After that, they will go to filter, filter gallery. Let's press control minus two x2 node. So there are a lot of options over here, like I have told you. Let's go to brush strokes. No data factories in the sketches. Let's go to sketches. Sketch. And here you have to select graphite pen. But there are a few options over here too. I can increase or decrease the size, basically length of the strokes. I can also decrease or increase the lightness or darkness. I guess this looks alright. And I will simply hit OK. And we basically have that sketch effect. But there is a problem. If I zoom in over here. There is no outline to it though. Let's fix it out. Let me press control minus. So now I will turn on this layer and I will bring it above this one. Now we will go to Filter again Electric Gallery and 1minus to zoom out. And instead of letting graphite Ben, we will click on photocopy. But this is a favorite, basically brings out outlines off an image. So we can increase or decrease the detail. I will keep it low. I can also increase the darkness to make it really dark, but I will keep it simple. I guess this is alright. And I will simply hit ok. So we have the outlines now. And if I hide this, I can see the rest of the image. But what if we want to combine them? So we have a very good blend mode for it. Let me turn it on. So I will go over here and the blend modes, and I will select multiply. And what is happening over here. Basically, multiply is a blend mode. It takes out all the white from the image, Halder bright parts, and leave the black ones. So basically it took out all the white areas and we are only left with the outline that we now have this really cool sketch affect how simple was dead. Just too smart filters and a blend mode. And that is it. Did you guys like defect? Yes, No. Let me know or dead rhymed. Anyhow, I will see you guys in the next class. 47. Task 8 Create Sketch Effect: Welcome back guys, suggests I have a task for, you know. And the previous class we learned how to make this really cool sketch effect. And it is very simple. All you have to do is degraded this effect on this image. You will simply duplicate it two times. Then go to Filter Goldie and select the effects. And then simply change the blend mode of the topmost layer to multiply. And you will end up with this effect can be to see your projects. And I will see you guys in the next class. 48. Create Speed Effect In Photoshop: Hi guys. So now I'm going to show you how you can make this p type motion blurred you type effect in Photoshop. So let me delete these so that we could make it from the start. Okay, so this is the original image with the first thing we have to do is simply select the car. We can do it using the Quick Selection Tool. So I will go over here and I will set the Quick Selection Tool. I will click on the plus one. Let's zoom in a little overstated within the group selection tool. I think I've speeded this part because I guess by now you guys have figured out how to make a selection properly and I don't have to show you guys from scratch every time. So we will go down over here and click on the mask. Or God is masked out. I know it is not perfect, but we don't need it to be perfect. It's all right. We will duplicate it by pressing controller command j because we want the original image two and I will simply right-click on it and delete the layer mask. So I have the cutout now and also the original image. So my original image is also a smart object. I will click on it, then go to Filter, go to blurred. And over here I will go to motion blur. Let's bring it over here. Basically over here, you can click the angle. You can set it like this. This would look really weird because it doesn't make sense. Since the car is moving in this direction, I will bring it over here. So the angle of the blurred is like this. Now, you can even increase or decrease the effect. Well, I guess this is alright. And I will simply hit okay. Provided we make a cut out of the car, would have we would have a clean image at the top. If I hide this, we will end up with this image. But that is why I needed a proper car, got out at the top. But this was very simple yet a cool effect. I hope you guys like this and I will see you guys in the next class. 49. How To Put Logo On Any Object: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn how to put a logo on any object, not just a logo, we can even put a whole design on something. So as you can see that I have this coffee cup over here. It would just fight like this. But then I made a design on it. And it actually looks like data. It is part of the image, like this area of the logo and the design is dark and this is white. And this basically blends in really well. But let me show you how I do it. Let's delete this. So those new design I made, it is over here. So as you can see that this is very plain. We want it to look like that. It is actually placed on the cup. So let me show you how you can do it. Let's drag it over here and decrease its size. I guess this is all right. Press enter. After that I will decrease its capacity again so that we could see the image below. Then I will press control or Command T on it to transform it. And you already know that we could decrease or increase its size. But let me show you another team did a thing called warp in Photoshop. So if I right-click on it, you can see that there is warp over here and we click on it. Now the outline has changed to walk basically allows us to bend stuff. And what I can do is simply bend or stretch their corners like this. Similarly, this one also there are handled over here which I can use. So I will move this one up a little. Similarly, this one, this looks all right. I will do the same over here, bring this one down over here. Similarly this one. And even without the handlers, I can move it like this. And the handlers also came down. And I can simply adjust it using the handles now. But this is all right. Only the sides are left. So I can gesture it over here to similarly over here. And then simply hit Enter. We decrease capacity. That is why it looks a little weird. So let's bring it up again to, again, this looks very plain. It still doesn't look realistic. But we can do is we will go to learning modes, select multiplier. And now you can see it looks so good. This was before and now this is after. And since it is a smart object, there is one more thing you can do with it. If I simply double-click on it. The whole design will open up in a new document and you can edit it. For example, if I apply a UNC tradition and just mounted on top of it. And I will change its color to, I guess blue. And whenever press Control S on the keyboard, Control S is for saving. I would press Control S or I can go over here file and save. It is grayed out because I have already saved it. And now when I will go over here, you can see that it is updated. Similarly, if I go over here, I declare press Control S. It is back to normal law. So dad is the power of smart objects. Let's zoom out a little. And this looks really good, I guess. So this is how you can place a logo on any kind of turf. See you guys in the next one. 50. Create Paper Corner Turn Effect: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn how to make this very realistic kind of paper turn effect. So I have two images over here, this one and the one below it. And you can see that it looks like Dad, this is a page and we have turned it to show the image below. And let me show you how I made it. It made you discipline and import it again. I will go to project files and bring this image over here. I didn't read the second one because I didn't make any effect on it. Simply press enter now. So I have this image on the top, and if I hide it, this one is at the bottom. Let's increase the size of the water manometer sorted. We don't get these edges. Zoom in again on this on. So I will select this one. And over here I will select the Rectangle tool and simply make a rectangle over here. I guess this is alright. Let's turn it to white and put it over here. Let's decrease the size a little. I guess this is alright and hit enter. So we have three layers, basically known this image, the one on top of it, and this rectangle. So it is at the coordinate. So I have told you before how you can apply a gradient on something. I will right click on it, go to Blending Options. And then we will click on gradient overlay. Here you would have to set the gradient. Go to basics and just simply slide this black to white and hit OK. So we have this black to white gradient. Now. Let me change its angle. Two minus 12 to five degrees. Ok, so it is basically vide to black. Now we have to make sure that black is at this corner. So instead of interchanging the colors over here, we can simply click on reverse. It is inverted null. And now I just hit OK. But this is our a tangled with the gradient and this is the image below it. But we will Louis simply sled both of them, then simply press Control or Command E on the keyboard, E4 elephant. So basically these two layers are combined. Now. I can hide it and see that the image below it, or I can turn it on. And they are on the same layer. If I move it, they will move together. What I can do is simply press control key on the keyboard, right-click on it and click on WAP. And I wish read this corner and simply bend it like this. Simply hit Enter. And how cool is this? It looks like a paper turning effect, but there is something wrong with it. What if I want to edit it? I can do it. Because it is not a smart object to. We will have to go back again. I will press Control Z again and again until r square or rectangle is on a separate layer. Now, what we will do is we will let both of them again. And instead of pressing Control E, we will right-click on them and convert both of them into a Smart Object together. When I will click over here, they both are combined, but they're also a smart object. Means if I double-click on it so I can always access them or edit them. Like if I move it over here and press Control S on the keyboard, it is over here now. But let's bring it back. Risk Control S again, and it is back over here. Let's close this one. Now, when i will press Control T on the keyboard, right-click and warp. And I will make debt effect again. Again, looks really good. Press enter. So now if I press Control or Command T again, click on warp again. It remembers that. It remembers jet. I did this move though I can't even bring it back over here, make this, or I can even further edit it. I can make any adjustments as I want. So I guess this is all right. And I will simply hit Enter. And not only you have made the effect, but it is also editable. Now, there is one more thing we can do on it. I will right-click on it and go to Blending Options. And over here i Whitley can drop shadow. So we have this shared over here now. We can even move it. But I guess this is all right. We can decrease its opacity a little, move it out a little and hit OK. You also have a shadow of this page null. But this is how you can easily make a paper turn effect in Photoshop. I hope you guys like this. See you guys in the next class. 51. Task 9 Create Paper Turn Effect: Hi guys. So just, I have another task for you, universe you have to do. In the last class, we learned how to make this paper TEN effect. And I have given you these two images. You can also access them in their design file. We simply have to import them into Photoshop and create this paper turn effect on one of them and put the other one just below it. Don't forget to Show me your work and I will see you guys in the next class. 52. Lose Your Fat Belly With Using Liqify: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn how you can lose your belly fat and make yourself limb using Photoshop. You might have heard and team did a largest liberties, get the pictures edited to make them look good. So how do they do it? But this was the original image. And after editing it, it looks like this. So let me show you how I do it. Let's delete this. And we will duplicate this layer by pressing Control or Command J. After that, I'll right-click on it and Convert to Smart Object. Remember we have to do it so that our image would be editable. After that, we will go to Filter again. And this time we will let liquefy. So we have this brush over here. There are a lot of options over here and over here. But for now you have to only select the first option, this one. And you will have this brush. You can increase or decrease in size. I will make it really big. B or little smaller. Also, you have pressure over here and density. You have these two default, I guess this is by default 50. I will increase the size a little. And I guess this is alright, and this is all right. So using this tool, we are using this brush. You can basically benched off. So for example, if I want to bend this area, I would click and drag an RV, have a very weird kind of tricep over here. There's press Control Z. And similarly, I can talk in this turning over here, I can simply drag it and bring it back. So we can bring in the whole term like this over here to make it great. And it is getting distorted and it'll just getting a little blurry. So we will decrease the size of the brush and just adjust skeleton. Over here two, there should bring in the pans to don't make it to a straight because nobody in the world is completely straight. So there has to be some irregularities. We can increase the size again, and let's bring back a little. And it looks a little realistic now. Simply hit ok. So this is before and this is after. So this is how you can easily edit any body part, but make sure that it looks realistic. I hope this was fun for you guys to you guys in the next one. 53. Make People Smile In Photoshop: Hello guys. And now we are going to make the person smiling Photoshop. Now, I have two images over here, this one and this one. And if I turn off this layer, you will see that this was the original image. And then I created a smile on this person's face. Similarly over here, instead of deleting the whole layers, I will simply right-click on the filter and delete Smart Filter. Similarly over here, right-click Delete smart winter. But remember this is a smart object. You have to make it a Smart Object showed that you could edit it later on. Let us go to Filter and liquefy. It is the same tool we use to talk in their tummy. As you can see that there are a lot of options over here. Let me just close this one and you can see that their eyes, nose, mouth, spaceship. Basically Photoshop has detected the whole phase. Where are the eyes, the nose, the mouth, and everything else? And now we can easily edit them. And if I click on them out, you will see more options over here. Also, this feature is only available in Photoshop 2020. So if you're using anything below Photoshopped onto 20, you won't have these options. So here it is a slider forced mile. If I increase it, I can simply increase the smile of the person. How easy is this? And then simply hit OK. Easy before, after not smiling, smiling. Let's go to the second image. Already a smart object. Go to Filter, liquefy, mouth. Mile. Just increase it. And we have a smile and simply hit OK. Ok. I know this looks a little weird because whenever we smile or cheeks go up a little and also our eyes squint a little. Obviously I'm not furthering editing it because I'm just showing you this feature. But to make us Mary realistic, you have to admit to isolate L and the cheeks. But in some images like this one, it looks all right. So this is how you can make the pulse myelin Photoshop the US in the next class. 54. How To Make Dripping Paint Effect: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn how to make this dripping paint affected using liquefy. So let me delete this so that we can make it from the start. Let me turn this on and delete the layer mask. So I have this image of a sky over here. And after that, I wrote some text on it. Let me just select it. The name of the form, taste Belinda. Let's delete all of this and I will make it on just one letter. We just need to know the content and then you can make it for a whole world. Let's press Enter. So what if we want to select this whole text? So we can select this layer, the coin, the magic wand tool, and then click over here and we will have a selection. But there is another way to do it. First control D to Deselect. Instead of doing this, but you can do is simply breast controller command on the keyboard and click on the thumbnail of the text. If you click over here, the whole layer will get selected. Simple. Then you can select the sky layer and we'll create a mask on it. Click over here. So all the idea had been masked out. You will have to hide this layer. So everything has been marched out assert for the part where there was text. Let's make a copy of it by pressing controller command j. Then we will right-click on the mosque and click on apply Layer Mask. And instead of being a mascot is now properly or we can hide this and now we will work on it. Then we will right-click on it and Convert to Smart Object. And then we will go to Filter and liquefy. But we have this brush over here. Remember how we talked in the tummy using the brush. It is basically the same concept. We will go to brush Tool Options and decrease the size. So the way I did devoted to me, we can also do the same over here if I bring it down over here like this. But this is coming down. So this way we can make drifts over here. But before that, let me zoom in a little library, click over here and drag it across the whole text. This way it will make a paint type effect over here. Let's do it over here to know I will decrease their size because this area is small when it'll bigger or smaller. And just who owned over here? Let's increase the size. Okay. It's quite big. I guess 60 was alright. Yeah, 16-year-old rate. And just apply it over here. The whole all of it is bending. Similarly over here. And there's degrees of size to 40. And do it over here. So basically we now have that pain tape of a vector, but we want to create that drips to let's make it 50. And let's try now. But this is all right. But we will make drips over here in my early over here. And here. Just make it random. Doesn't have to be perfect. Which makes it a very big drip over here and then a small run with it. Like this. One over here. Simply hit ok now, and how cool is this? We have debt being dipping type of effect over here. But this is how you can make a dipping variant of it in Photoshop. See you guys in the next class. 55. Task 10 Create Dripping Paint Effect: Hi guys. So who is ready to make a tipping point defect on their own now? So just this is a task. In the last tutorial, we learn to make the stripping parent affect. All you have to do is just create debt effect over here on this image. You can even use the same text from here. But obviously it would be better if you started at different font and try something new on your own. By the way, I'm expecting dare do would write a whole word over here, not just one letter. I made it like this or data to total would be shorter. But you will have to write the whole word over here, f and making the FET. See you guys in the next one. 56. Free Image Resources: Hi guys. So today I'm going to show you some resources from where you can get images like this one. Let me minimize this and the images sources folder and you will find this. Let me just open it. So these are all the best free image websites which I know. Let's open them and grown. For the first one is very big. You can get all kinds of images from here. Then there is unspliced. This one is my favorite. You can see that there are a lot of images. You can search whatever you want over here. Let's just say car. And as you can see that there are so many images. Remember that the total image I showed you, the speed effect, who I don't know that that image form here. Then there is also Pixabay. They also have a good collection. And then pixels to all of these are free image websites and you can download images from here for free. Just remember one thing whenever you don't want something. For example, if I download this, when I will click on it and click on download. And you can see the name of the photograph are over here. And today we are going to learn how you can remove pimples or acne in Photoshop. So I have this image over here. This was the original image. And this woman has a lot of agony on the face. And I removed all of it. So let me teach you how I did it. And let's create a new layer by pressing controller command J. And over here we have what Healing Brush. Make sure that you decide to content of air. Now I guess by now you would have guess what it's going to happen right now. Let's zoom in a little. So again, I will select the spot healing brush and it is set to content of air, which means when I will draw on one of the pimples, let just see over here. It is gone. And just lay the content aware Finn it, analyze the area around it and filled it accordingly. Similarly, we will click over here. This one dab, dab. We will have to draw over here. And just like that, they are all going away. Similarly, we are going to click over here, here, or here. Also here. Look over here. And again, things which are close to each other, you can do them together. Let's fix it a little more. Risk control minus T22 mode. And just like that, all of the pimples aren't gone. Let's see, before and after. This was before. And this is after. How extremely easy was it? You see photoshop is actually really easy. You just need to know the tools and how to use them. So today we are going to learn how to make here shine in Photoshop. But this is the original image and this is after I made shine on it. Let's make it from the start. I will simply delete it. Okay, so first of all, I will duplicate it. I will press Control or Command Z on the keyboard. And this lead has been duplicated. But we will create an adjustment layer on top of it. Even go down over here. And here we must let curves adjustment layer. Let me bring it over here so that you could see it. Okay, so what goes basically do, if I bring this up, it is basically making bread or parts more bright. Let's control Z to bring it back in. If I bring this down, it will make that darker parts more dark. What we can do is simply increase the better parts is really great. I guess this is alright. Let's move it over here. So I have told you this before that every adjustment layer comes with the mask. So all of this is vibrate now Dad wound, it is affecting oil the area. If I press control ion it, it has been inverted. That means the whole effect is gone. It is hidden right now. So I will select the brush tool over here, make it smaller. And I have both selected wide moons dead effect will come back. Black mean digital go away. Then everything is already black. So all the factories gone. Let me decrease its size and also degrees its hardness. What I can do is simply increase the shine of the areas which are already and it will break like this part. This part, and this part. Again, I am drawing with byte. That means I will be bringing back the effect. Let's decrease this. And I will draw over here like this. Similarly over and over here. If you have seen an ad for Ledi shampoo, you would have seen that it is always this long stripe of Sheng. Though we can increase the size. And we can make a big strip over here like this. Okay, so this Hall effect is a little too harsh, but we can do a simplistic the curves again and play around it with a little, let's bring it down a little. This is the original one. And let's bring it up. And guess this is alright. This is before and this is after temple. We can even make it over here. Let's click over here. Let white decrease the size. I guess this is alright. And draw over here. And we are done. So basically that is how you can make shine in Photoshop. All we did is just greeted and adjustment layer. It is called curves. And using it, we can increase or decrease the brightness. After Dad, we simply inverted the mask so that everything would be gone. And we brought back the ADRs, which we want the shine on. So now you know how he looks so good on ads that you guys in the next class. 60. Make Teeth White In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So now we are going to learn how you can make yellow teeth whitening Photoshop. As you can see that I have done it already with a simple adjustment layer. So let me tell you how I do it. So I will go down here and I will simply create a hue and saturation discipline layer. At the start of the course, we'll learn how to change color of anything. We also learn how you can change this one color. So I have already created a hue and saturation Adjustment Layer. And what I will do is simply go over here and select yellows. So it will only affect the colored yellow over here. So what if we want to take away or color may simply decrease its saturation? So what I will do is in yellow is targeted Now, I will simply been down the saturation. I'm not going to take away very far because otherwise the teeth will become gray and we don't want that. Let's bring it back. Let's bring it over here. Not too much. And after that I will increase the lightness a little. So this is before and this is after. But there is one more thing. If you look over this area, all of this area, you see that these areas are grayed out. If I turn it off, you will see the actual color. Even though this is the area which was targeted. But the adjustment layers on top of everything, so it is affecting everything. So I will simply turn it on. And I will click on this mask over here, like the Brush tool. Make it bigger. And I want to take away the effect from these areas. So I will simply invert it. And I will draw with black, though all of this area will come back. Let's do it over here. Similarly over here. And all of this area is fictional. If I draw over here, the yellow part will come back. So I will simply press Control Z over here. So the teeth are also fixed and all the other areas are also back now. And this is how you can easily change color of teeth in Photoshop. You guys in the next class. 61. Change Eye Color In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. You would have guessed by now, we can change color of eyes to using the same concept. So here I have a green eye over here. And if I delete this hue and saturation adjustment layer, you can see that it was originally blue. So if you learn to change color of a specific area, where you can do is simply select the Quick Selection Tool. Zoom-in a little, and simply make a selection of dead part. Though I will select the eye, just the middle circular part. Let's remove all of this area. So instead of going to minus every time, but we can do is while having the Quick Selection Tool selected, you can press on the keyboard and it will turn into minus. And now you can take away all of this. And when do we let go? It will become plus. So you don't have to go and click over here every time. I guess this is good enough. And it will get over here. And we are let us remote node I will do is while having the AIA selected, I will go over here and click on you and Saturation adjustment layer. So it will basically make a layer. With that selection. You see that middle part is Biot, M dash is black. That means when I will move the sliders only this area will be affected. So now I can change the color by changing the hue. So this is green. No, this was blue before. Now green. We can even make it red or brownish type. It's a red IN0. Or we can even make it purple, pink or this dark blue. I guess thread was looking quite good. So when you understand the basic concepts, you can do a lot in Photoshop. I hope this was easy and fun for you guys to you guys in the next class. 62. Quickly Remove White Background From Logos: Hello guys. So now we're going to learn how to easily remove white background. So I have a few icons over here. This is an icon off my company's logo. And also I have this icon of all away or so. Obviously this looks weird because they have white boxes around them. And I want to remove these. But let me show you a quick and handy way to do this. Instead of making a selection and removing all of this. But you can do is simply go to Denmark by whatever we have already done this, simply slip multiplier. And just like debt divided by grown-ups gone. So I have told you this before, when you apply Multiply blend mode on any layer, it removes all the bright parts out of it. So since everything else was white, it removed it. Similarly, we can select this layer and change it to multiplier. And just like the white background is gone. But this is only working because my icons are black. If they were paying more or injured anything bright, it wouldn't have worked properly. This was just a handy tip to you guys in the next class. 63. How To Create Shadows In Photoshop: Hi guys. So now you're going to learn how to make a realistic shadow in Photoshop. So as you can see that I have a ball over here. It's a basketball and there is a shadow below eight. But it wasn't the part of the image I created it. So if we look over here, the ball is on a separate layer, like it's a separate image. The shared also has a separate layer. And the background is basically a simple, solid color adjustment layer. We can even change its color if you want, but not right now. So let me delete this shadow and let's make it from the start. So if you look over here without the shadow, it looks like the ball is just floating in the air. You are very simple, yet effective way to create a shared room. And this works really well for objects. So first we will go over here and select the brush tool. We have this layer selected. So we will have to create a new layer map clicking over here. After that, make sure that your color is black. The brush is quite big and its hardness is really less like almost 0. After that, simply click over here just dab ones. So this latest blow, the basketball layer, and that is why we can see the basketball countertop. After Dad, we will press control or commodity on the keyboard and simply transform it like this and bring it below the basketball. And just lay dead. We have a shared over our simple was dead because we're the Shadow starts, it is actually really dark. And as you move out, it starts to fade out. Let me show you how you can make a shadow for a person. So we have another image over here. There is a goal over here. So basically I mustered out so that I could create a shadow properly. Let's delete the shadow. So we only have the gun on a separate layer background. We can change its color to whatever you want. I guess, like this, maybe it blue. And we want to create a shadow of this goal. But we will do is right-click on it and go to blending options. You have seen this method before. We will use the drop shadow. So if we click on it, you will see that there is a shadow of the girl. But this doesn't look very realistic. If we wanted the shadow on the wall, it would have worked like this. But we want the shadow of a girl on the ground. So let's hit OK right now. So what we can do with Layer Styles is dead. We can separate them. Let me show you how. Simply right-click on this drop shadow and click on Create Layer Style and hit OK. As you can see, that this drop shadow has been separated from this layer. So I can even move it around. And let's put the shadow on the ground. So press control or command key on the keyboard. Let us modern. It'll then right-click on it and click on distort and simply select it from the top. And now you can bend it and drop it like this. This is all right, I guess press enter and then move it up like this. We can even decrease its capacity. We make it look a little more realistic. It gestured to little, and this is fine. So shadow is done. But this is how you can create a shared on a person. And if you want to get a shared on a product or an object, you should use this method. These are very simple methods, but they are very effective. I hope this was easy for you guys. See you guys in the next class. 64. How To Make A Reflection In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So we have our same example over here now, but this time we will learn how to make a reflection. It is extremely easy. Let me show you how a Marriott let me delete this. Ok. So I have the basketball on a separate layer like this. The first of all, I will duplicate it. How do we duplicate stuff? Simply press Control or Command Z on the keyboard. The or basketball is duplicated. Now, after that, press control or Command T on the keyboard, right-click on it and flip vertical. So basically it is upside down, no, press Enter on the keyboard and just bring it below the actual basketball, like so. After that, we will create a mask on it over here. So we have a mask over here. Now. This is completely right. That is why we can see the whole basketball. But let me remind you how masks work. Let me select the brush tool. So I have the black color selected. I will decrease its size. And now if I draw with it, what will happen? It will disappear, right? And if I invert the Keller's by pressing X on the keyboard, the colors have been inverted. So now when I will draw with it, it will come back to again. Black disappears, lag disappears, and white reveals it. Simple. We can use this concept to make a Reflection. Let me show you how. So make sure that you don't have the image selected. You have to set the mask. Then go to the gradient tool. And by default it is black to white. If you don't have led to biased selected, you can go to basics and select this first one. So it is basically white to black. So if I draw our gradient over here, what should happen? It should fade from visibility to invincibility. Let me show you. If I draw a gradient over here while having the massless. What is happening is black to white. The black area is the part which is dissipating. And since it is a gradient, it is going from black to white and visibility to visibility. Let's press Control Z to undo it. Slipped the gradient tool again, and let's make it a little better. I will start from the middle over here and go to the middle of the other ball. Even this is too much. Let's start from here and go to the middle of the other ball. And this is perfect. So now it basically looks like a deflection. The basically this is how you can easily make reflection of anything using a mask and a gradient. That is it. I hope this was fun. See you guys in the next class. 65. How To Use Guides In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So this is a very simple yet useful tutorial. So if we look over here, we have two images and there is a line between them. But this line is basically called our guide. And let me tell you how you can create them and use them to press Control or Command R on the keyboard. And you can see a scale over here. Basically, you can bring in different scales horizontally or vertically. So now I have a box over here. This is basically to align things properly. I can also delete them by simply bringing them back over here. Like so. So let me delete the images first. I will go to the project files and bring these two images. Simply hit Enter. So I have these two images over here, and I want to place them on top of each other. But on the exact center. If I move this one at the top. And as you can see that we already have a guide over here. This pink guide is the one which photoshops creates automatically lead to mortality. And bring this one down, though to make sure that I align them properly in the middle, I will simply being down on aid and it will automatically get snapped at the middle. As you can see, it is getting snapped. So I can bring this one at the top and this one at the bottom. Similarly Eigen bringer guide from the side and it will get snapped at the middle as you can see. So let's just say I want to create a circle over here and I can create it from the medulla. There's bring it to the top and decrease their capacity. So this is just an example. So in the next class, I will show you a proper example on how to use guides. 66. Seamless Instagram Panorama In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn how to make these panoramas for an Instagram. So I am on this account called swipeable carousels. And they post carousels are panoramas like these. Let me tell you how you can make these. Let's go to Photoshop. So I have this image over here and I want to pause it as a carousel on Instagram, Basically a panorama. But if you don't do it properly, it doesn't look seamless. Like if I go over here and you can see that this is seamless, like there are no lines inbetween. Let's go back. First of all, I will decrease the size of the image. I will go to the image and image size. So as you can see that this is quite a big image. But you have to make sure that higher dictating 50, because Instagram spores 1350 by ten UT size, or even 1080 by 1080 would work. But this is all right, simply hit ok. So if you go to the Crop tool over here and right-click on it, you will get this nice tool. So using this tool, you can actually cut the image into equal parts. Let me show you how to. I will right-click on it and click on divides lace. So as you can see, I can do it horizontally or vertically. I will do it vertically. And here I can select the pixels per size. I will click over here and put ten UT over here. So I will simply hit ok. So as you can see that it has divided it into three, rather four parts. But this is the part we don't need. So we will simply go to the Crop tool and simply drop it out. Just hit enter. And we will go to File, Export and say for web. Then click on save and save it. Let's go to the project files. And you can see that there are slices over here. It has divided the image into three parts. And then du will upload it on Instagram. It will look like dead seamless panorama. So if I go to the project files, you can see that I have these two images. I will simply open them in Photoshop. So it is quite simple. Simply go to the first image. I will first unlock it, and now I can move it. I can drag and drop it over here. Like so. First Control or Command T and then resize it like this. So this image is overlapping on this one. So what we can do, create a mask over here. Let the brush tool make it black, make it bigger. And simply Moscow this area. So we will go to tools over here. And here we have a clone stamp tool in, please let it. So this is also a brush. But what you can do with it, it basically clone stuff. Let's just say I want to clone this bird. I would press on the keyboard to take assembled form here. So now I have a sample over here. And when I will draw with it, the bird will be duplicated. Let's zoom in a little. Let's just say I want to duplicate this bird. I will make the breast smaller and take a sample from here. So I have dissemble over here. And when I will draw with it and you can see the plus sign at the top as I'm doing with it in the sanctuaries where I am. And this is how you can easily duplicate something there to model. It'll let just say we want to duplicate a whole flock of maybe a couple of birds. Let just say we want to duplicate these, rest oiled and click over here to take a sample. And let's draw these two words over here. But you can make as many copies as you like over here. But this is very simple yet very useful. I have a formed over here which is called bison. And let's write glitch over here, G LIT c, h. And we can increase its size by pressing control or commodity and dragging this while pressing shift. This is alright. Let's bring it to the middle. After there'd be, we'll make a copy of it by pressing Control or Command J. Then we will right-click on it, go to Blending Options. Basically we have channels over here. This is actually an advanced topic which we will cover in the advanced course. So you don't have to know right now what these do. Simply turn these off and keep their Edwin checked and hit okay. And in the bottom and we will do the same. But we will keep these on and turn off the red channel and hit OK. So now going, I will remove this. I can move this using the keyboard or even the most. You can see that the red and the greens are getting separated. So I can move it further using the keyboard. I guess this is all right. After that, I will select both of these and press Control or Command E on the keyboard input elephant. So all of this is combined. Now. After that, we will go to rectangular marquee tool. And I will make a line across the whole text like this. Then I will select the Move Tool. And now I can just move this part or using the keyboard, I will bring it to the left, like so. And then press Control D. The basically all of this has been moved to the left because this is how a glitch effect looks like. So we will make more of these. Let's create another one over here and maybe bring this one to the right now. Like so. Rest controller. Let's make a bigger one over here. Maybe over here, a little bigger. Whereas the Move tool and bring it to the left, control D to Deselect. And just one more, maybe a smaller one, a thinner one. And bring it to the left. Risk Control D. So we have dead glitch tape effect over here. Now that we are almost finished, we have the effect now. But it has to be a little rough. Go TO filter and click on measure tend to. We have a few options over here. You can also see the preview over here. So we will select Long strokes and simply hit ok. So we have this grudge type messy tape effect over here. Now. Notice remote. So let me tell you about all of them. But the number one is which we have been using a lot controlled bus to zoom in and control minus to the mode. Let us just say that you are zoomed in a lord. And you won't do zoom mode. So you would press Control and minus again and again and again. So instead what you can do is simply press control 0 on the keyboard. And this is basically called Fit to Canvas. It will actually zoom out, zoom in to the size of the canvas. If you are zoomed out a lot and you press control 0, it will get zoomed in, basically fit to scream. Similarly, if I want to zoom in into the middle of the image, I can simply press control one, and it will bring me over here. Let's press control 0 to the mode, bit to screen. Then there is another way. Let's just say I want to zoom in on this part. So I will press Zhi Qian keyboard, Z4 is Deborah. I will left-click and drag, drag right to zoom in and drag left to zoom mode. Similarly over here, drag right, drag lift, drag right, right, left. Well it is a much better way to zoom in and zoom mode fit to screen. And the last one is called bird's eye view legacy that I'm zoomed in a lord over here. But I want to see the whole image two. And what I can do is simply press a key on the keyboard. And whenever I click anywhere, it will give me this frame. And while I have the edge key pressed, it will show me this frame. And whenever let go of the mouse, it will doom it over here. And if I click again, I can do it over here. And let's go over here. So this is a bird's-eye view of my whole image. And I can drop it over here. All of this time. I have the H key pressed. Press control 0 doesn't mode. So these are some handy ways through which you can zoom in and do mode in Photoshop. I will simply go up over here, go to filter, then render. And here you can see lens flare is click on it. Over here you can see a lot of different kind of lens flares. You can also increase or decrease their intensity, like this one, this one, and this one. I think this one would be the best for this image. And you can also move it like this. So the sunlight is coming from here, so I will put it over here. Let's hit ok. But this is too bright or too much. But no problem, because our image Wilder, smarter widget. Well, I have this image over here. This is no digital image. There are border phrase over here on the flowers. And then I go to this effect on them. And now it seems like they're DR. glowing to illustrate omega. Ok, so first of all, we will make a new layer on top of it and empty new layer. Select the brush tool, make it smaller. And it's led the colored you want to clear that glow off the I will copy discolored. Ringer, donor, little intellect, the brightest, most coloured in this, like this one. And it okay. If I draw with it, I will get this. But this is not what we want. We will basically change the blend mode of this layer and we will change it to Linear Dodge and northern we will draw with it. You will get this kind of effect, this kind of glowing effect. Let's zoom in a little. Make the browser smaller, and just draw with it on the first butterfly. Make it most molar. And just draw with it. No, do it on the second. This, make sure to draw over the butterfly only, not the things outside. But even if it leaks, it doesn't really matter a lot. For the last one. Okay, so this is a little too harsh. So we will simply decrease the opacity. So let's keep it at 70%. And I guess this looks good. I guess UT is better. So we would have dared glowing effect. Let's create a new layer on top of it and alter, change it from going more to Linear Dodge. And this time we will select the same color, but make it, or you turn darker and hit okay. And make the brush really big. Look a lot. And increase herd size. And just dab on couple of areas like this. And just like there are glowing effect is ready. Let's do a little review. But this was the original image. I created a new layer and changes burning more to Linear Dodge. I selected a very bright color and deal with it on the butterflies. And photoshops EA will start working on it and make a selection for you. I know. I'm sorry, I may do do the hard work first because it just doesn't work on every image. You need to know the manual way in the proper way to do things. This is just a really useful feature if you want to do a quick work. It was important that you learn the proper way to the Photoshop has already made the selection for me. I can simply go down over here and click on the mask, and the background is gone. Obviously I have a mask over here too, so I can always refine it. Let's create a solid curve adjustment layer. Maybe this color, and bring it below. But this feature works perfectly for simple images, but if you have a complex image, it will never work. And you're gonna always translates to have good first. And if it doesn't work properly, you can try them in when mattered, then this is gonna come in really handy for you guys in future. See you guys in the next class. 75. And whenever it click on the layer, you will see that some properties changed. If I moved on over here, you will see remove background. So if I click on it, hold ashore will start analyzing the image and it will remove the background automatically. Again, this only works for simple images. It won't work for complex ones. Let's try creating a solid color adjustment layer below it and just make it black and put it. Lloyd suggests you can see that this is not perfect either. You will have to refine it. And you can easily do a doodle tool. But this is only working because this was a simple image. If it was a complex image, it wouldn't have work at all. And remember this widget is only in Photoshop. Don't eat Auntie. I hope this was helpful to you guys in the next class. 76. Object Selection Tool: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn about the object selection tool. And if you go over here where the good collection dual is, there is this object Selection Tool selected. But basically this is also not those tools which came with Photoshop Dante 20. It does not present in the previous versions. So basically it is just like Lexi object, but you can select individual objects using it. Because if I try a slightly separate over here, if I click on it, you will see that it has selected all of the objects. And I don't want that. I just want to flag this bowtie alerts press Control D on the keyboard. But basically it is just like with selection tool but much easier. Loves woman a little. What I have to do is simply draw our own this border. Just like this. And whenever let go. Photoshop is already analyzed the area around it and selected it. So it is like cook relation to launch steroids. Now I can do modal. It'll create us adjustment layer on top of it, entire duration. And now I can maybe changes color. I guess this is already because it isn't matching the shoes. And all. This is before, and this is after. The reason I'm teaching you all of this at the very end is because like I said, you need to know that manual way to do things. Because even this object selection tool doesn't work properly every time. But the Photoshop has given us new tools. We should be using them and make our design process as easy and effective as possible. For you guys in the next class. 77. How To Draw Straight Lines In Photoshop: Welcome back guys. So I have another tip for you and they're digit, How can you draw a straight line in Photoshop? So I have selected the brush tool over here. And let's just say I want to draw a line over here. Though I am dragging my most don't and drawing a line over here. But as you consider it is not straight. What if I want to draw our concretely straight line? But this is how you can do it. Just click on 1, then press and hold shift, and click on the other point. And it will draw industry lane. And then you can press and hold shift again to keep on going straight lanes. Similarly, if you move to this image that we created a mask on this image. But let's just say I want to match things in and out in a straight line. I will take the mask and I have the black color selected. And let's just say that I want to mask it out in a straight line. So I will click over here, then press Shift, and click over here. So it is being drawn in a straight line. Similarly, I can click over here, press Shift, and click over here. And now it is being drawn in a straight line. Similarly, I can turn it to white and masking things illustrated Lane, just click over here, shifting glitch over here. So it did basically bringing Baghdad bear grown too. But you get the idea. Look over here, shift and look over here. They're trying over here. But this current actually looks nice. So you can do this with pretty much any kind of brush. Let's come over here. So I have this image and I wanted to duplicate these windows assembled from here. And then I can draw over here. But what if it was a very long window? Let's undo this. So I will click over here while pressing all tie with Luke over here to get the sample. Then I will click 12 over here, press Shift, and then click over here. So it do in the straight lane. Similarly, legacy, I want to copy this. I will click over here while pressing oil. Then click over here once. Press Shift, and click over here to a do industrial lane. But this was a very simple trick you have to keep in mind. And it will come in really handy for you guys. See you in the next one. 78. How To Use Frame Tool: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn about the frame. So the frame dual was announced in Photoshop Gandhi 19. So if you have anything below that, you won't have this tool over here. So it is a very useful thing for getting things like collages. Let me delete this sorted. I could show you from the start. So let me show you how it works. So I will select the frame to lower here. You can either select the circular frame tool or the rectangular alone. I was like they're rectangular one. Let's create our frame over here. Like so. Then I will go to the project files and drag and drop this image over here. I will press Control T to resize it. So it's signal. As you can see that I'm resizing it, but it is staying inside the frame. But since I have the image selected, I can resize it right now, like this. And if I select the frame and then press control, then I will be using the size of the frame. And if I want to increase or decrease the size or both, I was led this one, press Shift and click on this one. An audiobook are selected. Now if I brush control T, I can resize both of them. But let me make a copy of this. I will press art and drag it over here. And I will simply press Delete on this image, so it will be deleted. Let's let that image just drag and drop it over here. Let's increase its size and it will automatically get adjusted inside the frame. The frame again and create its copy. As you can see that I only copied the frame nor the image. So let's select another image and drag and drop it over here. Increase its size. So I can select all three of them. You can align them neutron if you want. And basically this is how you can use a frame tool to create short frames and put images inside them. Let me show you a circular one to just delete them and select the circular frame tool. It has circle over here. This is a circle. And just drag and drop the image over here to increase its size. And now it is inside this circular frame. So this is how you can use for him to see you guys in the next one. 79. Exporting Options: Hi guys. So now we're going to learn the different exporting and saving options in Photoshop. So you might have to get the best design in the world, but if you don't export it properly, it will get ruined. So you might have heard terms like JPEG, PNG, PSD, PDF. All of these are active format in which you can export your file. So let start with PhD. So I have this example from one of the previous classes in which we simply remove the background and then created a solid color additional layer below it. So what if I want to save it with all of these layers? I will go over here, click on File, Save s. So this is basically showing me the part in which I will save the file. And if I click over here, it will show me a lot of formats. Either all the formats in which you can save your file. So I will select the first one, which is called Photoshop PSD. I will click on it. And then I will hit save. Ok. So now even if I close this file, let me close it by clicking over here. And now I will go to project files. If I double-click on it, it will open up that Photoshop file again. So we still have the layers over here, and they are all Azure table. So I can retain this collaborative or clicking on it and select any color I want and hit OK. You can see that there is a star over here, a very small star. This basically means that your file is not saved yet. To save my file because I have already created the PhD, I will simply press Control or Command S. Now you can see that star is gone. That basically means that my file is saved. So if you ever worried that you have seen profile or not, you can simply see over here. So let's cover that JPEG next. All you have to do is simply go to the file again. Click on Save. Look over here. And here it is, option JPEG, and the first one, just click it, and now click on save. Ok. So now if I go to upload your files, you can see that my image has been saved. Let's close it. Go to Photoshop again. Let's go to File Save As. And here I will select PNG, this one, and click on save. Ok. Well, let's go to the appropriate files again. So what is the difference between them now? They are practically the same. This is that PNG and JPEG. Let me explain it to you. So PNG is basically for transparent images. So if I want to save this woman with a transparent background, I will simply hide this layer. So we can see that transparency over here. And now I will go to File Save as PNG, this one. And now here to see if it is telling me that I am replacing a file because I just saved it as a PNG before it, yes. Okay. But let's check now. And now you can see even in this preview, there is no background. If I double-click on it, you can see that it received as a preview. Let's close it. Let's try blessing both of them on a file. I will go to Photoshop. Create, new file, create. An if I drag and drop this one over here, it actually comes with the background. But if I drag and drop this one, this one is actually without the background. So if you want to save any file in PNG oil, you have to do is just make sure that there is no layer below it and then save it as a PNG. Or give one more thing about if I save this file with the transparency as a.jpeg, lets go to File Save As like JPEG and lastName InDesign file one and hit save. And it ok. So even though there is no layer below it and it is completely transparent, but if you save it as a JPEG, you will get a white background by default. Uh, make sure even after showing transparency over here, you save it as a PNG. Let's turn on this layer. And lastly, we will cover PDF. If you go up over here, File Save As click over here. So here you can see PDF. Select it and save it, okay? It will give you some options. You don't need to know about them at the moment. And desk click save PDF. And yes. So now if we go to the project files, you can see that there is a PDF file over here. If you double-click on it, we can see the PDF. So what is the difference between all of these files? First of all, PhD is a source file. Source file basically means that we can edit it. Then there is PNG and JPEG. We basically use them on the internet. If you want to put an image on Facebook, Instagram, or a website, you will basically put them as a JPEG or a PNG. And PDF is the file which you give to the printers. If you want to append your design on something like a t-shirt or a mug or anything like that. You create a PDF file and share that with the vendor. Go to Photoshop. So this is not just it. If you go to the File and Save As again, you will see that there are a lot of more formats. But as a beginner, you just need to know about these three. Let's hit cancel. So this was pretty much it on the sporting formats. And i will see you guys in the next class. 80. RGB vs CMYK: Welcome back guys. So now we're going to learn the difference between RGB and CMYK colour format. So let me explain them to you in simple words as possible. If you grew up over here and click on image, and then click on More, you will see different formats over here. Rgb and CMYK at the most common ones. So currently this is checked on RGB. And if I click on CMYK color, you might have no digit. All the colors have become dull. If I press Control Z, it is RGB again. And all the colors are very bright and all. So why would we use CM via Kiva? And we can use this. Basically RGB means red, green, and blue, which are the primary colours. And we use this format on the web. If you want to put your image on Instagram, on the website, Facebook, Twitter, on anywhere else. You will always use RGB. But in case you want to print your design, you have to use CMYK format. Cmyk basically means cyan, yellow, magenta, and key is basically the black color. So when we print something, these are the colors with most other vendors accept. In simple words, always keep your file to RGB, RGB color. And if you want to print anything, simply go to image more and just click on CMYK colour and save it as a PDF. You have to save it as a BED of. So where is the PDF over here? Oh, sorry, this is the one. And click on Save and Save as PDF. Let's try saving it as a jpeg. There just go to file again. Eva's look over here. Okay, so you might have noticed that there are quite less options over here. No, because we converted our file into CMYK, there are very less formats which actually support it. Let's click on JPEG and safe. And yes. Ok, let's go to project files. Let's take the PDF first. It is completely fine. And now check that JPEG. And you can see that whole image has been ruined because the CMYK format is not for computers and the web. I'm opening this on locomotor there despite all the colors have been ruined. So that is why we save our file in PDF when we want to print it. Let's go to Photoshop. And also if you want to know what color profile is selected. If you go up over here with the name of the file, you can see CMYK. Right now it is on CMYK. If you go to image mode and RGB. So it is in RGB colors now. So I taught, I will guide you guys on RGB and CMYK because this is a very common mistake which a lot of designers make in the beginning. And that includes me too. So I'm hoping there do adrian make the same mistake. I see you guys in the next class. 81. Resolutions: Welcome back guys. So we have the same image over here and we are going to learn about resolution in Photoshop. So if I go to image over here and click on image size, you will see when I eat. And then there is the resolution. And it is set to 72. Any image which you will download from the internet, it will always be 72. Well, most of the time, this is basically 72 pixels per inch. Let me cancel it. And if we zoom in a lot, like a lot, eventually you will see that you see these boxes over here. These boxes are actually pixels. So 72 pixels per inch means dead 72 of these boxes I'd inside one inch. If you want to create any design for a web page, book cover, Instagram, post or anything. You don't have to use anything above 72. Because what you do is the upper limit of any InDesign on Web, less press Control Z to zoom back. Go to imaging in a midsize. And now we will set it to 300. So as you can see that the size of our image has increased drastically. It was 72 before, so it was 5 thousand something by 3 thousand. And now if you change it to 323 thousand by 15 thousand. So hit OK to Photoshop is taking a lot of time to basically render it. Press controls the arrow to the node. So now you can see that our image is huge. It is extremely big. To previously every inch hair term D2 pixels like 72 of those boxes, but now there are 300 of those boxes in just one inch. You might have heard the term PPA is the same thing, which means pixels per inch. So this image has 300 pixels per inch. So now if I try to zoom in over here, you will see that I don't see those boxes anymore because there are so many pixels that it cannot differentiate between them. Lead remote across physical printing needs. A lot of pixels. Otherwise depend will come out quite blurry. And you can also set the resolution while creating of I L. If I click on new, you will see the width, height, and resolution. So a simple rule of thumb, always keep resolution, do 72. And if you want to create something which would be printed, said there's 2-300. Well, that was the atomic resolution. See you guys in the next one.
